In this weeks episode, after explaining the missing 3 weeks Pauline talks about watching her fathers health deteriorate quickly during Covid19 due to lack of exercise. Then when she was caring for him for months earlier this year, she started stress eating and so while he was recovering she was getting less healthy. Pauline has put out to the world her intentions of restoring her health and invites you to join her in focusing on our Mind and Body Health together. On the 29th September 2025 Pauline weighed 87.55kg (193lbs / 13.8 Stone) and her belly 114cm / 36in. On the 4th November 2025 she weighed 84kg (185 lbs / 13.2 stone) and her belly was 112.5cm (44.2 inches) If you are interested in joining Pauline in reducing your visceral belly fat, you should take your measurements. You can take weight, belly measurements and measurements of any other part of your body you wish to reduce. Together we can do this!
