I can be a little crazy sometimes too. But you know what? If I'm here, I really want to be here, because I don't lie. And that, by the way, that dark feminine energy that we get is Chef's kiss. So hot. It's Sahara Rose. And welcome back to the Highest Self podcast, a place where you discuss what makes you your soul's highest development. First of all, I feel so freaking relieved right now because I'm doing these solo casts from home. Y' all don't realize that I have a man sitting when I'm doing the podcast. So when I'm crying to you guys, there's just this guy there who's, like, trying to not make eye contact with me, and I'm having a moment, and so I feel very free right now. The fact that I'm just at home in front of my hieroglyphic wall. By the way, do you guys notice the new dark femme hair? Very on brand with today's discussion and the music video. My new music video and single after over a year off. Thank you for your patience. It's been a journey. I'm a. I'm a fill you in. And so the new dark femme hair. I haven't had my original, like, birth color hair since. Whoa. The first time I dyed my hair was my wedding in 2019. That just hit me so full circle because I had never dyed my hair in my life. I was 28 years old when I got married, about to turn 32 when I got divorced. We'll talk about it. And I feel like growing up Persian, like, you weren't allowed to dye your hair. I know a lot of different cultures. Like, my mom was like, you can't. Even though I was 28, I still thought I, like, wasn't allowed to dye my hair. And then I finally, at the salon, just went for. And she did such a bad job. Like, my hair was literally, like, red. Like, it wasn't even highlights. It was just, like, red on top. I'm not going to show you guys pictures because I think I burned those. But no, that was a beautiful chapter of life. And. And I look back and I'm like, oh, my God, I was a child bride. Like, I was literally so young, even though 28 is not that young. But I feel like now that I'm 35, knowing what I know now, having experienced what I've experienced going into the darkness, going into the void, I'm like, damn, I was such a little baby, you know, and let's start there. What a good place to start. You know, I'm writing my book right now, and it's about the dark night of the soul and coming out the other side to become your even more shiny, bright, sparkly, amazing version of yourself. And I'm going through these different chapters of my life, how I was raised to be the good girl. I know so many of us were brought up like, be a good girl for your mom and help in the kitchen, or, you know, guys won't like you if you're too loud or you're too sensitive or you're too opinionated. And, you know, all of these different beliefs that are subjugated onto us around being a what's a good girl? And I feel right now we're dismancing a lot of these because we did everything the good girl was supposed to do to give her happily ever after and fall in love and have the house and have the kids and the dream husband and the dream life and the dream everything, if she's just good enough, right? And we do the thing and it still doesn't pan out that way. And so we say bucket, we ride at dawn. And so growing up Persian, I. I write about this in, in my new book. So my book is coming out December 4th of 2026. It's called maybe this Love Story is really About Me. And it starts with being woken up in my sleep one night by my then husband, who confessed he had been cheating on me throughout the relationship. And this book is the first time I really share exactly what happened. I was not allowed to share it for a long time because in the divorce papers, I sadly had an NDA placed upon me for two and a half years. And so I wasn't allowed to share about the details. And now that that time period has passed, I can, and I want to share it in a way that is safe, of reverence, and is able to tell the full story. Just because I feel like on social media, I mean, I feel the least safe on Instagram. Things can just be Taken so out of context. And you're just kind of sharing with a bunch of people who don't know who you are. Right? And people just rip things apart. I feel on this podcast is the place I feel safest in terms of sharing with the public. Because if you're listening to this podcast, like, you must, like, somewhat like me. Like, somewhat like, are we cool? Are you friends? Because I think we're besties, right? You like me? Do you like me? Am I inner people pleaser? I hope you do, but I think we vibe, you know, so to be listening to my voice in your free time, like, honestly, I really don't take that for granted. And so I feel a lot safer sharing here. Like, even as I was, like, you know, dating guys in Brazil, being like, y' all don't know what's really going down, I know that, like, you know, those guys don't listen to my podcast, but you do. So, like, you get. You get the juice. And so the book is even more like. The book is what really happened and how I really felt, and I couldn't. First of all, I wasn't legally able to share that. And also just I try to share the. The positive on social media. I'm not that person who's taking videos of myself crying and stuff and sharing the spirals. I try to be mindful of the energy that I pass on, but it was a really, really dark time. And that darkness stayed with me for two years, I would say. And, you know, when people leave relationships where there is betrayal, narcissistic abuse, you know, things that are harder to. To wrap our heads around, it takes, on average, one to three years. And so in this journey of darkness, I really went into everything that I hadn't in my entire life. Like, all of the pain from my childhood for my lineage, how I even ended up in this relationship. How did I not know? Trying to figure out his trauma. Like, it went so freaking deep. And it definitely got darker before it got lighter, but when it got lighter, it became lighter than ever before. And from this place that I'm speaking at, like, I wish. Well, can I flip the camera? I guess I can flip the camera, because this is my laptop. I want to show you guys my apartment. Like, you can see. Oh, gosh. I'm kind of connected to a microphone right now, but, like, do you guys see this little food spread I have? How cute is that? I hope you can see this. All right. Now, if you're watching on YouTube or Spotify. Hello. We're back. My apartment is My dream home. It's literally like a rose cloud with a temple inside. I have the closest and best friendships of my life. I am free to dress how I want, create how I want. I became a musical artist, guys. I was not producing music, singing Afrobeats, doing these things back in my married life. And things became so much more magical, alive. Like, just yesterday, it was. It was the World Cup. And, you know, I love Brazil. I was living in Brazil most of this year, and so I went down to support my Brazil team, but I came too late because I got these nails, guys. How cute are my freaking nails right now? It's like a little, like, pastel rainbow French tips. Okay, so anyways, they took longer than I thought. I missed the Brazil game, but I went down to the place none of my friends came, so I was by myself. And turns out it was the Haiti soccer game. And then I just made friends with these cool Haitian girls, and we were, like, dancing the whole time. And, like, the old me that was married would have never done that. I wouldn't have gone somewhere if I didn't have a friend with me. And the new me is, like, it. You know, like, let's go on an adventure. And I'm so grateful that I got to meet her, because when we allow our old selves to die, and we're going to get into that, allowing our old selves to fully die, that is the only way that we can have the rebirth. And so many of us, we rush the process. We. We. We want the rebirth. Inst. Like, I remember after finding out about his cheating, I knew this was going to be a hard time, but I. I mentally wanted to have, like, the. And I figured it out, and, like, here's the lessons. But on a deeper level, I knew if I bypass this pain right now, I'm going to be holding onto it for the rest of my life. And I will take this tunnel as deep as it goes for me to truly become free of every little ounce of this pain that I'm holding onto. And I can truthfully say now, and December 4th will be exactly four years to the day of his confession. So a full college degree of time. And I will say that my life is so much more sparkly, so much more aligned, so much more magnetic, and I'm so much more true to myself through trusting the unknown. So when I sat with the medicine of San Pedro Huachuma in Peru, which was a year and a half after his confession and the divorce, I was still in a really tough time because I deeply wanted to be in a relationship, but I genuinely was not attracted to anyone. I was actually celibate and not dating for two and a half years. And I wanted to. I wanted to be with my king. I wanted sacred union, but I really just wasn't attracted to anyone. And I know so many of you guys resonate, and it is freaking hard. I mean, I think as some us women are so beautiful and, like, magnetic and amazing and multifaceted and like, for real. The men are just, like, not on our level. I will acknowledge that. And I do feel when our hearts are broken, there is this protection mechanism where we're not attracted to anyone because deep down inside, we know what we are not ready for. The potential ruptures and inevitable ups and downs that come in love. Like, you know, when you're getting to know someone, you're starting to date, it's not easy. Like, they love a certain way, you love a certain way. There's miscommunication, you're not sure. Do they like you? Do they not? Like, there's so much anxiety that can happen. And when you're still working through your own from your previous relationship, your nervous system actually knows. Like, I literally can't cope. And I would say the first time I really had a panic attack was after he told me, after he confessed. I remember that next morning, like, dry heaving, like, fully feeling like my heart was beating at a million miles. I could. I was like, beyond hysterics of crying that my body was actually, like, as if I was being regurgitated or recessed. You know, when you're like, when they're bringing you back to life, it was literally like that. I. I genuinely feel that my soul died that day. And I don't feel. When I look back on pictures of myself before, it's like I can't even recognize me. And do you guys feel that, like, before your dark night of the soul, before this, like, huge chapter, you're like, who was that person? And you know, there's like, an innocence and a maiden beauty to her that I'm like, wow. Like, I was so hard on myself. I was so beautiful and I didn't realize it. I remember think I was so fat, even though I was tiny. And, you know, just all these things were always so insecure, especially in our 20s. And I'm like, damn. Like, there's such an innocence to her, but also there's such a range to me now that I don't feel I had before. I feel like before I only had access to, like, radio stations. Like, 800 to 1200 in terms of how deeply I could feel. And now I have access to radio station zero. Like, I can get really, really dark in 10,000 and get so freaking ecstatic and everything in between. And that's really the gift of the dark night of the soul. And so a year and a half after I went to Peru, the Sacred Valley, and I was sitting with the medicine of Wachuma. And I mean, I've shared about, I'm going to share, I'm going to link the different episodes I did right after those journeys. I did one, Ayahuasca and two, San Pedro. And they were extremely, extremely life changing. And I also did an interview with the woman who facilitated the Wachuma ceremony, Daniela. And so I will link that all below. And so one of the things that came to me was really witnessing how much anxiety I had. And I didn't realize it. I never considered myself to be anxious because I had only lived in my own thoughts before, right. But I remember this feeling that would always come to me after the divorce. And it would be this, like, really uncomfortable feeling, like in my mind and in my body of like, nothing's gonna work out and I'm gonna be alone forever. And like, just this. It was like a sadness. But the way that I would respond was to try to do something. So it was often when I felt very lonely, you know, going from living with someone for eight years, like your eight most formative years, to being by yourself. And when I would work a lot, I would feel, you know, just being on my laptop screen working a lot. And when you're in a partnership, you got someone to hug, someone to cuddle with, and then not having that would make me feel really lonely. And then the way I would combat that loneliness is to be like, oh my God, I need to date someone, I need to find someone. Then like, go on Instagram, go on a dating app, and then be like, oh my God, there's no one. I don't even like anyone. And then I would get anxious and it would be this, this spiral. And it was on the medicine that I realized how anxious I really was. And I do feel that that panic attack that I got at the beginning, it did send ripples of anxiety that I was moving through. And I think they were deep seated fears that I had never faced. The fears, the fear of being alone, the fear of never finding the love that I'm calling in, the fear of being delusional, like, the fear of being lied to, like, let alone the fear of being betrayed. And cheated on again. I was so far from even letting anyone into my life. And so it showed me how I was always trying to figure out what's going to happen next. Like, okay, how's this going to work? And how's that going to work? And feeling like if I could just figure it out, then I'll be safe. Especially when I wasn't anxious in the relationship. I wouldn't say I had an anxious attachment style when, when I was married, it was because I felt so stable and so secure. And then all of a sudden the rug got pulled under my feet that it sent my nervous system into the deepest state of, like, you can't trust anything because you had every wall possible down. Like, for years, like, there was not even a thought in the back of my mind that I'm going to get divorce ever. And so to go from that to being woken up in your sleep, told you've been cheated on this entire time, that it made me have to really address my relationship with the unknown. Like, really had to address. Like, damn, we don't actually really know anything. And that rabbit hole took me very deep. What else do I not know? Is this whole thing all just made up? Relationships, spirituality, everything? And I still enter that void often. I feel it's important for us all to. Because I feel with spirituality even, like, we often grew up with like a religious context, you know, whether you were actually religious or not. I didn't, I didn't grow up religious. But, you know, I went to a church growing up, and so I still had this idea that there was kind of a man in the sky and he was listening to me. And if I prayed to him and talked to him and like, did it right, then he'll give me the prayers. Like, I still had that. And then when something like this happens, you're like, wait, is God real? Like, because why is this happening? And then you gotta go through that journey. And I would say it has definitely changed how I think of God and has made me realize that even a lot of the stories that we tell ourselves, stories that can help, stories that can make us feel better, ultimately, we just don't know. And rather that being the scary thing of, like, well, how do we not know? Like, for sure there's gotta be past lives, for sure, there's gotta be spirit guides, for sure, there's gotta be karma, for sure there's gotta be these things. I like these stories. They resonate with me. They're things I'm going to keep on having questioned them, But I don't feel anymore that I will hold onto them as fact as the way that I did before, because I feel the shadow even of the spiritual path is like figuring it out, which, again, is control. And what the actual spiritual path is about is about truthfully, that we don't know. And all we can do is trust the path that is unfolding. And so I'm on the medicine and I'm hiking in the sacred valley of Peru, and, you know, I'm here with these questions. My big question was, show me everything that is holding me back from true love. That was my question for the Ayahuasca, and that was my question for the San Pedro. That's my question, the temescal. Show me everything holding me back from true love. And it went deep. It showed me my inner child. It showed me the war in Iran and the Middle East. It showed me power dynamics. It showed me narcissism. It showed me so many different. I can't. Like entities, right? Like thought forms that are existing in myself and my lineage and my family, and that these are all things that are blocking me and all of us from true love. And I share more about that in my episodes about Wachuma. And then finally, it was the last ceremony where I still didn't really have the answer of, like, so where is my king? Like, where's my sacred union partner? And instead, as I started the walk, the medicine was like, you're going to just repeat after me. Trust the path. I'm like, trust the path Let it all unfold Let it all unfold Just release Just release the control the control Again. Trust the path Trust the path Let it all unfold Let it all unfold Just release Just release the control the control okay, but what about my sacred. Trust the path Trust the path Let it on but do you think I'm gonna find him in the. Just release Just release the. But do you think what I'm getting wrong is Trust the path 4 hours this went on. Any question I had, it stopped me. Trust the path Let it all unfold Just release the control and this became my grounding mantra. Every time my life would spiral, I wouldn't know what to do next. I was anxious, am I ever gonna find this true love? Am I not? What am I doing wrong? Trust the path Let it all unfold Just release the control and so now, flash forward two years after that journey. My new song, trust the Path, is now out. And this music video is an ode to the darkness. It is an ode to the unknown, to going into that fertile Void that we are so afraid of, but everything most beautiful and magical and light in life comes out, out of. And so in the music video, which I'm going to share some clips about right now on the screen, and I will also link the full music video below, please watch it, share it, save it. You can see that it's very, very simple. I'm in this dark abyss. There's nothing on the walls. It's very different from my other music videos where, like, I'm like, in a 2000 throwback girl boss slumber party, going through spaceships or, you know, riding on motorcycles twice working and, you know, very different from my other music videos. This one is like finding beauty in the dark. And there's no color in it at all. It's black on black on black. But you can see there's so much texture and so much aliveness. And then out comes the black snake. Now, the snake is everything that we didn't want to look at. She is our shadows. She is our fears. She is the parts of ourselves that are hard to acknowledge. Our anxiety, our control, our uncertainty, our need for constant assurance. The rude things that we say that we don't want anyone to know. All of the ways that we pretend we don't care when deep down inside we're dying to be loved. Yeah, all of that stuff. The snake sees it all. She's a part of you. She's a part of every one of us. The reason why she's been demonized by modern religion is because only when you integrate her can you become truly whole. When you can look at those shadows and see yourself in the very things you dislike about other people, that was the biggest shadow work of, like, how can someone me over like that? How can someone lie like that? I don't get it. Why? What are the parts of myself that I that are lying? What are the parts of myself I have abandoned? What are the parts of myself I have betrayed? What are the parts of myself that also are curious about lust and maybe have never even acknowledged that part of myself? Because I do believe our shadows will be personified from the people around us if we don't address them first. And so the snake is not here to torment you at all. The snake is here to free you. The snake is here to look for you, to look in the eye at all of the things you have not wanted to look at. So you can move from fearing the snake to dancing with the snake, to becoming one with the snake, to rocking your shadows, to owning your shadows and not just pretending you know, you're just this really chill girl who's like always in a good mood and like, everything's perfect in my world to like. Yeah, I've been through some. I can be a little crazy sometimes too. But you know what? If I'm here, I really want to be here because I don't lie. And that, by the way, that dark feminine energy that we get is chef's kiss so hot. Because the good girl in us, she'll hang around anyone if you just seem to like her, because she just wants to make sure she fits in. But the dark feminine doesn't care who likes her or not. And so if she's there, she genuinely wants to be there. And that actually makes her the truest and the most loyal and the most loving. The dark feminist is actually the most open hearted energy because she's not wearing masks, she's not people pleasing, which is covert narcissism, by the way. She genuinely is choosing to be there and choosing to share her energy with people, but because she wants to. And so many of us are afraid of our dark feminine because we feel it's going to make us come off as cold and untouchable. And the ice queen, which are, these are all archetypes I talk about in the book. So the book goes through my journey of going into the dark night of the soul, then what your dark night of the soul can look like, and then all of the different sacred feminine archetypes that come through. Your dark feminine, your wild woman, your artist, your mystic, your wise woman, your queen, and how you can create a tapestry of all of them by looking at the snake and transmuting it into the rose. And so these are all things you're going to be learning about in maybe this love story is really about me. And what this journey has really taught me is that there is so much beauty in the darkness. We are so afraid of going there because we're afraid that if I actually go into my darkness, like, if I actually fully let myself cry, I might never come out of it. And I remember after six months of waking up and crying every single morning, I was like, is this ever going to end? Is this just who I am now? Like, I'm just always going to be sad. Like it felt like just one thing would set me off. Watching a real, having a thought, seeing a picture pop up on my phone set me off. But it was actually just all the tears. I didn't allow myself to cry my entire life. Like all of the times when I was a little girl. And I was told, don't cry. No one's gonna want to be around you. Or if I cried, I would be left in my room and I would try to cry louder. So my mom would come and get me and she wouldn't. And then I kind of learned, no one cares if you're crying, so just stop. And so many of us, we have this. We're told not to cry, not to be emotional, not to be sensitive. And so there's all of these times in our lives we cried that we felt off, that we felt anxiety. And we, we stuffled it up, stuffed it up, that sometimes we needed to manifest such a dark night to be able to actually break open, crack the lid, open up the teapot, to let out all of the steam that has been inside. And so that is the invitation of a dark night to do all of this releasing of emotion that would have never happened without it. But then what happens is you become way funnier. First of all, like, trauma for sure makes you really fucking funny. Like, I'm making my laugh all day. And by the way, I'm using the word trauma because it's collectively used. I don't even see it as trauma because to me, trauma is like this negative bad thing that happened to you that you're never going to heal from. But instead this is, what can I say, a fermentation of your soul. You know, it's. It's actually adding more sparkles to you. It's actually making you like even more rich for the gut. Like only the real ones with, with nuanced and established palates will be able to fully taste you. And so what a beautiful thing. And why would we want to go back to vanilla when we can be fermented, wild crafted, organic, sun grown and harvested kombucha. Like, this is so much better. So you become funnier, you become sexier. My song, Sexy Dark Night of the Soul is all about this. Like, my shadows made me sexy, plus they gave me somewhere ass, like literally going through. You stop giving a fuck. You wear what you want to wear. You show up in the world how you want to. You just don't give a fuck anymore. And you develop a style. Like, you actually ask yourself these questions of who am I on this other side? How do I want to dress? How do I want to show up in the world? Like these dark nights of the soul actually cause you to define yourself. Like, kind of like artists, right? Like we had Britney Spears, she had all these different eras, right? The Dancing with the Snake era, the, you know, the all the pop priestess princess eras that we've seen from her. Right, Dozens. Michael Jackson, Christina Aguilera, Cher, Madonna, they all had eras. Where are your eras? You need eras. Like, why do only they have eras? We, we get eras too. So like right now I'm definitely in a little bit of a queen, a little bit of a femme fatale era. I would say with this new dark hair is really channeling it. When I was in Brazil, I was really in my hibiscus era. I still am in my hibiscus era, by the way. It's still here. But I just feel I'm in, I'm in my trust, the path era. You know what I mean? And so with your hair, with your style, with the art that you create, with the kind of posts you're doing, with the music you're listening to, you can create these eras for yourself that really embody and distinguish the chapter of life that you are in. And so you can go back and see these different milestones that you've crossed of like, oh yeah, like I really was in that moment of time then. And you can see how beautiful it is because you pass these moments of time and then all of a sudden you're like, oh, whoa, I have grown so much. You know, I love doing photo shoots and I share how to do your dream girl photo shoot in the book. But like do a photo shoot embodying like maybe you're in this very witchy violet purple era, shoot that and then maybe you move on to this like mermaid whimsical era shoot that. And then you can literally see your progressions of growth and it gives you evidence of what is going on inside by actually being able to see it like in a picture that you can share with other people, share on your social media to depict the different chapters of life that you're moving through. And so for me, even these music videos are that they are really art pieces that are highlighting different aspects of my journey. You know, trust, the path has really been going so deep into the darkness and coming out the other side, not just as the snake dancer, but the snake mother that I do feel a mother for all of you going on your snake journeys of trusting that there is something so much greater on the other side. Truthfully, I can say that from the bottom of my heart. And every sing day I get messages from you guys saying I was in a 20 year relationship and I found out that he was cheating or you know, I was about to get engaged and I found out about an addiction or I found out. You know, I was broken up with out of the blue and all these different heartbreak experiences. And while my heart breaks, I also know this is the best thing that has ever happened for you. And I can truly say that because I know it has been for me. And not because what happened was fair, but because of how I transmuted it. And I know that that's possible for you too. And so this is exactly what my new book is about. Maybe this love story is really about me. And this is what the music video Trust the Path is about. This is a mantra that you can listen to time and time again to remind yourself when you are feeling anxious, when you are in that void place, when you don't know what's going to happen next. Maybe you're in a relationship, but you're just feeling a little bit unsure, uncertain about it or about your job or everything in life. Like, there's always things that we feel uncertain about. And so this is the mantra that the medic gave me to share with you, that I've produced Afro beats. And I do this style of Indian chanting called kal, which I taught myself to do. I've always just loved it. So it's very, very simple. It's very, very repetitive. It's something that you can continue to listen to again and again and again and won't get sick of. The mantras are really ancient symbols that you're going to be hearing, like. And so. So it's something really cool that rather than bringing in more words, I just wanted to bring in beats, which are vibrations and actually touch different chakras in our body. The music video is full of different mudras. So mudras are ancient symbols that we make with our hands that. That collect and store and share energy. And so I actually studied in Indian classical dance for this music video and I combined it with belly dance so you will see me belly dancing as well as this Indian bhangra dancer. And so there's lots of beautif, beautiful movement. The jewelry I did the styling of it. And so decked out like desi goddess with the hands and the bindi and everything else. And it's really just such an ode to the dark feminine, such an ode to Kalima, such an ode to Sekhmet, such an ode to the aspect of all of us that was found through the dark and becomes our most favorite parts of ourselves. I love my mermaid, I love my fairy. I love all of my different playful archetypes. But this dark feminine, the part of me that was able to get me through those hardest months slash years and moments for the rest of my life. Because you know, the darkness is always there. But who has been able to not just stay and relish in it and lament in it, but but actually transmute it to create something more beautiful is the archetype that I am the most proud of myself. I didn't even know I had it in me. I had never experienced such levels of pain in my life. And I met a new side of myself that I know. So many of you guys are meeting right now too. Like a side of yourself that's like no matter what happens, I got you. Like I got you in your darkest days, in your darkest moments when that pain feels so overwhelming. That part of yourself that hugs you and holds you and kisses you, your shoulder and rubs your arm and says I am never leaving. I am never leaving. And if you haven't done that, practice, do it. Because so often we are so yearning to be hugged and held by someone else, but we're really yearning for is ourself. Like even right now, just holding your arms, hugging yourself and gently scratching. Scratching your arms up and down the way that you would someone that you love. And you might start to feel butterflies for and from yourself. And so often we so miss that touch. And that's what causes us to jump into a relationship which are often, you know, toxic relationships, red flags that we're overlooking just because we're like so desperate to be loved. But when we can give ourselves that love in those dark moments, we become self sourced and then we no longer need it from someone else. It's no longer this like approval that we're always trying to get and then we're anxious if we don't get it. But rather it is something that is, is always coming from us. So just take a moment right now, you can close your eyes and give yourself a big hug. And tell yourself, I love you so much. Kiss your shoulder, squeeze your arms. Oh, you are so cute. You are so adorable. You are so precious to me. I love you so much. I am so here for you. No matter what happens, I will never leave you. And do you know what? I'm going to give you the life of your dreams. We're going to go places that you've always wanted to go. In fact, what do you want to do tomorrow? Let's do something fun tomorrow. Now make a plan with yourself. Do you want to go do this? How does that sound? Okay, great. I'll be there. And just holding your own hand, holding the hand of your inner Child, holding the hand of yourself like, I'm so here with you. Do you know what else we're going to do this weekend? Make a plan. What's something just fun? Maybe an art project. Maybe go to the aquarium, Maybe go shopping, Maybe go to the park, look at some flowers. So that innocent, pure girl in you, she has just been waiting for your love. She has just been waiting for you to hold her hand, for you to give her the assurance that she's really been needing. Because, yes, it can be scary going into the darkness and being in the void and not knowing what's going to happen next and feeling like your whole life is in shambles. I know what it's like to live out of a suitcase, to have all your stuff in storage, to not know where you're going to go next. And it can be really dismantling for the nervous system. But do you know what? It's also really exciting because you're on a huge adventure right now, and anything can happen in adventures. In fact, you can rewrite the whole entire script. Maybe we should just move to another country. Like, actually, we can do it even if you have a child. Maybe we're going to just book that trip we've always wanted to go on. Maybe those improv classes, those singing classes, that theater, we're just going to do it. Maybe we're finally going to start that YouTube channel, that podcast, we're finally going to start writing that book. Or dye your hair pink or get our nipples pierced. Whatever else you've been wanting to do, you get to create your dream life now. And this dark night in the soul is the very reason why it happened. It's not despite the dark night, it's because of the dark night. Because this shitty thing happened. You ended up with the best life ever. That's just how it works. What goes up must come down. What comes down must go up. You know what I mean? Like, as dark as it gets, as light as it's going to get on the other side. You're just creating more space. And so where are you going to take yourself? What adventures? What masterpieces? And I want you, after this podcast, to take a few minutes to just journal. Like, if I could create my dream life. And don't even think about if it's realistic or not. Please, please, please. The word is for Muggles. What do you want to make? Where do you want to live? You could do anything. Don't worry about the details. Don't worry about your job. Don't worry about, you know, your. Your co parenting, whatever. The thing is that will be figured out. Let's just think big here. And so maybe it is traveling to another country. Maybe it is finally quitting that job. Maybe it is taking a risk and creating music. Maybe it is something you could have just never imagined before. And when you give yourself that, you give your little girl that experience, and all of a sudden, whatever you went through, you're like, thank you for that. Thank you. It's not even dark anymore. It was like the soil, you know, the soil is dark, but we're not like, oh, darkness. It's bad soil. No, that's where all roses and fruit trees and everything else comes from. The womb. Dark. It's where all life comes from. So all of these things that we love and we celebrate all come from the dark. And so my question for you is, what is arising from the dark? And so share that. Share it with me on the comments on YouTube, Spotify, wherever you're listening to this and stream the new music video. Trust the path. Allow this to be a mantra for you in your moments of uncertainty and unknown. It's on Spotify. The new music video is out as well. I know you're gonna love the symbology there. The snake.
