Hi friends,

If you are listening to this episode, I’m guessing you or someone you love is in pain or sick, so first of all my heart goes out to you and I am sending lots of healing thoughts to anyone who reads this in the future.

Now, down to business, if your doctor has recommended you alternate taking Tylenol and Advil (aka ibuprofen), but you just need a little more hand holding, you are in the right place. Today we are talking about how you can create a schedule to hopefully alleviate some of the discomfort you or your loved one is experiencing while decreasing the chances of any mistakes with the medications.
