Welcome to the Love&BLoved™ Podcast.
I’m Lena Cebula—wife, mother of three, Certified Christian Leadership Coach, speaker, author of Miraculous: My Journey from Hell to Heaven, and founder of Love&BLoved™ and The Renewal Method Community.
I help Christian moms learn practical, faith-based strategies to manage stress so they can respond with grace, strengthen their faith and well-being, improve their environment, and leave a legacy of peace for their children.
Through a variety of podcast series, honest conversations, and inspiring guest interviews, you’ll discover biblical encouragement, practical wisdom, and real stories of faith, resilience, and personal growth to support you in every season of motherhood.
One of those series is the Rising Mother Series. I sit down with carefully selected Christian moms who share honest stories of how God has met them through life’s challenges and used every season to shape their faith and purpose.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, and I also know the incredible peace that comes from trusting God. My prayer is that these conversations encourage every mom to hold on to hope, trust God’s process, and discover that no season is beyond His redeeming grace. Restoration is possible through Christ.
If you’re looking for encouragement beyond the podcast, you’re also invited to join the Love&BLoved™ Community, where Christian moms connect, grow in faith, and support one another.
P.S. This podcast is for educational and inspirational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional counselling, mental health care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content shared should not be used in place of therapy or guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Send us Fan MailLife doesn’t always go according to plan—and transitions can leave us feeling uncertain, restless, or even fearful. In this episode, I am sharing what I've went through last few month and here is exercise to help you move through difficult transitions with more peace, clarity, and confidence. “Surrender & Steward” Journaling ExerciseFocus: Letting go of control and embracing trust in God’s plan.Scripture: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” – Proverbs 3:5-6How to Practice:Write down what transition you’re currently facing and what feels uncertain.Draw two columns: “God’s Part” and “My Part.”List what belongs in God’s control (timing, outcomes, other people’s choices) and what you can steward (your actions, prayers, preparation, and faith).Faith Solution:When you visually see what belongs to God, anxiety lessens. Steward what’s in your control with excellence, and surrender the rest in prayer daily.🕊️ Prayer: “Lord, I release my desire to control the outcome. Help me to be faithful with what You’ve placed in my hands and to trust You with what I cannot see.” Remember you are loved so grace over judgement. If you’re in a season of change—career, relationships, health, moving or calling—this conversation will remind you that God is not done with your story. Every transition can become a transformation when you walk it out with faith.Listen and be reminded: You’re not lost—you’re being led.Did this episode encourage you?Share your biggest takeaway in the comments—we’d love to hear from you!⭐ If this episode blessed you, please subscribe, share it with a friend, and leave a 5-star review. Send us Fan MailNew episode of Love&BLoved Podcast! #ChatwithLena series when I share spontaneous revelations and confessing them to you. My passion comes from my own journey—surviving human trafficking, addiction, PTSD, and trauma AND finding healing through faith in Christ. I know firsthand that transformation is possible, and that joy, love, peace, purpose, and passion CAN be restored after trauma. The road to healing long but so worth it. But there always will be moments like this one. tell me what do you think and what do you do after mistake? This situations are inevitable no matter how mature in Christ you are no matter race or age, we are all in the same both... humans, and our trauma, mental, physical, and emotional, and spiritual health when not healed will manifest in default modes and negative behaviour. But there is hope!!! You are loved and don't have to be perfect. God is wonderful counsellor and will lead you and guide you and walk beside you. I know this because He did this for me. Matthew 11:28-30 New International Version“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”Here is a meaning of word "yoke" just in case you think about an egg. Literal Meaning: A wooden bar or frame, known as a yoke, is used to join draft animals like oxen for pulling and working together because it distributes the weight evenly between the animals, making it easier for them to pull heavy loads and work as a unit. In the Bible, "yoke" metaphorically represents bondage, oppression, or the weight of a task or obligation, often used in the context of submission to authority, particularly in the context of religious or spiritual freedom. So that's what Jesus did for me .He partnered up with me to carry a heavy load of my trauma, grief and everyday struggles to give me peace and freedom. He did this for me He will do it for you!
