We're pulling back the curtain on what we talk about offline and letting you in this week. An episode not made for the weak.

In this episode, Stephanie and Rachael are basically doing what they always do—talking about mom life, glow-ups, and all the stuff we pretend we’re handling well. They laugh about pregnancy and body image, complain about holiday gift pressure, and admit the weird things we all do to keep it together. They get into fitness, mindset shifts, trying to stay sane around family, and why taking care of yourself feels like a full-time job. It’s honest, chaotic, and very real—just two moms figuring it out!

We love to joke that self-care is a glass of wine, a mani/pedi, or a massage—but we’re here to tell you that’s not the real thing. This is the real sh*t. None of the cute, surface-level stuff. In this episode, Rach and Steph face the reality of being in their 40s, dropping the excuses, and dealing head-on with what’s right in front of them.

Want to know what Rach and Steph were up to during their hiatus? Let's go! Season 3 starts now.

It's a hot topic and one of us is living it. Sleeping in separate bedrooms gets a lot of people's panties in a bunch about the status of marriage but is it really an indicator? Rach is talking about her real life experience this week. And more on being smarter than a 2nd grader, Moms that shine and some normal good old shooting the shit.

On this episode of MILF-ish, we walk (literally) through the ups and downs of moving our bodies in a world built for sitting still. Rachael Schwartz joins us to talk about why looping the golf course beats flat-ass desk life any day, the unrealistic obsession with 10,000 steps, and how guilt and excuses sneak into our daily routines. We get real about doom-scrolling at night, the pressure of Instagram, and that constant “am I doing enough?” voice in the back of our heads. From walking pads collecting dust to production meetings that feel like a slow death, we’re unpacking how movement, mindset, and managing self-doubt collide in modern life.

Both Rach and Steph have been married for about 14 years, but they were in very different places when they met their husbands. Steph was a news reporter chasing her Emmy Award, living in L.A. for a six-month stint when she met Dave outside a comedy club on Sunset Blvd. Rach was living in the city, partying, and ready to settle down, so she naturally signed up for J-Date (IYKYK) and started serial dating. No matter what people say, committing to someone for life and then looking back at how it all came together is insane. How are we surviving!? This week, we break it all down and dive into our MILF beginnings.

Is it us? Seriously, we want to know! Rach and Steph take a step back this week and unpack all the crazy shit that’s happened lately—from firing a babysitter who refused to park and pick up Steph’s daughter because she had to walk too far, to lifelong friends suddenly deciding the friendship is over. We're diving into it all and not holding back!

It's the WTF moment of all time! Rach is searching for her a new aesthetic routine in Florida, only to find herself encountering a series of mediocre to borderline gross —culminating in the ultimate beauty service horror story! Meanwhile, Steph unpacks her frustration with suburbia, from the monotony of Saturday night dinners to the rinse-and-repeat conversations that come with them.

Are 'girls trips' and 'chill' mutually exclusive? Rach and Steph talk about what they do to line up a girls trips, preferences on body count and agreement on booze over food, always. Plus, the fryer festival moment that forced them to buy their way to off a private island to get back to the resort day party. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok: @milf_ishpod.
