Kellogg's
Kellogg's, the greatest name in cereals presents.
Guy Madison
Bill Hick Foreign hold on to your hats and pass those Kellogg Sugar Pop because here comes Guy Madison as Wild Bill Hickok and his pal Jingles. Which is me, Andy Devine. We got another Rootin tootin Wild Bill Hickok adventure story for you. From this cereal you can eat out of the bowl or out of the box. The cereal with the sweetening already on it, Kellogg's Sugar Pop.
Kellogg's
Today, Kellogg's Sugar Pops, the cereal with the sweetenin already on it brings you Wild Bill Hickok, transcribed in Hollywood and starring Guy Madison as Wild Bill and Andy Devine as his pal jingles. In just 30 seconds you'll hear the exciting story Broken Wheel Grade.
Andy Devine
Yippee.
Kellogg's
Hang on to your hats Wranglers. Cause I'm here to tell you how you. That's right, you can be the guest of Guy and Andy at Cheyenne, Wyoming Frontier Days this summer. It won't cost you a cent. All your expenses, the trip to Cheyenne, your hotel room, your meals, they're all gonna be free. And that's only part of it. There's more. Lots more. And I'll be back to tell you all about it in just a few minutes. The running and building of the railroads gave United States Marshal Wild Bill Hickok and his big deputy Jingles a man sized and dangerous job. There were crooked men ready to prey on the big money that followed along with the Iron Horse. One of their most hair raising exploits came with the extra explosion on Broken Wheel Grade.
Andy Devine
Keep feeding that toilet. Keep feeding it nothing. Company's got too many cars on this run. We'll never make it over Broken Wheel Grade this time. Ah, quit your belly. You let the company take care of its business. And you keep that fire hot. Yeah, this whole tea kettle's gonna blow some blues before we get over the hump. None yet. I don't get it over Broken Wheel grate twice a week, don't I? What do you mean you do? I'm the one that's breaking his back. Feeding that hungry boiler takes a quarter wood an hour. Near about we got the wood war tour.
Guy Madison
Yes.
Andy Devine
Yeah, she's full now. Pop whistle for the break. Look at that. Watergate, you old fool. Eff me at that whistle. Yeah.
Guy Madison
Figure what you doing there?
Andy Devine
Look at that cage. I said I'm getting out of here. Ah, you splinter headed galoot. You're the one that's blown through. Come back here, Finger.
Guy Madison
Well, there's the first release car from the train wreck.
Taco
Yeah, Jingles. Whole town of Broken Wheels been waiting for it all morning.
Guy Madison
Yeah, Bill, and there's been plenty of talk too. What's this about low water in the boiler blowing her up?
Taco
When the water gets low in a steam boiler, it's apt to explode, that's all.
Guy Madison
That's what the fireman said happened, didn't he? Fellow named Clinker, wasn't it?
Taco
Yeah, that's right. But it doesn't seem like Pop dawn to let a thing like that happen.
Guy Madison
But how you gonna find out about that silver bullion shipment, Bill?
Taco
Maybe we'll find out something. Now, Jingles, here come John Phillips.
Guy Madison
Who's he?
Taco
Railroad superintendent.
Andy Devine
Hello, bill.
Taco
Hello there, Mr. Phillips. This is my partner, Jingles.
John Phillips
Hello, Jingles.
Guy Madison
Howdy, Mr. Phillips. What's making you so nervous?
Taco
Never mind, Jingles.
Guy Madison
Well, I can't help but notice when he says skittish as a 2 year old colt in the rattler's den.
John Phillips
Yeah, Jingles is right, Bill. We haven't heard a thing about what happened to the silver bullion shipment.
Taco
That's bad.
Guy Madison
Sure is.
John Phillips
It's worse than that mail car was smashed to Matchwood. And we haven't found a trace of the bullion. I'm afraid it's gone.
Taco
What's going on?
Guy Madison
Pop Dolan, the engineer getting off that relief car, Bill.
Taco
We'll see at the office later, Mr. Phillips. I want to get a word with Pop Dolan.
John Phillips
All right, Bill. I'LL wait there.
Taco
Come on, Dingles. I want to talk to Pop.
Guy Madison
Right with you, Bill. Come on. Let us through, folks. Let us through.
Taco
Hello there, Pop.
John Phillips
Well, I'm gone.
Andy Devine
If it ain't Wild Bill Hickok. Hello, Bill.
Taco
Congratulations on being alive, Pop.
Kellogg's
And Jingle.
Andy Devine
Oh, my death. You're still bigger than that boiler that blew up, Jingles.
Guy Madison
Now you quit. Hoorah me, Pop. But I'll tell you one thing. We're sure glad to see you alive and kicking.
Andy Devine
And it's a miracle, Jingles, aside from me being the toughest engineer that ever pulled a throttle. And Bill.
Taco
Yeah, Pop?
Andy Devine
Come closer. I got something I want to tell you.
Taco
All right, Pop, what is it?
Andy Devine
All right, all right, clear out, all of you.
Taco
Uh.
Andy Devine
Oh, it's Spike Nelson. Hey, you stranger. Get away from Pop Dolan. Nobody sees Pop until after the investigation of the wreck. Now move along.
Guy Madison
Now, just a minute, you over Baron Thunderhead.
Andy Devine
Get out of my way, lard. Peril.
Guy Madison
You hit me in the stomach.
Taco
Easy, Dingles, easy. Maybe I got a right here, mister. Here's my badge.
Andy Devine
Ah, badge, eh? All right, so you're a U.S. marshal. That don't mean nothing to me. This is railroad business, not law business. When I say nobody sees Bob Dolan, I mean it.
Guy Madison
Ah, you big blowhard.
Andy Devine
What's that? I'll show you.
Taco
You'll show nobody nothing, mister.
Andy Devine
Oh, it's a bite. You want to eat, you stupid lawnmower?
Taco
No, but I think it's time you did some listening.
Guy Madison
That sure sat him down, Bill. Well, some gents just insist on being unmannerly. Didn't know you was Wild Bill Hickok, I reckon.
Andy Devine
Why you two heroes think somebody should be scared of you is more than I can see. Come on, Pop, you're going with me. All right, I'll go with you, Spike. But I got something to tell Wild Bill first.
Taco
Go ahead, Pop. I'm listening.
Andy Devine
Bill, listen to me. Everybody's blaming me for that wreck, but I didn't do it. The last thing I saw on that engine was the water gauge. And it was right on the mark, I swear it. Then she blew sky high.
Charlie Lyon
Wranglers this summer. How'd you like to see a real honest to goodness rodeo? The greatest rodeo of them all. Cheyenne, Wyoming. Frontier days. With all kinds of roping, riding parades and real live Indians. And see it all free without it costing you anything. And ride along with Guy and Andy. Then give a listen while Charlie here tells you all about it.
Kellogg's
All you do is send in a name for Andy Divine's new ranch. Just send the name for Andy Divine's ranch along with your own name and address and one box top from Kellogg Sugar Pops, large or regular size to Rodeo contest box 749, Chicago seven seven, Illinois.
Charlie Lyon
And say the two grand prize winners will be the guests of Guy and Andy will each also get a big 27 inch screen Bendix television set.
Kellogg's
And that's not all. There are 608 prizes and all including many other big screen Bendix television sets and Bendix clock radios.
Charlie Lyon
So get your entries in today because this contest closes two weeks from today, April 15th.
Kellogg's
That address is Rodeo Contest R O D E o contest box 749, Chicago 77, Illinois. Get yourself a handy entry blank from your grocer. Send as many entries as you like, but be sure to enclose one Kellogg Sugar Pops box top with each name. Entries will be judged on originality, sincerity and aptness. Pop Dolan's last words to Wild Bill Hickok gave Bill something to think about. But he would have done some more thinking if he could have heard Spike Nelson in the gambling hall an hour later.
Andy Devine
Clinker, you slam sided bungling idiot. You know Pop Dolan wasn't supposed to come out of that engine cab alive. But Spike killing ain't my line. You do what I tell you to do if you want to keep your health. Well, I knew that boiler was gonna blow up. I wanted to save my skin. I ain't so sure you saved it. And that was a fool play you made taking a poke at Wild Bill Hickok. He ain't nobody to throw a switch on. Hickok don't scare me. That tin badge Marshall had better stick to his hay burners. He's off his track messing with railroaders. I don't know about that. Now, slug from Wild Bill's six gun can put a railroader out quick as it can kill a rustler. Just remember that. Don't tell me what to remember. I'm doing all right so far and I'm going to do better. Maybe so, but watch out for Hickok just the same. Shut up. And next time you'd better do as I tell you. You'll find that Hickok ain't got the only six gun that can put people to sleep.
John Phillips
Oh, Bill. I was hoping you and Jingles could make it over here soon.
Taco
Anything new, Mr. Phillips?
John Phillips
Not a thing. No sign of the bullion shipment was found in the wreck.
Guy Madison
What about the investigation?
John Phillips
Pop Dolan stuck to his story that the boiler wasn't dry.
Taco
What about the fireman?
Guy Madison
Yeah, what that fellow Clinker had to say.
John Phillips
Clinker testified that when he checked the water gauge, it read empty. That's when he yelled a warning to Pop and jumped.
Taco
And it's Pops word against Clinkers. And right now it looks like Clinker has the edge.
John Phillips
That's right, Bill.
Guy Madison
I don't like this whole business. Now give me a horse or a freight wagon with a hitch. A good mule.
John Phillips
Worse than you think, Jingles. If the mines can't ship their bullion without losing it, they'll shut down and this town of Broken Wheel will be wiped off the map.
Guy Madison
Poor old Pop Dolan. He's sure taking it hard.
Taco
That's right, partner. The disgrace will kill old Pop unless we can turn up something on that bullion.
John Phillips
You've got to help us, Bill.
Taco
I mean to, if I can. Come on, Jingles. Go right out to the scene of the wreck and nose around.
Guy Madison
Oh, now, Bill, this ain't no business for us. Go chase down 50 or 60 rustlers and leave these snorting iron horses to railroad men before one blows up in our face. Bill, it sure didn't take these suction hands long to start laying a new piece of track, did it?
Taco
Sure didn't, Jingles. You know they got to get the trains running again. Oh, my God.
Guy Madison
Whoa, Joker. Whoa.
Taco
Let's get off and look around.
Guy Madison
Whoa. Dog hunting now, Joker. Joker don't like that snorting engine over there, Bill, and I don't blame him.
Taco
There's what's left of Pop's engine, partner.
Guy Madison
Jumping tumbleweeds. Ain't that a mess? Whole sides blasted out of the boiler. Look at all the cord. Wood.
Taco
That's the wood from the tender. We might look it over, too.
Guy Madison
What for? It's nothing but wood.
Taco
We can't afford to miss anything.
Andy Devine
Hey, Hickok. What are you doing snooping around here?
Guy Madison
Bill, it's that Spike Nelson he had a fight with in town. That Clinker. The fireman with him.
Taco
Handle him easy, Jingles. Maybe he's learned something.
Guy Madison
If he had, that Orner Salamander wouldn't tell us.
Taco
He might if we caught him off guard.
Andy Devine
Now you heard me, Marshall. You ain't got no business snooping around on railroad property.
Taco
No harm in Spike. We came out at the request of your superintendent, Mr. Phillips, to have a look around.
Andy Devine
Phillips, eh? Well, I'm in charge here and I'll say who comes and goes from this wreck. Now get off and stay off.
Guy Madison
Let me take him, Bill.
Taco
Easy, Jingles. Easy. We didn't come out here to start a fight.
Andy Devine
Well, you're liable to get one now, Spike. I wouldn't go asking for nothing from Hickok. Shut up, Clinker. I know what I'm doing. I'm not taking nothing from a couple of saddle tramps.
Guy Madison
Now hold on, you jugheaded brother to a blue nosed mule. You can't talk to Wild Bill like that.
Andy Devine
You better shut up that tallipotec.
Taco
No need to get so fired up, Spike. Jingles and I'll just take a quick look into that big toolbox over there and then we'll be on our way.
Andy Devine
You won't take a quick look at nothing, you hear?
Guy Madison
You've gone too far now, Spike. Nelson, if Bill wants to look into that box, he's going to. And I think I'll take myself just a little peek right now.
Andy Devine
It's your last move. I'll bash your thick head in with this sledgehammer.
Taco
Look out, Jingles.
Andy Devine
Spike, stop.
Guy Madison
Pick out spinner shoes.
Andy Devine
I warned you, Spike. Why don't Bill shot that hammer handle right in two. Yeah, that ain't going to help him none.
Guy Madison
I'll take the varmint Bill off.
Taco
No, no, no, Jingles. I think we know what we need to know right now.
Andy Devine
Come on, you guys. Run these two boiler heads out of here. All right. Come on.
Guy Madison
Billy got his whole crew behind him.
Andy Devine
Yeah, you got. Now stand and fight and I'll beat you within an inch of your life.
Taco
It wouldn't prove anything, Spike. Thanks for your help. Come on, Jingles, let's head back to town.
Guy Madison
Doggone it. Just when I was ready to take him apart.
Andy Devine
You better run your tin horn, snooper. And don't let me catch you around here again.
Taco
I'll be catching up with you later, Spike. We can settle anything you've got in mind then. Come on, partner, let's ride. We got a lot of work to do, Jack.
Guy Madison
Joker. Bill's got something on his mind.
John Phillips
But Bill, if you think you've got something, why don't you just go out and round up the men that did it?
Taco
In my business you've got to have proof, Mr. Phillips. And I think I can get it this way with your help.
Guy Madison
You better go along with Bill, Mr. Phillips.
John Phillips
Yeah, all right. You want a special train to run over that broken wheel grade tonight?
Taco
Yeah. The tracks will be open by then.
John Phillips
And you want a rumor started that there's a bullion shipment to be on the train too.
Guy Madison
A big bullion shipment.
John Phillips
Yeah, I understand. But Pop Dolan's been suspended from his job. I don't know about him taking the run.
Taco
He's got to take it. Same crew, Pop, Dolan and Clinker.
John Phillips
All right, Bill, if you say so. I hope you know what you're doing. Who else is going?
Guy Madison
Well, there's me and Bill. We'll be sitting on that steam wagon like two sparrows sitting on a lighted firecracker.
Taco
That's right.
Guy Madison
Yeah, and maybe we'll get shot before she blows up. That's about our only chance, then.
John Phillips
Make it three sparrows. Jingles, I don't know what Wild Bill's got up his sleeve, but I wouldn't miss it for a division on the Santa Fe.
Taco
Good. Have your train ready to roll just after dark. And make sure the whole town thinks this special run is loaded with silver bull. All right, Pop, Take her away and good luck.
Andy Devine
All right, Bill. Feed the wood.
Guy Madison
Tour.
Andy Devine
Clinker.
Guy Madison
You better get on, Bill.
Taco
Yeah, Jingles. Better get started. We'll look on the tender. Be ready to jump.
Guy Madison
We're ready, ain't we, Mr. Phillip?
John Phillips
Yeah. I haven't done this since I was a brakeman.
Taco
All right, now.
Guy Madison
Come on. Dog hunting, bucking like an outlaw at a rodeo. Yeah.
John Phillips
Just hang on, Jingle. She'll settle down.
Taco
All right, now, you all know what to do when the time comes.
John Phillips
Yes, and I hope it works.
Guy Madison
And it better work, doggone it. Right on time, too, or we'll all be blown to kingdom come.
Charlie Lyon
Wranglers, hurry and send those names for Andy's new ranch right away before this big Kellogg Sugar Pops Rodeo contest ends. I know you don't want to miss out on all the thrills and excitement of Cheyenne, Wyoming frontier days this summer. You'll see cow folks doing tricks you never believe possible. You'll see wild bucking broncos and real live Indians. And you'll see all this action up front with Guy and Andy without you paying a cent.
Kellogg's
So hurry and send your name for Andy's new ranch along with your own name and address. And one box top from Kellogg's Sugar Pops, large or regular size, to rodeo contest, box 7, 4 9, Chicago 77, Illinois.
Charlie Lyon
And remember, besides the free trip to Cheyenne Frontier Days as guests of Guy and Andy, the two grand prize winners also each get a big 27 inch screen Bendix television set.
Kellogg's
And there are many more prizes, 608 in all, including other big screen Bendix television sets and Bendix clock radios.
Charlie Lyon
That address is Rodeo Contest. That's R O D E o contest box 749, Chicago 77, Illinois.
Kellogg's
Send as many entries as you like, but be sure to enclose one Kellogg, Sugar Pop Box Top with each name.
Charlie Lyon
But send your names for Andy's new ranch in today. You can get a handy entry blank with all the rules from your grocer.
Kellogg's
Wild Bill had decided to make his last play to trick the bandits into showing their hand. So when the train began to near Broken Wheel Grade he called for the next move.
Taco
She's starting to slow down.
John Phillips
We're beginning the climb up Broken Wheel Grade, Bill.
Taco
And we better make a move.
Guy Madison
About time. We've been hanging on the back of this cinder bucket for hours. Smelliest ride I ever had.
Taco
We'll climb over the tender, then. You stay on top, Mr. Phillips. Jingles will go down the cab with me.
Guy Madison
We got you, Bill. Lead on.
Taco
Here we go. Watch your steps now, Jingles.
Guy Madison
I'm watching, Bill. Keep out of my way, now.
Taco
You said, Mr. Phillips.
John Phillips
Sure, Bill. I'll keep watch up here.
Taco
Come on, Jingles. We'll get Clinker.
Andy Devine
Hey, who H. I thought you were back at the station. Hi, Bill. Wondered when you going to make yourself known. What's going on here?
Guy Madison
You'll find out soon enough, Clinker. Now, first, all you can cuff you to this eyeball.
Andy Devine
What's going on here?
Guy Madison
Turn me loose.
Andy Devine
I gotta feed the firebox.
Taco
Jingles will spell you for a while, Cringer. You just take it easy.
Andy Devine
Better get to work, Jingles. We'll never make this trade.
Guy Madison
Yeah. Woo wee. That looks hot enough to me.
Taco
Oh, that would.
Kellogg's
Jingles.
Guy Madison
Doggone it, Pop. Can't you hold this monster still? I can't hit that furnace.
Taco
Try it again, Jingles. Use one of those big pieces sitting over there on the side.
Andy Devine
No, don't use those.
Taco
No. Why not? Clinger.
Guy Madison
Yeah, Clinger. What's the matter with these big ones? Don't use them.
Andy Devine
They're, they, they're, they're wet.
Guy Madison
Well, now, they don't feel wet to me.
Andy Devine
They're wet, I tell you.
Taco
Oh, they'll burn all right. Go ahead, Jingles. Throw down a fire.
Guy Madison
Okay, Bill. Now. Here. Go. No, no, no.
Andy Devine
Don't throw that one. I, I, I'll, I, I'll talk. I'll, I'll tell you everything. What's that he's saying, Bill?
Taco
He says he'll tell us everything.
Guy Madison
Then he better start talking.
Andy Devine
Those two big chunks of water are loaded with enough gunpowder to blow this train to scrap iron. Oh. That's how he blew up that other engine. Spike Nelson made me do it. I didn't wanna. He made me.
Taco
You hear that, Mr. Phillips?
John Phillips
Yeah, Bill. I heard it all.
Guy Madison
We going through with the rest of your plan, Bill?
Taco
George Ingles. You just keep pouring wood on that fire, Pop.
Guy Madison
Chug on up this grave.
Andy Devine
Don't worry, Jill. Better hurry, though. We're almost to the place where we got blown up last night.
Taco
All right. I found the fuse on this piece of wood. Let me know when.
Andy Devine
Let her go now, Bill.
Taco
All right, fuse is lit. Look out, Jingles. I'm throwing this out on your side.
Guy Madison
Let her rip, Bill.
Taco
All right, stop the train, Pop. Here she goes.
Guy Madison
Keep your heads down.
Taco
Get those six guns ready for barrel dingles.
Guy Madison
I'm ready. Let them come.
Taco
You all set, Mr. Phillips?
John Phillips
Yeah, ready and waiting. Here they come, Bill.
Andy Devine
Hurry up to them.
Guy Madison
Out.
Andy Devine
Maker. Get that silver. Let's get out of here.
Taco
Sorry to disappoint you, Spike.
Andy Devine
You dirty double dealers.
Guy Madison
Look out, Bill.
Andy Devine
It's a trick. Every man for himself. I'm getting out of here.
Taco
Not so fast, Pike. I got plans for you.
Guy Madison
But I got two of them. They'll holler if you need any help.
Andy Devine
You're not getting me in on any of your plans, Hiccup.
Taco
Your game's up, Spike Nelson.
Andy Devine
You'll have to whip me first. Yeah, I can make a try at that too.
Guy Madison
You get him, Bill.
Taco
Yeah, Jingles. All right, Pop. We'll load these jaspers and Spike's big toolbox on your train and you can take us back to town.
Guy Madison
Well, I'll be dog gone. I never thought we'd get back to town alive, Bill.
Taco
It was a close call all right, partner. But we made it back. Got those coyotes in jail to boot.
John Phillips
You sure had it figured right, bill.
Andy Devine
Sure did, Mr. Phillips. And, Bill, I want to thank you for saving my reputation. I've been engineering since I was younger than you. And I never lost an engine before.
Guy Madison
But how'd you know it was powder in them big pieces of wood, Bill?
Taco
I got my tip when I saw the wreck. Jingles, that engine was blown up from the firebox, not the boiler.
Guy Madison
Now, I never would have known that.
Taco
Pouring out logs and putting a charge of gunpowder in them was an old trick. Stewart's Raiders used to wreck trains during the Civil War. Jing.
John Phillips
But, Bill, we still haven't found the silver bullion.
Guy Madison
Yeah. Why'd you make us cart this old, heavy toolbox in here to Mr. Phillips's office?
Taco
Well, I figured it'd be safer here. Jingles, break off that lock and lift the lid, will you, partner?
Guy Madison
Sure, but I don't See any sense of it.
Taco
Now lift the lid.
John Phillips
What are you trying to prove, Bill?
Guy Madison
Yeah, Bill, what's the. What's all the mystery about this box? Well, well, I'll be a pink toad. Salamander build a bullion's in here.
Taco
That's where I figured Spike hit it. Pardon?
John Phillips
Oh, no wonder he fought you when you went to open it yesterday.
Taco
Yeah, and that's when he tipped me off. Mr. Phillips. Well, Jingles, would you like to take a train ride back to Santa Fe?
Kellogg's
Me?
Guy Madison
No, siri. You can have all them snorting, clanging iron horses from now on. I don't care if I never see another one. Joker may be an ornery, stubborn, hammerheaded cayuse, but man, after tonight he looks like a four footed angel to me.
Kellogg's
And now here are the stars of Wild Bill Hickok, Guy Madison and Andy Devine.

The central conflict revolves around a mysterious train wreck on Broken Wheel Grade, where a silver bullion shipment has gone missing under suspicious circumstances.
Wild Bill Hickok and Jingles are called upon to investigate the train wreck that has plagued Broken Wheel Grade. They learn that the boiler explosion may not have been an accident, raising suspicions of sabotage.
Bill Hickok (Guy Madison):
"But how you gonna find out about that silver bullion shipment, Bill?" [05:11]
Jingles (Andy Devine):
"Maybe we'll find out something." [05:16]
Their investigation leads them to confront the railroad superintendent, John Phillips, who is visibly nervous about the missing bullion and the potential shutdown of the mines if the shipments continue to be sabotaged.
The plot thickens with the introduction of Spike Nelson, a U.S. Marshal who confronts Bill and Jingles during their investigation. Spike's aggressive demeanor and unwarranted accusations hint at a deeper conspiracy behind the train wreck.
Spike Nelson (Andy Devine):
"Nobody sees Pop until after the investigation of the wreck. Now move along." [06:42]
The tension escalates as Spike tries to intimidate the heroes, leading to a heated exchange that underscores the stakes involved in uncovering the truth.
Determined to clear Pop Dolan's name, Wild Bill devises a clever plan to trap the saboteurs. By orchestrating a special train run under the guise of a valuable bullion shipment, Bill aims to expose those responsible for the sabotage.
Bill Hickok:
"And you want a rumor started that there's a bullion shipment to be on the train too." [16:01]
John Phillips:
"And you want a rumor started that there's a bullion shipment to be on the train too." [16:07]
This strategic move sets the stage for the climactic confrontation on Broken Wheel Grade, where deception and bravery collide.
As the special train approaches Broken Wheel Grade, Bill and Jingles execute their plan. The tension is palpable as the train slows, and the heroes prepare to confront the saboteurs hiding among the crew.
Bill Hickok:
"We've been hanging on the back of this cinder bucket for hours. Smelliest ride I ever had." [19:53]
Jingles:
"That's the wood from the tender. We might look it over, too." [13:07]
In a dramatic turn of events, Bill discovers that the explosion was orchestrated using gunpowder hidden in the wood, a classic sabotage technique reminiscent of historical train attacks.
Jingles:
"Pouring out logs and putting a charge of gunpowder in them was an old trick." [23:48]
The heroes swiftly move to neutralize Spike Nelson and his accomplices, ensuring the safety of the train and the recovery of the bullion.
The episode reaches its resolution as Bill and Jingles successfully thwart the sabotage, capturing Spike Nelson and revealing the truth behind the train wreck. Pop Dolan's innocence is vindicated, and the bullion shipment is secured, saving the town of Broken Wheel from economic ruin.
John Phillips:
"I heard it all." [21:43]
Bill Hickok:
"Stewart's Raiders used to wreck trains during the Civil War." [23:55]
