C
I'm great, Alex. Last time I was here, it was so hot, and now you've brought me in the completely opposite, where it's snowing and it's cold, but it's great to be here.
A
Well, thank you so much for being back. I mean, where you come from, it's the summer now, right?
C
It's really hot. So I left very, very muggy, humid weather to come here.
A
Right. And you come from the other side of the world, New Zealand. So thank you again so much for. For making the trip again. I guess you had a good time last time.
C
Oh, it was my pleasure. We had a blast last time, so I'm down for another blast this time.
A
Well, a few things have changed since last time here. The world is a bit different, to say the least. I'm gonna. I'm just gonna dive into, because if anybody wants to know a bit more about your background, everything, the first episode, they can watch the first episode, which we'll have links in the. In the description or on Next Level Soul tv. They can. They can find you. But I'm just gonna dive in and wanted to ask you, what do you think is the hardest truth about humanity that you see but rarely is said out loud?
C
You know, it's interesting because the spirit guides send me such a variety of different clients. And the biggest truth that is really said out loud is that most of us are walking around in denial. And really, you know, what we're asking for are we really wanting what it is that we're asking for? And I get this in my own life, Alex. There's something I've asked for, and then it arrives, and then I will either sabotage it or something, and then it disappears. And what that's doing is really coming back to the truth of, have I been in denial about the reality of what this is going to mean? Should this physically manifest in my life? Because, you know, your audience is a very discerning audience. They're people that have been watching and learning from all the incredible teachers that you have. And when I see clients, obviously I'm. I'm working with people individually, really speaking to their soul, identifying, well, what's the issue here? And the biggest discrepancy that I see is that the person wants something. They think that is that their truth, but then there is a block in terms of receiving that truth. And if they do, then something happens to get in the way of that. So to give you an example of that, a case study, because I love to learn through case studies, because this is how we all learn. Like my father said to me once, you don't need to be a woman to be a gynecologist. You just need to understand and learn what it means to embody those, whoever you're working with. And so this was such a curious case, and I'd love to actually get your analysis of this as well. Sure. And it ties into your question around what I'm seeing. So I had this client come, and I went into a parallel life. And in that parallel life, she had two daughters, and she was standing over a very ailing body of her husband. Now, this is going to tie into everyone listening because there's various health issues that. That people are experiencing, physical symptoms that people are experiencing. And I'm seeing that as a medical intuitive as well as part of my gift. And in this other timeline, this is going back to do you really want this or not? Went into this timeline, and this man is lying there ailing, and the wife is standing there, and this was in Egypt, I believe, this timeline. And she went into the Saqqara tomb. Now, I've not physically been to Egypt in this time. She went into the Saqqara tomb and she stole a limestone table that had healing frequencies on it to come and heal her husband. Now, her wish was to become a healer, but she's been put into the role of a caregiver. And so I'm saying all this to her, and I said, your husband looks like he's had a stroke in this timeline. And she looked at me and she said she had one. He had one in his 40s in this time, in this life now, where I'm at, because it's happening at the same time. But she said, I haven't been able to step forward as a healer because I'm caregiving him. Now, this is where it got curious, because when I work with people, I help them rewrite that outcome so we can break that pattern. Because once the lesson is learned, we can understand it and we can move on and we can prepare for something new. So when she took that limestone tablet and Sakara tomb and came back and recited the mantras and the words and the chanting to the husband, who wish was to become a great healer. But here's where karma was playing up a little bit, because she'd taken something that didn't belong to her. And Saqqara is a tomb. It's where many tombs of people are laying and resting there. Now, this happened in this time and three days later. Alex, I'm getting heart palpitations talking about this. I opened the newspaper. So we, in that timeline, we put the. The. The tablet back in Saqqara. So I was like, right, you've still got this energetically. It's still impacting. Why you are repeating. You've taken something, a power that doesn't belong to you. It needs to go back three days later in the newspaper. This has happened in October 20, a tablet, a limestone tablet, has been retaken from Saqqara tomb and gone missing. So in my brain started going, we put something back in another timeline thousands of years ago, and in 2025, someone went and took it three days later. And this is because people know that they're gaining power from different, you know, lands, different places. But again, going back to your first question, the denial space is here that do we need to take power or can we have it? We already have it inside of ourselves because people want to bring out these amazing spiritual gifts and to heighten their intuition and see beyond the physical and really tap into spirit guides. But what does it mean when it actually comes from you and not externally? Teachers can teach us. Absolutely. And I think it's very important. A lot of people are being guided towards mentors the moment even I am, you know, guided towards learning from other people. But really all we're doing is awakening it within you. So with this client, it really baffled me. I was like, oh, my goodness. We put this tablet back because she was holding onto it, thinking, I'm going to gain all my power as a healer in the other. In the other timeline. But then three days later, the unit. I don't even read the newspaper usually, but it came up, what's a newspaper? A newspaper?
A
I don't. What's a newspaper?
C
Exactly. Digital news online. And so. But to have that. And I was thinking, this is so curious, but this is where the block is, the denial space. People think their power is in other people. People think their power they. They think their power is elsewhere, but the power is actually inside of you. So now this woman who is a caregiver of her husband, who's had a very bad stroke, she's in that space of like, well, I want to step into my power as a healer, but now that I've given that information back, I have to find it within myself. Because we always look everywhere else for everything. Like I said, teachers are here to guide us. This is why you, many incredible people, come to showcase what is possible. But that possibility is now awakening inside of you to find that. So now we put the tablet back, someone else has taken it and in this physical life. And now she's in the space of sitting in that space of I don't know how to change because I've been in that complacent state for so many timelines, including this one of I only know how to care, give one person when actually the world the energy is asking us to step forward and help as many as we can. And so this karma had translated into her children as well. Because I said, okay, who's in the medical field? And she said, well, my daughter is in the medical field. I was like, are they suffering from depression? Like, they can't find their power within the medical field? They're like, absolutely. Well, the power is within you, the parent who has brought that lineage into the world. But if you are in denial about who you are and what you want to do and are not taking the aligned steps towards that, that's moving down generation and generation and generation.
A
What's fascinating about this story, it's very interesting. I've, you know, since I've had children, I. I see traits and there's obviously genetic traits that come from my wife and I and we see them and we see the traits and we're like, oh, that one's a lot like daddy. And then I'll be like. And I can literally see them walking similar paths that I walked.
C
Yeah.
A
With one of them and the other one too. In. In more of some aspects of my wife's past. But it's fascinating because I. They're walking two paths at the same time because we come from two different parents.
C
Right.
A
So they have elements of both of us, but some are lean one way and lean another way in some aspects. It's very confusing sometimes. We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

A
And now back to the show.
C
Good it is. I mean you know this, this whole new souls coming in, the new souls coming in. For people who are trying to conceive, these souls that are coming in are very discerning. Like the number of miscarriages I'm seeing, the number of cysts and wombs that I'm seeing. You know, before I came here I tuned in and it's Spirit's telling me now tell everyone to welcome the new. When they listen if they really welcome the new. Spirit gave me an interesting acronym and I really had to decipher because this is the thing we have to take our lives as a deep investigation and people are sometimes, including myself, we get a bit fed up having to delve into everything and figure things out. But it's really important to welcome the new, that we close out the old to Integrate it so that we can actually build the platform, the strong foundation to answer the call that is coming for us. Because we're all receiving very, very strong callings. And so when it comes to, like you're saying, you know, they come from two different parents, your children, but can see the similar path. For me, when I'm looking at it from my perspective, when clients come to me, it's so much deeper. And like, for example, people who are wanting children and unable to conceive, sometimes I will see a soul there. This was another situation where I went into a timeline and this never happened. So really, I think maybe once or twice in my whole 10 years so far of doing this work, I came. This lady came online. I said to her, do you want to have a child? She said, I've been desperately trying for years. And I said, okay. Went into a timeline. And in the timeline, someone had taken her baby. Taken her baby, like, kidnapped it. And we were trying to. I was trying to bring that baby's energy back to the mother in this timeline so that we can connect the woman that I've got in front of me on zoom to her baby. Now I'm talking and, like, trying to. To get this energetically back, but suddenly the Internet just goes off completely. She disappears off my screen. To me, that's giving me information. This is where we need to investigate further. Spirit said to me, she doesn't want to hear it because she wants a kid, but she doesn't really want a kid.
A
She likes the idea.
C
She likes the idea of the kid, but not the reality of what that may mean. And who really knows until you have one, right? Because nobody knows. And I'm sitting there thinking, oh, God, I need to get this lady back on the phone because if I leave this timeline just open, she can't welcome the new. So this is the thing. Sometimes I'll see this dystopia going on in other timelines, sometimes a utopia, but this is where we need to be able to spend that time, whether it's meditation or whatever, to travel up and really see for ourselves, observe from that eagle perspective of what is going on for us. And the acronym before I came here, mba. And I was thinking Masters in Business Administration, Spurs. That what you want me to do? No. Spirit gave me these three words. Malign, benign, and align. And I was like, okay, there's something deeper to this because we know the meaning of those words. But they said to me, look at the root of those words. So I did some research. Now the word malign is to speak, you know, in spite of someone saying bad things about someone. We live in a world that we're full of judgment. You know, we all, you know, more than ever, we're all judging each other. There's segregation based on who we are, what we are, polarization, all of those things. And so when I looked into the word malign, the Latin origins of that word are mali, which means the negative impact despite the bad. And then there's ginger, which is the Latin word for to birth. But in Latin, M A L E is the word for mali, male. And I was thinking, now it's got. No, I'm not talking about gender here. So this is not about, you know, anything about men or women. Spirit then showed me the yin and the yang symbol coming together. And so with the wounded masculine, like this woman, one of the reasons why she was afraid to bring in a child. Child into the world is that she didn't feel very secure in her relationship. And the reality of having a child would mean that she's going to need support from the person that she's with.
A
And he's not gonna.
C
And he's not gonna do it. So she's trying and trying and trying to have a baby and having miscarriages and all of that. But in herself, she's not feeling safe and secure. Because when that child got taken for whatever the circumstances was I cannot remember now her Internet cut off. And I'm like, we need to get this girl back if she wants to welcome the new. And so when we get these, you know, words are powerful and they all have origins. We say words and we don't think about the intention behind it or what it means. And this coming. Coming back to the malign state. But then I'm seeing a lot of women with benign tumors in their wombs or in their bodies. I mean, multiple people coming to me with the situation at the moment. Now, the actual origin of the word benign Bene good. Well, that we know in multiple languages. And then we've got geniere again to birth good into the world. And so these benign cysts that are coming up in the body, they have information for us. They have information of the things that we need to dissolve in order for us to welcome the new. So I know a lot of. Because I'm getting this a lot with people coming to me and not just females, but males that are having clots and things in the body which are needing to be dissolved. And I just feel like this malign, benign. It's like if we want to have something that turns into a malignancy, not even in the body, but something that is full of hate and full of cancer and full of fear. We were talking about this before. We're moving away from the fear based system coming into altruism, which is actually giving from that space of expecting nothing in return. And it's very, very rare to find that now.
A
Very much so.
C
Very, very rare to find that. But this is why spirit gave me three odd words in that, in that acronym to really analyze with you today of that. If we want to move into that space of alignment we're moving from is malignant. Anything that's malevolent. And going into that space of benign giving and birthing into the. From the good. That's when things start to align.
A
I want to go back a little bit to what you said earlier in regards to that example, the case study.
C
Yeah.
A
That she wasn't. She wanted a baby outside, but she really inside, unconsciously didn't.
C
That's right.
A
Because she. Because of these other aspects and things.
C
Yeah.
A
And that's something that I feel, especially in the west, that people are always looking for a. Something, whatever that is. Like here in America, it's like you want to be rich and famous. It's fascinating. I've been around fame for my. Not me personally, but around my, around because of my career working in the film industry where I've watched and analyzed and befriended and all that famous people. And when you're younger or when you don't know, you're like, oh, wouldn't it be great to be like Brad Pitt?
C
Yeah.
A
I'm like. And I, and I just. If someone says that to me, I'm like, do you know what that man has to deal with? Don't get me wrong. He's got an amazing life and he's figured it out for himself.
C
Yeah.
A
And he's probably gone through a bunch of stuff early on. It was probably difficult. He's 60, I'm assuming he's figured it out. Cruise has figured it out. You know, they figured out a system that works for them.
C
For them. That's right.
A
But if you were thrust into the fame of Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise
C
right now, wouldn't be able to handle it.
A
Most people would be destroyed.
C
Yeah.
A
It's the equivalent of someone winning the lottery. If you all of a sudden had a billion dollars tomorrow, it would more likely destroy the average human being because they're not spiritually ready for it, mentally ready for it. There are a few that would be like, yeah, I'm ready. Let's go, you know, but people don't understand that. They only see the positives or the cool aspects of something.
C
That's right.
A
Like, like, I want to have a baby. Great. Talk to me about four to six weeks in. How you feeling? Yeah, yeah, it's it there that comes with something. You know, I wouldn't give up my children for anything in the world, but it was a journey.
C
Absolutely.
A
And it was. Those first three, four years was challenging, of course. And now they're teenagers. Another challenge which we were discussing, it's so these are the things that people only. And I think it's something that really needs to be clarified for people in their life is if you're asking for something from the universe, if you're asking for something to come into your world, you really need to analyze what that means because people only look at the cool stuff. Like, wouldn't it be awesome if I just, you know, was ripped all the time, that I look like the guys from 300 all the time? And then I would tell them that person, the guys who are in 300 don't look like that now. And they barely were able to hold on to that look for the months that they were shooting.
C
Right.
A
Because it's, it's not humanly possible, possible to maintain that for long periods of time. It's, it's, it's, it's an illusion.
C
Yeah.
A
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

And now back to the show.
C
And one of the words that spirit gave me going into this Year of the Fire Horses, we need to be able to have endurance and to be able to sustain, because it's true. And I thought endurance, wow, that's, you know, that's an interesting word that they've used, but it's true. And we're using the baby case study as an analogy because fertility is becoming more difficult and difficult for all the reasons, but also spiritually because people have so many fears bringing children into the world. And I'm talking about conscious conception here, Alex. Obviously, children are born all the time and people get pregnant. But, you know, your, your audience, the people that come to me are consciously looking to conceive, but that conception can be applied to anything in our lives, whether it's our businesses, relationships. Is this really what you want? And can you actually commit to ensuring that the divine, masculine, the Malay, the male is not going to be the wounded aspect? Because that's how the world grows, is through nurturing the feminine.
A
Can I tell you a story?
C
Sure.
A
I'm going to tell you a case study.
C
I'd love to. I'm gonna have a sip of my tea to listen to this.
A
I'm gonna tell you a case study. I've mentioned this in the past, but I don't think I've gone into the detail I'm about to go into. My wife and I, when our children were born, about three months after they were born, decided to open up an olive oil and vinegar gourmet shop in Los Angeles. I don't have any experience in that. I have no experience in retail other than when I worked at a video store when I was in high school. So it was a completely brand new thing. I proposed the idea to my wife.
C
Wife.
A
It's a long story how we got to an olive. It's very, it seems random, but it's not.
C
Okay.
A
There was a reason why that came.
C
You kind of briefly told me about this, but I keep going.
A
Yeah. So I, so we, I, I, I, I proposed it to my wife. And my wife usually is the grounded one, but she said, let's do it. And that's all I needed. I was like a, a thoroughbred. And I just, was the gates open. And I just ran three months. Three months later, we had the largest olive oil and vinegar gourmet shop in Los Angeles, right in Studio City on Ventura Boulevard. Great location, great everything, as we thought, all of that. And we had, and we built the most beautiful. I mean, it was stunning. I mean, we had, I had some friends of mine who were production designers in the film industry. They came in, they designed things, they helped organize stuff. It looked stunning. And so this is an example of a dream.
C
Yeah.
A
I wanted this. I was burned out from the film industry, so I wanted a change. I wanted to build something else. I didn't want to keep doing client work. So we launched this, this thing. And after the first night, the first. We had an opening night, friends and family, she goes, oh, oh, wow. This is not what I expected. Oh, we're. Oh, we're screwed.
C
Yeah.
A
She felt it. She saw it way before I did. Way, way, way before I did. And we had a three year lease, so we were.
C
You were stuck in there.
A
We're stuck for three years.
C
Yeah.
A
And we're, we're the kind of people, we're not going to leave. We're going to. We're going to fulfill our.
C
See it through.
A
Yeah, we're going to see through. So it was arguably one of the more challenging times in our lives. It took us to the brink. There was so much stress and pressure to maintain payroll, to maintain overhead. About a year in, we realized that the store was not going to make it. So we started doing farmers markets. And then the farmers markets and all the events and things were keeping the store alive.
C
Yeah.
A
So the business model, like, if I told you how much we made, like, take home and lived in Los Angeles with. With a bunch of people living in the house.
C
Yeah. Yeah.
A
You'd be like, how is that even humanly possible? We still don't know.
C
Yeah.
A
We drank a lot of olive oil. There's a lot of olive oil in our house. Let's just put it that way. But that was a perfect example of not thinking it through.
C
Yeah.
A
Not seeing the negative possibilities.
C
Yeah.
A
We were younger. I was in my 30s when that happened, physically. Probably three of the most grueling years of my entire life. And it took a toll physically, I mean, because olive oil is not light.
C
And so this is interesting because you wanted to do this business and like, there's a backstory of why olive oil
A
and vinegar and by the way, can I say one more thing?
C
Sure.
A
The doors kept opening for us.
C
Interesting.
A
So that was the thing that we were like, we must be on the right path. These doors are flying open for us. Like, you need this. We got that. You got this, we got that. And we both were like, on this. Like, yeah, the universe wants us to do this. And then we're like, yeah, they want you to do this, but not for the reasons you think.
C
Yeah.
A
And that's a very. That's. Sometimes you have to sit back and going, why are these doors opening so easily? What is happening here? What's the purpose of this? What am I supposed to learn from this? What is this really about here?
C
And it's interesting because this is where protecting our energy and discerning exactly what it is that we want this. When you were speaking, this is really interesting because it's kind of practical things for people to really think about as well. Because I get a huge number of people going, well, I'm a healer. I want to turn what I do into a business and, and have clients and, and do all of the things. But some people, like I remember having a client recently and she had a corporate job and she quit as a. And I picked this up. It was, see in another timeline she was a sound he. I said, what do you do now? She said I'm, I'm doing that. And she said, I've just quit my corporate job and I've given myself three months to build up the clientele to be able to sustain this business. But it wasn't going to work in three months. And that's the thing, like when we're, especially now when we're consciously going into purposeful work that is contributing and that we are passionate about because the world has passion, but it's coming from a place of fear. It's coming from a place of like I, it looks like I'm passionate because I'm freaking you out into doing this or, or generating fear or inducing fear in you. But now with this, this new birth, this new way of being, this new way of opening things up, our passion needs to come back to our true sole purpose. And doors opening like that, like for me, like I said to you before, I say no to a lot of things too. I really tune into does this feel right for me? Do I want to be connected with that person? What does the opportunity cost if I do do this? On my relationship, on my personal well being. And these are the questions that we're really needing to ask ourselves going into this year. Because, because it is going to be a fast paced year, it is going to be chaotic, it is going to be adventurous, but at what cost? And this is the thing, sometimes we think like even when we are within our purpose and we are, we're doing what we're meant to be doing. For you, the doors were opening. Sometimes doors don't open that quickly because you're still looking stuck in another pattern somewhere else that's needing to be freed first. You know, it wasn't that over Chris, I didn't tell anybody this, but I'll tell you because, you know, and it's just between us.
A
No one else is watching. No one else is watching. It's fine.
C
When you messaged me in December about other things, there was this energy with me at the time where it was a complete nervous system shutdown. And I knew that I couldn't take on anything more at that point.
A
Got it.
C
And it wasn't just me because I see a lot of people and I knew it was collectively that time of year, everyone is having a nervous system shut down because they can't keep up with the pace of everything anymore. More. And I know people are fearful. I need to do and I need to get clients and I need to. But this is where the feminine needs to be nurtured, because the doing and the doing and the doing is not going to necessarily get you that outcome that you want, which is not necessarily just money and opportunities. It's having a life that we can look back on and go, actually, I enjoyed what I did. I did it within the. The way that I wanted to, within reason. I know not everybody has the luxury to have timelines like that. People are stuck in, in different countries that are enduring a lot of things at the moment that they can't physically get themselves out of. But Anita Moorjani had recently put something up on her Instagram where. And I was thinking, this is so true. We don't need to be the ones out protesting or do. Being just who we are and creating the life that we can within us is actually going to reverberate to everybody else.
A
Yes.
C
And so when I was having this nervous system shut down, it literally couldn't get off the floor for a whole day because I was like, I can't move. And that is because there was a disconnection. And this has happened, happening collectively from our hearts to our root and to our third eye, because our heart is what keeps us working, wanting to connect and. And live from a place of passion. The root is the safety, and our third eye is being able to see, like, what do I need to know next? What is it that I'm actually moving myself into? What am I getting myself into by quitting my corporate job and having that pressure put on a business that is coming from the soul. This his spirit had been evoked to be able to want to help people heal. But when we start putting monetary pressure on that, the energy starts to shift. And I think it's really important now that we move into these beautiful gifts. So Many people are awakening in different ways that we don't put the monetary pressure because you know, one of my wise healer friends said to me that comes when you're putting out things in the world that you are contributing and people can see it's coming from a genuine place.

C
And we need to not be fearful of studying courses with people and investing in and teachers to help evoke the spirit in us. It's putting your money where your mouth is. Like I said to, you know, you know, it's a long trip from New Zealand, but I came here because I know it's going to be more impactful for both of us and all of the people that watch by having us both present in this beautiful studio that you've created, it's an investment and we don't need to do that in big ways. It's that, it's that connection to the that I'm really honoring what I want by stepping into it and understanding the reality of what that commitment will mean. I am able to endure this now.
A
It's interesting. I don't know if it's me or it's because I hit 50, I don't know. But I'm starting to see the world so differently than I used to. Being able to have these conversations, have these relationships with the people that I talk to. Some it's just the one conversation. Many times we build friendships and relationships and so on. So, you know, I have access to like lovely souls like yourself. But I'm starting to see the world very differently in the sense that like when I hit 50. I was like, oh, in a good case scenario, half my life is. Is gone. In a good. In. In a fantastic case scenario.
C
Yeah. Yeah.
A
But maybe not half. Maybe it's over half. And I'm like, well, what do you want to do with the time you have left? And then you start. I start. See, I. And I don't want to go straight matrix on you, but I'm starting to see the code, if that makes any sense. I'm starting to see that. I don't know how to say it, but I'm starting to see, like, oh, you're playing a role. You've come down here to play this role and that. That country is playing a role, and this company is playing a role, and these things are. And I'm starting to see things that have much more kind of high macro view now as opposed to being in the game. It's kind of like you're playing the game on the field or you have the nosebleed sections. I'm in the blimp above it all.
C
Yeah.
A
Watching it. And it's. It's very different. I'm walking and, like, I see my kids differently. I see how my work is. Is seen differently. I'm seeing. I'm not. It's just changing. And I'm sure I'm not the only one going through this.
C
I mean, we're all here with a mission.
A
Yeah.
C
And everything that we are creating from that feminine energy that everyone has within them are the tools to execute that mission. And we're all doing it in different ways. So one of the things that I saw within me in my meditation is Spirit showed me a cage within me. And it was so interesting because the next day, a friend of mine who's also a medium, she messaged me going, I was meditating yesterday, and Spirit showed me a cage with me. I was like, right, okay, this is a thing. Now, this cage is representing where we do not feel free. We do not feel free. And it's like there's this. You know, we're seeing wildness in the world. Like, all the volcanoes are waking up. All the volcanoes. We live opposite a volcano, and it's been dormant for God knows how long.
A
And it's sweeking up and.
C
And I. I made it. I was sitting and meditating in front of. Which I don't usually do. I meditate somewhere else. And it said to me, I'm waking up. And I was like, are you okay? Because you're right there. Next day. Day.
A
Smoke?
C
No. Next day, it was on some news Again, news feed thing that that particular volcano is starting to wake up. They found signs and I was like, what? They're communicating with those of us that are king here. And we think about the overflow. Life is overflowing in so many ways. It can be in the form of abundance or in what we're seeing in the world in general where people are getting burnt by that overflow. And this is why it's really important that the tools that we create for ourselves, we don't have to. These doesn't mean that we shouldn't have goals or aspirations. But that expectation of putting the pressure is when that overflow is going to burn. And we are all rising from the ashes now to be able to see our lives from that bigger perspective. And that's not, you know, disconnecting from our being present in the human. I enjoy the human things. Like, for me, I'm quite emotional because of the work that I do and just who I am. But then when I sit back and realize that why am I so, so empathetic towards this person or towards my client and feeling this person's pain? It's because it's a human experience for me to have. And that's why we can learn to utilize that emotion, that feeling, as a foundation to move us into the next stage of wisdom and evolution from a soul's perspective, which now, in this decade that you're in, in your 50s, you can look down and go, okay, I'm seeing my kids differently. Why have they chosen me? Why is my wife here and playing this part? Why is Gaia come here? All of these things are starting to make sense. More and more people. And this takes me to another situation which I think is really interesting, where people are moving away, like corporate work, leaving that and wanting to move into the healing line, which is all great. Absolutely. Spirit is encouraging us to, because we can only all see certain amount, number of people. And like you said to me, every teacher is going to teach in a different way. It could be the same topic, but everyone's going to be different. And so therefore, we have our own individual way of doing things. And that's going to resonate with certain people. People. This was another curious little soul study that I. I had. I saw this client and she came in and I could see that she had worked as a medical professional in another timeline. And at that time, that could mean, you know, healer, witch, doctor, whatever. And I said, you know, you should be in the medical line. This person said, well, I was, I was a doctor. And I said, well, what happened? And they said, well, I've left the medical field because I don't believe in it anymore. Now, remember, this is not my view. I am just expressing what I've seen. And this person said to me, I'm not in the medical field anymore, but I'm not generating any income.
A
That's a problem.
C
That's a problem. Because this is the human thing. Right. We need to generate income to be able to do what we do. This is why we, rather than looking at things like, oh, people charge so much, or this cost us to do this, we want to honor that person and their contribution by putting your money where your mouth is. Because that's going to come back to you if you're feeling that way towards somebody else. I don't want to pay them. They cost too much. Who do they think they are? That's going to come back off how people see you.
A
But the thing is, though, and this is the. The warning I give about that there are a lot of people out there who are not doing it for the right reasons.
C
Correct.
A
And that are charging astronomical amounts of money for a consultation, for a product, for a service. You need to listen to yourself.
C
Absolutely.
A
You need to see, like, just like you said earlier, like, I say no to a lot of things because if I don't resonate with that podcast or that opportunity or that show or whatever, I'm not gonna do it. You have that ability. People need to figure that out for themselves. They do, because they will. There are people out there that will take advantage of you.
C
And I've seen it so many times.
A
Oh, my God. And this space is full of people who do that. We try. Anybody comes in the. The show, we try to vet and to feel and to connect, to make sure that there is as lovely and wonderful as they can be.
C
Yeah.
A
But at the end of the day, it's the responsibility of the viewer or the customer to go, does this person align with what I'm trying to do? Do I feel right spending this money with this person?
C
And that's where you need to discern for yourself and really spend that. Like you say, spend that time tuning in.
A
Yeah, absolutely.
C
Of. Does this person feel right to me? Because one person can come to one person and have a great experience, and then another person goes and they don't. It's just. It's just the way the world goes. You know, sometimes you're not going to be for everybody. But I feel like it's really important that as people are giving up their mainstream work and coming Back to wanting to contribute in ways that you're doing it from that place of altruism. I'm giving because I know I have something very valuable to give.
A
It's really interesting because I know a lot of you weirdos, I say that.
C
Oh, I know I definitely would love.
A
I am also with a freak flag as well. No, I joke. But I know a lot of people in this space and there are people that I know who it's about the money. Like, let's do business, business, business, business, business. And then there's other people who like, I don't even care about, about the money, like you. I don't even care about, like, I don't know. I don't care about the split. I don't care about this or that. And they're doing it because they're putting it out there. I, I've learned that the people who are like that are the ones that are more successful.
C
That's right.
A
Because the money comes in and, and they're helping people and they're, you know. Are they billionaires? No, but they're not looking to be billionaires. The only reason I would want to be a billionaire is because I could do a lot of good in the world.
C
Yeah.
A
And I can get to work.
C
Exactly.
A
That's why I would want that. Because after a certain amount of money, what's the, what's the point? Once you're single. Yeah. Once you're secure, once your family secure, maybe you're, maybe two generations from now is secure. What else do you need?
C
Yeah.
A
Like, seriously, like do you have a roof over your head? Do you have a car that gets you to a place to place? Do you, you know, can you, do you have food at a certain point? So yeah, I found that very interesting. It is.
C
And also just going back to that case because there's another aspect of it which was interesting for me to look, look at myself and to teach others from this is that this person had given up the mainstream work. The a doctor, she didn't want to be a doctor anymore. But then I picked up when I was in another, another timeline. It's like there is an argument going on in this open parallel timeline that is around your parents assets and what they've left behind in the will. You're fighting with a sibling about this. In that line and that timeline line, the client just looks at me like with big eyes. And they said, that's happening now. I said, oh, interesting. So I said, you're living the life of this almost like a person that's renounced material things. I don't want to be mainstream, which is fine. No judgment here. I'm just observing what the soul is showing me. But then there's a big fight going on with the sibling of I want the houses because I'm not generating money anywhere else. Do you know what Spirit said to me to say to that person, if you want to give it up, you need to give it all up?
A
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

A
And now back to the show.
C
You need to give it all up and start again the way that is truly aligned for you. Because this person had opportunities to go somewhere else and start as a healer in a different way. Not using the mainstream medical degree anymore. But the thing is, it's that do I really want what I want? I don't want to be a part of this. I don't want to earn money. But yet I am needing to get into a fight. Not in the space of compassion for my sibling, not in a space of discussing that, you know, so it's really interesting.
A
There's a show that we have on next level soul TV called Road to Dharma.
C
Okay.
A
It is about a yogi anan in India. And they're in Rikishesh.
C
Rishikesh.
A
Rishikish.
C
Yeah.
A
And they decide to go on a motorcycle ride through the Himalayas and they're going to the top passes, like the top three passes. And it's, you know, on a motorcycle ride.
C
Yeah.
A
And they bring over all these Americans And I say Americans for a very specific reason. All these Americans are, like, over there, and there's a kind of retreat, and a friend of mine's the filmmaker behind it, and, you know, they get on bikes, and most of them have never been on a motorcycle before. Now, riding a motorcycle in general is rough. Riding a motorcycle in the Himalayas, it's a death trap.
C
Absolutely.
A
But they film the whole thing, and they're going through it. And it's really interesting, what you're saying mirrors about the story. I'm telling you. A lot of these people came in and they were like, hey, you know, I want to be closer. I want to open up my spirituality, and I want to connect, and I want to kind of renounce the Western aspect of things and. And all of this stuff. And then Anand said, okay, you want this?
C
Yes, let's go.
A
And when you're on a trip like that through the Himalayas on a motorcycle, dealing with. I mean, it's freezing, so cold weather, food, that is, whatever. You happen to find some chai along the way. And, you know, you stop at these little villages who know you don't. They don't have the comforts of home, let's just put it that way. And. And you see these people breaking down because their ego and their expectations is not the magical, oh, I'm just going to be this levitating yogi.
C
Yeah.
A
Like, that's not the way that goes. So at a point, there's a. An episode where he's sitting there and he's chastising them, and he's like, do you. We're not here for yoga. This isn't a yoga retreat. We're here to transit, trans. Not transition.
C
Transcend.
A
Transcend. We're here to transcend. And it's not always pleasant.
C
No, it is not.
A
Most of the times it's not. Yeah, it's very difficult. That's why the masters on this wall, all of them went through difficulties elevating themselves to a certain place in their journey. And that is. That. That's a perfect example of what you are talking about. About you walk in with a certain expectation and, like, you know, we're like, oh, I want to be rich and famous was one example. Oh, I want to be a spiritual, you know, guru. I want to sit in a cave and meditate for eight hours a day. And Babaji's cave, I'm like, do you really want to do that?
C
That's right.
A
It's cold. It's not comfortable, you know, and these kind of things that. That book Eat, Pray, Love.
C
Yeah.
A
The movie with Julia Roberts, when she goes to Elizabeth Gilbert. Yeah, Elizabeth, yeah. When she goes, When Julia Roberts goes to Bali and she's trying to meditate, she's like, this is some boring ass girl. She wasn't, she couldn't get there. It was like, it was so hard until finally she had that other older gentleman who broke her down.
C
That's right.
A
And yelled at her and like, and finally she's like, oh, I see what I have to do.
C
And we, and we're all getting those disruptions. Yes, all of us, especially those who are moving more into this area of like, like you say, being able to observe. We're getting things going on in our lives that are disrupting and breaking down so that we can actually look at the shadow aspects of us, so that we can bring it into the light. And I'm seeing that so much like this, this doctor example, you know, this person's going to have to let it all go. You can't have the fight with the lawyers and blah without the financial backing to do that, but also want that because it's owed to you. The expectation is given to you. It's ego. And we all have it. Like, I, I'm not, you know, I, I live, I, I think I live between the worlds in quite a balanced way. Of course, I prefer to be living up there sometimes because it's so you, you feel so much lighter and you can understand things more and then you come back to earth and you're having a nervous system breakdown or you've got cysts, or you've got.
A
This ain't easy.
C
It's not easy.
A
It's not easy.
C
It's not easy for every. And the, the cases, the soul case studies that I'm seeing on a day to day basis are getting more wild. But that's because people are ready now, now, they're ready now to look at those aspects of ourselves so that we can be more in alignment and we can be more in that space of living with passion of who we are and who we say that we are from that authentic place, from a place of integrity.
A
But doesn't it make sense though, Gaia, that that's happening? Because if you just look at the world around us, it seems like everything's intensifying.
C
That's right.
A
The chaotic energy, the craziness, things that are happening politically around the world, our company, there's so many things being brought into the light. You know, one of my favorite topics to talk about is the food system here in the United States. It's absolutely criminal what we consider food here. I don't know how it is in New Zealand. I assume it's a bit better, you know, but things are starting to come out now. We're like, wait a minute, minute. That's that chemical in that product that I've been eating for the last 20 years. Oh, that's proven to give you Alzheimer's, or that's proven to give you cancer or has cancerous aspects to it, or it's messing up your gut biome or, you know, microbiome. And you start. But that's coming out publicly. It's not like in the fringe in the back of a health food store. It's coming up publicly talking. I'm like, no, this is. This is what's happening here. This is what's happening here. So all it's happening, happening everywhere. Things are starting to bubble up because we're all kind of. I think at one level we're ready for it, and another level we're not.
C
Yeah.
A
Because the conversations like we're having now 50 years ago, no one's ready for it. No, no one's ready for it. But the conversations that. These are happening not only in the spiritual space, but in all spaces around our existence are coming up more and more. And it's getting crazy crazier and crazier and more bold. And more things are happening, and there's more protest and there's more anger. And this because it's. We are. It's like swirling up the fish tank.
C
Yes.
A
So the fish tank. You know, the fish tank analogy, right?
C
I think so. Tell me again.
A
So the fish tank analogy, if you've ever had a fish tank, when you have to clean it, you have to clean it because, you know, the fish do their business and it dirties up. But all that dirt and all that. That stuff comes to the gravel at the bottom. Bottom. So if you're looking at the fish tank, it's clean. Generally looks pretty clean, unless it's gotten really out of hand. But generally speaking, if you have a filter, it's filtering out the water. The water is pretty clean.
C
Yeah.
A
But if anyone who's ever cleaned a fish tank knows the second you just touch the gravel, all of the sediment, all the sediment, all this crap comes out. And all of a sudden it is just a hot mess. And that's what's happening to us because it's been there. Nothing that we're going through right now has not been there.
C
Exactly.
A
Right. Not anything. The polarization, the anger, the Racism, the, the greed, all of the power hungry, all of that's always been in the sentiment.
C
It's, it's all coming up now.
A
All now starting to jam it in and move it in. And there are specific people.
C
Yeah.
A
In the world who are built and came to this, this lifetime to shake things up.
C
Yep.
A
Whether you like them or not.
C
That's exactly right.
A
In all countries in the world, in all areas of, from the, from the end, from the film industry, from the food industry, from the religious. You know, the last Pope who passed, Pope Francis, he shook a lot of stuff up. I'm not sure how this one's going to do, but he did shake a lot of things up. And a lot of people did not like him, but a lot of people adored him.
C
Yeah.
A
Whether you, you like. I'm a former Catholic, so I, I could say these things, but regardless if you like them or not, he did shake stuff up. He came out like, you know, hell. It's not a real place. Kind of more of an idea. Can you imagine?
C
So fascinating.
A
Can you imagine that he said that? And the Catholics like what Hell's not. But in the book I was like, he's like, kind of thing.
C
Yeah.
A
So that's, that's someone who's changing things.
C
Yes.
A
And even, even within the last 100, 150 years, there have been multiple people who tried to change things, paid the ultimate price. Gandhi, Martin Luther King, jfk. Multiple places, leaders around the world. They started to change and they did change things. But the world wasn't ready for it yet. We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

And now back to the show.
C
And there's many of us more on a micro level now that are wanting to make that change. There's a lot more now, but fearful of doing that. Fearful for all of the things, the malign that could come towards us, the judgment, the all of the things. But this is where we are being asked to be courageous a little bit more in our own world, to be able to step up, to be able to assist in the way that we are capable. Because everybody like when people come to me, they wanting to know what their capability is, what am I actually capable of doing in the positive sense and also in the dark sense. Because we all have it in us. You know, the light in the shadow. And so. But if I go up and I can see that, okay, this is something that is in the shadow that you can actually clear and utilize as a catalyst for you to be able to move forward. That is why these disruptions are coming up. So it may be happening around us, but like you said, that sediment is also inside of us. We wouldn't have come here at this time time to witness all this and be a part of it if it wasn't already within us to begin with like you said. And so I just feel like in that case with the doctor or the case with the baby, are you really wanting what you say that you want? And can you align with that? And that's not to put fear in people. It's just really coming back to yourself. Truth. It's truth. And that's where people are in denial. You know, I had this another client years ago and but it's coming out of my mouth now. So I was saying, say it. I remember saying to, she's like, I really again baby thing. Because a lot of women come to me for that. And I said, oh, you'll get pregnant in July. And for her, and she did. It was amazing. The timing was perfect. Because sometimes timing can be very off with this work because you know, lots of things are.
A
Yeah, free will.
C
Yeah, free will. And she came in and she said my partner had said to me he would, he wanted to have a baby with me. Once she got pregnant. He disposed. Bolted. He bolted. And so the situations that we're being put in are going well. Is. Are we. Is this again really what you want? Is this what the other person want? Because this is why spirit showed me that co creation between masculine and feminine is that if you are in a relationship I am in a relationship. Everything in that relationship needs to be passionate and cohesive and doing this thing to be able to make the other aspects of your, your life work, your business, your whatever you're creating. Now. That doesn't mean that you have to go and find a relationship just being in alignment with what you say that you are. So when I see someone, I go, oh, you feel like you're in a relationship but are you single? Their eyes will go up. They're like, yeah. I said, okay. So technically that person is physically single, but the energy is not. The energy is protecting themselves to not be able to connect with others. And then they're wondering why people are not coming into their healing work or their business because they're not actually open to connecting with anybody they think they are. But we can do this ourselves. You can feel, I know when my heart is open or closed like that meltdown I had in December, I couldn't feel anything. I couldn't feel anything in my heart. And then when I started processing that my things as well as collectively all the clients that I'd seen for the year, I was like, oh, I'm going to sit in my heart space a bit more because then that makes me feel secure and grounded and safe and not caged within the body. And then I can see more. I can see by the feeling that I have in my body and my heart that this is the right way for me to go. This is not the right way for me to go because we, we're at a crossroads where many people are at this crossroads. Do I. So many people are leaving long term relationships, leaving the jobs because they're not being met with who they are right now. And it's the case is coming to be a lot because you know, I see if you've ever watched a medium work in a group show, yeah, they, you know, a lot of the stories will be very similar because spirit has gathered that same soul group together. Together. It's the same with me. Even though I currently I'm working one on one. I'll be doing some group work later on. But it's like we get similar stories coming in because these soul groups, we're all going through things together and so we need to be able to connect with more like minded people and not see it as an enemy, but someone that I can actually work alongside with to move us through into this next, this next element, which is where the teachers come, come in, which is where the partnering with the right person comes in. Which means that, you know, doors may be opening, but is do you know what is going to. Nobody really knows what's coming through, what's coming through that door. And sometimes, sometimes we need to take a chance and sometimes we know in our being that if we go through that, it's not going to be what we think. A lot of people want fame. I mean even in, in my 20s, it was something that I wanted, I wanted to be well known. But the reason for it was all wrong, Alex. The reason was from a place of insecurity, of not being noticed, of not being seen. Now as I, you know, and it was completely different. I was a TV presenter for how many years? Then when this work started happening, I was like, oh, okay. It's, it's naturally happened just because I got something to say that people, some people want to hear about and when some people want to connect with, to evoke their space spirit. So I just think it's a very, very fascinating time in humanity. I think we really need to be super honest with ourselves and know where we're in denial. What is the truth for you? And sometimes that means letting something go and sometimes meaning there's going to be the right timing to let it go or it's going to solidify. I'm seeing all cases at the moment, people letting go of 30 year relationships, 20 year relationships, jobs, jobs, whatever, and coming back because they want that autonomy to be able to decide for themselves because we want control, Control again.
A
Going back to what I said about the matrix and the code and everything like that, you start to analyze your life in a very different way and you start like, well, if I only have X amount of time left, what do I really want to do with was. I was watching something on social media the other day was great. It was this gentleman who wanted to, he was from California, but he wanted to live in Italy and he'd spend a lot of time in both and, and it got to a place where he was like, well, you know, I could get a place in Italy and move there permanently with my wife or I can stay in California. And I love California, it's great. And all that stuff. And then a friend of him said something really, it was a powerful statement. It's like if you had two years left to live, where would you go?
C
And that was it.
A
And he moved to Italy.
C
And he moved to Italy. But it all comes back to your passion. Cause sometimes I'll see clients and I'll. They have everything in the time they've got a husband and children, everything. Because most people want Those things. I'm not saying everybody does, but most people do want a partnership and whatever. And so, you know, I saw a client and this. She had everything. And I said, oh, in this lifetime before, I said, you've worked with animals and you've worked with horses. And I said, but I said, it's lacking passion. And she said, well, I do have everything, and I do have those two sons, but I'm still not happy. And so I'm seeing that as well. People. People that have technically got everything, but there is no passion.
A
And.
C
And identifying your passion is actually quite a difficult thing sometimes. I remember when I was asked that, I was like, God, what is my passion? Like, I really had to think about it.
A
I mean, I was lucky in the sense that I didn't figure it out until right after graduation in high school.
C
It's early.
A
It is. It is. I was like. I was quite lucky.
C
Yeah.
A
That I was like. But it was so nonchalant, so just so teenage. Like, oh, you know, I've got around 3,000 VHS's in my room. Not exaggerating. I collected a massive collection of VHS. And I was like, huh? I guess I want to be a filmmaker. I want to. Guess I want to be a director. Yeah, I'll be a director. And that was. That was that. That was it. I still remember the moment it happened. I had never thought about it before. I had a schoolmate of mine who suggested it. After he showed, I showed a school project, I did a. Instead of a book report, I did a video. The teacher allowed me to do a video instead. And it was the beginnings of what I was going to do.
C
Right.
A
But I never. Because at that time, that wasn't even a thing.
C
Yeah, you could.
A
Might as well say, I'm going to run away from the circle with the circus. Like, it makes no sense in those days. Now everybody's like, yeah, yeah, I want to be a filmmaker. I want to be a creator. That didn't exist. Exist back then. So for me to jump on that, that road was pretty insane, But I figured that out. But if you would have told me that, I'd be sitting here, you know, podcasting was never a passion. I fell into it, Right?
C
Same with me.
A
This was not a passion. It is now. I enjoy the overall work that I do with Next Level Soul and with the show and with Next Level Soul tv and all the. The other things that we're doing to help people and to spread the energy that we're spreading. But I fell into this. It's not like I sat there one day, I'm like, you know what? I really, oh God, I want so much to be a spiritual podcaster and talk to psychics and mediums and channels and mystics and, and weird ladies from New Zealand and all sorts. I want, that's what I really, that's what I really want. Not once in my life that happened. So I kind of, and I finally, I find that curious.
C
But what does that tell you though? You had an instinct at that time based on what? You could work with your 3000 VHS videos in your room, in my experience. And you stepped into that. And I think this is important because they're gradual steps and you were talking to me about this. Pivoting. Pivoting takes time.
A
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

A
And now back to the show.
C
Sometimes, yes, we're cutting things off clean a drug but you're going to have to be prepared for the doctor that doesn't have the financial capabilities to fight the fight. And so this, you pivoted and you pivoted and you followed the pivot, which is also what I have done. A lot of people don't do that. They don't know how. It's scary, right?
A
It's terrifying.
C
It is. And that's when you, you can start being passionate about the little daily things that you do. From you talking about the food system, what you're choosing to consume, what you're choosing to watch. You have created all these beautiful platforms for people to have uplifting and empowering transmissions from all the teachers that you have on because that in itself is going to cultivate some sort of energetic Passion within you to be able to start noticing what you are meant to be doing in your life. So rather than accumulating all the things and the husband and the children and the house and the blind store being miserable, you are then empowering yourself because your power is within you. Which is where we started off this conversation, of course, always within you. And people forget, even the people who are having major physical health issues, they are always the most powerful ones that I see, always. Because within them they've lost their power somewhere. And I'll go to like, I had this young man, it was very young, actually. I don't see anyone under 18, but he was probably around that age, maybe 20, 20. He came on the screen and I couldn't see him. It was all rainbow colors. I'd never seen Zoom do that rainbow color. I took a screenshot, I've got it on my laptop, I'll show you later. And I was thinking, oh. I said, there's something about this person. I hadn't seen who it was yet. And when the person came on screen, it was a young, young man. And I could see in timelines before where this person had a lot of spiritual power, like a prophet and spirit was saying, bring this energy into this child, child of, this child of God, to remit so he can remember, he can heal himself. I'm just here to evoke the spirit within him, to help him remember what he can do. And through the time as I could see how he, how he has developed the weakness in the body and it actually went back generations to a grandfather who at the 20 year mark, and I was telling them, telling all this, at 20 year mark, decided to leave the family, abandoned the family and started a new life with someone else. But then all the men progressively lost their power because the feminine wasn't being nurtured. The women had been left, the daughters had been left. And we're needing that masculine energy to help protect us and make us feel safe. And so therefore this young man had lost his masculine power, which is to be able to feel safe in his body, to have a healthy body. But why this is important to know is that anyone that is experiencing any type of health issues, it's telling you something, something in order for your contribution in the world. Because once you go through something, that's how you can share it. Yeah, that's how you can share. And that's when people will be like you. This Alex knows what he's talking about because he's been through that. Gaia knows what she's talking about because she's been through that. That's when we become. And we know that we're going to credible teachers because they've got something that they have been through. And I've got a number of clients at the moment looking after stroke patients or whatever. Another client has just lost her baby at 20 weeks. These are traumatic things that are happening to people. But that client is also in the mental health line and that experience is going to help her. I know she'll get a baby and I've told her that. But sometimes that journey no one can predict. But it's all giving us the experiences along the way to find the passion of that. That fire burning like I need to help people with this. There's no other the way.
A
Well, the thing is fascinating too, and again, this is only from. From people who've walked the planet a little bit is you start to look back at your life and you start to see how it's been guided. So, perfect example. First job, I wasn't a supermarket clerk. I wasn't a waiter. I wasn't a video store clerk.
C
So interesting.
A
So that I walked by a video store that we used to rent from and I'm like, I need a job. I want a job. I got a job earlier than it was legal to get a job. I was that hungry that I just was. I needed to hustle. I wanted to, you know. And that was my first job.
C
Yeah.
A
And I. And I stayed there for five years.
C
But you hit the hunger.
A
Well, no, I always had. Since I was born, I was hustling.
C
Yeah.
A
I was having garage sales. I was like the richest 9 or 10 year old you'll ever see. I was flush.
C
Yeah.
A
Because I would say sell garbage pail kids and baseball cards and my old clothes and toy. Like I was always a business. And my wife's mother said, I like this guy that you're seeing and I know that you'll never be hungry.
C
Yeah.
A
Because he'll always figure out a way to make money.
C
Yeah.
A
So that's. That was, that was the gift that I had. I always, always, always had that. That thing I always. That was inside of me.
C
But.
A
But it's interesting. So that's the first job which leads me into the career. Now that career doesn't go the way I want it to go because I had certain expectations. But then I launch a podcast about the film industry and then that starts to take off and then I open up another podcast about screenwriting and that turns off and then it pivots into this. Do you See how long of a road and so many things winding to get to where I'm sitting with you right now. Now, nothing I could have planned.
C
Nope.
A
No one could have organized this logically. It makes, this makes no logical sense.
C
But you were patient and you went
A
through it and I. What? But the thing is, I, I allowed myself, especially towards the later years, I started to allow myself to be taken on the road. Like, the doors were open. I would, I walked them, I walked through them where a lot of people are scared to walk through them.
C
Like, and this is interesting, especially with AI in the world, you know, AI is going to have its place, of course, but like anything. Yeah, of course. But it's going to be interesting for everyone now to reevaluate their purpose because we're going to have information all around us, you know, so easy, you know, easily getting information. But this is now coming back to you of what are the ex. Like you've said, what are the experiences that you are, are having here on Earth? That is actually information for you to be able to develop who you are and follow the passion of what your contribution is. Because, you know, if you've been watching and listening to all the different predictions around AI and jobs and things, we're going to be in the space where people are going to have a lot of time and a lot of information to actually go, oh, my God, what, what am I meant to be doing now?
A
Dangerous.
C
Dangerous.
A
It is time and information. Very dangerous.
C
And I, and I say that sometimes, you know, when we have too many choices, we are really, I don't know,
A
it's the paradox of choice. That's literally called the paradox of choice.
C
And so that's why the internal journey now is so much more important than ever before. And we are here at this time because that is going to be giving us, like, you know, with my app, I put homework out every week for people to actually tune into the energy of the week, guys going, okay, I have this within me. What am I meant to be doing? Because people are so fearful, whereas I see it as an opportunity. And some people, you know, say it's so easy, you've got everything, but it's taken a long. I don't have everything, but it's like, it's taken a long time to get to this. And it's by trial and error. It's by taking these weird steps of, like, showing up with you and trusting that. And, and we've got to allow the right timing to come in as well.
A
Can I, can I say that I Think, Think. Most of us and the most pivotal parts of our lives is when we take a take. Take on fear and we overcome a fear. The greatest changes in our life is when we take that leap. Now, I just gave you a perfect example earlier. We opened up an olive oil and vinegar gourmet shop. That was a leap.
C
Such a leap.
A
A huge, massively, financially, everything was a massive, massive leap. You got to think about these leaps. I. But I wasn't afraid of taking that leap. That was just a leap, because I was. But the reason why I took that leap was not the right reason.
C
Yeah.
A
It wasn't because I was super passionate about this.
C
Yeah.
A
It was because I was over that. Yes. I was so burnt from client work and working in the industry and all that stuff, that that's what. That wasn't the reason. When we went into this space and I started to do this, and when the business aspect of what Next Level Soul was doing, when the show started to take off, we made. Because I could still be at my house shooting, and this could be on Zoom.
C
Yeah, for sure.
A
There's no reason I don't need this. But then we're like, you know what? We want to go in here. And it was a leap of faith. We literally built a studio going, how are we going to get people here?
C
We had no idea.
A
Idea. Had no idea if this was even going to work.
C
Yep.
A
I really didn't. We'd, like, maybe a couple people will come this or that. And within the first six months, you're like, yeah, I'm flying in from New Zealand. I'm like, what? What? If you remember correctly, we were like, no, we told you not to come.
C
Tell me not to come.
A
We're like, no, no, no, no. Zoom.
B
Let's do Zoom.
A
If it works, maybe. Maybe later. Like, we were really concerned. Concerned about you making that financial trip, the time and.
C
But I had no expectations.
A
But also. And you weren't only coming for this.
C
I was only.
A
You weren't piggybacking on another job. You came just for this. The jet. You came in, like, for, like, three days early to get over Jet.
C
I did, but Because I knew I could feel. And this is why it's really important for people to feel that the risks that they're taking are going to be worthwhile in some way without, like you said, maybe a couple people. Maybe you just kind of went along with that and you've grown with it, as it naturally happened, because you are giving something to a community that is getting so much out of it. And they can feel that. They can feel your authenticity. They can feel that you're genuinely doing this. And also, while people may not know your personal life, that energy, that foundation that you've built, this is why it's so important.
A
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

C
Your personal life is impacting everything else and this is what spirit shows me all the time. They're like, you know this, this person wants to make millions of dollars, but they're not even aligned with their relationship energy. It's kind of like everything is relationship. Everything is relationship. And so I just think it's a very interesting time of people going to be discerning what am I meant to be doing? What is my purpose? Like I'm working on some resources around helping people to figure out their sole purpose. Because it's one of the biggest things I see is one of the reasons people come to me is like, what am I capable of? And that is a question you can ask yourself, what am I capable of?
A
But most people are scared. They are scared of what they're capable of. And that is the biggest problem in humanity. It's not that we are afraid of what we can't do. It's what we are. We are truly afraid of what we can do. Hence why we give our power away.
C
That's right.
A
Institutions to governments, to religions. Because we are truly afraid of what we are capable of.
C
Correct.
A
And, and from, and from the moment that you're born, everything, everyone's always trying to kind of push you down, push you down. Hey, no, no, hey, don't go. And there's the few of us. And I don't say us meaning me. Like a few human beings. Beings who'd say, screw it.
C
Yeah.
A
And those are the change makers.
C
Yeah.
A
They are the people where they're. And again, I'll say some names and they're not perfect. They're human. Yeah, but Steve Jobs.
C
Yeah.
A
Henry Ford, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, jfk. These are people who decided, no, we're. I'm. I'm gonna ignore what. Everything is going on around us and I'm gonna do what I feel is right. But that number is growing. It is dramatically from 2000 years ago when it was Jesus walking around and there were a handful of other masters in the world in India and in China and all that stuff around the same time period. And even prior, like with Socrates and, and, And Athena and all that kind of world, there was only literally a few. Few in a hand. You can count how many souls on the planet were doing that work.
C
Yeah.
A
Today.
C
Yep.
A
There are a plethora. Just so many.
C
Do you know what, spirit? It's really interesting the. The things that stuck out for me as you were speaking is that the names that you're going to give are not perfect. This is the one thing that I see a lot. I don't have everything sorted out. Who does?
A
Oh, God. You read Steve Jobs's biography. I've studied Steve Jobs extensively. And that man was not perfect. No. At all.
C
That's right.
A
At all. He was actually in the Times.
C
And we need to get over that because this is the thing I really don't believe on putting people on pedestals because we are all imperfect. We're all. We wouldn't be human and here if we were these perfect beings. This is why all these masses have gone, because they've figured it out in their own way, left their legacy and got. And so this is our turn to leave our legacy. Last year, I can't remember what month, maybe August or September. September. This was so bizarre, Alex. But it's one of the things. Alexander the Great came to me as one does. And I was thinking, first they show. First he showed me a horse and it's like, this is beautiful. And I. In my brain, I don't. Because for me, as you know, I'm quite naive with my spiritual journey. A lot of things happen, amazing things. But yeah, you.
A
You look like a lost lamb. A lot of times you're talking like what just happens.
C
Yeah, but because I like being that way too, because then I can be really curious about it. Let's look at that. Rather than thinking I know everything. I'm like, when I'm working with a client, I'm like, oh, what does that mean? Let's go in there and have a look. But so. So Alexander the Great just shows up. And often I'll come and tell my partner when big things happen because I know there's something more. After my meditation shows me the horse and I say, okay, this must be about going into the year of the horse. He said, oh, no, this is Bucephalus. I'm like, okay, who's Bucephalus? Looked it up, was, you know, Alexander's Treasured horses, even a place named after Bucephalus. But Alexander the Great came to me and said, the great boy child will be born again. And I said, okay, what does that mean? This is what you're saying, or the change makers and all the people that are coming in to shake things up, good ways or bad ways? It's. Nothing is good or bad. It's just how we perceive it. Right? But just saying, using those words for lack of a better way of explaining it. And this is the thing coming back to. To more children being born that are going to be these change makers. And so therefore, parents, whoever is having the child where you're doing it on your own, you've got a partner, your being needs to be prepared to hold a soul with that much power, because they're going to come in wanting to know and bring their capability into fruition rather than being controlled. Controlled. This is why that cage broke inside of my sacral chakra and my other medium friend, who was experiencing it in some other place at the same time as me. The day that day is because that area of creation is bringing in these people that are going to break us out of jail, that are going to break us out of that fear. So some of these greats are going to be reborn again. It's what he told me, which makes
A
all the sense in the world. It's really interesting that we're the. The time that we're living in, because we're walking around, around a marketplace, let's say. I don't know why this image came into my head, but like a Greek marketplace.
C
I like this.
A
Roman. A Roman marketplace, I think it was. Roman, Roman marketplace.
C
Yeah.
A
I'm looking. It just came into my head and it's the marketplace from Hercules, the animated film. But I'm looking at the real. I know, I'm sorry, It's one of my favorite Disney's. But you're in this marketplace and there's all These different characters walking around and, and generally everyone works by the same rules. But now we're walking in a space where, you know, maybe where you and I grew up, everyone worked in the marketplace and everyone knew their place in the marketplace. Customers, workers, owners, this and that, real estate, everyone kind of had their place. But now all the rules are upside down. The people who are working behind the counter, they don't want to work behind the counter. People who are buying, don't want to buy, buy. Or maybe they're trying to switch roles or they're flipping things off the tables or like there's, there's chaos in the marketplace now and many of us are engaged in like the fight over there over, you know, that blanket that they're trying to sell or that piece of meat and other ones are over there doing it. And then there's some of us walking through, just observing, observing it all. Like, wow, this is quite. Not engaging and not allowing them to be pulled into it, but just observing, observing. And it's really, really interesting to see. It's just fat. It's just fascinating that the time that we're in, because unlike before, that marketplace I was telling you about, basically it was a microcosm. It was just there. And anybody within maybe a half a mile will know what's happening in that marketplace. But if there's a war happening 10 miles away, we wouldn't know. No, we just wouldn't know. But now we know everything that everyone's doing at all times. It's just like that movie, everything everywhere, all at once.
C
That's right.
A
And that is. We're not built for that. No, our nervous systems are not built for that.
C
That's why the nervous system meltdown that
A
many people are having, because we cannot handle that kind of information. And there's so much emotionally charged information coming at us that we just can't process it. And it's getting worse and worse. And you doom scroll. Yeah. And you're watching, God forbid, the news every night and, and you're seeing like, oh my God, someone farted in another country somewhere. And it like, no one. You can't. You shouldn't know that.
C
Yeah. But also people are being immune, becoming immune.
A
Oh, they're getting numb. Because of the defense mechanism.
C
That's right. And that's because the heart is closed off. You have.
A
It's a defense mechanism where you would have been empathetic if it was just an neighbor next door. The next door town that's going through something. Yeah, that's one thing.
C
Yeah.
A
But now it's just every town compounded, every town everywhere. And you're like, that's why when you're like, oh my God, that's terrible that that horrible thing happened. So what's going on over here? Oh, the Kardashians are playing like it's, it's, you have, it's the defense mechanism of the human body and of the mind and of the ego. They're like, I can't, I can't anymore. That's why we feel so overwhelmed. Overwhelmed. That's why people are going into meditation.
C
Yes.
A
That's why people are trying to find the inner world because they're, they're starting to reject the exterior three dimensional world and they're starting to go inward, which is what Jesus said all along.
C
And we are being taken on these amazing vision quests within us. Like we were talking about the greats. And recently Spirit took me on this journey to the tops of all the mountains. And this is why, you know, as I said, the volcanoes are all waking up and Buddha's point, the apex on the top of his head and how he's depicting that state of enlightenment. It's like this part of our body is now really waking up so that we can start receiving that information, receiving the frequencies, the vibrations that we need. It's like we all, this is where we are going, the vision quest within, to reach the pinnacle within. Because this is going to be like an antenna that's going to be broadcasting out to the world everything that you are intending and wanting. That's why you have to want what you really align with what you want. And be careful, you know, because we. I have sabotaging thoughts sometimes too. And I have to quickly correct it because for me I'm thinking, gosh, is this my intuition or is this my brain? But then I have to connect with my heart. So it's like when they showed me these pinnacles, they're showing me that this is where humanity is working towards like your, your road to Dharma, people riding at the tops of Himalayas. The reason why they go to the tops of these places, because that's the place you receive. Caves are the place where information is gathered and held in that space. That's why so many of the sages go into caves to meditate. We don't physically need to go anywhere.

A
And now back to the show.
C
Everything is shown with the journeys that I go on and where they take me. Incredible. But I'm not special. It's just because I take the time to investigate. Why is Gaia experiencing this? And this is what people come to me to be the soul searcher that I am, the time traveler that I am to go, what's still impacting me now? How do we rewrite that karma so that I can bring that utopia here into my life rather than being part of all or the drama. The drama.
A
The telenovela.
C
The telenovela. Exactly.
A
And boy, is it getting juicy out there.
C
It is. We are getting very juicy.
A
But as you're saying that the first thing that came into my head was so everything we were talking about the overloading of the nervous system.
C
Right, Right.
A
So imagine on a physical level, that's what's happening.
C
Correct.
A
But then people are starting to wake up. They're starting to see other things. They're starting to feel spiritually awake, awakening. So now you have the confusion of the physical world and now you have this other new thing which is opening up the spiritual world inside of you. And people are like to say, what are you supposed. What are you supposed to do with it?
C
Yeah.
A
And that's why people are feeling lost. They're feeling crazy. They need to like, I'm gonna go get some ayahuasca. Maybe that'll help me. And they're like, well, no, it's not gonna be my. But it's gonna open up a whole other world for you.
C
Yeah.
A
You know, maybe I should. I need to start meditating. Maybe I need to eat differently. Maybe I need to travel and do some other things maybe I have to do. Because now you're just being bombarded for with not only all the stuff that's happening in the physical world. But now you're also getting bombarded with vision quests and intuition. And God forbid, if you start opening up your psychic abilities and you're like, I see a dead person. What the hell is that? I've had all these conversations.
C
Yes, that's right.
A
So that's so overwhelming that people can literally really crap.
C
And this is why balance is so important.
A
Yes.
C
Like. Like, you know, I've. I've predicted for people that they're going to have a psychotic break if they stay in this. This upper realm for too long. We're here in the physical body for a reason. And so therefore, balance and gradual increase is what you want. You don't want to just cut, you know, cut and dry and just be in that space meditating all day long and receiving. Receiving. Because sometimes I want to do that, but I know that it's going to make me. Me. Make it harder for me to live in the world because I'm experiencing all this elevation somewhere else. But, you know, I'm still a relatively young woman. I've still got time here to do all the things that Gaia is here to do. And I say that to my clients. Be spiritual, meditate, inquire, you know, look at your capabilities. Let's see what you're doing and what you've done here and how we can bring this or rewrite it, but also just enjoy the human journey as well.
A
Well, yeah. Do you. Do you. In your work, do you see people who escape absolutely. Into the spiritual because they are so numb to the world or want to kind of get away from what the. This. This reality is that they go completely 100% into the spiritual. But when you do that, and I understand the intoxicating because it's an addiction, it's absolutely. I get it. I had. I've had my own vision quest. I've had my own spiritual experiences. Every time I meditate, some cool stuff happens. Sometimes I walk out of meditation and my kids are like, oh, you were meditating, weren't you? Because they can feel.
C
Yeah.
A
You know, and sometimes my wife will look at me and I'm like, I'm in the days.
C
Yeah.
A
I'm, like, literally high.
C
Yes, that's right.
A
Coming off of a day, there is that spiritual high.
C
Yeah.
A
And you come in, you're like, okay, was it lunchtime? Like, what do we. Am I supposed to eat now? Like. Like, is it. I get it. Yes, I get it. But when you go so far down that road, what you're saying, like, we're still here.
C
We are still here.
A
And we're here for a reason. We weren't. This isn't a prison planet. They're not here because we're. We're being punished. Though it might feel like that sometimes.
C
I mean, we get a lot of tests in our lives, you know, but
A
we're here for a reason, to experience this now.
C
Right.
A
Is our goal to transcend like the masters did? Yes, but even the masters, Buddha, when he found enlightenment, didn't just say, I'm out.
C
No, that's right.
A
He hung around for I don't know how many decades after.
C
That's right.
A
And continued to preach the word. Many of the masters that I'm talking
C
about, and they received the judgment and
A
the backlash and on the this and that. And some of them got the ultimate price.
C
Correct.
A
You know? Know. So. But they chose to stay because that's what they were here to do. Yeah, but they balanced. It was a balance. Yes. You know, and everyone knows how much I have love for Yogananda because. And he's one of the more recent masters.
C
Yes.
A
Who were within a time period where they were filmed and they actually wrote the book.
C
That's right.
A
It wasn't written 400 years later by a bunch of people trying to have political power. I'm sorry, Alex, what was that? Who was that? I don't even know what happened.
C
Something came through.
A
Something just came through. I don't know. Yeah, sure. No, but. So by being able to study someone like him and what he went through and he found his enlightenment, he found his self realization earlier in his life and then started to go out. But he struggled, of course. He didn't want it. He didn't want this. He, like, I don't want to go
C
to America's trouble that he came into when he got here to America, he's
A
like, I'm like, why am I here? Like, I could be in India. Everyone understands what I'm talking about here. I could do good work there. There's a billion of us over there. It'll be fine. You know? It'll be fine. And he literally said, like, I don't want to go to America.
C
Yeah.
A
Because it's so much harder there.
C
Yep.
A
You know, one of my favorite. One of my favorite parts of the Awake is the documentary about him is like, when I got to America, first thing I saw saw was hot dogs. I'm like, lord, I mean, master, why did you send me to a place where they eat dogs? Because he didn't know. He didn't know there's no hot dogs in India.
C
No.
A
So. And if he actually knew what was in it, it would even be more terrifying. But. But that was so beautiful to see. But he struggled so much. That's why I love him. As a case study.
C
Yes.
A
Because all the older masters, it's a lot of. Of like he said, she said, maybe this happened. No, we really don't know. But with someone like Yogananda and many others who are more recent, in the last 150 years, 200 years, there is documentation, true documentation even, and even more so, even films and movies and recordings of their teachings, the Maharishi and these kind of souls who walked in the earth, you kind of see what they went through and the backlash and the deal. Because anytime you go against the grain, anytime you go against the. The organization of what everyone says is true, it's going to be a problem.
C
Absolutely. And. And this is what we can do in our own lives, is document what we are going through, because it is part of our contribution, because each and every single one of us, the people that I see with addiction, the people that I see with health problems, the people that I see with profound gifts opening up, this is your time to document that in your own way and know that that power is coming out of you for a. For a reason.
A
So with all the insanity that is happening in the world, what do you think? What kind of consciousness is going to be required to lead in the next decades coming?
C
We're going to have to be very elevated with our approach, elevated in our response to things. We're responding rather than reacting. And that can be hard sometimes with fiery personalities like, you know, are we actually responding to what's being asked of us? And that's also when we're looking at conflict in our own lives or any sort of disagreement or that. That uncomfortableness. If we respond appropriately, we're going to get a better outcome. So that consciousness of elevation rising and ensuring that we're seeing things the way that. That they're meant to be, but also like going back to malign, benign align. It's like that benign that giving from that goodness from like the thing with. Not. You're not a stranger to me. You know, we're all connected, even if we have different backgrounds, different religious. It takes an elevated consciousness to be able to see the world in that way and see others that way. So in that world of polarization, things will come back together again. I don't. I. I feel very hopeful. I feel. I feel very hopeful. I know everything is messy right now, but from what I, I've been experiencing and what I've been feeling, that if we can all elevate in our own lives, doing the things in our lives that elevate us beyond what we are currently stuck in, that is going to lift the whole vibration of the world so that we can be who we are meant to be to make this world still go around in the way that we hope we want it to.
A
Well, I mean, I, I do think that we're going to get to a breaking point.
C
We will.
A
We're not there yet. No, no, we're not there yet. But there's something going to happen and it will be something that will be global.
C
Yep.
A
That will. Everyone's going to stop and go, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Everyone needs to calm down and collectively we're going to go, no, no, no, we're not. This is not where we're going. No, but, but we are being pushed to the edge. We'll be right back after a word from our speaker sponsor.

A
And now back to the show. And that happens to all of us on a micro level.
C
Correct.
A
You know, I've had so many conversations with near death experiencers who they, they were literally pushed and pushed and pushed and when they didn't listen, they needed the sledgehammer, the ultimate wake up call. Which is dying.
C
Yes. To be able to see, to be
A
able to see again and to come back and enjoy the path or at least walk the path that they have to walk. But you, you're taken to the edge.
C
And they. They get the ultimate elevation.
A
Yeah. Die. You die. You see the other side?
C
You see the other side?
A
Side. You know, for me, for me walking the Earth now, I mean, I have absolute belief that there is another side. That's not even a question in my life. That's a gift.
C
Yep.
A
It's a gift to have that kind of belief within yourself. Now, whether it's true or not, I don't know.
C
No.
A
But I have within myself understand that there is a bigger thing than us. I am. There is something much larger than me as an ego, as a person.
C
Yep.
A
And on a logical standpoint, it just makes the most logical sense in the world that this is all. It just doesn't happen by accident. You know, ecosystems in Amazon aren't perfect for just oops. Like, it just doesn't. This animal eats this lizard that gets this thing that then poops over here and then this grows. And, like, that doesn't happen.
C
No.
A
This. You know, and that we're talking.
C
Yes, that's right.
A
It's not an accident. So I have that, that, that belief and that inner knowing that makes. It's a gift that I'm able to walk around understanding the reasons why a lot of things happen that make it any better.
C
No.
A
You know.
C
Yeah.
A
Like when you get punched, it hurts, of course, but at least you're like, well, I kind of understand why the punch came.
C
That's right.
A
But that's not easy.
C
Yep. Yeah, it is not easy. And that's why it takes the elevated consciousness to be able to observe and see what is actually being asked of us and how it contributes to the wider mission of discovering our purpose at a time where AI is coming in and it's going to force us to go, okay, if. If I can't do that anymore, what am I actually meant to be doing? And not being fearful of the. What am I capable of? Because there's a lot of people out there with a lot of power that can be used for the good.
A
I think that is one of the, the. The big themes of this conversation is allowing people or reminding people, People what immense power they actually have within themselves.
C
Absolutely. And to, you know, be curious and question yourself a little bit more. Take the time. We're all so distracted and busy. We're all being controlled in some way. We're leading. You know, I've got a medical professional in my life who's a. Who's a doctor, and he said to me, you know, there are medications that are being given to people that are going to have. And this is coming from a scientist that are going to have the effects of. You're more dulled down so we can control you. Yeah. And so this is where we have to come back to ourselves going, well, why am I letting this happen? You know, what can I do about this? To break that cage so that I feel liberated. Sure. We all need a little here and there help physically from time to time. Of course, I'm not saying that we. We're not. But the scientists are starting to realize that because I get a huge number of doctors coming to me saying, we don't want to be controlled anymore. We want to step into this. We want to bring this element into our healing work. How do I elevate? How do I move past this? So I just feel like, yes, people have immense power within themselves and it's in our children. It's in the new beings that are coming. The greats are being reborn again. And it's to help us come to that breaking point so that the new world is fully at play.
A
I think that we are going to be put in a position where we're going to have to choose.
C
That's why the path.
A
Yeah. We're gonna have to choose within our own lives what we want to do. Do we want to. Do we want to be controlled? Do we want to continue the path of the programming that we've been given?
C
Yeah.
A
Because all of us got programming.
C
Of course.
A
Second we walked into this existence.
C
Yeah.
A
We were programmed from birth. Or do we want to leave that behind and choose to opt out out of that and become who you really are?
C
Yes.
A
And that is scary.
C
Yes.
A
Because it's so much easier to blame you. Because my. My life's not good.
C
Absolutely.
A
That's how most governments control their people. And that's how most wars start. Those people over there, they're the enemy. They're the reason why you have no job. They're the reason you have no this or that. That's why we must go now. Destroy them. That's the justification of so many wars around the world. Um, you were saying that there's drugs being given. I. It reminds me of. There's a. I forgot what they were giving sailors, but they. Sailors, American sailors. They were putting something. Salt. Something. I forgot what it was, but it was something that they were putting in the food.
C
Okay.
A
That basically knocked out their libido.
C
Interesting.
A
Because you have a bunch of sailors.
C
Yeah.
A
On a. On a boat for months at a time and no women anywhere. That situation gets wild. The young men on Top of that.
C
Yeah.
A
So their hormones and everything. So they had to put salt and. Salt pepper. Not salt pepper, but in something salt.
C
Yeah.
A
But they would put it in the food to dull their libido.
C
Interesting.
A
So it was. They were more controllable, a little bit more docile, still able to fight if need be. But that part of the. It was a thing. So that makes all the sense in the world. So then you have to make the choice. I'm like, okay, what am I putting in my system? What kind of food am I putting in my system? What kind of content am I ingesting every day? Am I reading the newspaper on a paper? Am I watching the news all the day? Am I watching fearful stuff all the day? Am I ingesting the wrong fearful kind of shows or the positive ones that are uplifting me? You need to make that choice for yourself, because it's not just one concept. It's not just concept, just food. It's not. But who are the people around me?
C
And people are noticing that, like I mentioned to you, people are falling away. You know, the old groups are falling away because we're making space for this new way of elevated being so that we can actually all move together into this collective experience of enlightenment.
A
But it's so hard, Gaia. It's so hard that, you know, I had a micro version of that happen to me when I started to do this work.
C
Yeah.
A
Friends. I'm. Luckily, my family all knew I was crazy anyway, so it's. They're like, oh, now this. Sure. My. My father's like, you make money with this. Yeah, fine. Do whatever you want. So it's so hard to lose the people you loved.
C
Yeah.
A
Or have had relationships with, to walk a different path, and then as you're walking that path, be ridiculed by those same people. Yeah. It takes a very strong individual to deal with that. Most of the people, if not all of the people, who've been on the show have dealt with that one way or another.
C
Absolutely.
A
You know, to walk the path that. The spiritual path, whether it just being a mystic or whether being a psychic or being a channeler or being an astrologer or whatever it is, there's a moment that they made the choice.
C
Yeah.
A
They weren't generally. Generally not born. Born into a family. We're like, yeah, channel. Who are you talking. Is that Jesus? Is that Alexander the Great again? That's generally that. There are some of those.
C
Yes.
A
But even then, they still lose people along the way. But the thing that's so hard Is that it's. And I see this image, I don't know why with you I'm getting images popping into my head.
C
Right.
A
But I'm seeing like Christ walking down the path and being rocks being thrown at him, you know, and being stoned while he's trying to walk.
C
And what did he say? They just don't know. They just don't know.
A
They don't, they don't understand.
C
No.
A
And. And it's not delusion on our part.
C
No.
A
And it's not. And it's not us versus them. It's nothing like that. It's. We're walking our path.
C
Yep.
A
Whatever that path is, it's. We're walking it. It is our truth.
C
And it makes life more exciting too. Like your belief that there is something else out there. I mean, we've. All the people that you have on the show have all these otherworldly things going on.
A
Absolutely.
C
And a lot of us are very grounded people that just have day to day lives and then this mystical things going on, like you said, with your own experiences. But it does require courage and bravery. And I know in my own experience, like fortunately, all my friends, even though they're completely different from me and this is what I love, is that diversity of being able to be with people that may not be on the same path as you, but you are no stranger to me. We are still the same. We are still in this human experience together. Is that, you know, even with me, as time went on, sure, I reveal more about the side of me, more openly at the right time for me and also with the right audience, you know, you'll know when to say how, what to say and how to say it. Read the room. And I think that also for anyone who's fearful with that things are happening to them or they're wanting to step out and showcase a certain spiritual gift or whatever. Read the room. Because you will know where and when to say things. But yes, having that, preparing to lose certain people or be ridiculed or be judged, it's going to happen again as
A
you start walking and start looking back at your life. You know, for me, I just remember, I'm like, man, I wish I had my 20s back. God, I, I wasted them. No, I don't want to be 20.
C
But you wish you had it back.
A
I wish I had that time back.
C
Right.
A
And if I had a little bit of what I know now back. Amazing.
C
Yeah.
A
But my, my twenties were like, I wouldn't say it's a lost decade for me, but a lot of it was a wasted decade. But I guess it wasn't wasted because I needed to be what I needed to be.
C
That's right.
A
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

C
What is your contribution?
A
What's my contribution to this planet and to this. And we all have it, every one of us.
C
It doesn't.
A
And it doesn't have to be grand. It could be like, I took care of my family.
C
Yep.
A
At the best of my ability. And I made sure that the next generation coming up behind me was prepared for what was coming. That is completely fine and completely great and honestly humble. And it's amazing. It doesn't have to be grandiose. You don't have to fix the world. And I promise you, most people can't fix the world. It's impossible. One person can't fix the world at all.
C
We're perfectly imperfect, Alex.
A
That's exactly it. There's a question I've been wanting to ask you and I'm really curious to hear your thoughts on it. What is the difference between remembering who you are and becoming who you are?
C
Oh, interesting. I don't think you can have one without the other. Like, if I think about my own journey. Journey. I came here in this body and this, in this gender and this ethnicity. And along the way I obviously started to remember who I was. But I was becoming all along. And so I don't think there is a huge difference. It's one without. You can't have one without the other because you're becoming as your blossom. Blossoming of what you are remembering. And I think that's the stage we're all in, is that we are all blossoming into some beautiful flower, beautiful tree, beautiful natural being that can be a part of that mother earth cycle of the seasons, of the weather, of all the patterns. Because everything is patterns. That's why these people who study sacred geometry and all of those things. So I think that the remembering begins as soon as we start stepping into what we know. We are becoming the blossoming. I see it as a blossoming because the more I mature, the more that I learn about life, the more that I have my own experiences, more that I feel. It's like, oh, I remember that that's actually what I wanted all along. But now I can see it because it's becoming. Because sometimes I'll hear things, people will say things to me and then it just doesn't fully resonate. And then a year later I'll go, oh, oh, so it's becoming now. I remembered then, but now I'm becoming it. You're embodying it.
A
I mean, I mean I, again, I can only use my, my experience with this. But like I started to be a spiritual podcaster and then I just embodied it and then became it.
C
That's right.
A
And now we're here. Yep, almost 700, some 80. 800 was 800 episodes, something like 7. 800. I lost, I lost my track there. But the, but the point is that, yeah, it's you be, you become it. And it's so funny because when it happens, all of a sudden you make that realization. You're like, oh, am I? Oh, I guess I am that now. Yeah, all of a sudden, like, oh,
C
oh, I guess you become it.
A
I guess I'm a writer now. Or I guess I'm a baker now. Or I guess I'm. I guess I am.
C
Because you followed your instincts for remember. Because it's, it's, it's not coming from nowhere. It's like when we have child prodigies come in, they can do whatever. Yeah, it's not coming from nowhere. They're remembering something at a very high level. At a very high level. But on a day to day person level, we are remembering even our conscious patterns that we do ever get up in the morning, brush our teeth, comb our hair, we're remembering something. But on a deeper Level these instincts via 3000 VHS. Your olive oil store your all of the things that you've done. And then we where else next level soul is going to take you. That is the embodiment of what you are remembering. So taking that first step will help you jog the memory. Oh yeah, I forgot I'm actually good at doing this. Or I didn't know I could do. That's part of my capability. But then look what's becoming as I do do that as I do align.
A
So what fear must most people release before real freedom is even impossible?
C
The biggest fear in this line of work is the fear of people thinking you're crazy. People thinking that there's something wrong with you, that you are, you know, because of the polarizing with religion and spirituality. You know, I've had people in the past going to me, can you explain to me how you. What you do? Because it doesn't go against my. It goes against my religious beliefs. Like well, I can't. I've just got heightened intuition. So it's, you know, it is just who I am. And I think the biggest fear is around what we've discussed, the judgment, the fear of losing like people stay complacent like that. The situation I gave you around the Sakara term, the lady who had taken the power and put it back and then someone else went and took it a few days later.
A
But in this generally the way it works, if you give power back, someone will pick it up.
C
That's right. And that's what, that's what spirit was teaching us during that. That example of showing her she has a fear that if she does more with her life. This is an interesting thing that's going to come out of my mouth actually. Sometimes when we do too much, it can become a burden.
A
Yeah, absolutely.
C
That is actually a fear too. This is why when you said the doors are all opening, that doesn't mean that you take everything thing. It means that you are discerning what you want. The. I see that a lot. It's the fear of taking on too much, taking on the world's problems, taking on people's energy, taking on too much financial commitment, however you want to apply in your life. And so the fear is dissolved by ensuring that as things come in, you are responding and not reacting to the ego going, oh, that's more money there or more opportunity. And it's something I see a lot. It's like the fear of things becoming a burden and a responsibility. I don't want to do this anymore. I can't do it anymore and burning out because nervous system thing is going to happen a lot this year.
A
But they, but that's basically their own mind and ego creating it.
C
Correct.
A
There was, I forgot, I think it was a friend of mine, Kyle. Kyle sees who's lovely.
C
Yeah.
A
And he was saying in a conversation we were having the other day, he's like, you know, when you, when you watch the news and you're worrying about a war happening on the other side of the world, you need to put a perspective there. You're generally, generally speaking, most people are in a room, a safe room, watching a television or reading something on their phone or something that isn't affecting you personally right now. Generally, if you're in a war zone, it's a different conversation. If you have family over there, it's a different conversation. But, but I'm saying generally for the most, most of the population, you're in a safe space. The anxiety and the, the pressure and all the stuff you were talking about is self generated. You know, I can watch something on the news and go observe it. I'm like, cool. Other people will watch it and go, oh my God, the world's coming to an end.
C
Yeah.
A
It's two very different perspectives on the exact same information based on wherever that person is or how they choose to deal with that. But everything you just said, all that pressure, that's how self. No one has a gun to do that.
C
We are creating the fear ourselves.
A
You're creating it all within yourself. And if you can overcome that, that's when I think true transformation starts to happen.
C
Absolutely, Alex.
A
Now, if humanity could integrate one truth tomorrow, what would shift immediately?
C
Oh, you ask Hard ones, Alex.
A
That's why you come here all the way from New Zealand.
C
If humanity could shift one truth tomorrow, what would shift immediately? What's coming to me is what I said earlier. We are all the same. We are not strangers to each other and we look at each other as enemies. We look at each other as like could, you know, we've been, we've been bred to compete.
A
Oh, yeah, Darwinism.
C
Yep. We've been bred to compete and to one up and to be better then.
A
Yeah. With the illusion of if you have 10 apples, I have two. That means that if, if you have 10 apples, that means I have five less apples as opposed to if I would open my eyes. There's an orchard with millions of apples out there.
C
Correct.
A
There's a there. That's a complete lie.
C
Yes, that is a complete lie. So if we can overcome and come back to that truth. It would change everything because we wouldn't feel, feel that pressure. Like, you know, I have to be honest. Sometimes I get clients and I have to tell them, just calm your ego down a little bit just so I can get in because they're looking at me to suss me out, well, why, why are you doing this? Why, why do people know you? I can feel that. Whereas I go to people going, oh, tell me like, you know, tell me like, what do I need to know? And that's how we should be in that space of innocence. Like, you know, spirit recently showed me the vision. I was talking about this on my Monday mantra lessons that I do for my app members where they showed me this child looking at me with these big eyes. And that all knowing is in that child where they don't see anything but who you really are.

Every year people make the same fitness goal, train harder. But most fail because recovery gets ignored, especially connective tissue that muscles depend on to grow. Brog fuel was developed by Navy search seals and perfected by a Stanford trained scientist. Delivering 15 grams of nano hydrolyzed collagen protein that digests in just 15 minutes. It's science backed and ready to drink. No mixing, no sugar, no junk. This year, don't just train harder, recover smarter. Go to frogfuel.com that's frogfuel.com stay unbreakable.
A
And now back to the show.
C
And if we can implement that and take out the competition and keep out that take out, you've got more than I do and I want that. You've got your own innate things that are going to rise from when you just accept and see someone for who they really are and accept that they are powerful just as you are. You see their power, that means you see your own. You see their weakness, that means you see your own. It's your own judgment. What's that saying where you. I think it's on revenge where you point the finger back at someone you've got like two or three coming back to you. Yeah, yeah, exactly. Exactly. Right. And I think that once people. We start to realize that, and sometimes it comes up, like, even the way I was raised, you know, being ethnic, minor minority in New Zealand, my dad's like, you know, you need to work ten times harder, harder. You need to do this. And you would know that also as immigrant and immigrant.
A
The immigrant mentality. Absolutely.
C
Yeah. But we're all moving away from that where if you see that someone, you can. You know, sometimes we get people that really appreciate us for who we are, are those people are the ones that are going to get it all coming back to them because they know that it's not a competition. This person is here to help or do whatever. They're playing this role and someone will see that in you. It will shift everything. It would shift everything. Because that competition thing I see a lot. It's like, oh, you know, jealousy or jealousy is huge.
A
Sell it.
C
And it's a killer. It's a. Such a. It's such a demonizing thing thing. And it's so dark. Can really pull people down. But there's nothing to be jealous about because we're all just living, doing our thing, doing the best we can.
A
That's. Yeah, jealousy is a huge. A huge deal. And you see people. And now more than ever, people are putting out these false images of themselves on inst. On Instagram and on social media and all this stuff. And we're like, that's not the reality of their life. No, they just grab the best moments. You know, I. You'll never see me. You know, I. I was lucky enough to travel over to Europe for vacation, and I'm at these amazing places. You've never. You'll never see me, like, living my best life like that. That's. That's insane.
C
But you're right. I mean, the jealousy thing is a. It's a big thing. I see it a lot. I see it a lot. A lot of people coming to me saying, I feel like there's a lot of jealousy. Or I see it another timeline where there's energy still blocked that is pro. You know, an obstacle in the way because someone's or many people are projecting that. That jealousy, that envy on you. But if they just saw that person as a person that is flawed, that is imperfect, that is just. We all are, Every one of us.
A
Every one of us, Every single one of us. There's not a perfect soul walking this,
C
but that would change humanity. If we can cut the jealousy, we can cut the competition, healthy competition with yourself. What am I capable of, of. But when it's like, oh, you're taking away from me, Alex, by having this podcast or, well, you know, look, if
A
I, if I went to go play basketball against Michael Jordan now, even. Not even in his prep now.
C
Yeah.
A
How could I be jealous of, of the man was born the way he was born, and he built his skill set over decades of doing what he did. How could I be jealous of that?
C
Why?
A
Because I wanted to be like Michael Jordan. We all want to be like Mike. I mean, but how can you be jealous of that? That's just the path that he's walking.
C
Yes.
A
And that goes for everything. And everybody does have to be as grandiose as someone as famous as Michael Jordan. Your, your sister, your brother, your friend. Like, oh, God, they're doing so well and I'm not.
C
Yeah. And this is the rivalry. I see from one timeline to this one, people are repeating the same thing. And then, because I have the ability to go in there and help them rewrite it so they can change and accept and prepare for a new way, we can do that in our own lives, in our own way, you know, and just really accept that. Okay. This is what I'm working with. This is why we have courses and things like that, for people to really fine tune those certain skill sets. Like you said, Michael Jordan honing in on his skill sets that he naturally had and being able to move forward from that without taking the baggage of jealousy, envy, competition, and all of that with us.
A
Yeah. I mean, it's, it's like, like, I, why does Stephen King get to write all these books? And I can't. Like, the dude worked hard.
C
Right.
A
And he has an innate skill and talent.
C
Correct.
A
That you weren't born with. Like, I, I, I want to learn how to play the guitar so bad.
C
Yeah.
A
I love guitar.
C
Yeah.
A
I love it. I tried. I can't. I, maybe I will later in life, but I tried. And I. So I can't look at the Gypsy Kings and go, how? Why?
C
Yeah.
A
Or Jimi Hendrix or Eric clap them and go, why can't I be that? Because that's not the path I'm supposed to walk in this life.
C
And we have to take accountability in our own lives to work with what we've got and put the effort into growing.
A
Why can't I look like Brad Pitt?
C
I don't know.
A
Do you see what I mean?
C
Yeah.
A
People are like, oh, he's so perfect. And like, and I all I, all I see When I see someone like Brad Pitt, I'm like, man, that guy's working hard. Yeah, he is 60.
C
Yeah.
A
That's not natural. Like he is working hard to keep that body to look the way he does. Like God bless him, he's. That's not easy because you can't buy that.
C
No, that's work endurance. Endurance and sustainability.
A
The next. I have a couple more questions for you. I saved the good ones for like, you know, the punchers at the end. What questions should people be asking themselves daily but aren't the.
C
What's coming to me me is to ask yourself what inspires you. I don't think we stop to do that, to really go, what is actually inspiring for me, who is inspiring? So we can take the jealousy thing and completely flip it and just be like, you are so inspiring to me. Yes. Do you know I was meditating recently again on my exciting meditation journeys and Spirit said to me, we want you to work with the certain person. And I think that person's so busy, that person's not going to have time. They're going on their own tours because there's a certain skill set set that Spirit wants me to, to tune in on for this next stage of my life. I stopped my meditation partway and I pressed, paused and I found this person's email and emailed this person, this well known individual and you know this person. I don't know this person. It's a cold email, cold email. An hour later this person emails going, I'd love to do that with you. And I just feel like I was inspired in that moment because something has started to excite me and I'm going to follow through with that. So I think on a day to day basis, if at some point when we're stuck at the day job, drinking our coffee, 3pm donut break, whatever, going on a walk, what is actually inspiring me today? And if I haven't found it, what could it be? I think inspiration at any age, at any stage in life is crucial. Crucial for us to feel like we have some sort of purpose and that we've got more to look forward to.
A
Beautiful. And I'm going to ask my final question. What does a truly sovereign human being look like in action, but not theory, sovereignty.
C
I feel that someone who's truly sovereign will go against the grain in many areas of their lives. When everyone is running that way, you are running the other way and you are trusting that even if it doesn't look like everybody else, even if it doesn't sound like everybody else that it's going to get you where you need to go. A sovereign person in theory will put their money with their mouth is and I'm not talking about financially because money is energy. It is a of bunch abundance and step forward in a direction that the others are not going and be okay with that. Because I feel like I think this can be applied in so many situations. And what we've talked about today, but also with how we're choosing to live and who we're choosing to hang out with and how we're presenting ourselves authentically is that we're not painting ourselves up to be perfect perfect on social media. We are actually sovereign beings going that I have the power to not put that up because it's not real. It's like a glimpse in my moment in time or to share that I'm imperfect. I think that's also being sovereign in who you are is being honest and true. So I feel like that sovereignty, that personal sovereignty is something that is going to be coming up more and more as we go through this next phase of the Earth's ascension. Attention. But it might look like I am stepping away from all the things that I thought was the right thing for me in theory. But I'm not inspired by that anymore. I'm not passionate about that anymore. That doesn't bring me joy. We're coming back to aligning with the benign, the Latin definition of that of I am birthing good in the world. And to me it looks like that.
A
It's kind of like what Bashar says and what Joseph Campbell says. Follow your bliss, follow your. Follow your excitement.
C
Yeah, you have to. And we've all got it at any age.
A
Gaia, where can people find out more about you and the amazing work you're doing in the world?

Release Date: February 21, 2026
Host: Alex Ferrari
Guest: Gaia Chinniah
In this illuminating and profound conversation, Alex Ferrari welcomes back Gaia Chinniah—a renowned intuitive, healer, and spiritual teacher—for a wide-ranging dialogue on how to find peace and authentic alignment amidst personal, cultural, and global chaos. The episode delves deep into the hidden patterns of self-sabotage, spiritual awakening, karma, and the importance of truly knowing what we want versus what we think we want. Together, Alex and Gaia explore personal case studies, spiritual lessons, generational wounding, the power within, and the challenges (and gifts) of walking a soul-aligned path in turbulent times.
[04:23-11:28] Gaia shares that the biggest “unsaid” truth she observes is that many people are “walking around in denial” about what they truly want and resist receiving what they ask for.
Quote [09:50 Gaia]:
“People think their power is elsewhere, but the power is actually inside of you.”
Gaia describes a client’s entanglement with a stolen healing tablet in an Egyptian past life, resulting in generational blocks and the repetition of karmic lessons, until the power was returned and reclaimed within.
[14:29-20:48] Gaia discusses the influx of “new souls,” fertility struggles, and miscarriages as metaphors for spiritual blocks.
Quote [16:34 Gaia]:
“Spirit said to me, she doesn't want to hear it because she wants a kid, but she doesn't really want a kid.”
[21:00-24:02] Alex & Gaia reflect on the illusions around wanting things like fame, wealth, children, etc.—and the consequences of not preparing for the full reality.
Quote [22:16 Alex]:
“If you all of a sudden had a billion dollars tomorrow, it would more likely destroy the average human being because they're not spiritually ready for it.”
[25:12-29:59] Alex shares a personal story about launching an olive oil business as an example of chasing an idea without fully understanding the demands.
Gaia points out the need for endurance, sustainability, and the alignment of masculine and feminine energies in all forms of new creation.
Quote [26:05 Alex]:
“After the first night…she goes, ‘Oh, wow. This is not what I expected. Oh, we're screwed.’ She saw it way before I did.”
[32:21-34:49] Gaia details the collective and individual “nervous system shutdowns” from overdoing or not honoring internal capacity.
Quote [33:43 Gaia]:
“It literally couldn’t get off the floor for a whole day because I was like, I can’t move. And that is because there was a disconnection…from our hearts to our root and to our third eye…”
[43:20-45:16] Alex & Gaia discuss money, service, and the spiritual business paradigm shift.
Quote [44:47 Alex]:
“The people who are like that are the ones that are more successful. Because the money comes in, and they're helping people, and…they're not looking to be billionaires.”
[38:15-39:29, 85:58-88:28]
Quote [38:16 Alex]:
“I’m in the blimp above it all…Watching it. And it’s very different.”
[52:51-55:01] Both speakers tie rising chaos to shadow work—what is unhealed within surfaces collectively and personally.
Quote [54:35 Alex]:
“If you have a fish tank…all that dirt comes to the gravel at the bottom. But if you just touch the gravel, all the sediment—all the crap comes up. That’s what’s happening to us…It’s always been there.”
[83:45-85:58] Gaia shares a vision of Alexander the Great appearing and signifying the rebirth of powerful change-makers.
Quote [84:59 Gaia]:
“The great boy child will be born again…these people [are] coming in to break us out of jail, out of fear.”
[93:38-98:47] Alex & Gaia warn against escaping into spiritual highs at the expense of the human experience.
Quote [95:19 Alex]:
“There is that spiritual high…But when you go so far down that road, we’re still here. And we’re here for a reason.”
[106:23-107:15] Alex & Gaia stress that we’re moving toward a moment of conscious choice—whether to remain programmed or to become who we really are.
Quote [106:43 Alex]:
“Do we want to continue the path of the programming that we’ve been given? Or do we want to leave that behind and choose to opt out and become who you really are?”
[131:52-134:49]
Quote [131:52 Gaia]:
“When everyone is running that way, you are running the other way and you are trusting that even if it doesn’t look like everybody else…that it’s going to get you where you need to go.”
The conversation is a dynamic tapestry woven from spiritual insight, lived experience, and practical wisdom for navigating an increasingly chaotic world. Both Alex and Gaia challenge listeners to look honestly at themselves, face hard truths, and remember their authentic desires—not out of denial, comparison, or competition, but from a place of grounded soul purpose.
Listeners are left with a powerful invitation:
Be brave, get curious, reclaim your power, and seek not just to remember who you are, but to become who you were always meant to be.
“Keep expanding, keep seeking and keep walking your path towards the next level of your soul.” — Alex Ferrari
