Hi folks,

In this episode we get into the nitty gritty of how to take a sitz bath. Because it has to do with the nether regions I find people are often hesitant to ask too many questions in the office, so I wanted to lay out all the information here in a more anonymous space.

It really isn’t too hard and can make a big difference in your healing, so if your doctor recommended sitz baths make sure to listen here!
