Now today on the show, we welcome back channeler Christy Whitman. And Christie sits down with me to channel Mary Magdalene. And the energy that comes in is pretty remarkable. And what she says, it's pretty eye opening about the truth of her position in Jesus's ministry, what really happened, what his true teachings are, how they have been manipulated so much by the Catholic Church and so, so much more. So let's dive in. I'd like to welcome back to the show returning champion Christy Whitman.
A
How you doing? Hi. I'm so good, Alex. Thank you.
B
Thank you so much for coming back down to Next Level Soul Studios.
A
Honor. What an honor. Thank you for what you do and all the people that you bring and the consciousness that you're sharing with the. It's a platform for normal freaks like me to, you know, be able to, to share our gifts and the wisdom that comes through so I hold space.
B
So we can fly our freak flag as much as, as we possibly can. It's a, it's always a pleasure talking to you and to the council. You've been on the show four times. Number this.
A
Number four. Four.
B
It's number four. Wow. Yeah, you were about. You're an og. You went back one of the. I think you were in the first 100.
A
I think I was. Yeah.
B
In the, before we started, you know, episode almost five or six. Oh God, Jesus. Six hundred and something.
A
Dang. Good for you. Amazing.
B
I'm getting older by the second, but it's okay.
A
It's okay.
B
But yeah, it's, it's. There's so much we could talk about, but I wanted to kind of go into. We were talking before you came on the show about and a lot of times like I always have plans of like, hey, I want to talk about this or I want to talk about that. And a lot of times I'll sit with the guest because before like 15, 20 minutes and we'll just kind of, you know, shoot the. You know what. And you start talking like, oh yeah, I went down to the south of France and did this kind of like pilgrimage from Mary Magdalene pilgrim pilgrimage. And I'm like, oh, so please, let's talk. Because Mary. Mary is one of my favorite topics to talk about on the show because she has been bastardized so much throughout history. The church has completely just destroyed horrible PR people for Mary Magdalene, Jesus, great PR for the most part, a little twisted, but generally speaking, you know, but Mary's. Mary's really just. She's gotten the very short end of the stick throughout history. But what I've noticed is that her teachings, her energy is. And feminine energy in general is starting to come up more because we've been going through the last thousand years or so, the last 2,000 years, if not longer, of male masculine energy. And I've said this before on the show, is like that that energy was needed to get us here, like this kind of energy. That's masculine energy. But now we're at a place where you can't keep going down that road without this balance. You really need the feminine to come back in in a strong way. And Kuan Yin, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, these are ascended masters that keep coming, keep coming up.
A
The goddesses. Yeah, the goddesses are. So I opened up to my feminine nature, and feminine is not the way someone looks, it's the energy. Right. Because I was very masculine in my energy. Because as most girls did, you know, we look at the females and the males and we don't want to be like the women that don't have any power. The men had all the power. One of my first books that I co wrote with, with an author is called Taming your elf. And it was all right. I never get a good laugh on that one.
B
I'm sorry, let's go back. Tame your alpha.
A
Taming your alpha.
B
Nice. Well played.
A
Yeah. Because you know, as women, if we're powerful, we're considered. Right. As men, if we do this.
B
Problematic. You're very problematic.
A
Right? Yeah, yeah. Aggressive, you know? Yeah. So we didn't have these role models of what a very powerful, feminine, creative woman looked like, because Mary Magdalene, for example, was one that we as women could have easily looked at and followed. But she was suppressed, as most powerful women were, and lied about. And lied about. Completely lied about. So I opened up to my divine feminine goddess energy about 30 years ago, and I started doing goddess retreats about 18 years ago because it was this channeling of this needs to come out. And so I've continued to do goddess weekends with women and that sort of thing. And what happened for me, and I was raised Catholic, I think we've talked about that. So for me, as A little girl. Here's what I have as a role model, right? You've got the Mother Mary, who is virginal, like, and she can do no wrong. And I was told I was pain, so I can't live up to Mary Magdalene already. And by the way, Mother Mary.
B
And by the way, Mother Mary. That's all she was, right? They don't say anything else like, she. She's the Virgin Mary. She gave Christ birth to Christ, and she's just kind of hiding in the background. They never really go much deeper in it because apparently the Vatican and the Catholic Church were terrified of any female power figure.
A
Exactly.
B
Any.
A
Exactly. And especially one that had a baby from God and that was a virgin when have. Right. So it's like, what do you do with that?
B
And they would have cut her out if they didn't need to, right? They would have absolutely cut her out. And they would have absolutely cut out Mary Magdalene if they could have. But they're like, she's kind of part of this story. We can't. All right, she's a whore. She's a whore. Let's just. She's a whore. She's a prostitute. Let's put something.
A
So I had, as a little girl, this Virgin Mary who I cannot live up to. Or the prostitute.
B
Well, when you put it like that, it's. It's pretty. Yeah. The Madonna or. Or the prostitute.
A
Right. It's like, where's the in between? Right. Talk about all or nothing. I mean, so it's. You know, that's where it was confusing. It's like, there's all these men, which are fine. That's great. But where about what? I'm a woman. I'm a girl. What do I have to look up to? And my mom was not someone that I wanted to emulate. My sister was not someone I. So it was like, be like, dad, be masculine. Go out there and get. You know, get the stuff done. And that's where, you know, when I opened up to my divine feminine, started balancing that energy, you know, as a kid. Not to get too personal, but I mean, just the repression and the oppression of my feminine self. I had horrible periods and, you know, like, bad cramping. As soon as I started opening up to my divine feminine, all of a sudden my cramping went away. My periods were, like, totally fine. I had beautiful pregnancies because I adopted that feminine, nurturing, creative aspect of myself.
B
It sounds like it's. And this is, I think, true. And I'm bringing this up because I believe it's something that we all do is like when you repress something, it forms into something else.
A
Exactly.
B
So if you, if you reform, if you repress anything about yourself, it will manifest in other ways, whether it be a disease, whether it be, you know, a disease or something like you were just saying, or headaches or something physical or, or even things outside of you that this energy that keeps popping into your life to try to break you out of that cycle. Yes, it's something that happens to all of us. But it's really interesting.
A
It is. It's a universal thing because energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it needs to flow. And that's like my new book, which I know we're going to talk about the flow factor, but the energy needs to flow. If it doesn't flow and it gets constricted or we're restricting it from our coping mechanisms of fight, flight, freeze, fawn, those natural animalistic parts that we have. For me, I was fighting against that feminine part because feminine to me meant mom, sister. I don't want weak. Yeah. They had no power.
B
You know, so fascinating because I've said, I think we might have even spoken about this. I've been surrounded by women my entire life. So I was raised by a single mom essentially. And you know, my family's my, my current family meeting my daughters and, and my, and my wife. I'm surrounded by estrogen constantly.
A
Yeah. Opposite. I have boys and a dog is male.
D
Yeah.
B
My cats, their balls have been cut off. So essential, no testosterone. So I've been raised around feminine energy most of my life. My grandmother, my aunts, you know, I had very little masculine, you know, other than my grandfather. And my father was there as well. You know, they divorced when I was young, but I was really feminine constantly. And I was raised around strong women. We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

D

B
Comparing over 100 insurance companies to find savings. No one else can compare today@the zebra.com and now back to the show. Strong women who out there and just kicking ass and taking names. So I never saw women as weak, personally. Like, I just never saw weak women because, you know, I'm immigrant. You know, my parents were immigrants and they didn't have a choice. They had to go out and hustle. They had to go out and do that. So when you're saying things like that, I was like, I guess you're right. I just never connected that for myself as women being weak because I was just surrounded by so many strong women.
A
Well, let's talk about this. Because my mom is a ball buster. I mean, that's not, you know, she. She wore the pants. She like, literally would just drop my dad to his knees. Right. I mean, you know, he was. She would emasculate him with one look. Right? So. And. And so would my aunts to my uncles and. And that was just the way it was. But there was no power. I remember, like, talk about imprints, right? We're all imprinted. And if we don't, it's for seven years. Yeah. I mean, all our lives. Right? But those. Yeah. I remember when I was seven, my dad and my mom got in an argument and my dad had my mom's arm and by the. By her back and she was screaming. My sister and I were playing Atari.
B
So your dad had your mom.
A
So we're at the other side of the house and we're playing Atari. That brings you back to where it was.
D
Sure, of course.
A
And we hear my mom screaming, he's gotta break my arm. So we run in there and he's got her arm and finally my sister goes over and like, picks him up and you know, like, basically body slams him to the ground.
B
Your sister?
A
My sister, she was 11 years older than me and she was very strong. Very strong gay woman, you know, very.
B
Just like, she just literally.
A
Oh, picked him up. Oh, totally.
B
Wwf.
A
And he was like, screw this. And he, you know, left the house and so.
B
Pretty brilliant, right?
A
So the three of us are sitting there talking and I said to my mom, why don't you leave him?
B
Oh, wow.
A
And she. And I knew as a kid, like, this is not functional at 11, a 7. 7 years old. And I said, why don't you leave? You leave him. Why don't you divorce him? And she said to me, I'll never forget this. She said, what am I supposed to do about money? And so in that moment, I made a decision for myself. Here's where the. No man is ever gonna. Right. I'm never gonna be in that situation. I'm never gonna rely on a man to take care of me. Right. And that's where my imprint. So it's like, all right, what's my career? How am I gonna make my money? How am I gonna be it? And that's where the masculine came out, where it's like, what do I do? How do I create goals? You know, how do I make something of myself? And it served me really well until I got in my first marriage, where now I was emasculating my first husband, you know?
B
And you can't turn it off.
A
No. Because it's imprinted.
B
Right. It's. That's the. That's the mask you put on.
A
Yes.
B
That's the character you are playing in this life. And that is the coping mechanism that you created to protect yourself from the world.
A
Yes, until I learned how to heal that.
B
Correct.
A
Yes.
B
You know, it's. It's in it. Fascinating that fear is the core of all it is. This right here, what we're going through life.
A
Yeah.
B
Is all about overcoming fear in all forms. That's what this is all about. In many. You could go, anything, anything that you're doing, you can lead it back to a fear of something.
A
And. And there's either two perspectives and the council, who I know we're going to bring in. When my son had a bit of. He decided to do a backflip when he doesn't know how to do a backflip. So he landed.
B
It's very, very dude thing to do.
A
Right. He's like, I. You got to love it. He's so confident. He's like. Saw his friend do it, who's been doing it all his life, and he's like, I could do that. And, you know, lands on the back.
B
I've seen the YouTube videos.
A
Yes, yeah, yeah, exactly. So counsel was healing his head, and they were like, oh, my God. Kind of like you just pass forward.
B
So the council's healing his head now.
A
Like fast forward, like on a concussion. So. So the council's in, and he's. They're kind of like seeing things From a different perspective. Right. And they're like, hey, what's that valve? And they realize. And I didn't even know this, but later researched it. It's like we have like an on and off switch. We're either pushing against pain or resisting fear, you know, trying to avoid. I never want that to happen to me. I don't want to be in that situation. So I'm going to push against, you.
B
Know, or armor myself up.
A
Correct. We're either living life like that or we're moving towards pleasure. Because it's like a teeter totter, you know, up, down. Right. When the pleasure center is turned on in the brain and we're focusing on having the pleasure. What I look forward to the pleasure of this conversation. The pleasure of, you know, being with my. My boys.
B
The pleasure of cheese in Italy.
A
Exactly. You know, well, when I'm looking at. When I'm focusing on the pleasure, I'm not sitting. I'm not avoiding the pain.
B
Right.
A
But most of us live our lives in that survival mode of fight, flight, freeze, fawn. Right. And that's where we get into the mechanism of the pleasure has been turned off. Because now what's heightened is I've got to protect, I've got to, you know, I've got to assume, I've got to survive. And the, the fear that we feel is that information that something bad is going to happen or could happen. Right. Think of all the gazillion things on options and choices that this world has for us. Some are wonderful, some are not so wonderful. But most of us get caught in the. I don't want that or that or that or that or that to happen. So I'm going to do whatever I can to avoid it.
B
Isn't it interesting that we spend most of our lives focusing on things that haven't happened yet?
A
Right. Or won't happen or won't ever. Ever.
B
Yeah, exactly. I mean, we always disasterize.
A
Yeah.
B
A lot of times. And you're like, I have to invest this money here. Or if you make it like a risky investment, it's because you're afraid of not having enough.
A
Yes.
B
So you're like, oh, this will cover me, or this is that. And it's, it's. It's fascinating how much we are constantly focusing on things that have not yet happened or will never happen and live our entire lives around. I'm gonna lose her, I'm gonna lose him, I'm gonna lose my job. I'm gonna, you know, I'm gonna die because of my Health or whatever those things are. You constantly are focusing on things that it's, it's fascinating.
A
It is. And that's where my earlier work through the Divine Feminine and also understanding that that comes from a space of lack. I always like to say that there's three states of being that we can be in. And the first one which most humans are in is lack. That's where all of those behaviors, like, you know, procrastination, gossiping, judgment, criticism, all of that come from and all the lower level emotions because that's where heartbreak and grief and all of that, we can get stuck there because we don't know how to process our emotions. And living like we're saying, through fear, we stay stuck in that lack. Lack of always feels bad no matter what you do. Lack feels bad. The other side of the spectrum of that is abundance. That's where joy and passion and purpose and freedom and all the good feelings that we. The pleasure of life that we want. Right? But most people can't go from lack all the way over to abundance. I saw there was a, I'll call him an influencer on Instagram the other day that said, hey, when you're disappointed about something, don't be disappointed. Just look at what you can appreciate. I'm like, dude, most people that are in despair and are so disappointed with something that just happened cannot find appreciation. That vibration is so far away, you know, it's like it is too big of a leap.
B
Oh yeah, like I just lost my job, but I need to appreciate that I have shoes on. Like, like, yeah, that in theory, right? In theory that would be ideal, right?
A
But I've lost my father. I'll just appreciate all that he's done for me. Well, there's some grieving to do. That's a natural part of being a human being. And I know we're going to talk about Mary Magdalene, but that's the part that she is just teaching me so much, is that, you know, think about what she had gone through. She witnessed her beloved literally, I mean, just get back beaten to death. And when I was in the south of France and we'll talk about that, I had a vision and I was like, I was right there seeing this and I was just gut wrenched for her pain and for her to still get up and to have to flee to save her own lives because all the other disciples were being crucified. So she was going to be too. She had to flee while pregnant and you know, try to escape.
B
Pregnant, Pregnant.
A
What and escape? Yes, pregnant.
B
We'll talk about that in a minute.
A
We'll talk about that in a minute. And at the same time, continue to have enough gusto, continue to have enough faith to go speak the word of what she learned and what she was, you know, what moved her. But she had to feel the pain. She had to process the emotions when she was in the grief to stuff it down, to suppress it. She would. There's no way she would be able to get out and still preach and teach and anoint people and appreciate that.
B
She has sandals, right?
A
Exactly. Exactly.
B
It doesn't.
A
So the middle gap to get from lack over to abundance is that place of neutrality. It's when I talk about the universal laws, it's a law of sufficiency and abundance. And so what gets us out, and I talk about this a lot in the flow factor, is that we have to find the neutrality out of the lack. And what does that is compassion, not compassion for others. Because people say, oh yeah, I have compassion for others. Do you really? If you don't have any for yourself, because you cannot give away what you do not have.
B
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

And now back to the show.
A
If I came up to you and said, alex, can I have $1,000? And you're like, I don't have $1,000. I can't give you what I don't have, right? Same is true. We can't give out the energy if we don't have it in our container. We are energy receivers. We're energy containers and we're energy transmitters. Law of attraction is all about, right? What I send out, I get back. But what are you bringing in? What are you holding into your container? What vibration are you naturally holding? If we're in despair, if we're in grief, if we're in anger, if we're in fear, you know, we can't find the joy and the abundance and all that, especially if we're suppressing it. So finding neutrality through compassion first is just even inviting it in, you know, just knowing that there is soothing energy available right now for us. We don't have to go do it. We have to go get something, buy something. Soothing energy is available. We also have two arms, most of us, that we can put around ourselves. Right. Give yourself a hug. Just right now, just wrap your arms around yourself. Everybody just breathe into that. Doesn't that feel good? It's like just even doing that for 90 seconds. Because it takes 90 seconds to process an emotion. It's so soothing. It soothes our limbic system, our nervous system. It makes us. Instead of going out, which we normally are in our energy, we're coming back into ourselves. And it's like, I can breathe.
B
Well, isn't. I mean, in breath. Breath is the thing. Breath resets your nervous system.
A
Yes.
B
You know, it's like, I do a lot of heavy breathing with my daughters. I'll stop and go, like, daddy, I'm.
A
Like, just let me breathe.
B
Breathe. And it works. It does calm you.
A
It does.
B
It does calm you down. You're breathing fast. Your energy is higher. When you breathe slower and deeper, your energy, your nervous system resets itself. And it's the place where you need to go in order to go inward.
A
Yeah.
B
Breath is a very powerful.
A
It is. And also is our touch. So even if it's not just a hug, putting a hand on your heart. Oh, and a hand on your belly, it lets you come back into you. And it's like, all right, now you got the energy, you got your somatic touch, and then it becomes words of affirmation People do affirmations way too fast. It's like, okay, it's going to be all right. It's going to be fine. But you haven't calmed yourself down enough to breathe, to touch yourself, to just go. Now that you feel calm, it's like, okay, I'm gonna be all right. This is. This too shall pass.
B
You know, it's the thing that people do, like, after they watch the Secret, they're like, okay, okay, I want a car. I want a car. I want a car. I want a car. I'm like, what are you doing? I want a new car. I need a new car. Need a new car. Like, no, that's not the way that works.
A
Right. You know how what the council says about that, using affirmations before the energy work? It's like trying to plant flowers in a garden without toiling the soil and just throwing them on the top and walking away. I mean, they're not going to get rooted, Right. You got to dig in and got to plant them in and take care of it, and then they get rooted. So that's why. Inviting the energy in. Which. Think of it this way, right? When you look at a piano, every single key has a tone, a frequency.
B
Correct?
A
Right. So we're the piano player. Right. Think of the universe as having that whole spectrum of tones and vibrations available, but whose needs to choose it, like pure positive energy, becomes what we, as the human being, through our own free will and choice, chooses. So as I go to the piano and I start playing the keys now, the tones. So as this pure potential energy that exists right now in this room for each of you, wherever you are, as you, as the human being, go, ah, I want compassion. Now that energy comes to us. We are calling it in. It's an invitation. We're playing that key.
B
I love that analogy. Because everybody has the same keys.
A
Yes.
B
Everyone has the same piano. Everyone has the same keys. It's how you play.
A
Yes.
B
And what you play. Yeah. It's up to you.
A
Yeah.
B
And a lot of people live in the delusion that, oh, that person must have the piano, but I. I just have the ukulele.
A
Right.
B
That there's anything wrong with the ukulele.
A
Right.
B
I don't want to get canceled by the ukulele mob, but I just showed.
A
That episode of Seinfeld to my son the other day, not that there's anything wrong with that. And he was like, why did you say that? I'm like, give me a little bit of good history here. But you're right, it's like some people play the keys on the dark side or the lower notes on all the time when they have the full access, but they don't know that they do, because the coping mechanisms. Here's another thing that the council, God bless the council, they discovered is that at the back of the brain, which is our animalistic part of our brain, there are certain sections that we as humans learn to cope with. And on the left side is the fight mode. Now, last time I was here, I talked about how I was putting. I didn't put a cart away at a grocery store, right? Remember that? And so don't yell at me, people. But one time in my life, I didn't put a cart away in the grocery store. And this woman yelled at me and screamed at me, said, I'm lazy. And in my mind I was like, I'm not lazy. I always put the card away. I'm so hardworking. It was my part of my brain that was fighting back, right? So that part of the brain, the left part of the brain, that's the fight mode. And it doesn't mean like, come on, put up your dukes, Alex. Like, we're fighting, we're resisting.
B
Are we in the 20s? Are we in the 20s? Like, what is dukes? Put them up your dukes. And who fights like this, really? I mean, this. This Popeye vibe is not really. It's not really very positive at all.
A
Sorry, what do you want? Is that better? Jesus. Put up your duke. I'm a lover, not a fighter.
B
Put up your dukes on dukes. Like, really? Top of the world, Ma.
A
Anyway, anyway, so that's the left part. The middle part is the freeze part. So it's like the midd part of the brain. And then the right side is our flee, right? It's the fight flight. So the flight part. And when we can release this part, that's where we. It gets all the energy. Something happens. Our emotional body, which is our lower body, it goes up our system. Then boom. It's like, that's where we get the information. Do I either fight this person, put a produce, or do I freeze? And then I hear this a lot. I'm stuck. I don't know what to do, right? I'm blocked, like. And I've been this way for a long time. They're in freeze mode. Or when they're in flight mode, it's like, do more, do more, do more, do more. That's why a lot of women, it's like they, you know, they can't have that quiet time. It's where vices come in, I gotta leave myself, I gotta run away. I gotta leave this relationship. You know, people go out from one to another to another thinking that. And I was like that in my first marriage, I was in flight mode based on that seven year old conversation with my mom. I'm like, never gonna do that, Never gonna have a man treat me like that. I'm gonna leave. And so in my first marriage, I was in an eight year relationship and marriage. Now I've been married to Frederick for 19 years and have my children with him. But in my first marriage, it was like if he looked at me wrong in my mind, I was like, oh yeah, I got one bag packed.
B
It never would. It just, it was doomed. It was doomed. Yeah, you can't have a relationship like, no, you can't.
A
You can't have one foot in and one foot out. But my coping mechanism from when I was seven years old had me in that mode. Because if he leaves the house mad like my dad did, I'm out of here. I mean, he was the nicest man and never did anything even like remotely like my father. But it's like, you look at me, I'm out of here. You know, and so that's the. And we can't judge ourselves for it. That's the thing is that when to get out of that lack and into the neutrality. You cannot have judgment and compassion at the same time. Compassion lets you live without the judgment beating yourself up.
B
And let me share with you something. So for me, my imprint was that I needed to work constantly. I needed to hustle. Since I was a little boy, I had everything I needed. My parents were wonderful. I never was in lack. I always had food on the table. I had a roof over my head, went to catholic school. You know, I had toys. You know, it was, it was never, I never was like poor. But we worked for our money. We were, you know, middle class. You know, it was, it was, it was the 80s, 70s, 80s. But I knew, especially with my mom when she was a single mom, I knew I couldn't go ask her. I'm like, hey, I need a little money to buy this. I just knew I never even bothered. We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

B
And now back to the show. So I was like, oh, I see what's happening here. I gotta go. So I started doing hustling. I started hustling garage sales and selling things since I was a little kid. And that hustle, that mentality, that imprint drove my, my life up to so many years ago.
A
Yeah.
B
And it's still to be argued, arguably, I mean, hello, Hello.
A
I don't see that anymore.
B
Slow down a little bit. But I'm aware of what I was doing to the point where I burned out. I burned out multiple times because I was just, yeah, I gotta go, I gotta, gotta go.
A
Yeah.
B
And then I was like, oh, I gotta, I gotta do this. I gotta be. Look bigger than I was and all this kind of stuff when I was a younger man. And, you know, as I gotten older, the body just starts like, dude, you can't do.
A
Can't do that anymore. Yeah.
B
Like physically. And that started the beginning of the slowing down process for me. Even though it doesn't seem like I'm slowing down in the least, but I am. And I'm just focused energy in very different ways than I used to.
A
Yeah.
B
But that was that I'm bringing up as an example of my imprint. You know, it wasn't like, no man's gonna, I'm not gonna rely. I said, no, I have to rely on myself. I Have to be able to be the provider. I have to be able to go out and do stuff no matter what.
A
And so in that. Did you have a little man whipping you faster? Go more. Do more myself. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Little man in your own head was.
B
You know, I was constant. I'll tell a story. I don't think I've ever told this story before. So we. When I moved to LA with my wife, we moved to LA so I could follow my filmmaking career. And I was in Florida and we moved out to LA to actually, you know, further my career. And one Christmas, I think, was our first Christmas there, I figured out this hustle. I'm very proud of this. Very proud to this day. I'm extremely proud.
A
The imprints are helpful and to a.
B
Point, I'm very, very. I'm very, very proud of this. But I figured out that because I would. I had businesses online. I've been selling things on ebay for years, years ago, so I knew how to hustle things. So, you know, DVDs on Amazon, that's a whole other story back in the day. But I figured out that GameStop, the video game place, they were selling video game for, let's say, 20 bucks, but on Amazon, they were selling the same game for 50 bucks and it was Christmas. So I was like, huh, that's interesting. So you would think, right? Like, oh, he must have bought like 20 or 30 of these games and then resold them on Amazon. You would be incorrect. What I spent my time on is like, I'm just going to put them on Amazon and when an order comes in, I'll take that address and put it in ordering the game. So I was just literally fulfilling.
A
That's brilliant.
B
Right, right, right. And GameStop stopped at around 50, 50 orders. 50, 52 orders.
A
This guy.
B
But I was making like, you know, great Christmas money, all this kind of stuff. And I was so proud. I was like, babe, look what I did. I hustle. I got like another 6, 700, 800 bucks or something like that doing this hustle. And she's like, why are we here? We could have hustled like this back in Florida. Why are we here? You need to stop this and focus on what we're really here to do. And that was the first time someone stopped me, God bless her heart, God bless her heart. God bless her heart. That I was like, oh, oh, okay. And I. That was the very first time I had to stop and pause and go, huh, what am I doing? I never. Because I'D just been going, going, going, going. I was like, what, 33 or something like that at the time.
A
Oh, there's endless energy at 33.
B
Can you imagine if I was 33 now? I would be dangerous with this brain. Oh, God.
A
What? I know. Now. Yeah.
B
No, now. Yeah, dangerous, dangerous.
A
I would be traveling in the best way possible.
B
Oh, absolutely, absolutely. But it was. It's. It's about that programming. It really is. It's interesting. What, not damage. I wouldn't call it damage that is done when you're younger. It is just what you signed up for when you walked into this. You needed to do what you went through in order to be able to realize that lesson and move past it without going through it. You would have never learned the lesson.
A
So to say that in these experiences that we just shared, someone that has some type of abuse and they had, you know, some really damaging imprints in their lives that keep them stay stuck, you know, it's hard. It's kind of like, hey, be appreciative of that. Right? It's hard to go from. I'm still stuck in it because the energy is still there and the imprint is still there. And so I'm still. Because all time is simultaneous, right. It's like past, present and future exist right now. And most people are stuck in that time for whatever it is, and they can't get to the other keys on the piano because they're still stuck over here.
B
When you were going through that imprint when you were younger, that whole arm thing, you could have imprinted differently.
A
Totally.
B
You could have been like, oh, I'm weak, or I. I need to. And then you could have easily found a man like your totally and gone through that cycle again. But you chose the opposite, right? So it could have gone either way. It's just your personality in the way you decided to approach that.
A
But you just said it, though, the way we chose.
B
You chose that.
A
And yeah. And when we are little, sometimes when we're six, seven, even younger, or even in our teens or today, if we don't know that we don't have a choice. If we're not aware that we have a choice, which most, most of us, we're not aware that happened to be that what was accessible to me, I will never do. But you're right, I could have went the other way. And that that's how a man treats a woman. And that's what I expect.
B
That's what love is.
A
That's what love is.
B
Yeah, exactly. I mean, how many abusive relationships, men and Women are in because. Oh, that's how I saw my mom, treated my dad that way. So I guess I have to.
A
But here's the good news. Here's the good news. Yes, all of it developed who we are. It's all of our own individual story. But when we wake up and go, wait, this is no longer serving me. This is no longer who I choose to be, I can make a different choice. We can then heal those parts by releasing the energy of the past. And I know we were talking about that earlier. You know, I could bring in the council and have them do an energy clearing, you know, for someone that has an impact imprint, definitely through the fight flight freeze. Because here's the thing. When the energy gets stuck in the back of the head, what are these two centers? This is where our third eye, the council calls us our faith portal. Our third eye. Right. It's our intuition, our higher finding, higher access. When the animal part of us, the human part of us, is stuck in that lack, that despair, the energy can't find that higher awareness. Right. So that's why we help re, you know, unblock that and release that stuck energy so that now you can have access to the fullness of who you are.
B
It's a spiritual acupuncture. Yeah, essentially.
A
Yeah.
B
So let's talk about your trip in the south of France.
A
Okay.
B
So you. You decided to go on a pilgrimage.
A
Can I tell you the whole story, how this set up? Because it was just brilliant. So one. One session that I was doing with a couple clients, the one woman asked me about Mary Magdalene and. Not me, the counsel, because the council was there, and they said, what? You want to talk to her? And I want to ask her. And she's like, could I? And so council brought in Mary Magdalene, and the four women that were on this call were like, sobbing because it was like part of them had been awakened in them. And they were asked. She was asking Mary questions. So after that, all of a sudden, I started hearing and feeling and sensing Mary, and I could feel her. I told my husband, I go, I feel like Mary is calling me to the south of France. And he's like, oh, my God, it wasn't to Milwaukee.
B
Nothing was wrong with Milwaukee. But you know what I mean? I feel like, I gotta go to Milwaukee. I don't really know why. Thank God it was the south of France.
A
I'm like, mary's calling me the south of France. And he's kind of like, good luck with that, you know? And I'm like, we had no plans Nothing, right? And I'm like, God, I really feel this call. And then all of a sudden I'm like, I wonder if there are people that do pilgrimages, you know, and kind of, again, no plans, right? So I started looking online. I'm like, nobody was really tickling my fancy, you know, Nothing was. I know I'm in my 20s again, nothing was tickling my fancy. And all of a sudden, a client emails me randomly, right? Nothing's ever random and says, hey, Christy, I don't know why, but I'm being told to send you this person's name. She does pilgrimages in the south of France for Mary Magdalene. And I'm like, wow, okay. I mean, I've done this work for myself for 35 years professionally, 25 years, but still, when something like that happens, it's still like a, you know. So I was like, okay, so I'm just gonna sit with this. I emailed the woman, she goes, normally I don't do one on one pilgrimages. And I wasn't interested in doing it with a big group. I just wasn't. And she goes, but for you, Mary's telling me, yes. So I'm like, okay, so now I got the place, now I got the guide, right? And now I just need to go. But there was no plans the next week. My son, who's a superstar soccer player, he's in the running right now for being voted athlete of the year. Youth athlete of the Year. I'm so proud of him. He got asked to go to France for a two week soccer camp, of course. And we said, do you wanna go? And he said, of course, right? So we decided we'll give that to him as a little Christmas gift, right? The whole thing. Christmas, birthday, anniversary, and yeah, flat Flag Day, Valentine's Day, the whole thing. But he had a condition. He wanted us, either my husband and me and his brother, or just at least one of us. He didn't want to be in France by himself. He wanted someone to be there.

And now back to the show.
A
And. And I'm like, I'll go.
B
Me, me, me.
A
I'll do it for the rest of everybody. No, I will go and I'll take the bullets. I'll do. I mean, if I have to. Right? The sacrifices we make for kids, right? No. So I said, you know, one thing I wouldn't ask you, though. I'll be at all your games, however. And I. And I can't see him any other time. So I'm going to be alone in France other than to see him play soccer. Would you mind if I went down south for a few days? And he goes, I don't care, as long as you're in the country.
B
I don't know what the heck that's about, but.
A
Okay, I don't know either.
B
But, like, something goes wrong, I'm in the south of France. I can't get there tomorrow, like, in a second. So I don't understand.
A
I mean, he. He just. It is. So I'm like, I didn't. Yeah, I'm like, as long as I can go south. So I organized it, and it was absolutely perfect. So it was just. I mean, everything came together. And so I went to the south of France and I just felt Mary. And during this time, I did a retreat for about 13 women in Scottsdale, and Mary Magdalene ran the whole thing. I mean, they were just blown away by the differences between the seven deadly sins and how she considers the powers of the ego and that we don't want to get rid of the ego. And this is what I've been saying for years, right? It's like my teachings and the Council's teachings and her teachings are so in alignment. It's recognizing those parts of us that get in excess, that get in the place of criticism and judgment, right. That forget who we are, all of these different parts that are very human, and there's nothing we can do about them other than recognize them and then call in the higher part of us so that we're not being ruled by those parts of us.
B
Interesting. So, all right, so you go down the south of France. You told me that you were in the. I guess the temple or the crypt. The crypt of Mary Magdalene. You actually saw her. They have her skull on display.
A
They have her skull on display? Yeah. It's underneath there's this beautiful basilica that was created by her friend that she was in the grotto with, Saint Maxim. And funny enough, that's my son's name is Maxim, and I went into the crypt underneath, and they have her skull, and it's encased with. It's just gorgeous. It's encased in gold. And there's these four angels that hold it. And I went there a couple times because I stayed there for a couple days. And one day when I went there, I was just really open. And it was rare because there was nobody else in there. It was just me. And all of a sudden, my hands just became on fire. It was like I was holding a hot potato, and I could feel my hands, like, shaking, and they were just, like, on fire. And I hear her clearly say, you are a healer. And I'm like, in this place. But in my mind, I'm like, duh, Mary. I already know that. I've been healing people for, you know, 25 years, right? And not to be, you know, not respectful, but I already know this. But it was a different anointing, and it was just a full embodiment of that.
B
It was turning your healing to 11.
A
It was like, let's cook. Let's create a cook that's churn up the cooker. So, yeah, that was one of the many things that I experienced. I also went and sat at the Rock of Isis and a very powerful Mother Divine energy as well. And while I was sitting there, I could feel this energy up from my chakra just, like, going through me and around me. And it brought in this power that. Not a power like force, you know, like a masculine power, but a very creative power that was just moving through my body. And then the next place I went, Was this. Oh my God, there's so many places, but there was the Fountain de la Mort and it's this stream, it's like a waterfall. And right next to it is a heart shaped pool. And the water is freezing, but I went in it and screaming. But it was where she anointed women and men and in the way of love. Because the way of love is all about compassion. Right. You are human and you're gonna have contrast. This is what I write about in the flow factor. Contrast exists in our minds. We could have infinite contrast that we were just talking about. Things didn't just happen. But we're worried and thinking about what might or what could.
B
And we also worry about what happened already.
A
Right.
B
You never really feel like figure out what's happening now.
A
Right? Exactly. And the compassion that, that whole breathing, that hug yourself, it brings you back into the now so that you're not focusing on the past and you're not worried about the future. That compassion energy, that helps the forgiveness. I know Jesus talked a lot about forgiveness. When you're in compassion, you're not in judgment. So there is nothing to forgive with.
B
Very true. Yeah, let's. Let's bring in the, the council first.
A
Okay.
B
And then as we talk to the council for a little bit, then we'll kind of bring in the.
A
The Mary.
B
The Mary Mag special.
A
She is just absolutely special.
B
Yep. Yep. Absolutely.
A
Yeah. Okay. We are here. We are back.
B
Yes, you are.
A
We are back. We feel like rock stars. We are very happy to be with you, dear one, and very honored to address everyone that will be viewing this and very grateful for this moment in time to have these high level conversations.
B
Oh, thank you so much for being here. Hopefully we can do, if you're willing to do a healing for people, indeed, as. As we were talking about, as Christy and I were talking about. So we could do a healing for people who are kind of stuck in a minute. But before we get to that, I really want to. I'm really curious about what your thoughts are about AI right now. Because it is something that is everywhere and growing so, so fast and so many people are scared of it. So many people are optimistic about it. I have my feelings about it, but I'd love to hear what your take is on it for humanity and its spiritual evolution and its evolution in general.
A
Well, let's look at it this way. It's a tool. It is a tool. And like any tool, you can find the good or the bad in it. In any circumstance, you can find some that will freak out about the bad and let that keep them stuck. Right. There's always those that will worry about anything. When, when you have something like say, Covid, that happened years ago, it seems like eons ago you had those that were in the freakout and the fear of it and others were on the other side going, okay, it's like the flu, we'll get over it. Right. It's not that big of a deal. It's really about your own individual perception. And are you really fighting this thing that is now here? It is here. And how can you accept it and flow with it? Because it may not be something that you use as a tool, maybe for someone, it's maybe not what you use for others. It might be something that you use as a tool every day. But this whole idea that this AI is going to take over the world, what's the fear? You have to discover and examine what is the fear communicating to you? Because the fear, as Christy was talking about those three states of being, the fear is coming from lack. And so if you are fearing anything, man, AI money, whatever it may be, it's coming from a place of something's wrong or bad. So this AI thing is going to take over the world. It's going to lose people are going to lose jobs. I'm not going to have what I need. Right. And is coming from lack. And lack will never bring you the abundance that still exists beyond even AI that is a part of your breath, that is a part of your nature. Abundance, like a key on the piano, exists for you when you are playing it, but so does lack. And so our top line experience on this, just to say this is that whatever you fear, it doesn't empower you, it disempowers you. And for those that can see the benefit, like yourself, Right. And use it as a tool, you will then be in alignment with it. This is one thing as a human experience in this time, in this space that you either align with or you don't.
B
Let me ask you this.
D
Yes.
B
I'll play devil's advocate. Please do a second. Second. So with a tool like AI, AI is a tool like you said, but so is a hammer.
A
Yes, okay, exactly.
B
So you could kill somebody with a hammer.
A
Totally.
B
Or you could build a house.
A
Yes.
B
So it's two things. The difference between the hammer and AI is that the hammer is very singular job where AI is doing everything and it can encompass almost every aspect of our lives. And that's where I think the fear lies with a lot of people where they believe that having that much. The hammer doesn't have that much power. Really. You have to pick the hammer up. If not, it's just sitting there. We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

And now back to the show. AI is different. AI is always running. It's always doing things it could run on its own. I think that's where people are afraid of. I like I said, I'm not afraid of it. Yes, I feel it's going to be a positive thing. And I do believe that humanity has guardrails on it. So it won't go.
A
You just said it. You just, you just said that. Yeah, it has a limitation. Nothing. We will say this to all of you. Nothing can replace human beings.
B
That's not the part of the game. That's not part of what we're here to do.
A
That's it. The divine did not create human beings. And to have human experiences, to have it all washed away by AI or.
B
Robots or any of that kind of stuff.
A
Yeah, correct. You all are humans. And there are things. Christy, first, you know when she saw chatgpt, right, she was curious and said, how does a person get over fear? And the whole came through. And she said, wow, there goes coaches. Why do we need coaches? Because someone can read that and still not have the connection and the guidance and the energy and all of that. So whatever is huge in someone's mind of, oh, God, this is going to take over the world. It's like that old saying, the sky is falling. Right. It's your perspectives. We're going to give it straight to you. And we encouraged Christy to write this in the flow factor factor as well. There are five things that each human being has control of. The words that you speak, the thoughts that you think, the perspectives you have, the feelings you feel or don't, and the actions you take. That is it AI and all the other stuff and all. It's how you feel about it. There's a subject and it's how you think about it, what you say about it, what you feel about it. And if it feels limiting, you're the only one that can change that perspective to come into neutrality. If it's scaring the bejesus out of you, feel that compassion. Feel the compassion that you are a human scared of this thing called AI. Why are you scared of it? Why is anybody ever scared of anything? Because it's something they don't understand. And when you don't understand something, you fear it.
B
So is that why when you look at a hammer, there's going to be two. I use hammer as an example. There's going to be two. Two camps. One that looks at the hammers like that is a death tool that is about killing and maiming and hurting people.
A
Look at the whole. Look at the whole gun.
B
Sure.
A
In America, right? Yes. But.
B
But unlike gun, though, a hammer can build a house.
A
Yes.
B
It has a very, very, very positive thing.
A
Yes.
B
To it as well. So it's that ludicrous for us to be. You know, if you're. If you're thinking. If you're looking at a hammer and all you think about is the death and the destruction that it can do. Well, that's saying a lot more about you than the hammer.
A
It does, right? It does. It said what it says about you is where your consciousness is. Because we would venture to get to bet that if you're scared about AI, you're also the ones that were terrified about COVID And if you're terrified about that, you're terrified about the President. And if you're terrified about that, you're terrified. But exactly it goes on and on because you're living in a pool of fear. You're living in a pool of disappointment or regret or frustration or this perspective that things are not going to work out for me and life is scary, life is against me. It's like Einstein said years ago, right. You can either look at life as if everything is a miracle or if nothing is a miracle.
B
Right. Everything just happened.
A
Right, Right, right. And so when you look at, hey, this AI thing, I don't know how it's going to affect me, but I know there's good that I can utilize.
B
Where do you see humanity going right now? Because we're talking about a lot of fear. And there is a lot of fear. A lot of fear indeed. Because there's so many changes happening so, so fast. I mean, I literally can't keep up with AI as an example. Like, it's changing so rapidly. I've never seen anything like this in my life. That. I mean, things usually took a lot longer for change, but this is changing weekly, daily, almost sometimes. But there's. That's happening in so many different arenas of our lives that people are terrified about things changing so much. So where do you see put. Put people's either scare the bejesus out of people or put them at rest.
A
Oh, we're not, we're not in the business of doing that. But we will say to you, you're a perfect example. You started a show, Next Level Soul. You started having spiritual teachers, psychics, channelers, right? Look at how fast it grew. And what you are creating from this show and consequently helping others to do is there is a big, energetic opening for more light, more consciousness. You and Christy were talking about how the self help industry is going to be growing in the spiritual sector. Is growing. Why? Because people are tired of being there and they want a different way. And if there is a choice, they want to find the teachers, the psychics, the. The channelers. They want to find the tools and what will actually help them get back into the flow of who they really are. When you're over here in this lack, you know, every human does, there's more to this. There's more to. There's even that hope of. There's got to be more to this than just working 9 to 5, paying the bills, barely, you know, and dying and dying, right? It's like, oh, when you go, when you're gonna get college, get married, have kids, and then what's the next die, right? There's more to this. And the more to this is the Energy, it's the. The flow. It's the connection that you bring in. And having yourself move out of that fight flight, freeze. That is. We love to tinker inside brains and play with clients, and we're like, ooh, what does that do? And then the person's like, oh, I feel so good. Oh, that's the pleasure center. Look at what we do when we activate. We could do that today. When you activate, it's like that teeter. It's an on and off switch. When you activate the pleasure center, everything shifts because the energy shifts.
B
Can we talk a little bit about the importance of the body, the physical form in its. In its ability to help connect or help disconnect us from the divine?
A
Yes.
B
Because it is something that people don't talk about very often, that the body is just this thing. It's a meat suit, but it is not. We are the radius, if you will, tuning in.
A
Yes.
B
And there's blocks all the time, and the power is not connected sometimes, and all this kind of stuff. Can you talk about what the importance is of our body and what we're doing to it, what we're feeding it, how we're working with it, and how it works in general to connect to a higher to higher power?
A
Happy to. So there are four bodies. You have your physical body, which most are aware of. You have your mental body, you have your emotional body, and then you have your spirit body, your soul body, your light body. The physical body is the one that is most dense and the one that you can't see, your mind body, you can't see your emotional body. You have access to your physical body. But we will tell you, what goes through your mind affects your physical body and what goes through your mind. You think about, we said the five things. Now, words are the spark of creation, and that's in your head. That's not in your emotional body. It's not in your physical body. It's in the mind. Words, thoughts, perspectives. Three out of the five things that are happening within your consciousness are in the mind. Right. And the mind, when it gets ignited with something, you think a thought that doesn't sound good, feel good, boom. Now your emotional body gets either triggered or it gets happy or whatever the thought was. Let's all practice this. Let's. Let's, like Dick and Jane kindergarten type of thing, say to yourselves, nothing ever works out for me.
B
Nothing ever works out for me. Oh, you can feel it, right?
A
Instantaneously. Yeah, well, let's get rid of that. Everything always works out for me.
B
Everything always comes out aces for me.
A
Me.
B
And it's. Yeah. It's a completely different energy.
A
It is. Yeah. So the mind thought it. The bo. The emotions got ignited, and then the body had biochemical reactions. The limbic system shrunk, and the nervous system closed down from the first. But from the second, from when you said, things always work out for me. Right. And. And who. Who's in the 20s. Everything always works out in aces. Aces for me. You were making fun of Christy with her. Put up your dukes. We're gonna have to tell her that to give you that back because that.
B
Was coming up aces, baby.
A
That's right. Right. Yeah.
B
Very twenties vibe.
A
Yes. Okay. So note to self. Remind Christia that. So she could give it back to Alex. Yes. So. But you see, it's like the physical body, and the same is true.

And now back to the show.
A
Let's look at it. The emotional body. If someone is in despair, if someone is in frustration, if someone is feeling fear and the emotions have gone as far as they can in the containment of that emotion is what happens if you have a bathtub and you stop the flow of the water going out, but you keep the water, it's going to overflow. Yes. So in the emotional body, if it doesn't have an outlet or release place like the bathtub, it's going to go into the body, it's going to go into energy, into the shoulder, into the digestion, into the head. That head pressure where you get migraines, right? Or you get. You get that. Those. Those headaches. It. It has to. The physical body is the. It is the container of all that the mental and the emotional body manifest. So physical body is the manifestor. Now, here's the good news. If you start feeding your mind with positive thoughts, and a lot of times it's hard to start there with the mind. You need to go into the emotions and clear out those old emotions. We feel compelled to say this, too. We're going to bring up a story from Christy. When Christy was seventh and eighth grade, she really felt this need to connect with other kids. And so she wanted to be a part of a team. And so she would leave the house and say, I'm going to go try out for cheerleading today. And her mom would say to her, now don't be disappointed if you don't get it right. And then when she comes back home and days later, when they announced the cheerleaders and she wasn't on that list, her mom would say, well, life is full of disappointments. So this happened. Softball, track, tennis. She tried basketball. She's like five, nothing. And, you know, and she hated running. And so she would try out for all these things. And every time, the slap on the back would be, don't be disappointed. That's the tape. Don't be disappointed. Don't be disappointed. Don't be disappointed. And then on the other end, well, life's full of disappointments. So you're telling me to not feel life because you're telling me that this key on the piano is a no, no, don't feel that. But yet life is full of it. So it's a block, it's a shutdown. So what, you're going along, and all of a sudden you feel disappointment. And instead of processing it, crying, letting yourself feel the pain of it, feel the actual energy of that emotion, it'll go away within 90 seconds. Sometimes it takes a couple more rounds, depending on how attached someone was to a certain thing. But you feel the emotion, and then you have access to the flow of that compassion, you have access to the flow of the next thing that gets you eager and excited for life. Right. That energy gets blocked. And energy like a caged animal, it doesn't go anywhere. It just gets bigger and bigger and bigger and it creates more of an energetic vortex which then draws things to it because that's the signal that's coming out. So your mind might be saying all things work out for me, but this emotion down here is saying don't be disappointed. I'm disappointed, I'm disappointed. And now you're like a beacon of more things that disappoint you. We've seen this over and over. You release the imprint of disappointment in this case and now you flow a different energy inside of your container and the frequency then doesn't vibrate. Vibrate. And you're not that beacon that calling out to more things, people, situations that will then disappoint you. Now you replace it with oh, surprise and delights, joy, fun, pleasure. And now you draw to use that.
B
Beautifully said. Now can we, can we do a little bit of a healing before we bring in the Miss Mary Magdalene?
A
Yes. Oh, she's honored. One thing else we wanted to say about the body because the actions, right, the actions. So what you eat, what supplements you take, whether you're moving your body, right. The, the. This is basic stuff, but it is they. Everybody says it because there's a reason getting proper sleep, right. All of those actions, they are, have created momentum from the words, from the thoughts, from the feelings, from the perspective and then the action. So if someone is feeling self love and accepting themselves, they're going to want to eat well. If someone is in the space of focusing on their well being, they're going to want to move their bodies and sleep well and take supplements. It all. It's a momentum that gets created. And the last thing, whether it's a behavior or reaction, an action of any kind, that's what the body then does.
B
So thank you for that.
A
You're welcome. We always so delighted with water. It's such a beautiful. And we recommend that you know Dr. Emoto years ago, hidden messages of water. Sure, of course. Blessing your water before you drink it. And understand blessing your body the first thing in the morning when you wake up. I got another day. Even if your body doesn't feel good, or you have aches and pains, or you have disease, as you are the God of your body, you are the commander to all of the cells. All those cells have little ears that are like what are they? What is she saying? To me today, when you are blessing your body and you're thanking your body, that hug thing is so. Oh, give yourself a hug and feel the love that you have for your body, for all those cells. Your cells will release all the gunk and all of the stuff that blocks the flow and brings you back into the flow of your natural well being, which is your God given gift. It is the standard through which you were created.
B
Beautiful. Beautiful.
A
Okay.
B
So yeah, can we do a little healing?
A
Indeed. So let's have everybody just close your eyes and turn your attention inward and at the back of your head and neck, right where the curve of your head and the top of your spine, if you were to put your head back, you would crunch your finger. If you were to, there's a divot right in there. This is a release valve. You know how you have many chakras throughout the body? This is one that doesn't really get talked about. This is a release valve. So we want to imagine that you're opening it up kind of like you're turning on the shower, you're turning on the bath, turning the knob, you're opening that up. And just imagine that the energy is releasing out the back of your head and neck. And now what we want to do with all in all time, not just now with you in the studio, for every single person that will be watching this, they could feel the pressure of all of everybody's heads already through time. What we are going to do is, is really help you with the back of the head where the fight flight and freeze again. As Christy was saying on the left side is that resistance. So imagining that the energy from whatever you've been ruminating about, whatever the resistance has been, you're releasing that out through the back of the head and neck and you're just through that release valve, letting that good, letting that release and just feel the pulsation. You may feel a little light headedness or dizziness, little nausea, just stick with it. That's just old stuck energy that's moving out through the back of the head and neck. Good. So letting this release from the left side, you can imagine any thoughts that you've been focusing on, such as ones that have been spiraling in and they've had no way out. Such as I don't know what to do or I'm frustrated, what am I supposed to do? I don't understand. These are a lot of ruminating thoughts. Just let all of those just release out. Like you're giving the energy an escape route. Let all of that energy release, really good. There's a lot of resistance energy with your group here. So we're just still working on the left side of the head and good. Just letting all of this go. Fantastic. We're going to also then move to the middle part of the brain where the stop the freeze is and whatever you feel has been blocking you feel and imagine that this energy, good, this energy is releasing out the back of the head and neck. Oh, your viewers are really going to get a lot out of this. This is big stuff. We're feeling them in the realms in many different dimensions in many aspects of time. So just letting good out, that's good for you too. Just the place where in the middle of the brain at the back of the head, just that animalistic part letting that release out really good.

And now back to the show.
A
All right. And then also we're continuing now to the right side, which is the the flight part where you feel you need to leave yourself. You need to get out of your Own body. You need to get out of your own head. You want to get out of a situation you feel like running, running faster, doing more, Just letting all of this energy release. Now, understand, as we are doing this release of the energy, this doesn't take away your human ability to have these coping skills, but now you'll have greater awareness when they are happening to then create a different option, which is flow. Very good. All right, we're going to continue to release that as we now start to open up the top of your head. Good, good. Release the top of your head, your spiritual center. We're going to start opening that up, letting more light come through through the seventh chakra at the top of your head, through the spiritual center. As this is moving in. And the old energy. The old energy is releasing out the release valve. Good. Bringing in that light. Yes. Letting that light fill your entire brain, your mind. Just filling up with light. Fantastic. Good. And we will also then work through your third eye through the face portal. We're really blasting you all, so just stick with this. There's a lot of energy moving, going through your third eye, which we call the faith portal. Letting the energy, this light energy, move through your third eye, all the way into your pineal gland, all the way in the center of your head. This is like a spiritual eyeball that then gets activated and starts to create more spiritual sight, more higher awareness. Good. And we're going to have all of you as this is all happening and releasing and getting activated. We want to have you all blend with your soul. So imagine your soul, which is your light body, which is your spiritual body. Imagine that you have your soul surrounding you five feet above your head, five feet below your feet, five feet in front of your body, to the back of your body, and all the way around, like you are in this beautiful orb of light. Your soul is always with you. And just feel your soul's light pouring down through the top of your head, pouring in through your third eye and filling up your entire mental body. So the energy that then manifests the words and thoughts and the perspectives, the energy is being doused with this higher energy. And let all the old energy release out the back of the head and neck. Fantastic. All right, now we're going to have you focus down into your belly, below your belly button. This is your emotional body. This is where a lot of energy gets stuck. And many times it is the emotions that then create the activation of thoughts. So what we want you all to do is imagine taking your hand and putting it on your belly Be nice with yourself. Don't push on yourself. Just gently touch yourself to give your mind a focus of where you want to bring your attention. And much like you would try to not try, much like you would check your pulse or your heartbeat, there's an energy pulsation in your belly. And we want you to think of yourself like a surfer wading in the water to catch a wave. Let yourself just feel whatever pulsation is happening, whatever brings your mind to a certain awareness. Good. And let yourself just feel that pulsation. That's the energy. You don't have to define it, you don't have to name it, you don't even have to describe it or tell a story about it. It, it's just energy that is ready to be released now, continuing to open up the back of the head and neck. If you're feeling any dizziness or tightness or pressure, let yourself focus down all the way into the belly and let this energy start to dissolve. Like a bath bomb, you might start getting pictures or images. Stay focused down into the belly and let this energy just pulsate out. Let it move out. And as it starts to release out whatever you've been holding onto, imagine that your soul light is pouring in, this compassion energy, filling up your emotional body with this light, filling up just like it filled up your mind, filling up and transmuting the lower level energy with this higher light. And take a breath. Breathe all the way out into your belly. Feel the energy pulsating out. And again, if there's pressure in the head, just seeing that energy releasing out the back of the head and neck and then pouring in that light down through the top of your head. Good. Filling up all the way down into your belly, through your arms, through your legs. Let's do one little extra piece. We'd like you to see and experience your cells, the trillions and trillions of cells that make up your physical body. Imagine that all of those cells are turning downward like you have an old cup of coffee and you're going to just dump it out, any energy. Just imagine all of those cells are releasing out and down, just everything just releasing down. The organ cells, the skin cells, every blood cell, just everything just turning downward, releasing all of that out. Good. All the way down to the bottoms of the feet and the tip of the fingers. Just every cell releasing down. Now, as you command your body, all of the cells turn back up. And now they are filling up with light. See it as a cascading light pouring through, being filled up from your source, your soul. This beautiful, high refined energy moving in to every brain cell, every nail cell, every skin cell, every organ cell just pouring in, filling up very quickly, moving into and around and down your hips, your spine, your nerve cells just filling up with this gorgeous, beautiful gossamer light of your soul, blending even deeper at a cellular level with your soul's light. Good. Now this is like planting little seeds. You know, if you create a garden, you plant some seeds and some may bloom right away. Other things may need to germinate a little bit. But as you are literally filling your container with light and all four of your bodies, your, your light body, your spirit body, the soul body, whatever you choose to energy body, whatever you choose to call it, it already is light. And you then fill up your mental body with this light and your emotional body with this light and then your physical body with this light. You literally have changed not only the vibration but also the cellular structure of your physical body. So take a breath and breathe out. Go ahead and wiggle your fingers and your toes as you come back into the room that you are in. Imagine stretching your body. If there's any place where you have aches or tension or tightness, imagine that light is moving into that area because it's just energy releasing from the body. Give yourself a beautiful hug and tell yourself thank you. Tell yourself something wonderful, positive. You've got this. Life is good. I am good. I'm amazing. My soul rocks. Whatever you want to say, something positive. And when you are ready, come back into the room feeling refreshed, renewed and revitalized.

And now back to the show. Thank you so much for that. That was beautiful.
A
You are welcome.
B
That was beautiful. That was beautiful. I felt all sorts of things going on through that experience. So if we can, I would love to talk to Ms. Mary, if that's possible. I think she has a few things to say.
A
Indeed. This is a great platform and thank you again. It is our great honor, dear one. All right, let's go get Miss Mary. Hello, dear ones. This is Mary.
B
Hi, Mary. Thank you so much for being here.
A
Such a delight. It's a long time coming.
B
Yes, yes.
A
And I wasn't a whore.
B
Well, let's talk about that a little bit. As I always like to joke that you have very bad PR people, your public relations has been pretty rough throughout. Throughout the year. Can you explain a little bit of what your part was in Jesus life, Yeshua's life and from the beginning of his ministry all the way to the end and then beyond? And what was your true part in this story as opposed to the story that we have been told by the church and by the powers that. That wanted to diminish your part, if you will, in this story?
A
Joshua healed me by his presence. And as any great master will do, he brought the light which allowed me to access my own light and the despair that I had been feeling and the grief that I had been feeling and going through and the darkness that I had been overcome with the part of the ego. And. And as Jesus or the. The Bible would say, the seven sins, right, I, I was diminished by them. But I got permission. He gave me permission. What he did for everyone is he gave everybody permission to not have to go through someone or something to find divine connection.
B
The opposite of the church.
A
Indeed. And it really was his intention to have everybody have this access and the church be built. He did want to create a church that was different than what he knew and how he was raised and how most people were brainwashed because he wanted everybody to know that they too, are the master of their life and that they could go direct to our Father.
B
So when did you meet Yeshua?
A
I was later in life. I was in my late 20s, and that's when I met him. And I immediately felt healed. And when he had two other disciples that were following him at the time, Thaddeus and John and a different John and I was the third to start following him. And we would go around and witness the miracles. I was there when he. When he healed the leper, when he healed the person that had leprosy.
B
So, Mary, let me ask you this. Wasn't it odd at that time for a woman to just be walking around with a bunch of dudes?
A
It was, yeah.
B
So how did, how did that work?
A
My soul just had to go. The feeling that I had, it was more than just a teacher like Thaddeus and John had. There was an affinity that we had for each other. And as Matthew even said, and this did make it into the Bible and scriptures that, you know, Jesus loved Mary the most. He many times would kiss her on the mouth. Well, there was a reason for that, and I wasn't a whore. It was because we had that beautiful union that human beings get to have in their human bodies. When, you know you're married and have been married long time, when you have that affinity for someone and you have that connection for someone, you want to have the bodies also unite and have that union. Because that is beautiful. There's nothing wrong with that.
B
Well, isn't it this kind of lie that has been told to us over the years that spiritual leaders, spiritual masters aren't supposed to have that. Yeah, they're supposed to be monks or they're supposed to be, you know, resign against everything.
A
We know how that went with the Catholic Church.
B
Touche. Touche.
A
It's a physical need. Humans want to be tasked. You want to be killed. You want to. You. We have these organs not only to just make a baby, but when to make a baby, what has to happen? The penis has to go into the vagina. And there's pleasure that is had when that happens.
B
I always found it fascinating that there is so much pleasure in that.
A
Indeed.
B
And yet it was. That's very dirty. That's very nasty. I'm like, well, why? Yeah, why would God.
A
Because someone said so, right?
B
Because someone else was, you know, for whatever reason, they were dealing with it's.
A
Control and manipulation for the same reason that, no, it wasn't just me. There were five other women that were following Jesus.
B
Really? I didn't know that.
A
So who are the other Tamar? And there was all these other Marys.
B
I heard about the Marys.
A
Yes, everybody was named Mary, but there was Tamar and there was other Marys, including Mother Mary, who was just the kindest, loving, most nurturing soul of a person.
B
So as. As you're going through the ministry, and please correct me if I'm wrong, did you help Yeshua with his ministry? Because from what I understand, you came from a family of money.
A
We did, yeah.
B
And you actually helped finance. Is that true?
A
It is true. It is true. And here's the thing. It wasn't just Jesus that would go out. He gave the power to his apostles, to the disciples, to have the same power as him. And that's what his message was, is that there's a group in France and that was all over Europe, and they were called the Cathars. And the Cathars were the true descendants, if you will, of the teaching. And they had. They did what Jesus wanted everyone to do, and that was to go out two by two. They. We would go out together. It wasn't just. There were moments when it was just Joshua, but there were. What he wanted us to do is to go out two by two and to be feminine and masculine so that you would have both sides of it. And so the Cathars, they really followed that tradition further than anybody did, and it was always a feminine and a masculine, and that would go out together and spread the word of love and forgiveness and creation.
B
It's everything I can do, you can do and more. The kingdom of heaven is within you. These are the core teachings.
A
Exactly.
B
Of Yeshua.
A
Yes.
B
So as you're going through the time, which was short. It wasn't long.
A
It was very short.
B
It was very short, the time. So you were in your 20s, at what point in his ministry. Well, he was already on his ministry ministry. He was already moving forward. You just jumped in early.
A
Yes, we were one of his earlier followers.
B
Yes. Earlier followers. And Mary was always there. The other, the mother, Mary.
A
Yes.
B
Always was there. As well. As you were going through this, you were a witness to what he was doing.
A
Yes.
B
Arguably closer than anybody else.
A
Indeed.
B
Even more than his mother.
A
Indeed.
B
When he started to get. I mean, from what I understand, he was a troublemaker, quote, unquote.
A
Well, he knew he had a mission.
B
Right.
A
And he was true to that mission. He was true to his father. And it didn't matter what the opposition was or what nobody else wanted him to do. The light within him needed to be expressed, and he was one that never would ever for anyone dim his light. Light. And that commitment is what just enlivened.
B
Him so as, as the opposition became stronger in his ministry because as I was saying, he was called a troublemaker. He was kicked out of many towns. He was, you know, he would go wherever and please correct me because it.
A
Was blasphemy what he was saying. In the eyes of the flipping the.
B
Table over and that whole thing. He was, he was in danger, danger, many times physical danger. People were like, no, we got to kill this guy.
A
Yes.
B
Because that was a time where people were killing left and right. Not that much has changed in today's world. How did you deal with this on a, on not only a spiritual level, but on a, a woman watching her man, you know, a wife watching her husband. We'll talk about the husband and wife thing in a minute. It go through this because it's one thing, you know, if anything happens to my wife, if she's sick, if she's ill, if she's injured, really hurts me. Same thing with children as well, but specifically with my spouse. I can't imagine what you went through. And also at a time where we'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

B
And now back to the show. You were, I mean, and please correct.
A
Me if I'm wrong, I was hunted.
B
Not only hunted, but you were, you know, livestock had more respect than women got in many places. Is that correct?
A
That is absolutely true. It is, absolutely.
B
So how did you deal with that?
A
As we want to bring. Because you were asking. This, this energy of the divine feminine has been coming through for the past, past couple of decades now and it's now stronger than ever. And the reason is, is because the female in what we all learn from Jesus is that we are human. So even though he was this Messiah, he was so angry that he turned over the tables and he did all that. He was human. And there's that human tendency of, to bypass or to not allow or to suppress, right? Even what we were talking about, the sexual of what a human wants, right? And so the human emotions, we had to feel them, we couldn't run away from them. And I had to, I had to escape and cry and feel the piercing of the pain because it was out of our control. We knew, we knew we were the rebel makers or the troublemakers because we were opposing what needed to be be said and what had to come to light. But there was no other way to do that. Because if, if you have the contrast in the untruth and then the truth comes out, there are some that are not going to like it, right? You always have humans, you all have your own human brains and your own, your own ways of interpreting things. You and Council were just talking about AI and how it's an individual perspective. All of us dealt with it very differently. How I dealt with it is I knew that I was still alive. And so I had to in absolute respect and reverence for him, my beloved, and for our Father, for that his will be done. And it was the time that a new perspective. The Council talks about being an energy Mastery, an Energy Master. And Yeshua was the ultimate Energy Master. He knew who he was and he knew his mission and he wouldn't let anything stop him, even opposition from the truth that he was speaking. And so because I believe so deeply in my life changed. And the, all of the people that we saw, the miracles happening with this truth couldn't be squashed anymore.
B
The miracle specifically I wanted to ask you about because it's fascinating me. You know, Yeshua's life has fascinated me as a Former Catholic or recovering Catholic, as I like to joke. But I always am fascinated with those missing years from 12 to 30, those 18 years. I imagine that you met him after, obviously, when he had already come in on the donkey.
A
No, I met him before the donkey.
B
You met him before? So you met him before the donkey?
A
Yes, we were his earlier.
B
So this is before he came back.
A
Indeed.
B
So then what. What happened in those 18 years? Because there's been a lot of Myth around those 18 years. Where did he go to Egypt? Did he go to India? Did he learn the yogic ways? Did he go to Tibet? What did you witness and what do you know to be the.
A
The truth? Well, what we got to speak about and what he revealed is all of those different traditions that he learned. And he did live in Egypt, and he did learn about the different connections that he had there in Tibet. And he did travel. He also would. He was a carpenter. He was a bricklayer. Right. So he did the manual work of doing that. But while he did, he would teach others. He would talk to fellow bricklayers and carpenters about what he was learning. He'd always been a teacher, even from a young kid. He would spend, you know, hours upon hours in the. In the, well, the traditions to be able to learn what, the scriptures, so that he was able to know them. But then he went beyond them in his learnings and travel.
B
So with. That's very interesting that you say that he was like a bricklayer and a carpenter. It's not really talked about, but, you know, during those 18 years, he had to make a living. He did, you know, it wasn't, you know, he hadn't met you yet. Exactly. So he had to make a living and he had to make his way. They don't think about the, you know, the teenage years or the early 20s that he had to work and. But he was still learning.
A
Yes, he was.
B
He wasn't a monk in Egypt. He wasn't a monk in Tibet. He was working and earning his way while learning. Yes, he was being human.
A
Yes, he was being human. Yeah, well, he wasn't. It wasn't his time yet. His. The father did not, you know, let's bring it to your life, Alex. All of that. You were talking about how you were a hard worker and you went, moved here from there and you learned your things. Right. It wasn't your time yet to have your podcast, to have your show. Right. If you would have started it back then, it wouldn't have been received. It wouldn't have worked.
B
I wasn't Ready.
A
You weren't ready. He needed to become ready, just like everybody else. I needed my own journey of being in despair and being where I was still not a whore, but where I was in order to appreciate. That's really what Christy's. In Council's new book, the flow factor is about, is that the contrast of any life experience. It's all in development. It's also that when you have that joyful day, you appreciate it because you had the dreadful day.
B
Where were you in your journey when you met Yeshua?
A
I was in despair. I was in a place of. I was really down. I was lost. I was lost.
B
You were lost when you found him?
A
I was, yeah. When he found me. Yes. And said my name, that was it. He. He had such a presence. There are no words. He had such beyond even a presence. He had just a pure light that allowed to come out of him, that he shared with whoever he was talking to, whoever he was with. And that light healed the leprosy. That light healed the blind and the deaf and those that could not walk.
B
At what point in the journey did you start to come into your own as a master, as a teacher?
A
It was after he passed.
B
Interesting. So, as something that I've come across in my studies of story and of myth is that there is always a mentor, Mentor in your life, generally in one way, shape of parents, friends. Absolutely. There's always a mentor. But there is a moment in our life when that mentor leaves.
A
Yes. And he left in a very dramatic, horrible, horrific way. Yes.
B
But then that's when we start.
A
Yes.
B
To go.
A
Well, I had to find the courage. I had to either stay there or I would have been crucified myself, probably hung upside down. And I had to. I had to keep this ministry going. I had to keep what was so pure. And so I fled and I landed in Marie des le Mer in the south of France, and I had my child, Sarah Tamar, and she also was a very profound, prolific teacher. And.
B
And to clarify, these are Yeshua's children.
A
Yes, they are.
B
Okay.
A
Yeah. And. And I had to find the courage. And this is the biggest message I have for everybody today, is that no matter what you're going through, you always can find the courage and the bravery, because even though I had to flee and I had to literally hide in a grotto and in different parts of France, and I would come down because I knew that I couldn't keep what I knew to myself, I wrote. I'm a writer. I was a writer. I'm now embodied through a writer. But I would write those stories and those scriptures. And when they were found, they were burned, they were buried, they were taken. And now they're finding as truth must come up, they're finding more and more scriptures that even to this day there's, there's a 80 page scripture that's being translated currently that you wrote. Yeah.
B
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

B
And now back to the show. Now I do want to just touch upon when Yeshua's life ended because you had children with him. What was the crucifixion in reality? Was it a physical death? Was it a spiritual death? Was it all at once? Did you continue with him after? Was there anything like that? Can you explain?
A
Yeah, so I did see him in and that's the beauty is that we never lose anyone or anything because the energy of it and so he came to me and showed himself and from him from the other side was still guiding me. And that's why I did have that bravery because I knew that there was Something greater than me, still guiding me. And so he would help me through and right through those Scriptures. And so even though I was in a grotto, he was there. His presence was there with me, to my understanding.
B
And please correct me if I'm wrong. In Joshua's life, he wasn't very well known other than in the areas he was in. Indeed, even there's, I think, one sentence in the Roman scripture, the scriptures are in antiquities, that said that there was a guy named Jesus who was crucified. He was just one of many that were crucified and killed by the Roman Empire. So he wasn't really well known. He wasn't really famous, if you will. It was the work that you and the apostles. And it took hundreds of years to get this to spread out. Is that correct?
A
And it was part of not just the, the Christians, but the Cathars, again, that here's where the suppression came. About 700 years ago, one of the popes and the King of France started having genocide for these groups of Cathars. And in different parts of Italy and in Spain and at Montague, which is one of the places that Christie went to, this is one of the largest groups where they were given an ultimatum. Either you join the Catholic Church.
B
Which is very Yeshua like.
A
Or you will die. You will be. We will put a ring of fire, and you walk into your own fire. And all of them did, except for two that were able to escape and keep the book of love, the, the true teachings of Jesus. Because here's the thing, he wouldn't have allowed women to follow him because during that time you said it, women weren't allowed. They didn't have any rights. Sarah Tamar was a black woman. And so that also wasn't allowed back in that time. So Jesus loved everyone and felt everyone deserved love. Not conditional love, total unconditional love. He loved everybody. He loved his disciples. He had Zagat in his, in his Zealot, in his. In his group, you know, that were of opposition to the, the Jews and the Romans and, and different parts. He had Jen, oh, what we're losing, I'm losing the word. Those that were not Jewish, right? He loved them all, as the Father loves us all. And that was his. He was here to teach the truth, not the limitations and the, and the words that got messed up and the manipulation and the control. He loves us all.
B
It's fascinating that when I was at the Vatican and I looked around, I'm like, this has nothing to do with Jesus. Has nothing to do with. Yeshua, Nothing. He didn't want any of this. No, he didn't want.
A
Just like Christmas.
B
Well, yeah, that's Santa Claus, but that's a whole other conversation you had showed Christy. Yes, yes. A beautiful video with Nate Varghazzi. What does Yeshua think about, if you don't mind me asking you, what do you. What does he think about what has been done in his name over the last, what, 2,000 years?
A
Well, if he was here alive, he'd be pissed if he came in, if he. If he was a human being in this experience. But from the place that he is, it's. There's just no anger. There's no anger.
B
No, of course. It's just part of the process. Yeah, it's just part of.
A
It's part of evolvement. You give human beings their own free will and you get a group of human beings together that are for something and opposing something else. It doesn't matter if it's Democrat, Republican. It doesn't matter if it's abortion or gun control. You get groups together that have a deep belief, then they want to manipulate and control the other side. So they get their way. Because. Because from the human perspective, if you don't understand something, you fear it and you want to then change it.
B
What do you have to say? This will be my last question. What do you have to say to people? A message to people now, going through what we're going through in life right now, in this time period of human consciousness and to the feminine out there and the. And not only the feminine, but the people who are disempowered, who don't believe that they have the power within themselves, that they need to give their power away. And there's always someone to take that power. Oh, yes, always someone to take it. So what message do you have for them, Mary?
A
Compassion. Just compassion is that way back to yourself, because your soul is full of compassion. Are every single human that is embodied? You're not there alone. Sometimes it feels like you are, even in your greatest despair. But you're embodied with a soul. Your soul needs a human and the human needs the soul. And if the human is out left feeling and having the perspective that they're by themselves and there's nothing there for them, of course they're going to reach for something or someone, whether it's vices or another human or another the church or someone that has power that they don't have. And bringing compassion to yourself starts to anoint you with your soul so that you can start to feel the wisdom and the love and the strength and. And have that faith for your soul which is there, guiding you. The human may not know everything, but the soul does.
B
Beautifully said, Mary. Thank you so much. Much for being here. I look forward to our next conversation, and I will do everything in my power to help spread the word about you and the truth about you and your work. So thank you.
A
Thank you, thank you.
B
How are you doing?
A
I'm good. I took a nice nap.
B
You're all powered up now.
A
You're all what I miss. I'm gonna have to watch the show, see what I missed because, of course, I don't know you all. I know you know this, but I don't know if your audience. When I'm out, I'm fully out, so I.
B
So you don't remember any of it?
A
No, I don't have any.
B
It's not even dreamlike for you?
A
Not if you were to say something. It's like that. Like, you know, when you. Oh, yeah, I remember a dream. Like, I remember part of a dream. Okay. You know, there's that. But unless you trigger it. Yeah, exactly, Trigger it.
B
It won't come out.
A
Yeah.
B
Well, it was a beautiful, beautiful session. The council was wonderful, as always. The healing was very beautiful. You got a healing, and then Mary. Mary and I had a very candid conversation about everything, so. It was beautiful. It was really beautiful. It was a beautiful, beautiful conversation. I'm going to ask you those questions I ask all my guests. There might be a few new ones in there for you.
A
Okay.
B
What is your definition of living a fulfilled life?
A
Connection. You know, that moment of just connection with my. With my soul. Just. Just feeling that there's something here to support me. And I bring that energy into, whether it's parenting or my partnership or my business clients.
B
If you had a chance to go back in time and speak to little Christy, what advice would you give her?
A
Oh, it all turns out okay. Relax, right? It's like, life is good, you know? Enjoy the moments.
B
Now, what advice would little Christy give you today?
A
Play more.
B
That's pretty much.
A
Yeah.
B
That's very. How do you define God or source?
A
It's just every. Everything that feels good. Emotions, thoughts, you know, connection. That's God. That's God's presence. That's all of it. Yeah.
B
What is love?
A
Love is a frequency. It's an energy. It's the highest vibration. It's. It's create. It's the creative manifestation, ray of vibration that we have. Love is the connector. Love, his healing. Love is it all. Love is God. God is love.
B
If you could ask God one question, what would it be?
A
Why me? No, I mean, seriously. I mean, no, seriously, if I could ask God one question, what could I do to help support a greater shift in this planet?
B
And what is the ultimate purpose of life?
A
To pleasure, to enjoy, to be present, to connect, to love.
B
And where can people find out about more about you, your new book, the flow factor and everything that you do.
A
So you can go to the flowfactor book.com it's at every bookstore. Go to watchyourwords.com that's a great place. Place to continue with my work and to help you shift because words start the creation. So watchyourwords.com, also christywhitman.com all that good stuff. All that good stuff. Google me. As I say, Google me.
B
And do you have any parting messages for the audience?
A
Yes. You know, we are human, right? And we have human tendencies. And those moments that we have, those human tendencies that don't feel good, give yourself compassion for those moments instead of beating yourself up, instead of criticizing and judging yourself. If you could find compassion instead of judgment, life looks very, very different.
B
We are our worst enemy. It really is true. We beat the hell out of ourselves. Chrissy, it's always a pleasure talking to you. Thank you so much for coming on the show again and introducing us to Mary. It was such a beautiful conversation. I appreciate you and everything you're doing tonight awaken the planet. So thank you.

Episode 623: MARY MAGDALENE Channeled: JESUS’ HIDDEN Teachings, Their MARRIAGE & CHILDREN! with Christy Whitman
Release Date: September 20, 2025
In this illuminating episode, Alex Ferrari welcomes back spiritual channeler Christy Whitman, who channels both “The Council” and Mary Magdalene. The heart of the conversation dives into Jesus’s hidden teachings, Mary Magdalene’s true role and relationship with Yeshua (Jesus), and her legacy, often obscured and maligned by institutional religion. Christy shares her personal pilgrimage experience in the south of France, explores the resurgence of the Divine Feminine, and leads listeners through a powerful energy healing and activation. The second half is dedicated to a candid and insightful channeling of Mary Magdalene, addressing misconceptions about her life, marriage to Jesus, their children, suppressed teachings, and the relevance of Divine Feminine energy today.
“If we’re powerful, we’re considered...right. As men, if we do this...problematic...So we didn’t have these role models of what a very powerful, feminine, creative woman looked like, because Mary Magdalene...was suppressed, as most powerful women were, and lied about.” [07:01]
“Whatever you fear, it doesn’t empower you, it disempowers you...” [56:51]
“There was an affinity that we had for each other...there was a reason...we had that beautiful union...that human beings get to have in their human bodies...There’s nothing wrong with that.” [97:49]
“Even though I had to flee and I had to literally hide...I knew that I couldn’t keep what I knew to myself, I wrote...I would write those stories and those scriptures. And when they were found, they were burned, they were buried, they were taken. And now they’re finding...more and more scriptures...” [113:36]
“Compassion is that way back to yourself, because your soul is full of compassion...If the human is out left feeling...they’re by themselves...they’re going to reach for something or someone...Bringing compassion to yourself starts to anoint you with your soul so that you can start to feel the wisdom and the love and the strength and have that faith...The human may not know everything, but the soul does.” [122:16]
