C
Hey, Alex. How are you, my friend?
B
I'm good, my friend. I'm good. Thank you so much for finally. We finally got you on the show. We've been working back and forth to get you on the show. I've been a big fan of your, your work. And one of the things I really admire about you as a. As an intuitive and as a medium is your focus on ethics of what. The ethics of being a psychic medium and what that means. And we'll go deeper into that rabbit hole later. But it is, it is something that is. I mean, being in the work that I'm in now, you know, speaking to weirdos like yourself.
C
Right back.
B
Exactly, exactly. I say that with all the love in the world. As a weirdo myself, that, that I've, you know, been exposed to a lot of. And I've been throughout my life. I've had horrible psychic readings. I've had unethical psychic readings. What I mean, because it's part of my culture as a Latino. It just was kind of ingrained into Italian Catholic. So, yeah, so it's always, it was always around it. So I would have bad readings. And then looking back, I'm like, my God, how did she say that? Why would she say that? Oh, my God. So it is something super important, especially for this new. I'm not going to say it's a new crop, but there is a huge amount of people starting to awaken around the world and are starting to search out for this kind of stuff. And there's a lot. There is a lot of danger out there for people who will follow the wrong path. So.
C
That's right.
B
I'm glad that you are a light out there saying, no, no, no, if you're going to do this work, this is how it should be done kind of thing. So before we go down that road, sir, you've always said that you, you knew you were a little bit different. Did that make you feel, like, chosen as, like a chosen one or alone in the world?
C
Probably more alone as a kid, Alex. Because I say this, you know, I've said this before. Irish, Italian, Catholic, right? Five kids. I was always the different one. I was just into psychic ability. Magic. We're talking like seven, eight years old, right? You know, psychic ability, any religious movie, you know, the Song of Burn to Death, the Lady of Fatima. I was fascinated by miracles. The ten Command, I Dream of Jeannie, the TV show, Bewitched, Dark Shadows. So instead of playing football or baseball with my brothers, I was just unbelievably drawing creatively too. I was born, like, with a gift. I want to say a gift. I just have a high potential for art. And I was very psychic and sensitive as a kid. I would know when someone was going to show up, who was what relative was sick. I would pick up people's thoughts, and I think it's because. And nobody ever showed it to me. I was just born this way. That's why my first book is called Born Knowing. So that's why I was made. I was, you know, I was called freak. Something's weird. And I wasn't just different. Skinny kid, big glasses, with the patch, big ears. You know what I mean? So I was quite a sight. But so I was made fun of like bullies now, right? I mean, if you're different now, you're bullied. And back then when your family is doing. Is saying you're weird, something's wrong with him or. My dad used to say, something's wrong with your son. So now I'm not even his kid anymore. Right. So I just. I just pulled back on it. But it was always there, that. That fascination with it. And I study. This is. Remember we're talking, not psychic. It was ESP back then, Joe. Just a kid. And. And it was just a fascination, you know, or an interest. It's a. It's a. It was a. I look at it this way. We're all born with the gift, Alex. So a seed is planted in your soul, and you're meant to share that with others. And some people find it, some people don't. I almost didn't find it till I had that accident. You'll prob about it too. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And you.
B
You must have loved movies like Firestarter and Carrie and all those kind of things growing up as well. That. That is fascinating. But before we continue, I wanted to ask you. When you said like your dad kind of. Kind of like that's your. Your son is doing that, that's something that is a theme I hear again and again from people who have these abilities and also just people who want to go different path than their. Than the. The family or the community that they grew up with. Right. Like, if you're raised. I was raised Catholic as well. So if you're Catholic, then you, you know, you and I are basically the devil at this point and doing the devil's work, obviously. So there's so many people who have to walk that path and not be rejected by the world, but be rejected by their own. Their family, their community, their congregation, their friends because of the path they're going. Do you have any advice for people who are going through that in any way?
C
This is. I mean, I've gotten this where people say, aren't you afraid of entities? Is this is evil or. But the Bible said. The Bible has so many interpretations. And in the Bible, even Jesus said you these gifts and more. Right. So. But I, I went to church. I'm not a practicing cat. I mean, I, I take in all religions, really, and I, you know, but all of them have an afterlife. And I think it's getting a little easier now too, though. And I look at this ability as an ability from God. We all have it. And the people that say this, you know that you say intuition, they're okay with it. The minute you say psychic. Oh, and psychic just means psychos. It's from the Greek word of the. It's part of who you are. And when people see me work, they can see that I give to so many charities with this. And I don't look at that that way. I just say, just keep it. Depends where you demonstrate to and where you do this work to, though. Alex, too. You know what I mean? So will I ever be accepted in the church? But I've been, hey, there are nuns and priests that come to mediums, you know what I mean, in secret camouflage, they won't show that the cross. But they actually come to. But it's always on the slide. I look at it as. It's just a blessing really, from God. It's, you know, I don't look at. It is evil. So people just have to just pick your crowd. And there's plenty of people around you too, that, that are like us too, that you can. That you can bond with.
B
You know, what's funny is I actually have viewers who are, you know, Mormon or Catholic or. And they're. And they're practicing and they don't want to. They don't want to leave that comfort of a family community. But they watch these shows, they read these books on the. On the sly, on the. They wouldn't tell their friends about it.
C
Right.
B
But they're interested about it within themselves. So it's, it's fascinating how things are, are starting to open up.
C
Yeah, they have, at least they have an open mind. Right. They're just, you know, something's calling to them, Alex. And this is what's happening in society. I think that the consciousness of man is changing. Right. Or is the veil getting thinner on the other side? Right. So something. And you know, as we elevate as humans, as these spiritual sentient beings, I mean, our consciousness is getting raised higher and higher. We're picking up, you know, different things. But most people don't even know what to do with it.
B
Yeah, absolutely. It's, it's, it's kind of a scary time for a lot of people because I'm. Imagine if you didn't have the training or you didn't have the understanding or, you know, you, you say the word NDE and people are like. Or the, the letters nde they're like, what, what, what's an nde? Or you say dark night of the soul, or you say shadow work or life review. And you throw these things out there. A lot of people are like, what's this language? So it's our job. And I think you've been doing it very well with the work that you've done over the years, is trying to explain to them what these ideas are and where and what roads they can lead and go down to, and listen and go on. So, you know, since I brought up near death experiences, you kind of had a little situation.
C
Yeah, I mean like Anita Moorjani, I mean that woman, you know, comatose and then goes to the other side, comes back and cancer free.
B
Cancer free. And comes back cancer free.
C
Which is, which is insane, you know what I mean? Okay. And she's a good friend of mine, but, you know, she's wonderful. I had an automobile accident. Right. I'm just going to say this. You're born with a sole purpose. I pulled away from the psychic ability stuff as a teenage years, going into adulthood, about 30, 31 years old. I was in an automobile accident in LA. I was in a relationship for six years that I shouldn't have been in. It just wasn't good. I was in. Well, actually I was in. Well started that in the 20s and I was living in L. A. Think about a young 20 year old, right? To an L A, going a little crazy, right. I was working as a bartender, going to different parties, working different jobs, you know, different jobs. And I had this accident in the rain. And that changed my life. When that accident happened, Alex, I didn't say, damn it, I have no car because the car was total. It was crunched and I walked away.

And now back to the show. I looked up to the heavens and I said, thank you. That was my wake up call. Because my soul's been trying to say, pull me back to this. Your soul tries to put you on different paths, puts the right people in your path, but we don't pay attention. When that happened, I became aligned, meaning I left the relationship. I got a job that was more comforting to me. You know, with good money, I started going back to. I took a Reiki class, I went to, I studied with a psychic mentor, Vincent Barra, and. But I always say, though, if you're going to do this work or into this work or interested, have a Physical life, too, right? You are physical and a spiritual being. Some people take it way too far to the spiritual side, or they're so physical, they don't even know about the spiritual side of themselves. So I became aligned. And I just think that my alignment, meaning energy centers lined up. And that's when my abilities came forward that I pushed away, except they exploded. Meaning unbelievable psychic stuff that was happening. I felt energy inside me. I was working. When I was working at a bar, I would read people behind the bar. I'd say to them, don't do what I. But don't do what I'm going to what I did. Woman walks up and I said, your poodle just died. And she would. How could you know that? You're freaking people out. You don't know their faith, you don't know their beliefs or whatever. So don't ever walk up to somebody and do that. But it was almost like I was testing myself. So when that happened, that's when everything happened. Synchronicity. You had people on the synchronicity, the topic, Alex. Right. Okay. That's when things started lining up. And one thing happened to another. I met. I stepped on somebody's foot. I got to go to England. The ethics part of what you're talking about with me was instilled in me by the British mediums. That's where I got my training. I went. I left there. I got an opportunity to go there. One thing after another. Synchronicity. And a lot of people. People think, Alex, too, that when synchronicity happens, oh, it was easy. Doors just open up. And windows. No, you have to. You know, it's not. It's not always that easy. But the right people in one thing led to another, right up to me going to England. And in my book, Born Knowing, I'm the first American, believe it or not, to talk about going over to England, studying with these people. All right. I didn't even know what a spiritualist was then until I found these books at the Bodhi Tree Bookstore in la. Exactly right. So which isn't there? What a great bookstore. I went over there and they just took me in. And then after studying for two years, every Tuesday, every Tuesday at 6pm I was at this medium's house with 10 other mediums, sitting in a circle, learning to what it feels like to have spirit draw close, to feel the energy, to know the signs, the symbols, the meanings, how to give off the information. Impression versus expression. If you're getting something, there's a way to tell the People in front of you, and if you were late, they would lock the door and you couldn't get in for this class. I was never late. Then one thing led to another. Came back to la, went to Boston. My mom was getting sick. The newspaper started picking up stuff on me. Unsolved Mysteries, that TV show. Anyone just go to Unsolved Mysteries. You'll see a much younger me. They filmed that, they did a story on me and then newspapers. And one thing led to another, to meeting Hay House in 2003. My first book, Born Knowing, which is all this is from. And that's what happened. And here I am, almost 30 years later, still doing this work. And I am a stickler, a big advocate for know how the mechanics of how this ability works, because it's going to make you very sensitive. And the price of sensitivity. Here's one for you. We are. People want to be sensitive to do psychic work, to be me, to do mediumship. But the price of sensitivity is sensitivity, right? They'll be like, oh, I'm too sensitive to this. If you're going to do this work, you're going to have to know how to turn it down, turn it up, turn it off, walk away from it, go play with your dog. You know, I mean, go walk in the park. Because it will affect your body. You are the vessel.
B
Would you agree that you kind of have to kind of like a. An athlete? You have to train your nervous system to be able to handle. To handle the energy that comes in. Like when you're just starting out, it's overwhelming. Could even cry, could even fry you. Could even fry your nervous system and go, exactly.
C
And if you're anxious, it comes in a little more of it. You know what I mean? So you have to know. I mean, you're. It's affecting every cell, every fiber of your being. Energy is coming through you. And people like, well, why would I want to do that? Right? It's because you're tuning up that antenna and you can learn to turn it down and turn it off. You know what the energy sectors are? Breath work. Yeah, it is. You know, the people that say, I want to be a professional medium, just get the right training because it, you know, I did this never. And one thing now, like, so people call. If somebody called me a pioneer in this business, kind of freaked me out a little. I'm like, pioneer? That sounds so old. He said, but don't you look at yourself, John, as a pioneer? Because I came out when John did. You know, John Edward George Anderson was already out there, you got James, if you got a J, you want, you're a medium. And so that's how long I've been doing it. And at. I didn't go full time to this work till I was 40, though, also. So.
B
But yeah, so you started at 31 is when the accident happened. And then things started to go up. So then you were. Over those next eight or nine years, you were.
C
I was training different jobs. When I say professional, I was still seeing people in my 30s, but I look at my career. Really taken off is when I joined Hay House. That's when they started putting me on the world stage all across America. Right. Without the mediums, the I can do it conferences. Right. How blessed was I? I got to be with Wayne Dyer. I mean, unbelievable story. But I never settled to be a medium, Alex. All I wanted to know was, what's happening to me? How do I turn it on? I mean, how do I turn it off? How do I work with this? Right. This is before England. So that's how it all started. And I never set up to say, oh, I want to be a well known medium to do this. Why would I want to choose something where I was laughed at as a kid? Right. So. But one thing led to another, and if I can help one person, especially parent, knowing that their kid still exists, is still alive or on the other side, then I feel I've done my job.
B
I adore Wayne. I met him once at an event and he was just such a sweet. And he. He kind of helped build Hay House with Louise.
C
Oh, re. Tracy.
B
Yeah. You know. No, Louise. Louise. Hay.
C
Louise. Hay. Yeah.
B
Louise and Wayne kind of helped when Wayne came over to Hay House. It really gave them a lot.
C
Oh, God, yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
A lot of. A lot of gravitas.
C
Yep. PBS too. Yeah.
B
Oh, God. Such as. Such a sweet, sweet man. So let me ask you, with all of the readings you've had over the years, I'm assuming at this point, thousands of reasons you've had over the course of your career. Have you ever been left emotionally shaken by a reading that just shook you kind of to your core from what either came in, what you had to stop from saying, because again, the ethics. You're like, oh, God, I see this guy dying next week in a train crash. In a train crash. I can't say that out loud. Or what was it?
C
A lot of people said, have you ever. I've gotten this before from producers. They said, have you ever, like, got a prediction before you got on a plane and you Didn't. Then the plane crashed. I went, no, nothing that dramatic. Right. Sometimes I may get a little inkling, like, don't drive this way or go here. But I mean, there's so many, many readings, and some of them are sad, and some of them is unbelievable of how the stories that I hear. Right. And what gets me the most is two things I want to say. What gets me is when family members fight after somebody passes away. Right? Okay. You get someone who's watching the mom, who took care of the mom. She gave up her life, took care of the mom. The mom passes, and then the family swoops in, and I'm like, wow, you know, that blows me away. Right. You know, I mean. And I have Pam Coronado, who is a. A colleague of mine. She's one of the best psychic detectives. I don't know if you ever had her on, but she is amazing. She's the one that they call right when somebody's missing. Like, what's happening now? I don't know. Or in the forest or the. Or, you know, and she's a psychic detective. I. That work. I could go into that kind of field. No, it's too much. It's so much emotional.
B
Yeah, I know. I know some psychic mediums who are psychic. Forensic psychic detectives, and they. It's. It takes a special kind of person to do that work, because it's not only the work of finding them, but then you see everything. You might just lead. You lead them to a body, but you know how that body got there. And that's something that you have to process.
C
Right. And Pam, right when she started, she was the. The. The murderer of some of them, and. Or she would be the victim. So, you know, now. Yeah, now she kind of, like, floats above. Now. Don't picture her floating there, but she can now watch it. And she was the vice. Here I am. She's gonna love this. She was the vice president of the remote viewing, too, so she's. She's amazing. Yeah. So it's a. It has its blessings, but it also. I shake my head sometime, and to hear some people's pain and how someone passes, it's. But I can't. I can't get. I got to do my job right when I do this, because if I break down in a reading, I'll be the crying medium. I got to serve these people so they can walk out knowing their loved ones are okay. Yeah, you should go.
B
You should go get the URL. Thecryingmedium.com and. And I think you should Rebrand yourself, John.
C
Yeah, see, I was going to be taken in a minute.
B
Yep, in about a minute. After this, what's going to go out. Get that crying medium. But this is a question I like to ask mediums, channels, psychics, anyone who has a special ability. Do you ever wish you could just switch it off and live a normal life?
C
I can switch it off right.
B

C
And now back to the show. But what happens when I switch it off? Say I have a, I'd love to take a month off. What happens is it builds, it starts, this energy starts to build inside me and I have to like, if I was to do tai chi, which is, I think is wonderful, you got to release the energy some way, right? I don't care if I, I would walk up to a tree maybe and say, you know, do something. But luckily I'm a Reiki practitioner also, so I can bring in energy and put it out at the same time. So, yeah, I do walk. I can walk away with it. But there have been times in the beginning I said, do I want to do this work? When I had a full time job, I kept a full time job until I was 40 years old. I did not say, because people like, why don't you just quit your day job and trust spirit to bring that. I'm like, look, I'm just beginning. I got to pay the bills. I was seeing people. I would do a full time job, see people at night and on the weekends. I was tired emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually. And I almost said a few times, I can't do this anymore. This isn't the beginning. And then what would happen, Alex? A parent would come through. A parent would show up at my door or an appointment and. And that's. And the kid would come through and I'd see the smile on the mother's face for the first time and I'd say, all right. I always get a reminder from spirit, you know, I mean, every time I think I want to do, they're like, nope, you're coming back here. Yep.
B
You know what's funny is too, is like with my career in the film industry, I must have at least a dozen times said, I can't do this anymore. It's just very difficult. You lived in L. A. So you understand. Yeah, so it was so difficult. And then about five minutes later, I would say, well, what else are you going to do? Like literally, what, What? Okay, let's leave this. What else are you going to do? That's not going to be driving you back to that eventually. Yeah, it was. It's something that we all go through, I think, at one point.
C
Yeah.
B
Another.
C
Well, if I wasn't doing this work, this didn't happen until years later. I got a dog. I knew I'd love dogs, but I didn't know I'd love dogs. Right. So I donated this. I've done events for the SPCA here in New Hampshire and we started the Codify, which helps have life. Like animals. All the animals, doesn't matter. Bird, cat, fins, feather, fur. It doesn't matter to have life saving surgeries because the SPCA can't always afford the ones that are 5,000, 10,000. So the Coda Fund helps pay for it. And I've been doing it for 12 years. I'll do an event. 100% of the proceeds go to the charity. I've helped raise $350,000. See? Right. And People are so funny. I was. They're like. And you get nothing. You get nothing, John. I said, all proceeds go to the animals. That's my way of giving back. That's your sole purpose? We're meant to have whatever ability you have, gift, talent, ability. If you were meant to help each other here on this planet, give it away sometimes, everyone, right? Give it away and it will come back. But don't do it to have something come back. It's. Do it because that's what we're supposed to do. Alex, look, what you. You're sharing what, your knowledge of this, too, right? And. But I started getting into dogs, and I'm an animal Reiki practitioner now. I work with llamas. I work in hospice with dogs. I think that's. Or I would have been a vet tech, too. I didn't know how much I loved animals until I got my dog.
B
Yeah. Now, with all this said in regards to your readings and some of the dramatic ones and emotional ones, do you ever carry people's grief with you after a reading? How do you. How do you purge that energy? Because, I mean, sometimes if you just have a heated conversation with somebody, it holds you. Stick it. That sticks to you a little bit. I can only imagine doing the kind of work you're doing.
C
Do you ever really. I feel for people because you have to have some emotion in there, but I have to just let her go through me. Right. It doesn't mean I don't feel for the people or the heavy grief. When a parent loses multiple children at once or something. That's so heavy. And I look to the parent and I see that they're still getting on with their life because they have to. They got other kids, they got to work, they got a husband. I give them the credit, and I shake my head. I'm like, I have no idea how you can do that, how you can do it, but I don't really carry it with me. But I can get. I can get emotional afterwards, but I'll try to be around beauty or get outdoors or something. You know what I mean? It's. It doesn't consume me. I have to. I feel for the people, but I don't really carry their grief.
B
One other area of this work, which is very interesting, and I know you probably know a couple of these people who have allowed the ego to step in the spiritual. You know, a few for. For people just listening and not seeing his face, it's. It's priceless. But, yeah, there are a few people that allow their ego in their spiritual egos, specifically. It's a spiritual ego where you become, I'm better than this person, or I'm better than everybody else or something like that. How do you protect you. How do you protect this kind of work from the ego? Especially when you are literally selling out, you know, shows across audiences around the world who come to see you. How does that. Like, how do you protect yourself from the ego? Because it always. I'm sure. Hey, man, hey. It's like on the shoulder. It's constantly waiting for a weak moment to jump in.
C
This is a very. Unfortunately, remember, I go back in the day, right? So there's a lot of young up and young people and young mediums come up, which we need. We need younger mediums and diversity. All different colors and sizes and shapes. Okay. If they. If they're reputable. But it's a very competitive field and it shouldn't be. And it really shouldn't be. I've always. I'm approachable. I've always. It took me a while too, to acknowledge, like, wow, I'm John Holland. Not. We all need ego to get. We need an ego to get on stage, right? But this ego, egotistical. I don't understand the competitiveness. I don't. I don't. It doesn't bother me. I know people. I know there might be envy. All I can do is keep doing the work that I am, keep being there for the people, be approachable, and it shouldn't be competitive. I look at it this way, and I know I use a lot of humor, Alex, because I have to. I got the sense of humor. I'm a street kid, too. There's a toughness there, right?
B
Oh, I can hear. I can hear the East Coast. I can hear the East Coaster.
C
I look at it this way. There's enough dead people for everybody, right? There really, really is. You don't, you know, and it's.
B
That's brilliant. I love that quote, John Holland, right.
C
Remember, the price of sensitivity is sensitivity. And there's enough dead people for everybody, right?
A
So.
C
And they do get spoiled if you do go that route or route. People start to spot it and they know it. Do you know what I mean? So there are plenty of mediums who don't want the stage, right? I didn't even think I'd be in front of people. I didn't know I'd be in front of three or four thousand people with Hay House, right? Never set out for it. But there are some people too, that if you're going to be in front of people to get your training before you get on stage. Do it in small groups before you do that. Because a mother, say she loses. Say if someone loses their spouse and she's so sad, her friend says, let's go see this guy. He's a medium. Oh, I don't know. No, come on, it might help. So she goes, and that medium is not prepared and has a bad night. That woman who lost a husband may say, is this mediumship? And never come back to this work again also. But I am a big advocate. If somebody comes to see me and they're so grief stricken, I will not read for them. I mean, I know when to say, you know what? You don't need a medium right now, Alex. You need a grief therapist. And you have to be strong enough to say, you know what? Their grief is so stronger. They need to do that first. Get some therapy first. Then maybe. I can't take away people's grief, Alex. You know this from the people you've had on. Yeah, I can help it. I can help a little, but I can't take it away. But I can show you that your loved one is still there, you know, it's still around you.
B
And you bring up a good point. The stage. What is the difference between a spiritual practitioner or a working psychic medium and a performer? Those are two very different skill sets, and I know both. And I know people who are on stage, like yourself, who do really beautiful work as well. And I know people who are just the stage and they're just using their abilities. Yeah, they're helping people in the audience, but it is a very different kind of energy. What is the difference between the two? On multiple labels, what separates them?
C
What brought me to LA from the east coast is I. I thought maybe I'd. I'd get into. There was an agency there that picked me up, a modeling agency, and it didn't go that route. I started getting into acting and improv. And I'm a spontaneous Sagittarius street kid that has a mouth. Right. And I never knew. I think maybe that helped me a little too. A little training on being on stage. And some people. I think you can go, you should go to Speech. What is it called? Speech Toastmasters. So I think they want to go out to me, go to Toastmasters, learn how to speak in front of people. But when you're on stage, especially in front of three or four thousand people, I never knew, I never trained for that. But what happened was I feel that my guides and I don't talk a lot about guides. Right. Either. But I know they're there. I had to. You got 3,000 people at the I can do it conferences. The psychic ability. I would just. There was ways that they trained you in England. But when you got 3,000 people, I would go to somebody and say I'm coming in the back. Who has the uncle with the four fingers on the left hand and that, you know. So to single it out, we'll be

And now back to the show. But you have to know, and I say these to the audience. It's for the people who watch mediums. If you're good on stage, you have to entertain them, keep them interested. Right. Connect to the other side. Talk to yourself in your head. Try to get everybody's attention to keep the energy up in a room. You are the maestro and conductor of every session you do. Whether it's in person or a huge platform where there's Thousands of people. And when you have a private practice, I do both. I like the one on ones just like I'm sitting with you, some will be here sitting across from me. I do both. So there's a big difference. You have to have that. You got to keep the people, you know it's going bad when people are text, when they're looking on their phones. I'll see some mediums working on stage because I love watching them, not judging them, watching them and hoping that you know, that you know it works out for them too. I love mediumship, I love the process. But when people start you're looking at their phones, the medium is not getting their attention enough too also. So it is quite a lot to do the stage. But I prefer both. But there's a big difference. Huge.
B
We were talking about the ethics earlier. Is there a danger, and this is for people watching, is there a danger for people giving their power away to a psychic, to a medium? Because a lot of people do. Because this is just classic humanity. I don't want to take responsibility or I just am in pain and I just don't want to. I want someone else to help me with this. Sure. And I just give my power away as opposed to, you know, because it's easier to blame you than it is to blame myself as, as that. So what is the danger people should be careful of if, if you go
C
to anyone, whether a psychic medium channel, anybody. Right. If they say they're the only ones that can help you. Right. There is a clue, right? Yeah. I'm not a guru. Right. And I will refer people to other people also. So people have come, they look to psychics to give them all the answers. But I like a little, you know, I could say to somebody, Alex, someone said to, said to me once, I haven't met anybody. What I said, did you get off the couch? Right. Did you get off the couch? I said, unless you want to meet the Amazon me, I could see maybe a potential relationship with somebody coming up. But if you're not, it's, you got to work in partnership. And that's how I read for them. And I'll say, look, you got to get more involved. You just can't sit there. You'll get the Amazon person. Right. Or, or a delivery person. You got to get out there somehow, some way to, to, you know, to make it happen. Because it's a three way communication too, especially with mediumship. It's them, it's me and it's, it's the person in front of me. But psychic's different to psychic and mediums. You are. You know the difference, right? Okay. Psychic is the people. You're reading the people's aura, their energy, their past or present potential, future mediumship. You're not connected to them. You're connected to people on the other side. So psychics perceive medium. I always put a little responsibility back to the. To the client or to the person coming here. But I will say too, though some people may come to want to keep seeing me over and over, I try to tell people, go for the reading, take that in, and then work with that. Because people will go from psychic thinking, if. If I go to this psychic, they'll say something different. If I go to this psychic, they'll say something different. And they may not, because it's almost like you go, say you go to Hawaii, right? And you have a picture book of all the photos. It's the same trip, it's the same pictures whether you, you know, so. And if excited, keeps saying, keep, come, keep seeing clients over and over, I gotta question the psychic of the medium and say, you see them once a month. Now, some people in business, Alex, they'll have an intuitive that works with them every month. That's different. You see what I mean? That's different. They're talking forecast. And I got people that know how to do that too.
B
Right.
C
So I question the. The practitioners that keep seeing the people over and over again. Right. There has to be a point where you have to say, you know what? I can't keep helping you. You've got to, you know, try, you know, maybe therapy or something else. So, yeah, yeah.
B
And it is. It is. And that's what I love about your work, is you're trying to empower the client. You're trying to empower the person you're
C
working, show them how powerful they are as a soul. Next soul level.
B
Next level soul. The next level soul. Yes, absolutely. Because that's the. And I love that you're saying that. Because there were moments when I was growing up because of the fear I had about what was coming, that I needed to. Like, I needed to talk to a psychic all the time, and I needed to find a psychic and what's happening, who's cursed me recently? When am I going to find my true love? When is my career going to. I was constantly in that fear where now I have a Rolodex of some of the best psychics in the world. And I never. I never call anybody up. I'd rather train you, generally speaking, to do it.
C
I'd rather train you to do it for yourself. Right, right. They do say, too, that I would love for us to be out of work because everyone can make their own connections or they get their own intuitive input. But every once in a while, every good psychic needs another good psych. Every medium needs another good medium. Right. I can't read from. From people like, well, why do you miss your mother and your dog? Can't you just connect with them? I said, but not like, I connect with you. Right. It's different. I need another medium to do that for me. And it's rare that I get readings because as soon as they see me, they're like, it's John Holland. And they get paranoid. Right. When I want my mother, I hope that they come through. I got a lot of people on the other side, but you.
B
So, yes, you. You can't. That's another thing. I heard that you. It's hard for psychics and mediums and channelers to read for themselves. A lot of times it's very difficult because we.
C
Because you can't be objective. If my mother. I can feel. Maybe when my mom gets close, I can feel her in other people's readings, especially the Italian ones. I swear she's over there helping them. He knows this. He knows this. But I have to. When you're too close to it. Do you know what I mean? So it's different. It is different. When you're too close to it. I can't be objective because I know my mother. You know what I mean? I know everything about her. So, yeah. And I do get intuitive hits, though, Like, I'm very psychic. My friends say, don't go. Don't tell him too much. Because, I mean, don't. You don't want. If you. If you don't want him to know anything, then don't put it in your head. I don't. I'm not rude. Ethics. I don't say, you know. But I know how to turn it on and turn it off. So when I'm doing this, you got to learn how to turn it on and turn it off and shut it off. But, yeah, now with all the work
B
you do with spirit is. It's been. Do the spirits have any opinion on how we're living today?
C
It's so funny. I tell my students, too, that I will connect with spirit when it's time for mediumship. But you can. When the. When the mind is quiet, the soul speaks, right? When the mind is quiet, the soul speaks. If people would just take five minutes and Myself included, right? Just to sit there. And a lot of people, they. They pray to God, Alex, because something's happened in their life. Pray just to pray. Pray to say hi to God or to Source, right? Or to the divine. To me, it's the whole thing, right? But we only. We only seem to reach out when we want something. If the more you connect to your soul, to spirit, and I don't mean spirit, right? It's. You can get some answers and the. The phone line or the connection gets stronger and stronger, but every once in a while I even say this, john, sit down. Sit your ass down. Put your thought up. Think up. Because I always say, think up, right? And say, what is happening? What is happening in the United States? What is happening around us? You can't get some type of answer. But I do get intuitive hits for myself also. Like, I know when something's coming, right? Good or bad. I don't know what it is, but I get this feeling, right? And plus, I watch for the signs. I'm a big advocate of synchronicity. Huge. If I don't understand something, I'll say to my soul, so show me the signs, and then acknowledge those signs when you get them. Alex says, instead of saying this, how weird. How weird? Isn't that weird? So, Bostonia, isn't that weird? How crazy is that? No, that's just so say, notice it, acknowledge it. What are you supposed to learn from it? And then more and more will happen. Yeah.
B
And speaking about synchronicities, angel numbers, I. I was introduced to angel numbers a while ago when I started doing this, the show. And then all of a sudden, now I start seeing those damn things everywhere. And it's now almost on a daily. It. It never was like that, but now it's almost on a daily position. And. And the logical person of the logical brain says, well, now you're aware that it's going to be 11, 11. And now you're aware that it's going to be to 2 o' clock and 22 minutes and that kind of stuff, right? But then sometimes the numbers are shown to me not on a clock, but either a clock that's either slow or fast or just some other element in a show or somewhere in the world. And. But it's a constant thing. Can you explain to people what are.
C
That would be Kyle Gray to his book angel numbers too, right? 11, 11, 4, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3. In each one when you see them, right? Everyone's like, oh, that's an angel. Angels are saying, hi, I'd rather say it's almost like I just bought a new car. Okay. And I was in an accident, right. I didn't post it on Facebook or I mean it was pretty bad. And I saw a certain car and you want, say you want a Volkswagen Bug. Now they're not out there till you want one, right? Then you start to see them everywhere. So all you're doing or everyone say you're aware of the angel numbers. Okay. And I don't. It's the logical mind or the skeptical say, well that's because you know it's in your mind or your aware of it more. But when they show up, when you least expect it. Right.

C
And now back to the show. I say this Alex the next. Is there a certain number that you like or that you know I, I
B
get, I get a little bit of all of them but the the 1111. The one one one. The two, two, two. I get three. I get all of them. Three, three, three, four, four, four, five, five, five. And I don't get 666, thank God very often. Sorry.
C
Remember this, Alex, if you see that number, right? 444 means something. 1111. I love numerology also. Okay. But as far as angel numbers, notice what you were thinking just before you saw the number. Usually a confirmation that you're on the right path. And it could be, you know what? I don't want to take this job. I can't stand the people in there. And you keep seeing that number. It could give you a sign. Once again, synchronicity. To say you're on the right track for not thinking you want that job. For everyone who's listening. You see that favorite number? I see 419-914. All kinds of. All kinds of shape and form of it. I'll say. What was I just thinking? It's usually confirmation. It's the right thinking that you're doing. So think of that next time you see it. Forget when you see it or how it happens. What were you thinking just before you see that?
B
Okay, fair enough. That I'll start trying that. Since you've worked with. So since you work with spirit on a daily basis. What is one thing about death that would shock most people about what happens
C
to you can't die for the life of you. It's. That's the one thing. Right. And I may be a little nervous how I go, but I'm not nervous to go. Right. Especially when, like, I know Anita really well too. Anita Moorjani. And she told me what's on the other side. But I want people to realize too, though, Alex. And you might have had other people say this to you. Some mediums make the other side the magical place, the colors. It's beautiful. They're at peace. Some people may say, well, my kids there. I just want to go there now. That said, John Edwards said, I see how I bring other people's names in. I always give what I learned. Right. He said that the. The other side is not meant to be an invitation. Intent. Right. You're not supposed to go that way because people might say, but so beautiful. I'm just going to take myself over there. You can't do that because you have work to do still here. Just because that happens to you doesn't mean it's all over. And you're in this field of flowers. Right. The soul works on both sides here and on the other side. Yeah. So death, the one thing that surprised me about death is that there isn't death. And sometimes it's peaceful for people also. You know what I mean? Alex, too, so. But yeah, I say you shouldn't be afraid. You shouldn't be afraid of people. You know why, too? David Kessler, my number one bereavement counselor in the world. We don't talk about it. And back in the day, you know, a lot of Asians, they, they watch the, their people get older. They have the services in the house, they watch them. We don't talk about it. What do we do? As soon as you become elderly and you can't really, you're not functioning well, boom. Nursing home. Do you know what I mean? Boom, right? So we don't even talk about death. And people think by not talking about it that you're not. It's not going to happen. Or if you do talk about it, it's going to bring, it's going to bring it closer to you or your family.
B
What would change if, if the, if humanity really, truly knew what happens with the continuity of the soul, that we have a soul first of all, and that there is a continuity of the soul. And, and if they really, truly understand, what would that, how that, how would that change society?
C
I think if more people know that you are a soul that comes with the body, not a body that comes with the soul. You're a soul that comes with the body, not a body. So you're a soul first. You were so long before you incarnated here. You're going to be so long after you le. And I really believe that when you go to the other side, right? When you go to the other side, I think there is, and I know this for a fact. All right. Heard many people, and Anita's not the only near death experience. I love getting the wisdom not just from people on the other side. I love talking to the people that have died, rest, asset, resuscitated, and then came back. And there's plenty of them, even Alexander, ADA Moorjani, Danny Brinkley. Right. Okay. There's a life review. If people knew that when you go to the other side, you are the judge and jury of everything that you did here, the good and the negative that you will experience on the other side, I think they would make better decisions with some of the choices in this life, too. That's what I feel.
B
So you confirm from your point of view, the life review from what you've seen, because that's what near death experiencers talk about is the life review. When you're going on to the other side. So you agree with that? You've seen that or you've heard about that?
C
I've heard it's not just from the. I've heard it from the people that have gone there also. And I know sometimes you ever. Some people might have been in an accident. I was one in one. I was in one once going from LA to Washington state once. Okay. It was Seattle. And the car spun around. I swear I saw my life. It was almost like it was happening in slow motion. Right. But in the movies. Stay away from what you think how the movies portray us, okay? In the situation, it's over dramatized because it's drama. People want to watch it, they overdo it. But I really believe in the life of you. And from what I heard from the people on the other side, they look at it from a different view also, right. How they hear a lot of them the way they were here. Right. They say they know there's a higher view and they look at it as. Okay, I'm going to own that. They own a lot of stuff on the other side and they see what they did here and how it affected the people. Good and bad.
B
Beautifully said. Now with all that said, right now it seems like we're living in a. A fairly chaotic scenario. Things are changing pretty, pretty rapidly. I think it's changing faster than it's ever changed in this. This cycle of human history, at least that it's like even in the short last five years, how, how fast everything is. It's been ramping up ever since the 90s, I feel. I mean even in the 8 me just last 150 years, look what we've done. I mean, I mean, it's insane. So it seems to be a little bit more chaotic. We have a. More division than. Than I can ever remember. War, AI, uncertainty, all these kind of things. From a spiritual perspective, what do you. What does spirit actually say or what do you believe is truly happening to humanity? Because there is something visceral in the
C
air right now, to be honest with you. I don't know if I don't want to affirm this. I am a house author. Affirmations. Louise. Hey, I don't think things been right, right. I mean here, okay. I think that what's happening is we're pulling away again from our own soul, meaning it's always attached to you. But we're so much into the physical, social media, outside influences. That's what it is. So that's why I say to people, if wherever you put Your. What's the expression, Alex?
B
Wherever you put your attention.
C
Attention goes where energy goes where attention. Energy flows where attention goes. There it is. Watching that news, you're going to see more of it. I try to see. I try to look at something good that happens. I wish there was a news channel that was just. Just good news. You know what I mean? Just good news. We need more of that. But I think we're pulling away with a lot of. I think it's a lot of. But this hope. Okay. I believe there's a lot of materialism. Right. A lot of people are looking at the outside world for all the answers. Even more so. Right? From the government to politics to education, everything is changing. The foundations are being rocked. You know that, right? Everything is being rocked. But the one thing that remains solid, that doesn't change is the soul. So pull back every once in a while, even if it's five minutes from your outside light. Without this. Without this. Right. People started. I don't know about. Alex, let me ask you. Sometimes I have a habit of absolutely interviewing the. The host, right? Who's supposed to be interviewing me. Do you sleep with your phone beside the bed?
B
Only when I need an alarm. So I make a very. I make a very conscious effort now not to look at my phone at all for the first part of my morning routine. If I have an alarm. But if it's not, I actually put it in the bathroom.
C
Yeah.
B
If I don't have to wake up in the morning a specific time I put.
C
I use Alexa. Right. Or an actual clock. Right. I try. I don't sleep with the. Yeah.
A
Clock.
C
Remember those? I don't sleep with the phone beside me because some people. This is all about tapping into your soul, guys, and being aware of that. If you wake up and the first thing you do, you're from that beautiful sleep. Right? From the. Your. Your soul's on the other side. Believe it or not. You're still attached. Okay? It's. It's refueling itself on the other side. That's why you have to rest. Especially doing this work. Your soul needs to go revitalize itself, just like the body. And then you leave that place. You come here, and then your foot's not even out of bed yet, and you reach for the phone and you start being sucked in to what's happening around the world. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, whatever. Or the news. Try not to, because you're. That's how you're going to start your day, right? Even before your foot touches the floor. I always say this before your foot touches the floor, right? Tap into your. Tap into your inner resources as opposed to your outer resources. Right? Tap into yourself first. Set an intention for the day, whether it's love, peace, kindness. I'd rather have that coming at me, you know, with the intention for that. So reach for your instead of reaching for your inside. Okay. I mean, instead of reaching for the outside, reach for your inside first. Yeah.
B
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

And now back to the show.
B
Beautifully said, Beautifully said.
C
Outtie technology. That's what it is. Instead of reaching for outer technology, first reach for your inner technology. I just went a little blank with the, with the phrase. Yeah.
B
Now do you. You know, there is a lot of fear out there and I get this question a lot that we are going through a spiritual awakening. I believe. But a lot of people believe that we're going through a spiritual reckoning. What is your thoughts on that?
C
I think it's an awakening. I really, really do. In a spiritual awakening, everybody is. When you start questioning things, the beliefs that you were brought up with. The rich get rich, the poor get poor. Who do you think are. You'll never have that you work. You got to work hard till you die. People aren't believing that anymore, right? They're questioning. A spiritual awakening is. For me, it was that accident. You don't have to have an accident. It could be a breakup. It could be a friend turns on you. It could be. It's. You start questioning everything, and what happens is you start turning to metaphysics, new thought, and people start. Let me take a Reiki class. Let me take a product class. Let me take a psychic class. Let me take a mediumship class. One thing at a time. Time, right? A spiritual awakening is. Is Your soul is coming forward, saying, I'm here. I'm here. And if you're saying this, Alex, if you keep saying this to yourself, why do I keep doing this? Why isn't anything working out for me? Why is it. That's your soul's way of saying, hey, when was the last time you tapped in with. Tapped into me? And you don't have to be a. A transcendent master to do it. Just getting quiet, breathing into your heart space, saying, there you are. That's who I am. And you know what? I had an interview, because I have a community, my soul community, where I have all these. It's almost like your. Your. Your podcast, but smaller, right? For members. I had Sandra and Taylor on, and she was talking about past lives and stuff, too. And I said, you know what, Sandra? Remember, too, Alex, we're not perfect, you and I. We make mistakes because people freak out. They're like, how could you not? How do you know you. How did you get lost? Aren't you psychic? You know, I'm just a man. I'm just a guy, right, who has this potential. I don't want to say gift, because that means I have something nobody else does, too. So she's on there. And I said, you know, Sandra, I don't even know. It's kind of hard to keep being positive with people. Am I even helping? And she said, john, you got to keep feeding the collective, keep doing the good work that you're doing. Feed the collective, Alex.
B
Yeah, that's beautiful. That's something.
C
People, I could talk to you forever. I appreciate that, my friend.
B
Appreciate that. Well, with everything that's happening, there was this one thing that I saw the other day. It's from a clip from the Office. The show the Office. And it's such a. It's such a profound quote. He said, it's. Ed Helms said this. And he goes, what? I wish someone would have told me. It was the good Old days, when I was in the good old days. And it hit me like a ton of bricks because so many of us go back to like, oh, the 80s were great. Oh, remember when you used to go to Blockbuster? And I'm thinking back, I'm like, I'm romanticizing it. It sucked. A lot of times you go. And there's no copies of Jurassic park because everyone rented it out. So there. There's a Romantics. The Romantics and Stranger Things and those kind of things to go back to a simpler time. Yeah, but we're living right now, now in a simpler time. Looking at it from the perspective of 20 years from now, just the way people are. Like, I see now the, like, people, like the second hit, 2026. People are like, oh, the good old days, 2016. I'm like, what. What is happening? You know? So is there something people are missing about this moment right now in history that we're going through? Which is profound?
C
I understand what you're talking about, too, because I may say, you know, that's a thinking question, huh? I mean, that's really, really good. I try not to. I think back then, too, though. I mean, the 80s, too. We're talking going to the clubs and, you know, Madonna, you know, Vogue. Right. I just think here, as much as I love technology, I think that it's. I think it's happening so fast, though, here, too. And someone say, no, these are the good old days. Because it. You could hop on a computer, do this and do it this way, and do it. I say, too, though, I like going back to the simpler times. Meaning, like the 90s, 2000s, right. You're so funny. I just think. I try not to think too much about the past. I try. I think when you. Anxiety is worrying too, about too much about the future that hasn't even happened yet. Right? That's anxiety. I try to always pull back. To be present, right? To be present. So you can honor what's happening now and to pull yourself back. 2. All you have to do is just. If you're getting anxious, say, there's the light, there's the computer, there's the table to be present. That's Eckhart Tolle's work right now.
B
Right now.
C
And it's hard because we're either living in this. Joe Dispenza, living in the past. We're bringing through the emotion. Have you had Joe Dispenza, Rod?
B
I haven't. I've been able to get the whole. I've been trying to get through to Joe for years, but I haven't.
C
Let's see what I can do. Okay. All right.
B
Let's see what you can. If you make a call.
C
Yep. Try to just be present, though. But I think that's a great statement that was done on the office. Yeah. So I think just staying present and focusing here, because it's going to keep changing. And what are you going to do about it? You got to have a voice sometimes, too, though. I'm not saying just sit back and do nothing. You can't have a voice. And it's the. It's. It's us who make the decisions also for us and for the world at the same time.
B
You know what really hit me hard when that. That quote hit. Hit. Because it hits. It hits. It cuts deep. That quote cuts really deep. But if you're a parent, it cuts even deeper because I go back and I look at images and pictures or videos of my kids when they were 2, 3 years old. All I remember is, like, complaining I couldn't sleep or this or that. But I did enjoy that time period. But if I would do it again. That's why grandparents treat their grandkids the way they do because they go back and go, oh, God, just like, you know, I don't want to have sleepless nights anymore. I'm too old for that. But I have. I have my own sleepless night nights. I don't need my kids to keep me up. But. But holding a baby and the smell and the energy. The energy of a newborn is so beautiful. That's when that, that quote really cut deep because you just.
C
Yeah, and it's being. And it's being mindful. Right. If you haven't. Fill the cup, fill the warmth, smell it. Being. Being present. Right. Being present is being more mindful. It's just. It just. It's so much better for you also. But it is hard, hard because there's different things pulling on us all the same, you know, every single time. But being present, it's, you know, it's a challenge, but it can be done. You just have to be aware of it, too. And I think when you're present, there's gratitude. There's gratitude also when you're present, Right. When people say. I'll say to sometimes people, you get. You should be, you know, practice gratitude. What do I have to be? Gratitude. Gratitude. Have gratitude for. Look at, you know, I said, do you have a roof over your head? Yeah. I said, go run your faucet. Is there water? Yes. Some people don't. You know what I mean is your house heated? Yes. It could be even. Oh my God, it's a sunny day. Gratitude. Right. This is a. It just brings in more for you also. And to be present and thankful sometimes also. Yeah.
B
Now I'm going to ask you a straight question because I feel that this is something that. Is something that's really an answer I need to. I need to hear and I think the audience needs to hear because it seems so prevalent right now in the world. Sure. Is. Is fear being amplified energetically across the world, the planet right now by who exactly is it? Is it being in general? It can just not one person or one entity. It's all entities, all institutions, all media outlets, all people, just in general.
C
Fear cells.
B
Yeah, I know it sells.
C
Right. But I try not to. I think knowledge is power. If. If I have a friend who's. They're fearful because their mom had this diagnosis, I will say find out about the illness. Okay. Because knowledge is power. Right. And when you know what's really going on and you have better knowledge, it takes away some of that fear for you. You understand it even more. Like when my mom went into a long term care facility, I became friends. Always become friends with the nurse. Yes, always become friends. So they gave me the knowledge of like this is what's happened to your mother. This is happening here. Knowledge is power. Find out more about that. But there is. It's fear is spreading and it's not just the media. It's one. It's the conspiracy side of this things too. And like tell you know, somebody else too. You have to say, you know what? There's going to be all kinds of books, Alex. There's going to be all kinds of people. You have to say, you know what, that feels right to me. Me. Or that doesn't feel right to me. Right. Yeah. Having that conscious thought also. Yeah.
B
And also to be honest with how that feels because it. It's either because a lot of times what people be like, are you feeling it or is it just reaffirming a programming that you have or a bias that you have? Like this book is. Yeah, that's right. Those people are not do or you just like, no, this feels right and it's tapping into yourself.
C
Yeah. And you can take that even back to. For the people who study psychic ability or because we all have it. Some people are born with the higher potential. If you weren't born with the high potential, you just got to work harder at it. If you. Some people will say, well, how do I know it's not my imagination, John. And it's a real intuitive hit. Ask yourself, is this coming to me or from me?
B
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsor.

C
And now back to the show. Is this coming to me or from me? And if it'd be like, you know what, that's my stuff, that's me. This is not really into it. It helps.
B
Yeah, exactly. Like is there a guy with who had the uncle with the four fingers? Is that that's generally not coming from you? Something like that. Now, as we look forward a little bit, John, since you are a psychic, I have to ask a psychic question. Looking ahead spiritually, where do you feel? What do you how do you see and how do you what do you feel about the next decade for humanity?
C
Hopeful. That's a good place to start, brother. Hopeful. And you know there's a lot of stuff happening out there. Notice we're not saying what's happening, but you know what's happening. Right? And I really believe that sometimes that that negativity implodes, Right? It can't last forever. And always remember, always, always, always the bleakest of times, light does overshadow darkness. It really, really does. And that's when Sandra Taylor said to me, john, keep feeding the collective. And it's not going to always be easy, right? But there's a balance, Alex. Try to see the beauty in what's happening today or the beauty presently of what's happening around you to balance that. Because there's so many people, that's all they're focusing on is the. What's the. The what's the negativity of what's happening in the world or, you know, or even in your backyard. Try to help the balance and help somebody else just because. Just help somebody else too. I don't care if it's a soup kitchen or checking on a neighbor. It helps us as, as souls here incarnated in this body. Some people even say, alex, why am I even here as a soul? Because there's nothing better than the soul embodied. A human body to see through the eyes of a human body and heirs and. Or emotions. It's the evolution of the soul. That's why we keep coming back over and over and over again. Yeah.
B
Wait a minute. So there's reincarnation is what you're saying.
C
ALEX Ferrari SHOW
B
So do you. Do you think this world is. Is going to get worse? We're going to become more divided before it unites? Because as. As we both know, at least for me, the darkest times in my life are the, the biggest times I grew. You obviously had a car accident. Pretty dramatic thing, that Skype. So it's kind of like a rubber band. I use. I love that analogy, that rubber band. And you pull back, you're pulling back, you're pulling back, and then you just.
C
Boom. Yeah. Yeah.
B
What's your thought?
C
I'm always hopeful, Alex. I am. I really, really am. Someone's like, I don't know how. I'm always hopeful. I really, I really believe that. I really believe that light overshadows darkness too. Right? I really, really do. And I really believe that into my heart and soul. I mean, I'm not. And I. When people ask me about it, it's not like I'm singing it from the rooftops, but I really, I stay hopeful. I really, really do. And if I was just, like I said, I'm so focused. If you're so focused on the outside world, you're going to find that negativity that's what you're looking for for right? And have a good tribe, have a good circle of friends also around you because you're always going to have the, the naysayer saying, yeah, you're full of. Or you know, that's your woo woo stuff happening, you know, you know, and you. And I don't believe that because it's easy for someone to say, well, maybe they're right. Do you know what I mean? Knowledge is power. 5050 soul, physical.
B
So with everything that's changing as fat as you were saying, as fast as it's changing, where do you see technology and AI and how is that going to play in human conscious business in the future?
C
Two years ago, there's always a story. Two years ago I was at a mastermind with Hay House. I think it was two years, two or three. I think it was about two years ago. This is when AI started happening. So you have these AI people in there. And they said. And we were talking about. Some of the older authors were like, what? They can take our work? What, what, what do you mean? I didn't play with it. I didn't know what jack BT was. But the people in this mastermind that the, the lecturers were saying. So where's. They told us all the things it could do. Do. There were people in there, some of the authors that use it. And then they said, so where is, where is AI going? Where is it going? Everyone. They were asking everyone. Not even. They don't know. They don't even know. Right. So I think when it comes to technology, we're just growing faster with it. But this is what I say. A lot of people are afraid of AI. Yeah. You've used it, Alex, right?
B
Yeah, of course. Yeah. Right. I want to document.
C
Okay. Someone gave some good advice. If you're afraid of AI guy, get to know it some, right? If. Because it will take over. Some people will think it's going to take their job. Get to know it before that happens so you could be part of it. Because it's not going away, Alex. It's not going to. I wish they would. I wish they would have more rules about it. Because now when I watch, if I'm. If I'm watching something, how many times I'm like, oh wow, that's not even real. You know, I mean they have some. Have some conditions, the restrictions of AI which would take it away. Have some. I don't know what I'm looking at anymore. If to believe it. Technology is doing that. People are doing that People are behind the technology, Alex. You know what I mean? So knowledge is power. Get to know what AI is. So you can be a little familiar with it and it can help you in your life also. But I can't see how we can excel even more. But we are. We are.
B
Yeah.
C
Don't let technology. Don't forget about the human side about it, the earth and the client. Yeah. Don't get me started.
B
But you, you and I are both old enough to, to remember the time before the Internet.
C
Internet.
B
And the Internet was very similar to AI in that sense that there was no, There was no guardrails. There were no. There's nothing. It was a wild, wild west. And, but it took, it took years before those were put in. I mean, years. Whereas AI, Everything's so sped up now that the, the, the guardrails are going up faster.
C
Yeah.
B
So I think there will be. I think in the next, next five years, 10 years, AI will be, hopefully, if Skynet, if Skynet doesn't take over, obviously, with the robots and they uprise against us, if, if, if they eventually get to a place, it will be as kind of organized as the Internet, as much as your. As the Internet can't be. Right.
C
But I look at it this way too. I think that spirituality and technology are coming together anyways. Right. Because they can put wires on a medium's head and see how it's affecting the brain. Also. I, It's. The technology is going to enhance even more spirituality. I think there's going to be a balance. I'm not putting technology down, but I think the two are starting to merge. Where spirituality can help technology, and technology is helping to understand spirituality.
B
What must individuals do now to prepare spiritually for what's coming, all these changes that are coming.
C
Hey, curious. Take care of your vessel first. Okay. You, like they taught me in England, you're a giant tube. Right. You just. When anytime a medium had a God, an ego, she said, I want you to think of this. You're just a tube. You're nothing special. You're just a tube. Right. Get to know the energy centers. I'm a big advocate of that. And the, and, and the aura around you. So, you know, so you can expand it, bring things in and you stay balanced. Understand the mechanics of your own psychic ability, your own intuitiveness. It's going to help you physically, emotionally, spiritually, always.
B
If you had one message to give humanity that they need to listen to for the next decade, what would it be? Or, or what would spirit say that it should be?
C
I say this, and it's one of my taglines, right? Do one kind act. One kind act. I don't care if it's buying extra flowers. I will buy extra flowers at the supermarket, Kim and I will give it to somebody in the parking lot that looks sad. And you think people like this. I don't know you. They take those flowers, right. If somebody at least don't. Could you use a hug? You'd be surprised how many people. Right? I'm Italian. I'm half Italian. Right. Do you need a hug for people you don't know? Right. Well, you've seen that, too. You've seen on social media where people stand there, free hugs, and people come right in there, too. So do one kind act, okay? Because it creates a ripple effect that reaches farther than you could ever imagine. One kind act deaf. And if everybody did that, imagine that vibe going across the world.
B
I mean, when you said that, it just hit me that, you know, do you need a hug? And people just go, yeah. I feel that so many people are so disconnected and. And they don't feel loved and they don't feel heard.
C
Yeah.
B
Is that. Is that going to hopefully change? Are we just going through. Are we going through puberty right now, as a. As a species, as a. As a consciousness, are we going through those really ugly tough years that puberty was before we hit our 20s and then go into insanity?
C
Yeah. Because we're taught don't look at somebody the wrong way. It's not the right way. Okay? Don't touch them, because then you'll go to court. Do you know what I mean? So there were. So. We're human beings with physical beings. We're meant to be touched. We meant to be held. We're meant to be held. Okay? And just one last, one more thing. There was a woman, right? They. I met her here. She had Joey and Maria's wedding, right? It's where you go to an Italian wedding, right? And you're the guest, right? And then there's actors in front of you, but you're one of the guests at this wedding, right? You go there, you have a good time, you start dancing. But you're the guest at the wedding, but you're really paying to be, you know, and they have these actors.

She said this to the owner, her, she said, because all the hugging, she says, I haven't been hugged in months, more than here, than this place. So we're all meant to be touched. Just be there for somebody else, everyone, once in a while and you'd be surprised the people that will come in, you know, safely. Okay, you just hug. But you'd be surprised.
