Kellogg's
Kellogg's, the greatest name in cereals, presents Wild Bill Hicker.
Guy Madison
Hi. You folks hold on to your hats and pass that Kellogg's Raisin Bran. Cause here comes Guy Madison as Wild Bill Hickok and his pal Jingles. Which is me, Andy Devine. We got another Rootin Tootin Wild Bill Hickok adventure story for you from Kellogg's Raisin Bran. The cereal with the fruit already on it.
Andy Devine
Oh, boy.
Guy Madison
Raisin and toasted bran flakes. Kellogg's Raisin Bran.
Kellogg's
Today, Kellogg's Raisin Bran, the cereal that comes out of the box with the fruit already on it, brings you Wild Bill Hickok. Transcribed in Hollywood and starring Guy Madison as Wild Bill and Andy Devine as his pal jingles. In just 30 seconds, you'll hear the exciting story. One man rule. Guess what? I just opened a box of Kellogg's Raisin Bran and you know what I see? Big golden flakes of bran. And lots and lots of raisins. Oh, boy, these are some raisins. Big, plump and tender, all honeycomb coated to keep them right and ready to too. It's a great combination, this Kellogg's Raisin Bran. Ask your mom to serve you this breakfast treat real soon. Kellogg's Raisin Bran. The cereal with the fruit already on it. United States Marshal Wild Bill Hicklock and his faithful Deputy Jingles were always on the lookout for trouble. But they didn't expect it to turn up so quickly. The afternoon they rode into Sage City. Before they could draw their six guns, they were greeted with gun smoke and action. In a town that knew only one man rule.
Wild Bill Hickok
Sage City sure hasn't changed, Ingalls.
Guy Madison
Yeah, nice of them to welcome us to town.
Wild Bill Hickok
Look like trouble.
Guy Madison
Come on, boy. Get along. Joker. Grace Muller, stop waving that ammunition.
Grace Muller
Why? Why, Bill and Jingles, what are you two doing in Sage City Just passing.
Guy Madison
Through and I think we'll keep on a going.
Wild Bill Hickok
Look like you meant business with those two Jaspers.
Guy Madison
Grace. What got you so riled?
Grace Muller
Come on into my office, boys, and see for yourself.
Wild Bill Hickok
Thought maybe Stage City might have calmed down since we put that Andy Marlow behind bars.
Grace Muller
Another double dyed varmint stepped right into his shoe soon as you and Jingles left town.
Guy Madison
Hopping. Horny toad. Looks like a tornado swept through here, Grace.
Wild Bill Hickok
Someone sure mangled that printing press.
Grace Muller
Yeah, they think they can stop me from getting out the Sage City Sentinel. But I got a spare press hidden away. Figured something like this is gonna happen. Sit down, boys.
Guy Madison
Them two hombres you were shooting at do this, Grace?
Grace Muller
Yeah, and I caught him at it red handed. They're two of Duke Train's gun slicks.
Wild Bill Hickok
Duke Trent? Don't think I ever heard of him.
Grace Muller
He's a bulldozing coyote who's taken over Sage City lock, stock and barrel.
Guy Madison
He owns that fancy gambling place we passed coming up the street.
Grace Muller
The Gold Pot. Yeah, that's his. And he owns the general store, feed house, practically the whole shebang. Except my newspaper in the United States Post office.
Wild Bill Hickok
When did this Duke Trent come to Sage City?
Grace Muller
Oh, about a year ago, I reckon.
Wild Bill Hickok
Where's he hail from?
Grace Muller
Nobody rightly knows. Everyone's scared of him and his one man rule. Me, I've been printing the truth about that lying sidewinder.
Wild Bill Hickok
What's he been doing? Trying to make you sell out too?
Grace Muller
Sure, but a Muller's always run this newspaper and that's the way it's gonna stay.
Guy Madison
So he's trying to run you out of business, huh?
Grace Muller
Them no good gun slicks of his get in range of my.44s again.
Guy Madison
Now simmer down, Grace.
Wild Bill Hickok
Jingles, how'd you like to mosey down to the Gold Pot and maybe make the acquaintance of Mr. Duke Trent?
Grace Muller
Now be careful, boys. That horn rattles. Snake would soon shoot you as look at you.
Guy Madison
Well, Bill and Mia met up with a lot of rattlesnakes, Grace. We figure all you got to do is to step on them and they start squirrel.
Duke Trent
Who you looking for? Strangers.
Wild Bill Hickok
Your boss around?
Duke Trent
He ain't here.
Wild Bill Hickok
Well, maybe we can dig him up somewhere.
Duke Trent
They said he ain't here, mister. Now get.
Guy Madison
Sounds like an order, mister.
Duke Trent
You heard me, Millsack.
Guy Madison
Hey, now who you shoving? We don't take orders from two bit gunslingers.
Duke Trent
You're talking yourself onto a cold slab, you nosy star packer.
Guy Madison
Better keep that hog leg in its holster if you don't want to lose that shooting arm.
Andy Devine
What's all the ruckus gonna ask?
Duke Trent
All you saddle tramps are looking for trouble. Duke.
Andy Devine
Go get that hand fixed up. Spade. What do you two want?
Guy Madison
We was just paying a friendly little call on you.
Wild Bill Hickok
Seems I've seen you someplace before, Trent.
Andy Devine
Maybe I got one of those faces. I ain't never seen you.
Wild Bill Hickok
Of course, this other gen didn't have a mustache.
Andy Devine
I've always had a mustache, since the.
Guy Madison
Day he was born. Huh.
Wild Bill Hickok
His other gent had a scar, too, A star shaped one on his left cheek. Just like you.
Andy Devine
What are you driving at, Hickok?
Guy Madison
Seems he knows your name, Bill.
Andy Devine
Well, I knew you blew into town, saw you riding past.
Wild Bill Hickok
But you said you never saw me before, Trent. I could have sworn, though. You and me had a shooting acquaintance once outside the Signal Rock.
Andy Devine
Never been there.
Wild Bill Hickok
But remember, right. A posse I was in was after someone who looked just like you.
Andy Devine
You got the wrong party, Hickok.
Wild Bill Hickok
Back in Sign Rock, they think maybe this gent killed a man trying to run him out of business.
Andy Devine
Look, Hickok, I ain't got time to be chewing a fat all day. What do you want?
Wild Bill Hickok
Nothing. Nothing at all, Trent. Like I said, me and Jingles were just paying a friendly little visit.
Duke Trent
Those two hard cases are gonna be six feet under when I'm through with them.
Andy Devine
Boss, if I'd have seen you reach for your gun, I'd have blasted your hand off, Morgan. Not just nick that or.
Duke Trent
But Duke Hickok and that big sidekick of his were asking for trouble.
Andy Devine
Next time you play a dumb trick like that, you're out.
Duke Trent
They got something on you, Duke?
Andy Devine
Not as much as I've got on you, Morgan, or.
Duke Trent
But you ought to show that smart marshal who's running this town.
Andy Devine
You leave Hickok to me. Right now. I got a job for you. Round up the boys. You're gonna take a ride up to Matt Wheeler's ranch. His foreman, Big Biff. Yeah, he was telling me Wheeler's hiding an extra printing press that belonged to the Mueller woman.
Duke Trent
I savvy. You want me and the boys to wreck it, huh?
Andy Devine
That's a general idea, but be sure Wheeler's not around to.
Guy Madison
Oh, my, oh, my, that was some meal. Grace ain't tasted cooking like yours since Bill and me left Sage City.
Grace Muller
Oh, yeah? Go on with you, Jingle Jones.
Guy Madison
I've been half starved to death. That's how I come by this stylish figure.
Wild Bill Hickok
Where do you keep that spare printing press you were telling us about, Grace?
Grace Muller
Out at Matt Wheeler's ranch.
Wild Bill Hickok
Wheeler?
Grace Muller
Yeah, he just bought a ranch here a few months ago. You don't know him, Bill.
Wild Bill Hickok
Sure you can trust him, Matt?
Grace Muller
Oh, sure. Know him since he was knee high to a coyote. We was kids together back in Eagle Mound. Matt's been wanting to marry me for years.
Guy Madison
Now just a minute. You're promised to me, Grace.
Grace Muller
I'm old enough to be your ma, Jingles. Well, how about some more of that deep dish apple pie, boys?
Guy Madison
Well, I'll go see who it is. Grace.
Grace Muller
Not expecting anyone tonight.
Guy Madison
Bet it's another admirer. Jingle.
Wild Bill Hickok
It's Raisin. Raisin. Raisin.
Guy Madison
Raisin. Kellogg's Raisin Bran.
Wild Bill Hickok
The breakfast food with fruit already on.
Kellogg's
Says here I'm supposed to tell you Wild Bill fans all about Kellogg's Raisin Bran. But really all I have to tell you is just that there is a cereal that comes with the fruit already on it. That's something, isn't it? And then when I tell you that that fruit is big tender raisins and lots of them. What else do you have to know to get hungry for Kellogg's Raisin Bran? Well, I'll tell you. Also, you ought to know that Kellogg's make the best toasted bran flakes you ever tasted. Nice crisp ones too. But say, I'll bet you'd really like to know how Kellogg's keep those raisins so plump and tender in the box. The secret of that is honeycomb coating. These raisins are dipped in honeycomb to seal in flavor and tenderness. Now I've told you why Kellogg's Raisin Bran is so good. Find out for yourself how good it is. Have mom serve you some soon. In fact, before you forget it, better ask mom for Kellogg's Raisin Bran today.
Wild Bill Hickok
Help yourself to Raisin Bran.
Guy Madison
Kellogg's famous Raisin Bran.
Wild Bill Hickok
Get it today as soon as you can. As soon as you can. Can as soon as you can.
Kellogg's
Kellogg. When Jingles answered the door and was met by gunfire, Wild Bill feared the worst as he rushed to the side of his saddle partner.
Guy Madison
Jingles. I'm all right, Bill, but they got it's back. Wheeler.
Wild Bill Hickok
Come on, let's get him inside. Easy now.
Grace Muller
Jingle, Take him into the living room. Over on the couch. One of you better go get Doc Winders. Matt.
Andy Devine
Hey, I was coming to tell you.
Grace Muller
Don't talk. Matt.
Andy Devine
Hey, Duke. French gang got the printing press, Matt.
Guy Madison
Those low down yellow back shooters?
Wild Bill Hickok
Come on, Jingles. We're going down to Duke Trent's.
Grace Muller
No, no. It's hard. Killers will get you two, wait. Round up some men.
Duke Trent
Men?
Guy Madison
There don't seem to be a man left in Sage City. They're all scared local.
Wild Bill Hickok
We wait, Trent and his gang will have their tracks covered with a pack of lying alibis.
Grace Muller
Be careful, boys.
Guy Madison
Sure. Me and Bill's got nine lives. Least I hope we have.
Andy Devine
You dumb slug. I ought to kill you, Morgan.
Duke Trent
Morbid, Boss. Me and the boys did like you said. We mashed that printing press up good. Nobody'll be able to fix it.
Andy Devine
Yeah, but Hickok will be gunning for us. So him and that jughead partner of his was in Grace Muller's house when you shot Wheeler.
Duke Trent
Well, even if they was there when Wheeler got it, we can take care of them. They can't prove a thing.
Andy Devine
They'll be coming here. Better get the boys spayed. Have him cover the bar. And you come back up here to the office. I got a plan.
Duke Trent
I'd like to pick off that Hickok myself.
Andy Devine
No killing here, you understand?
Duke Trent
Oh, yeah, yeah, sure. Duke.
Andy Devine
When you come back up, get in that closet by the door. Tell the boys to send Hickok and Lard Barrel here. And as soon as they walk in, poke those guns of yours in their backs.
Duke Trent
What you aiming to do with them, boss?
Andy Devine
Take him out to load Stone Canyon.
Duke Trent
Do they abandon mine out there?
Andy Devine
Yeah, we'll seal them in for good with a couple of sticks of dynamite.
Guy Madison
The horses over there sure sound like they've been rode hard, Bill.
Wild Bill Hickok
Probably all the way from the Wheeler ranch. This time we're not asking the seat print fencing.
Guy Madison
All right, Bill. I see a light burning up them stairs. I could use a pair of eyes in the back of my head right now.
Wild Bill Hickok
It won't do anything here.
Andy Devine
Paying another friendly visit, boys?
Wild Bill Hickok
Your gang murdered Matt Wheeler, Trent.
Andy Devine
Yeah. Well, that's news to me, Hickok. They've been downstairs all evening and I got proof.
Wild Bill Hickok
Those horses outside weren't just standing there all night.
Andy Devine
They could belong to my customers.
Guy Madison
Hey, what in tarnation?
Duke Trent
Gun poking your back, mealsack. Don't you move either, Hickok. Just relieve you two boys of that heavy hardware. You won't be needing that where you're going.
Guy Madison
You won't get away with this, you low down sidewalk.
Duke Trent
Winder that trap shut.
Andy Devine
Okay, Spade, get the boys. I'll keep these two covered. We'll go out the back.
Duke Trent
It's too bad we put Grace Mueller out of business, Duke. She'd have a real big story to print tomorrow about the disappearing marshall and his jughead deputy.
Andy Devine
This is far Enough by their hands and feet, boys. Got any last words to say, Hickok?
Duke Trent
How about you, you big ox?
Wild Bill Hickok
Not hard to figure out what you're planning to do, Trent.
Andy Devine
Smart, Marshal.
Duke Trent
Better take a few deep breaths while you can. Wise guys.
Andy Devine
I inspected this mine personally. There ain't no way out. But Bill Hickok here, he might scrape out away with his bare hands. That is, if you're both alive.
Guy Madison
Oh, shut up.
Andy Devine
Okay, boys, they're tied up good enough. Go get the stuff ready.
Duke Trent
You coming, boss?
Andy Devine
Go ahead, Spade. Be there in a minute. If you're still wondering if I'm that party was after over Signal Rock. Hickok. Yeah, that's me.
Wild Bill Hickok
You're gonna trip yourself up one of these days, Trent.
Andy Devine
Yeah, maybe. But you won't be around to see it.
Guy Madison
Holy gentle Jehoshaphat. If we ain't in one big fix.
Wild Bill Hickok
Now, we sure are.
Guy Madison
How do you reckon we're gonna get ourselves out of this one? Bill. Bill, what are you doing?
Wild Bill Hickok
Try rolling over this way, Jingles.
Guy Madison
Where?
Wild Bill Hickok
Over here, where I am. There's a kind of a ledge, a wing standard.
Guy Madison
Ow. Wow. Wow. I found that. That burn light hit my head on it. Good.
Wild Bill Hickok
All right, Lie still, Jingles, and don't move.
Guy Madison
Don't you worry.
Kellogg's Sugar Pops
Wranglers. The days of raiding the refrigerator for an after school between meals or evening snack are over. Nowadays, when a fellow or gal is looking for a sweet treat, most all of them head straight for the kitchen shelf where that box of Kellogg's Sugar Pops is kept. Now there's a real tasty between meal snack, a snack you can enjoy right out of the box anytime. And say those Kellogg's Sugar Pops are powerful. Good eating for breakfast too with just milk or cream. But either way, as a cereal or as a snack, you never need sugar because the sweetening's already on them. How about reminding mom to bring home a package with the pictures of Guy or Andy on the front? Today, Kellogg's Sugar Pops.
Grace Muller
Yippee. Sugar Pops.
Duke Trent
They're sugar coated. Tastes so sweet. Just pour on some milk.
Guy Madison
Boy, they're neat.
Duke Trent
Kellogg. Sugar Corn Pops, Sugar Pops are tops. Now Sugar Pops, you know our sweet.
Grace Muller
But cowboys know there's an extra treat.
Duke Trent
Right out of the box. Take a handful out, pop em into your mouth as you run about. Kellogg's Sugar Corn Pops. Sugar Pops are Pops.
Kellogg's
Just as Wild Bill suspected, Duke Trent and his gang dynamited the mine, leaving him and Jingles tied and trapped. The two partners made their way to a sheltering ledge and lay there under it. Hoping it would protect them from the falling rocks.
Wild Bill Hickok
Jingles.
Guy Madison
Yeah.
Wild Bill Hickok
You all right?
Guy Madison
Just sitting pretty.
Wild Bill Hickok
Well, I guess that does it.
Guy Madison
Well, what do we do now? It's getting hard to breathe in here. What's that noise? You hear it, Bill?
Wild Bill Hickok
That's me.
Guy Madison
Jingle, what you doing?
Wild Bill Hickok
Trying to cut this rope off my wrist.
Guy Madison
Trying to what?
Wild Bill Hickok
See if you can stand up, Jingle, so your back's facing this sharp ledge and set your hands against it and.
Guy Madison
Try cutting that rope. If I can get up. Darn it, they sure tied me up.
Wild Bill Hickok
Take it easy, partner.
Guy Madison
Bill.
Wild Bill Hickok
Over here, Jingles. I got my hands loose.
Guy Madison
So have I. Almost. You see a way out, Bill?
Wild Bill Hickok
Maybe you see over there by the mine entrance.
Guy Madison
You mean what was a mine entrance? Look at them rocks piled up.
Wild Bill Hickok
There's a thin ray of light seeping in.
Guy Madison
Yeah. Yeah, I see it, Bill.
Wild Bill Hickok
Come on, let's get that big boulder out of the way.
Guy Madison
This looks like a lifetime job, Bill. Harder, Jingle. Push. Come on, push. We can't move this boulder, Bill. It's like a mountain.
Wild Bill Hickok
When a man's mad enough, he can move anything, Jingles.
Guy Madison
Even a mop.
Grace Muller
How do I know you're not lying to me, Trent?
Andy Devine
You got my word.
Grace Muller
Your word? That's no good.
Andy Devine
I'm offering you a good price.
Grace Muller
You good price for my office. You and your sneaking hoodlums wrecked all my equipment.
Andy Devine
Make up your mind.
Grace Muller
You'll be getting the land my business is on for practically nothing. Then you'll own the whole main street of Sage City. Almost.
Andy Devine
That's the general idea. You gonna sign this bill of sale or not?
Grace Muller
I got no choice.
Andy Devine
Not if you want to see your friends again. See em alive?
Grace Muller
Yeah. How do I know they're still alive? And don't tell me I got your word. Trent, you're too smart to let Wild Bill go.
Andy Devine
I'll take my chances.
Grace Muller
Yeah, you're well protected with that bloodthirsty lot of drifters you got working for you.
Andy Devine
I ain't got all day. My boys are waiting for word from me.
Grace Muller
Let that gang of yours do your killing. You run people out of business, steal.
Andy Devine
Their land and make it all nice and legal.
Grace Muller
Like this paper. You want me to sign?
Andy Devine
Come on. Quit stalling.
Grace Muller
All right, you pack rats.
Andy Devine
Boss. What do you want? Morgan.
Duke Trent
He got out of the mine alive. I told you we should have put a couple of slugs in him.
Grace Muller
The mine.
Duke Trent
They're heading this way. Duke Red seen them riding outside of town.
Andy Devine
The boys outside?
Duke Trent
They said they wasn't mixing with the law. Not here. In Stage City. Don't want no price on their heads.
Andy Devine
Oh, it's chicken hot.
Duke Trent
They don't want Hickok gunning for them, so they're getting out.
Andy Devine
Get over by that window, Morgan.
Duke Trent
I'll pick them off if they start to come in here.
Andy Devine
They won't shoot. Not with a Muller woman here.
Duke Trent
Hey, where'd she go, Boy?
Grace Muller
Drop your guns if you don't want me to use mine. And these are loaded. Now kick them over here.
Guy Madison
I got her gun.
Andy Devine
Get her all over that window, Spade, and keep her in front of it.
Duke Trent
Okay.
Andy Devine
I'll check the back door. They might try taking a slice of crap.
Duke Trent
Ah, you take it easy, lady, and you won't get hurt.
Guy Madison
Bill and me caught this creeping coyote hightailing it out the back door.
Grace Muller
Bill and Jiggles, watch out.
Duke Trent
Reach, Hickok. You too, Lord Barrel.
Grace Muller
Don't worry about me, boys. Get this horn real hoot.
Andy Devine
Good work. Sprayed.
Duke Trent
You stay where you are, Trent, or I'll let you have it, too.
Andy Devine
You've gone loco, Morgan.
Duke Trent
Trying to sneak out on me, huh? Leaving me here to do your killing. Well, for a long time I've been wanting to settle things with you, Trent. I'm tired of taking your guff.
Andy Devine
Look, Morgan, I wasn't.
Duke Trent
Keep those hands up.
Andy Devine
Why, you.
Guy Madison
Get out of the way, Greek. You ain't getting me.
Andy Devine
None of you.
Guy Madison
That's what you think, Trent, man. That goes for you too, Morgan. Bill.
Wild Bill Hickok
Well, I. Get some light here, Jingles.
Grace Muller
Are you hurt?
Guy Madison
No, we just bruised our knuckles a little.
Wild Bill Hickok
Looks like we got them.
Guy Madison
Yeah. Alive. With enough counts on them to put them two skunks behind bars for the.
Grace Muller
Rest of their lives and right where they belong.
Wild Bill Hickok
All we got to do now is round up the rest of that gang.
Guy Madison
And settle that crooked sheriff who's been working for Trent.
Grace Muller
Well, boys, I got work to do. I got a paper to get out an extra edition.
Wild Bill Hickok
But I thought both your printing presses were all.
Grace Muller
Been in this business long enough to know how to put a makeshift press together. I'll get one working or I'll get a paper out if I have to write it in long hand.
Wild Bill Hickok
Come on, Jingles. Grace is rare to go to press.
Guy Madison
Like these two hombres here are raring to go to jail.
Grace Muller
I'm gonna run a story on how Wild Bill Hickok and Jingles Jones cleaned up Sage City.
Guy Madison
That'll be good news for everyone, see?
Grace Muller
Do you happen to have a photograph of yourselves? I'd like to run it on the front page alongside the story I Have one of Jingles.
Wild Bill Hickok
Got it with me too. Yeah, take a look. Grace.
Guy Madison
Bill here. Cockroach.
Grace Muller
Jingles Jones. What a cute baby you were.
Guy Madison
Well, he changed so much that just growed a little bigger. Not great.
Grace Muller
You wouldn't worry. I'll take a new one of you two boys, all right?
Guy Madison
Well, it sure is all right. I always did want to get my picture in the paper. But not that one.
Kellogg's

In this episode of Old Time Radio Westerns, host Andrew Rines transports listeners back to the rugged terrains of Sage City with the classic radio drama "One Man Rule | Adventures of Wild Bill Hickok." This digitally restored episode breathes new life into the 1953 original, enhancing the auditory experience with crisp sound effects and vibrant performances. Fans of iconic Westerns like Gunsmoke and The Lone Ranger will find themselves immersed in the age-old struggle between lawmen and outlaws in the untamed frontier.
The story kicks off with Wild Bill Hickok (voiced by Guy Madison) and his trusty sidekick, Jingles (voiced by Andy Devine), riding into Sage City. The town, notorious for its "one man rule," is immediately brimming with tension and unrest.
[03:18] Wild Bill Hickok: "Sage City sure hasn't changed, Ingalls."
Bill and Jingles sense trouble as they dismount their horses, witnessing signs of unrest and anticipating conflict.
Upon their arrival, they encounter Grace Muller (voiced by Virginia Gregg), the resilient owner of the Sage City Sentinel newspaper. Grace is fiercely independent, running her newspaper against the oppressive control of the town's new tyrant, Duke Trent.
[04:00] Grace Muller: "Another double-dyed varmint stepped right into his shoe soon as you and Jingles left town."
Grace reveals the extent of Duke Trent's dominance over Sage City, highlighting his ownership of key establishments and his iron-fisted control.
Determined to restore peace, Bill suggests paying a visit to Duke Trent's gambling establishment, the Gold Pot. However, tensions escalate quickly as Duke Trent (also voiced by Andy Devine) confronts them, setting the stage for a classic showdown.
[06:00] Wild Bill Hickok: "Well, maybe we can dig him up somewhere."
The encounter becomes heated as Trent asserts his authority, leading to a verbal and eventual physical clash between the two factions.
As the confrontation intensifies, Duke Trent orchestrates an ambush by dynamiting the nearby mine, effectively trapping Bill and Jingles. The explosion leaves them bound and desperate, laying the groundwork for a daring escape.
[11:14] Wild Bill Hickok: "Help yourself to Raisin Bran."
Note: This line is part of an interwoven advertisement segment and does not contribute to the plot.
Despite the trap, Hickok's ingenuity and Jingles' resourcefulness shine through as they devise a plan to free themselves and turn the tables on Trent's gang.
Underneath the rubble, Bill and Jingles locate a sheltering ledge, narrowly escaping further danger as they strategize their next move. Grace Muller plays a pivotal role by offering support and providing crucial information about Trent's operations.
[19:50] Guy Madison (Jingles): "What do we do now? It's getting hard to breathe in here. What's that noise? You hear it, Bill?"
This moment underscores the camaraderie and resilience of the protagonists as they navigate the perilous situation.
Reinvigorated, Bill and Jingles launch a counteroffensive against Duke Trent's enforcers. Utilizing wit and courage, they manage to incapacitate Trent's henchmen, leading to a climactic confrontation between Hickok and Trent himself.
[15:42] Duke Trent: "How about you, you big ox?"
The duel epitomizes the classic Western tussle between good and evil, with Hickok's unwavering sense of justice ultimately prevailing.
