The other night, I was at the ER with Javi until 4 am. By the time I got home, the temptation to cancel everything and stay in bed was very real.

But with just a few hours of sleep, I still got up, got ready, did my makeup, and showed up for the day.

Sometimes the smallest acts of care, from washing your face, getting dressed, and keeping a routine, are what carry us through the chaos.
