Welcome to the Love&BLoved™ Podcast.
I’m Lena Cebula—wife, mother of three, Certified Christian Leadership Coach, speaker, author of Miraculous: My Journey from Hell to Heaven, and founder of Love&BLoved™ and The Renewal Method Community.
I help Christian moms learn practical, faith-based strategies to manage stress so they can respond with grace, strengthen their faith and well-being, improve their environment, and leave a legacy of peace for their children.
Through a variety of podcast series, honest conversations, and inspiring guest interviews, you’ll discover biblical encouragement, practical wisdom, and real stories of faith, resilience, and personal growth to support you in every season of motherhood.
One of those series is the Rising Mother Series. I sit down with carefully selected Christian moms who share honest stories of how God has met them through life’s challenges and used every season to shape their faith and purpose.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, and I also know the incredible peace that comes from trusting God. My prayer is that these conversations encourage every mom to hold on to hope, trust God’s process, and discover that no season is beyond His redeeming grace. Restoration is possible through Christ.
If you’re looking for encouragement beyond the podcast, you’re also invited to join the Love&BLoved™ Community, where Christian moms connect, grow in faith, and support one another.
P.S. This podcast is for educational and inspirational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional counselling, mental health care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content shared should not be used in place of therapy or guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Send us Fan MailNew episode of Love&BLoved Platform! #Chat with Lena: Purpose Over Fear.In this episode, I reflect on Moses’ calling in Exodus 4 and how many people struggle with doubt about their ability, voice, or readiness. I explore how fear, hesitation, and insecurity can block purpose, and how peace and clarity grow when we shift our focus, as described in Philippians 4:4–9. I also invite you to consider what you may be called to, what might be holding you back, and I hope it will help you to develop steadiness and peace in your life. On today’s episode, I am sharing:1.Many people hesitate to step into their calling because fear and self-doubt feel louder than purpose.2.Lasting peace develops when the mind is trained to focus on truth instead of worry.3.Real change begins when a person chooses action rather than waiting to feel ready.Glorify App (Christian Meditation & Prayer App)App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/glorify-daily-worship/id1490579192Bible Passage: Exodus 4 (Key Section + Reference)Read full chapter:https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Exodus+4&version=NIVCore moment discussed (Exodus 4:10–12, NIV):“Moses said to the Lord, ‘Pardon your servant, Lord.
