Aphrodite, as we've known her, is the goddess of love, of beauty, of sensuality, but she can also be the goddess of war and justice, showing that the feminine is not just soft, but she's also powerful and fierce. So from Aphrodite became a mystery school, which is the Venusian path. And this is all about walking the path of love, How to embody your sacred feminine through the Venusian path. Welcome back to the Highest Self podcast. It is so lovely to have you here in a home episode where I'm able to really dive deeper into things that I embody on a daily basis. So many of you guys ask me how I live, what my morning routines look like, and how I'm actually able to integrate spiritual wisdom in my life. And so this is why I love to have these a little bit more impromptu sessions while also speaking about really deep topics that are underlying archetypes that we are stepping into on this pathway. So, first of all, let's talk about what Sacred Feminine spirituality is and how it might be different than all of the spirituality that you've seen out there. So most spirituality that we know of was made by men, for men, just like most of the world, and fitness and nutrition and all of these things. And so we wonder why they aren't working for us. Well, honey, we're a little different, a little bit more beautiful. We've got this thing called awom, that's the 3D printer and most sacred thing that every human being in this entire universe has come through the portal of, and we just feel differently. And that's beautiful. And we can both learn from each other. Men can learn from Sacred Feminine spirituality, just like we can learn from Divine Feminine. And what I have really found has given me permission to be more of myself, is to know that my desire for more beauty and color and expression and love and creativity and intimacy doesn't make me less spiritual, but actually is my spiritual pathway. So that is what Sacred Feminine spirituality is. And in this video, I want to specifically speak about how it is related to the Venusian frequency. So we've all heard of the planet Venus in the sky, Brightest planet in the sky, you can often and see it with your own bare eyes. And the ancient Greeks and even before that, let's start with Mesopotamia. So there is a story of a woman named Inanna, and she was called to the underworld to visit her sister, who was the goddess of the underworld. And as she descended in the underworld, she had to shed a layer. She had to let go of her jewelry, her Crown her shawls, like all of these things that made her her, especially because she was like a princess. And so she had to remove all of these things that gave her stature, that gave her identity, that gave her a sense of self. And as she stripped herself bare and she went into the underworld, she came back as this transformed person, as a goddess. And really, that story of Inanna is when we go into the darkness, when we go into the dark night of the soul, when we go into the thing that we are the most afraid of, we come back even more vibrant. And so this story of Inanna for me is essential because I feel what most people get stuck in and most like divine feminine spirituality teachers are like, the feminine is just about being soft. It's just about, you know, being submissive and kind of this, like, modern tradwife movement. And if you actually look at the original goddess story of Inanna, it is about going into the darkness and going into the void. And it's only from doing so that the true beauty path can emerge. So if you're in the darkness, you're in the sh. You've gone through a breakup, a divorce, you lost your job, you're confused, you're not sure what your identity is. You've had to let go of all of these layers. Congratulations, you are on the sacred feminine path. And so her story, later came the story of Ishtar, and then the Greeks from the Mesopotamian culture were inspired and they created a goddess named Aphrodite, who I have several depictions of in the altar, my home altar behind me. And so Aphrodite, as we've known her, is the goddess of love, of beauty, of sensuality. But she can also be the goddess of war and justice. Showing that the feminine is not just soft, but she's also powerful and fierce. I mean, just think about mother energy, right? Like a mother, if their child is underneath a bus, will pick up that bus and be able to save their child. So it just shows the strength of a woman. You know, it's like we, if we want to be, we can be the most insane. Det. Protectors. Like people say the masculine is a protector. I would say, well, look at the feminine. Like the way a cub, a mother protects her cubs. It's the most protective force. And so the feminine is that full expression. However, the driving, motivating factor of her is love. And that is the difference. I would say, you know, we all are. I think all humans are driven by love. But what the feminine is here to do is to be the living embodiment of love. And so if it means she needs to to start a war, if it means she needs to do these things, she will. But her driving factor is love. And what is love? To me, love is an experience of connection. You know, when you are eye to eye with someone, like, what you are experiencing is your soul being mirrored back by that person. And so you are in love with love. And I want to separate capital L love with lowercase love, because capital L love is that universal love. It is agape. It is that love that is everything. And we can trace everything back to love. This flower is love. The sky is love, the ocean is love. Everything comes from love. Every human on this planet came from two people in a moment loving each other. And then we have the lowercase love, which is now how we practice that love through relationships, through friendships, through family, through projects and different things that we now use as a vessel for our love. Now most of the time, we cling to relationships, relationship as that only vessel. But it is connected to big universal love. And so the Venusian pathway is that pathway of love. But underneath the Venusian frequency. So from Aphrodite became a mystery school, which is the Venusian path. And this is all about walking the path of love. So love being creativity, family, expression. And the way that they would practice this often was through creating altars. So behind me is my home altar that I actually shift as I'm going through life. I work with different colors that I'm really genuinely feeling in that moment of time. And so right now, I'm having a hot pink, coral pink moment. And so I saw these flowers at Whole Foods. I was like, I need these. They are like the prettiest peonies I've ever seen. And so when we look at flowers, like, it is such a reminder of what exists on this planet. It is the expression of beauty. Just looking at a flower brings you to the state of awe, and it connects us to a higher level perspective. And that apparently is what spirituality is. And so did you need to meditate to get there, or could you just look at a flower? And so the feminine pathway is saying, you don't need to struggle to have a transcendental experience. You don't need to sit in the darkness, necessarily. Life will give you darkness when you're ready for it.

It.

But you can choose beauty, you can choose love, and then say yes to the journey that is needed to open your heart, to remain there. And that's where the challenges arise. And so a feminine meditation that I do every single day is looking into a flower. And so I love every week getting new flowers. And sometimes it's even flowers that I will find. I was just living in Brazil for several months, and so there were so many hibiscus. I would say I'm in my hibiscus season right now. And so it's wild, it's tropical, it's fresh, it's juicy, it's vibrant, it's edible. And so what season are you in of what flower? What flower is calling you? Are you in your rose era? It's very, you know, sacred feminine mysteries. Maybe it's the red rose, you know, crimson.
C
It's Mary Magdalene.
A
Maybe it is the pink rose and it's this purity and this innocence. Maybe it is the yellow rose and it's all about joy. Or maybe it is the white rose and it's all about clearing what you are holding onto. So even the color of the flowers that you are drawn to is synthesizing what energy you're moving through right now. And so if you're not sure what colors you're drawn to, just go to your local grocery store. Most of them sell flowers and just look around and just notice I'm really drawn to this kind of flower or this color of flower or, you know, I like it when they're really like hidden in their buds. It's something about that or I'm loving when they're full bloom. I'm feeling like I'm in my summer summer. And so I feel flowers are a language. And when we can connect to the language of flowers, we're able to see that they are resonating with us. They are our mirrors. And the flowers that we are attracted to, it's not coincidental. And so for me, being attracted to this very vibrant, open blooming, hot pink peony really represents where I'm at in my consciousness, you know, especially being in Brazil for so long. It is all. All about expression and joy and color and samba. And they're just flirting with life and also just the nature there, you know, I feel we dress as a reflection of nature. And so when you're somewhere that's tropical, like, everything is just so much more saturated, right? Like you've got bright green chlorophyll filled plants and you've got, you know, a beautiful sunset of different colors. And even the flowers that are there are very vibrant. And so that's going to you naturally be drawn to more vibrant colors. And so I feel like after Brazil, like, I so do not want to wear neutrals. Like, I just want to dress in, like, all of the patterns and colors and things that for a while, I actually stepped away from because I was going through my dark night of the soul, because, you know, I was, like, kind of, I don't know, feeling like it's more elegant to be in neutrals. And I would say now the Brazil frequency brought me back to colors. And so a practice that I'm going to give you, besides the flowers, is dressing like the energy that you are calling in.

you congratulations, because the best is yet to come. If I've learned anything about the Sacred Feminine Journey is it begins with a rupture. That's when you meet the snake, the shadow, the thing that you didn't want to see, and you start walking the path of the rose, trusting the unfolding of your life, allowing the synchronicities to guide you that take you places that you could have never imagined before. If you're feeling me, you're feeling this message deep in your bones, then I invite you to join the sacred feminine pathway. This is where I guide you step by step in this journey. I share what Sacred Feminine spirituality is all about and how it's different than the masculine path that we're taught, which is just seated meditation and trying to, you know, persevere and push our bodies through cold plunges and breath work. Whereas the feminine path is all about embodiment, beauty, joy, dance, singing, music, art, creativity. I talk about how to alchemize our dark night of the soul, how to move through those shadows and blossom as an even more embodied and beautiful iteration of ourselves on the other side. Because I know these obstacles are actually quantum, quantum leaps into new timelines. Sacred Feminine Pathway is now available for an opening price of just $27. That's right, only $27, which is less than a meal out. You can head over to the Show Notes to get it right away, and I can't wait to invite you inside.

I find that when I wear something that represents how I feel, I begin to be in an embodied practice with it. And so it's not just I feel like this, but then I'm wearing this thing that doesn't represent me, and then I. That feeling fades away. But if I'm feeling even a little bit bright and I wear something bright now, I'm working with that brightness. It's getting bigger and larger and taking up more space. And so I really, really recommend having different outfits and keeping Your old ones, but different ones that you know and feel free to outfit rewear. It doesn't need to be. You need to like get all new things and it can be something really little that you do like wearing a shawl of a certain color. So there are things that you can swap out. The next thing I'm going to say is decorating your home to represent the consciousness of feminine frequency that you're in. And so I love posters because they're super easy to swap. Like I've got some posters behind me and that way you can get different posters. There's so many great websites. Like on Etsy you can find so many posters and lots of just like PDFs that you can even like print at your own staples or whatever. So you can have them in any size that you want. And there's lots of of ready made posters. Also a website called Society 6, which is where I got these. They have epic art. And so having the posters allows you to literally be looking at the museum of your consciousness and it expedites it now to take it up a notch. You can even do pull and peel wallpapers. So I have a full like Egyptian hieroglyphic wall in my home as well. And I would say that's more of a commitment because even though it's pull and peel, it still is a little bit of a process. Like you can do it yourself but it's nice to have someone you with it, especially if it's harder to do. And so actually my advice if you are going to do the wallpaper is choose something that's like, maybe a color that feels more of like a soul color for you. Because if it's something like you're having a, I don't know, a lion moment and you want everything or tiger moment, but then you're like over it and now your whole place has like all these tigers on the wall, then you're annoyed. Whereas if it was a poster you could just swap that out really easily. So posters, the next thing I'm going to recommend are pillowcases. Super easy to swap out. And then if you're kind of over it, you can just put that pillowcase away and then maybe next year you're into it again. I have found that I will cycle through things. You know, like right now I'm really back in my Lemurian mermaid frequency which I was in several years ago. And then I went into a more Egyptian Indian era, which I still have. Obviously I still do my henna and I love those cultures. But Because I was traveling in a place that was more Lemurian frequency. It's just more alive in me. But I'm noticing within myself of, like, that's more what I want to see right now. So my suggestion is just little things that you can change in your home. So the next little piece of advice I have are tinctures. So this is pure rose. They have them in alcohol, but I don't like alcohol because I just don't want to be ingesting alcohol. I don't drink. And even though it's a little bit, I just don't like the taste of it. And so you can get different flowers and plants. They also have flower essences. Lots of great companies create flower essences. Flower essences are a little different because a lot of the time, it doesn't even actually have that flower, but they channel the flower into water. It's like this whole system I learned about. And so maybe I haven't worked with them enough, but I like to actually work with the plant itself. I think I'm a little bit more Capricorn, earthy. I want to feel the actual thing. And so I rather work with the plant than the essence. But I know a lot of people have had amazing experiences with essences. So I actually ran out of my row rose. But I really love this. I got this on Etsy, and you can find pretty much like passion flower, like, any flower that you are calling in. You know, if you're having your hibiscus moment, you can drink hibiscus tea. The teas are so great. So I drink a lot of rose tea, and I actually just get pure, like, organic rose petals that are blended. And I will put that in everything, like, just water as tea. But even on top of, like, my coffee or like. Like chai or whatever I'm drinking, I just put rose on it. And you can buy, like, a pretty big amount of it for relatively affordably. Make sure it's organic rose, because a lot of these flowers are sprayed. I also want to note that, that, you know, some people will want to, like, eat the flower or lick the flower, and a lot of these flowers are sprayed. So I don't recommend ingesting these flowers, though if you do grow your own flowers, I mean, that would be amazing. And then working with the flower even when they die, like, so I love just getting the rose petals and putting them everywhere. So on my altar, on my table, around my bed. I work with a lot of flowers around my bed. I feel putting some. Some of the petals, especially rose Petals underneath your pillow can really help you synthesize and have prophetic dreams because you're working with the rose essence. I will always put like, I'll actually move like my vase of flowers to my bed before I sleep, so I'm sleeping in the vicinity of the flowers. And then I'll even put, put a flower above my bed, like on the bed frame. That way the flower is above me because, you know, these flowers are the highest vibration beings on this planet. They're actually 1000 on the Hawkins scale. There's no living thing on this earth higher vibration than flowers. And I'm curious if different flowers are different because I know roses are. And I'm. I mean if roses are, this is for sure too. And so it's like people travel around the world to like sit next to a guru, which is the more masculine pathway for me. I would travel to be near flowers. Like being surrounded by flowers is a temple for me. They've taught me so much. And so it is listening to the flowers, listening to the plants, listening to your subtle intuition. I also love working with essential oils. And so this essential oil that I really love is geranium and rose. Just pure. I wish I could send you guys a smell note of it and just putting it on yourself and taking a deep breath, which first of all just taking a breath in itself is very, you know, grounding and therapeutic. But back in the days of many rituals, they were not working with plant medicine. I think a lot of us think that all rituals were with plant medicine. But especially in places like kemetic culture, Egypt wishes, modern day Egypt, they were not, they were working with Blue Lotus and you know, all. There's so many incredible essential oils in Egypt. And when I was really studying Egyptian mysteries and sitting in ceremony for hours, we would go around and pass around certain essential oils and all just take a deep breath in and it would put us in this subtle vibration because you are taking in the subtle consciousness of that plant. And so you don't need to drink a cup of something that is psychoactive to feel it. I feel that so many of us have become so like very just gross and overt and dense and needing something to like knock us off our socks to feel it. And I feel like for people who have not gone super deep into themselves, these things, like they need something really big, right? They need like a ketamine or. I mean personally I don't believe in using synthetic like ketamine and mdma. I know it has therapeutic uses, but it doesn't have A consciousness, like this plant has a consciousness. So when I'm talking about plant medicines, S' more Ayahuasca, San Pedro mushrooms, because the plants do have a consciousness, but it can be very intense on the nervous system. And I feel this is a huge differentiation of the masculine and feminine pathway. And, and, and ayahuasca is the mother. I do want to acknowledge that. But it is a more masculine way for something to need to be so intense, where you're vomiting and you're, you know, seeing the darkest things and it's pushing you to your limits, which the medicine does not always do that, but often does, if that's what you need. Whereas the feminine path, the reason why I feel like it's not as popular is because it's a lot more subtle. You know, like you take a rose tincture and you don't feel anything, but it's working on your subtle energy system and over time that actually makes long standing change. Whereas a lot of people will go to an ayahuasca ceremony, have these epiphanies, and then three weeks later, exactly doing those same addictive practices. And so I feel subtle helps us slow down, helps us tune in, helps us not just think I need to change, but actually start to shift the neuropathways that are making us do certain things. For example, maybe you are super addicted to your phone and you start working with flowers and you are taking tinctures and you're working with essential oils and you're asking the roads for guidance and these little things every day. I guarantee you, naturally you're gonna want to spend less time on your phone and probably the time on your phone you're gonna wanna look at pictures of flowers. If you see my Instagram, if you look at my Explore page, it's like all these flowers all the time and I'm like, wow, this is amazing. And. But then at the end of the day, it's like nothing compares to the real thing. And so I feel the more we infuse the feminine in our lives, the less we are likely to get stuck in this like wounded masculine technology world that's not even real. Like the feminine is the body. And so the feminine is what actually is existing here on this planet. And so feminine is, let's hang out in real life. Feminine is human to human touch. Feminine is dance, feminine is music. Feminine are going in, in circles, you know, sitting in circle rather than a hierarchy. The more masculine pathway is I'm the boss, I'm the expert, I'm the Leader, I'm the PhD. I'm the president. I'm the whatever father, authority figure. And you guys have to listen to me. And this is the way all of our culture is set up from our family system. The father is the leader, and you must follow him to our school system. I'm the teacher. You can't go to the bathroom until I say so to. Then they have the principal and then follows them. And then, you know, are you going to get hired by a certain job? And then you have this boss, but then the boss further up. And you look at the government and it's like you have your mayor, and then you have the, you know, municipality, and then you have the president and all. It's all hierarchical. Like, that's literally what a government is, a corporation is. All of these things are hierarchy. And so you have to think about how that's shifted our conditioning that we think of everything as hierarchical. And so of course, now we're going to look at relationship as hierarchical. And this is why most of the content you see out there on feminine is coming from a very wounded place of how do you get power?
C
How do you get on top?
A
And it's playing the patriarchy, same game. And I see these videos and I see, like, the intention around them, and I think everyone's a little different. But some of these very popular ones, it's like all of these very toxic. And they won't call it toxic or drag, but these things work. But who does it work on? Because the only person that you trying to overpower is going to work on is someone that still is playing the power game. And so when you lead with power, you're going to manifest situations based on power, and you will never have love. Whereas when you lead with love, lead from softness, lead from openness, while having discernment, while having boundaries, while while having thorns, because roses also have thorns. So it doesn't mean give yourself fully until you're emptied out. But it means be the flower, be beautiful, enjoy your body, enjoy your skin, enjoy your essence, enjoy your love. And at any time you can say, nope, that's not gonna work for me. And you don't need to mourn it. It doesn't need to be this huge
C
thing, this huge loss.
A
It's just like, I got the experience of love, and you never lose because you got to love. And that's the best thing. And so I feel taking this feminine pathway, I want to close this on, you get to live in a state of love all the time. And I feel so many of us have closed our Hearts down. And that's why we go towards a more masculine path of power because we're so afraid of being hurt. But actually heartbreak is the pathway towards the sacred feminine. So my new book called maybe this Love Story Is really About Me is all about this. It's all about the divorce I did not see coming. How it sent me into a very deep, dark night of the soul. Deepest sadness, rage, anger, grief, everything, you name it. And then how I was able to transmute it to actually become more open hearted, more loving, more romantic, more magical, magnetic than ever before. And so I'm super excited to share this book with you. It's going to come out in the fall, but this is a co creation with you guys and so I want to share with you the process. I'm halfway through the edits of it now and so be sure to subscribe wherever you're listening to this because we're totally going to do like book launch parties and all the things. I'm so excited we got to all have our flowers there with us. And so thank you so much for tuning in. Please let me know what else you would love for me to discuss in future episodes. I really love doing these at my home altar. It feels very like personal. We're just, just, we're just hanging out, sipping on rose tea and so let me know what you would love future episodes about.
