I'm doing terrific. Thank you for having me so much, Alex.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, thank you so much for being here. I appreciate you taking the trek out here to Next Level Soul Studio and feeling the energy in the room.

[Cheryl Murphy]

You know, the energy as soon as I walked in, it's like sacred, I have to say. It's holy. It's like I feel blessed. That's how it feels.

[Alex Ferrari]

Well, I appreciate that. I take no credit for that. I give the credit to all of the masters that have walked in this room and are in this room all the time. You could tell me better than others if they're standing around me.

[Cheryl Murphy]

I will. I will. Well, there's no coincidences. I'll tell you that. The reason why you're attracted to certain people, just like Yogananda, you know, there is a connection, a soul connection there, a true soul connection with you and him.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, yeah. I mean, he's literally behind me constantly, in every frame, everywhere. He's always around me. And Yoda is, too. So apparently I have a spiritual connection to Yoda.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Well, he's a good guy.

[Alex Ferrari]

He's a good. He's a very good guy. So you're a psychic medium?

[Cheryl Murphy]

I am.

[Alex Ferrari]

You're a psychic medium. How did you first discover this ability?

[Cheryl Murphy]

You know, it runs in my family. You know, if we can share that. Because the women in my family, my grandmother, my great great grandmother, who was Cherokee Indian, yeah, they all gathered around. When every time we have a family meeting, like a holiday, for example, Christmas and what have you, the women would gather and have a seance or they'd have these spiritual conversations.

[Alex Ferrari]

And. How old are you?

[Cheryl Murphy]

Well, I was very young. I really wasn't included at that time. But I would hear. I would hear them. And afterwards they'd come and sit, and you could really feel a shift happening. You could hear them talking, and you could hear a lot of nonverbal communication, too. So, I mean, I felt lighter and freer and I felt more intuitive just being around them. I learned later on in my adult life that my great aunt was hired by the Air Force, by the government to find a missing pilot and plane that they were not able to find. And you don't hear about those stories, right? So I didn't hear about it until my adult life. I asked my great aunt and, you know, she told him she'll be happy to find him, but they. They would not mention her name and any findings or how they found the pilot or plane. But things like that, stories like that, I Grew up with, wow.

[Alex Ferrari]

So at what point did you realize you had the gift? Because it does skip generations.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Sometimes it does, and sometimes maybe more female or male, even. So growing up, I first started seeing spirit at the age of three years old, right around that time.

[Alex Ferrari]

So you're literally seeing dead people walk.

[Cheryl Murphy]

I saw them as light or I saw them as a ball of light. And I felt this ball of light represented a family. So it was like a soul family coming to see me. So I'm very young. It's in the evening, and this beautiful light comes in the room. And it's like they're checking on me, making sure that I'm okay, excited for me to have this life here. And they're literally moving things around in my room, right? They move a toy around or a calendar around.

[Alex Ferrari]

You're not scared?

[Cheryl Murphy]

You know what? Everything was joyful. Everything was joyful. And this happened several times growing up. And, you know, when you're very young to tell anyone, they just think, right. You know, you're just a kid. It's your imagination.

[Alex Ferrari]

But your family knew about this stuff, though.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It was okay, though. I mean, for them, it wasn't any big deal. It was, you know, it was part of the household. Right. In our family, we were used to psychic events happening. My mom, for example, would walk in the kitchen and silverware would bend or knives would bend. So it is a little out there, but it was something to be aware of that when I stepped out of the house to go to school, for example, as a child, nobody else was talking about it, so it didn't feel like it was interesting to anyone, so I didn't mention it. But growing up, getting into my teenage years, more kids were interested, and I was happy to share my ideas, my thoughts, go into meditation with them, you know, maybe go into a little bit of a seance with them. My brother and I, who are very close in age, he's really into this too. So I knew growing up I had a support system. Oh, that's beautiful. It's wonderful. My brother and I really grew up believing about, once again, the afterlife. We read books on it. This was a conversation we loved having. My mom had all those Edgar Cayce books growing up.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, a bunch of them in the studio. Yeah.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And Edgar Cayce. And there wasn't too much material out there, you know, to learn about science.

[Alex Ferrari]

Jane Roberts. Yeah, there was a handful. There's a handful.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Just a few. But growing up with Edgar Cayce and understanding about how we're also healers. Right. So not only Is our intuition about connecting with the afterlife, but also like healing ourselves, healing our own aches and pains or our own troubles, even manifesting, which was really important. So it's pretty interesting growing up with my brothers and sisters, because to this day, my other brother and sister, they won't acknowledge that they're psychic or they're intuitive, but they are. I know they are.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, that's a fear. There's a lot of fear involved with this, especially in the world we live in. It takes a brave soul to kind of come out and say, hey, I'm gonna wave my freak flag.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And feeling that you've had past lives where you've either been ridiculed or once again, you know, burn to the stake. There we are.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, of course. Yeah. Hung, drowned, all that kind of great, lovely stuff of yesteryear.

[Cheryl Murphy]

We've kind of been hidden in the past, so it is a big deal.

[Alex Ferrari]

And that could be a reason why people sometimes ignore or just suppress this stuff. Because on a soul level, they're like, oh, last time I spoke up, I got. I got hung, I got burned, I got drowned, I got.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It's true. And that's why it's so important to be a support nowadays. It's so important to help people understand their intuition. I think people kind of buried it. You know, they don't want to know because it's fear based in some way. But it's like, no, your intuition is very powerful. And also, being empathic is very powerful. A lot of people would shy away from that growing up. So one of my goals as a medium, a psychic and intuitive is to help people understand their abilities and really help them kind of feel it within themselves. Not just always hear me helping them, but help. Let me teach them also how powerful they are.

[Alex Ferrari]

You mentioned seance a couple times. I've never spoken about seances on this show. Yeah, I'm fascinated. I mean, we've all seen the Hollywood version. You know, the table starts shaking and we're all like, the power of Christ compels you kind of stuff. But from a practical standpoint, what is the difference between. Is a seance just a bunch of mediums getting together to pull in a spirit? Or is it just a wider door to let more in? Or it's a direct communication. Like, I need Robin Williams spirit to come in the room. And couldn't you do that by yourself? Or do you. What's the power of the seance? Can you explain it to me?

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah, you know, the power of the seance is really to help the spirit world. Not that they need our help, but perhaps they could feel, you know, they could feel the energy in a home. So let me share a story with you. I walked into a bed and breakfast. Me and several other mediums, we were asked to help clear a house, for example, because the owner, which this building now was a bed and breakfast, had been in the past many other things. You know, buildings were multifunctional back then. Right. It was a hospital. It was a horse stable at one time. It was a doctor's office. So it held a lot of energy. And her having this bed and breakfast, she wasn't able to either keep clients coming in or they didn't want to stay in one of the rooms. Rooms. Right. Because it was haunted, so to speak.

[Alex Ferrari]

Where was this?

[Cheryl Murphy]

This is in the South.

[Alex Ferrari]

In the South. So the more likely. I'm gonna go on a limb here. If it's in the south, it was either Civil War hospital of some sort that a lot of death happened. I've heard this story before and a lot. Was that what that was?

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yes. A lot of coal miners we were attracting specifically also. And because it was a doctor's office who had done abortions, we were attracting a lot of that type in this multifunctional building.

[Alex Ferrari]

What years were they?

[Cheryl Murphy]

I know this was early 1900s, but even back in the 1800s. This is back before any.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, it was more barbaric.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Very much so. And.

So when there was even crime committed in this house is what we picked up on. Someone, his life had been murdered, for example. So once again, you can see all this residual energy in this place. So the seance, getting to the seance was a group of myself and other mediums, as you mentioned, to help clear this building. Not that the souls are being stuck, but to clear and lift the light of the energy. So as a seance, what we do is we definitely sit in meditation, prayer, lift our own vibration, always asking for the highest light to come, always asking for healing to happen. And not only did we attract people who had resided in that building, but even that property area, the land, the hundreds of miles away, we were once again attracting.

[Alex Ferrari]

Because it's a beacon.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Almost exactly. It was like a lighthouse, spiritual beacon.

[Alex Ferrari]

Lighthouse. Yeah.

[Cheryl Murphy]

We found out the portal was an attic, an addict latch. And for example, this is where the light, that's where the light, they went into the light. So we, what we do is we ask them if they would like help, if they would like healing. How can we clear this house to help the current owner? Because that is the goal is to help bring that home peace, bring a blessing to that home and that property. So once again we find an outlet which was the. In the attic. It was a latch happening. As soon as we said that, the latch dropped to the floor. It was like a deadbolt lock. It dropped to the floor. And then we felt this rush of energy going from the ground up. It's fascinating and I have to tell you it's in some way because we've checked back with this owner afterwards, several weeks, no problems. And meaning that the house is clean or it's blessed, it feels calm. It's not. There's not energy moving around. That's not welcome, is it?

[Alex Ferrari]

From what I understand, when energy. This is my understanding of it. Please tell me what you think and you, from your point of view is when energy, when something happens that's traumatic in a space. So murder, you know, a death of some sort, but specific murder is traumatic.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Right?

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. That energy kind of gets caught in the space. And from what I was, I was talking to another medium the other day, they said that they walked into one of these houses in the south and they're like, girl, at one o', clock, stuff's gonna happen. And he's like, ah, yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever. And he and she was like, walking around. And at one o', clock, it turned into a Civil War triage. There was blood everywhere, there's nurses walking around, all this stuff. And they were just doing their thing. It was kind of like they were stuck in a loop.

[Cheryl Murphy]

That's what happens is we're like on different planes of vibration. Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

And it just got stuck there.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It's so true. And you can even you. Other places I've worked in, you can even hear them talking in these other planes. You can hear instruments being moved around or as you mentioned, the guns or the battle going on. So it's really excellent that it's very multidimensional. Right. And it's not a grounded energy. So it does become uncomfortable or to be around. It can be uncomfortable.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's what humans feel.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yes. And if they're very sensitive, it can, you know, it can really interrupt. Interrupt your flow. It can be something that you need help clearing. It needs.

[Alex Ferrari]

So when you say clearing, what is that? So you're basically just taking a broom and. Yeah, you gotta clear them out. Like how? What does that mean? Exactly? It's like lifting the light up.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It's lifting the light up, but it is kind of a blessing that's happening. It's really a miracle in some way that we invite the spirit into the room and we invite them into the room to ask them how we can help them. It's not like we're telling them what to do or commanding them in any way. We're inviting them. We're inviting them to maybe get. Gather their own energy and clear into the light. And when we invite them into the presence, we try to ask them, how can we help you? What more can we do for you? And therefore, as you mentioned, it's like a lighthouse and more and more spirits come in and you start feeling they were looking for that sense of belonging, of connection. It is that residual energy. It is kind of like a sweeping happening, but it's more of a blessing. It's more of a lifting and it's more of a gathering. Yeah. Gathering into the light.

[Alex Ferrari]

So it's. Then do you like, when, like, let's say that that example I gave you of, you know, nurses and civil war guys, people always ask me, like, is that their soul, like, stuck there? And I'm like. And my understanding is it's echoes of this incarnation, meaning there's there, the oversoul is in a thousand other lifetimes right now, enjoying their thing. This is an echo. I use the word echo.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah, you use the Word echo. I'll just use an aspect.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay.

[Cheryl Murphy]

We could say a part of the soul, but an aspect or the echo. But yes, their soul, as you mentioned, that overlay. Their soul is complete. They have crossed over. This is a. I also call it a residual. You know, it's a part of what's left of this energy that remains.

[Alex Ferrari]

And that's what a quote unquote haunting is.

[Cheryl Murphy]

You know, it can be, you know, hauntings a lot of times are, you know. Exactly. Spirits asking for help or once again, that aspect of them wanting help or wanting us to. I don't want to say deliver a message, but it has been that way. I have worked with spirits who have asked me to deliver messages, and then it was their time, and then they went to the light. So I have met people in my world where I have done readings for people, and I have felt the energy of the home they used to live in and deliver a message to them from the home. Yes. And then once that happens, then the home somehow just feels more whole or feels more. I don't want to say clean, but it does feel like there's more light and a softness to it.

[Alex Ferrari]

You said portal. What do you mean by portal?

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah, a portal is an opening to those higher dimensions, those higher planes.

[Alex Ferrari]

And you said the latch was this. It just happened to be.

[Cheryl Murphy]

A latch is where you go and it catches you off guard. Right. You don't know where this energy is. It's almost like an outlet. You don't know where it's in. But when you're in this energy of the seance, it comes to you. It comes to you that the spirits here or what's remaining are asking for help. They're asking for a clearing. And you know that you can open up some portal and opening to a higher dimension. And it was a physical door. Yeah, it was a physical attic door. Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

To actually go to the.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah, it was incredible.

[Alex Ferrari]

Higher level. When you're doing a seance, I mean, as a medium, you're able to do everything by yourself, arguably. Right. What's the power behind having two or three or even more? And is it all have to be mediums or it could just be other souls? You know, like in the movies, you have the one medium and there's the family's all there trying to bring Uncle Bob in. Like, where's the insurance policy? We can't find it kind of thing?

[Cheryl Murphy]

That's a very good question. Well, in this seance, for example, we had the owner of the bed and breakfast with us. So it Was nice to have someone representing that property with us, you know, because that's why we're doing. That's the whole purpose of it. But having other mediums, it just happened that we were all mediums in this one group. But it is nice to have a group of people because the intention, it's powerful, you know, and that's what happens. It's exponentially, much more powerful, even maybe more helpful to make the energy transition.

[Alex Ferrari]

As a psychic medium, I imagine that when you first started hearing messages and you hear them, I'm assuming, audibly or in the mind, or do you see, like, how do you actually.

[Cheryl Murphy]

All of it. Yeah, many ways. Right. I hear mostly clairaudiently.

[Alex Ferrari]

So you actually hear outside.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Well, there is subjective and objective hearing. I hear a lot of it subjectively. Sometimes I hear it outside myself, which is objectively and then. But I also see using the clairvoyance or once again, clairsentience a lot in the feeling. Sometimes I'll smell cigarette smoke. Right. So that's like Clairol factory or, you know, you taste grandma's apple pie. Apple pie, I was gonna say. Yeah. Pasta sauce. You know, sometimes you just know things. It just drops in that claircognizance. So.

[Alex Ferrari]

So how do you know the difference? I mean, I'm sure you've kind of honed it at this point, but when started, how did you know the difference between imagination, your own self talk, your own brain talking to you, and true divine communication?

[Cheryl Murphy]

I know. It's really incredible. It's a question that is, I think, would help a lot of people to. Because I get asked that question a lot, and it's a tough question to answer because you have to trust what you're getting. So the difference for me is sometimes it doesn't sound like my voice. You know, it does sound like it's a higher power or different tone. Different tone, like a cadence? Yeah, a different. Like if it's a male loved one coming through, a departed loved one, they do sound different than me, and they feel different. The energy feels different. I usually get spirit over my right shoulder, so that's. And how I trust it is the difference between trusting your intuition and knowing it's your own imagination. It's also through practice, but it's also setting that intention. If I set the intention to connect with a loved one in spirit, I know that anything from that point forward is from the spirit world. And I get validations or confirmations from the people I'm working across from. The sitter, the recipient of that information, they can validate that. So you could also call me an evidential medium where I bring through validations and confirmation that that information's true, that.

[Alex Ferrari]

He used to walk into the cane and the cane had a horse head on it. Right. Like, things like that. There's just no way you would know.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Exactly. And you can also know if it's validation if it comes through repeatedly.

[Alex Ferrari]

Also, I could ask the spirit world to give me something else that the person, the client, can validate. And that would also be another level of validation. You know, for example, were you making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich last week? That. And you would say, yes, I can. And then it would be a confirmation from spirit. They can confirm that.

[Alex Ferrari]

I mean, because it is a fine line between being a clairvoyant and crazy. I mean, I mean, you could, you could literally, because you could like, am I listening to my voice? And you can make things up in your own mind and you could start rationalizing. I say that with all the love in the world.

[Cheryl Murphy]

I love the question because a lot of people come to me and go, oh, my God, am I going crazy? Like, right?

[Alex Ferrari]

Because most people, it's. I can imagine that. Look if all of a sudden I'm like, wake up in the morning and all of a sudden grandma's there, I'll be like, okay, yeah. Now, obviously, I'd probably react a little differently now. I have a lot more experience in this world. I'd be like, grandma, okay, is this a new thing? All right, fantastic. But if I start hearing voices of people or things like that, I'd be like, like, yeah, again, I would be a little bit different at this point. But five years ago, yeah, 10 years ago, I'd be like, different. I'd be like, what? What has happened? So it. It's. It seems like there's a lot more people opening up now than there used to be. And there's a lot more people trying to figure out what the hell's happening to them. And am I crazy or am I clairvoyant? You know, there's a fine. It's a fine line.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It's a fine line. And I gotta tell you, look, you gotta prepare to channel this high energy from loved ones. You gotta ground yourself, you know, you gotta know yourself. You gotta know your own energy first before you connect. And it does feel like not connecting with loved ones feels like you're going crazy. But people who are going through a transformative time in their life, that can feel crazy. Like, hey, the world's. You know, the ground's falling out from underneath my feet, right? The floor's dropping out. I lost my job, my relationship. What's happening?

[Alex Ferrari]

Basically, being a teenager all your life. Basically the energy of a teenager all your life. Cause everything is dramatic.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Oh, my God.

[Alex Ferrari]

The world is coming to the end all the time.

[Cheryl Murphy]

I just say, look, just hang on, right? Hang on. Hold the light for yourself. Just kind of pray, right? Hold the grounding light. Hold that grounding cord. But it is. It does feel like a little bit of craziness now and then, but really connecting with the loved ones, I gotta say, you gotta know when you step into intuition and connecting with loved ones guides angels. It's a very high vibrational experience. It's loving, it's supportive. It's something otherworldly.

[Alex Ferrari]

I know with channels, from what I understand, that they have to prepare their nervous system to handle the energy coming through, right? And it's a gradual, like almost. You gotta just kind of, you know, it's like weights. You can't lift the heavy weight right away. You need to kind of build up tolerance. Tolerance is the word, good example. You have to build up tolerance before you can't go in and bench 500 pounds.

[Cheryl Murphy]

That's true.

[Alex Ferrari]

You got to start with 50 and go and start. Because if you try to lift 500 pounds.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

You will die. So similarly, like, you can't bring in the energy of Buddha right off the bat. Exactly. You'll fry.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Exactly.

[Alex Ferrari]

So how is it for psychic mediums?

[Cheryl Murphy]

Is it something similar? Yes, it's like a muscle. It's like a psychic muscle. It's like your bicep muscle. It is all about practice, grounding, centering, meditation, sitting in the power of many people call deeper meditation. But it is. It's a practice. It's a foundation. And it's something that you have to layer. You want to practice it and create like that muscle. You want to develop it and strengthen it. Because, for example, I could connect with your grandfather in spirit. But if I develop it through a daily practice or ritual or practicing self care, perhaps I can go deeper with information. That's always. The message is to bring through their need. Like, what is the message they're trying to bring through? And to be that good medium or to be that good, you know, custodian, where I can connect and give them the message. That's the beauty of it.

[Alex Ferrari]

And from my understanding, it's not as much that. And please correct me if I'm wrong, it's not as much that you're helping the other side. It's the other side trying to get a message that is going to help us. Because they don't really. They're cool on the other side. They're not sitting there like, oh, I wish I would have told my wife this or my daughter. That's not. They're cool on the other side. They want to send that message over to heal us while we're here. Does that make sense?

[Cheryl Murphy]

You know, it does. And they are there. We have to honor their need. Right. The spirit's needs. So when a client comes to see me, they think I'm going to answer their questions, but it's like, no, I work for the spirit world. Like, I'm going to be their voice. Whatever they want to say, whatever they want to say is going to be. But I do want to tell you an experience I had. I felt like I was. I felt like when I was connecting with a woman just recently, her mom was really being helped from the other side. Her mom really came through and said, thank you for all the prayers you've been sending me. I know we didn't get along so much in the physical, but thank you for honoring me and respecting me and still carrying on such high Regard for me, it was if the mother who had passed had had an awakening in the spirit world. Like, she was able to release a lot. She was able to evolve. Right. It's all about evolving. So it's quite moving when we connect.

[Alex Ferrari]

Let me ask you this. When the soul passes over to the other side, obviously they're wrapped in our kind of personality at the beginning, I think. And correct me if I'm wrong, Alex and Cheryl. Okay? So when we cross over, hopefully not anytime soon. Like I always say, everybody wants to go to heaven, just not right now. When we pass over, we're going to have our suit on, like our personality a bit. And then my kids, if I'm gonna speak to. I'm not gonna speak to him as the Roman soldier I was five lifetimes ago.

[Cheryl Murphy]

That's right.

[Alex Ferrari]

I'll speak to them from this point of view. But a lot of people are like, so is Alex or Cheryl just hanging out at a coffee bar because they have to throw a human thing on it on the other side. But wait a minute. If there's all these other souls, other experiences happening. So at what point do I lose Alex, you know, and I'm the witch that got burned at Salem, or I was a Roman soldier. I was back in Egypt, all the other lifetimes I've been.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. I was never Cleopatra. I was the one that cleaned up the poop behind the horses that carried Cleopatra. That's who I was.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Who is to say that you are gonna lose Alex?

[Alex Ferrari]

No, that's my point. Like, I'm just. That's my question. Like, because I know these personalities that we've built are going to be part of the soul experience. There's no question. But at a certain point, let's say I'm in a lifetime 200 years from now.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Alex is not going to be there. Aspects of who I was, as aspects of who I've been, are in this. I've been told that I've. I've been burned many times. I've been in prison many times. I speak out a lot, apparently. I'm a troublemaker, apparently. And especially in the spiritual space. I've been a monk and a spiritualist, all this kind of stuff. So all this stuff makes sense to me.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

So I carried a lot of that stuff with me into this life, and I'm sure I'll carry it, but I don't have my personality from when I was imprisoned in Spain, you know? Well, tell me, tell me. We're going deep, into deep waters here, and we're going into deep water.

[Cheryl Murphy]

So you're so, so Alex, you're a soul. And what happened is in this lifetime, as Alex, you have brought in other past lives with you into this lifetime. You brought past lives that you enjoyed, that you, you know, you had a family perhaps in a past lifetime. So you wanted to recreate that in this lifetime. Right. And there are aspects to our soul where our, I think our consciousness, which this is all about, our soul's consciousness is so vast in the afterlife or in the other world, in the spirit world, that we can be Alex the dad, but we can also still retain or have those memories of other past life souls. To your children, you'll always be dad when that time comes, when you do crossover and you'll always remain that way, at the same time, you will also have all that other information available to you. So, for example, I always feel because I've had past lives in Egypt, right? We have all been there. You were cleaning up.

[Alex Ferrari]

I think I was cleaning up behind Cleopatra. Yes. I mean, I don't want to. I'm always adjacent from the famous, you know, I wasn't with Julius Caesar. I was the guy behind.

[Cheryl Murphy]

So I always feel, I always feel when I need information, I can reach over into that past life in Egypt. It's like reaching over into my spiritual library of, you know, the Akashic records, for example, and getting energy or information from that past life to help answer questions in this lifetime or so we pull from those resources, if that helps. You know, your soul is amazing. And, you know, a lot of people think it's somewhere else just to. Just to let people know, you know, the spirit world is here. We're here. We're spirit. Our loved ones are here. We're all in the same mix, so to speak. Maybe they're a thought away or they're a vibration away, but it's not that we can't create that or maintain it or reach that. We can raise our vibration. So but just they are here. They are experiencing the world as we experience them. And I think your loved ones who have passed, they're here watching you. They're helping, they're supporting. Do you feel them? Yeah, I feel them now. Yeah, they're here.

[Alex Ferrari]

Well, let me ask you. So a lot of times I hear from mediums who, like, they're coming on the show and they're like, oh, my God. There's this dude that just keeps bothering me. He keeps coming in. But I hear that from mediums that, like, if they're going into a session the next day, the relatives start showing up, like 12 hours earlier, sometimes a week earlier. They're like, oh, I know you're gonna go talk to Beth. I'm here. And you're like, dude, seven days. I know. Can you just chillax?

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah. Can you come back? You know, thanks for coming. It's so true. Thanks for coming. Come back when your loved one's here, and let's really, you know, connect. It does happen. I will pick up energies from a week prior to the event or a weekday before the reading or the morning of, and we'll start picking them through. So what I do personally is I just acknowledge, hey, I understand that you're here. Thank you. And I'll be working at, you know, that 5 o' clock that evening, like, please come back. But it is kind of a discipline, right?

It's kind of like that scene in Ghost with Whoopi Goldberg and all the ghosts hanging around in the waiting room.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And they line up and they're lining.

[Alex Ferrari]

Up and she's like, sam, what you make me do? Now everybody's here. All these, is there a Ronaldo? Ronaldo. Is there a Ronaldo in the house? And they're like, I'm here. I'm like, all right, he's here.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It's so true.

[Alex Ferrari]

Is it something like that?

[Cheryl Murphy]

All the dads come through. For example, everyone knows my dad, just to tell you, my dad, when he was alive, he did not believe in this. Not that he was a skeptic, but he hadn't had the experiences. He's like, cheryl, I believe in you. I believe you've had the experiences. But I personally. So after his passing, now with my other medium friends or colleagues, what have you, it's, Cheryl's dad's here. You know, it's like he's trying to help everyone. Like, he gets so much thrill of supporting everyone. I know. Isn't that endearment? That's sweet. I know. So even loved ones that haven't had the experience or didn't believe in this, they're stepping into the energy of mediumship.

[Alex Ferrari]

Did you, when your dad first came in, after he passed, did you go, I told you. And he's like, who knew?

[Cheryl Murphy]

No, no. But he laughed a lot about it. He said, this is pretty interesting. This is pretty interesting.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's fascinating.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah, yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

So just out of curiosity, I'm not going to ask for it, but did anyone come knocking on the door because they knew you were coming?

[Cheryl Murphy]

Absolutely. Of course. You know, Yogananda was the first out of the gap. I'm telling you, I know there's a strong soul connection with you and him. I feel like the two of you have walked before. And, you know, there is something about trading information, meaning you either wrote together or used to write for him or something about this being a colleague in some way. Not always just a student of his, but being more than that. You know, an assistant or a right hand or a fellow enlightened one. I also felt your grandmother and your grandfather come through.

[Alex Ferrari]

They always show up.

[Cheryl Murphy]

I know your grandmother is doting on you. That's kind of how I keep hearing about it. Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. That's Grandma.

[Cheryl Murphy]

She was your protector. Oh, a strong one.

[Alex Ferrari]

A very strong one. And she was also the psychic, was she? She was the. She had the gift. She had the gift, but she never. We never spoke about it. I didn't know until probably a year ago. My mom told me about this story.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It's amazing.

[Alex Ferrari]

And she had the gift, and my aunt had the gift.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And it's affirming that what you're doing now, then that's what it does, right? It affirms how you got to where you are here.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's insane. I don't even know how I got where I got it. Doesn't even make any sense. I always tell people on paper, this makes no sense.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Sense whatsoever.

[Alex Ferrari]

I'm not a psychic. I'm not a clairvoyant. I'm not a channel. And yet we do this show and it. But the more I do the show, the more I understand, like, oh, so I needed to go this.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And like, okay, well, you're following your heart. That's what's happening, right? This is all heart here. Yeah, this is all heart.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. I love. I love doing this. I love doing this. But I'm glad Grandma and Grandpa. Yeah, they always. They always jockey, too, I find. They always jockey for position. No, for position. Because sometimes, like, Grandma gets a lot of action.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Let me get in.

[Alex Ferrari]

And then Grandpa's like, enough of that. I want some action now, and I want to talk to him. And like, first of all, I don't like what you're doing with this. And it's like, this is this, and you need to cover this up. I'm like, okay, okay. That's Grandpa.

[Cheryl Murphy]

You know, you gotta hear them out. You gotta hear them out. And they have every right to kind of work off each other because it just feels like you have such a balance in your family, even, like, you know, very much respect in the male and the female side. So, you know, it makes sense that they both come through to help you. That's.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's. That's fascinating. So with all the stuff that's going on in the world right now, you know, I'm assuming you have some insight of what. Why we're going through what we're going through right now and where we're going in the next year. This has been a crazy year.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Crazy.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's been a Nutty. I mean, every year since 2020.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Exactly.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's been getting weirder and weirder and weirder and weirder. And it's like this year has been insane. And I have a feeling 2026 is not going to. Not going to let up. But can you. Do you have any understanding of what's happening to us right now, why it's happening to us? And the next year, the next five years, you know, where's the light at the end of this time? Because it's always there.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And even. Even before 2020, for example.

[Alex Ferrari]

2012.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah. You know, exactly, exactly, exactly. You're exactly right. The end of the mayan calendar.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. 2012 is when it. It started. 2012, 2016. That was another big year. I remember. But 2012 wasn't what Mayans. I think this is just my understanding. The Mayans were not saying that the world was going to end. Is the old world that we lived in was going to go right. And now we're starting a new phase of humanity. And that's what that marker was, if I'm correct.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And a new consciousness is happening, too. So, you know, there is a new consciousness. There's worldly information coming through. So how I'm feeling it is. There's a release happening. You know, there are things breaking down. You know, the financial market, the housing market back in, what, in 2018. The health industry. Good gracious. Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Hollywood, I mean, all of it's. All of it's cracking. You see it everywhere. Churches, I mean, the Vatican, I mean, all that.

[Cheryl Murphy]

They can't hold the new light that's happening. And there is kind of an explosion happening, but it's more of like an explosion of light, but it's about releasing. You know, it's not like holding on, oh, my God, we're going to be okay. It's like, no, wait a minute. You got to kind of trust your. You know, this is why this work is so important right now. You've got to kind of be grounded, trust that what's happening is shifting and that there is a good thing coming. There's a good time happening. But a lot of things, the darkness is being pointed out, for example, the darkness is rising, but also there's light in the darkness, you know, and that's why things are shifting and opening. I think the young kids being born these days are also. They're also paving the way. But I think the elders in some way are becoming even more. I don't know, they're just so much more in tune. They're more Aware, like people are more connected to their elders perhaps right now, if that makes sense.

[Alex Ferrari]

It's to a certain extent, yeah. I mean culturally it's a different thing here in the west, but like in Japan, in South America and those kind of cultures, they are a little bit in other areas, of course in the world too. Please don't leave comments that are really family orientated and they're starting to look at their elders in a different way. The kids today are coming in wired.

[Cheryl Murphy]

They'Re coming in way knowing more than we are and they're here to help balance or rebalance. So what's also happening with that release work is there's a unity happening. It's about, you know, connecting with each individual and not only people, but connecting with Mother Earth as well. You know, we have to not only take care of her, meaning we have to ground ourself to her because she is part of this exchange happening or this awakening happening. So not only are you and I and everyone going through transformative times, but the Earth countries are going through transformation. Animals are the animal world, the plant kingdom, everything is being shown more light. And that's what's so interesting is the eyes that you and I have, right? We have our physical eyes, we have our spiritual eyes, but I do feel we're going to be seeing more light coming in, meaning that we're going to be seeing even new color, if that makes sense. It's not just the shades of the rainbow, for example, but there's more differentiation and how we're seeing and perceiving information coming through and the consciousness coming through in the new world. I feel, I almost feel like there's more than one Earth, right? Have you heard that before? There we are, the multiverse. Multiverse.

[Alex Ferrari]

I believe so.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay. So you and I are in the same timeline. Never happened. Never. It never happened. He never worked for Publisher's Clearinghouse. He never did any of that stuff. He never worked for any of those things. He worked for another company called, called American Family or something like that. But he didn't do the check to the door.

[Cheryl Murphy]

He didn't do the check.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's what they say. But yet if you look up on YouTube, he did guest appearances on 80s sitcoms as himself coming to the door with a million dollar check and a camera.

Okay, so what the hell is happening?

[Alex Ferrari]

So that's a perfect example of the Mandela effect, that there's two different realities.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Well, there's more than two.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, there's more.

[Cheryl Murphy]

But that's, that's the, that's the point of view. Look, we're getting. So what's happening is we're getting deep into consciousness work right now. We're getting to deep awareness with people right now. And if they need to have a sense of self, they need to have a sense of gratitude to stay grounded. I even feel in the future anger is going to be shifted out. Like we're learning other values. We could say in some way we're learning more about the heart being our guide. We're learning more about that. You and I can be leaders, as you already are with this amazing podcast you have. You're welcome. It's such a privilege and to also honor that each one of us is our own master. Learning. Right. Rather than having all of these subclasses or these, we're also once again moving into the unity. Feeling is how I'm working it away from dogma. It's becoming more of a. It's like letting more of the higher vibration step into our path and learning to lean on them. So we're leaning on more of a trusting. A trusting feeling. We are. And learning to have faith. You know, it is walking into that mystery. Right. Living the unknown. That's where we are right now.

[Alex Ferrari]

I think that's why everyone's just terrified.

[Cheryl Murphy]

A lot of fear.

[Alex Ferrari]

Because everything is. Everything is changing so rapidly. AI is taking, not taking over, but in the sense that is becoming a major part of our lives. Kind of like when the Internet showed up.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Exactly. It even more. So much more so. And AI can be a full on inspiration. It can be a full on. Right. It can be a full on healer. Like I feel AI moving into learning, you know, helping people with illnesses. Right. Finding those answers.

[Alex Ferrari]

It could find a cure for a disease or help people understand their body better. Things like that.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It's.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know, but a lot of people think of Terminator or the Matrix, you know, like that's, that's, that's where it's all. It's a tool. Anything. It's like anything else. I use the example for people that people are like, everything's changing. Everything's moving. I'm like, for our, you know, for generation, your generation and my generation. Sears.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Where is it?

[Alex Ferrari]

It's gone. Sears was around for over a hundred years.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It was the only thing out there.

[Alex Ferrari]

It was, it was an institution.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know, you could argue Blockbuster, but Blockbuster was only around for a few decades. You know, 20 years, 30 years, something like that. That.

[Cheryl Murphy]

But Sears, yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Was around for. Since the 1800s.

[Cheryl Murphy]

They sold houses. Yeah. You could buy a house, $3,000 or something like that.

[Alex Ferrari]

And they would ship it to you. They would, they would just ship it to you. They would ship you a house and you just Build it like insane, insane stuff. But that's a. That's a perfect example of an institution that. That just left. And there's so many of those. You know, you look at the Vatican, you know, different. A little bit different than Sears, but you could see the cracks.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah. Will the Vatican may be slower to change.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, they'll be the last to change.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Are you kidding?

[Alex Ferrari]

They'll be the last to change. They'll change, but they'll be the last to change.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And that too is quite a movement happening, you know. So look, Sears. Let's go back to Sears. A lot of people now are afraid of their jobs. They're afraid of. I mean, they could lose their job because it's a real iffy universe happening. So the goal right now, what I'm seeing happening once again, it's the release happening of holding onto what was or what is for people, understanding that there's different sides of us opening and awakening. Like we can do more than just this nine to five feeling, for example. We can do more healing work. We can work with other realms. We can work with other dimensions. And perhaps that is that awakening happening. Like the children and have it these days that they're going to become our teachers. Oh, yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. My kids are among. Annoying the hell out of me. They are teachers. There's no question. It's.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah. And people are opening up to their empathic abilities. You know, they're opening up to their intuitive. And that is very fearful for people. They're like, what's happening? I'm hearing, I'm seeing, I'm feeling, I feel the room. And, you know, and it's actually that superpower that I want to tell people about. Look, we have to ground your energy into Mother Earth. We have to put you in your body. A lot of people are out there. A lot of people are walking around the planet, you know, two or three inches above the planet because they're all up in their mental energy. They're in their headspace.

[Alex Ferrari]

They're calling the drama. Well, it's Plato's allegory of the cave. They just keep looking at the shadows on the wall.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It's so true. Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

That's all they're doing.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And then that's being manifested. Right. That's what's happening. And we have to really understand that. Mindfulness, patience. Right. Each day is new, each moment. Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

You've been in this space for a long time and you've seen a change in the last 20 years, 30 years. I mean, it's very different. Than it was before. What do you feel about this whole, this industry, this space, this niche of spirituality? Because there's a lot of amazing people in it who are doing good work. And then of course there's the other others who are doing it for egotistical reasons or, or for just purely for money or not really trying to shine light in the world, not trying to really lift it. Maybe fear basing, you know, doing fear based stuff as opposed to love and light. What's your take on all of that from, from your point of view of seeing it change?

[Cheryl Murphy]

I have. Well, I'll, I'll go back to, you know, with me going to school. Like I didn't. This conversation wouldn't have happened in, in my schoolyard, for example. So that's how it was growing up. And there weren't many places to study this. And for me personally, I wanted to work with like minded people. Like I'm looking for my tribe growing up, going where, where are you? I was not in the world as they are today. It's much more mainstream. But at the same time I want to tell you I feel for me personally, it's my vocation, like it's a calling. I don't know if everyone has that same goal in them and so if it's for the highest reason. I really think there's a lot of integrity with mediums today. There's still the other side. You know, you have to watch out for frauds, you have to watch out for people at carnivals. At carnivals, you know, the.

[Alex Ferrari]

Nothing's wrong with psychic carnivals, but generally.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Speaking, or you know, you have to, you have to take everything with a grain of salt.

[Alex Ferrari]

If there's a crystal ball you should run.

[Cheryl Murphy]

You need to take pause.

[Alex Ferrari]

You need to take pause and say I'm not.

[Cheryl Murphy]

And that's where intuition comes in and that's where referral comes in. But there's still an amazing presence of mediums lifting this light. And I like to put myself in there about, you know, working with people who have high integrity and not only mediums but you know, healers. Oh my God, so many amazing healers and light workers, you know, channelers, as you've mentioned, there is this force or this movement raising this planet. So it is about kind of going through the weeds and weeding them out. But once you kind of discover and programs like yours are out there. Absolutely. To lift that vibration of the planet with integrity and mindfulness and compassion and understanding. So I think if you reach for those or if you're going for that, you're more likely to find someone or find a group. That's why I started my healing prayer circle was to create a community of like minded people because I didn't have that growing up. So I wanted to give other people that offering of, hey, look, you can come here, we can talk about this, right? We can pray or meditate together. And that's really such an amazing energy now that's being created.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, that stuff didn't really exist at all.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Much more mainstream. And once again, there's books everywhere. They're making, you know, Ghost. The movies are out there, which is Hollywood. Some of it's Hollywood, but Ghost is more ghost. I mean, is more tuned in. We'll see.

[Alex Ferrari]

I just watched, I just watched it again probably a few weeks ago, actually watching with my daughters because I hadn't seen it ever. And I'm like, you gotta watch Ghost. Because they're fans of like those 80s heartthrobs.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah, yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Cuz they're like, there's nothing like those guys now. I'm like, yeah, Patrick Swayze's not around right now, in his prime. I mean, you know, Patrick and all those guys back in the day. So they watched it and I was watching it, I'm like, my God, he. He nailed the lot. And I know, yeah, I know Bruce, who wrote it, he won the Oscar for it. And I know the backstory of the whole. How he came up with it and his whole spiritual journey. He's a Tibetan. He's a Tibetan meditation teacher now, but wonderful. But you could see that he got a lot.

[Cheryl Murphy]

He got a lot right. Because Whoopi Goldberg is also evidence. I mean, she's providing evidential information that.

[Alex Ferrari]

She was an evidential medium.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Can confirm. And then once again, the trance channel, as you mentioned, she starts hearing everybody in the room and calling out names and really setting that intention. I think she did. I think she was that miss. You know, I think he did get it right with, with connecting with this, the departed spirit coming.

But I love that she was a charlatan at the beginning.

That she didn't believe.

No, she wasn't. She wasn't a real.

She was just. She was acting out for the buck.

And that is, I'm hoping what I'm trying to do with the show is to put that kind of light on this kind of work because it's been bastardized by Hollywood and also just from reality because that's what it was with the whole gypsy vibe and you know, the crystal ball and all of that kind of vibe where people, it was, it was laughingstock almost. And that's why people never normal, mainstream, never took it seriously. But there's so many people like, you know, mediums like you, evidential mediums like, like you, who are professional, who dress professionally, who speak professionally and that you can't argue like is she nuts? Well, if she is, she's well put.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Together. Well, let me tell you, she speaks pretty well. I mean, give me a second here. I have an amazing set of beautiful mentors and instructors, and I gotta tell you, I have learned from Spirit so much. They're an amazing teacher of the spirit world. And. And as you mentioned, the fear and the taboo, you know, that's what it was, is the psychic. The word psychic meant so many different things back then. It was a darker energy, or it was something to fear, or it was against my religion. Right. It was against a religious.

[Alex Ferrari]

Belief. It's the devil's work.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Obviously. There we.

[Alex Ferrari]

Are. You are the devil. So am I, obviously.

[Cheryl Murphy]

So. Yeah. So what we've learned and. Well, what we've learned is, you know, the Bible is probably the most metaphysical book out there. Right. And so. But, you know, it's all. Maybe on how you look at it, but it's really through experience. And that's what I do in my mediumship, is offer validation and evidence to support that I am connecting with your loved one and to bring you the feeling. My goal always is to help people connect with their loved ones heart to heart. Right. Help them feel like, oh, my God, this is possible. Your loved one can be right here. You are receiving the signs or the tap on the shoulder or the smell of their fragrance in the room. Like, that is your loved.

[Alex Ferrari]

Ones. I remember when I was. Was. You know, when I stepped my toe into this space as a podcaster, I was terrified. Terrified, because I was. I had. I had a real. Real business. I had another.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Business.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. That was in the filmmaking world. And I. I was forced into this by my. My spiritual mentor, Connie, and she's like, you need to do it. You need to do it. I'm like, all right, whatever, I'll do it. But I was terrified. And I literally, for the. I mean, I stopped. I don't know if you knew that, but I stopped.

[Cheryl Murphy]

For.

[Alex Ferrari]

No. So I started Easter of 20. 20.

[Cheryl Murphy]

21.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay. And I would do an episode a week, maybe one every other week, and it turned into once a month. And if anyone who's buffing following me, they know I put out content like.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Water.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay? So I. At our peak, we were doing four to five episodes a week. So I was pretty good. Not bad. It's insane. Don't. I don't advise. It's a lot of work, but I kind of dipped my toe into it. And then I stopped for three months. Three or four months, I just stopped the whole show until Connie yelled At me. And then.

[Cheryl Murphy]

I. Yes, you were being called.

[Alex Ferrari]

Back. I. She yelled at me, and I went back in and I went hard and into it. I took the deep. The leap of faith. But for the first year and a half, I didn't have a psychic on. People can go back to the first hundred episodes. Not once. I don't think. Maybe. I don't. I don't even think James. Because I had James Van Prague on. I think he was. He might have been one of the first ones because he was very popular. Obviously, he's very reputable. But I didn't have psychics on. I didn't have psychics. I didn't. Mediums. I had channelers on because I knew channelers, and I felt comfortable with.

[Cheryl Murphy]

That.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. Psychic mediums. And I did not talk about angels. Like, I would never talk about angels, but I'm like, that's just crazy talk that you're talking to angels. Come on. So it. Even you could see the progression of me of, like, trying to open up and allow myself to do it till I finally started allowing psychics on and mediums on. And because of what you said.

[Cheryl Murphy]

That whole, like, yeah, yeah, like, oh.

[Alex Ferrari]

God. Oh, no. I'm like, I don't want to go down that road. So it's. It's really interesting if you go back and look at those episodes, you know, I was very. I was. I was still.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Scared. Yeah, you were.

[Alex Ferrari]

Evolving. I had.

[Cheryl Murphy]

To. Your soul was evolving and you were being called to spirit nudging you like, hey, hey, get some more people on. You know.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. I was doing near death, a lot of near death experiences. A lot of things that were safer in this space, you know, but still on the outskirts, obviously. But, you know, when you have a channel coming in and channeling on the show, you're definitely not mainstream. But it took me a minute to kind of open myself up. So I use that. I use that as an example for people to kind of understand that this is a process. Like, even you, I'm assuming when you first started, it took a minute to start. You took steps. It just didn't show up. And like, all right, everyone, I'm a psychic now. Let's roll.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Up. Hey, look, it's so true. Because, look, I was pumping a lot of energy through me, too, in my early days where I had to take a break. You know, it's like, hey, I need to manage this energy coming through. I need to take a break, set it down for a while, and then spirit would call me back. And then, you know, my Mediumship would evolve. I went from, you know, not only connecting with departed loved ones. Ones, but then it stepped into departed pets or living pets, and then it stepped into medical intuition, and that's what spirit was guiding me towards. Right. And then I was helping find missing persons for a while there.

[Alex Ferrari]

Also. That must be tough work.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Though. It's lovely. It's.

[Alex Ferrari]

Hard. I was going to say it has to be tough work because if you don't find them, it's hard. Or if you find them too late. I got to believe on a psychological st and an emotional standpoint, it must be.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Brutal. It's hard and it's a lot of work. Meaning it's a lot of psychic work. You've got a really. It's like remote viewing, you know, which, you know, you know, doing. We did latitude longitude locations with Google Earth, you know, trying to help locate missing persons and. But yeah, but my mediumship has evolved, you know, where I'm working more with students and teaching more. And I'm finding my. I'm teaching different things. I'm teaching energy transformation sessions now, which talks about our energy field. So not only because I'm a medium and an intuitive, a psychic, but I'm also. I have this energy, right. My aura. So how do I take care of this as a medium? And so then now I'm teaching that to other people. Like, look, you don't have to be a medium or a psychic, but you gotta learn to practice self care because you're an energy being. You're an energy being who's probably intuitive, right? Or, you know, you're intuitive. Especially those empaths that are opening up, they're super sensitive. You gotta know how important grounding is, how important it is to connect. Connect with mother Earth, keep your feet on the earth. And also how to be aware and practice self care with your energy field. Like, you know, don't drain yourself. You know how people work too hard or you're.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Yeah. They run themselves to the ground. Is that what they.

[Alex Ferrari]

Say? Yeah, that's. I've been on the ground a few times. I'm trying to figure that out myself. Another thing that took me a minute to have on the show was people who spoke to animals in a psychic way. Because I was like, that's crazy talk. Why are you talking to your dog? That's not. That's not like. So it took me a minute to kind of wrap my head around it. So I wanted to. Let's go into the. To the animal aspect of things. I love it. I'm fascinated by this because, I mean, I have animals. I've had. I've had. I had a.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Dog. I know. I felt a dog. With your grandmother and grandfather. They all start coming in, so I'm like, oh, there's the dog. And. Yeah, your.

[Alex Ferrari]

Family'S. He's a little too, right? Was he a little dude? You don't feel.

[Cheryl Murphy]

That? I didn't really feel size at the moment. I wasn't really going, but I felt anatomy. But there's a high energy. And I feel them usually around the waist or below, you know, because this is where they hang out, you know, or if they jump in your lap or if they jump up on you, or if they're laying down in the corner, I kind of feel their energy, what they're.

[Alex Ferrari]

Doing. I had a dog that had medical issues and for probably about three or four years of his life, and I had to take care of him and was in my twenties and all that stuff. And it's fascinating. It's fascinating. He was my. He's my companion since I was 18. And then I met my wife, and then I brought him over, brought her over to meet him. And the next day he left. He's like, oh, thank God someone else is here to take this guy on. He's a project. He's a project. Good luck to you.

Yeah. No, no, he needed to go. I probably kept him alive longer than he needed to be, to be honest with you, because I didn't want to let him go, but. But that was. I found that so fascinating. And he has come in multiple times when in medium sessions that I've had with. With friends who's like, you have a dog? I'm like, yeah, he's here. And he always hangs around with my.

Grandparents. Is that right? You know, and what happens is, you know, animals, their souls are magnificent, I think. You know, of course, animals are underrated. And, I mean, I just. They're going to be so much more respected in the future. And they're a soul, just like you and I are a soul. And they're a guide for us. I would say, ask your pets, living or departed, they are a soul. Ask them for help if you need it. Ask them for direction in your life, like, work with them. They are here to help.

You? I gotta tell you, it's a pure energy and it's one of delight and one of non judgment. And I have. And so animals that are living, how I help people in that way is people, they may have a behavior problem or the owner doesn't know if they should get the animal and bring them into the other family of animals or. One time I had a woman work with me, she had race horses, but they kept injuring themselves. And so I worked with them. Their legs would keep getting injured. And so we had to work with them on an emotional level. And then once she corrected them, they started placing. We'll just call it that. So I do actually. I help animals communicate. Even if they know that their loved ones are departed for those that are still living. The animals, the humans and the animals, if they have a departed parent, we'll just call or human that departed. The animal stays to help the others heal or mend. But it's funny, you know, because I was working with an animal who's talking to me about a dental appointment. He's like, you know, I got to go to the dentist. And I tell the owner that, she's like, oh, I know we have an appointment. And they look at me, the owner looks at me like, I know that, you know, this is your animal. Confirming it takes them a minute to. Oh, my God. You just got that information from my.

Animal. How did you know.

[Cheryl Murphy]

That? Oh, my.

God. There's a. I have a cat. I have two cats and one of them is terrified all the time about everything. He's a scaredy cat. Literally the definition of a scaredy cat. It took him about three years to get warm up to me because I was the male voice. Anytime he hears a male voice, he's like under the bed. The other one, complete opposite. It's just like he'll go with anyone who has some food. Yeah, he's like, hey, how you doing? You wanna go? Yeah, yeah. I was always wondering, my wife and I always join, like, what happened to this? Because we had him since six months. So did he get traumatized in those first? Because with us, he came to us. I mean, when he first came to the house, he was under the.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Stove.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. He snuck in and he would like, he was terrified all the time. So I was always wondering, like, did he. Is this a lot of Pat's life. Is it like, what is.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It? Well, I, you know, and I. My eyes tear. I just want to tell you, because sometimes when you're in a high vibration, like your space, you know, it does bring. It does make me kind of weep because it's so beautiful here. So just to tell you. And so I just want to say, look, your cat may have brought in a past life, but honestly, they are seeing spirit, but they're not afraid of the spirit. I feel in some way, they've never been treated with the love that you and your wife are offering them or your family. It's almost like I'm afraid of. I've never been in this situation before, but I do feel they brought in something from a past life. I do want to say also, the male energy that you're talking about, that could be the trauma thing as.

[Alex Ferrari]

You'Re mentioning, because it took a long time. He's cool with women. Like, women. Like, even when women come over, he'll get scared for a minute, but then he'll relax. But if he hears a deep voice.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Gone. And it could be that you and this cat had a past life together, I don't know if you ever feel that, but it's like, oh, sure.

[Alex Ferrari]

Sure. That makes a lot of sense. But he has. But he's. He's basically one of my daughters, his.

Cat.

[Alex Ferrari]

Okay. Like, that's his safe space. And she's the. The most energetic. He's the quietest. And she's the most energetic of the house. So she's like, you know, kind of, like.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Playfully.

Yeah. And like, out of everyone in the house, you chose.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Her.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yep. Like, you chose.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Her. He's her protector. Right. So he gets to be that masculine energy. Right. So another masculine. Around the house is a little bit.

[Alex Ferrari]

Hey. And he is.

Masculine. Stay in your territory. Like, what are you doing in my space?

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. Interesting. Interesting. So. So then how do you. How do you communicate with animals on the other.

Side? Of.

Course. Yeah. Have crossed. Like, do you have a. Like, is it. Obviously, there's a translation. They're not. Woof, woof. Obviously, there's a whole other conversation going.

On. Well, once again, they are a beautiful soul, and they'll communicate with me through sending me images in my clairvoyance. They'll. I'll hear once again, using my clairaudience, or I'll get a feeling. And I want to tell you, the owners, you know, I just have to say, sometimes when we lose our animals, people are. I mean, it's very traumatic to lose Your best.

Friend. It's actually sometimes worse than losing a.

Human. It's very much so. So we have to really, with any reading I do, it's with integrity and respect for any individual. But animals are in some way a deeper connection. In some way they serve their purpose. I will tell you. And it's no coincidence, however you get your animal, whether it's through, they're a stray that comes in front your front door or it was given to you or you, you, however it comes to you, a shelter they're supposed to be in your life, they have picked you. Usually people have had past lives with their animals in other ways. I know that one of my animals, I was a war veteran and this animal was kind of in war with me because animals used to go to war, right? Horses and dogs, of course. Yeah. So. So how we communicate with animals who have passed is you really have to step into their energy. You have to be very surrendering, right? You have to really surrender your energy, really offer them, invite them in or invite them to connect with you. And then you just start off a little bit at a time. And then sometimes their personality will grow. But it is kind of a telepathic, I'll say, a telepathy way of connecting with them. And once again, they know their. They know their humans better than the humans know themselves. They know people better than we. We give them credit.

For. That's, that's, that's pretty remarkable. Now, when you're doing this kind of work, Cheryl, how do you protect your own energy? Yeah, because this is a. Everything we're talking about is a.

Lot. There's a.

In. As. As my daughter's like, there's a lot here, Daddy. You're a lot. So how do you protect your own energy from. From spirits, from all this kind of.

Stuff? And one thing I teach people is also how to. How to show people how to strengthen their energy. So when I, when you talk about protecting myself, I feel that, look, if I, If I stay healthy and energetically fit or strong in my orc field, or if I practice, you know, being a good person in the world, if I, you know, try to have a good outlook on life, if I try to eat well and live that balanced life that I pretty much am, and if I meditate, I'm. I'm pretty much holding a higher vibration. So I'm really, as far as protection goes, I mean, naturally, I just pray every day. You know, these things are natural for me. So when I step into a reading. I'm always asking for the highest good to come for someone. I guess that's my form of connection. Connecting before I begin my work is I say, look, let me just be of service. Let me bring through the highest good for someone. For the highest good for what? On their next step in their spiritual journey. And then for me personally, I have to make sure after I finish working with someone that I take the time to show appreciation and gratitude for spirit, but also for my physical body, my mental body. Like, I have to really rest, you know, drink the water, enough water, eat properly, really just kind of come down. We'll call it that. But it is about being gentle with yourself, not judging anything. Right. Because when people start judging, they're kind of lowering the vibration. We'll just say that. But yeah. So for protection, it's about holding enough light through prayer, meditation, you know, looking for the light in others.

[Alex Ferrari]

Perhaps. I wanted to ask you, going back to the animals, do they.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Evolve? My God, they evolve. And we're so lucky that they help us.

[Alex Ferrari]

They. But is that like kind of a. Like. In other words, humans are here, Animals are at a different wavelength. Not lower, higher, just different. Do they evolve to another, higher level? Or do they just. Like. That's the lane I pick. Kind of like angels. Angels picked up being an angel. And they're not generally going up and.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Down. You know, animals evolve and they reincarnate and come back and see us again in another lifetime or as another animal. So, absolutely, there's still lessons to learn, or there's still things to.

[Alex Ferrari]

Do. But do they evolve past the.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Animal? I do believe. I believe they're still evolving to higher planes. I know they're filled with unconditional.

[Alex Ferrari]

Love. That's what they're.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Hearing. But I still feel like they're. I still feel like they're reaching. They're reaching on ways to love more. We could call it that.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. Because they're pure love. Anyone who's ever owned an animal, or not owned, but had an animal in their life, they understand it's just pure love. Curiously, though, there are animals who are not pure love out there, just throwing that out there. Now, it could. Now, when it comes to domesticated animals is, you know, that could be trauma or could be other things. Right. But a tiger or a bear or a polar bear, not so cuddly, but that's just a natural instinct. So what's their energy like? Have you talked to a polar.

Bear? You're making me wonder. I think I've. I don't know if I have. I think horses may be. Horses and rabbits. I think maybe more.

Domesticated. Yeah. They're more closer to.

Humans. So the wilder the animal, the wilder the.

Pie. It's our vibration that we have to tune in to match the theirs.

But his mom worked with animals, and they had a wild. In a zoo, they had this gorilla that would not. He was like. He heard. He'd heard a zookeeper already, and they didn't know what to do. Like, they. They didn't have a tranq with them, so they were really freaking out. And they called his mom, and the mom comes. She said, apparently she works with.

Animals.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. And she shows up and she's like, open the gate. Like, ma. Ma', am, we can't open. Open the.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Gate. Oh, my.

[Alex Ferrari]

God. Walked in like that, and like, don't. He's already hurt two zookeepers. Like, open the gate now. They opened the gate. She walked in. It's a silverback. Starts doing, like, his thing to show his.

Power.

Sure. And she yelled at him like a.

Child.

Really? And he's like, you stop it right now and get. And Josh was like, I'd know that tone if I were him. I'd calm the hell down before something goes.

This. Animals know. I mean, you think the animal could have gone the other way, could have gotten angry at her, yelling at.

Him. But she knew with one. Yeah, one little swing of that.

Silverback, and she's done, like, that Crocodile Dundee thing where he does that with the.

Dog. Oh, the Crocodile.

Yeah. Right. It's so true. It's the. You have to tune into them. You have to tune into them. And because she hangs out with animals, especially wild Animals and probably, probably you know, rescuing animals, you know, she didn't play. You gotta be on their, their turf, you.

Know. Now when you're doing a lot of these healings or psychic work, do you ever take on the pain? Yeah, you know, like the, the pain, not just the story like, oh, your grandma died in a horrible accident. Not that.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Actual. Yes, fortunately not. I have taken on enough to know. So spirit gives it to me with my permission. You know, I mean, we. If it's ever too much, I will say something. But they give the information. If the person passes from the heart, for example, I feel the. I feel the information in the heart, we'll call it that it does feel pain or discomfort and then more. And then I go deeper with that and I realize it was what, what condition it was around the heart that they passed. And then as soon as I mention it to my client and get the confirmation, it's being released. It's like you have the information or the pain long enough to notice it, to deliver it, and then it is released. But to leave a session with a client and take that pain home with me, for example, I have not. And that is absolutely part of practicing. You know, the ethics of what we.

Do. Everyone. I always tell people, just because they have a gift doesn't mean they're.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Ethical. Yeah.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah. Like in any, like in any, any field, just because they're good at something or have a gift in something doesn't mean they're good.

People. I know, I know a really. And they put. And they. I know my friend of mine, right, she got a reading from someone in a small town. And you know, a lot of people get steered the wrong way for the money, right? If you give me X amount of dollars, I'll get rid of something for you, what have you. There's a curse, so which I can.

Address. I was going to ask about not only curses, but dark energy and psychic attacks and these kind of things. I was raised. I'm Cuban, so I was raised in that world in the psych. Like my family. The Cuban culture is very Afro. Afro Cuban. So a lot of. Not voodoo, but there is something called Santeria, which is like, like black magic, dark magic, white magic. So like I have a cousin who's wears white all the time, okay. He's a white priest and he takes care of the white. I'm not sure if he's still doing it, but he did it for a while to protect against curses. And they call it like anytime you're like, you're going through stuff you say, oh, I need a limpia limpiesa, which means I need a cleaning. I got all this stuff. There's stuff on it. You need someone to clean that off you. Is that like, what's your take on all of that? Because a lot of people, Hollywood's obviously built that whole thing.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Up. Yeah, right. Yeah. Yeah. Well, so look, clearing your own energy. So as a medium, I do clear my energy field before I work with someone. Right. Do I believe people can get psychic attacks? And the karma. And the karma or the dark light or the whatever that is. I really believe that, that it's like you said, it's maybe more Hollywood or naysay, it's more of an older energy. I do believe a lot of people right now are of a higher consciousness. Just in general. I don't believe that energy is once again, it's the fear that attracts people. Right? They're like, oh, my God, she's sending me. I'm getting psychically attacked. It's like, no, you just need to know that you are all powerful and that you are made of the light and that, that, that won't even affect you or get near you. And because it's something in the conscious brain, I think that is more entertaining to get a psychic attack in some.

Way. It makes you feel.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Important. Yeah, it makes you feel like it's not your. And then you can give your power away, you know, because it's then.

[Alex Ferrari]

You know, like someone else is doing.

[Cheryl Murphy]

This. Yes, someone.

Else. Someone else has cursed.

Me. Yes.

Yes. So I need, I need, I need to go to you to get this curse.

Off. Right. And then someone may take advantage of. Of.

No. So but what we do is we have to show people their own light. We have to say, look, you have the power. You can manifest what you think, feel, and that can change. You know, that can change. Look, if you think unkindly of someone or if you don't, if you wish people ill will, I mean, you're just attracting that yourself. So wouldn't you want to wish good people well, wouldn't you want to be wanting to attract loving, giving people in your life, then you must also be that.

Example. Would it be kind of the equivalent of like a walking master who's on earth now? Like, let's say a yogi of an advanced soul. Advanced yogi, or you know, just Yogananda is still walking around right.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Now?

Absolutely. Let's say Yogananda is alive right now. There's no one who's going to be able to.

Right. They're not going to be able to throw dark energy their way because there's so much light that they just. That's not even a.

Radar. And if they believe, let's say, let's say I'm walking around the street and I believe that I can get cursed or dark energy or anything like that. Well, you're kind of doing it to.

Yourself. You go looking for.

It. You go looking for it and you're kind of doing yourself. But you. They have. People have to understand that they have the power themselves to repel all of that. It's similar to. And now this is what I love what I do because I kind of see the. I connect the lines between all these different kind of guests. When near death experiencers who have had darker experiences, which is rare in near death experiences, but darker experiences from their own point of view, they're like, oh, I needed to go through that because that's what I believed when I died. I was Catholic and I wasn't. I didn't feel good enough about my myself, so I had to go through a hellish experience. But the moment in that hellish experience they go, I need help. Can someone help me? Yeah, all that, all they have to do is say that. And then a light shows and everything scatters. Jesus or an angel or a grandma or someone with light comes in and it just takes them out. Would you.

Agree? Right. Because we are. So we go looking for the dark because we're were interested. It's entertaining, you know, it's entertaining for some people. They like the drama of it, not knowing that they're their own creator. Right. We're co creators of the universe. Right. So but once they learn that, hey, I can attract better things or maybe I don't want to attract problems my whole life, you know, or things that weigh me down. And I understand that I am my own power, that I understand that I the I am the I am presence, you know, then we can can really set forth to, you know, looking for things that are really all about love because it is all about the vibration of love and attracting.

What is the main thing that the main message that people who've passed on want to say to their to the loved ones who's left behind? Is it love? Love. Is it. I'm sorry, is it. I didn't know. Like, what is the main message that you feel that that comes in.

Again and again and again, you know, the main message is that I'm here, I still love you. You know, I'm supporting you. I'm watching you. I'm here, I made it, you know, because a lot of loved ones, people want to know, did they go to heaven? Are they okay on the other side? Do they know I'm still thinking about them? And yes, it's resounding yes. Every time loved ones do come in to apologize, but more so, they're coming in to love you and to support you, especially the ones that you want to hear from. They're the ones saying, look, I saw, you know, that you made the sandwich last week, or I'm watching you. Even the little mundane moments of your day, I know you're doing that. I see you, and I'm definitely there for all those big events in your life. Like, I have missed.

It. And did you ever hear. Just so people understand, did you ever hear someone from the other side going, oh, I hated her then, I hate her now. I couldn't stand her then, I can't stand her now. Do you get crotchety souls that come through? Have you ever had crotchety.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Souls? Well, but they've learned. Well, I'll tell you what I have to share that I had a person come by because they're people. We have to understand. These are.

People. So you say a person came by. You mean a.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Spirit? A spirit communicator I call a spirit came through with me in a reading the other day, and he told me. And he was kind of the crotchety.

[Alex Ferrari]

Guy.

Yeah. And he's like, I don't believe in any of this stuff. Like, I don't believe in this. I'm over here. I've always lived by myself. I didn't want anything. Didn't want anything to. Didn't want to have anything to do with anyone. Right. But I'm bringing through his niece. His niece is the one I'm working on. She is the client at the moment. And he comes through to tell her, look, this is real. I made it. Look. And he still may be a little crotchety, but that's his personality. Just to show her that it's him. Because she wouldn't have believed it if I would have said, oh, he's.

[Alex Ferrari]

All. He's such a sweet and loving.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Guy. Yeah, she would have. But I said, no, he's kind of crotchety and he has a lot of facial hair. And he tells me he doesn't want to deal with anyone. And that's him. That's him. So do they learn. They learn patience. They learn awareness. They learn that they have a choice. They learn that they can stay whatever they'd like to do in that world or whatever they'd like to do in the afterlife or whenever they're ready, they can venture out or learn other lessons or go exploring or have be curious. And that's when we evolve. But they're doing fine. Just where they are and yeah, they have that personality.

[Alex Ferrari]

Though. Do you find that we as humans are constantly throwing human people stuff on the spirit world? Meaning like, okay, Uncle Bob passed. I wonder what his apartment is on the other side. It's like, does he have a job? I don't want to bother him because he's in his new life. Do you find that because that's. We have to wrap our head around, our brain is trying to understand it and the other side side is such. So infinite and these ideas of all lives are happening at the same time and all these very non linear, non space and time world, the three dimensional world. And we're throwing three dimensional world on something that's not three dimensional. Do you find that that happens a.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Lot? Well, a lot of people who have passed, for example, still live in the same house. It is through consciousness that they're giving. But if you have a married couple and they, and they loved their life and they woke up every morning having coffee and reading the newspaper together. More, enough, more, more times than enough. I'll bring that information through that that's what they're still doing on the other side. They're still living together, sharing the coffee in the morning, reading the paper. But there are those other souls that are learning. They're helping us here on Earth, you know, they're helping us, they're helping children, they're helping people cross over sometimes people who pass from suicide, they help people who have crossed over once again how to kind of adjust or how to maybe even help in some way connect with them while they're still living to help them, maybe support.

[Alex Ferrari]

Them. So let me ask you this. Now we're going to go into deep waters again. These are deeper waters. So if the soul is on the other side and you just said like, hey, they still read the paper and see all that stuff, right? And I've heard stories of like, yeah, he's on the golf course. I mean like that kind of.

Stuff.

[Alex Ferrari]

Yeah, it's. It seems almost, it seems very interesting because it's. That's not them obviously. That's a part of their soul. There's an oversoul and there's multiple ver. Live, you know, things. But there's that version of them, that kind of shard spark that is the golfer who loves golf, you know, or you know, I'm sure Alfred Hitchcock is on a movie set. Setups there, up there, right. Or Stanley Kubrick because I'm a movie set, right. Shooting stuff. But that's, it's hard for me to Wrap my head around. Is it kind of like what dreams may come Exactly. Where you can create the universe or the world that you want, but it's only an aspect of the true oversoul. We're getting into deeper.

Water. So this is. Yeah, yeah. Well, I'll just say that. So when we cross over, we're not in a perfect situation. Like when we cross over, yes, there is a. We're in a higher consciousness. But if we had problems here on Earth, they're not all solved at one in one breath. Okay. We're still working on those lessons. Like, if you don't. If you don't get it all down here, it's going to continue. Right. Life is eternal. Our lessons move with us. So, yes, we are. I'll just say we're enjoying the things we want to enjoy more when we're in spirit. Like, if you liked eating a pizza, you can still eat a pizza. And in the spirit world, you have the experience of eating the pizza. And it could be the memory or the texture that you're experiencing that. So perhaps the person playing golf, maybe they're not physically on the golf course, but they can create the experience of loving the game. And that's why if you didn't get along with someone that you loved, like, if you didn't get along with a relative or anyone here on Earth, somehow in spirit, when you're still living and your departed loved ones over there, you can still heal a relationship you can still mend. You can even get to know them better because they're now in a consciousness, perhaps that you can maybe be more open to connecting with. It's very healing, connecting and working as a medium. It's not just. Just delivering information or connecting. It's healing. It's helping you understand that there's a bridge. There's once again a connection with you and the spirit world. It's very healing, doing readings as.

Well. Have you, in all of your years, heard of a soul that was in.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Hell? Yeah. Right. Good. That's about right. Right. So I haven't heard of the.

[Alex Ferrari]

Hell.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Good. But I have heard of different levels.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. Holding. Holding. Not purgatory, but a holding.

Level. Yeah. Different vibrations. Right. So, yeah, maybe not so much of a hell with the fire and the brimstone, but everyone is where they should be or where they need to be in order for them to grow, you know, all at different.

[Alex Ferrari]

Planes. I'm assuming an ascended master is on a different plane than Hitler, generally.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Speaking. I would say so. And I could say they overlap or they crisscross or they go in and out. So it's not just one plane and that's it forever. I think you overlap. You have opportunities to move up. For example, you have choices that you get to make. You can come back or you can reincarnate if you would wish, or you can go on somewhere else in other galaxies, as they say, to evolve or other dimensions to maybe learn, if that's what you would like to do. But yeah, hell, I haven't met anyone yet, but I have heard of people at lower.

Vibrations. I've heard. I'm sure someone's yelling at the screen right now. Like, well, why would you hear from someone in hell? They're in hell. You can't talk to them. They're both being.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Punished. I don't. I don't. Yeah. And I don't. Yep. I don't know. I don't. Yeah. Hell is not. So when you pass away like Hitler, if we could just go there for a moment, it's not a punishment. It's. It's almost a resonance. You know, it's something that resonates with what your soul needs at that time. And it's not something that, you know, anyone else would be on, for example, because of all the things that happen. But it would be a place of learning and growing. I mean, the opportunities of learning and growing are.

There. Have you heard on the other side of a. I've heard this from near death experiences. I've heard it also from psychic mediums. I wanted to hear from you. Is there like on the other side, is there like these kind of. I hate to use the word center, but if someone goes out of this life with a lot of trauma, there's a place for them to kind of decompressions chamber, if you will, that they can go in and kind of like it's okay because it's almost like PTSD kind of thing. Like if it was tragic or you had a lot of trauma or you had a lot of abuse or something like that, that you would have to go in there to kind of. Cause you're coming in with that. I feel like. But it's very close. Like when I feel someone passes from a traumatic occurrence, I do feel there is help on the other side for them, specifically for that. Meaning help them rest, we'll call it. Or as you mentioned, like recuperate or a place to go for healing.

First before they're sent into gen.

Pop, before the. Before the life review or whatever that may happen now. But I do believe it happens. I mean, I think in some way, you and I, we think of it being a physical place, but I do feel it's more of an awareness happening. Like as you mentioned, they're asking for help and. Or there other could be other people on the other side helping to support.

Interesting.

Yeah. Interesting. Have you. I always, I say, Jesus is the hardest.

Next. I always say he's, he's, he's. Well, you're a psychic. You should. I don't know why he just popped into my head. He's like, but Jesus, I always hear, Jesus, the hardest working man in show.

Yeah. And, and that's from the Western standpoint, because I'm assuming that the Asian standpoint, Buddha is the hardest working man in show.

Agree. Arguably, you know, and in the Muslim world, Muhammad is. So I imagine that they show up where they need to show up. In India, it's Krishna, you. You know, kind of thing. Though occasionally you do, you know, you, you see an Indian, an Indian person has Jesus show up and Krishna shows up. For a Westerner, what is your experience with those masters?

[Cheryl Murphy]

Those. I'm so.

[Alex Ferrari]

Glad. Those masters, these masters that, you know, do they come in, do they talk? It's like, if I'm having a session with you and Grandma and Grandpa.

[Cheryl Murphy]

There. Right.

[Alex Ferrari]

Right. And we're talking about Grandma, like, where is the key to the.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Vault?

[Alex Ferrari]

Yes. I need to get, like, that kind of conversation. And then all of a sudden, Yeshua shows up, Issa shows up, whatever you like to call him, he shows up. He's like, hold on a second. I got, you know, has that.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Happened? Absolutely. Like, we felt Yogananda earlier. I do feel Jesus as guides for people a lot, or even the Buddha as guides a lot of people. It's my guide. I had an experience, if I may, with Jesus. So I was meditating, and Jesus came to me three days in a row. Interesting. And the first day he said, surrender. Right. And he only give, like, one word answers. Right. But it means so.

[Alex Ferrari]

Much. And he's very busy. He's jumping from soul to soul. He doesn't have time to.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Chitchat. Well, once again, it's like I could see right into his eyes, and he saw right through me in this meditation. I mean, I got to tell you, it's incredible when people tell me they've had a Jesus moment. It's like, I understand what you mean.

[Alex Ferrari]

Now. Oh, I, I get.

[Cheryl Murphy]

It. He came to me the second day and said, forgive. You know, like, practice forgiveness and that, you know, you just. The waterworks.

[Alex Ferrari]

Happen. Just basic, basic, simple, basic hard.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Truths, which I tell everyone, will deepen your intuition. Like, I mean, forgiveness has to be the number one key to open your intuition. And then the example he gave me for forgiveness was like a labyrinth. So I was shown to Walk this labyrinth in my mind's eye, and you practice forgiveness. So on the outer rims of the circle, you're practicing forgiveness for the little things in life, the small stuff. And as you move closer to the center of the labyrinth, the bigger things come up that we need to forgive. And then finally, when you reach the center, you understand that you're forgiving yourself. Right? So that was very powerful experience. And then the third day, Jesus came to me and said, you've told me how much you love me. Let me show you how much I love you. Once again, the waterworks happened. I was taken up to a level or a plane, thank you. Of instant manifestation. You know, whatever I thought was hap would happen at that moment. And I spent the entire day or however many days with things would happen as soon as you think it. Whether the phone. Not just the phone ringing, but having certain experiences happen that I wanted to. Whether it was a healing, whether it was maybe healing a relationship with someone that would happen, but that maybe it was manifesting something that happened as well. So once again, I think we do reach levels of it being more. I guess people are more open to it, you know, open when you raise those levels. So then for me, as a medium, I am also welcoming your guides and angels. I'm sure you are connected to the Buddha, you know, and to Krishna and to Jesus. I feel like in some way you've walked with Jesus and you've had.

Dreams. Are you talking about.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Me? Yeah. You've had dreams walking with Jesus before. But anyway, as a medium, they do come through in readings, and people can identify them. Also, Mother Mary comes through Magdalene.

Mother Mary, Guanyin, all.

Lovely. So. And it is that divinity that is really able to reach people because they're open to it. And that's the consciousness that we're opening up.

To. That's what all of us are starting to open up to mostly. So is that why we're starting to like the concept of Ascended Masters, which is a philosophy idea they. For. I think in the late 1800s, early 1900s, that concept of the Ascended Master was first introduced. And it's been kind of. People are running wild with it now, this Ascended Masters thing and these ideas, like, now people are talking about Mother Mary not only as the mother of Jesus, but like in her own right, a master, Mary Magdalene, as in their. In her own right, a master. The feminine energy is coming out. The divine female energy is starting to rise in a moment much deeper way than.

[Cheryl Murphy]

Before. It's the age of the times, right? Removing as they say, from one age into another age. And the divine feminine, which is very creative, very creative, very powerful, very compassionate, is opening up. And that may be why more men are intuitive also, because a lot of times back in the day, we'll say it was more women were psychic or, or. But now much more men, even men in families, like I mentioned, my brothers, very intuitive. In my household, you're very intuitive, empathic for just being in this work. Anyone being called. But the divine feminine is the creator. Right. We're creating. Right. We're not so much driving the boat like the masculine energy was that's leaving our planet. The divine feminine is listening more. Right. We're understanding more. We're, we're willing to work together. How's that? You know, we're willing to.

Collaborate. It seems like the masculine energy might have been needed at a certain time in humanity to drive to get things going. To get things going. Because that's the energy of the masculine. But the divine now divine feminine is kind of. Okay, we're good now. We're off the. Off and running now you can take a.

Rest. And now we're, we can, let's, let's take the lead a little bit and we'll work together. Yeah, but it's, but it's because before it was all masculine all the.

Have. And Latina women, no less. So it's like whole other level of spice. So I've been around women most of my life. I always joke that, like, I have no testosterone in my life. Even my cat's balls are cut off. So. And on that note.
