JD Denim
Welcome back to the Pep Tide of the Week podcast. I'm your host, JD Denim. Across the way. Like always, my buddy who's about to get hitched hopefully here in the next week or so. Mr. William T. Hawk.
William T. Hawk
What's up, man? And yeah, if it's in summer mode, I also have an RV waiting and waiting to take the family and a bunch of friends to Newport Dunes.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
Which would be fun.
JD Denim
Be blast.
William T. Hawk
Which by the way, it's really hard to get a spot there. Like if you want one of those little a frame cabins, it's, they're booked out like three years, but we got a spot to bring an rv.
JD Denim
You got some, you got some pool?
William T. Hawk
Yes. No, I have no pole. I just lucked out and made the reservation several, several months ago.
JD Denim
Nice.
William T. Hawk
Yeah, but it'll be fun, dude. You're right. I mean if anybody doesn't know, probably a lot of you guys don't know what Newport Dunes is, but it is. So it's in Newport beach, but it's a little inlet. Saltwater. But you're on. They have all these RV spots. A big beach, like a clubhouse pool. And then in the middle of the little bay because it's, it's back in the Newport Bay. They have the full like floating.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
Trampoline and obstacle course.
JD Denim
My son is going to go nuts.
William T. Hawk
Yes. I think you have to pay for it. That's right. And you probably have to be tall enough and you definitely have to wear a life jacket so you maybe don't get his hopes up. If he's not big enough, Mason probably can't because those things are huge.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
If a little kid falls and gets stuck underneath one, nobody will notice. So be careful. You better be out there with him.
JD Denim
Yeah. Yeah, for sure. Yeah, I would definitely go out there. He just starts swimming and he's like a little fish.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
Fish all summer. It's great.
William T. Hawk
Yeah, that is great. It wears the kids out. So that'd be fun, dude. Like there's even. We went a couple of weeks ago to like concerts in the kind of a concerts in the park deal. But it's some like old cover band. They're playing outside on the beach with a bunch of food trucks and. Yeah, it was fun.
JD Denim
Summertime, man. Sometimes we'll swing. It seems like summertime is. Is starting later and going longer. It, you know.
William T. Hawk
Sure seems like it starting September. Yeah.
JD Denim
End of September. Yeah. At least in or eastern California county. At least.
William T. Hawk
Well, see, I'm from Seattle and so we're. Our summers like start at after July 4th. Okay. But right about July 4th. Cool. We get to be about summer and there's an abrupt end mid September.
JD Denim
Oh really?
William T. Hawk
Yeah. So that is the summer and still even the summertime, even out of a seven day a week, we're lucky to get five days of sun. Right. You're still getting rain.
JD Denim
That's crazy.
William T. Hawk
On some of those days. Now here in California, like it's nuts. I mean sometimes it's like April to November, literally. And really. But it does. It started later. I don't think we started getting hot until two days ago.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
And June. No June, it's like April us to us. Right. It's everybody else. We're spoiled. But it sure does go till it goes late.
JD Denim
It does.
William T. Hawk
It's changing for sure. Like Halloween and Thanksgiving. It's like starting to wear pants, I guess.
Comcast Announcer
Yeah.
JD Denim
Not really.
Comcast Announcer
Like.
JD Denim
Well, I wore pants a lot anyway to the office. But like it's. We wear flip flops. We can wear flip flops and shorts all year round. We choose to sometimes it might be a little brisk, but California definitely does earn their weather. At least Southern California. Northern California is a little bit different. But I want to talk about real quick about you and your. You. Your big day coming up with the soon to be bride. It'll be fiance first. But are you nervous?
William T. Hawk
I'm not nervous. And first of all, like, you know, she watches this and she knows kind of what's going on. But I don't want to divulge too much details.
JD Denim
Sure, sure, sure.
William T. Hawk
Am I nervous? No, I'm not nervous at all. I'm actually excited. It's also like I know that, you know, it's a. It is. Hopefully it's a foregone, foregone conclusion.
JD Denim
My life. I knew was gonna say yes, but I was nervous as hell.
William T. Hawk
See, I will be nervous. I will. I guarantee I'll be really nervous. Like when the time is about to come, I'm like, oh yeah, you gotta hit a knee like, but I'm ready. I'm gonna keep that damn ring like in my pocket. Traveling. Right. Not putting in my checked bags to like get stolen or lost. I bought her a. I bought a little box that. It's a different box. So it doesn't say happy jeweler on there. Shout out to happy jewelers. Well, and they're, they're just. They're really good people. And so it doesn't say happy jeweler, but it's like a Louis Vuitton box, but which is like, that's stupid expensive, folks. Like, why. But whatever. Why? Because people buy it. It's crazy. Anyway, so it'll be fun. I got a boat rented. So basically, day one, we get to the Amalfi coast. I have a boat rented all day long. So we go to Capri and Caves and somewhere there I'll figure out a good spot to do it in nature.
JD Denim
Yeah, that's right. Well also, like, you have a big vacation coming up. That's cool. You've worked your ass off, bro. Like you have. You know, like, it's been a long time.
William T. Hawk
It's been long time.
JD Denim
We've been running 90.
William T. Hawk
Yes. Just. I think I need it. Yes. Everybody needs a. Everybody needs vacations. By the way, like, I've always been one to just like, ah, screw it. I just, just. Let's just keep working hard. Working hard until you take a vacation. You come back and you go, oh
JD Denim
my God, what was I doing?
William T. Hawk
Like, dude, I'm so much more productive and positive.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
Coming back. So one note. Then luckily, also, I don't drink. So that makes it very helpful to not need a vacation from your vacation, you know?
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
Like, oh, I gotta get from that. But the. We were talking to some guy the other day. He's like, dude, when you go to just plan your days, just back to so a day where you're doing it out, doing some excursion and then the next day you're doing nothing and then excursion then nothing. Give yourself a staggered rest days so you don't come back needing a vacation.
JD Denim
Sure.
William T. Hawk
So because you can run yourself raggedy on a vacation, we for sure.
JD Denim
Alyssa and I went to Maui on our. On our honeymoon. And we stayed the first part at Wailea at the Four Seasons. Her dad. Courtesy of her father. Thank you, Richard. If you're listening, it was awesome.
William T. Hawk
Four Seasons.
JD Denim
We're actually saying it four Seasons than bro.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
Yeah. And we. We got spoiled because the Four Seasons is amazing.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
It gets like off the charts, especially in Maui. And we stupidly. Our first day, full day, we drove the road to Hana which is like a whole day excursion and it's like if anybody does has never been to Maui or heard about it. There is a the backside of Maui. It's the most beautiful scenery you'll ever see. So it's well worth it. But it. There's 51 sections that turn into a one way street on a crazy ass mountain. And like I was with my new bride on driving all around these corners and you got these like locals that have lived there their whole out there. Yeah. And like, like by the time we saw rad it was rad experience. You get to the. We turned around and by that time I'm so frazzled. Alyssa's sleeping now and I'm just like, you know and we shouldn't have wasted. We should have chilled at the Four Seasons. If you like sneeze, they come up with a tissue, you know. And then we went to the high which is still nice but like it's very different. And then we chilled, you know, then we were ready to chill because we wasted our days.
William T. Hawk
Yeah. So I've written now you. You will probably. Here's like a Willism. You would guess that I did this. So when we took the road to Han, I was with different girlfriend. We rented a Jeep and. But before I went I rented the CD that you put in that comes with a map and it talks you through the history of at every mile marker. So it tells you like you put it in and it goes all right, push play, push stop at mile marker 13. Or no, it's talking, it's telling me everything. And then he goes now push stop. You're at mile marker 15 at mile marker 18. Play again. And you play it and he goes, look to your right, you're gonna see this and that. I thought they did say the one thing that remember like the number one most devastating thing to the Hawaiian people was the advent was white bringing cows and pigs. Because the tip of the Hawaiian that we see nowadays, right Everybody thinks is this giant, giant dude. But when we first. Well when white man first discovered the Hawaiians he said that the journals were like they're the most gorgeous, lean, athletic people because they hadn't. They ate fish and only fish and all they did was swim to get their food and, and, and fish. There was no land grazing an animal to just gorge yourself on.
JD Denim
Oh wow, that's interesting. That was interesting. Oh, you learned that on that?
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
That's pretty cool. Well those things are right like there's. I've stopped. I took my daughter a couple years later. Just she and I. Which was amazing. Like best. Like you've read such rad memories. And I didn't think she was going to want to do that. But we ended up doing it and I. It equally was rad because my. We used stop at certain ones. I stopped a lot of the same ones because I knew it but there's so much history.
William T. Hawk
There is, there's.
JD Denim
I think there's like 36 pull outs that you can. You can't do everyone because you wouldn't. It would take way.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
A couple days. But anyways, if you're listening and thinking it's. It's rad, it's worth it.
William T. Hawk
It's worth it. It's. You're also not allowed. It violates the rental car agreement it to keep going. You can. Instead of turning around, you can just keep going. Which I did because that's also what I do is like not listen to rules.
JD Denim
I did.
William T. Hawk
And it's just dirt road, barren, like burnt. Volcanic. It's like the newest of volcanics but it's like forever in just blinding heat. We pulled over to like get some water out the back and truck came rolling up like five minutes later. And he stopped. He's like, are you guys okay? Because like there is no help coming. Oh, if you're not okay. Like if you break down, you better like, you better be careful of heat stroke because nobody's coming along there.
JD Denim
So.
William T. Hawk
And that is why the rental car companies don't want you to do that. But we made it and it was an adventure.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
In itself.
JD Denim
Did he die? Where's my car?
William T. Hawk
Yeah. But anyway. Vacation. Yeah, man. I mean everybody needs vacations.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
It is important to. We just need the R and R and to get our brains off of some things.
JD Denim
Yeah, man. You've been going Mach 90 for a long time. So I'm looking forward to you to have that. We. I'm flying out there with Will. We are going to again meet with Peter Magic and actually Seed. Yeah. The. I think it's 40,000 square foot warehouse of Janos chick and that's going to be just fun in itself. That podcast did amazing and that's going to be cool. He's going to be taking off I think the next day and I'll be there for a couple of days myself, which is I've never done, which I'll be walking around Prague. Jason was telling me they got some World War II like stuff. I love that stuff. Like Germans and stuff that would be kind of cool. So I'll probably do that and then just do a lot of like recording of like my content how I eat here and in Prague and like it'll be cool man.
William T. Hawk
That's a good. That is good. Show people how you eat on the road in Prague. Carnivore.
JD Denim
Really different.
William T. Hawk
You can't read in the menu. No, everything is. There's a lot in English apparently. But Janos going to visit Janoshik Lab is a big deal.
JD Denim
It is.
William T. Hawk
I've been testing stuff for 10 years with them.
JD Denim
As long as I've known you.
William T. Hawk
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Talked about. They are the one who really like started so like they single handedly started kind of quality control of well, steroids at first. Right. Of everybody worldwide's quality control of steroids. Before that there was nobody that would test individual compounds and so every. Anybody making it or selling it could just sell anybody garbage as much as they want. And that was happening. No doubt. And so they revolutionized it all. And then Peptides has been another explosion in their testing for sure. And again they have to open a thousand boxes a day.
JD Denim
Yeah. Well if you missed that podcast, make sure go back and watch it. You know, we'll maybe try to get him back on, you know.
William T. Hawk
Well, we, I think, you know, we will do a. We're going to do a podcast there. We'll see if he'll sit down with us. We just. I'm. He would. He's just busy as hell so it'll bug him too much. Touring the facility is already going to bug him.
JD Denim
He was excited about that. But he offered and I'm like, all right, don't tempt us. Like we'll come and then, then we. I. When we. I've been emailing back and forth him. I said, you know, we'd like to, you know, buy you steak if you're. If you're interested. He's like, listen, it's all about how busy I am. Like I get it, I get it.
William T. Hawk
I don't judge y.
JD Denim
Totally understand.
William T. Hawk
So right. So that's going to be really cool. Everybody's watch. Watch that. We will post plenty.
JD Denim
We'll be. We're going to be posting some stuff. It'll be cool. So you guys will hopefully get to see the visuals because we're going to hopefully bring in a videographer that we get from the hotel and because you get to see it. That's cool.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
That's why we do this.
William T. Hawk
That's right.
JD Denim
That's why we do this. We are funny. I'll let the cat out of the bag. So you're going to be listening to this on Monday. You're actually listening to this on Monday. I always say that because talking to you like, as you're going to like, know it's coming, but you're listening to this on Monday and we're going to record right after this. We're doing back to backs because Will is going to be gone and we're going to just tell a little bit of our story. How, how Will and I became friends and how that happened and just kind of the. The genesis of the friendship, genesis of Warrior makers, genesis of the podcast and things like that to where, you know, just different businesses, venture ventures that he and I have been on throughout the, the last, you know, few years. It's because people ask, you know, through our content and whatnot. So that'd be cool. Yeah, we've done it. But we had, I think 100,000 viewers a month at that time. We're about 600 plus now, believe it or not. I. I can't even believe that we're saying that. So it'll be cool to hear the story.
William T. Hawk
Yeah, the story.
JD Denim
But other than that, today is we're gonna talk about ghkcu, CLO and glow. Just obviously some of the differences. A lot of people will know the differences, but there are some slight differences and the why and we do. I do want to start off with the face serum. You want to put. Show. Show them what we got going.
William T. Hawk
So, yes, these are. And you can talk, I guess, while I actually show.
JD Denim
Yes, you got the face serums, which are going to be actually a good product, which is obviously the copper is dark blue or purple, some would say. And then you got the product that they want to say there is GHKCU in it, but you don't really see any copper in it. Visually, they cost the same, they don't work the same.
William T. Hawk
So these are two different products.
Comcast Announcer
Right.
William T. Hawk
This is GHKCU actually, plus Snap 8.
JD Denim
Yep.
William T. Hawk
Which Snap 8's not blue. So it's the GHKCU that's contributing to the blueness. And this is just a ghkcu. Same same amount and they cost the same. But this one you're getting a lot more actual good amount of GHKC that actually works. And this one you are not, obviously.
JD Denim
Yeah. Anyway, when. So you can tell like what. What we've seen and I'm seeing. Sure. Most people have seen this explosion, the peptides and how amazing they are, because they're amazing. But a lot of people are saying there are Peptides in products because it's. Remember when like the carnivore thing or the keto crave happened and like there was keto bars everywhere. Those aren't really keto, but if you put keto on it, people bought it. Same thing with like peptides. You throw a peptide on it, people will buy it. So we wanted to show you the
William T. Hawk
difference on an actual good product with oral peptides. Now this is not to be like, not ever. Some peptides can be made and take and taken orally and actually work. So I want everybody, I think that now there has been built up a stigma now that everybody thinks every single oral peptide is just garbage. And that's not. That is not true. But the vast majority of peptides that are made into orals, no, they just don't work. Sorry. Our stomach just kills off the active actual drug before it can actually reach us. But there are several that do work and are very effective.
JD Denim
So let's, let's throw out a few
William T. Hawk
just off top of our bpc, kpv, bc, KPV Sloop. We have a. We have a chemist that we know and he has done his research and is adamant that the sublingual is the only. Well, is the best absorbing version of Sloop. Now there's also mega Sloop. There's a hundred milligrams a tap. Truth though, like, yes, our bo. Our stomach is going to, you know, kill off some of that. So you're not getting all 100 milligrams. But sure, there's one reason why it's dosed at 100 milligrams.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
Because some of it, you know, isn't going to reach you, but still you'll get a good amount, you know, five amino, one mq. It's. I still think the injectable is a lot better.
JD Denim
100. I think that, that, you know, with this craze and like so many, like different like scientists and guys that are going to be able to create this a lot of more intelligent than most of us listening to this talking here is they're going to be able to break that barrier down.
William T. Hawk
They will.
JD Denim
I think it's coming very soon. So. But as of now that that stigma that is kind of like they don't work. There's some that do. They do. And like, because we've tried them and tested them and sway it is. And you're going to see that more and more.
William T. Hawk
Yep. There. So back to the serum. There are trials. So like, we try to not bore everybody with like too much detailed science. So. But There are and I won't quote the trials even though I've read most of them, but they have, they have absolutely done trials on topical GHKCU serum and compared to like the leading facial serum. Right. The GHKCU has outperformed. They also have done a. This is a, this is a GHKCU shampoo. Okay. So GHKC made into shampoo.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
And great. There is a trial out there that have done compared GHKCU to minoxidil and GHKCU was found as the favorable.
JD Denim
It's huge.
William T. Hawk
It is huge. That's huge. There's a wound healing. So there's on the docket scheduled double blind clinical trial on ghkc. Use serum topically put on for actual wound healing. Where they're just going to the. The. The trial is to punch out someone's skin a few times. Right? Yeah, just. And then with video and camera evidence and see how fast it heals. So that's actually scheduled in 2026 to occur and that will provide some. Yeah, that's awesome. Good.
JD Denim
I'll tell you a little bit about that because ghkc, one of the things there where it shines and it's probably not talked about because there's so many other ones is for like cuts and like, like, like wounds. But like scratches or cuts, the expedites the healing of that and that's why they obviously have it in the face serum. So I want to go through first a little bit of a demonstration with how this is gonna work the best. Now if you're like me and a man and you just want to make it easy, you just pop this off, you put on your face and you think that that's it and it's really not where you're gonna get where it's going to shine the most. Like a cut. Right. It's an open wound to a degree. You got to do it properly now, not daily. I would say recommended about three days a week that you do this. But you get these little derm rollers that my bride. So yeah, I had to forgot it and had to drive home and get it. But what you're going to do is you're going to fill the cup or bowl with alcohol, right. Make sure it's clean and you're going to rub that in like you're going to get it. Make sure it's clean. You're gonna. Then you're going to open up your face.
William T. Hawk
Just.
JD Denim
These are little needles for you men that don't Know what I'm talking about? As I did in that first.
William T. Hawk
Micro needles.
JD Denim
Yep. It's gonna. They're little. It feels like little needles on your face. It doesn't hurt, but it kind of opens up your skin slightly. And then you're gonna take it and rub it in, and that's how it's gonna soak into your face. And it's going to work better. Now, will it work if you just put it on your face? Of course it will. Will it work better like this? Yes. It's not cheap. There's. How many bottles are in? It's 20.
William T. Hawk
There's 20 bottles of GHKCU of 100 milligram GHKCU in that entire thing. So there's a thousand milligrams of GHKCU in there.
JD Denim
That is a lot.
William T. Hawk
That is a lot.
JD Denim
So if you see One bottle of GHKC that you're injecting, it's generally 100 milligrams.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
So that's. There's 20. That's why it's so dark.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
And so if you're going to pay the money for this, you want to do it right. And it's going to work. Well, now that's how you do it properly. Now, should you. Should you do it nightly? That's going to be up to you. In your pocketbook. Right. It still will work if you rub it on at night. I rub it on at night and then I rub lotion on it. That's how I do it and do this, I would like to say, three days a week, like my wife tells me. And I forget often, so I do at least one or two, but preferably three is where it's going to work the best, we think. Now, secondly, I'm going to tell you I'm 49, and my. My beautiful bride has talked me into doing these, like, facial things that I never thought that I'd ever do in my life. But as you get older and you do start to look older, you start to be more open to these things, which I was. So I. I did a. A laser facial the first time. And they, like, burn off the skin. It's very crazy. I wasn't expecting it. And it hurts and it takes a long time to heal, give or take. How deep? She goes seven days to nine days. So the first time I did it and I didn't use the serum. Second time now and every time since, we rub this on our face, my wife and I, and it literally cuts the healing time down in half. I'm not kidding. I'll tell you this, that I went in there with my wife, myself and a friend of ours, Kate.
William T. Hawk
Remember?
JD Denim
We all got it done. My wife and I used the serum and Kate did not. And we went to dinner. I think three or four days later, my thing was pretty much healed and Kate's was not. She looked like she got beat up.
William T. Hawk
And Kate's gorgeous. It was just the face. Like, no. I was like, wow.
JD Denim
She's like, well, you didn't give me any face. And so it really works. So for you ladies, you'll know what I'm talking about with that laser facial. And we had Dr. Nurse Lee in here and she talked about it. She's the one that. Where we get it from. So that's the face serum. And that's how you do it properly. If you're gonna get this, do it well and get your bang for your back. Now, the GHKCU shampoo, how I use it, I mainly use it on my beard. And how I do it, you want to kind of leave it in. The longer you're going to leave it on you, it's going to work better, right? So that's what I do. So what I do is I wash my hair and then, you know, then I go to my beer. But I use the shampoo for the beard and I leave it in as I'm kind of scrubbing the rest of my body and doing what I need to do. So I leave it in for a good minute and a half to two minutes and then I wash it out. And it seems like it works really well. So that's how I do it. You know, you do you. But I think that's how we have with some trial and error stuff and some. A lot of people that have used it that we know of, they. They do better when they leave it in a little bit.
William T. Hawk
Yep, that works. GHKC is primary function is to help your body create more natural collagen. All right. The shampoo. And there's studies on ghkc you using hair. Basically what they have found is it slows the growth phase of your follicles. So it not slows it, but it prolongs that growth phase. And it also stimulates actual thicker follicle growth. Now if you are bald and you use this, your hair is not just going to sprout up. But shoot, I've been. I actually use it and I do leave it in and it. And it seems to work. So you'll see some minor differences. But Sometimes a little minor difference is kind of what it makes the difference.
JD Denim
Yeah, we. So my wife, a good friend of ours, she's a hairdresser and she's in Orange county and she's like a pretty renowned hairdresser in Orange County. I know this because I see the bill after my bride gets her haircut or hair done. Haircut means, you know, but it's, it's pricey and you know, it takes, you know, a lot of money sometimes to take care of you women. I get it. But anyway, she came in because she was. Or her husband, I'm good friends with came in talking about something else and was talking about how his bride was having some problems losing some hair. And I said, well, have you tried the JHKCU shampoo? And he's like, no, tell me about it. And I explained it a little bit. He left and took a bottle with him and he, she used it. Two weeks later she called me, which I don't talk to her much. And she was blown away, like blown away to the degree where like she was just, you know, giving advice on different things and she ended up buying some and now she sells it in her spot. Because what's worse than a man losing his hair is a woman losing their hair. And as you get older, apparently that seems to be happening more and more to ladies. I wasn't aware of that, but happens
William T. Hawk
to all of us. Yep, it's going to happen to all of us. So an interesting thing the. Well, have you heard, and I have heard this from tons and tons of people, not just the shampoo, but actually the sub Q injecting ghkcu. It makes their hair grow or the pigment turn a little bit darker. So if you're blonde, girl, they're like, hey, what's my hair is a little bit darker. That actually has a true like, that's not just hearsay and people imagining things. There is a true like biochemical basis for that. But basically like our pear pigmentation, the, the pathway responsible is not really pathway, but is a copper based amino acid change. So the fact if you give yourself more ghkcu, your hair will start to darken up. Okay, the pigment will turn a little bit darker. It's not going to be overnight, but you'll notice it. And most people actually have like that. Nobody, of course nobody has said anything bad. Maybe something to try if you're going gray everywhere too. Who knows? The other thing on this one, this is Snap8. We mentioned Snap8. So Snap8 is a peptide early on we, we were experimenting with like sub q injecting snap 8, right. And then we've basically learned that really it should be used topically. It is kind of what, what makes Botox Botox. So it is, it's, it helps just relax this, relax your skin, right? Which, it helps soften those wrinkle lines and like fill in deep well and mix with the ghqcu, right. Build collagen to fill in those wrinkle spots. So this is, is there to really help your skin relax. Just like Botox is a neurotoxin, right, that's making you, you not create more wrinkles or be able to wrinkle up your forehead. So that's in there. And there's 30 bottles of Snap 810 milligram in here. It's 300 mgs of Snap 8 inside of this.
JD Denim
Great. So like, as you, like I said, as you get older, you know, you start. Even as men will start to do things we never thought we would do with facials and stuff like that, I never even thought I would do that. But you know, the, the serum's great because the GHKCU is going to work with like skin elasticity, fine lines, wrinkles. There's a reason so many women want to take GHKCU because it freaking works. And so used in a face serum, it works because you're putting it on those wrinkles and, and whatnot. A cool little thing about GHKCU is I was thinking it through as so many people are taking red or true tide rightfully so it's, we talk about it as it's, it's the peptide of all peptides because it works so well for people that lose a lot of weight. I was kind of thinking through this where you lose a lot of weight and you can start to. You change, your body changes, you know, you less you lost 50 plus pounds. Like your body's starting to change. You could lose some of the collagen, you can lose some of the elasticity.
William T. Hawk
If you don't eat enough food, you're not getting any building materials.
JD Denim
Exactly. So like if you're running reticutide and that's really all you're running you, I would think a good add on would be a GHKCU because it's going to help with collagen production. It's going to help. So that skin elasticity. So that's not talked about much, but I was kind of thinking about that recently, so I wanted to kind of drop that because we were doing the Ghkcu if you're running retta adding some ghkcu, it really will start to make your skin probably look and feel a
William T. Hawk
lot better if you ask so you know how. So people early on taking semaglutide, tirzepatide. Right. And they would say, oh man. Yeah, but that stuff makes your eyesight go bad. It makes your hair fall out, makes your tent and your like teeth and like. No, no, no, no. That does not do that. Ask anybody who's. Who's, I don't know, has an eating disorder. Right. That's starvation. So that's what happens when your body gets out of your absolutely no newish. No. Yes. You get, you, you get no nutrients and all of those bad things happen. And so you were 100% right. Like this is so anybody on a GLP1, if you're just not eating what you used to be eating, you're not getting those essential nutrients.
JD Denim
True.
William T. Hawk
I would absolutely add GHKCU. I would add Glow in frankly, because BPC and TB500 are also going to really help your body. The food you take in to convert that into collagen and then tell it where to go. Yeah, like we can get into that later, but. Right, yeah, that makes, that makes too much sense.
JD Denim
Yeah, it's great. And so one of the things, I had somebody come in this morning, a friend of mine, he brought a buddy, had some questions on some things and in regards to like GLP1, semaglutide, tirzepatide and then retatrutide my opinion and just, you know, talking with hundreds and hundreds of people at this point and seeing changes in them and how their body reacts and whatnot. Tirzepatide, although it's great, it's just really outdated. And here's what I mean. Like we're. I always say just slow down for a second and be logical. Right. All the poop law that we've all read, slow down for a second and just think logically. God made us have hunger, right? So if tirzepatite stops that and you're not, you know, it just blocks that. Or run a true tide where you still get hungry, you just eat less. Which one's better? But people are. It's kind of a mind f, so to speak, with the tirzepatide because they, it does block that hunger so much more and. But you're not. You're supposed to eat. Yeah, you're supposed to eat well. That's why retitrutide is just leaps and Bounds over like a product, a compound that's amazing in itself, but it's like leaps and bounds because you're supposed to eat. So if you're not eating, you're gonna start have those problems with skin and like semaglutide. You see all those movie stars, they weren't eating. They weren't like they're losing their teeth because of semaglutide. They're losing their teeth like all sucked up because it's called malnourishment. You ever seen a tweaker? Like no doubt they look horrible because they don't eat. It's the same thing.
William T. Hawk
Same.
JD Denim
So yeah, so that's. I think if you're just logical and people are still running Tris appetite, no judgment retreats is just so much better because you're supposed to eat. For the love of God, eat less. Yeah.
William T. Hawk
And those of you saying, hey, I went from Retta or I went from Tirzepatide to Retta and. And then back to Zeptitlus, but oh, it's not working. It's not working as well. Right. Or the Reddit just. Or I started with Reddit, did this. You have now artificially like made your own natural God given hunger goes through the roof. Right? Because again that's our, that is a survival mechanism for us, right? The need to eat some damn food. When you suppress that, that mechanism fights back. Right? So now you've turned it on double time and now you win permanently. Not permanently, but for, for some amount of time you've now made your, your hunger go way higher than it ever was before. Truth.
JD Denim
Because we've talked with so many people and we always will. And I always say might read this way, but that's hundreds and hundreds of people say this. So which one. It reads this way or you've seen it normally? Yeah, yeah. Which one's better? So you choose on that. But yeah, so that's what we kind of talk about. I think the JHKCU is going to be put on top of Retro Tide. If you're not running it, try it because it'll help with that skin, ladies and men. So we'll talk a little bit about, you know, GHKC is an amazing product. You came up with a product that you add to the ghkc. You so touch on that.
William T. Hawk
Okay.
JD Denim
Because it stings like a son of a. Yeah.
Comcast Announcer
No, it really.
William T. Hawk
People do not like injecting GHKC because it hurts. It stings bad. And like keep stinging. I feel the sting. I think Everybody does. I don't get it as bad. Like it's not so bad where I won't do it. But yeah, me I thought of and talked to our chemist, but really it's my idea and just kind of asked him like confirmed some things. Right. And. And made a reconstitution solution that is. That really, really, really dulls this thing. And I don't know if I would
JD Denim
put out the formula, but I would tell us.
William T. Hawk
Yeah, yeah. So like it's available. It's available and it's just called. We have to kind of change the name, but it's buffered reconstitution solution. It is. It has bacteriostatic water in it, the benzoyl alcohol and then another secret ingredient that actually. And I would say probably about 80% it dulls this thing. Like I get people texting me all the time like, holy shit. Yeah, that actually, really, really works. And it can be used in most every. I actually haven't come across a peptide that it doesn't work in. Like, like acetic acid, you know, that should be used in sloop and an AOD IG or not IGF1 but HGH Frag. That will ruin most every other peptide. Yeah, this, our buffered reconstitution solution will not. Yeah, it's a great. Yeah, it's great and it's available. Anybody has any questions, tell you where to get. Yeah, any D. I kind of did it because I wanted to take nad, but it hurt me so damn bad that I couldn't. It hurt bad.
JD Denim
And he's like, woo. Yeah.
William T. Hawk
So that's cool.
JD Denim
Yeah. So some of the benefits of ghkcu, which are, are endless. I mean, they're just. It's so awesome. And then some of the benefits of like why ghkcu? Why glow and then why cloth? They're obviously you're going to get the same effects as you go and you add on, you know, the, the TB500 and the BPC157. And then for the CLO, you're adding in KPV. So you got four. One compound, three compounds and four together. So let's kind of break them down a little bit.
William T. Hawk
Sure. So first of all, so in glow, that's, that's. Well, I guess we'll start with ghkc. We already talked about it. But basically its job is to have your body just create more natural collagen.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
Take taking nutrients that we're already eating and really. And just kind of producing more collagen filling in any wounds, skin, etc. It will also help reduce inflammation on a skin level. But think of GHKC really just really mostly affecting the like dermis layer our skin. Okay, BPC. So then you have Glow. Glow is VPC157, what is referred to as TB500 usually. But like what we really want is thymosin beta 4. Okay, there's a, there is TB500 which is four amino acids. Seven amino acids I think. Then there's thymosin beta 4 which is what you really want. That's 54amino acids, is much more complex and works a whole lot better. That is what but still is referred to as TV500. But that's what we're really talking about. So, so BPC157, TB500, GHKCU, that constitutes Glow, BPC, which is one of the most common, most used peptides around out there. It does three main things. So one, it's a signaling peptide. So it go, it basically goes to your body and go hey, where is an injured spot? And also it is mostly really working on tendons and ligaments. Okay. So it's fine. It's a signaling peptide. So it identifies spots in your body that need some repair. So A signaling, okay, looks for repair. B it reduces inflammation, which inflammation is good, some inflammation, but it's really interesting. It like it reduces inflammation, it corrects inflammation. So it allows the good inflammation, but it just doesn't allow over inflaming. Right? You roll your ankle and it swells up, right? That's God's way of healing this injury. Because blood comes in and, and then the often question I've always asked like well why then? Why, why is always. Why do we always need to pull the inflammation out? Why does it give us. Haven't we evolved enough to not overdo that? And the reason there is interesting that God's answer is, you know, we still think we're. Our bodies are still kind of cavemen, our brains grew up too fast. But if you have not enough inflammation, you can get an infection from that, from that wound and you die, you are dead and life is no more. So it's going to take. And that's basically kind of a guarantee. So it's going to take whatever keeps you alive at whatever cost, but we're going to keep you alive. So it's going to push too much inflammation there to make sure no infection occurs and also to kind of immobilize the joint. You ain't moving it. Hey, don't use that that should hurt. Don't touch it. And then you'll stay alive. You may be injured longer. Right. But you'll actually stay alive. Okay. So it reduces it. It kind of corrects inflammation. And then. What's my last one bring it brings some building materials, is more TB4TB500 does a lot of the same. What am I missing here?
JD Denim
Well, the. The BPC is going to basically send the workers for ligaments and tendons and things like that. So it's repairing that stuff. Cavemen needed that stuff.
William T. Hawk
Yeah, absolutely. We still need it. I mean, hell, we still need it. Like tendonitis. BPC is the way it's the place to go. BPC works a lot. It works better locally. So if you have. You have a specific injury, I would inject right into that injury. So. And yes, it's. It's signaling all the workers. The TB500 is doing really a lot of this. Oh, the last thing. Here's what BPC does. It allows your body from all the food that you actually eat. Right. It like hyper. Absorbs and converts that to collagen. Okay. Which is huge. So now you're eating the same, but now your body is creating twice as much building materials.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
TB 500 is the workers. Is this. It recruits all those stem cells and asks where BBC, where should I. Where should I send my whole workforce, please? BPC tells it and then it goes and does that. It also reduces inflammation. So it's really, really there to. To heal.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
So those three bpc, gb, ghkcu, that constitutes glow solid CLO with a K is just adding in kpv. And KPV is awesome. Is. Is gut health, right? It is. Which is the origination of a lot of issues. A lot of most all, I think autoimmune disorders. Yeah. We all have gut health issues, whether you really know it or not. But your gut could be healthier. The gut brain axis is a huge topic of study still. And still mystifies us. But. Yeah, but we've all, as humans have always known that there's some dang relationship with our gut and the rest of our body. Right?
JD Denim
Yep.
William T. Hawk
You feel it. Your gut. Right. Trust your gut. There's always. There's always that. So.
JD Denim
Yes, you have the two that go really well. They all go well. That's why they're in. They're. They're compounded together. You got the TB and the bpc. Will and I both said that those would be the. That would be the one compound that we would both choose because we're going to lift weights forever.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
And I mean, I was just in Cabo with my family and I brought a bottle, but I hadn't mixed it. I waited three days because I was like, I'll just see. Three days into the vacation, I. I told my wife, I'm like, man, I am just like achy and slow. I missed that stuff and started taking it. It's crazy how well it works. I mean, I'm still blown away by it. I mean, immediately I started feeling better, you know, because I usually take quite a bit shoulders and back because I've got my back surgery and I poke it in my back and it's just awesome. And we could have added that to the, the talk too, because that Wolverine is just amazing in itself. But then you got the bpc, you have the BPC and the TB that go together perfectly. And then you got the BPC and the kpv. They go to perfectly on a different level, which is to heal the gut.
William T. Hawk
And that's just the interesting point. Injectable versus we talked about BPC and KPV being available in oral forms. So that is true. And if the primary purpose is to heal tendons, ligaments, right. I would use the injectable forms. And think about this. They are going to, they're going to first use most of their powers for on. On stuff in healing, right? If you're doing the injectable, then what's left? Then go heal the gut, right? The opposite is true. If you take an oral form, first things first is to go heal your gut and then start working on a systemic level in all your other healing spots. Bpc. I mean, here's the. The origin story of BPC really is great story. Everybody realized that, you know, we, we all know we have stomach acid because anybody ever asked themselves, why do it fit? If it just burns through and melts down anything that I put in my stomach, why doesn't it just burn right through my whole skin and melt me alive, Right? Well, the reason is we have this mucus, this mucous membrane layer lining our stomach. And the scientists say, well, what the hell? Okay, well, what's making this so impermeable to this acid? And as they look further, they realize it actually is not impermeable. The stomach. The acid is burning it back, but it bas basically heals itself faster than that acid can burn through it. Why is that? Well, they looked further and it's just full of this peptide chain which they have now named bpc, Body Protection compound, Body Protective compound. Whatever you Want to call it, but that's just. Just full of bpc. So they said, well, what the hell? Okay, if it heals that so well,
JD Denim
it feels faster than it needed away. Yeah, that is right.
William T. Hawk
That's crazy.
JD Denim
So I had the power of ppc. BBC is amazing.
William T. Hawk
So let's try to. Let's see if we can bottle it, remake it in a lab, bottle it and inject it somewhere else and see what else it heals. And so, yep, lo and behold, it works.
JD Denim
Why would you do any of them? All three? I think that's a matter of an opinion. I don't really think necessarily. It just kind of depends. Like, you can knock out a lot of stuff with the. With the clo, right? So that's for you ladies. I think I like. I think you like to kind of go that route. I run the Wolverine separate because it's really the objective to do to fix injuries. You know, if you're lifting weights at 49, you're gonna get hurt, you're gonna get tendinitis, your back's gonna hurt, you're gonna be achy. When you wake up, you're slower. That's just called age. So the Wolverine. I. I remember, you know, good year, year and a half ago when Will and I started talking about the Wolverine. It wasn't called Wolverine at the time, at least to my knowledge. We were kind of talking through it as will it. It be good to run it together or would it be separate? And I think we both kind of agreed at first, probably separate. I don't think it's a bad and bad either way because I think the tv, in my opinion, is more powerful. It goes through your body. Well, where. Where BBC is, you need to inject it into the injury and more frequently and more frequently.
William T. Hawk
It doesn't last right. As long.
JD Denim
Right. Like what, twice a week? It's.
William T. Hawk
Yeah, two, three times a week. Yeah.
JD Denim
But that's why they start putting these together, because they work, work amazing. Like, so, you know, the Wolverine, if you have injuries, boom. If you're older and you're gonna lift weights, boom. Gut problems. Add in the kpv, because we all do, without a doubt. It just really depends if you want to kind of run them separately. The Wolverine and then like the separate with the ghkcu, or you just want to run them all in one swoop, you're still going to get the benefits. But if you're going to have an injury, you don't want to take CLO into the injury, that's going to sting Like a son of a Do Wolverine. Right. Like if. If you're taking it as all health and healing of the body clothes gonna work the best in my opinion, if you have an actual injury, I don't think that. I think running them that wolverine together is just the answer always. I don't even take them separate anymore. Do you?
William T. Hawk
No, I don't ever take just TB500,
JD Denim
just BPC peanut butter and better and. And jelly. They're just so good together. So that's my take on it. I mean, other people might have different answers, but that's why injuries or healing.
William T. Hawk
Yeah. I think that the. I mean. And you know this too and think the same way. Like the only reason that you would not really want to take glo or clothes because there is such thing as taking too much copper.
JD Denim
Sure.
William T. Hawk
So, and we have found with bpc with the Wolverine, right. BBCTB more matters. Right. Like usually in most things, hey, if you go to a certain point, any more than that's not really going to help. But like with these two, the more you do, the better it is going to work, right? Exponentially. So you. But you just. So really you would want to do high doses of BPCTB for an acute injury and if it has GHKC mixed in there, then you can't do too much. You can't do those high doses because then you're giving yourself too high a dose of ghkcu.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
And that can be bad. It's a metal. You can give yourself like heavy metal poisoning from enough copper. So that would be the only difference. I mean, otherwise, if that were not the case, then I would always do clo.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
I would do a little big like high like daily.
JD Denim
There you go. On the clothes. That's great.
William T. Hawk
But. And then, yeah, spot injected Wolverine. I would spot, inject and do that daily. Even though the TV 500 only needs to really be done three times a week, it ain't gonna hurt daily. So. And the BPC does need to be done daily. It'll still work. Not daily. Not done daily. But I. I would suggest. Yeah.
JD Denim
If you take off.
William T. Hawk
Have you heard of the copper uglies?
JD Denim
No.
William T. Hawk
There is a phenomenon. This is actually also kind of true. So GHKC you is not only just triggering collagen building, but it's actually like remodeling your collagen in your skin. Okay. So it's breaking down the collagen that's existing. Right. As well as the same time that it's building new stuff. Right. So sometimes People who start with some ghkc, you added a little bit too high of a dose. They will, the breakdown will outpace the buildup and for two to usually about two weeks their skin will not look good. Yeah, it will, it will looks like kind of splotchy.
JD Denim
Sure.
William T. Hawk
And, but then it always, but then it always evens out. Right. Then the building occurs and takes that over and now they look better than ever.
JD Denim
Cool.
William T. Hawk
But those of you, that is a thing and it actually is there was some scientific basis behind that. So if you notice that like don't quit before the miracle happens, don't be like, oh this, this is doing the opposite. You just keep going. I'd probably like lower the dose a bit. You know, a dosage range is like I don't really think that you should do more than 2 1/2 milligrams daily. I would generally focus on like 2 1/2 milligrams of GHKCU three times a week. But with BPC and TB, as we know you can do 50 milligrams a day. But I would say on a general dose of BPC and tb, same thing. I'd give yourself one to two milligrams per injection of each of those. That seems to be the best on your, on a wallet. Like that's a reasonable dose.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
That people can afford no less than a half of a milligram each.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
Any less than that is not going to really do anything.
JD Denim
Yeah, that's. I mean we can go on and on adding an AO nad because that, that would be a perfect fit for these obviously too for us older folk, the hgh. I think.
William T. Hawk
Yeah, I mean it would be a perfect. Anybody. It's a perfect combo.
JD Denim
It does this helps you heal, expedite your skin. It's because I mean JHKC is just a really good anti ager.
William T. Hawk
Yep.
JD Denim
Yeah, you so yeah, so I mean we can go on and on about like adding those in, but that's going to be that. And ladies or gents, if you get any type of facial, the face serum, it really helps. And then if you got worried about like hair, losing hair or whatnot, start use the shampoo.
William T. Hawk
And the last, last thing is the, as we know from past podcasts and research, NAD just rapidly declines out of a person in their human, in their, in their lifespan. GHKCU is very similar. So they have actually they have lots of studies on this and the numbers are basically and, and it usually declines at a, at a pretty steady rate. But a 20 person usually tests out for about 200 nanograms per milliliter of GHKCU at age 60. They're now at about 80.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
And the decline is. Is. You know, is. Is generally even. But that just shows that. I mean, hey, our body has this. It needs it and wants it. And as it declines, look at what old people's skin looks like.
JD Denim
Yeah, absolutely.
William T. Hawk
So use it. Cycle off ghkcu. Question from the crowd. Should you? Yes. I have heard people say, hey, do it for a year. It's amazing. I don't know. I think that, again, there's a. The potential of, like, too much GHKCU and be poisoned on it. But I also think the efficacy is not. It diminishes over time. The longer. Longer you do it, it's not going to. And I'm talking about the injectable sub Q. I think that topically, I would put it on every day for the rest of my life. Absolutely.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Hawk
For sure. But for the injectable. Yeah. I'd say three months. Then give yourself a couple weeks.
JD Denim
Yeah. Also, what we didn't talk about, if you get a tattoo,
William T. Hawk
put it on my tattoos.
JD Denim
And. Yeah, it's been great. That was actually our tattoo artist. It's the same. Yeah, he. He. He recommended it. I'm like, oh, that's not going to pull out the ink. He said, no, dude, make sure you do it. Mine healed real fast. Really quick.
William T. Hawk
Side note, don't use one of these things. Okay. With. With a smart idea to put numbing cream. Like, I'm gonna get a tattoo. Right. And we all know, like, numbing cream works better once you have an open wound. Right. Then you put it in, it gets in your bloodstream, and it really works. Right. So I thought this would be a brilliant idea.
JD Denim
And did you. And. Yeah.
William T. Hawk
And. And dermal. Roll my, like, leg first. Right. And then put the numbing cream on, like, an hour beforehand. And. And then it would soak in. It worked really good. Right? Holy shit. It's basically like I tattooed my own leg, and then now he's tattooing right on top of it.
JD Denim
Oh, man.
William T. Hawk
Right. Like, it just. I just. Open wound injured my skin. I mean, that was the time he was actually experimenting with injectable lidocaine, too. And this was just on my. I don't know. This is my lower leg, which doesn't even hurt that bad. Right. And it hurt incredibly bad with the numbing cream. It didn't do anything. And usually the numbing cream that we have works really, really, really well. But then we started. We inject. We gave me like eight injections. The lidocaine it that did nothing. And the tattoo hurts so bad. So I kind of outsmarted myself on that one. Shot myself in the foot.
JD Denim
Not too much on that one, dude.
William T. Hawk
Thought way too much. And by the way, for the record, we've both got a whole lot of tattoos before we ever use numbing cream.
JD Denim
Oh, yeah.
William T. Hawk
But as you get older, I don't want the pain. It hurts, dude.
JD Denim
I don't even care anymore.
William T. Hawk
Like, yeah, I can do it on my hands.
JD Denim
They're so quick. But I'm like, dude, I'm job. I use it every time.
William T. Hawk
Yeah. And kind of the same principle. You know, it numbing cream works so much better if you put it on and then put Saran wrap around it. Similar to this will work a lot better with. With that dermal roller. Now I don't use that, but. And I use this all the time.
JD Denim
Right.
William T. Hawk
We've had hair salons sell it and. And women be like, holy, this is amazing. Actually, like, smells good. It feels good. Acne also, I know lots of people who have been who've taken GHKCU and GLOW and their acne is now gone or a whole lot better.
JD Denim
That's right. Right.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
Good stuff, man. Cool that when you guys are listening to this, we will be. Which will be Monday. Or whenever you listen to it, it drops Monday. And we will be getting ready for our trip. Will will be gone for two weeks. I will be gone for a week. But we got a lot of cool stuff coming. And we have a lot of rad guests coming on the podcast. We got some doctors coming on. We got some gut health therapists coming on. We got some water gals coming on that know a lot about the Keegan, our. Our producer behind the the wheel back there tried to kill me when she took out the water.
William T. Hawk
Feed him the sulfuric acid.
JD Denim
This date's weird, but we got a
William T. Hawk
lot of good guess citric acid literally burns through you and everything thing. My bad.
JD Denim
We got a lot of cool stuff coming, man. And other than that, what else?
William T. Hawk
Check out school. That's jump on the school. There's a lot of good stuff on school. We'll put the.
JD Denim
Yeah, they have. Everybody knows this because you probably hear everybody complaining that has social media type stuff. It's so hard to even talk freely on any of the channels. So school, you can jump on there and you can say what you want. You can say anything you want with the people you're going to get. If you have questions about protocols or anything supplement, health, diet related, you just put a post and you're gonna have tons of people all over the world jumping in. And if you want to have some direct contact with us, obviously we don't do that on that one because it's just too many people.
William T. Hawk
Yeah.
JD Denim
But you can add the vip. I'm not selling you on this, but if you do the upgrade, you can actually ask us questions direct and we get back to you as soon as we can.
William T. Hawk
There's a lot of good free information.
