Yes, it is a fun city.

Very hot. And we're actually on the cooler down. We're in the cooling down phase right now. So. Yeah, a few weeks ago, the devil literally walks across the street all the time here, says hi to us. He's like, I gotta get out of here. It's way too hot for me.

[Sonja Grace]

That's our joke about Phoenix. We don't live in Phoenix, but we always say Phoenix is. Phoenix is worse one mile from hell, so.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, one month.

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's great.

I know.

No, actually, I've been to Phoenix is, I think worse than. Much worse than.

But it's dry heat.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yours is dry heat. Ours is this mixture of. Of humidity and not humidity. I'm from Florida. That's. That's humidity.

[Sonja Grace]

That's humidity.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's 110% humidity.

[Sonja Grace]

Yes.

[Alex Ferrari]

So. But I'm so glad to have you on the show. It is your. Your background is pretty fascinating to me. So can you tell everybody where you like, what your heritage and how you got into the spiritual space from. I guess, I guess influenced by your heritage.

[Sonja Grace]

Well, actually, tell me. I am half Norwegian and I have Choctaw and Cherokee blood on my mom's side. And I was born with my abilities. I can see, hear, feel, smell, and oddly taste everything in the unseen world in the spirit realm.

[Alex Ferrari]

Interesting.

[Sonja Grace]

So I've been hardwired since I came into this life and I, you know, I've dealt with it for a long time now. I've been practicing as a healer for 44 years. And I feel that getting into this was a process. So, for example, as a child, you know, I'd see all these spirits walking through the house and as one does.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah.

[Sonja Grace]

And I didn't have anybody to talk to. I didn't have anyone really who understood. My poor mom would, you know, she was an artist. And so she'd put paper and pen in front of me and tell me to draw and to, you know, get that imagination on paper, you know? But I was also pretty hyperactive, so she put me in ballet school.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay. Burn with that energy.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. And I learned a whole different set of skills because ballet takes a lot of training and a lot of discipline, and I had the wherewithal to learn how to defy time and space. So if you know what Cheney turns are, they're real fast turns. You go across the floor. How many Cheney turns can you do in a count of eight? Well, you can do a lot, or you can do eight. So you learn a sense of time and space with your body that then, you know, filters into other aspects of your life. So I performed. I was a professional ballerina for 15 years, and I was with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for 10 of those. I was Rosalind, and Kyle McLaughlin was Romeo and Romeo and Juliet. I worked with Dennis Arndt. I worked with James Avery. I choreographed James Avery in a play.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's beautiful.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. So it was really fun. You know, a lot of people now who have moved on, I had the good fortune to be around, and I really enjoyed the performance aspect, because, of course, being at the Shakespeare festival, you're sort of. You're sort of going through all your lifetimes, you know, experiencing different costumes in different time periods. It's like, okay, yeah, I really was in the 1500s. I get it. And so a lot of things transpired, and I eventually moved into working with my first teacher, who was in San Francisco. And after I worked with her, I went to my second teacher, and then I went to my third teacher. So over the course of 10 years, and I was already practicing, I had three different brilliant teachers, and they all helped me to corral what was happening to me, because I didn't know. I mean, I was walking down the street seeing yellow and orange on people, and I'd look at my friends and go, did you see that? Those people have yellow and orange all over them. And they're like, what are you on?

[Alex Ferrari]

You're smoking, girl?

[Sonja Grace]

So I had to bring it in and create a foundation of which I can work from.

[Alex Ferrari]

So when you were younger and you started seeing these dead people walking around, so explain to me your abilities, because, I mean, I've spoken to so many psychic mediums and people who see dead people. People don't see dead people. But you only just don't see spirit. You see the spir realm. As a general statement, is that on and off? Like, right now, are you seeing spirit? Not only spirits around me, but. Or in this room. But do you see the realm as well? Or can you turn that on and off? How does that work? Because that seems a little overwhelming for the mind to see two worlds at the same time for your entire life.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah, it's on most of the time. I think if I'm watching a movie, I'm disconnected. I'm disconnected a little bit because I'm watching the movie. But it was hard to navigate when I was young. It was really hard to navigate and to understand what was happening to me. I feel now, you know, and I have to really say this, I attribute the sanity of my life to being sober for 44 years. And that I look at everything now through that lens. And what that means is my filters are clear when I do healing work on people, and I only work long distance. But when I do healing work on people, I am as clear as I could possibly be because I'm not smoking pot the night before. I'm not having a glass of wine with dinner. I'm not polluting the system. But I rarely meet people. Now I've met you, but I rarely meet people who are this far down the road. I know Greg Braden is, and I really appreciate him for his sobriety. It really makes me happy. And I also feel that there are people in my life who have long term sobriety, but they're not in the industry that I'm in. And I think that people have an idea of spiritualism and what's going on in the spiritual community. But the lens that I view through makes a lot of sense to me. And that is we're a highly addicted society. Highly addicted. Alcohol, drugs, gaming, texting, social media, social media, you name it, we're addicted.

[Alex Ferrari]

Food.

[Sonja Grace]

Oh my God, there's a big one. And yet we've got all these people who have entered the spiritual community without addressing that basic dysfunction that many of us inherited in our family structure.

And now back to the show. Let me, let's dive into this for a second. This is interesting to me. So many people, you know, I think there's more and more people coming into the spiritual space every day. People are leaving religion, organized religion, in droves. The world's a little upside down now slightly, and people are looking for answers and they're entering the spiritual world and they'll watch shows and they'll read books and they'll take the seminars and they'll go to events and things like that. But what you just said is very important for people to understand is that they have not done any real work.

[Sonja Grace]

Right?

[Alex Ferrari]

They haven't. They haven't done shadow work. They haven't cleaned up their diet. They haven't, you know, dealt with trauma.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

They haven't done any of that stuff. And yet they, they go to these shows or they read these books or they take these courses or whatever, and they're like, it's not working for me. I'm like, well, of course not, because you're not addressing the underlining problems, which is a lot harder than going to hear a psychic medium talk about grandma who just came in the room and talked to you, which is great. Which is healing in one way, shape or form.

[Sonja Grace]

But it's different in my practice. I'm a healer and I go in and energetically do surgery on people. I work on people like a surgeon. So. But I'm working in the energy body. So if there's a cancer there, I am taking that cancer out. That was it dropping.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, I see. That was very nice. Yes, you're very talented.

[Sonja Grace]

So I take it out and I energetically do the work. But it has to pass through the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, and it has to hurdle the ego. So whatever that person is dealing with, if they're open and they're surrendered, like, okay, this is happening and I welcome it to happen, of course it's going to go A lot faster. Of course it's going to. That work I just did is going to have a stronger effect. But if they're in resistance and like, oh, I don't trust you and I don't know about this and I don't believe and blah, blah, blah. It's like I tell the person, it is your own intuition that you are not trusting. It's not mine. You don't trust yourself. If you trusted yourself, then you would know that what's happening here is something that can happen. I experience miracles every day. Every day. There's phenomenal things that happen. And after I approach the healing aspect, I always go into a deep dive with the emotional body. And I do tons of processing work with people. I work with the inner child. I work with the inner male and female. My first teacher was a Jungian therapist. I mean, I get it. And I definitely go deeper than that in that I feel discovering patterns of what we're repeating over and over and over again. You know, I get a client who calls me and says, well, my, you know, my boyfriend just left me, and, you know, I got divorced five years ago and, you know, my first boyfriend left me and why is everybody leaving me? And it's like, yeah, that's the pattern, isn't it? Abandonment, 101.

[Alex Ferrari]

You're the common denominator in all of these situations.

[Sonja Grace]

Right? Right. So then I go in and help them discover where in their life from the womb until three years old, that they experienced abandonment. And then I help them to extract that out of the body so that we're making room now for healing so that the cancer or the illness or whatever is brewing in there doesn't have to keep percolating because of the emotional wound that they're holding. So they have to go hand in hand. I really believe the physical body is like a big closet. And all we're doing is storing all this unresolved emotional wounds, trauma, et cetera, in. In the closet and about, you know, 45, 50 years old, guess what? It wants out.

[Alex Ferrari]

Like in those movies you get clack it open, everything just comes flying out.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Bulging at the scenes kind of thing. But going back to when you were. When you were growing up and you're seeing, you know, seeing all these entities and stuff like that. So I'm not gonna put you on the spot. I'm like, is there. Who's. Is grandma with me? I'm not gonna do that. But how do you deal with it psychologically? At this point? You're probably used to it. But at the beginning, just psychologically dealing with, hey, I see. And do they speak to you, and do they connect? Communicate with you?

[Sonja Grace]

They do speak, and they do connect. And I've had clients who have died come and, you know, like, practically terrorize me because they're so excited to talk to me on the other side.

[Alex Ferrari]

That must be.

[Sonja Grace]

Which is hilarious.

[Alex Ferrari]

That must be kind of freaky for you. You're talking to me now. And then, you know, I have to.

[Sonja Grace]

Tell you one story that was so good. My client Howard, who was a pool and spa guy, loved Howard. 250 pounds, heart problems, up the yin yang. Really, really into all things spiritual, cosmic. And he put pools in. And Howard had a massive heart attack and died. And I didn't find out about it until, you know, I saw Howard standing in my bathroom. I'm like, howard, did you cross over? Yeah, I did. I'm really pissed off about it. Okay. I'm sorry. And then later, Howard came back to me, and he said, I have to tell you something really important. And I said, what? And he said, you don't realize this, but you actually kept me alive for a good three years before I passed. Because I was working on him. I was working on his heart. I was working on all his systems, doing healing work, doing processing work. And the fact that he would come and tell me that, you know, thank you. You kept me here longer than I was really supposed to be. And I've heard that from other people, too. You know, you don't always know as the healer, whatever effect you've had on someone. Right. But Howard definitely wanted me to know that I helped him to be here longer. Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

So from, you know, being from the eclectic heritage that you are from, half Norwegian, half Choctaw and Cherokee. Okay. From both sides, but I think more probably from the Native American side. How did that influence your spiritual journey? Have you dug deep into that?

[Sonja Grace]

Oh, totally. Totally. And, I mean, what's interesting is, you know, as a kid, we always played in the neighborhood. I mean, we were outside.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, yeah. 90% of the time until the lights turn on.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. So when we played cowboy and Indians, I was always the Indian. Right. Because. I know. Right. But I was like, no, I'm the Indian. I mean, I knew my heritage, but it wasn't something that was really laid out. We were so influenced by my dad's side, the Norwegian side.

[Alex Ferrari]

And you're here in America, or you.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah, in America.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. So you have the American, and you're also influenced by the American culture in general.

[Sonja Grace]

Of course. But I became a part of hopi culture, gosh, 40 years ago.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay.

[Sonja Grace]

And that became my second family, my second home. And then I married a Hopi man, and now I'm married into the tribe. I mean, I'm very connected out there, and I feel more Hopi than anything because I've spent so much time there, and I love the community and the ceremonies and all that is practiced.

[Alex Ferrari]

If you don't mind me asking, I want to kind of dig into the spiritual practices of, let's say, the Hopi, because that's the tribe that you spent most time with. How does the Hopi look upon psychic medium work or healing work in this kind of way? What are the traditions? What are the. What are the histories of it? I'm just fascinated with that side of it.

[Sonja Grace]

They consider me a medicine woman out there. Okay. So I, you know, I mean, I. All of my free work that I do, which is a lot, is for Native people. People in the Hopi tribe. Yeah. So I have a lot of people who want to see me in person. Even though I work long distance, it's more common practice to go to the medicine man in person, of course. So they want to see me in person. There was one time we were at a dance at one of the villages and this woman. It was just such a funny scene. I mean, I still kind of think about it and go, wow, that really happened. That was wild. This woman came dragging her leg, dragging it across the plaza. Drag, drag, drag. And she gets to the door and she says, can I see you? And I'm like. And there's all these people in the house because it's always busy and people cooking and kids running around. She drags herself and her leg in and sits in the chair.

I said, what happened? And she said, well, I, you know, every. There's no running water out there, so it's all outhouses and people have to haul water. She said, I came out of the outhouse and fell down the cliff.

And I said, so have you had an X ray? I go, right too.

You know, have you gone to a.

Emergency room?

Yeah, right. She said, no. She said, anyway, so I worked on her and I did some repair work in her hip and I took a couple of things out that were more all psychically. Yeah, I was working. Well, I was using my hands working on her, but I took some things out of her that were sent to her from another person to harm her. Interesting. Yeah, we're going to get into that.

[Alex Ferrari]

Let's get into that.

[Sonja Grace]

But anyways, I kid you not, this woman got up and normal as normal can be, walked out of the house when we were done and walked across the plaza back to her house. And I'm like, okay, that just happened.

[Alex Ferrari]

Interesting.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. But see, here's the thing. People don't necessarily know this in the broader sense of white culture. You know, it's not. But in indigenous cultures, there's things that are practiced. Mexico, all over the world. But at Hopi, we call it witching. It's like you get witched by someone, they're using black magic.

[Alex Ferrari]

Sure.

[Sonja Grace]

And it's very prevalent. It's very prevalent in a lot of places on the planet.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, I know. I'm Cuban, so I'm very familiar with it.

[Sonja Grace]

You get it? Yeah. And so that's the kind of stuff I'm dealing with. I'm like a priest disguised as a woman in the 21st century. I kid you not. I'm doing exorcisms all day long.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. So, okay, so when you're talking about kind of like black magic, I'll give you my example of my. My experience in it being Cuban. Have you ever heard of Santeros? You've heard of the term Santeros. Santeria, yeah. Which is the Cuban black magic and white magic.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

I've had actual priests in my family who might like. My cousin was a white. He wore white for a year. Everything was white. For preparing himself to become white santero, which is to help protect people from the dark magic. It's. As I'm speaking about it out loud, it sounds insane. It sounds insane. But this is a cultural thing. It comes from the islands, from US and Afro Cuban, you know, the concept of voodoo and stuff, it's just a different version of that. So I'm familiar with the black magic, but I've never really dabbed. I haven't really gone deep into that kind of stuff in here. And I've always been my feeling on. And what I've been told is if you have a. If you have protection around you or if you have spirits around you who are protecting you, that helps. But there are people who try to send you bad juju. Can you explain what that process is, how it works and how to hear?

[Sonja Grace]

So I'm usually the one on the receiving end of this.

[Alex Ferrari]

Sure.

[Sonja Grace]

Because I don't practice that shit. And I only work with angels. My guides are high, angelic beings. I don't work with anything else. I am like, yeah, that is not a realm that I will ever go into.

[Alex Ferrari]

And the dark side, you mean?

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah, of course not. But I do spend a lot of my day clearing this stuff from people. And there's, you know, there's a lot to be said about cultural influence and people coming together and trying to bring down someone, put the mojo on someone, you know, do harm to them.

[Alex Ferrari]

Such a low vibration.

[Sonja Grace]

It's a very low vibration, but there's a lot of it going on. I hate to tell you that there's a lot of it going on, and people don't realize how even how powerful their thoughts are.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's true.

[Sonja Grace]

You can be driving behind somebody who's going really slow and you're yelling, get out of the way. And out of those words are these little zingers that are hitting the back of that person's head and they're like, God, what is wrong with the person behind me? And they didn't even turn around to look. They feel it. You know, we are powerful, but we're reckless with our energy. We're not managing our energy in a way that takes responsibility. And, you know, in my practice, what I teach, I have a grounding meditation. It involves grounding all the chakras because I'm a firm believer that we should be receiving energy from the earth up into each chakra and we should be grounding our energy down into the earth. So in this meditation that I teach, it grounds you and it helps you to take responsibility for what you're doing with your energy. Great example everybody. You've been in New York, you're walking down the street in New York and there's this person coming towards you and you're like, wow, they're really hot. But they're not, they're not, they're okay, they're attractive but they're not like super hot hot. But they're running second chakra energy with everybody walking down the street. So everybody's getting blasted with this second chakra and you're all looking at this person going, wow, you know, mesmerized. They're not grounding their energy.

[Alex Ferrari]

So let me ask you a question then. So I've been around being working in Hollywood for as long as I did. I was around a lot of celebrities and I was a lot of, around some of the most beautiful human beings I've on the planet really. And I realized that when I was, it was in a room with one of them or working with them. I can, I mean there's an energy about them. There's something that they, they almost suck the wind out of the room. Some of them like they walk in and everyone just who.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

On them is, that's what, what do you, I mean obviously if they're good looking they're going to be good looking on a physical level. But this is deeper. This is a whole lot deeper. I've met some very interesting human beings in the film industry to say the least. But some of these actors that I met, some of the biggest movie stars in the world, I walk and I go, oh, I understand why that person's a movie star. I get it. Like just the enter everything, it's just to them what in your opinion what's causing that other than maybe just their natural beauty? Yeah, because I've seen, I've seen beautiful people who don't have that.

[Sonja Grace]

Well, that's what I was talking about. The person walking down the street, not beautiful, but everybody's drawn to that person like a magnet. And I'm looking at them energetically going, okay, first chakra's grounded. Second chakra's blasting everybody. Third chakra's blasting everybody. Fourth chakra's all over the place. You know, I'm just going up the line checking what's happening and I think that's what's happening with A lot of people in the industry is they're not grounding their energy because they're afraid if it's grounded, no one will see them. It's kind of like that invisible little hand coming out, you know, tapping you on the shoulder. They're afraid that you won't see them. So they've got to blast everybody out.

[Alex Ferrari]

They got a peacock.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

They have to kind of constantly be.

[Sonja Grace]

They have to blast that energy out and it's not helping them. The more we ground our energy into the earth, the more that earth energy will come up and support you. It will support you. It will support your whole body function afterwards.

[Alex Ferrari]

I'm going to ask you about my chakras.

[Sonja Grace]

Well, let's do it right now.

[Alex Ferrari]

Do you want to do it? You want. I'd love for you to just look at my chakras and tell me what I'm blasting. What? I'm not blasting what I need to ground because I have not had that done.

[Sonja Grace]

Okay. Okay. All right. I'll tell you just for fun. Okay. Your first chakra, where you're sitting is very red. It's open. It's moving pretty fast, which is good to see. You want your chakra spinning fast? Second chakra is okay. It's a little bit smaller, I think since we talked about blasting with second chakra energy, yours kind of went okay.

Keep quiet now.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah, keep quiet. But it's moving. It's got a lot of orange. It has some green in it, which tells me that your heart energy is definitely on that empathic level.

[Alex Ferrari]

You need to stay hydrated while you do chakra work.

No kidding. Your third chakra's really open. Very, very large. It's got yellow in it, but it's also got a lot of gold and tan color.

Oftentimes when there's a mixture of color like that, you're integrating something. You're, you're assessing and sort of formulating what does that mean for me and my power and my physical well being? Okay, Right. Heart chakra is good. What's interesting about your heart chakra is it has a lot of. What's that color? It's like a burgundy dark red. Not dark red. It's more of a. It's got some pink to it.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay.

[Sonja Grace]

And then there's green right at the center.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay, what does that mean?

[Sonja Grace]

Well, again, you're processing something. Okay. So yeah, the first chakra level being all about food, clothing, survival and everything grounded to the earth is doing its thing up in your heart. Like you're. Again, you're assessing and trying to integrate something that has to do with your survival on a heart level.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay.

[Sonja Grace]

Your fifth chakra. Beautiful throat. Beautiful indigo. Very open. Super, super clear energy.

[Alex Ferrari]

That makes sense since I do this for a living.

[Sonja Grace]

Exactly. Sixth chakra, which is earth. Your third eye. It's open. It's a little bit folded forward and I'm just going to do it. I'm lifting it up. Okay. Now it's back up. It's moving. It's a light pale blue. It's quite crystal. Like a crystal. Almost feeling.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah, it's beautiful.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, thank you. Oh, thank you. I have fantastic chakra. Thank you.

And your seventh chakra is the crown. Yeah, the crown. You know, they usually open out wide. Yours is kind of open up this way. It's open. The vertical power current goes all the way up to source and all the way down to the center of the earth. And yours is, it's very clear. All the chakras hook into it like tubular flowers.

[Alex Ferrari]

Interesting.

[Sonja Grace]

So you have chakras on the backside. Let me start over. The vertical power current. The first chakra hooks in this way. So it's facing down. 7th hooks in up this way directly into the cord. Whereas the other chakras are hooking in front and back. Do you understand? Like tubular flowers.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, interesting.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

So overall diagnosis, decent. Okay, chakras where I'm at, right?

[Sonja Grace]

I didn't look at the backside, but yeah, they look fine.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, interesting.

Fine. They look fine. I did not see anything that alarmed me. I didn't see anything that made me go, hey, we need to talk.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay, good. That's a good thing. Yeah, that's a good thing. Yeah, that's pretty fascinating. I've never had my chakras read before, so that's very interesting. And you see auras as well?

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah, yeah, all the time.

[Alex Ferrari]

So you see auras all the time. So when you're walking in, when you meet somebody for the first time, you obviously have a one up because you're able to see their aura. So if they're gonna try to do you harm, or if they're gonna be negative to you, or they're gonna do something, you'll see it before it comes.

[Sonja Grace]

You know, I don't even work that way.

[Alex Ferrari]

Tell me, tell me how you do.

[Sonja Grace]

I don't. I'm so open all the time. I'm so frickin open. I. Because I don't have anything to hide. I don't have anything. In fact, I wanted to talk to you about this today, please. I find that someone like me, with 44 years in this industry is often, I speak with authority on what I know.

[Alex Ferrari]

Sure, of course.

[Sonja Grace]

And I find that people who don't understand the depth of work that I've done, the depth of processing that I've done, and the years, the four decades of meditation that I've done, that that is an authentic place as a woman in a body, experiencing my life, your reality. And what I hear people say is, oh, you know, she's all ego. And it's like you don't even know, you don't even know what the ego is, let alone what the false ego is. I don't think people have done the inner work to recognize what is healthy ego and what is a false ego. And more importantly, we have lived in a male dominant society for so long, since about 4000 BC, if not earlier, that we have lost the thread of what it means to be an authentic woman, to be authentically in our power as a woman and not be reflecting a man's power. Because the people who have been in power for much of the last, whatever, thousands of years, thousands of years have been men. And so women mimic and copy. We wear suits, we talk like men, we swear like men. We, you know, we've got this whole male gig down is I talk with Authority, Because I know what I'm talking about. I've lived it. I'm in the trenches. I'm working on cancer every day. I'm working on clearing aliens and demons and entities and stuff from people's bodies and fields. I'm in the trenches. So I think it's important to define on this beautiful day that we're together, what is the authentic authority of a woman? I think it's a great question and something I'd love for your audience to ponder.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, I mean, I've said this before on the show. I mean, I've been surrounded by women my entire life. I have no testosterone in my life whatsoever. Even my cat's balls are cut off. So there's literally no testosterone in my life. So I'm surrounded by women constantly. And raised by a single mom and grandmother and all that stuff. Very few, you know, male. My grandfather and my father, obviously, to a certain extent. But I. But I've been so. I understand, as a guy, I understand women, hopefully, at a deep level. And my children, I. Literally, all I have is women around me.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

So, you know, having. Having daughters, you look at the world and you're like, you want to make them empowered, you want to make them strong, you want to think. But you're absolutely right in regards to where we've been. It's been very male dominant. The masculine energy has been basically running humanity.

[Sonja Grace]

Yes.

[Alex Ferrari]

For thousands of years.

[Sonja Grace]

Yes.

[Alex Ferrari]

But I'm noticing that within the last hundred, there has been an uprise in women.

[Sonja Grace]

There has been very much.

[Alex Ferrari]

The feminine energy is starting to rise in a way. In a way, because. And this has been said on the show before, that the masculine energy was needed for a period of humanity's time because you needed that engine, the ego. I need to conquer. I need to grow. I need to. You needed that energy. You didn't need nurturing energy at that point. You needed kind of. That kind of energy where now the feminine energy is starting to come back in. Because we need it. Because the feminine energy is what's going to help balance this whole planet. Because if you keep going down the destructive, purely masculine energy, which is wars and conquering and this and that, we're gonna. We're not gonna make it. So we needed the. The female nurturing energy now. And now we're seeing, you know, obviously in. In our life, in my. In my lifetime and a little bit before, I mean, women didn't get the power to vote until what. What was the year? I think the 20s or 30s. Yeah, something like that. Yeah, before then they, you know, and, and then it. How long before they could get a credit card? And then like you needed your husband to co sign for you. It was insane.

[Sonja Grace]

So let's talk about dimensions. Oh, yes, let's talk about dimensions. Because it rolls into this.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay.

[Sonja Grace]

We have been, I believe humans have been here for about 2 million years.

[Alex Ferrari]

Sure.

[Sonja Grace]

And I believe that we were brought here. Sorry, I'm not trying to step on anybody's toes of belief systems, but I believe that we were brought here by a race of beings.

[Alex Ferrari]

Anunnaki.

[Sonja Grace]

No, they're called Mu. The giants called Mu.

[Alex Ferrari]

I've heard of them as well.

[Sonja Grace]

I believe the giants built the pyramids, they built Gobekli Tepe. They're responsible for a whole lot of stuff that helped the people of Atlantis and then the people of this phase of humanity. So we've been in the fourth dimension up until the Mayan calendar ended and that started us moving into the fifth dimension. When that happened in 2012, people experienced weird things.

Absolutely.

Okay, so it's kind of like that scene in Star Trek when the ship enters the Nebula zone and all of a sudden we were like, right. Entering. Well, now we're in the middle of it. We're in it. And this fifth dimension is a high, high vibration that is requiring us to raise our vibration, to meet it. Not for the vibration to meet us, because it's not all about us. What I know. So, yeah, we've got a lot of work to do. That's why I'm saying I'm posting on social media all the time. You have to do the work. Get the shovel. You gotta do the work. Because in order to have that high vibration, that high frequency, you have to know what the inner landscape is. You have to know what your traumas are, what your emotional wounding is. I just got a call from a woman, stage four ovarian cancer. Can't figure out how it possibly could have happened. And she came from a perfect family. And I'm like, I got something to tell you here.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's probably not that perfect.

[Sonja Grace]

There's no perfect family. And furthermore, there's something very deep rooted down in your pelvis that has grown over time that is now evolved into cancer. There's always an emotional component to the illness. Always. And all cancers fall under the scope of resentment and anger. Everybody I've ever worked on who has cancer. So what do you really feel? Well, I'm really angry. I'm really resentful. Yeah. Yeah. So now that we're in this fifth dimension and we're all trying to navigate it and going, I don't know. You know, I'm all over the place. I can't focus. I'm so confused. And I can't find anybody to be with. There's no people. I'm only on social media. I mean, it goes on and on and on. And it's because this energy is so high that it takes everything we have to focus and to get clear on what we're doing. Oh, what's my purpose? Oh, for God's sakes, let me tell you everybody's purpose. We are here to love at the deepest level of our being. Like a riot of explosion at the heart. That's how much we're supposed to be loving. We're supposed to love everybody around the world as much as we love our families, our dogs, our cats, our children. And we're so resistant. We're so like, no, I can't love that person. They're horrible. It's like, yeah, okay, I get it, I get it. But love is the vibration, the most powerful vibration that we can connect with. Because when we're in that state of love, we open up to divine love, which is what we came from. And then there's a merging of those vibrations. And guess what helps us get through the fifth dimension?

[Alex Ferrari]

Love.

[Sonja Grace]

Yep. Yep.

[Alex Ferrari]

Interesting.

[Sonja Grace]

Yep. As the Beatles sang, all you need is love.

[Alex Ferrari]

Well, the Beatles brought in a whole lot of that back in the day. There's no. No question about that.

What I find fascinating as well is that your. Your background in. In the Native American side of you, your heritage, they do. They talk about chakras and, and they talk about the. These kind of things with the terminology from the East. Is it a different name for it for them?

[Sonja Grace]

No, I think it's very different. I think that there's, you know, there's some traditions that practice a more, you know, traditional native doctoring. You know, you're a bone doctor on the rez. You're going to adjust people's bones. You're a healer. But I would say most medicine people across the country are working similarly to how I work in that they are looking for what was done to this person that has made them ill. See, that's interesting. I work both ways. I want to know, what did you experience and create from an emotional wound that sprouted this illness? Whereas in a more traditional native way, I think it's what, somebody put the mojo on you. And believe me, I take stuff off of people all the time and their symptoms are gone. They're totally clear. So you see what I'm saying? It's kind of two streets that I walk on. I walk on, take responsibility, and I walk on. Okay, let's look at what happened here.

[Alex Ferrari]

Now, another aspect of the work you do is you are a spirit traveler. Please tell me what a spirit traveler is. That sounds fascinating.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. Well, okay. Long time ago, I don't know, 25 years ago, Sean and I went to the Wallowa Mountains in eastern Oregon. We got a cabin. We were all excited. It's beautiful there. I grew up camping and, you know, backpacking into the woods. So anyways, we're there. I'm happy. I told Sean, I'm going to sit down and just do like a 20 minute meditation. And he said, okay, I'm going to sit here on the porch and just hang out. I'll wait for you and then we'll cook dinner. So it was kind of dusk. Well, in my meditation, I was experiencing, when I go into meditation, my body dissolving and just becoming like grains of sand that just rolled into the trees or whatever was my environment. So I was gone. I was gone. And my guides, who are high, angelic beings, came, held their hand out and said, we want to show you something. I said, okay. I took their hands and we went up. And I mean, I felt it. I felt the air. We went up and up and up, and we kept going up. And I'm like, okay, we're out in space now. We really went up, and we ended up at this place that they informed me was called the center of the universe.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, that's okay.

[Sonja Grace]

That's significant.

[Alex Ferrari]

So you don't see Earth at this point?

[Sonja Grace]

No, not at all. You're gone, gone. I'm gone. Gone.

[Alex Ferrari]

So I was saying, we're not that close to the center of the universe.

[Sonja Grace]

No, I was gone. Gone. And there were these beings there, and I call them the Savrok, but they're the Ant people. And the Ant. I've met the Ant people. I spirit traveled. Not then. This was the first. Okay. I'd met the Ant people before, but not in this context. So they're standing there, and I'm like, what are you guys doing here? They said, we take care of the center of the universe. And I said, wow, cool job. And they said there was this kind of milky white substance. And they said, we want you to step into this. And I looked at my guides like, okay, I'm really scared now. And they said, it's okay. So I stepped in. Absolutely. Hands down. I can't even fully explain it to you. I went into such a state of bliss that I was just. I mean, it was overwhelming. I was totally like, I'm never coming out of this. I'm forever staying here. And about that time, they said, it's time to go. And I'm like, no.

[Alex Ferrari]

So.

[Sonja Grace]

So I took their hands. We went back down. We thanked the Savrok, of course, and we went back down. And it was five hours later.

[Alex Ferrari]

But for you, it was like this.

[Sonja Grace]

Sean was still sitting there. Really? Yeah, he was still sitting there. I'm sorry.

Do you need a tissue?

[Sonja Grace]

No, I'm okay. He was still sitting there. And I'm like, oh, my God. It was, like, dark and.

It was crazy. It was crazy.

And he left you there for five hours? He didn't bother you?

Oh, he knew I was gone. He could tell. Yeah. So ever since then, I call my ability to spirit travel a process in which I have to go into meditation. I can't go anywhere unless I am fully dissolved. And then I take my guide's hands. I never go anywhere without them. And they take me to a place back in time that they want to show me. So we've been to the great pyramids, we've been to Gobekli Tepe, we've been to Easter island, we've been all over the place. Various time frames. Probably the most interesting was going back to Atlantis.

Please explain. Please tell us the story. What was it like being in Atlantis?

And then we went back to 250,000 BC at the beginning of Atlantis.

Okay. And there was right before it fell and.

And yeah, at the beginning I see Atlantis starting around 250,000 BC.

That's a long time for a civilization. For one civilization, did they have cycles?

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

So the destruction cycle, rebirth cycle.

[Sonja Grace]

There were some cycles, but it was more influenced influence coming in towards the latter part. It was Anunnaki coming in and wanting to enslave the people. Yeah.

Interesting.

So at the beginning there was a temple that was built and the temple was in the shape of a big serpent. And you walk down the hallway inside the serpent and there was an altar at the end at the head of the serpent and. And water all around the altar. And during this time an alien race came and visited them and gave them a sphere. And the sphere held some form of nuclear power. And that sphere was kept in this temple, in the water, under the altar. It was kept safe.

[Alex Ferrari]

Is that what the Great Pyramid was supposed to be for? Because it's not a tomb.

[Sonja Grace]

Hold that thought.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay?

[Sonja Grace]

So over time, they were shown how to use this power, and they utilized it very specifically. They were very careful about what they used it for. But in the end, showing up now, at the end of the fall of Atlantis, there was another race of beings not from Earth that got a hold of that sphere and it caused a nuclear. They opened it, it caused a nuclear reaction. And that was the beginning of the fall of Atlantis. That was the beginning. Then, over the course of 100 years, all these comets came in. And now I view comets as the watchdogs of the universe, and they protect the Earth. If they see anybody messing with her, they're on it, they're coming. They're not gonna. Even if they crash into Earth, it's to rid her of her fleas. Right. It's kind of like that.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's a total endgame kind of scenario, though. But, yes, it's a sledgehammer. It's not a scalpel.

[Sonja Grace]

Right, but they're definitely. They're the watchdogs. Okay, so they came in, hit the Earth, land masses shifted, broke off. You know, we know the fall of Atlantis. And I saw all of this, and I thought the nuclear part of it was so interesting because I. I did not suspect that. I did not. And yet here we are today, dealing with this nuclear power, war, whatever, you know, everybody worried about what's going to happen next, and I'm like, yeah, okay, I get it now. This is as much of a cycle as anything else. It's all cyclical and it's all karmic. Everything, even this moment between you and I, it's karmic. There is no, like, why is it I just walked past 100 people in New York and I don't have any interaction with it because I don't have any karma with those people. Yeah. So it's all cyclical and all karmic. And I do feel that things are predestined. I think that we have free will and that we can definitely raise our vibration and do the things that we want to do, but we have to know and understand what our karma is so we can do those things. Within the context of that is this.

[Alex Ferrari]

Concept of karma, is that something that the Hopis also have? Is it. But it's not called karma or Is that even something that they.

[Sonja Grace]

I don't. You know, they have prophecies and they believe that we were. We came to Earth in the first world, that we were born of the Earth in the first world from Grandmother Spider. And the creator, the Masa, was there, here on the planet with a torch, and that was the only light. And there's a whole process of what happened in that first world, and then that ended. And then the second world happened and there's a whole. And then the third world happened and that came to an end. Floods and, you know, devastation. And now we're in the fourth world, and there is the prophecy that the fourth world will come to an end and that we will move into the.

[Alex Ferrari]

Fifth world, which is what? It's everything cyclical? Yes, everything's cyclical.

[Sonja Grace]

Everything's cyclical. Even our emotional patterning is cyclical. You know, we're just nothing but a bunch of cycles.

[Alex Ferrari]

Pretty much, yeah. Yeah. I mean, there's no question about it. So when you're doing the spirit travel and you've gone to these different places. Oh, so Great Pyramid, back to the Great Pyramid.

[Sonja Grace]

Great Pyramid, yes.

[Alex Ferrari]

Is that what that was? Because that's a question I've had and many people have had. They say it's a tomb. It's not a tomb.

[Sonja Grace]

No, it's not a tomb. And in both of my Spirit Traveler books, I have two out. I talk about the Khafre Pyramid in the first one and the Great Pyramid in the second one. And what I describe is they are a teleportal system. They are a transport system. The Great Pyramid was built first with the sarcophagus and the room that that is held in. That was the first part that was built. Everything came afterwards and was built over it. And I experienced it. I spirit traveled back there. I absolutely got transported off planet, and it does go to Orion's Belt. That is the transport too.

[Alex Ferrari]

So I've heard from people who have gone to the Great Pyramid and have gone inside the king's chamber that they meditate there or they'll play some music there or they'll hit a sound. And it just. The vibration in that room is something otherworldly. But many of them are like, literally the sky opens up to them, they see the stars. I've had many reports like that about that.

[Sonja Grace]

And it is sound. Part of the transport is sound.

[Alex Ferrari]

When you say that, did you ever see the movie Contact?

[Sonja Grace]

Mm, yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Is. Is that kind of what we were talking about as far as the transporting through wormholes and all of that kind of stuff.

[Sonja Grace]

Yes.

[Alex Ferrari]

I love that movie.

[Sonja Grace]

I love that movie, too. And they're remaking it. Did you know that? They're remaking it?

[Alex Ferrari]

Of course they're remaking. They're remaking everything because they have no original ideas anymore. They're terrified.

Oh, God. Terrified. Hollywood's terrified of doing anything original anymore. I know, but the original movie with Jodie Foster and Matthew McConaughey I love was not Carl. Not Carl Young, but Carl. Who's the writer?

Sagan. Thank you. Carl Sagan. He was a very spirit. It seems like he was a very spiritual dude. Yeah, he was a deep, deep guy. I mean, he was into this, obviously, as a stars and astronomer, scientists, but he was a very deep guy. I mean, you read that, you read that or you watch that movie, you read that book, you're just like, what is happening? So it is similar, though.

[Sonja Grace]

I think it's similar my experience, because I went there spirit traveling and was literally taken up. But I do believe that people have experiences of travel, time travel, or teleporting to a planet, whatever, by just being in that room in that space.

[Alex Ferrari]

Let me ask you something. When you're traveling, spirit traveling through time. So like you said, you were at the beginning of Atlantis, the end of Atlantis. This might be a very difficult question or very deep question, but how does that work? I heard somewhere that all lifetimes are happening at the exact same time. So we're. The soul is experiencing multiple lifetimes at the exact same time. So right now, as we're speaking, Atlantis is falling at the exact same time. It's hard for our little brains to wrap around it.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Can you explain how that time travel aspect of it works? Are we jumping to different timelines? Are we all the same timeline in a different place? Like I said, this is a.

[Sonja Grace]

So the best explanation I can give you is. Is I'm not. My body time traveling.

No, of course not.

It's your conscious of it. I'm in like an etheric state, almost astral traveling. No, it's not astral travel.

It's something different.

It's something completely different. I can't experience this level of travel unless I go into meditation and feel my body completely dissolving.

So that right there takes it out of the astral travel arena. Okay, so when they take me and we go, there's some crossing of timelines that's happening, but I'm feeling the air, the cold. Sometimes I wear a coat because they tell me it's going to be cold.

Interesting.

Yeah, it's wild.

[Alex Ferrari]

Your ethereal body can get cold.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. Yes, it does. I mean, I've felt it. And I come back exhausted. I think I've only been gone a half an hour. I've been gone five hours. I've been gone. I mean, it's crazy.

Are you familiar with Yogananda?

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

He would talk about this stuff, that he would. He's like, I'm gonna go away now. I'll be gone for a few days. If you need me, just come into my ear and whisper that we need you, and I'll come back. And he would go into these deep meditations and he would just be gone, just gone. He's traveling, he's going, doing. And a lot of the yogis and a lot of the gurus and swamis have talked about this.

[Sonja Grace]

You know, a friend of mine brought me back some verbudi from Sai Baba and she said, put it under your tongue before you go to bed. And so I did. And I knew who Sai Baba was. I was definitely aware and, you know, felt totally fine with him. So I did. I put it under my tongue. That night I dreamt I was. And I don't know anything about his ashram. So I dreamt I was in an ashram. And he met me. He took me by the hand and he pushed on a wall, and it popped open like a door. And we sat in this private room and we talked about, like, super deep spiritual stuff. That was, like. It was so incredible, the conversation. And then I came back and I went to see her the next day, and I said, okay. So I had this dream. I was in this place. This is what it looked like. I described the ashram to a T. And she. And I told her about the wall that popped open like a door. And she said, that is exactly what it looks like. And there is a door into a private room. She said, you were there.

[Alex Ferrari]

Interesting.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. I totally had this connection with him. It was so interesting to have that, like, be there and not feel that there was any separation between this reality and that.

[Alex Ferrari]

Sonia, I'm going to ask you something. I find this really interesting. And again, I have a unique perspective because of the amount of people in this space that I speak to on a daily basis. From all walks of life. There seems to be levels, and it's not above or beyond, just different levels where the experience, the human experience, is so distinctly different. So obviously, you and I are having a very deep conversation about sparrow travel and going to, you know, gurus, ashrams in meditation in India and all this kind of stuff. And then there's. There's people who are just like, I can't pay my bills tonight. They can't even comprehend what we're talking about. And I think all of us have been at all levels of it. Very few saints come in fully formed. They usually have to go through the process, but I'm noticing it. Even within my own life. I'm experiencing things on a spiritual level that I never could even conceive of when I was in my 20s. I mean, when I read Autobiography of the Yogi for the first time, I'm like, I stopped in chapter three. I was like, what? Biolocation? This is crazy. I'm out of here. And I just. I put it down. I couldn't. I couldn't wrap my head around it. So I've evolved to a point where I. When I finally picked it up again, oh, now I get it. Now I'm ready for it. Yeah, but you had to kind of get yourself to a level. So when people ask me about meditation all the time, they're like, oh, you know, how do I meditate? Or how can I get to these deep places? Like, it takes work.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

It takes time to meditate. I mean, I've been meditating for probably almost a decade now. Over a little bit over a decade. And when I first started, I wasn't feeling what I feel now when I go to meditate.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's. But it takes time to build this thing up. So I'm bringing this up for people to understand that just because you can't spirit travel. I can't. At least I don't think I can. Or have these abilities. We're all capable of it. It's just.

[Sonja Grace]

And I'm glad you brought this up. Please, this is really important. We are all spiritual.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yes.

[Sonja Grace]

We are all infinite souls having a human experience. We are all capable. Maybe not willing, but we are all capable of meditation. We are all empathic. We all have super duper intuition if we choose to tap into that. But this is where karma comes in. Okay. Karmically, I have had lifetime after lifetime after lifetime of being some type of healer. That's the, you know, the cross eye bear. I have to go through that and obviously work through things. Being burned at the stake and hung and all kinds of things for being a heretic. So I'm still working that out. Right. Some people have karma where they're a farmer. They're really good as a farmer. They know plants, they know the David Realm.

[Alex Ferrari]

Instant gist.

[Sonja Grace]

They understand nature. And that shouldn't be a repellent. That should be a wow, I'm good at this. I should do this. This is my purpose. Right. So we all have sort of these different things karmically that we're working through. Can everybody do what I do? No, I don't think so. Can everybody do what you do? I don't think so.

[Alex Ferrari]

Well, there are people who have different skill sets. Like, I can't play basketball like Michael Jordan.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

I just can't.

[Sonja Grace]

And I tell people all the time if you need brain surgery. Because we're all one and we're all the same. Are you gonna ask the kid bagging your groceries to do your brain surgery? I don't think so.

[Alex Ferrari]

There's skills that need to be acquired.

[Sonja Grace]

Exactly.

[Alex Ferrari]

Or cultivated. And this perfect example. I'll bring Michael Jordan back up. Is when he start. He had obviously natural talent.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

But he was cut from his high school team.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

He had to work at it. He had to develop that talent. But he had a good starting place. But that was obviously what he was supposed to.

[Sonja Grace]

And this brings us full circle back to addiction and the whole idea that spiritualism has become as big of an addiction as any addiction.

[Alex Ferrari]

Preach. Preach.

[Sonja Grace]

I'M telling you, I mean, you know, I've read this book, I've read that book, I've taken this workshop, I've gone to Joe Dispenza, I've gone here, I've gone there, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I'm still not clear about what I'm supposed to be doing or why I have this chronic depression. I hear that all the time.

[Alex Ferrari]

But Sonia, isn't it. Because when you, when you do that kind of stuff and you're constantly. And it's great, you're reading books, you're educating yourself, you're fantastic, watching podcasts, you're downloading courses, that's all fantastic. Yes, but it could be addictive because it could be a false. It's a false. The false ego, if you will, is. Is going to. I've met people like, I'm the most spiritual person. I'm the most humble person. Really, if you're saying it, that's probably not a good thing.

[Sonja Grace]

I know.

[Alex Ferrari]

So. But the thing is that it's all surface level stuff. They're not digging deep. And it's kind of like this kind of almost rat race, almost wheel, spinning wheel that you're on that you can't get off because you're just constantly doing the surface level stuff, but you're not doing the deep work. But you're lying to yourself saying, I'm super spiritual because I've got all the products that I have to have. I have the crystals in the room, I'm saging every night. You know, I have my tarot deck here, I've got my oracle deck over there, like, and those are all wonderful things.

[Sonja Grace]

They are, but they're tools.

[Alex Ferrari]

Like, anything.

[Sonja Grace]

They're tools. They're tools. And, you know, if there's one thing that my native culture really has taught me is we, yes, we need to be humble and we need to walk as what we say, a good red road. You know, we have to be mindful that other people have feelings. They matter. They need our compassion, they need our love. They might not have what you have, or maybe you have less than them, but you have, you know, your infinite soul inside of you that's guiding you. There's so much to spiritualism that, like I said, has become a bit of an addiction. People running off to an ayahuasca ceremony and then running off to do psychedelics and then smoking pot and, you know, all these things that, yeah, done in a very ceremonial way might help you open up, get to what you need to get to people with ptsd, people in military. Absolutely. But.

But we, I feel it's so important that we know what that content is inside of us, that we do that deep exploration of emotional wounds and trauma so that we can then approach that spiritual path from a place of grounded, focused perseverance.

One thing you were saying in regards to the lifetimes that you've been a healer in many lifetimes I've been told that I've been a monk and a radical and I was in many lifetimes, I was jailed and, you know, I'm sure I was a witch at one point. Many lifetimes.

[Sonja Grace]

I was speaking to, it was in Scotland. You were a woman in that lifetime and you had your thumbs and your big toes tied together and you were pushed in the moat. And, and, and if you drowned, you were definitely a witch. If you survived it, then you were killed and given a Christian burial. That's how you died. In that lifetime, being a witch. I just saw it really clear.

Wow.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. Sorry, I was like, I didn't know.

[Alex Ferrari]

You did past life, Past life readings as well.

[Sonja Grace]

I do all of it. I do all of it.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's fascinating. But I was talking to a, a guest. He was a ex military, special forces, and he's done a lot of what special forces do around the world, things like that. And he spent a lot of time in the jungles of South America. And there he would go to a village and he would meet the medicine man. And one medicine that one day he had a session with this medicine man in the jungle. And he basically asked him why. Why? He's a very deep. I love Tu. His name is Tu Lam. I love him. He has a very deep spiritual aspect to him, even being a warrior. And he asked, like, why am I like this? There was a sadness to him that he was a warrior in this life, had to do what he did as a warrior. And the medicine man said, well, that's you. That's your breed. He goes, what do you mean? He goes, it's like a dog breed. You're. You're warrior. You have been warrior in many, many, many lifetimes. That's what you know, and that's why you're drawn to it. Every single. Yeah, lifetime. So it's similar to you as a healer, similar to me as a communicator or a. I guess a spiritual person. Yeah, you're drawn to it.

[Sonja Grace]

Well, and even, you know, as a healer, what I see with people is someone will come to me, you know, I broke my leg. Can you work on the bone? I need help, you know, healing this quickly because I've got a marathon to run. No, I'm getting.

[Alex Ferrari]

I gotta go up to Mount Everest and.

[Sonja Grace]

Can you climb Mount Everest? Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

So I'm working on their leg, but I'm also looking at the cycle. And there it is.

The background. Last lifetime, killed in Vietnam. Leg broken. Quick reincarnation, lifetime before World War II. Shot in the leg, died from infection. Next lifetime, axe in the leg. It kept going where it was always the leg and always being either shattered, broken, or cut off.

So what is it? Is it a karmic thing?

[Sonja Grace]

It's karmic.

[Alex Ferrari]

It just had to constantly.

[Sonja Grace]

It's karmic.

[Alex Ferrari]

And does he have to clear something for it?

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah, I go in and I clear it karmically. Yes, I do that.

[Alex Ferrari]

And now next lifetime, he's not gonna have to deal with that.

[Sonja Grace]

Correct, Correct. And a story about that, please. Two women up in Canada called me. They said, our brother is in New Mexico. He hasn't talked to us in, I don't know, it was like 10, 12 years. And our mom is really starting to get worried because he hasn't talked to her either. Can you help us out? And I went back into the lifetime where the whole family had begun, and I Told the two, like the soul.

[Alex Ferrari]

Group, if you will.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. As a soul group. And I told the two sisters about it. And I told them in detail what happened, who each person were, what. And then I cleared it karmically. Okay. They called me the next day and they said, you're not going to believe what happened. I said, oh, yeah, I am. They called me and said that their brother, out of the blue, called their mother and said, I just had to call you. I had the weirdest dream last night. And his dream, verbatim, was the past life that I had told the girls about and had cleared.

There was a.

[Sonja Grace]

That was.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's powerful. I spoke to somebody one day. I forgot who it was, but they were telling me about a past life. And in that past life, they were in Scotland and they were giant, big muscle, you know, six, seven, giant guy.

With, you know, you know, the ax and all, you know, all that stuff. And they were in the battle and he got chopped. Chopped right here with the axe.

And they don't understand why. They just, like. They didn't. That is like, oh, it's karmic.

That's what you're dealing with from that. So in this lifetime, and I've heard this, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it, the body is a representation, karmically, of where you've been in other areas. So if you have a mole and, like, your back, let's say, and it's a big, big mole, that easily could have been a bullet hole.

That's right.

From a former life that you got shot in the back.

That's right.

Sometimes it's not painful, but it's just there as a reminder. So if you're looking at your body and you're like, oh, I've always had a kink here, or always have this, this birthmark. All that stuff comes from karmic.

Yes. Yes. I did a past life reading for a woman who was. She's a very successful singer. And in her last life, she was a singer in Singapore. And I told her the whole thing. We were doing a whole past life reading, and she got online and started looking for herself in that last life.

Because it was recent enough.

Yeah, yeah. And she found the picture and the woman and it looked just like her.

I'm not kidding. And I've read people who were on the USS Arizona when. When Pearl harbor got bombed, and they have found them. I have goosebumps They've found themselves and they look just like they look in this lifetime.

There has been some online, I've seen some doppelgangers that you look like past pictures from, like, the 1800s. And you look like. Is that Matthew McConaughey? Like, like. Is that like, actors who just, like, identical.

Identical.

They look like they're just in costume. It's fascinating.

It is. It's. It's weird.

This whole. This whole experiment, this whole journey of humanity and the soul, it. It's so deep, so vast, and we have barely scratched even. Not even a scratch on the surface of everything that's. And we're just talking about our little planet, our little. Our little blue marble in the universe. And there's so much more universe out there. It's so much a waste of space. I always say it's a waste of space if there's nothing else out there. I wanted to ask you, you. In regards to the indigenous side of you, is there any prophecies?

Yeah, to the left side.

It's that side. From your. From that. From that side of you. Is there. Have you heard or have been taught about prophecies about the future, about our time periods when, like, you were talking about the fifth. We're going into the fifth. We're in the fifth dimension. We're in the middle of it because so many people are so concerned about what's happening right now in the world. And we all feel it, you know, I mean, I've been around since the 70s. World's changed a whole lot since then. Every decade was a little bit different. Vibe in the twenties have been insane. We came in like a rocket with the pandemic. And it's just been. I think there's prophecies about. There's all kinds of prophecies. Of course, Hopi has their prophecies.

Do they overlap, though, or are they just completely off from each other? These are the prophecies. I mean, you said the Hopi have.

Their prophecies, the Hopis have their prophecy. I was thinking, you know, Christians have their prophecies.

Well, there's that.

[Sonja Grace]

Different groups around the planet have prophecies. What I see is we live in a phase of humanity. So this phase of humanity began when Atlantis fell.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right.

[Sonja Grace]

Many of us incarnated towards the end of Atlantis. We came and had several lifetimes in Atlantis. Like, oh, let me try this out. Okay, sign me up. I like it. Right, so we have this phase of humanity that's now coming to an end. Does it have to be catastrophic? No. Is the Earth a part of it? Yes. Does she have to cycle like we do? Yes. Will there be some bigger events? Yes. Can we handle it? Yes, we can handle it. But we're all slightly dialed in with some. So many lifetimes and catastrophic things happening in those lifetimes. And many of us having experienced the fall of Atlantis or Lemuria, that we're kind of bracing ourselves like, oh, God, I remember this.

Yeah, it's ptsd.

[Sonja Grace]

I remember this feeling, you know, and people are getting really amped up.

Interesting.

And so I feel it's. It's the collective. As a collective, it's up to us. And one of the elements in our soul Body, aside from divine love and peace, is hope. And it is up to us as a collective to dial into that vibration that we carry in our soul body that is called hope. And if we keep going down the doom and gloom road and we keep watching Independence Day and God knows what else we can watch, that sets us off on edge, you know, that it's all going to fall into a rubble and we're going to perish. Then we're losing the opportunity to bring hope into our children's lives. And it's our kids who need that. You know, it's like God, how long did your parents tell you Santa Claus was real? You know, and it was a bummer to find out Santa Claus wasn't real.

I know, but our kids really need that hope. And there's that younger generation right now that is trying desperately to find some reason, some semblance as to why it's worth being here. And for the parents out there who have children, man, this is so important because, you know, between iPads and phones and computers and tv, we've lost that thread to nature. And if you really want to know why we're here, we're here because of her, because of the Earth. And we're bound to her forever. We are bound to her. She may lose her body, this big beautiful blue body she has, but she'll go and find another planet and reincarnate just like we do. Her cycles are millions of years long. Ours are much shorter. But we are bound to her. So when she finds another body, guess where we're all going? We're going to go to her and have new bodies and a new experience.

[Alex Ferrari]

Do you believe that there was a lot of this generation the last 150 years? The amount of technology and advancements that we have gotten dwarfed the last 10,000 years or so, if not longer? We did it so quickly, even within our lifetimes, so much has changed so fast. Do you believe it's because of these are incarnated souls from Atlanta which had advanced technologies, which had advanced ideas that came in and like, oh, where's the phone? We don't have a phone. All right, let's get a phone going. You know, oh, what's with the horses? Everywhere. Let's. Henry, Henry, come over here. Can we get the car thing? Going, you know, does that make sense?

[Sonja Grace]

It makes sense. And I think to some extent, yes. And I am a very firm believer that there are extraterrestrials that have come and imparted wisdom to certain scientists and people on the Earth.

[Alex Ferrari]

And when you say extraterrestrials, a lot of people are like, oh, we're going into that world. But that's something that's been talked about in native cultures throughout time. The star people. It's ingrained in the cultures of that. And then also just going back to the Sumerian tablets of the Anunnaki that, you know, they decided to sit down, carve out this story. I don't think they were writing fiction at the time. At least they. I mean. You know what I mean? And all of that kind of stuff. So there is a basis for this. It's not just tinfoil hat theory. Now, this is a real old idea.

[Sonja Grace]

I went out into the field. You know, we shot a documentary called Spirit Traveler, Looking into the past to find a better future. Right. And we went into Utah and hiked way back into the.

[Alex Ferrari]

Rocks around Zion or away from there.

[Sonja Grace]

No, we were by Not Bluff. Oh, I can't think of it. Southern. It's southern Utah. So we're up in the rocks and we come to a site that's got pictographs and all kinds of stuff. Obviously, people had lived there, and there were small red handprints on the wall. Small all over handprints. And then in the middle of it, one very large handprint with fingers this long, and little suction cup, tops of the fingers. Yeah. And I think that peoples have been visited and infiltrated by star people for a long, long time. A long, long time.

[Alex Ferrari]

I mean, it's in every culture around the world.

[Sonja Grace]

It is in every culture. It is. And we compared Hopi culture and we compared Celtic culture and circular things created by those two cultures. So it's a really fascinating documentary. But this handprint is like. Yeah, I mean, you can't. I mean, I'm standing in front of it going, this is not right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Well, I mean, the concept of pyramids being around the entire planet and technically should have never been speaking to each other.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know how the Mayans were building pyramids and the Egyptians were building pyramids and the Japanese were.

[Sonja Grace]

And the giants move. The giants move. When I went to Easter island, they. Okay, so I went to Easter island, and they wanted to show me how the big heads on Easter island, they're really bodies, how they got there.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, they are. They are bodies. Yeah, they found that out now. Yeah.

[Sonja Grace]

The giants Mu who I'd met back at the Great Pyramid, they showed up, they said, we're going to take you where we come from. And we went up, just like I did with my guides. Up, up, up, up, up. And we were on a planet in the Pegasus constellation, where they come from. And there were pyramids. There were pyramids on this planet.

[Alex Ferrari]

What is about the pyramid that's so powerful? Is it the actual sacred geometry of it?

[Sonja Grace]

Yes. And the fact that it is a stable, it's like a marker. It's like a marker.

[Alex Ferrari]

Mile marker, almost.

Yeah, right. A mile marker for where that energy is collected and formulated for travel.

[Alex Ferrari]

So in other words, it's the sacred energy grid of the planet. And these.

And they're all on the Tropic of Cancer.

You read my map. I was about to say that all these pyramids. You don't find pyramids down in the deeps of South America or in South Africa.

No, you find them all around the Tropic of Cancer.

Yeah, that's where all of them are. They're all lined up around the exact same area. It's fascinating.

It is. But I think the giant Samu are the architects of those and I think they've helped humanity many times. Maybe they'll come back and help us again.

I'm curious, what would happen if they did? Like, how would we react to it?

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah, you know, well, there's a lot of things. How are we gonna react?

I mean, if Jesus came back today, what do you think would happen? I mean, like, it's. Yeah, he would not be accepted, I don't think.

Well, I think half the populace at this point would say, oh, that's AI.

I tell people all the time, that guy standing in front of you could be Jesus, it could bite you in the nose and you wouldn't know it because you are so disconnected from paying attention. We've desensitized to each other, to the human contact experience. And we're in our phones, we're in our electronics. We're starting to float away with AI now. I mean, that's happening.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, very much so. Where do you think, Sonia? Where do you think that we are going to go as a species, as a collective? Because it seems that anytime that humanity is given a new toy, a new technology, we go all in on all of it. I mean, it takes a minute to get accustomed to it, but they really go all into it. The idea of social media and the Internet, it's a very powerful tool, and it makes our lives in many ways better. But also, you know, we're more connected than we ever been, but we're lonelier than we've ever been.

[Sonja Grace]

That's right.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know, because you and I remember a time prior to the Internet.

[Sonja Grace]

That's right.

[Alex Ferrari]

And what the life in life with life was like. You know, a lot of people have been saying that peak humanity was the 90s. Like, that's peak humanity. It was right before the Internet came in.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

And people were still talking to each other that social skills. Where do you think, you know, with AI? AI is a very interesting concept, an idea. It is a very powerful tool and only getting more powerful on a daily basis.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's actually scary how fast it's growing. I mean, scoring so, so fast.

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

I see a world where, you know, we are in holodecks. We're experiencing. We're experiencing things not even just being in a holodeck. Interacting, touching, feel. I don't know how that technology would work, but I can see. I can see where that's going. Maybe in our lifetimes, maybe not in our lifetimes, but I see that for humanity. But a hundred years from now, I mean, the technology, if we survive, if we're all. If we could all just make it through this.

[Sonja Grace]

I just want a Star Trek suit.

[Alex Ferrari]

I know, Ryan.

[Sonja Grace]

I'm like, if I had a Star Trek suit, I wouldn't have to pack a bag and do all that crap.

To get on an airplane.

I love. I do really love Star Trek. And.

Yeah.

And. And the vision of the future that Gene had.

Gene Ronnemeter had was so beautiful.

Yeah.

It was inclusive, very inclusive. Every culture was represented there and, And.

[Sonja Grace]

And it was all about making peace with people and beings. Yeah, yeah.

From around. Yeah. It was just such a beautiful thing. So my question is, where do you think this is all going to go? You know, how do you. How do you. Have you seen anything? If you have. But in general, just within the next hundred years, where are we going to be?

[Sonja Grace]

I think we're going to have a complete shift in our society, how we live, what the parameters are, because many people's jobs will be taken by AI, so we're going to have to subsidize those people. People are going to have to have something to live on. And I think we're going to be sort of this combination of an organic beginning and a bit of a Star Trek kind of environment concept, a way of living. I don't see anybody perishing. I just see us having to be flexible to change and grow with what's coming. In terms of AI, you know what's.

[Alex Ferrari]

Really fascinating as you're talking about this, I just projected myself out as a soul looking down on the Earth. And we're hanging out at the coffee shops in heaven or wherever you like to call it, and we're having coffee, obviously the best coffee ever. And we're looking like, hey, what's going on down on Earth? Last time I was there, it was.

It was pretty rough down there. How's it going? And it's 500 years in the future, and I'm just looking at it from my own human eyes right now going, wow, that'd be kind of cool. Look at all the cool stuff they got going on down there. Oh, that's interesting. Where are they spiritually? Oh, this would be kind of fun. Let me go in to that. Because we have these kind of fantasies of like, what would it have been like to be in ancient Egypt.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Or in ancient Rome or in different countries at certain different times of human history.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know, in America when America was just really becoming America.

[Sonja Grace]

Yes.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know, or Europe when it was becoming Europe, or, you know, or China when it was coming China. All this kind of stuff. It's fascinating, but it's really cool to think about, like, oh, wow, I wouldn't mind. Just dive in there a little bit and have some fun. And the first time I've ever actually thought about that in that way, they're like, but that's how a soul would look at a planet or look at its society and go, that's kind of cool. I haven't experienced that before. Let me go down there and figure that out and feel it. Does that make sense?

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah, it does. It makes sense. But I think as far as the future goes, I think the wild card is the planet. And let's not forget Earth is married to the sun. And the sun will blast us a good one with solar flares to remind us who's in charge.

[Alex Ferrari]

You mean the universe doesn't revolve around us?

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. Right, Right. So I think that there's some really good things in the future. But I also, I think it's important that people not be naive to the fact that there are cycles. Here we are again. Cycles that the Earth has that are going to repeat. They will repeat. And we're living on her back, so suck it up.

[Alex Ferrari]

You never hear that term in younger generations.

[Sonja Grace]

I know, I just, I just. Myself.

[Alex Ferrari]

No, no. And, and same here. You know, as a Gen Xer, you're like, suck it up, man. Like, what's wrong?

[Sonja Grace]

I know, right?

[Alex Ferrari]

I mean, we drank hose water and we survived. You know, we had metal. We had metal slides that gave us third degree burns as we went down.

[Sonja Grace]

That's right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Monkey bars that went up six stories and there was nothing but cement at the bottom.

[Sonja Grace]

Nothing?

[Alex Ferrari]

Nothing. No soft little pieces of wood, no rubbers.

[Sonja Grace]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Boom. You broke your leg. Well, you won't do that again. Let's move on. It's. It's.

I know. We were like a. We were like a gang. We were riding our bikes all over the neighborhood and staying out until dark and.

Mad Max, totally.

[Alex Ferrari]

But when that dark hit, though, you better be Home. Better be home.

[Sonja Grace]

Yep.

Because there was no cell phones. There was no location trackers.

I know.

You know, my kids have. My kids. My kids have their friends give them their tracking.

Yeah.

Do you know that? I didn't know that was the new thing. I was like, wait a minute. You know where your friend is right now? Oh, yeah, she's. Oh, yeah, she's at the mall right now. Like, you know, my other friends at home right now.

I'm like, how do you know what is.

Because you have to get permission and you give them the trip. I'm like, yeah, you can let me know you know where I am all the time. Oh, my gosh. You and I were, like, both horrified at that right now. Like, I don't.

No, no, no, no. I was in the woods. That's where I want to be. I was hanging out in the trees.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right?

[Sonja Grace]

I mean. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, my God. The connectivity that we're talking about is so about the Earth, you know, and why we came here. And when I see people disconnecting from the planet, it like, no, that's why you're here. Go hiking. Go. You know, go walk by the lake. Go to a river. Go experience this planet.

[Alex Ferrari]

So, Sonia, if there's somebody watching now who's really kind of feels lost and uncertain about where things are going, is there any advice, any words of wisdom that you can give them to kind of deal with what's happening?

[Sonja Grace]

Yeah. First of all, we are at a very important time where a lot of things are coming together, and we can be a part of that coming together by simply raising our vibration, by sitting down and meditating. That's all that's required, is sit down and meditate. And if you don't have it in you to sit down and meditate, watch your favorite movie, watch something funny, laugh out loud, bring your energy up, because when you're in a higher frequency, all these things that are coming together will be more tolerable and will be less scary. And the last piece is we must light a fire under our hope. We must. Because as a collective, it is our hope that we'll keep the human species continuing and certainly will help our children to usher in a new phase of humanity.

But go outside barefoot and stand in the grass, stand on the dirt and get yourself grounded because it's going to help you to manage your life a lot better. It's going to lower your stress, it's going to lower your blood pressure and it's going to help you to really connect your physical body with the very energy that we were meant to connect with. That's why we're here, is because of her. So please go out and ground and keep your hope alive, because hope is everything for the generations that are coming.
