Life doesn’t always go according to plan—and transitions can leave us feeling uncertain, restless, or even fearful. In this episode, I am sharing what I've went through last few month and here is exercise to help you move through difficult transitions with more peace, clarity, and confidence.

“Surrender & Steward” Journaling Exercise

Focus: Letting go of control and embracing trust in God’s plan.

Scripture: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

How to Practice:

Write down what transition you’re currently facing and what feels uncertain.
Draw two columns: “God’s Part” and “My Part.”
List what belongs in God’s control (timing, outcomes, other people’s choices) and what you can steward (your actions, prayers, preparation, and faith).

Faith Solution:

When you visually see what belongs to God, anxiety lessens. Steward what’s in your control with excellence, and surrender the rest in prayer daily.

🕊️ Prayer: “Lord, I release my desire to control the outcome. Help me to be faithful with what You’ve placed in my hands and to trust You with what I cannot see.”

Remember you are loved so grace over judgement.
