As I was thinking about that phrase a few years ago, I started asking myself a different question and I want to share that perspective with you.

“What am I actually saying no to?”

Because many times the thing we are saying no to is actually the thing we deeply want.

In this episode, I’m unpacking the hidden cost of constantly living in survival mode and sharing one of my favorite stories in the Bible from Acts chapter 12 about Peter in prison.
