After Joan died, many bizarre signs from her started appearing: TVs and lights switching on by themselves; the smell of Joan’s perfume in the house; a wild bird of prey circling closely, twice, at a very low level. Nothing like this had ever been experienced when other relatives had died. But Roger, an avowed sceptic, wouldn’t acknowledge the signs his late wife was sending. But after Roger died, new signs started to occur, signs from him. Everything that happened was carefully saved on photographs and videos, as well as on some ghost-hunting devices purchased a few months after Roger’s death. Jeremy Spillane had never written a book before - there was never anything that gripped him enough to make him embark on the massive amount of hard work that writing a book entails. In his twenties he was offered the job of Sub-Editor on the local newspaper, but after much internal debate he accepted a much better paid job in the electronics industry. By his very early sixties, he accepted that his life was pretty ordinary and simple, nothing Earth-shattering was ever going to happen to him…then his wife, Caroline’s parents died. Joan died first, then a few years later, Roger. All of a sudden, he just had to write a book about what happened next… He lives in East Yorkshire, England.
