Mothers are making HerStory - simply by doing their very best. The Nailed It: Motherhood podcast is for mothers, aunties and villages who wish they had the advice they needed to get through some of their tough parenting journeys! Many even have their own tips and tricks to give to other parents!

Our beautiful mom, Karlynn, has officially been welcomed to the new mom's club! But before we inducted her, Nailed It Motherhood Podcast sat down with three of her closet influences and simulated a virtual baby shower in what we like to call a "Baby Bath"! They played games, shared stories and gave awesome wisdom to the new mom-to-be, but most importantly they shared so much love and respect for each other as mothers and as people! Tune in with special co-host Krysta and hear the delivery stories of these moms. Karlynn is the mom of the first boy of the group and Jasmine, Mercedes and Tamara are eager to see if her experience is anything like the girls that they birthed. The Baby Bath is an opportunity for the new mom to soak in all the wisdom that her loved ones have to offer. She was a blessing to encounter and her girls got to talk about the fondest memories they shared with her. This conversation is a must listen. They talked small town vibes, church folk and dating with Phyllis and a time was had!Follow Tiara on Instagram. Tamara sits down and chats with a mom who is experienced with raising her four children, as well as the community's children. Cherrita Lusane is a mom, a wife, a childcare director, a business owner, a mental health advocate, a forever student and of course the QUEEEEEN of her house! Though Cherrita was a teen mom, she learned quickly how to come correct to the plate and she used her circumstance to empower herself and therefore empower others down the line. She calls herself Cherrita "I'll Help You" Lusane, because if she has the resources that you might need, then she wants to offer assistance. One thing she wants to remind her younger self is 'Your voice matters. Your vision will come to pass and never lose sight of who you are and your dreams.' These words of wisdom can drive many people today to achieve their passion, especially young moms. Join "That Girl" and our Nailed It Motherhood Podcast host as they talk about Cherrita's journey from having a village to being a village. It never passes. It lives on. It heals. It motivates. A mother’s love is one that cannot be matched. Tamara sits down with her cousin, Janiene Taylor, and they talk about how her mother’s love mapped out the structure she built for parenting her daughters. Though Janiene lost her mother at a very young age, she keeps the memories alive and intentionally makes her own. Janiene is not only a mother to three beautiful girls, but she takes great pride in giving back to her community. As the founder of Justice4joi, she works to give NICU parents everything she didn’t know she needed after spending 30 days in the hospital with her NICU baby. She advocates to make sure mothers are not afraid or alone. Recently, her advocacy was recognized by the community she serves when she was nominated as a 2024 H.O.P.E. Lifetime Achievement Honoree. Congratulations, Janiene and thank you for the work that you do!Follow Janine and Justice4joi:Instagramwww.justice4joi.orgJaniene ReneeSend us Fan MailSupport the showWe might have the recipe nobody wrote down!Shop Nailed It MotherhoodIf you'd like to share your story, sign up to be a guest here!Support Our Podcast by "Buying Me a Coffee".Join the Conversation and Subscribe to our Podcast:www.naileditmotherhood.com https://www.skool.com/nailed-it-motherhood-podcast-6812/aboutFollow us online:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/nailed.it.motherhood.podcast/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/naileditmotherhood/is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pcPodcast CreditsHost & Producer: Tamara EldridgeMusic from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!): https://uppbeat.io/t/moire/new-life License code: 8BJOM5NVSQEO1S7XRising Above (Short Version) BoDleasons https://pixabay.com/users/bodleasons-28047609/

One year Lardina lost her mom. She finally began to heal and get to a place where she was ready to live and life changed abruptly for her and her husband. Her baby sister died just three months later and she and Steffon took custody of two of her young nieces. They had to learn each other. They had to learn grief again. They had to learn who they were in this new life. They had to learn to heal. Shutting down the house was the solution for Lardina. It was one way that she was able to gift a life of normalcy to her nieces while also finding normalcy with her family. They hurt together and they healed together, but they grew together, and are now in a place where they are able to help others who find themselves in similar situations. Lardina is a parent and a guardian, but she is a part of the ministry of pointing people to God through relationship and writing! In this episode, you can hear her heart and also share in the joy both our host and our guest felt by talking to each other.Stay connected with Lardina:The Empowered Woman BlogThe Empowered Woman FacebookRelationship Matters MinistriesSend us Fan MailSupport the showWe might have the recipe nobody wrote down!Shop Nailed It MotherhoodIf you'd like to share your story, sign up to be a guest here!Support Our Podcast by "Buying Me a Coffee".Join the Conversation and Subscribe to our Podcast:www.naileditmotherhood.com https://www.skool.com/nailed-it-motherhood-podcast-6812/aboutFollow us online:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/nailed.it.motherhood.podcast/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/naileditmotherhood/is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pcPodcast CreditsHost & Producer: Tamara EldridgeMusic from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!): https://uppbeat.io/t/moire/new-life License code: 8BJOM5NVSQEO1S7XRising Above (Short Version) BoDleasons https://pixabay.com/users/bodleasons-28047609/

After a rough week for our guest, she took the time to meet with Tamara and lay it out on the table! This mom was a young mom and she felt the judgement of onlookers and the broken hearted cry of her mom due to a cycle she repeated. Erica Walton did not want that for her daughters, but it still revisited her. The difference? The way she responded. Listen to the wisdom and love Erica brings to the show when she bring her honest opinion and her experience as a mom. You will hear her passion and find that she is quite a powerhouse. Ronnell Perry got pregnant her junior year in high school. She was able to hide her pregnancy from several people until she was about 7 or 8 months pregnant - including her family. Thankfully, her family embraced their new miracle and helped Ronnell take care of her daughter while she finished school. Having a desire to educate herself on raising her daughter lead her to the work in Early Childhood, where she was then able to be a role model for both parents and the babies that she worked with. Tamara and Ronnell share several laughs and new ideas while they talk about Ronnell's personal parenting journey. Though it went down a different path then they originally planned, it still shed light to some of the issues that occurred in Ronnell's parenting and highlighted some of the evolution of parenting.
