The Lone Ranger (0:46)
Hi O Silver, Hawaii. A fiery horse with the speed of light, a cloud of dust and a hearty hi O Silver. The Lone Ranger. In the early days of the western United States, bands of outlaws roamed the plains. The isolated ranchers were at the mercy of their sudden raids. And it was not until the masked rider of the plains started his great fight for justice that the new country became safe for honest men and women. It was a lone range of strength and courage, his daring and resourcefulness that brought law and order to the lawless frontier and finally made possible the winning of the West. Return with us now. Those thrilling days of yesteryear come out of the past. Come the thundering hoof beats, the great horse Silver, the Lone Ranger rides again. The sun was dropping behind the western Sawtooth Mountain. The Lone Ranger headed Silver along the trail that led to Doane River Arrows Ranch and a lonely section of the Panhandle. Tonto, his faithful Indian companion, rode beside him. And Doane Rivera should have been seen in town long before this Tuttle more' n two moon gone by. Two old months. Kimasabe. Don Rivera's a strange man. Perhaps a little peculiar, but he never fails to get to Prairie Bend even though it's more than 50 miles. Oh, plenty long distance way. He lives alone with his daughter. Perhaps he's sick. He got Indian medic takes him. Good. I hope that's all it is. I have a feeling, Santo. A feeling that trouble lies ahead in this strange country.

Sometime we'll soon see. There's Don Rivera's hacienda up ahead at saddle. That's strange. A fence. That fence wasn't here before. That's right. Just open country now. A fence around the rancho. Well, no matter. Come on, Silver, what you do? No need to let a fence stop us. We'll jump it. Come get plenty high. Silver can make. I get soaking. Scout a rifle shot. A man behind pants. Sit still, Kiwisabe. What's the idea of the warning stranger? That's it. Keep your hands idle and your fingers off the trigger. Far off. Who are you? Never mind me. I see your mask. Well, nothing don't matter a maverick side to me if your mask are wearing cactus needles or whiskers Just you and the engine make tracks. Hello. And I are friends of Don Rivera. Never heard of him. This is his rancho.
