This episode is the official introduction to the rebranded Not So Dumb Blonde podcast.

In this first episode, I’m sharing why this podcast evolved, what inspired the rebrand, and what you can expect moving forward. We’ll talk about the shift toward deeper conversations around women’s mental health, emotional patterns, and the question so many of us ask: Is it me… or is it my childhood?

I also introduce myself as the host — my background, lived experience, and why this work matters so deeply to me. This podcast was created for women who have spent their lives feeling “too much,” questioning their emotions, and wondering why certain relationships and situations feel harder than they seem to for everyone else.

This is a space that blends personal insight with evidence-based education, grounded in psychology, attachment, nervous system awareness, and real conversations about healing — without shame or labels being forced.
