Hi. Thanks for having me again.

Thank you so much for coming. You are, you are such a unique guest for me and I'll explain to the audience why when I first met you, you were, you came on as a near death experience and you know, that's how we, we spoke about your near death experience, that you died, you came back, and when you came back, you had new abilities, things really changed for you. And, and if anybody's interested in seeing that, we'll put the link in the show notes for, you know, for people to go watch that whole conversation about your near death experience. But that was, that was kind of, you know, when I want to have a near death experience around, generally that's, that's it. We're good. You know, you did, you told us your story. And I generally don't have near death experiencers back generally. Sometimes I do, but very rarely. But for whatever reason, I always had you stuck in the back of my head. It was the weirdest thing. And then you started telling me about astral therapy, and then we did a session of astral therapy. But when we did that, it was one of the more profound things that's ever happened to me spiritually. And we can, we'll, we'll dive into that in a little bit. But I always had you in the. It just, it's not like we talked every week or anything like that. I think six months later or a year later, I just text you and I'm like, hey, do you, this is what we're thinking about. Would you like to do it? And you're like, oh, absolutely, let's, let's rock and roll. And, and now we've worked on a course together, we're working on a series together for Next Level Soul TV as well. And you flew down here to Next Level Soul Studios to do all the shooting and stuff. So it's just, you're a very unique person in, in the, in the scope of what we do at Next Level soul. Because it's. It's rare. It just doesn't happen very often. So you are an amazing. You have an amazing energy to you and you're absolutely wonderful. So thank you for being here.

[Mariko Frederick]

Oh, my gosh, thank you for having me. It's been so fun since we first met and the journey that we've had over the past couple years. I've had so much fun. And yeah, I think the near death experience, for me, it's like the tip of the iceberg. You know, it's what people kind of like get introduced to me, the story that they find out about. But for me, in my personal life, you know, that was like. I mean, not to downplay it, but for me it was kind of a blip. I mean, not physically. It was really hard to overcome that physically. That was not a fun 10 years afterwards. But you know, spiritually and like, with what I'm here to do and with what I want to share with people, yeah, it was sort of the tip of the iceberg. So I'm grateful to get to come back and to share more both in the course and everything that we're doing with everybody.

[Alex Ferrari]

So when you came back, what did you come back with?

[Mariko Frederick]

Right?

[Alex Ferrari]

Like abilities wise and what opened up in you? Because that really kind of leans us into the rest of the conversation.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. So I think probably with a lot of people who have NDEs, we come back with a little bit of the other side. Like, we don't come back the same.

[Alex Ferrari]

Not like a horror story. No, not like a horror movie. Like all of a sudden, like, I brought something back.

[Mariko Frederick]

What do you think of, like, pet cemetery?

[Alex Ferrari]

That's exactly what it is. It's a Stephen King pet cemetery.

[Mariko Frederick]

No, it wasn't. No, thank God. It was not like that.

[Alex Ferrari]

I scared one of those.

[Mariko Frederick]

Don't bring that on. Maybe a Halloween episode. I don't know.

[Alex Ferrari]

He came back with me anyway.

[Mariko Frederick]

Okay, now I'm freaking out. No, no, no. I get scared easy. No, not like that. You bring back the bliss. It's like you come back with this imprint of the other side with you. You come back like, you come back almost like you've been reformatted with infinity and with a knowledge of it, but not in like an ego. Look what I know. But more of like, oh, this is who we all are. I'm no different.

[Alex Ferrari]

I just had to die for this to open up.

[Mariko Frederick]

That's right. Like, I had to die for like a second or a little longer than that. Like so. And I'm always joking with people, like, it would be amazing if everyone could just die for a second because we would all have this understanding of the infinite and infinite love and everybody would kind of stop fighting and arguing about anything because it doesn't matter. But you come back, not with just like the knowledge mentally, but it's like an energetic, you're changed, your frequency is completely different. And then it's like you have, gosh, it's hard to explain, but it's like you have the library of truth with you, in you, in your heart and with all that there is to know and learn. It's just simply love. Infinite love. And I think that's what I came back with, that's what everybody probably comes back with, is not just an understanding, but that you embody that you are love. We are all love.

[Alex Ferrari]

Well, you've been given the information, that knowledge, if you will, you, you've taken the bite of the apple in a way of the tree of knowledge because you are seeing the truth. Now where this is not truth. This is an illusion. This is Maya. This is a dream, essentially. Yeah. This is the Matrix.

[Mariko Frederick]

It, it's totally the Matrix and we are Neo.

[Alex Ferrari]

No, but then you got a glimpse of the other side. And once you get a glimpse of the other side, you can't take that back, unlearn it.

[Mariko Frederick]

No, I mean it's, it's funny because we say a glimpse of the other side, but you're in infinite time, so it's not even a glimpse. You know, when I died, I remember they were telling me to come back and I was like, go back and be who? Like I've been here. People have asked like, how long does it feel? And I'm like, it's infinite. There's not a. But I'm like 800 years. I don't know because there's not seconds. I don't know. Right, right. But it's kind of the same like it felt like hundreds of years. And by the time they told me to go back, I was like, do what? Go where? Be who? And it was, it was not fun coming back. It was kind of devastating because now I have to go back into illusion and go figure out how to be this person. Mariko was not easy.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right? So yeah, let me, let's dive into that for a second because when, when people do come back from. When people come back from the dead and it just sounds weird when you say it like that, but when people have a near death experience and they come back, there is an acclimation period of how do I deal with this world now with this new information and then also be this person now that I am. Like the old version of you is gone. Stay dead, it's gone. There's a beautiful movie which I hope one day I can get on the platform. It's an older movie from the 90s called Regarding Henry. Do you remember that movie with Harrison Ford?

[Mariko Frederick]

I know the movie. I can't remember. You know, I don't remember everything right.

[Alex Ferrari]

But it was Harrison Forum and that Bening, I think, I think J.J. abrams wrote it. He might have direct, I'm not sure. But it was about. He was an a hole lawyer, Harrison Ford. And he was just a mean, mean person. Then has an accident, has a brain injury. When he wakes up, he's the sweetest human being on the planet and he has to figure out how to re acclimate to his world where everybody had disdain for him. He was a very powerful lawyer, but his family, his colleagues, they don't know how to deal with him and he has to try to deal. So I imagine that's kind of what it's like coming back from a near death experience.

[Mariko Frederick]

I think so, yeah. And then you have this. So yeah, it's almost like you're like, okay, I'm back in this pretend world, but everyone thinks it's real. So I don't want to like mess

[Alex Ferrari]

with them because they get angry.

[Mariko Frederick]

Some people.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh yeah.

[Mariko Frederick]

Or some people have a lot of questions and honestly I wasn't ready to talk about it. It took me almost 20 years to talk about it. And how old were you? I was 29.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay.

[Mariko Frederick]

So it took, I don't know what it took, 18, 17 years for me to start getting comfortable, something like that, you know, and it's so sacred. It's almost like you. For me, I didn't want to talk about it. There's no human words to talk about it with. So even when we say the words like bliss, infinite love, it's like meh. It kind of falls short of what that experience truly is. And I think it's important that it's not an experience, it's you. That was not me experiencing something, that was me experiencing me. Me experiencing the soul, a unit of God's consciousness. And that's what we all are. And then we come back to this world where people are very human and worried about stuff that you're like, gosh, that doesn't matter. And you just want to like share that.

[Alex Ferrari]

It just doesn't matter.

[Mariko Frederick]

It doesn't matter. What matters is that they're getting out of alignment with their soul and. And getting in their minds or their ego or whatever and arguing about stuff or worrying about stuff. And that's like. That's the hard part. When you come back with so much of the frequency of truth, the frequency of infinite love, how do you then. And what do you do to communicate that when nobody there speaks the language of infinity? Right. So it's like, what do I do? And then they send you back with an assignment on your soul. And I'm like, I don't even. First of all, I can't. I'm sick, so I can't, like, get up and do anything. And second of all, how do I even communicate this? How do I explain the realms? How do I explain that this isn't the only place? How do I explain that you are all basically. Essentially a unit of God's consciousness, that we are all one? Yeah, we hear that, but, like, really feel it and experience it. And I think the weight of that. I'll say blessing, but also, you know, 29. It was a responsibility. It was. It was a lot. I was completely.

[Alex Ferrari]

You're figuring it out still at 29?

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, I have no idea. Yeah, I have no idea what's going on. And then now I'm supposed to do this thing.

[Alex Ferrari]

You. You had no idea what was going on prior to dying at 29? Right.

[Mariko Frederick]

I mean, no offense to people who are 29, but, you know, you're trying

[Alex Ferrari]

to figure it out.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. I mean, even people who are old souls and all the things and like, yeah, we are, but we've only been here 29 years, so there's still a lot of figuring out to do.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, there's. Yeah, it's. It's kind of fascinating to. I. You know, sometimes I speak to Ascended masters on the show, as one does regular Tuesday. Regular Tuesday. Whereas, you know, is Jesus coming? Buddha's coming. Great. I've had Buddha on the show in forever. But when you speak to these Ascended masters, a question I always ask them is, like, what is it like? Like, what was it like being here at the time when humanity's consciousness couldn't even grasp the basic understanding of the Kingdom of heaven is within you. Something. Everything I can do, you can do. And more very basic teachings that were revolutionary to the point where he. We're speaking of Yeshua, where eventually they're like, yeah, we can't have this guy around anymore. Let's take care of this situation. And they. And they got rid of him. And that happens to a lot of these Masters, but walking around with the knowledge at a very high level. I mean, we're talking about mastery level, and you're basically talking another language, something they can't even. Only a handful of followers. And even their followers are like, the apostles are still. They were still trying to figure it out. You know, some of them messed up a few things along the way, but it was very difficult. So I could only imagine, for someone like yourself coming back, not that you're an ascended master, Right?

[Mariko Frederick]

Well, that's the problem. I'm not. So then I'm just like. I'm just a regular person. What do I do with this?

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, you've been given a glimpse. You've been given a glimpse of the other side, and you've also been. You've brought back a glimpse. Not pet sematary style, but you brought back a glimpse.

[Mariko Frederick]

We don't want that.

[Alex Ferrari]

No, no, no, no, no. We don't want the creepy kid in the corner or that cat. But you've come back with a bit.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Of the other side. And you. You are aware of what the truth is. And that's what happens with people when they awaken. That's what's happening around the world right now. People are awakening more and more and more and more. Consciousness is rising. But then to speak to your family, to speak to your friends, to try to deal with colleagues or careers, and it's. It's so difficult to kind of navigate your life in that world. And I know you've had challenges.

[Mariko Frederick]

I have. Yeah. Now I'm used to it. And I, you know, if I talk to somebody that I knew 30 years, who only remembers me from that time, it's like, I kind of sweetly joke that it's like talking to my echo. It's who I used to be, and I'm totally good with it now. You know, we could talk about whatever. It's not who I am right now because it's not just bringing back a glimpse. It's bringing back a piece of the frequency and then embodying the frequency and then taking, for me, you know, years and years to figure out how to. How to share it with people in a way that's not just words, in a way that helps humanity with their frequency. Because me just sharing a story is interesting, fun, entertaining, but not changing anything. And what I knew, what I came back with, was an assignment to help shift something within people within people. But it's not like they gave me an instruction manual that I could read with like, you know, a list of, like, here are the 10 things you're doing. The ascended masters just shifted my frequency. Like, like I've said, it's like giving a box and I couldn't open it and I don't know what's in it.

And that he got a super suit without the instruction manual and he just bumbles around. He can barely fly, but he's super crushing. He's super strong, but he doesn't know his own strength. He has no idea what the suit does. The aliens gave him this suit. And that's kind of what happened to you. You're the greatest.

Because you're bumbling around like, you've given me this. These power. But what do I do? How do I use them? How do I help people? Right? Because that's. It's kind of like a joke.

It was. And I'm authentically. You know, I'm a goofball, so I am that. Anyways. And then I've got this thing I'm supposed to do, and then what I didn't know because nobody was telling me. Who was there to tell me was, it's not about doing anything. It's about being. So I had to take the years to say, okay, this did happen. It's okay that it happened to you. It's okay that you might know something. You don't have to be ashamed of it. You don't have to feel imposter syndrome around it, which was a huge thing for me. Right? Like, shouldn't Deepak between this. Like, am I even qualified for this?

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, oh, don't you know? Yeah.

[Mariko Frederick]

The imposter syndrome.

[Alex Ferrari]

Are you kidding me? Like, I'm like a spiritual show for me. Like, what is this? I still look around Hollywood. I'm like, I'm looking around going, this is. This is. How is this even a thing? I don't understand it. But apparently you know the story. Everyone knows the story. Or that I was told to do it by my spiritual teacher, and I'm like, you're insane. And blah, blah, blah. And four years later, we have a million followers. And it's like, what is. What? Yeah. Like, how is this a thing? So I get you. I completely under. Talk about imposter syndrome. There should be someone else doing this.

[Mariko Frederick]

And you had to go in four years. Like, I've been doing this for a long time. I got decades.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, yeah, it's been truncated. No question. I've. Yeah. It's been a wild ride. It's been. And it's getting wilder.

[Mariko Frederick]

It is. It's going to get even wilder.

[Alex Ferrari]

So you have told me things.

[Mariko Frederick]

So things are. Things are. Like, hang on to your seat here. So, yeah, it's a lot when you're here to do. I don't like the word do because people want to. Like, what do I do? Nothing. That's the thing. There's Nothing to do. You be the person who can do the thing for you. Your spiritual teacher was like, haha, this is what you're gonna do. And I remember you were like, no thanks, I can't do that. But you've become the person who can do it. You said yes to what you're meant to do. And now things are growing. And that's really the first thing to do when you feel like you're here to do something more. When you have an assignment on your soul, whatever, that you don't do anything. You sit with it and you become the vibration, you become the frequency. You say yes, even if it's like a little whisper that's like, oh my gosh, okay.

[Alex Ferrari]

Open that business. Write that book. You know, leave that job. Yes. This other thing.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yes.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know, those little whispers which eventually turn into a sledgehammer, by the way. It starts as a tab, a little whisper, little nudge, and then eventually the sledgehammer comes like, you're fired.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

From your job. Forced, you know, or something happens in a relationship and now you. You have to leave.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know, kind of thing. It's. I've learned a long time ago to just listen.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Because if not, it. It just get. It doesn't end well for you because you're going to go there anyway because that's what you've. You've. You've made that agreement with your soul. Your soul made that agreement like you're gonna come down. Your soul made an agreement like. Yeah. About when you're 29, you're. I'm gonna die. And I'm gonna need that to set me on my path of what I'm gonna do. It's not gonna be easy, it's not gonna be fun, but this is the way I'm gonna do it. And that's. That was the plan. Is that. Am I correct?

[Mariko Frederick]

Exactly.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. I mean, I resisted, you know, a little bit more than what you. But yeah, I resisted a lot of resistance. Yeah.

You know, a lot of people don't know I stopped the show. Oh, wow. I started it. April. April 21, I think, or Easter of 2021. By the end of the year, I was. I stopped. And everyone knows how. How much content I put out every week. I was doing one every month.

That's how bad I was just like scared, terrified.

Yeah.

Imposter syndrome.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

Until I got a kick in the butt by. By Connie, my. My teacher. And then I went all in. But it was a big leap of faith and I've Been taking a lot of those lately.

[Mariko Frederick]

Get used to it.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, it's. It's a lot of that. But. But the, but the goal is still the same, is to help people, and that's what kind of keeps you going. And the effect that these kind of things that we're doing, you and I both in our own ways, are helping people around the world. You know, this conversation is going to be listened to by a bunch of people.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. And we're here for a blip. Like we're here for. I always joke that it's like. It's like running to 7:11. It's like an errand. Our soul, it's so fast.

[Alex Ferrari]

Did you hear Jordan Peterson wrote it, said something so profound the other day. I saw it somewhere on social media where he's like, when you die, your, your. Let's say you die tomorrow. Your wife and your kids. Let's say you still have a wife. Your wife and your kids will prepare the, the, the funeral. And they'll prepare the, the, the. The wake, all that stuff. And a day after it's done, they'll maybe laugh about some things you did in the past. And a month later you'll be a. A faded memory. And a year and it just starts. And then you start to realize. Does it. You know, once your kids are gone, who's going to remember? Like, if you're lucky, you're remembered in 100 years. If you're lucky.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

But most don't, you know, and it's okay.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

You're here for a moment.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

For more in a thousand year, how many people from ancient Rome do we remember?

[Mariko Frederick]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

I mean, really, like a few of a handful. Right. Unless you're a historian.

Right.

And even then we're talking about kings and emperors that you remember. How about the millions and millions and millions of people that lived in Rome?

[Mariko Frederick]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

In the Roman Empire.

[Mariko Frederick]

No clue.

You know, Egypt, you know, it doesn't. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter that you're here for the moments that you're here. Use that time wisely. And I think as we. We've both gotten older, you start to realize, like, oh, I think I'm closer to that than I was.

[Mariko Frederick]

We're halfway done. Like, we got a good time.

[Alex Ferrari]

I think I don't. Where am I in this road? Like, am I. Did I pass the halfway point already? Like, I don't. Holy crap.

[Mariko Frederick]

I know.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know, I'm like, farther away from when I was born than I'm closer to when this journey is going to be over, and you start to think about things in a very different way.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

So now it's. And even then, it's not easy. You're still trying to figure it out because you got to deal stuff every day. Every day. Now, I want to talk to you about our session. Now, this is something I've never spoken about publicly before, and I'm. I was kind of saving this for when we spoke. You told me when we first. First did our interview, you're like, hey, I love to give you a therapy session. And I get offered stuff all the time by. By guests and people who want to be on the show. Hey, I'll give you a free reading, or I'll give you free. That. I'm like, oh, sure, why not? Sometimes I do it. Sometimes I'm like, I'm good, thanks. I don't chase the. The psychic. I literally have a Rolodex full of some of the greatest psychic mediums and channels in the world. And I never. I never call. I rarely, if ever call anybody going, what's gonna happen? Like, it's not something I do anymore. But when you recommended. You're like, I could do astral therapy. I'm like, what the hell? That's intriguing. What's astrotherapy? Can you explain to people what astro therapy is? Because it's something that you've brought back.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, it's something I. I guess I did. I brought it back, and I. Well, I don't know if I brought it back so much as I've always had it. So you know my story. Well, I didn't remember. Like, I forgot, but I stayed conscious between lifetimes, and I thought everybody did until I was a teenager. And then I found out we didn't, and I was like, oh, geez. So I've always remembered being in the other realms, being in the higher realms before I was born. I remember who I was in my last life. And for me, it's one long memory. Just like the past year is one long memory. So I remember it, but not in that I forgot. And I'm, like, recalling it through akashic records or something. I just remember it all. And so when I was young, especially when I was a baby, I would go into the higher realms. I'd go into the causal realm, and then I'd come back and be in my body. And so I was always traveling into the higher realms. And then as I got older in grammar school, I would go into the astral realm. And when I was. I was going. I had some Abuse happen. And to escape the abuse, I would go into the higher realms and hang out there. And so I've just done that my whole life. And I didn't know that. Not everybody did. I remember specifically thinking that talking about it was taboo and that we weren't allowed to talk about certain things. Like, when I was little, I was in preschool, and I remember. I think we talked about this on. I'm not sure what show I talked about this on, but I see lights when I turn off the lights at night. To me, there's, like, millions of little lights. When I was younger, there were bigger lights and they were different colors sometimes. And I remember seeing them floating by, and I kept reaching out, like, oh, I can get one of those, because no one told me I couldn't. So I was reaching and reaching. I'd kind of, like go right through the air. And then eventually I grabbed one and I woke up with this astrally projected object in my hand. And it was shaped like kind of a toy. It was a animal head with a long human body.

[Alex Ferrari]

As you get in Toys R us

[Mariko Frederick]

in the 80s. Totally. Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Is that a Thundercat? I think that's a Thundercat.

[Mariko Frederick]

So I ow us Gen X. So my. So the adults around me were like, where did you get that? Where did you. Thinking I stole it from Toys R Us. You know, as kids kind of sometimes grab stuff we have kids, like, they're like, oh, like, have we paid for that? You know, I used to.

[Alex Ferrari]

My mom asked me to go pick up something in the supermarket. I started putting in my pockets, but I was like, fine.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

She's like, don't. Don't do that. They're gonna think you're stealing the yogurt. I'm like, what? I'm just caring.

[Mariko Frederick]

I'm all of them, right? We're following instructions. So I realized that it was, like, a bad thing. So I put it in the cookie jar and would check on it every every once in a while. And it was there until it wasn't, and it just disappeared. So. But in that moment, I got kind of afraid of myself. Like, I wasn't supposed to do that. And they think I'm lying because I'm. They're like, why'd you get it? I'm like, from the lights. Like, bedtime is amazing, right? Like, I don't know what we don' about this. I must have been the easiest kid to put down, like, bedtime. And I'm like, yes, this would be so much fun.

[Alex Ferrari]

Just toy giving lights around.

[Mariko Frederick]

What did you get last night.

[Alex Ferrari]

What are we not talking about?

[Mariko Frederick]

This?

[Alex Ferrari]

This is amazing.

[Mariko Frederick]

I know. I used to think that like I get so excited and just think like my parents must be having so much fun. My sister like oh my gosh, what are they getting? Where are they going? Apparently not. Or they were and they just don't remember. Astral traveling, you know, that could happen too. Dreams. So. Because we don't trust ourselves. So I come, I, I just stopped talking about it and then I got sort of the, the next layer of that As a teen he was 18 or 19, I can't remember when, when someone told me that people don't remember those kind of things and I was like, oh my gosh, I shouldn't talk about it. So when I died and came back, I knew in my heart and soul that I was meant to. But I was also like, I will share all kinds of things, but not that one. So it was a, it was a journey of discovering that or, or more giving myself permission that it's okay, I'm here for a second, it's not a big deal and I'm going to do what I'm here to do. And then as we get older we really start caring less about others opinions.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's magical as, as the 80 year old without his shirt on gets out in the middle of the morning to go get his paper because he still gets a paper and he's just like how you doing? And just like does not love it care in the least. No, no. It's as the older you get, the less Fs you give.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. And I think that's also why it took us so long because we had to get through that.

[Alex Ferrari]

Because as you get older you just start to realize it. How? It's like things that you worried about in your 20s or 30s or 40s, you start to like oh my God. Things that remember high school. Anything. We both have kids.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

So both of us have about similar age kids. My God. Everything is like oh my God, don't say that. Oh my God, don't do that. Oh my God, you're embarrassing me. Oh my God, oh my God. All this crap. And you're like you're not going to know these kids in five years. You think you're going to be besties with it. Like sure, maybe, yeah, maybe. But that's rare. Like so just enjoy. If they're your true friends, they won't care. Yeah. Enjoy yourself. So it's fat. But as you get older you start to just really not care. Especially if you've died and come back, then you really don't care.

[Mariko Frederick]

I mean, people think sort of, but also I did. I was afraid, but afraid of different things. Afraid of different things, but, like, what people think of me and the things, things I'm like, whatever. Like, it doesn't matter, you know, I mean, I've already died. I've already died. So the idea of, like getting fit and looking my best, I'm like, I'm happy to be walking and talking. So perspective, my perspective changed real quick.

[Alex Ferrari]

So what is astral therapy?

[Mariko Frederick]

So astral therapy is what I was doing when I was little. It's what I've always done. It's going into the higher realms. Only I figured out that instead of me going and getting the answers and telling people in a session or whatever I'm doing, why not come with me? Like, wouldn't that be more fun? So I developed astral therapy as a way for me to bring people into the highest realm that they've been incarnating in. Or at the very least the astral realm, which is where most people go after we die. A realm of light and vibration. Yeah, actually there's, there's, there's other emotions there too.

So I bring people, at the very least, to the astral world where they can experience a little more of the truth of who they are. And for what I call higher realm beings, I like to take them to the highest realm that they've ever incarnated in and are accustomed to, to get re acclimated to their truth as a higher realm being. So they can stop acting so human, get to work, do whatever they're here to do. Write the book, write the song, put out the podcast, speak on stage, whatever the thing is.

[Alex Ferrari]

Start that restaurant.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, yeah. It could be new tech, it could be anything. It doesn't have to be spiritual. But whatever you're here to do, the higher realm being that you are is ready. The human is the one waiting and figuring it out and having imposter syndrome. But your higher realm being the truth of who you truly are, that part has the whole blueprint, is ready to go, has a plan, knows what to do. And so I just find it faster and more efficient because again, we're halfway done here. I don't have a lot of time to get. I don't have a lot of patience either sometimes.

[Alex Ferrari]

Sure, sure.

[Mariko Frederick]

We talked about parenting earlier. That was funny. So I figure it's efficient to say, why don't you, like, I'll bring you up to the higher realms. Go experience who you are. Let's go chit chat with your higher realm guides, your intergalactic team, your angelic realm team, your dragon team, whoever that is. You go get the downloads and the codes from them because now this isn't secondhand. It's not coming through me. And then they download so that you get the experience too. Because I think, well, it's more powerful as an individual to have the frequency. Like I said, I came back with a new frequency. It wasn't just knowledge and an experience. So if everybody can, like, go up with me to go get the New frequency, the new light codes, whatever you want to call them, and come back down and then get your butt to work. Because the world literally needs these people to wake up and start moving in a higher.

So we can move consciousness so we can wake everybody up.

Right. Because otherwise the lower realm being, and they're here, too, are having a great time wreaking havoc on this world with all the. I'm not gonna name all of it, but all the really bad things we see happening.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. The wars, the politics.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. The trafficking. It's terrible.

[Alex Ferrari]

All that stuff.

[Mariko Frederick]

It's all the people that are like, lower realm. And Earth is a sea average. So we all.

[Alex Ferrari]

So the lower realm, are these just lost souls?

[Mariko Frederick]

You know, here's the thing. We're all one. Yeah, exactly. So is anyone really lost or are we just playing our role? So I think of it as like a person. And if you're a being and we're all one, and we're one being, some people are at the level of the eyes and the nose and the ears, and some people are at the level of the knees and the toes. So the lower realm beings are at the level of the knees, the toes, the ankles. The higher realm beings, the eyebrows, the ears. But we don't want to cut the lower realm beings off because we need our ankles and toes. We want that we're all one. Most people are in the middle because we're a C average planet. But even the people in the middle are moving up. And the people in the lower realms were all ascending. But the more. The higher realm beings start to wake up and get to work and ascend, we shift everybody up. And that's why I'm just trying to get more efficient and get the people who are maybe, I don't know. No one listens to your show who's average but the masses, you want to wake them up so that they start elevating because that also brings up the lower realm being and the higher realm beings who are sitting here having imposter syndrome around like, oh, gosh, you know, enlightenment's only for Buddha. Enlightenment's only. I'm like, oh, good Lord, please. No, it's not. It's for you. He did say you can do everything. You don't have to do the wine thing. He did, you know, but he was a millennial, so good for him.

[Alex Ferrari]

He was a millennial.

[Mariko Frederick]

You don't have to walk on water.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's my.

[Mariko Frederick]

But you can radiate the truth of your soul, which is simply love. You can do that. It's not hard. And it's not only for Buddha and Christ and Krishna.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, exactly.

[Mariko Frederick]

At all.

[Alex Ferrari]

So when we, so when we went into our session, what I find fascinating is, you know, I was skeptical. I'm a very skeptical guy. As a general statement, I'm very open and I accept a lot of things. And like, if you're channeling. Cool, cool. I do. I know. If it's, if it's a alien being coming, if it's the Palladians, is it really an ascended man? I don't know. But I can feel energy and I can also hear what they're saying. So if what they're saying is something really profound and helping people, I don't care how it gets here. It's up to the. It's fine. Yeah. So I'm, I'm a skeptical person. I'm pretty grounded for the most part, but I am very accepting of a lot of weird ideas. But I'm always questioning things. So, like when we went into our session, I'm like, as we're starting to go through it and we're going to go. And we're going to go into some detail about it, but as we're going through it, I'm like, am I making this up? Am I just make. I'm like, am I making this up? You know, I've done a past life regression. I've done two astro therapies with you as of today. And the first, we're going to talk about the first one. The second one, not so much, but the first one we'll discuss a little bit. But as we're going through it, I'm thinking, am I just, as she's guiding me, am I just making stuff up? But then things start showing up in the brain that I'm like, I can't, I can't even make this stuff up. Like, I just, it wouldn't occur to me to make up what I'm seeing. So these images start coming in and I think what's interesting, and I think this happens with psychics, with mediums and with channelers, is to allow yourself the ability to just accept whatever comes in and not question it.

[Mariko Frederick]

It.

[Alex Ferrari]

Which is what we do, the ego mind or the, the, the other side of the brain, analytical minds trying to break this down, trying to wrap their head around. Right. It's. Head around it, but there's nothing to wrap. So as we were going through it, what I found fascinating, and then we'll go through the details of it. But what I found fascinating is you were telling Me, what I was seeing

[Mariko Frederick]

at the same time.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. And at that point, I'm like, oh, we're in a different journey right now. We left Kansas a long time ago.

[Mariko Frederick]

Not in.

[Alex Ferrari]

So you were telling me. Yeah, so you're seeing this now. I'm like, son of a. See. Like, how do you know what's in my head? Like, okay, we're going here. We're doing that. We're doing that. What was really interesting. Well, we'll get to that part. It was so much stuff that was happening in that one. So we go in. Can you explain to people what the process is? And obviously the course that we're going to be talking, that we're. That we'll talk a little bit about later. But the one that we've recorded for mastery, for next level soul mastery, is how to do astral therapy for yourself, essentially. But can you explain the basic concept of astro therapy and what, like, typical session is without going into great detail as far as exact mechanics?

[Mariko Frederick]

Well, because everyone's different, right? Everyone's going to have a different experience. And I think the important thing is what you touched on, which is trusting yourself. You know, people. And I had trouble too. After my near death. I was like, did that happen? Yes, it happened. But even understanding that this happened, I still had doubts. And so I think the greatest issue that most of humanity is having right now is they don't trust themselves. Because if we could trust our intuition, we'd have a whole different world.

[Alex Ferrari]

Amen.

[Mariko Frederick]

You know, and we don't. So part of it's giving yourself permission to trust yourself that you are a higher realm being that you have been incarnating on higher realms that you're not from here. And for those, it's easy to go, right? I'm just connecting with my astral body, which is always here. We all understand we have an energy body. It's not just the chakra system and the aura. There's a lot more going on. Especially if you're from a different realm. You've got a whole different energy system from that realm. A lot of people. So astral therapy is essentially connecting your consciousness and your awareness of self. Not necessarily physical, but you stay in your physical body. For me, astral travel is not this phenomenon of I left my body and I don't feel myself anymore. No. Well, you're welcome to stay grounded in your body, very much so. And be connected to your astral body, your astral self, your soul, if you will. And then from there we go into. I open up portals and we go through into the astral realm. From there we can go forward in time, we can go backwards in time, find timelines wherever we're going, heal things. Clear. Things get very clear with you. Obviously. Shocker. Into a lot of different dimensions.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, it was that. When we were going through our first session, you went to a place like, I've never gone this high. Where are we? We're going to a really high level here. I'm like, all right, let's. It's fascinating because for me, I'm like, all right, cool, let's. I have no idea what's happening. But we went to different. Really? Really? We'll talk about that highest level in a minute. But all right, so let's, let's get into this. Like I said, I never have spoken about this publicly on the show before and I just think it's interesting and it's something that hopefully will help people. So we, we start our session and you tell me, okay, who do you want to guide you? And the first person that shows up is a shocker. Yogananda shows up and I'm like, oh, hi, how you doing, Paramountsa? And he's like, how you doing? Let's. And he's the one that's guiding me through this whole process. And we start opening. You're like, okay, we're going to open a portal. And in the back of my head I'm going to. There's some crazy stuff going on right here.

[Mariko Frederick]

Really?

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, absolutely. I was like, I'm like, okay, I. Obviously yoga, not. It's not like Krishna showed up. Like, no, Yogananda showed up because I have a deep connection with Yogananda. So he showed up and I'm like, I'm making it. I'm literally in my mind. I'm like, I'm making this up. This is. All right, let's just go for it. Let's just go on the ride. Let's see what happens. But you're like, okay, so Yogananda opens up a portal and we go into this first, I guess parallel reality.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. For you it was a. It was an alternate dimension and a parallel version. Version. Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

And there I was. I saw a. Basically a dystope, like a. Basically a bombed out reality. Like it was war torn, everything. And I saw a young version of myself sitting on a rock crying. And he was a. I guess he was a young man. He must have been in his teens. And I'm like, again, I'm. I'm pretty creative. I don't even. Like, I'm like, at this point, I'm starting to get away from. This is crazy to, like, what the hell is happening? Which then gets even weirder, as.

[Mariko Frederick]

It does get much weirder.

[Alex Ferrari]

It gets a lot weirder as we go forward through it. So then I'm sitting there, and it's almost like it's. It's a weird experience because it's not real time. It's not like you're watching a movie. It's images that are kind of, like, sent in different sequences. So I see that first. I. I do look around and I can see things.

[Mariko Frederick]

It's like a B roll clip.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. Seeing, like, a bunch of different things. Yogananda's hanging out. He didn't say much. He didn't say. He was just hanging out. And all of a sudden he's. You could see he's. He's crying, but then he's really angry about what has happened to his planet, his reality. And then I remember him bursting out in, like, almost a Japanese anime. I said that to you? It's a Japanese anime motion that he's yelling out and he just jumps up and he's, like, frozen in the air, like, so angry. And I'm just like, what is happening? I haven't taken anything. Can we imagine if I took actual peyote? What would happen to me? So I was like, this is. Is really weird. She's like, okay, let's go to the next one. So then I leave the portal. I'm in this. In between worlds. Like this kind of. Like, for me, it was almost like Contact, the movie Contact. Like when she's going in between worlds. It seemed like that, but a lot less aggressive than it was in the movie. So I'm sitting there, and then another. And then Yogananda opens up another portal. And I walk in through that one and then that one. Let me see if I remember correctly. It was that one. Then we went into. Oh, yes. This was weird. So this is the. The war planet.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, that was weird.

[Alex Ferrari]

That was really weird.

[Mariko Frederick]

That should be a movie.

[Alex Ferrari]

That is. I'll make one. All of a sudden, I see a battlefield. Yeah. And it's. And it's me in one of these. I'd say it's kind of like one of these walkers from Avatar and from Alien, if you remember Aliens. The walker that she's walking around with, like, she beats up the queen. Alien or Avatar. Those things that the guy the men jump into to fight the Avatars. I was in something like that, but I was surrounded by. And I forget the term of it when a circle is circling another circle and another circle, and because it was bigger. Yeah, it was surrounding.

[Mariko Frederick]

You were in it.

[Alex Ferrari]

I was in it. And that's, I guess, the protection of it. But I forgot, with that. A gimbal. I forgot what it's called. But it's like, this is all this kind of stuff. And then the creatures we were fighting were like giant headless gorillas monsters, but they had no heads. And they just, like. We're just making a. Just crazy. And there's a bunch of us fighting this all up, and it's very dark world. And I'm sitting there just watching it, going, what is happening? And you're telling me. You're like, oh, what is happening? I'm not telling you this stuff. And you're like. Like, oh, God, what do those things look like? And I'm like, how are you. Get out of my head, Mariko.

[Mariko Frederick]

They're big, too.

[Alex Ferrari]

They were massive.

[Mariko Frederick]

They're huge.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, no, we're talking about, you know, 30, 40.

[Mariko Frederick]

They were huge. Yeah.

High. I mean, they're monsters.

[Mariko Frederick]

I mean, the thing you were in was big, too.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, but it was.

[Mariko Frederick]

It was smaller than the thing, the creatures.

[Alex Ferrari]

It almost felt like Pacific Rim, where, like, I'm fighting. Fighting these giant. Yeah. Giant alien monsters. Yeah, it was crazy. So then all of a sudden, in the middle of that battle, I kind of transcend in the machine. I turn. I start to glow white, and I start to levitate outside of it, and I'm, like, almost ascending, like an ascended master, if you will, Angel. Like, almost. And I just start glowing white light, and these things freak the hell out and start just scattering everywhere. And I'm like. I'm watching all of this. I'm like, I'm not making this up. You're telling me this is happening as you're.

As you're seeing it?

So wait, do you remember when that version of you stopped and looked at us? No, please.

I forgot.

Okay, so there's a point where we're about to go and he stops and looks at you and is basically like, I'm holding this realm. Could you go get to work in your little kush life over there? Essentially, that's what he was saying.

[Alex Ferrari]

He said that to me.

[Mariko Frederick]

Oh my gosh. He is aware. You, the alternate you was aware that we were there. He's fighting this war and going like in this realm. What are you second guessing with your. And you have this more cush life. We all do because other versions of us are fighting other battles.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's a really powerful idea that there is. Well, obviously the concept of a multiverse been around for thousands of years. The Vedic talked About the multiverse, all of that stuff. That there are multiple versions of ourselves in this lifetime, but in different versions of ourselves, and not just in this world.

[Mariko Frederick]

No.

[Alex Ferrari]

Parallel worlds as well. So there are different versions of this conversation.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Endlessly happening around the world. But there's also the war Planet. There is also the other one that apparently he lost that battle. And he was very angry. The very first. The teenage version.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

It was always something very, very.

[Mariko Frederick]

I, like, I could cry. Like, it was so heartbreaking.

[Alex Ferrari]

It was horrible.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

I felt it. I felt the feelings of what I was feeling. It was just.

[Mariko Frederick]

He was devastated.

[Alex Ferrari]

The oddest experience, but profound experience of my spiritual life.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

And I've had a few things happen to me over the years, but this is the one that really stuck with me. And then you're like, okay, it's time to go. And I found that so fascinating that another version of myself is battling in another reality. So I could do this.

[Mariko Frederick]

And you also got a glimpse of what happens if you lose. If we lose, the devastation, like.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. So that was the first step.

[Mariko Frederick]

The first step. Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

So the very first one was that. The very second one was the battle of. It. It's almost like we're Christmas Carol. I'm like. I'm literally. I'm like Scrooge. And you're, like, taking me through Christmas past, Christmas present, and Christmas future. It's. It's really great. So the. The past one was the past one. Then there's the current one. I guess that was going on.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

But then we left and we go to another one. And in this one, we're in a utopia. And it was these. We go into this. I know I sound crazy. Everybody, this. It sounds. It's crazy to me talking about it, but this is what happened. And I have a witness that was there, what was going on.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, I know it happened.

[Alex Ferrari]

And again, before I even continue. I don't care if you believe or you don't believe. I just know what it felt for me. Kind of like, I don't believe if I don't believe. I don't care if you believe I died or didn't die. I know what happened. So it's kind of similar in that sense. Like.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

But what I felt from it, it was profound. So even if I was making it all up, I'm pretty profound within myself that I've made these things up.

[Mariko Frederick]

An amazing.

[Alex Ferrari]

I'm a major. That could feel these things.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

It wasn't just a witnessing. It was a feeling of it. So the next One we go in and I'm in this kind of bubble city. So we're in this. I can see it very clear, this giant buildings, but very futuristic were enclosed in this kind of almost dome, glass dome of some sort. And everything's beautiful, everything.

[Mariko Frederick]

I think it was like a force field actually.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, something like that. Yeah, exactly. Some sort of dome of some sort. And everything's perfect, everything's beautiful. And there's these beings there who are again versions of me. But that's. This is not a human version. This is a very tall. The only thing I can, I can kind of connect it to were the. Just going to geek out here a little bit. In Star Wars Attack of the Clones, the species of alien that made the clones very tall, lanky, tall necks. But they were not exactly that. There were versions of that and they were very peaceful and they're like, oh, we're so happy you're here. This is nice. This is what it could be. And that's the feeling I got. This is where it could go. This is where we can go as a species to this beautiful, peaceful, blissful place. So we're going through all of that. Yogananda is hanging out in the corner just watching the whole thing with me. And then, then that's. This is when it starts to get a little interesting and I might need some help from you recollecting it as much as you can. We come out and you're like, alex, would you like to go to the higher, higher realms? I've never been here before. And I'm like, sure, let's go. And you're like, okay. And it was almost like we got into an elevator. I remember. This is my recollection. Please correct me if I'm wrong. We got into an elevator of some sort and we were just shooting up like passing. Do not pass go, do not collect. It's just like straight up. And when we get to this place, it's almost like. I can't say it's heaven, but the floor was clouds. Yeah, it was cloudy.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, it was a non corporal realm completely of just.

[Alex Ferrari]

There was no. There's no structures, there's no nothing. It was just kind of like this light, light clouds were the. I guess the floor.

[Mariko Frederick]

And there's not really a floor. It's not really whatever it is a realm of. Yeah, just light and light.

[Alex Ferrari]

But I remember clouds. I remember some sort of clouds around where the floor would be. As I'm recollecting this story, it's still like a little nutty and Then I see all of my guides, all of them, and there's thousands.

[Mariko Frederick]

Well, I think it was from all the dimensions or something. All of them.

[Alex Ferrari]

It was.

[Mariko Frederick]

I didn't know you could have that many.

[Alex Ferrari]

It was. You were like, what is that? Like, it was all.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. I didn't know.

[Alex Ferrari]

I mean, I could. It was like seeing a sea of beings. All light beings, essentially. And they turn and they look at me and they're so happy to see me. And then one of them moves forward. And I don't remember anything after that. We have the recording. I should go back and watch it. I remember that he was kind of like. Or that being was the spokesperson of the. Of the whole. Kind of like a. Like a group entity. Kind of like when you channel, you know, Theo, like Sheila channels Theo. It's a group of angels that walks through this one. This one voice. It was something similar.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

What do you remember from that? Because I don't. I don't remember what was said. What. I just remember I knew who they were right away. Like, I wasn't like, who are all these Right. Beings. I knew, like, these are my. These are my guides.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Holy crap. This is my exact thing. This is like my spirit team. It's like. Oh. But it was all.

[Mariko Frederick]

All of them from all the multiverse. It was wild.

[Alex Ferrari]

It was. It's like seeing a sea that you. That had no end.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

And then they all turned and looked at me. No eyes, just. I just saw their energy coming towards me, like I said, and it was like this thing. It was just. It was just so bizarre.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

But I felt it. I felt the love. I felt the bliss. I felt. I just. When you're in the astral realm, there's a knowing.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. You remember.

[Alex Ferrari]

You just know who that person is. Yeah. Or that thing is. Or where we are. Like, you just know. No one's telling you. No one's explaining. Hey, Alex. These are all your spirit guide. No, it's just what it is. So it was very. Just amazing. So what do you remember from that?

[Mariko Frederick]

I mean, from my experience of. It was being in a realm of infinite consciousness. Yeah. And so while you saw the guides and we could feel their presence and feel they were just beaming with infinite joy for me. I was experiencing you receive that love. Understand. You know, the. The assignment on your soul is much bigger than you. Spans not just this universe, not just this dimension, but it ripples out into all the other yous and all the other into the multiverse. And so, no pressure, but like this version of you has a lot to get done. And so what it felt like to me was getting. I'm exhausted.

[Alex Ferrari]

I bet.

[Mariko Frederick]

Raising kids, shifting the multiverse, it's like, you know, it's Tuesday. So for you, it felt like getting an. I don't even say download because you can't download so much. But it was this merging of remembrance, of saying, this is who you are, this is who you are here to be, giving you that. And then watching you, your consciousness, your, your, your, Your consciousness really your, your energy, but more than energy, sync up with all of it and move into oneness consciousness. And so the highest realm was just oneness consciousness, where there is no one. And so eventually that's what I was experiencing, was just watching. There's no words, just watching you be. No time, nothing. Just watching you that, that, that unit of God's consciousness return to God's consciousness and then just be in the infinite band of love and consciousness. So that's what I was witnessing.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. I don't remember them saying anything.

[Mariko Frederick]

There's nothing to say.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, it was. And I don't remember the, the download. I don't remember it logically.

[Mariko Frederick]

No, there wasn't. Mentally, you can't take it in. That's what I'm saying. When we die and we get all this stuff, there's no words to be like, you're going to do this. It's like, oh, it's instant you became it.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's just there. You're just done. Like.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

If you ask the question in your mind, it answer is being. It's answered in less than a second. It's instantly answered.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, it's way more efficient.

[Alex Ferrari]

Very much more efficient than this. This clunky language.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

That we have to constantly change depending on the region of the world we're at, or the age of our kids or the age of our kids. Riz. Riz. You have a lot of aura, bruh. You have a lot of aura.

[Mariko Frederick]

Six, seven, six, seven. Oh, God. Eight, nine.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay, so hold on, hold on. I got it. I gotta say this for every parent listening. I've, I've. I listened. I heard, I heard this somewhere and I thought this was genius. If you want to annoy. If you have kids who say 6, 7, constantly, every time they say 6, 7 in front of you, all you have to do is. They'll go six, seven, and you'll go eight, nine. And it pisses them off so badly, it freaks them out and they'll stop doing it in front of you. So it's a. It's a little tip from Uncle Alex.

[Mariko Frederick]

Try it. Please leave in the comments what happens, because, trust me, it will piss them off. And it just. And they're. They can't compute what's happening. They're like, wait a minute. We're the only ridiculous ones here. You can't be ridiculous too. Like, eight. Nine.

Nine. I can't wait.

Nine. Sure. Brilliant. It's brilliant. I've seen it. I've seen it work on my kids and on other kids. It freaks them out. It's wonderful. But, yes, different languages that are constantly changing is not as efficient. So then I came back and we had this download explaining the whole thing. Can you. Do you remember a lot of the things that I might have not recalled in this, or did I recall it pretty.

[Mariko Frederick]

You recalled most of it. I think the big thing, you know, the last part I do is what we. It's a download. It's an imprint. I call it an astral imprint, where I. I bring the teachings of what they're trying to share with you through words, through frequency, and, like, imprint it with light codes into you. Or they. They. They essentially do. Right? I'm. I'm here, but they're, you know, not gonna. Yoganandas. I'm not doing a better job than him. Whatever he wants to do. I'm like, cool, man.

[Alex Ferrari]

I just work here.

[Mariko Frederick]

Whatever you need to do is fine. So that was the astral imprint of, like, this is what you're becoming. This is what you're here to be. This is who you're here to be. Go be it. We get that download. But for you, again, in the end, essentially, it was like, yes, Next Level Soul has to grow. Has to. It will. More opportunities will come. All the things that are coming will come. And it was. I mean, it's interesting because with you, you know, I think a lot of your guests, like, we're here to change the world. We're here to help. But you're providing the platform for people to do that. So for you, there's a lot more at stake. It felt like you had, like, the burden of, like, actually doing it. Like, I could say, oh, I'm just here. We have to be. But you actually have a lot to do. And there was. So I felt like they were giving you the support structure to do so that you could become the person that can do. Because, I mean, if you think Next Level Soul is big now, like, give them a minute, and it's. It's gonna grow. And Again, I believe it has to grow beyond your lifetime, the work you're doing. And that's why it was just, it was very important, not just to you and the people that watch today, but to humanity. And so essentially they were like, like, this is why you're doing it. This is what you have to do. This is who you have to be to do it. Let's give you the energetic, the frequency upgrade, the support so that you can. Because it has to live beyond you. Like it's important.

[Alex Ferrari]

But Mariko, it's, it's. That's a lot.

[Mariko Frederick]

I know. I don't envy you. It is heavy.

It's heavy. Yeah, it's a heavy. It's heavy. Like when, I mean, I've heard this before from others. Again, so many psychics, so many channelers, I've heard of this before. But seeing it and feeling it through this astro therapy was very different. For whatever reason, it's just the path that we're doing right now. But it's a lot. And I say that it's a lot. Not just for me, but even for yourself and others who are trying to awaken the planet. This is a very heavy job for a lot of people. Some are heavier than others, some are smaller than others. It doesn't have to be this grandiose thing that you have to reach billions and billions of people. It can be your community, it can be doing one on ones, it can be doing, you know, events and in smaller things that reaches hundreds of people or thousands of people as opposed to billions. I'm a psychic medium now. You know, I do this or I died.

I'm like, you might have just been hungover. No, no, I died. I saw something. I'm like, okay, tell us what you did, you know?

People are just more open to it. Before, they would recoil. And don't get me wrong, there are still people who recoil. Sure, but. But nowadays people are much, much more open to a conversation like this about astral therapy.

Well, a lot of them, they've had an experience too. So it's not just that they've shifted and they're open. I mean, I think in general, the frequency. You know, thankfully, the people in the 60s, 70s, 80s were working on the frequency of the planet. And so then we can hold more consciousness and have these conversations. And a lot of them opened up that pathway for us. But I think that because of that, there's more experiences, whether they're having it in a yoga class or meditating at home. So they are more open because they. It's not like you said, it's not like they heard about it, but they experienced it. It needs to happen a lot more.

[Alex Ferrari]

And that's what a lot of people have. Has happened with a lot of the episodes that come out. People feel. Yeah, the transmissions, people feel the energy. I had a friend of our, a mutual friend of ours who did an astro therapy with you, and they said it was one of the most profound things that they ever experienced. It's a pretty powerful thing, this astro therapy. So we'll talk a little bit about the, the course in a bit. But. But you're also a kind of a channel as well, right? You channel information, but you're not a trans channel.

I'm not a chance. To me, it's like really, really. I. I feel like it. Really fast conversations.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay.

[Mariko Frederick]

Like it's happening so fast that it's just happening in real time. But, yeah, I guess, you know, that is channeling.

So you're. Yeah. You're not trans channeling. You're not bringing someone in or anything like that.

They can stay over there.

They can stay over there. But. But you. So, like, if we start having a conversation, I'm like, hey, can we. And do you know who it is? Do you know what it is?

[Mariko Frederick]

It's the Ascended Masters. I think it's the people, the Ascended Masters that. So it's always been hard to say who, because when I had my nde, there were four beings that were there downloading me and giving me information. Not wordless. There was no. Again, I wish there was an instruction manual. And I feel like it's. It is correct. It is the four of them, but they're not guides in a way that we can comprehend. On Earth, because I have been trying to comprehend them as a guide, and I realize they're not guides. They're not just Ascended masters. For me. They're like higher realm, alternate dimensional Ascended masters. That's the next.

So they're Ascended masters from another reality?

[Mariko Frederick]

Yes, a higher realm and alternate realities.

So they're like the Jesus and the Buddha of their reality kind of.

They're saying. Correct.

But again, it's like not quite. Quite the right.

I'm just trying to wrap our head.

I like, honestly. Give me better words. You know, I do that all the time. Like I'm human. Give me human words. Because I can't explain this, but that's correct. It's kind of like they are the Ascended Masters, but from a different reality that we haven't wrapped our head around. And so they're here because they want people to be able to go and connect with their astral self, their causal self, their soul. I mean, that's the end goal. What is my purpose? Enlightenment. That's it. It. It's really simple here, you know?

Right. But. And, and when you say enlightenment, a lot of people think that's a destination, but it's not.

[Mariko Frederick]

Not.

It's not.

Can happen right now.

And then, now you have to continue this journey with that knowledge, with that information, which happens. I mean, Buddha became enlightened and lived decades.

Right. Wasn't he an accountant?

Was an accountant and a family man.

Yeah. Householder. Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

I always. I always look at him as one of my, my heroes because it's real easy. It's easier to become enlightened when you can just focus on you all the time. Go into a, into a cave in the Himalayas and meditate for 20 years and not have to have any other worries. But when you have a family and kids and worldly issues and still be a master like he was who brought Korea yoga back to us and, and taught Yukteshwa, which then taught Yogananda. And then Babaji showed up and, and Babaji worked with Yeshua and all of that stuff. It. I always look at him with a lot of love. I'm like, man, how'd you do it, brother?

[Mariko Frederick]

But I think that is the new spiritual teacher of today has to be.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, the. The guru that is by himself. And there are still those. And that's fine.

[Mariko Frederick]

Amazing.

But I think that. I think I heard this from somewhere and I forgot who said it. Whether it be the Dalai Lama or another master that's walking right now, that said, we need to come out of the caves and come down and become the CEOs, become the leaders that we need. Because the era of just the enlightened, you know, Buddha is we need more now. Now, meaning that we need active participants, not just information and not just being there are those still in God. And I've had some of them on the show, but that's what they. You need to be out in the world. You need to, like, if, if Yeshua or Buddha were alive today, they would be on social media.

They would.

They would have a YouTube channel, and

[Mariko Frederick]

they would not be broke.

[Alex Ferrari]

And they would not be broke because it's okay to make a little money. It is as a spiritual person, which is a thing that pisses me off so much that you have to, oh, you can't make any money. Well, how do you think this stuff gets made?

Yeah, I mean, we have cell phones and we have to pay for these

[Alex Ferrari]

and we have, you know, a staff.

[Mariko Frederick]

Kids.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, it's a staff. And all this stuff. I mean, even taxes. Yeah, even. Even the gurus in India, they have people that are paying for them to eat, right. For them to maintain the property. You know, there's. There is real world things.

We have to be practical, too.

[Alex Ferrari]

Exactly.

[Mariko Frederick]

And, and, but I love you brought up the CEO, because I'm a big believer that, you know, the way I want to run my company is I want people working with me, not for me. They work with me whose sole assignment is to work with sole priority, whose sole assignment is doing what they're here to do. And I think, imagine if the companies out there started attracting the people that are working with. With them, not in a hierarchy, because it's what they're meant to do. Right. And how much more productive would that company be if every single person there, from the CFO to the sales team to the people cleaning, were like, this is the environment I'm meant to be in. Not because their resume says that they're qualified, not because they went to the right school necessarily, but because it's what their soul is here to do. And that's my team. And I'm really blessed that I have that. And I want that for everybody because there's such ease and even more abundance because everybody's doing what they're meant to do. And that is allowing everybody to live their spiritual life all day long because they're in alignment with their soul. They're in alignment with their soul assignment. So as a CEO, you're going to be more profitable. You're going to make more and be okay, pay your bills. Because everybody working with you is in alignment with your soul mission. It's their soul mission too. And I want that so bad before. I would love to see that before I leave this world. I don't know if I will, but I think more companies are waking up.

I think more companies are starting to wake up. And I think that things are changing. I know it doesn't seem like it because if you look at the news, everything is, you know, hella.

I just don't look at the news.

I stopped looking at the news a long, long time ago. And my wife always like, don't you want to know what's going on? I'm like, no.

And he proved without a shadow of a doubt that Die Hard is a Christmas movie. And some of the key moments of that is one, every December, Google searches for Die Hard go skyrocketing. People wanting to watch it. So that's indication, one that people believe. Whether you believe it's it is or it isn't, it's irrelevant. People do watch it during the holidays, so hence Makes it a Christmas movie. There is more Christmas references in Die Hard than there is at Home Alone.

How can I help the world? How can I help them awaken? What can I do? Do? It has to be that. Because I'm not 30 anymore and I don't have the same energy that I had when I was 30. So it has to be mission based. Where before it was all about the hustle. It was, and now it's not.

That's how we're trained. But even the grind, people outside of, of spirituality, it's like, if they did invent something, why are you doing it? Why are you doing it? What. What's your mission? What's the higher. What's the higher reason? Yeah. Is it just for money and profit? Okay, whatever. But, like, if there's something more, I would love to see Those people, those CEOs, elevate their business in the higher realms. You know, like, you know what I do with businesses. It's fun.

It's, it's. It's like Jim Carrey, when Jim Carrey came out and said this beautiful quote, and I'm paraphrasing, where he said, I wish everybody could get everything they ever wanted so they would understand it means nothing.

Because he got every single thing he ever wanted. Biggest movie star in the world. Rich beyond compare. Dated the most beautiful women in the world. Had the world that it was, it was a noise. I mean, everything. Fame, fortune, all of it. And he kind of just go, oh, this is. This is really not what.

It's empty.

It's not what it's about.

No, I need. He was born. I mean, he's gifted too. You know, aside from all the things he got with money, he's also gifted.

But the thing is that you have to have fun. Fun. You do have to. The spirituality cannot be this, like, deep, hard.

You can't say anything. It's just supposed to be fun.

You're supposed to be playful. It's supposed to be our soul loves joy. That's why people come to me and they're like, how do I make money doing xyz? I'm like, whatever. Sounds like fun. Yeah, you know?

Well, we're probably gonna bleep out when I say cocaine, so you'll know. What? You won't even know what I'm saying. I'll probably be about cocaine beat. Exactly. Today we're going to talk about. Maybe I should do an entire episode in my Scarface accent. That would be.

When you interview Jim Carrey, can you just have a segment of him with his accent?

Okay, Jim Carrey, let's talk about this awakening your head. Did you have the cocaine before you awakened? How did you awaken? Where's the Kundalini? People are probably pissing themselves right now.

[Mariko Frederick]

I can hear him in, like, his. All the voices he can do.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, my God. Right? Oh, my God.

[Mariko Frederick]

Oh, my gosh. That would be so fun.

[Alex Ferrari]

Please. I'm gonna. Please, Jim, come anytime. The door is always open. Always open. All right, so I wanted to talk to you really quickly about your channeling. So you obviously channeling these Ascended masters. What do they have to say to us right now? What messages are they kind of bringing in that we need to hear at this point?

[Mariko Frederick]

I mean, the big thing literally for everybody, and I'm paraphrasing, it's go time. This idea that you're not ready, that you're not prepared, that it's not for you, that you're not qualified, is a lie. It's something that you made up in this realm. It doesn't exist in the higher realms. You are literally made for the thing you're here to do. Nobody else can take your place. This is for you. And still, even when people hear those words, it's like it doesn't hit inside their. It doesn't awaken. It needs to awaken something. They need to remember. And even they can move forward even without remembering. They. All they have to do is keep saying, yes, okay, I'm going to do it. Okay, yes. What is the next step for me? And too many of the people on this planet right now are not just second guessing themselves, but even denying who they really are. So if they could just express to you that those of you who are feeling like you might be from a higher realm, that you are not an average being, you are here to do something bigger. You are here. Now, here's the caveat. CEOs with a higher assignment on your life, it is also up to you to create an atmosphere where you are hiring people of a higher consciousness who are here. And their soul's mission is to work with your company. And it has to start there as well. It can't just be the people going, I'm here for something more. I'm here for something more. Not every 8 billion people on the planet are here to start their own podcast, write their own book and do something. Some of them are here to help support the companies that are inventing things or doing something bigger. But Those companies, the CEOs, they need to be feeling their soul assignment. They need to realize that what they're here to do isn't just a thing to make money. And I think they already know that, but it's okay. And they need to give themselves permission to. Not necessarily just look at the resume in the schools, but the people and to hire based on. Is this the assignment on your soul? And if you have no training, can I train you? Or is like, where can you fit? Because to me, that's the enlightened company money. But in order for so many people on the planet to know, what am I here to do? Some of them literally are here to work for the CEOs that are here to do something big, but they have to hire differently.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's very true. And it's happening, though.

[Mariko Frederick]

It is.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's slowly. It's slowly happening. So that's the big message that they

[Mariko Frederick]

have for us, because to say to everybody, go do what you're here to do. Again, not everybody here is here to have their own company or be a healer. So for the people that are listening that are CEOs and have a company start hiring more consciously because you're going to attract more people that are here to do what you're here to. What you're also here to do. It's a group effort. Let's see what else they have to say. That was, that was a. That was one big thing to sort of wake up those CEOs to say, hire differently. Hire more consciously because it aligns everybody with their soul assignment. Again, it aligns everyone with their soul. And again, if the goal, the goal is enlightenment, being aligned with your soul assignment, doing what you're to do allows you to live in alignment with your soul. So you're not chasing money or wealth or fame or whatever. You're doing what you're to do. So you can live in that love, in that state of love and gratitude all the time. And you can't do that if your soul assignment is a side hustle. If you have to go work somewhere that isn't in alignment with you, then how do you stay aligned with your soul assignment? How do you follow that intuitive nudge that you're here to do something more? And then enlightenment meditation becomes like a thing you do in the evenings for a few minutes or an hour. It's not enough. That's the thing. The people who are here to open up opportunities for other people to live the assignment on their soul, they've got to open up the opportunities they need to do that on a bigger scale. Then you get the people that are here to do the bigger thing now they're in alignment with their soul and everyone's moving toward enlightenment. Now the consciousness of the planet is raising because the modern day spiritual guides, leaders, whatever it is, like you said, are also CEOs.

Yeah.

And they need to run their companies like that. And they're not, not enough of them. Them and the ones that are on the fence and thinking about it like the answer is yes, go do it. Stop second guessing yourself.

Because where does everyone else go? Where, where do they all go? There's too many of us for everybody to go be a spiritual teacher or healer or podcast host or author. There's too many, but there's not too many if you're finding the right fit.

Yeah, and, and it's, and I love what you're saying, that you don't have to open up your own company, you don't have to be a, a published author, you don't have to have your own podcast or, or thing unless that is something that, that is ringing true to you and then you might be able to do that for yourself. So it's not saying that you don't have to, but, or not to do it, but it really is up to you what your sole assignment is.

[Mariko Frederick]

Right?

[Alex Ferrari]

Like you said, if you're on the fence, do it, go do it. But you might want to go to another company first and see how that works out for you. Because yeah, it's not everyone's going to

[Mariko Frederick]

be a boss and not everybody's going to be a healer or a podcast or channeler. Most people, if the 8 billion people on the planet aren't, they want to go work somewhere. But it has to work for their soul. It has to. Yes. And that's not how we hire. It's not how, it's not how businesses, it's. I don't think business schools train people to hire in alignment with your soul assignment. It's not that conversation needs to start. And, and the people that are running the companies have to be brave enough to do it and to go, you know what? I want to hire this person even though it makes no sense, you know, the person I hired, no experience. It's his sole assignment to be working with me. It's working out amazingly. I wish everybody could do that. It is possible. And I understand if you have a corporation, you have thousands of people working with you, you can't necessarily change over right Now. But can you inspire them?

[Alex Ferrari]

I think you might remember this. In the 80s, there was a problem with Tylenol. Do you remember that?

[Mariko Frederick]

With who? Tylenol, yes.

[Alex Ferrari]

The company.

[Mariko Frederick]

Gosh. I do. I vaguely.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. So somebody went around and poisoned free bottles and people died because before then there was no safety cap.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Someone could just open up anything, put anything in and close it. Nobody would know the difference. All of that safety stuff happened after, after that event. But that CEO, without thinking twice, pulled every bottle of Tylenol off the market. They lost millions. I remember that because he's like, it's the right thing to do.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Why would I risk. Why, why would I risk someone's health because of money? Like it just.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

It was such a different perspective in today's world. I don't know if that happens. I mean, I remember there was a lawsuit back in the day of. There's a movie made of it. One of the. I won't say the company, but there was a automobile company that had a defect in their car. And if you hit the car at the right space and the light was on, it would explode. Like literally.

[Mariko Frederick]

I remember those cars.

[Alex Ferrari]

They were. I mean it's pretty legendary. They were Pintos.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. I brought it up earlier today.

[Alex Ferrari]

They were Pintos. My grandfather had one.

[Mariko Frederick]

I get it.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. But if you like had the left signal on and you got rear ended, the damn thing blew up. What the hell.

[Mariko Frederick]

And you could still buy them.

[Alex Ferrari]

And. Yeah. So the. But the company said, okay, so how much would it cost to pay lawsuits versus doing a recall? And they figured out that it would actually be cheaper just to pay people off once they died than to actually do the right thing. So that's what we're trying to. That's the example of two different approaches.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

And one's hell, a lot more conscious and more just.

[Mariko Frederick]

Right, right.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's just a human thing to do.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Because he was looking at the, the human cost of life versus profit. And I think that's where we've kind of. We've run a run amok.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

With profit and the market and having to pay shareholders and every month is grow, grow, grow at any cost. Where, you know, people are, you know, don't have pee breaks in warehouses because they have to get certain markers every day and, and so on, you know, to get more. What stuff. You know, there's a, there's a point where this isn't sustainable.

[Mariko Frederick]

The whole system, this whole matrix, the

[Alex Ferrari]

whole system as of right now is not sustainable. 100. We can't deal with 100 more years of this. No, it just won't work. The planet will not support it. We can't support it. We'll kill ourselves off. So something has to change, change pretty drastically, really fast.

[Mariko Frederick]

And that's where it's like companies need to change. Like it's go time. It's go time for the people waking up, but it's also go time for the people that have the, the opportunity to give opportunity to other people. You know, if you're here and you have a company with a hundred people or you're starting one or you're growing one, think about hiring people that are in alignment because it, it just, it's going to work out better.

[Alex Ferrari]

Well, it's kind of like when, you know, I've spoken to so many near death experiencers that many of them, their life was going one way and they were off track. And this near death experience is the alphramp that they set themselves up. Like if I haven't figured it out by then, I need a wake up call. And then they just kind of get thrown into dying.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

And coming back. And there's different variations of it. Some are more peaceful, some are not as rough, but some are extremely difficult. I think humanity is going through that now. Now we are in a rough stage right now. We're not in alignment, we're not in the road that we need to be on. So some and it's been giving us signs, drastic things. 2020 was a drastic thing. You know, 08 was a drastic thing. 99 was like there's a bunch of things that shifted the planet in 2020 pretty stopped the world literally. I believe that there's more that comes coming. What is. There's going to be something that's going to rock everything again because we haven't listened. We moved a bit, but we didn't move fast enough. We haven't moved enough. And that's I think why there's so much stuff in the world happening right now. What are your feelings on that? Like right now what are their feelings on where we're going in these next?

[Mariko Frederick]

I mean it's five, six years, right? It's like what do you want?

[Alex Ferrari]

We have to make the decision.

[Mariko Frederick]

What do you want? Do you want chaos? Do you want to get the, you know, parental slap on the butt or do you want to get your stuff together? There is still a moment where we can choose. It's just there's too many people choosing the wrong thing. And those who are able to choose correctly go big that's the thing. You can't keep yourself a secret. If you're here to do something or share something, like do it. It. It's important. And that's where.

[Alex Ferrari]

Stop effing around.

[Mariko Frederick]

Right. You know me, you know me. I know I'm, like, trying to. I'm trying to behave myself in my language here. So there's not too many beliefs.

[Alex Ferrari]

Stop effing around, get the work.

[Mariko Frederick]

But it's. I think they don't understand the importance of what it is they're here to do.

[Alex Ferrari]

Well, because of. That's imposter syndrome.

[Mariko Frederick]

Exactly. So I'm like, get over it. It's go time. You're asking what the Ascended Masters have to say. Like, it is go time or there's chaos. The thing is coming quickly.

[Alex Ferrari]

The thing I've learned in my journey is that one person can affect millions.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Of people. You know, we have been able to affect millions of people with the. With the work that we do.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

And if I can do it, anyone can do it in their own way. Doesn't have to be through a show. It could be through a book, it could be working at a company. It could be a thousand different ways. But all of us have the potential to really affect the world, and we have to believe that we are worthy to do that. And that's the big thing. Because throughout our lives, most of us are told, calm down, don't dream. You're just one person. You're cog in the wheel. In the wheel. That's what we've been told. That's the programming. Especially in the west, that's the programming. We need workers. We need people to just do things and machines and so on. On. Which is the other thing that's going to happen. Now, we've been told to do these things all our lives. We told, like, if you go to school, you get this degree, you'll get this job. I don't know about you, but that doesn't apply anymore.

[Mariko Frederick]

No.

[Alex Ferrari]

And it's going to apply less and less in the next two to five years.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. I mean, unless you're going for something specific, like nursing school. Okay. You do have to get a degree in that, but other than that.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, Engineering.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

But remember a few years ago, they were telling everybody, you gotta be a coder.

[Mariko Frederick]

Oh, yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Go to code school.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's a future. It's future proof. We're always gonna be coding. We're always. The world's gonna be more coding. And then AI shows up and now, like, coders Are like, well, what do I do?

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, right. But see the other thing is that as much as we can look at the programming we've had and realize it's a dead end. Awakening happens in a moment. It doesn't have to take time.

[Alex Ferrari]

No.

[Mariko Frederick]

So everybody could wake up right now or even if, if you choose, if 51% of the planet woke up a little bit more, we would live in a different world. And it's a choice to trust yourself. It's a choice to trust your heart.

[Alex Ferrari]

But Mariko, it's scary.

[Mariko Frederick]

Get over it.

[Alex Ferrari]

I know, I know it's scary. And the reason why I'm gonna say it's scary is because I go back to that scene in the Matrix where Cypher, the bad guy is eating the steak and he's talking to the agent and he's like, I know that this steak isn't real and I don't care.

[Mariko Frederick]

I don't care. That's what most people are doing right now, huh?

[Alex Ferrari]

I know this isn't real. But I'm either too scared to go into the real world, to the reality, the truth, and I'm just going to stay in my delusion because my delusion is comfortable. Yeah, it might be painful, might be hurtful, but it's comfortable because I know it. This other thing, terrifying happened to me with the show. I stopped. I was terrified. It was the unknown. Until I finally said, okay, I'm gonna make the leap. Same thing with people. What I find fascinating about this conversation is we've had a Scarface. We've talked like this in the conversation. And we've had astral therapy, We've had a cocaine driven Cuban talking about chakras and auras and we've had a channeling session. We've covered everything.

[Mariko Frederick]

You invited Jim Carrey?

[Alex Ferrari]

Jim Carrey's been invited. Officially. Officially. Now, anyone watching who knows Jim, please put the word out. So we've had a lot of things covered in this conversation and I think that this episode is really the, the essence of what I try to do with next level. So, yeah, very deep mystical experiences. Deep stuff. Funny and laughing and making fun of things that we should make fun of. Calling. Calling what it is. It is, you know, calling a spade a spade.

You know, it's like the Astro realm. What the hell? So it's been, it's been such a joy talking to you. Let's talk a little bit before we go about, about what we, what we created with your Astro therapy course. You know, in the course we were trying to put together. And when I say we, it's you. But, you know, I was there.

[Mariko Frederick]

You were there in the room, you were there, I'm there.

[Alex Ferrari]

You did more than that.

[Alex Ferrari]

I directed a little bit. I'm like, okay, why don't we do this or that? But generally what we were trying to do is create a kind of almost like a mini personal course on how to do astro therapy for yourself or for your friends and things like that. Right. So can you explain a little bit about what they can expect in that mastery course?

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah, I think what they can expect is one trusting themselves. I mean, really, if you don't trust yourself, it's really hard to move. It's hard to do anything. Right. So I'm inviting people to trust their intuition or their imagination. See, this is the thing. People downplay it and they're am I imagining it?

[Alex Ferrari]

Yes.

[Mariko Frederick]

So what if you are? Are. So what if. What if your imagination is the. The way that your claircognizance, your knowing is showing up? Because that's usually what's happening. They have a knowing and then they imagine the knowing and they're like, I just imagined it? No, you knew it to be true. And then you create an image. Perfect. So with astral therapy, you can expect to connect to your higher body, your astral body, your body of light. You can expect to experience connecting to the higher realms. However that works for you, though. See, everybody's different. So some people have all their clairs open and they might see and feel and hear all the things. And some people, you know, if you want to Thundercats from the astral realm, he man, you had to grab Shira too. So you might experience a lot of phenomenon. But if you know me and you know me, phenomenon's not the most important thing. It's lights and sound effects. It's not. Astral therapy to me isn't about having this huge experience because now you've got you having an experience which is separate from God consciousness. But if you can experience your body of light, your consciousness, perfect. If you experience a knowing, great. And some people have a lot of experiences like you, but the ones who don't, that's perfect too, because they're going to experience exactly what they need. So it's going to be different for a lot of people, but you can experience your guide. That was one of the big goals that we set was I want them to be able to get answers. Because again, coming back to trusting yourself and some of the answers people Get. You can't make that stuff up. They're going to know. But that was not me. That was not you. That was their guide. Yeah, that was their guide. That was their higher self, their soul, whatever, giving them instructions, telling them some truths, possibly releasing something, maybe something that's been lingering, something they need to heal. Because again, I'm not really big into the lights and sound effects of all the psychic stuff because I've been, you know, my whole life, I've had it. But that's not. Not allow that. That's not a road to enlightenment, all the lights and all that stuff. It's not a road to direct enlightenment. Oneness, consciousness, remembering who you are, that's the important thing. So I'm really careful to not get too carried away with that because too much emphasis. In my experience of few decades, people get way too into the experience. I want to experience. I want to see, I want to, I want to, I want to. Like, I don't hear anything. I'm like, great, good. Do you know it? Yeah. That's so much faster now. You don't have to process what you heard and saw. And all this, it's great. It's wonderful. I have all of them open. But, like, I want to make sure that people understand that their experience is valid and true and perfect for them and it shouldn't be any other way.

It's kind of like the, the yogic traps. The, the, the yogic powers, the cities. I forgot what they're actually called. But the, the levitation, the biolocation, the manifestation of ash or something like that. Or these powers, the yogic powers that come along as you're on the road to enlightenment. They're kind of traps. Yeah. Because you can spend 30 years figuring out how to levitate.

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

And it's done. It's been done. It's. It's something that can be done. Or telekinesis or moving things with their mind, using the force, all this kind of stuff. But it's, it's all these yogic powers that people will get just by the nature of going on the road to enlightenment. It's, it's paratechnics. Just like, oh, that's nice. Let's keep going.

Keep going.

Yeah, this like. Like, you know, and I'm just always keep going and not get caught up, not get trapped by these things. And this is something similar. People can get addicted to this.

[Mariko Frederick]

Yeah. I'm really, really careful with everyone I work with, though, that, like, do not get caught up in the lights and sound effects. That is not enlightenment.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's not the point.

[Mariko Frederick]

It's not the point. It's not my point. It's not what I want for people. It's not my soul assignment to entertain people. That's not what we're here for. Aligning with who you truly are, remembering who you are. And that's really what astral therapy is. It's a change chance to go into the higher realms to remember who you are. From there, if you're remembering correctly, you'll remember that you are love, you are joy, you are bliss. You are not lights and sound effects. You are not whoever you were in a past life. And that's why I also don't do readings as far as, like, who was I in every past life? It's sometimes it's so deeply healing and helpful to find out, but that's just not my work because I'm kind of like, well, I don't care who you used to be. Who are you now? What are you here to do? And how do you stay on track with that, with enlightenment? And my thing is like, yes, I want people to move into a higher state consciousness, move toward enlightenment and pay their bills. And that's why I was calling on companies and CEOs, because people need to do both. We can't choose anymore. That's the problem. That's why this world is broken. That's why the Matrix, the illusion we're in, is going to run out of time and we're moving into crisis. We can't choose both at the same time. And so we have to choose money because we have to feed our children. But we don't. We do need to feed our children, but we shouldn't have.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's not the 80s, okay? This is not the Gen X crowd that you just get thrown out into the street until midnight.

[Mariko Frederick]

Loaf of bread and a fire hose. No, no. But you, you can't choose only money and success because success is empty without love. And too many millionaires and billionaires have found that out. That's so sad, because they found that they got everything and it was nothing. And so that's why I think the guides were calling on the CEOs and people who have opportunities to give Call in the people whose soul assignment are in alignment with yours because now they don't have to choose between feeding their families and being in alignment.

[Alex Ferrari]

Beautifully said. And the other thing that we did while you were here is shoot a little series that will leave a little bit mysterious at the moment, but we did shoot a series that will be coming out on Next level. So Soul TV as well coming up. So we've done a lot while you've been busy.

It's not one on one, it's a group and I do a live Astral therapy every month. Other than that, there's an application on my website. You can click on it. I think it says one on one Astral Therapy and people can apply there and if it's the right fit, we'll put you where, you know, depending on what you're ready for and what you're looking for. Like some people are looking for something so simple that I'm like, oh my gosh, you'll get that in the membership. And then other people have a lot that they want to work through. I'm like, okay, that we need a conversation. I need two hours with you.

There was refrigerator, which is fridiaire, which is basically just frigid air in Spanish finish pullover, which is a sweater in Cuban. But it's a pull over. That took me forever to figure out. Yeah, it's. Well, I might do a special Christmas special starring the, the Cuban version of

my accent or at least an April 1st version. Like somehow you've got to do something
