Wholehearted—Loving God With All Your Mind

Ever feel like your thoughts are running wild and trying to make you believe a whole array of things that aren’t true or helpful? Christy and special guest Stephani Cook talk about what it means to practically take every thought captive in obedience to Christ. There are so many things around us fighting for our mind’s attention—social media, general media (tv, movies, books, music, podcasts, news), the voices of friends and family, our own negative self-talk… And all of it can feel so very loud. Discerning what is good and right and true can feel really challenging at times in the midst of all of the noise. We must learn to "catch" our thoughts, "check" them, and "change" them if they aren't in alignment with what God says is true. It is slow and steady work that requires patience, intentionality, prayer, and often the help, encouragement, and accountability of others.
