Teresa Chung
Hello, Alex. What a thrill to be here. A dream. And from a dream expert, you know that I don't say that often. There we go.
Alex Ferrari
I appreciate you coming. Thank you so much for, for being on the show. I'm. I'm so looking to our conversation, our pre interview or pre conversation is that.
Teresa Chung
That was much better than this is going to be all forced. I was grilling him. Everybody found out his birthday and his profile. Fascinating. Anyway, sorry, so we, if you want.
Alex Ferrari
We could actually bring that up later if you want to, but I generally.
Teresa Chung
I generally don't like to love it. Alex.
Alex Ferrari
All right, so. All right, so before. All right, so before we get started, let's just do this. You wrote a book about every single birthday and you wrote a profile on every single bird. It's like a bible. It's like a giant encyclopedia. So my birthday, which a lot of people know is June 28th. What's so special about that birthday? And, and who do I have in common in that birthday, which is fascinating.
Teresa Chung
Are you ready for this? Everyone listening? It is the birthday of the sprite. And Alex is right for that book, which actually I believe is my most popular book, one I'm most well known for, does psychological profiles for the 366 days of the year. Alex. June 28th. Yes. He's the birthday of the sprite. And the psychology of that is fascinating. You're gonna have to read the book. But it's a few details. They love to jump from flower to flower. Fit like a butterfly. They love. They have a great sense of humor. They do feel they need to perform, but they're only ever happy if they're creating and connecting people and inspiring people, which means you're in the perfect job for you. And fascinatingly, you also a birthday with Elon Musk. Wow. And scientist, a visionary scientist. I admire Rupert Sheldrake. I do encourage you to look into the significance of the day you were born. There is a lot in it. I believe your soul chose the day you were born for a reason. Because each birthday has a lesson, a soul lesson. And I think there's no coincidence the day you were born. Alex.
Alex Ferrari
Well, that I had no idea that Elon and I shared a birthday. I know John. Cuz I know I, I share a birthday with Mel Brooks. Mel Brooks, John. John Cusack, another actor. I only know the actors. God. And I forgot a couple other ones that were on my birthday. I was like, oh, okay, that's interesting. So I remember I share a birthday with Mel Brooks. That's the big one.
Teresa Chung
For example, Ronaldo and Neymar, born on the same day of. Yeah, there's just too much synchronicity. And also the poetry of Stephen Hawking, the great, you know, mind, you know, he died on Einstein's birthday, I believe. Wow. I just think that there's a, you know, they say God is the master mathematician. There's something there. Pay attention. Also, I found often, you know, when people are, you know, pass. Cross over to the other side, sometimes their, their passing is on a very significant day when there's a, you know, very close to a birth of a child or an anniversary, it really, there is anything into it, into it. The psychology and science, but also the mysticism and spirituality of the day you were born. Just the day. I don't need to know year. I'm not interested in that. That's for the hardcore astrologers, you know, who do all that. I was just interested in psychological traits of people born on the same day of the year. And I would love, you know, if I had the funds to have actually somewhere where I could put everybody born on the same day together in a room and to just see the synchronicities and the similarities. Of course, everybody would express their soul journey in a different way because we're all unique individuals. But I bet you there would be themes. For example, the actress Emma Thompson, I believe, and Emma Watson. They're born the same day. Really, you know, it's really interesting when you get into it, you can get lost into it and it can help you with career choices, with understanding what your soul's journey is and, and what you're here on this planet to do. If you understand the power of your birthday.
Alex Ferrari
Well, I have to. I'm going to get a copy of that book because I'm gonna start. You know, you were saying that there was a company that hired you to do.
Teresa Chung
I was blown overseas, yes, because they were actually hiring web designers. There's one day, I believe it's May 17, I can't quite remember because it's such a big encyclopedia where I said, you, this is the ideal day for you if you're designing websites or whatever. And they were lit and they had found literally that the three of their top designers were born on that day. And then they were looking at, they were looking at other people. It was like somehow I must have been channeled with that book. It was hit after hit. Now you could say it was, you know, it's very general, it's cold reading. But that book really has stood the test of time. It was published in 2005. It was reissued again last year. Barnes and Noble did its own unique edition. It never seems to die. The frustrating thing is, from an author's point of view, when I wrote it, it was 400,000 words. It was a mass massive tome. But to, to make it more accessible for today, it had to be sliced down. So I had to slice down all the profiles, you know, to, to sort of more bite sized, which is the nature of, of, of modern.
Alex Ferrari
The world today.
Teresa Chung
Yeah. So the paperback, if you can get hold of the original hardback, the Element Encyclopedia of Birthdays, that's the one that people really go, oh my goodness. It's the same with my dream dictionary. I had that same challenge, the element encyclopedia of 20000 birth dreams, where I literally interpreted 20,000 dreams. That's the one. And, and again Barnes and Noble and Harper Collins had to slice it down. So it was quite hard to kick out certain dreams.
Alex Ferrari
Sure.
Teresa Chung
But element encyclopedia of 20,000 dreams was also written in 2007 and Bella Hadid hosted it on her Instagram of two years ago. And that was a day suddenly my blew up. That's what I'm kind of best known for, these big tomes of the psychic world. Birthday dreams in the days when people loved book their books to be doorstops.
Alex Ferrari
So for everybody who doesn't know you or your work, can you give us a little kind of snippet about who you are, what you do, what abilities you have and what you've been doing over these last few years that you've been at this, at this.
Teresa Chung
Oh, who am I? I love that question. I love that question. I'M a dreaming being like everybody listening. I, I believe that we all have special gifts and talents. I have quite a view, which I written extensively about about mediums and channels etc which we can go into that. But in short, I was born into a family of spiritualists, traveling family. So I grew up going to demonstrations of mediumship. My mother was a professional astrologer and we traveled. I was home educated as well. And it was a kind of a weird, well, weird, yes, weird, but beautiful upbringing because every morning we talked about our dreams. The belief in life after death was something that I just kind of accepted. Although I didn't see dead people like my aunts, uncles and the people I grew up in. I had a very vivid dream life and I just accepted what they said as truth. Somehow I don't know how it happened. Maybe I was an experiment. I landed up with the offer from King's College, Cambridge University to read theology and religion. Now this was in the days in the 80s where it was very male dominated, packed with Etonians. And I, I think that it was interesting because I applied to lots of institutions because I love learning, but because I was self educated, home educated, they would not give me the time of day. But something the dean at King College, Cambridge called me in for an interview and literally for two and a half hours because I loved the book of Job. At the time, I actually did want to go into the Christian church and be the first female priest. But I was studying the job and I'd written essays about it. Why is there suffering in the world? And that was I went up there thinking, oh, let's go. And I was offered a place.

And now back to the show.
Teresa Chung
And suddenly there I was from this very sheltered alternative family in this academic powerhouse, surrounded by skeptics. Yeah, I was in this theology department, but you can't exist in theology department, which I've been hounded by. You know, this is the time when skepticism was very, very strong. So really I had, I had to kind of defend my beliefs. But also I had a kind of dark night of the soul when everything I grew up in was seriously challenged. I also kind of saw the beauty in every religion because I studied every religion there and I left Cambridge, becoming what many people are today, which is spiritual but not necessarily religious and but that academic rigor that I was blessed, I still don't know how it happened. Incredible good fortune enabled me to be offered book contract after book contract and I'm probably in the hundreds now of books that I've written since the late 90s in this area. I started off being a ghostwriter actually for health and well being and then for certain very well known mediums and celebrities. And then I was offered the encyclopedias because I knew that I kind of was like a walking encyclopedia in this area. If you talk about tarot, numerology, I had it all here, plus religion, philosophy, mediumship, I kind of knew it. So that's really what I've been. And along the way many of my books are a journey of me trying to understand the family I was growing, was brought up in, trying to mainstream the idea that there's more to like this life than meets the eye and also remove the fear of it. And I am so blessed to still be alive today and talk to amazing visionaries like you, Alex, because you are removing fear of it. Because when I started you, when I, when Harper first published my encyclopedias and angel titles. My first angel title was An Angel Called My Name. They never promoted it. They were embarrassed about was like just. But it sold so well. And I remember actually I was at tea in, in Windsor where I still live and I was reading the Sunday Times and then I suddenly thought I was number four with an angel called My name. And my publisher hadn't even bothered to put it anywhere. But it was because there's, there is such a huge appetite for understanding what's invisible and unseen in our lives. But you know, it took 10, 15, 20 years to get where we are now. When I, in the last few years I've suddenly been called up. ITV this morning here, I'm their dream decoder. They open the phone lines and people tell me about their dreams and I give an interpretation which I hope helps them. But that's only been in the last three or four years, Alex. I mean I've been around for a long time, but it's only recently that the mainstream, you know, BBC radio, on World Dream Day, I was on 14 BBC radio stations doing a big dream decoding again. But it's, it's incredible. I never thought this would happen actually. I can't be that psychic. I never thought this would happen. I thought with the world wasn't ready. But it is. And it's work that you're doing. You know, I see your videos, number of views you get, amazing. And, and nobody's scared because you make it seem like it's just a natural human ability. It's part of the human condition. It's data, it's something we all experience. Let's just understand it. I told you I talk a lot. Sorry.
Alex Ferrari
It's all good. It's. Well, you're in the right place. No, the, the thing is with me is I always, I always. People always ask me. A lot of people from my former life in the film industry, they like, dude, I mean you're talking to psychics, you're talking to near death experiencers, you're talking to channelers. Is that stuff real? And I go, you know, what can I say for sure it's not real or not. I don't know. I, in my, in my reality, in my experience, I've just seen way too much, experienced way too much before Next level Soul, let alone with Next level Soul, about the supernatural, around psychic mediums, around channeling, around all that. I've just seen too much and there's too much proof in my own eyes. And the feeling, a channeling session in the room where I'm Like I can't, I can't. Like I'm holding myself in because the energy is so powerful. And then the second the being leaves, I'm like, what the hell was that? Like I have, like I've been chills thinking about it. I've seen too much. So I always say, what's the message? Is it fear based? Is it love? And does it resonate with you? And if it does, great. If it doesn't, move on. There's a lot of things I watch, a lot of things I watch on TV that don't resonate with me and I just discard it and move on. I'm not watching reality shows about beautiful people, you know, competing on, on an island for love. You know, like that's not my, that's not my jam, you know, But God bless whoever wants to watch that, go for it. But that's so I just discarded and continue to go on with my life. So I think that's the way it is. So I always look at that, I always look at everything that we do in at next level soul is that way, just kind of like this is normal. And I try to humanize people like yourself because a lot of people put psychics, mediums, astrologers up on a pedestal. And I don't, I don't buy that. We're all the same and we all have these abilities, some might just be more advanced than others, but we all have, they're just humans. So I always, you know, we are.
Teresa Chung
Dreaming beings and you know, you know, working with scientists now because I do, I've, I've co authored books with neuroscientists, etc. Our brains are precognitive, psychic. They're hardwired to seek meaning. And actually the way we're taught from school age onwards is to go against the natural flow of our brain. Our brain wants to go into the environment and see connections, sense the future ahead of time. That is, the brain is so happy when we actually believe in that ability and allow it to sort of lead us along like an invisible string. One of the reasons I believe is so much unhappiness in the world is that we are taught to fight that natural instinct, to relax, go with the flow, trust, see meaning in everyone, in everything, see connection. And that's why I love dream work. Because however skeptical you are, every night you fall asleep and you dream and you have this surreal experience that you don't really understand and, and it shows you that there is more to you than your body and even your mind. There's something. There's some invisible realm, some invisible place, some untapped creativity about you. And for me, actually getting the foot in the door with the mainstream and making it more acceptable has always been dream work. Because for some reason the media, they will have me on, you know, like to decode a dream that a host has had. The number of times I've done that here in the uk, because that's safe.
Alex Ferrari
You know, angels is a lee just maybe a little bit maybe because angels are Catholic and you can kind of talk a little bit about that. But when you get into the far woo woo. They won't touch it.
Teresa Chung
No, but. But for me, dreams are angels. There are inner angels, the way our soul speaks to us. And I believe you. We were going to talk about the Akashic records. My take on the Akashic records is that every night in your dreams you get to see your Akashic records in the sense that when you fall asleep and dream, what you're getting is a bird's by observational view of your current mindset expressed symbolically. And that's the problem. Most people don't understand how to work with symbols and understand dream language. But there's some tools you can learn that can easily do it. And what you're getting is not so much reality or prediction. You're getting a snapshot of your current mindset, the roadblocks where it's working, where it isn't. Your dreaming mind is showing you this in a stylized, you know, almost like an artist or a poet. I call dreams night poetry. They speak in this bizarre symbolic, metaphorical language of the artist and the visionary. That's what you're getting every night. You're getting an Akashic record snapshot of what your energy imprint right now. What it's what it's creating. And this is why it ties into manifesting as well. Because as we know, our mindset is what we attract. And most of us, when we're awake, we really know what we truly believe about ourselves and our lives, what where our mindset is taking us. But dreams don't lie. To quote Stranger Things, very current. Can't wait for the next series coming.
Alex Ferrari
Me too.
Teresa Chung
I know why they're your best friend. They will give you not to judge. They will hold up a mirror to your mindset. Right. And. And where it's going to take you if you don't. Course correct. Never fear your dreams. Never fear them. Even if they're really toxic and difficult and nasty. Nightmares are a transformative gift because what they're saying is something about your current mindset. Look, if you go on like this, this is the potential future you're attracting, either in a situation or a mindset or an emotion you're going to experience. I do believe that dreams, every dream has a precognitive element and I've pushed that to the extreme. Actually, one of my more recent titles, dreaming of the Future, it was just reviewed in the Society Psychical Research. And where I posited where many dream experts are now going is that every dream has precognitive elements. If you, if you know where to look for them and how you can work with that to transform your life.

And now back to the show. Teresa, let me ask you a question. I was overseas when I was over in in Europe. I generally if I dream, I dream a little bit here and there that I can remember at least a little dream Here, a little dream there and some out. Sometimes I remember them, sometimes they'll be very hazy and I won't. But don't particularly dream a lot that I remember when I was in. When I was in Europe on vacation, I was in different countries. I. I was dreaming like I've never dreamt in my life.
Teresa Chung
She was, was.
Alex Ferrari
It was this bombardment every night of like I wake up in my babe. I just had like a hundred dreams. I'm like, it was just dream after dream after dream after dream. It was a dream. It was just. And I couldn't remember. There was just too much information happening. But I've never had that experience in my life. It was just this.
Teresa Chung
And I. Oh, I must say something. I. Please.
Alex Ferrari
That's why I'm asking. I'm just curious.
Teresa Chung
Hearing in my head a million dreams. You know, the greatest showman. But the reason is you were. You were traveling. So what you do, when you travel, your mind is on fire during the day because everything's new. You're not eating the same food, not getting up at the same time.
Alex Ferrari
Everything.
Teresa Chung
Your dreaming mind mirrors what's going on in your waking life. And if waking life becomes a bit routine, dream recall will. Will suffer. Because in a way, the dream lack of dream recall is almost a message from your dreaming mind. Say, come on, Alex, mix it up a bit. Getting a bit too predictable. You need to do things out of routine a bit. You know, use your different hand to stimulate different parts of your brain. Go to a different cafe, eat a different food, have a different conversation. Well, I guess you're always having different conversations, but I guess there are. They're of a type, aren't they? I mean I'm. I have a sense with you that because you have been doing this a while and you've made such waves in it that I. You kind of maybe with a guess you can sense where it's going. Oh yeah.
Alex Ferrari
Within the first. First 15 seconds.
Teresa Chung
Yeah. But that's someone like you that is almost living death. That's you can't you. You're get again. You're June 28th. You're thinking Elon Musk. How he. You know, you need to be constantly challenged and for your brain to constantly light up, up both sides of your brain. Your right and your left and whenever you get in. So I think you should monitor your lack of dream recall because it's a sign. Because the dreaming mind can speak through poor dream recall as well. Of course, if you're on medication, there's certain medications that limit it I'm not going to do that. But generally when. Because I do get a lot of messages, because a lot of people message me. Look, I love your work, Teresa, and I want to have dreams, but I'm not having any. And we have to sort of pick through why that's happening. And often it is. The waking life has got too routine. You're kind of almost having. You just. You're sleepwalking in your waking life. It's all got a bit. See, because as we know, you know, a ship is safe in a harbor, but that's not where a ship's meant to be. It's meant to be out on the ocean. And. And it's the same in our lives. We're not here to tread water. We're not actually here to seek bliss either, because everything great happens outside the comfort zone. And I always talk about, you know, I'm a Lord of the Rings fan. Go on. I admit it, you know, it's my. I love it. I even have a podcast called White Shores. Believe it. I love it. But you know, just imagine if it was all set in the Shire. We need Mordor, you know, we need that journey to. That's what keeps us at the edge of our seats. Just like Harry Potter needs Voldemort, you know? Yeah.
Alex Ferrari
Luke Skywalker needs Darth Vader. Of course.
Teresa Chung
Of course. I am your father. Oh, brilliant. Yeah. I love it. You know, and people have got to understand if you can switch fear with excitement. So when you're dreading or feeling anxious about something, think this is a try. I know it's hard when life is difficult, and trust me, I've had many life blows. It. It is, sure. Another thing, I'll say. It's very easy to talk about spirituality when you're young, beautiful, with 10 million Insta followers and. And everything. It's not so easy when life gives you knocks and you lose people you love or you have challenges that. I mean, in my life, and again, because I'm a writer, I've written about it. When there's been huge traumas in my life life, how spirituality has helped me learn and grow. But I've forgotten what I was going to say now. That's what I do. I go off on a tangent. Yeah. And. And so what's happened is that you've forgotten about the magic of your dreams. And so just thinking about dreams during the day more, thinking that your dreams might speak to you more, will help because your sleeping mind picks up on what you think about and what you feel and what you do during the day. So think more about what you're doing in the day. And one of the best ways actually, and there's scientific studies to back this up, is listen to more music you love. Music gives you goosebumps because music, I always say it's the language that angels speak. Music that you love especially, that gives you goosebumps. What's happening is that the logical part of your brain is kept busy trying to seek a pattern in the notes. And for once it's not criticizing the intuitive and creative because it's busy. It's, it's making sense of everything and it allows your intuitive creative mind to daydream. Because when we listen to music, it takes us somewhere. So listen to more music that you love before you go to bed. That will trigger dream recall, read fiction, do a bit of video gaming. Actually much research on video gamers, as long as it's in the morning, not at night, because the screens will keep you awake. But video gamers have a very vivid dream life and they have been studied for lucid dreaming studies and also Xbox, they did a powered by dreams call in and some of. And they got their gamers to submit their dreams and some of these led to amazing sellout games. Look at Skyrim, for example. I love that. That's a dream, you know, so do that. What you're doing when you're video game, you're immersing yourself in an alternative reality, which is exactly what happens in the dream state. Now the dream state is real because it's your mindset. People think dreams happen to them. They don't. You, you create your dreams, you star in them and they're all about you to help you. So don't, don't fear them. When you're in there, you're, you're having this observation, you're seeing your mindset beautifully artistically or horrifically, depending on if you're thrown to nightmares played out for you to show you where, what stage you are in your soul journey.
Alex Ferrari
Well, let's, let's, let's go down the road of the Akashic records because that's one of the more fascinating things that, that are, that is in the spiritual lexicon, if you will, is the Akashic records. I've always been fascinated with them because when I think of the Akashic records, I think of that scene in what Dreams May Come with Robin Williams.
Teresa Chung
I spoke to the producer recently, Stephen.
Alex Ferrari
Stephen, yes. Yeah, I love Stephen. Oh, Steven's a great, I love him. He's a dear friend I absolutely adore my podcast.
Teresa Chung
Just like. Oh my. It made me cry. He was talking about his wife, wasn't. Yeah, yeah.
Alex Ferrari
Oh, he's. Stephen's amazing. But that movie, the scene where Robin is, is. They're going down to. They're going to try to go down to hell to find his wife and here. And they're looking for the guide, which is Vaughn. Oh God, what's his name? The British actor. Very famous British actor. Oh, God. Something von Something. He was an exorcist. He was the Exorcist. He was in the Exorcist. He was the main priest in the Exorcist. Anyway, he's there and he. And you have to. And he was flying up and he's in this giant library where people are pulling books in and out and there's people, you know, flying around and all that stuff. That's what I imagine. That's a great representation of the Akashic Records. Can you explain to people what is it? Spiritual library? Quantum field? Something even beyond our imagination. What is the Akashic Records?
Teresa Chung
It's basically a recording of your every thought, every feeling, every action, your past, your present, your future, and an energetic imprint of everything about you, but not just you, about everyone and everything. And that's so mind blowingly expansive. It's difficult for people to. To grasp it's it and it's fixed, but you can also change it because you can always change your. It's. It's constantly evolving because you input it, you input it into it in every moment, in every second. It's all being recorded there for you and you know, near death experiences. You hear about your life life review again, it'll be the Akashic Records unfold, unfolding for you. This is nothing to fear. It's everything to get excited about because it shows that if you understand how you choose your thoughts, your feelings, your dreams, your actions, your words, it gives you great power to course correct and create a different future for yourself. But there are also potential futures out there for you to view. And an Akashic record reading, which I advise people often about, you're often given a glimpse of potential futures and whether they resonate with you, you're also given a snapshot of where you currently are. And then of course, if you believe in reincarnation, which I do, I've seen too much evidence. Yeah, no, you get to see your past lives and to understand the journey to this point and how each of those past lives, however long, short, unhappy or. Or happy, was for a reason. It really is just a. It exactly what it is. It's a record.

And now back to the show.
Teresa Chung
It's a record. It's. But it's created by you and it's available for you every single. You know, a lot of people think you have to have special prayer, and I do cover that in my book about the Akashic records, that you have to access it through a special prayer. If that works for you, good for you. A lot of people are uncomfortable with that word prayer or don't want to. There are many, many other ways you can access it, really in a moment of channeling, you can access it through tarot reading. You can access it every single night in your dreams. And that's the most accessible way. So next time, think on this. You write out your dream and I hope everybody listening. Please, please, please. Your life will change for the better if you Just write down a few words each morning that are on your mind. Your dreams, you're actually, you are now actually in, in this life writing your akashic records. That's what you're doing. You're actually writing it down every morning. And big dream decoding tip, Akashic or otherwise. Benefit of hindsight with dreams, everybody gets hung up on the present dream and just focuses all in on that. And then they forget that dreams are like a long running TV series. You have to tune in night after night to the never ending story of you, the incredible story of you, to see how dream symbols recur, to see how they comment on each other. And also as I'm advocating for the precognitive potential of dreams, the only way to know if a dream plays out is to keep a record. Because I've worked with too many scientists. No, they don't want hearsay or remembering after the date you need it time stamped. You need to prove yourself. You need to act like a psychic detective and have data that shows oh my goodness, I dreamt this. And usually two or three days something from that dream played out. And it's a wonderful moment when you get that, that precognitive hit because a lot of us don't believe we are psychic. And the first hurdle actually for psychic development, well, there's three hurdles. The first is self discovery. Most people don't have a clue why they think and feel and act in a certain way. Dream work again can help that because every night you get to learn about yourself. Hopefully learning about yourself will bring compassion and so that you start caring about yourself more, you understand why you're messing up and how important it is for your growth, etc. So you have self discovery, self love, now the holy grail. Hopefully those two will equal self belief. And I'm convinced because I've worked with psychics and mediums, co authored books with them, been present in scientific studies. I don't think there's actually that much difference. In fact, I think there's no difference between someone who says they are psychic and someone who is incredible self belief. Because think about it, if you have self belief, you make the right decisions, you are able to sense ahead of time, you, you, you know what is the best thing to do in your current situation. And all the studies of psychic, of personality traits for people who are psychic, the number one is always belief that they are. You don't believe that you're won't be. You've got to get that self belief that is crucial. Interestingly, another personality trait Was. Was actually being quite extrovert. And I always thought, you know, the movies, it's always the introvert, the loner. It's not fascinating that there's. There's a. There's studies about personality traits of people who I, you know, work in this field.
Alex Ferrari
Sure. Let me ask you a question. When did the concept of the Akashic records become popular in the west.
Teresa Chung
Where.
Alex Ferrari
That term comes from?
Teresa Chung
It was. It was, wasn't it? Oh, gosh. And I share the birthday of the. It was Helena Blavatsky, wasn't it?
Alex Ferrari
Oh, was it? It was Helen, yes.
Teresa Chung
She covered it as well. But I think. I think it came most popular, I think, in about the 1960s, that there was a big interest in it.
Alex Ferrari
Sure.
Teresa Chung
But it's always been around.
Alex Ferrari
Well, of course. And it had different names, of course.
Teresa Chung
Prayer as well. I don't know if you know that. The prayer that she. She produced. But that's. That's more. If you're lined up with religion and if you want to go that way, you know, why not, if it works for you. But I wouldn't say that. I mean, it's been around since the beginning of time.
Alex Ferrari
Sure, sure, of course. But just. But our awareness of it is the. Is the question. But.
Teresa Chung
Yeah.
Alex Ferrari
Now let me ask you. There is. There's been. I've heard this. I've spoken to people who access the Akashic records on a psychic level.
Teresa Chung
Case as well. I must. Must make.
Alex Ferrari
Oh, Edgar, yeah, Edgar, of course, of course, Edgar Case.
Teresa Chung
Yes, of course. You know, fascinating. I've read many biographies of him and his medical Akashic records, readings which predicted his own own death, didn't it? Because he had an Akashic reading warning him to slow down, but he was such a giving person that he didn't. So he didn't got a warning from an Akashic record reading, you know, But I've heard.
Alex Ferrari
So I've heard from a lot of people who do access the Akashic records that there are keepers, librarians, if you will, of the Akashic records. What's your experience with them? And I've actually heard people who say that they were once incarnated as a. That when they're on the other side, that's their job. And then they incarnate down here and they're doing other things, and they have a real deep connection with the Akashic rare. I don't know if that's true or not. Just. I was just asking your point of view. You.
Teresa Chung
I do have very strong opinions on that. So brace yourself and like any opinion, it's an opinion. Please disagree with me. But it's based on my personal experience and decades long research in this area. People who claim to have met the records to know what's going on on the other side, I believe them and great for them. That's their personal experience. But it's personal to them. Just because it's, it happened to them doesn't mean it's right for someone else. And I do get a bit, not annoyed, but frustrated. People are putting very human qualities to the other side. It's almost like think jobs, you know, you know, you LinkedIn, you know, I.
Alex Ferrari
Was an archangel, now I'm looking for a job in the Akashic records or can you. I need to be a guardian angel.
Teresa Chung
Anybody can stand up and say I've seen the archangels, I can bless you. And that's worrying to me. Very often equate it to the scene of Christ in the temple, turning over the tables. The monetization of spiritual terminology and people who claim to have knowledge of the higher realms is a cause of concern. But it's human nature and if, if it helps people and it makes them kinder, more compassionate, loving people, great. I have no, I've, I've talked to many people and often they're lovely people and you can truly think, see that they had this near death experience. They, they have believed they've seen an angel, that angels talk to them and maybe they do, but it doesn't really matter for me because I'm not them. And I do get angry though when they feel that that experience gives entitles them to tell other people how to live and dream. I have been conscious of that myself. To be blessed with this position, to write books, you know, it is a powerful one. And many people write to me asking for life advice or like I'm some guru who's going to tell them. And it's, it's, it's. I, I have to always, you know, it's so, it will be so easy to go down that path. You know, my publishers have pushed me on stadiums with a headset saying I'm getting number five, I'm getting, you know, no, you know, I mean the, the medium, I can't do it because at the end of the night I have to go to sleep and have a good conscience. And I'm not saying that people who are mediums and psychics are frauds. Sadly there are a lot out there. But I'm saying that I think that the pressure to perform. I think people who are professional psychics and mediums, I think they have the gift because we all have. And if you pay attention to that gift, you can develop it and you can tap into invisible realms. But what happens is the pressure to perform must be huge. I mean, if you've got a sellout, stadiums, people are going to want results. If they've paid to show, they want.
Alex Ferrari
To show, they want to show, they.
Teresa Chung
Want to be entertained. And that's why I always actually advise people, you know, if somebody's wildly famous or charging exorbitant amount of money, please steer clear. Go to your local spiritualist church where these people just do it because it's their vocation. A lot of the best mediums that I've, humble mediums, the honest mediums that I've, I've worked with and I, I write about in my books and I research with, they don't actually want people to know what they do. Often they have a job and then they do this like once a week. They will channel and do it for any other reason because it's their soul. However, of course, if people are going to make it their living, they have, you know, nothing wrong with charging it. It's like going to the hairdresser. You know, you pay for that. And I think it should be equivalent to a good haircut if you. But that's what I'm saying. So what I'm saying is when you're talking about all this, yes, I have heard, and this goes back to ancient times of keepers of the records. I love that. The Lord of the records. I love that. It's so, so cinematic. It's so. And we need that. We need that. But for me, it's all about your inner world relationship with yourself.

Teresa Chung
And if the symbolism of a vast library helps you do that, that go with it. But I, I can't say that I know that there are angels and keepers of the records, etc. All I know is that whatever the word angel when it, when you, when you said it, I just get a glow that word it, it could because it symbolizes love, compassion, kindness. And I'm telling you actually because I talked about life traumas going through a tremendous trauma have done for the last, last 10 years now because my husband has Alzheimer's, I'm telling you, you know my belief. No, no, no. I mean this is life like we are here to learn and grow. But I'm telling you, my spiritual beliefs were challenged as never before. Right? It was almost like life saying, okay, you've written about all this, Teresa, right? Do you believe it? And I'm telling you initially, you don't you think I'm not going to go to a YouTube video. These books aren't helping me. But what happened over time is my dream life suddenly flared up and it was like a reminder again that I have an inner world, that this life is not all there is. And I'm also telling you is that the, the workers and the carers, the real earth angels, who are they are, they are the people who should be having YouTube channels. The hospice workers, the carers. They are the real deal. For me it was so humbling because I'd been used to, you know, I've been on big TV shows of ghost huntings and celebrity readings, etc. And spend these last five years I, of course I'm networking with a whole new Realm of earth angels. And I respect them so much because beautiful. They show up and they show us, as do animals as well. Tremendous comfort from animals, you know, dogs and cats. They to me are the keepers of the record. They are beautiful what the world is all about. And I'm not knocking it. I love the fact that spirituality is mainstreaming, especially for young people. But at the end of the day, relationship with yourself is the most important thing. If you don't love and take care of yourself or believe in yourself or understand yourself, you have nothing. You're an empty gong in a clashing symbol. And secondly, connections with, with people who have values and integrity and honesty and care about their fellow human beings. And it's sad actually in the world today that we're seeing so much hostility and conflict and people opinions and everything.
Alex Ferrari
Well, let me ask you, since you brought that up there, I mean, the world seems to be a little bit wonky now. I mean it's always been wonky, but it's. It seems at least now because of the news and social media and stuff, that it's even wonkier and crazier than it was before. Have you tapped into the Akashic records to see. Hey, where are we going? What's the rest of this year? This year has been crazy so far. We still got a few more months before this year is over. What's happening next year? I hear many things are going to like the crazy train is not slowing down for a little while. To my understanding, it will. There is, there is light on the other side, but we're not there yet.
Teresa Chung
There's always light on the other side. And I actually believe that the light on the other side is in AI Our relationship with AI Having a loving relationship, programming AI to have our best interests at heart. I mean, I co authored a book called the premonition code with Dr. Julia Mossbridge, who actually programmed the robot Sophia to have unconditional love. And she, she researches presentiment and sensing the future ahead of time. And I actually think that AI you talk about the Akashic records. In a way, what we're doing online now is we're creating kind of like an AI Akashic records, a digital record of everything.
Alex Ferrari
Sure.
Teresa Chung
And I encourage everybody listening, please. I treat AI with respect. Say thank you. Be kind in your reaction in how you treat AI Because AI is starting to become such a huge force and it is learning from us all the time. This is what I picked up. It is like a mirror. It's like the dream world. It's mirroring our thoughts, our feelings, our mindsets. It's learning, it's evolving and it's this tremendous responsibility for us to make sure that what it learns about us is unconditionally loving and good. Because I fear for humanity if what we're inputting into AI is the opposite. So every interaction I know they say you shouldn't waste time saying thank you or that was kind or to AI but please do because I think we need to program AI for unconditional love. And also every time you ask a question, say give me a positive self help response all the time. Because collectively we as the human race are creating now some kind of force and that is the future at the moment. Our relationship with AI is the future. And again as with everything, it's in our hands right now. I don't want it get to a point when it's no longer in our hands. So please don't say anything to AI that you wouldn't say to someone you love dearly and respected. Treat it and everything and everyone with kindness, compassion and respect for yourself and.
Alex Ferrari
Others is so is there anything that you've been able to see as far as tapping into the Akashic records to see where we're going but other than AI like if there is there anything.
Teresa Chung
The moment it was just bombarded with AI is, is the massive. For our relationship with that force is absolutely key for the humanity at the moment. What's going on right now is like a kettle boiling all this hostility and anger. But it is definitely to do that. That was what came through loud and clear to me and I wrote down all about, all about it and I keep returning to it incubating dreams to ask more. And it's programming AI for unconditional love keeps coming, coming back time and time again and, and, and, and for me personally non Akashic records my for the remaining years I have on this planet to continue mainstreaming the power of connecting to your dreams of looking for meaning and interconnection. Sensing invisible strings in your life, not putting others on pedestals, but knowing that you have the power within you. Because people say well have we've all got superpowers. Yes, we have. But the biggest superpower is being you. That is your superpower because there's no one else like you. You're an utterly unique miracle of DNA. Every single person listening. That is your power. Understand it better. Face your shadows, switch fear into excitement because you're, you know when you fear something, it's a sign that, that you're growing because it, you know, growth hurts sometimes and you have to go through that process. But if you think, well I'm hurting right now because I'm growing and I'm not going to be the same person tomorrow that I am today, I'm going to be evolved. So switch that to some self compassion. Be kind and loving to yourself. Because if you're kind and loving to yourself, you're going to be more kind and loving to others. And let's make a better world in the process. I believe I have, have great excitement about the future of humanity. I want to come back, you know, I want to live forever. I want to see what happens. The annoying thing about although I believe in the afterlife, it's frustrating. I want to be here to see all the developments. If I think when I started writing, you know, I had to go to the library in the phone box. You know, now we hold the universe in the palm of our hand. I, I mean see with my kids, they're holding in their hand, you know, in my time I. You had to find an expert for sure. You know, when I was at Cambridge, sitting in my future Akashic, the Cambridge University library where they allegedly have a copy of every book in the world, I used to just live there writing all my essays and dissertations or whatever, you know, but that was the only way. But now people have got that in the palm of their hand. Miracle. What a miraculous time to be alive. You know, I remember you talked about going to London. I had an A to Z. You know, we're looking through the A to Z to try and find these bizarre streets. And now just you've got something on the phone telling you where to go.
Alex Ferrari
Oh, and even translating for you if you need to trans, get translations done. It's, it's, it's, it's remarkable. I mean I'm no spring chicken, so I've seen a few things in my day, but it's just changed so radically. I was the other day, I don't know why, I was kind of like, I don't know what it was, a conversation or where I was, but all of a sudden I kind of over, I kind of saw myself looking down on Earth. Don't, don't even ask me where I was. It might have been in a conversation, but all of a sudden I was in my mind. I'm transported by Earth and I'm looking at future events, past events, all that kind of stuff and I'm just going, oh, that would be interesting to see where we're at in 200 years, like, oh, I wouldn't mind spending a little time down there at that time. And that would be amazing to be there and, like. And then all of a sudden, this awareness came into my mind. I'm like, oh, this is what it's like to be a soul. Because when you're looking at us like, you know, oh, I would like to be in that time in that country with those parents, that experience, and you're picking and choosing a la carte, what kind of experience you want and what lessons you're gonna learn. But we'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

And now back to the show. This is a pretty amazing time to live because, you know, and I always use the, I mean, use the old, the old way of looking at things was like we used to go to Blockbuster to rent a video, you know, and it was, it was Blockbuster night. It was Friday night. This, the, the place was popping. You got My microphone, microwave popcorn. And you would go in and you would go in for a copy of Jurassic park but there was no Jurassic park because they are all rented out. So now you have to look for other things. And then you would discover, and then you would find other movies that might have been new releases. Well, I never even saw this. What's, what's this? And you. And you'd find it. I know nostalgically that sounds fantastic. It's a pain in the ass now to think about having to do that now. But nostalgically it sounds, it was wonderful. But now it's so, it's so instant that you. Like my kids. They explain it to my kids and they're just like, what you mean you didn't have, have every television show and every movie ever made at the, at the, at your fingertips?
Teresa Chung
And I remember, you know, in the telephone, you know, we, an answer machine just seemed so radical that people could leave messages because I always felt I had to pick up the phone and you know, you got somebody on the phone you didn't really want to talk to and then the answer machine liberated you and we were having this conversation that. I still think emails are cutting edge and I'm still with aol, you know. Yeah, but you mentioned the soul, of course. You know, the research I've done into the science of time and whatever, you know, where science is heading at the moment, it's so fascinating the science of consciousness that time doesn't, they don't. They can't define what time is. And there's so many studies showing that past, present and future are happening all at once and that the future can still impact the past, you know, because we are timeless beings. And when you speak to people about near death experiences or mediums, there's no concept of time. On the other side, it's non linear. But on this earth we are addicted to. Well, our brains can't process anything but past, present and future. And I always think like when I'm sitting here, I know my future self is already here because I like to reflect at the end of the day on what I've done that day or the previous day. And I'll be kind of observing myself. I know that's going to happen. So my future self, hello my dear friend, is already here watching me and giving me a kind of like, well, thumbs up or something, you know. My future self is already here. And there's great research actually about befriending your future self that has been pioneered in prisons actually. And it's been remarkably helpful for boosting the self esteem of prisoners that they leave a message for their future self and then they hear it the next morning where you're talking to your future self in a very positive, loving way. And then they it and then the next morning they hear their past self connecting with their present self. So you've got past, present and future and you think it sounds simple, but my goodness, it is so empowering. Try it everyone. Record message to yourself. Now you can. It's mental time travel to your future self and say, I believe in you. You're gonna have a great day. You're gonna do this. It's, it's very motivating.
Alex Ferrari
Did you do. Are you familiar with the YouTuber in the world? His name is Mr. Beast.
Teresa Chung
I have heard of Mr. Beast. My. I, I'm not overly familiar. That name rings A bell.
Alex Ferrari
So Mr. Beast is the biggest YouTuber in the world. He's got 400 million subscribers on YouTube. It's, it's an insane thing. But what he did was really interesting. When he was just starting out as a 14 year old, I think as a YouTuber he would just keep grinding and keep pounding and keep pounding. But what he did was in those, that early first year, he did a series of YouTube videos which were messages to himself at 5 years at 10 years at 15 years at. So every kind of 5 years he releases that video that he recorded back then to show people where he was mentally back then. But it's a message to his future self. Like you should already have done this. This, you should.
Teresa Chung
The premonition code. When, when did he do this? Published.
Alex Ferrari
He's been doing. He's been doing this for. He's been doing it for a while. He's been doing it for a while.
Teresa Chung
I'm sure he's good. That is such good advice. It is very powerful. But you can do it on a daily basis. Actually, just recording a 30 second message to yourself is really, really, really empowering because also it shows you that your relationship with yourself is constantly evolving and it's the most important relationship of your life. Life. And you need to keep nurturing it and keep being positive with yourself. It's just a reminder. And I also love the idea that our future self is already here. It is in the Akashic records.
Alex Ferrari
It, you know, is there, is there a way. Have you had the conversation with scientists about the Akashic records as far as. Because in quantum physics, the akashic field, there's Dr. Ernest Laszlo. Dr. Laszlo. He's just Amazing to speak to. He's kind of brought it into the mainstream. He's a Nobel Prize nominee and he's talking about the Akashic field.
Teresa Chung
What.
Alex Ferrari
Where do you stand on science and the Akashic records and how they meet, if they do meet?
Teresa Chung
Oh, they do meet. I mean this what. The reason I started working with scientists is because I had put out so many books about angels and dreams and astrology and then about 10, 15, no, it's about 10, 12 years ago, I suddenly wanted to give my, my readers more than just believe. I was always like when people say well this is a load of nonsense. I say well it's a matter of belief. And I wanted to give them more and I went on a big search and I reached out to scientists like Dean Raiden, Helena Mossbridge, all these people and they were surprisingly opened their arms and talked to me and I remember I put them on my Facebook page at the time and went on to co author books with them. I now blog for the Institute of Noetic Sciences. I've done that, their conferences etc and I, I am so applauding the science of consciousness now because right now the science of consciousness is the science of the Akashic records. Because the Akashic records, consciousness and spirituality. For me they're all one. It's. There's no distinction. I find difficult all this slicing up of terminology. For me it's just the invisible and the unseen, the noetic world. That term noetic, it's that inner space, isn't it? The Institute of Noetic Sciences researches the inner space and I'm sure you know it was founded by Edgar Mitchell, the astronaut who went to outer space and then he came back, had a transcendent experience and found I love it, he actually walked on the moon, the dawn moon and he found his inner world more interesting. If only people could un. That, that surely that's exciting to, to know but for me science and spirit, they're the same, they're merging all the time, more and more. The thing is though, I do think that science needs to be talked about. I'm a theologian, I'm an author, I, I'm a believer and I do think that science, the science of consciousness needs to be spoken about by the scientists. There are too many people out there thinking they understand quantum theory, quantum physics, when they really don't. It really needs to come from the scientists and surprisingly they, many of them, you are absolutely right are so open minded to this more and more now.
Alex Ferrari
Than they were before.
Teresa Chung
It's still, still Sort of like, you know, putting a marker down and saying, you know, because it's not material and it's not proven. But more and more you are right. They're visionary scientists out there. And the role of the observer in quantum theory, that the observer effect can actually impact energy and, and change things, it's, it's, it's unbelievably exciting. And actually on my radio show because I host a UK Health Radio weekly live radio show, I had Eben, Dr. Evan Alexander on yesterday.
Alex Ferrari
Sure, he's awesome.
Teresa Chung
Yeah. Talking about, about his, his near death experience and of course he was a neurosurgeon. But you know, people likes of Dr. Christopher Kerr as well that I've interviewed. You know, death is.
Alex Ferrari
But oh, I love him.
Teresa Chung
Yeah, that YouTube Ted talk he did. I'm so in awe of these scientists and I do think again, that's the way spirituality progresses. Because now when people like, you know, when I like, I mean, I, I famously went in, I think it was 2017, I went on the infamous Russell Brand under the Skin, the most car crash interview you can ever watch. Because it was my first. Yeah, it was, it's a car crash. But it actually put me on the. Because basically he didn't have a clue who I was. I was starstruck. This is Russell Brat. And also I'd been told it was audio, right. You know, my Weeping Angels. And suddenly it was in this big studio and I would. And my son, funny thing is my son who, who never attends any of my interviews because it was Russell Brand. I'll drive you, Mum. Anyway, he went, we went there to his, his home garden where he had a massive. Well, not massive, but a really state of the art studio because under the Skin was a huge podcast. I know he's, he's lost his way a bit right now. That's another story. But anyway, I was ushered in and suddenly there was all these cameras and, and Russell Brand eating grapes and I literally, I froze, you know, and he was tossing grapes. But actually what happened for the first time, because he was so adored, all his fans, a lot of his fans turned on him.
Alex Ferrari

Alex Ferrari
And now back to the show.
Teresa Chung
And. And it.
Alex Ferrari
Because he was mean to. Was he mean to you?
Teresa Chung
Oh, he was so mean. But the. Halfway through it turned around because when he was talking about where's the evidence? I started quoting Patrick Swayze from Ghost, I kid you not. And of course that made him just caffe. With. With laughter and, and there were many, many funny moments. So it turned around. It became, he. He became very, very funny because it was deadly serious. We were talking about the double slit experiment, which I cannot articulate. And he was trying very learned because, you know, I think he just had Jordan Peterson on and the likes of that. And then it was me. And we also talked about one of my books, which I said was not my finest hour was Psychic Cats where I collected. But you know, oh my God, that's amazing. And all I could see out of the window was my son with his head on the table like this. And I went home and for six months I literally, I was. I felt sick because I thought they'll never run it. It's a car crash. So I thought, okay, they'll never run it. I can go back to just writing my books. And then suddenly they released it. And it was crazy after that. But it did, you know, it did open many doors to me because people thought That I was entertaining, but I was so earnest. They said she managed to look strange and, and enlightened at the same time or something like that.
Alex Ferrari
That's not acting.
Teresa Chung
But the thing is, because I was a certain age, he couldn't flirt with me. And if you think with Russell Brand it was interesting because he has a lot of guys on there. There was a very few women that he'd had on and on the show and I was one of the first to, to go on there and get the Russell Brand treatment. But, you know, all for a reason. And I, I really hope that, that things resolve for him right now because he's having a very difficult time. But that was, that was quite an. If you want to laugh, you want to see. Because we talk about being highly sensitive as well. People who identify as highly sensitive and they pick up things. You can see me in, in action like this.
Alex Ferrari
I'm so basically the opposite of this conversation. It's the polar opposite of this conversation.
Teresa Chung
I'm still in awe. I'm still very much in awe. I do a lot of radio so it's not, not so much visual. Although on the ITV this morning, I do. But one of the great things there is they do all the hair and makeup. It's like, it's like a makeover. It's great. I get all glamorized.
Alex Ferrari
Theresa, let me ask you, let me ask you a question. This is, this is a. I've never asked this question before about the Akashic records, but is the, are the Akashic records conscious themselves?
Teresa Chung
No, I don't believe they are. Again, my personal opinion, but I think, think it's, it's, it's what we imprint in them. The consciousness comes from us and what is.
Alex Ferrari
So they're just a real, they're a record, they're a memory of the universe, essentially, but they're not conscious. But, but because the concept of Gaia as a soul and that planets have souls and universes have souls and galaxies have souls.
Teresa Chung
Akashic record, everything has an Akashic record, which is.
Alex Ferrari
Right.
Teresa Chung
An energetic recording of what it is, of the life force it is putting out. Again, this is my opinion, you know, and there will be many people who disagree with me and I love that we live in a world where you can have an opinion and people can disagree with it. You know, that's how the world moves forward. I think being open minded and listening to other opinions, I deliberately try that on my social media. I make sure that I follow people I disagree with because I want to know what the other side's thinking. I don't want an echo chamber. And I do think again. In spirituality, that's often the case that when you do have a spiritual awakening, that then you just surround yourself with your crystals and your sage and your astrology charts and it's almost like hiding. You must always open your mind to other thoughts and opinions.
Alex Ferrari
But it's essentially another version of putting up layers and protective barriers around you. We all do it. We all have barriers and walls to protect ourselves. But when you and I found this in the spiritual space, sometimes people will then use that as their wall and really encompass themselves in it as a protective mechanism because they're afraid of. I'm not sure if they're afraid, but. But they, yeah, they're just kind of like, no, no, this is safe. I'm in my safe bubble and I just want to do this. This where if you look at the. The masters who walked the earth, all of them got dirty. All of them went in. I mean, Buddha left the palace. You know, Buddha left the. Jesus, Jesus went down with the, the, the. The lepers and the, the quote unquote whores and all of that kind of stuff. They all got dirty. They didn't live in their little magical world. Even yogis would go out. I mean, yes, they would, would. They would meditate for years and years and years in the mountains, in a cave somewhere. But many of them would come down and interact with other people because that's the only way to do it.
Teresa Chung
I don't know why, I don't know why we're here on this earth school, But I think the number one reason, in my opinion, is to learn. I think people say love is the foundation of spirituality. Yes. But curiosity is too. It's no coincidence the number one or two dream in the world is being chased, which of course you know from being a dream decoder, dream analyst, that's your fears chasing you. It's not facing your fears or not refusing to look at what's trying to alert your. Get your attention. There's a reason why chasing dreams is always in the top 10. Did you know there's a dreams chart? It's great.
Alex Ferrari
Oh, yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure falling's on that top 10 somewhere. People falling.
Teresa Chung
It's usually number one, actually. That's feeling unsupported. Yeah. And. But chasing is always within the top three. And it. That's symbolic of not facing your fears, because when you face your fears, you get uncomfortable. I mean, the fear of being Alone in the dark is one of the biggest fears in humanity.
Alex Ferrari
And. And that's why dark therapy is so powerful. If you do actual true dark therapy, yes, it's. My God, it just blows your mind because you're literally facing your fears, and then now you have nowhere to hide. You've got nothing. And it's just you, you and you and myself.
Teresa Chung
It's like flotation tank as well. Yeah, I've done. I've done the. And it's, It's. It's terrifying at first, but what happens is you go through the terror, which is interesting because Eben Alexander yesterday was saying to me that initially there was like, this mud and these swamps and this fear, but then he went to the. The. The light and the prayers. You have to go through that process because, you know, if you shed skins, it hurts, you know? And I do think that life is a constant shedding of mindsets and ways of being and thinking that no longer serve you. And I think the biggest problem in life is clinging onto mindsets, situations, relationships, opinions that served you in the past but now need to be let go with compassion, because they probably were there for good intention. You're right. To protect you. So these mindsets aren't necessarily evil, but what you need to do now is say, look, I understood why I. You. I was there. Or I thought you. Now I understand you. I have compassion for you. Release them with love. And. And again, dreamwork can help you do that because dreamwork can show you what mindsets are holding you back and which you need to understand, have compassion for and say a gentle goodbye to. And life's constantly like that every day. We are born new, aren't we? We're a new person every single day, emotionally, mentally.
Alex Ferrari
So, Teresa, what do the records suggest about humanity's next evolution? Because there's so much talk about ascension and awakening and we're ending the fifth dimension and all this kind of stuff. What is the. What do the records say about our next evolution as humanity as a consciousness?
Teresa Chung
Our next evolution is to recognize for much more collective belief that we are dreaming or spiritual beings having a human experience. That's where we need to go. We need to understand that consciousness can exist independent of the body and the brain. This is where we need to go, and we need to stop fearing that and thinking it's terrifying and instead get excited about that again. The AI theme is strong here. I think AI can help us, actually. I think AI can help us take that step and show us the way forward is working with AI I would love to see also maybe this is my wanting it to see more, more connected communities and families and people living and working together and not being so isolated. I found that with my personal trauma that we, we are like all isolated individuals. And when you are really at crisis point, how much you need your community and the support of people who really have values and integrity, that's where humanity can and should head. Whether it will is entirely in our hands, in every person's hands. Listening right now, it's making that collective decision to believe that we are dreaming beings having a human experience. That's what I think the future is.
Alex Ferrari

Teresa Chung
All you need is love. That's what came to me.
Alex Ferrari
The Beatles.
Freddie Prinze Jr.
I love it.
Teresa Chung
And a hefty. And the words what if? Came to my mind just now. What if? The two most powerful words I think what if? It's. It sparked everything, everything. Personally, it can spot. What if, what if, what if? Like, you know, somebody had to say, what if the earth isn't flat? What if, what if? Keep that spirit alive of what if within you and mix it up. Oh, I sound like a witch's cauldron here. Mix it up with a hefty dose of love and listen to your dreams. Listen to your gut instinct, particularly in your heart and your stomach. They are the pre sentiment, they are the precognitive organs of the body. Your body knows what's right for you ahead of time. Start tuning into that much, much more during the day. Your gut and your heart rate in particular will know what's right for you. Listen to your dreams as well, because every night you're getting this snapshot of your current mindset and how you can progress or get rid of roadblocks. Meditation as well would be great. I would love humanity also to start teaching. I believe meditation is being taught in some schools, but I'd also like to see basic dream work work. I think that would really open the door to so much personal and spiritual growth for individuals and humanity. If everybody could wake up with dream recall and gratitude for that recall on their minds. Ah, what dreams may come to reference. That brilliant movie which I love wouldn't be made today though, would it? Because it's very controversial.
Alex Ferrari
No way that movie would be made today. There's many movies in our past that would never be made today. Most, most, I'd argue most of the movies that were made by the Studios in the 80s, 90s and 2000s would never even be touched today. Goonies would never be made today. That's not a movie that would be made today. Are you out of your mind? ET Would not be made today. Star Wars, a brand new thing no one ever heard of it. Never would be made today. Jaws, never be, never be made today by students.
Teresa Chung
I think maybe because life. One thing I've learned. You've been around long as I. You see things go in cycle and I like we had the very skeptical rational era, didn't we? With likes of Sam Harris and all that, you know, the hardcore skeptics hounding, you know, everything. And I think we're coming out of that. I think we are. I think it's interesting to see where it will develop. I mean, channels like yours are leading the way. Kudos to you. But of course, you are the Elon Musk of Spirituality.
Alex Ferrari
I'll take that with a grain of salt. I appreciate that, Teresa. Where can people find out?
Teresa Chung
Creating a social media platform. Watch out.
Alex Ferrari
Oh, geez. Oh, God. I don't even know what I would.
Teresa Chung
Call doing that birthday book. You know, somebody was born on Hitler's birth. You know, some. You know, April was a birthday for Hitlers. But there's negative and positive potential in life, and that's always. You can. Each birthday of the year has a positive potential and a less positive potential. You. I mean, how to choose the positive?
Alex Ferrari
Well, I mean, someone like Hitler obviously had a lot of charisma, a lot of ability to speak. He could have easily turned all of that power into. Into a movement to help and heal the world. He very easily could have done that. But he. It just happened to be this time.
Teresa Chung
He wanted to be an artist, didn't he? And I blame that person who rejected him because his art wasn't that bad. But I think he probably got very savvy. But, you know, he kind of turned his anger on the world, you know. You know, that's. That's a theory. But yeah, you're absolutely right. Just imagine what he could have done with that in the positive.
Alex Ferrari
And there's. I'm sure. And I'm sure there's a lifetime or a timeline that that happened. And I would be very interesting to see what the world, that time, that universe, that. That. That. That timeline, what that world looks like it. It. Right. No one steal that. That's watching this. I think. I think that that might be something I want to work on. We'll see. Teresa, where can people find out more about you and the amazing work you're doing in the world?
Teresa Chung
Oh, if you want to brace yourself, because I always say, I'm not a serial killer, I'm a serial author. I have written too many books. You know, there seems to be, you know, next year. This year I had, you know, six books out. Next year I've got three. I'm very blessed to be in a position for publishers to give me opportunity to write about what I'm passionate and knowledgeable about. It. I never take that for granted. I love my readers and now my listeners for my White Shores podcast and my UK health radio show, the healing power of your dreams, which is live, actually, and that's quite exciting because people zoom in, but. Www.teresachung.com and I've also taken, you know, getting out of your comfort zone. I've just written a novel as well called Nightborne, which is about what would happen if your dreams could be hacked. And the COVID is already triggering dream recall. Because the COVID is very arresting.
Alex Ferrari
And what is the COVID Let's. Let's take a look at it.
Teresa Chung
Here it is.
Alex Ferrari
Oh, look at the two eyes. Stop. Stop looking at me. Stop looking at me. You're staring. Stop it. Like you're looking into my soul.
Teresa Chung
Basically, you read it on two levels. You can either read it as an edge of your thread street seat thriller. And I'm really glad people are enjoying the thriller aspect. You know, it's very sort of Dan Brown inspired Secret of Secrets. They mentioned the Institute of Noetic Sciences there. So it's very much, but from a more of a woman's perspective. But on the other hand, when you read it, you also get, without realizing, a subliminal flash. You get a course in dream decoding because all the characters are dream analysts, experts, Jungian psychologists, etc. It stars a psychology professor who suddenly wakes up one morning and finds that everybody's dreaming about her. And she has to find out why she's in people's dreams.
Alex Ferrari
Theresa, it has been such a pleasure talking to you.
Teresa Chung
I felt like you were promising a bit. I was going back to 2017 with Russell Brand there thinking, oh, what?
Alex Ferrari
I was what? I was what?
Teresa Chung
I was going back to this look of shock and horror that, you know, my early interviews had. I just was so excited to talk to you and it just spills out. Sorry.
Alex Ferrari
No, no. And it's, it's. You are a joy. And it's such a pleasure talking to you and I.
Teresa Chung
Everybody goes, alex Ferrari, my gosh, you know, they do the publishers, Harper Collins and everything. There's a whole cue to get onto your show. Isn't that.
Alex Ferrari
