Will (William T. Haas)
26i oh, let's go. I oh, let's go.
JD
Welcome back to the Pep Tide of the Week podcast. I am your host in a little bit overcasty. Cabo San Lucas or Los Cabos, as they say here. Will is in the studio, like always. My co host, Mr. William T. Haas. What's up up, dude?
Will (William T. Haas)
What's going on, man? It's. It was raining here yesterday morning also.
JD
Oh, really?
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah. Yeah.
JD
So don't want to come back. Is it nice out now?
Will (William T. Haas)
It's still nice out.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah, it's nice. It always, like. Even if it was. Even though it was raining in the morning. Right. It's always foggy here in the morning. It's the end of June. It's now July. Every morning it's foggy and it usually clears up.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
And I hope so because my. My girl and river and. And a friend of his, they're going to wild rivers today.
JD
Oh, yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
Which is like a water park. So hopefully it's not running on them, but still it's warm outside.
JD
Yeah. You know, so we. It's funny. We're staying at this resort and. And it's like, it's literally like basically everybody here has kids almost like our age. It's perfect. And it's not. It's not packed, so it's not even like people like, the pool's not like, oh, my gosh, like, overcrowded. And, you know, it's a nice hotel. And. But it's been funny because we've been, you know, if we're getting coffee, we're talking to the parents, we're getting food, you know, and like, it. All the parents are like, just like Alyssa and I, where it's like, we love Our kids, they're awesome, but holy. 5 and 2 is like, bro. It's, like, frazzled. Like, we saw. We met this couple from Los Angeles, actually, and, you know, we. We kept running into him and stuff, and they were. We went, listen, I had a babysitter one night, and we went to dinner, just she and I. And then we saw her. Them two come in with their boys, and then we saw them the next day. And Alyssa goes, how was dinner? And, like, she was just like, oh, my God. Like, I was ready. My kids, you know, it's like. It's so funny. We were talking, like, listen, I were talking. I think it was last night or the night before. And, like, we were just like, it's amazing. We love these kids, but, like, it's a hard time right now.
Will (William T. Haas)
Just.
JD
We're gonna miss these times. We're gonna miss these times.
Will (William T. Haas)
We're gonna miss them because it's a
JD
lot going on, dude.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah, I hear that they have date. They have. Do they have daycare at the resort? Yeah, they do.
JD
Yeah. Like, so they have a rad. Like a. That's why Alyssa does all this research. And she does, like, their kids center is awesome. They do all these, like, events and stuff for Jack, so she loves that. But Mason's too, so he can't go till you're four, so we have to actually hire a babysitter. And so he's hit or miss. Like, he's got, you know, some Mexican gal coming he's never seen, wants to watch.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah.
JD
What is going on? Where are my parents? You know, we, like, got a babysitter yesterday. Like, just gonna be laid by the pool and read a book. I got 20 minutes, dude. And then, yeah, he was screaming, losing his mind, so we had to go pick him up. That ended that.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yep. All right.
JD
I was saying, like, you know, like. And then you look at your kids, though, bro. Like, they're just playing in the pool. Like, smiles to ear to ear. You know what I mean? So those are the moments. But then they try to start screaming, and you're like. You forget about those moments quick. Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
And they're still just innocent and don't know a difference, you know, it's not like their fault when they're screaming until they get older, and then you're like, you little punk. You did that on purpose. You know? You know what? You're not what you're supposed to do and not supposed to do anyway.
JD
It can be rough. That is for sure. But, I mean, we're blessed. We're on we're in Cabo. Life is all good. Dude complaints. Right, Right. Absolutely. We have. It's been great. We. I posted something on Instagram just about Will and my journey, just like where we started and before I even really started the fitness channel, which kind of was a genesis of everything. And when I was in your bro, I was in your, your garage when you had a weight room in there.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah.
JD
Remember that?
Will (William T. Haas)
Huh?
JD
And I interviewed you and we were talking about oddly, MK677 and TRT and we were just doing an interview and that at that time I'm like, should I take my shirt off? Like, it was so new, like I had no channel and like I was interviewing you and you're like, I'll just take the shirt off, you know, and like I'm interviewing in your garage. Lighting is horrible. You know, and so Andy kind of showed the progression of like. So yes. That we've had along the way now. It's cool. So we have, we have Josh Holyfield, which is coming in next week to record, I believe on Wednesday. So that will drop the following Monday. I know there's a lot of people that are big fans of him. We're fans of him. He's a good dude. We like his stuff. So he's coming in next week live. He's coming in from Atlanta just for the show. And that's going to be cool. So. Yeah, man, I think it's been amazing. The people that have crossed our paths and we've been able to sit down and just really pick their brain, learn from them and vice versa. And man, I sometimes pinch myself. This is cool, dude. You know what I mean?
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah, yeah, it'll be interesting. It's also, it's nice to actually like meet the people that you see in their whatever their social media and see if they really are like that. And I don't know, I guess I've been. They say like, never meet your heroes. Not like we've talked to anybody who's a hero of mine, but never meet your heroes because they tend to let you down. But so far, everybody that we met in person, like, dude, I thought is. I thought have been way better than their reputation.
JD
Yeah, right.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah, Much cooler, generous, within a peptide
JD
world and like that type of world. It's such like minded people, you know, Even if you're not exactly on the same wavelength, I mean, your objective is one, you're like, not necessarily. You've kind of stepped out away from western medicine to a degree because you're looking for different types of things. So there's just so much like, like just commonality that like easy to connect, you know what I mean? Yeah. Mutual respect.
Will (William T. Haas)
Absolutely. If you hear anybody, if you hear something like a random grunt every once in a while, it's because there's a little dog walking around who's a little bit old and sometimes she runs into
JD
things and whose dog?
Will (William T. Haas)
It's Brandy's dog, Leia Frenchie, but she does tend to snort and. Yeah, so it's not me, but you might hear that.
JD
Hear anything. Well, today is going to be different. What we're going to do is we're going to start off. Will is going to do the top five fab burners. And what I did is I took a little left turn. Instead of doing that is I'm going to. I pull up two of the most common people that come through, you know, our DMS or whatnot. So I'm gonna do menopause stack that I would. If a lady came through and had some stuff going through medical is what I would recommend. And the other one is going to be a 47 year old man who needs to lose 70 pounds. He has a desk job. And I'm going to give you what I would recommend, his exact stack and how I would personally get that dude in shape. So a little bit of different curveball on, on the approach on these things. Why don't you start us off, Will, with the top five fat burners?
Will (William T. Haas)
Yep. All right.
JD
Would you like to think, are these in order? So are these in.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah, they'll be in order. Yeah, they're in order.
JD
Just.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah, for sure.
Sponsor Announcer
They're.
Will (William T. Haas)
They're definitely. They're in order. All right, okay. So first one is retta. So as we all would expect in and think, right? Retatru, tide and in fact probably all of the GLP ones probably make it into the first spot, right? Including even Semaglutide is probably still the more effective fat burner than anything else I can actually think of, even though it doesn't burn fat. But the proof is in the pudding. It actually just works, right people? It's what the GLPs have really opened our eyes to is how, how much food matters in losing weight, right? There's always been the argument like, ah, what's more important if I can only do one? Which is like, that's never the answer anyway. It's like, should I eat better or should I just exercise a lot more? Well, GLPs have sure have illuminated that the most important damn thing is is eating better. By far you'll get way further if you just eat better. Now you should do both. But. So Reta is a triple agonist, right, of the GLP1, the GIP and the GCG. The. The unique thing here is like GLP1 activation. I always find this really interesting is we have our normal GLP1 receptor in our body, okay? And that goes off once we eat, when we eat a big meal, okay. Naturally, that receptor that goes off, okay, and what is that doing? That is pushing a whole bunch of insulin into our body to combat all of the food that we ate, right? So it's essentially like breaking. It's making sure that we don't get this sugar overdose from. From the carbs, but it's pushing a whole bunch of insulin in there to counteract all the food that we just at. It is also telling our brain, hey man, stop eating. You know, there's some dogs who just have this. Have this actual issue where they just. There's no off switch. They just will eat themselves to death every time. So like, that's our off switches. So our tells our brain, hey man, we're satiated. We don't need anything else. Okay, stop eating. And then obviously we're full. So our. And our sort of stomach is, yeah, doesn't want to eat anymore. But basically that. That's a really quick. That. That activation is like, like 30 minutes, okay? So you're sitting back after you ate a big meal, you're sitting back and you're just like, dude, I don't want anything. I'm good. Like, nothing interests me. I'm satiated and happy. So the GLP1s are a synthetic version of that, but that are meant to last for five days, okay? So that's exactly what's happening except for this time, you're not actually eating any food and your body's pushing tons of insulin in there, okay? And insulin actually is. Is freaking anabolic. And. And it will make your body. It will burn fat for you. So this is why bodybuilders inject insulin. It's dangerous, don't do it. But your body can regulate it through these GLPs, especially Reta. Anyway, so Retta is about a half as strong as our natural GLP1 activation, okay? It activates it about 50 as strong, but it's GIP activation, okay? Is. There's different readings, but about at least three times as strong as our natural. As our natural output, the tirzepatite's GIP is about four times weaker. And that's what's responsible for killing off all the nausea that is caused by that massive GLP activation. And it really amplifies the GLP1 activation. So then you also have. So I don't know, I think that that's really, you know, I find that really interesting. But the. Then it also has your glucagon activation, which is basically helping your brain. That's, that's in those times where you don't eat your brain, your body will just kind of regulate your blood sugar. It'll shoot up some of that brain energy right to your brain, so normal. So normally you would get hangry, but you don't, you don't eat any food normally. You know, this time with, with Retta, you don't need food. And your brain stays alert and sharp the whole damn way through.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
And your body stays energized. So this stuff's crazy. It's just, I don't know, I think we talk about it enough. But there's Reddit number one, hands down, the best thing there possibly is. The one thing that it doesn't do that people, here's the one knock on it, that's not even enough. Like this. These GLP1s are not actually meant to curb your appetite. Right. They're meant to make you feel fuller, longer. It's a side effect of the nausea that semaglutide and tirzepatide cause. But Reta does not have that. Therefore people go, well, what the hell? I still have some appetite, I still want to eat food. You know, that's a good thing. That's how it's supposed to be. Right. But anyway, so number two, that brings us into. I'm going to go with Kagrellentide. So that's relatively new. You can, people, you can think of it as the GLP 4th receptor if you want to. It's a great add on to. So basically it is just, it is killing your appetite.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
And it will, it's a great add on to Retta because for those people who normally say, like I want to add, I guess a little tirzepatite in. Because I don't want that appetite. Like this is a good, safer, better alternative to add in Retta. Novo Nordisk has made Kagra Sema, which is semaglutide and Kagglenotide. Nobody has made Reddit. Well, Red is not FDA approved. That's why nobody's made that combo. But telling you people, that's the combo. All right, next one. So there's 1 and 2, 3, 1 second.
JD
Because I Think that's important. So if there's people that start with Tirzepatide, which many did, you know, it's kind of drizzling out now. A lot of people are going right to the Reddit. But what will. And I've seen just countless times where if you start with tirzepatide because it really did curve the hunger a lot and then they move to the Retta. They really didn't think that the Red Futi was working because they were getting hungry and. And they were thinking that it wasn't working, which it was working great because that's what it does. We're supposed to be hungry and it threw people off. So a lot of people would want to add in the retta and the Zepatide. So we'll just. The focus on that is great to add in instead of the tirzepatide cagrinotide, where it's going to just block hunger and let red just do what Retta does.
Will (William T. Haas)
That's great. Yep. Absolutely. And it does. Yeah. So we'll leave it at that 100%. It's a great mix. Number three, which I think you'll agree with is. I mean, this is tough. I did kind of a three A and B, but it's just straight up hgh. All right. I know it's not a. It's not a. Well, it is a peptide, folks. It's the peptides, 191amino acids. So the HGH. So it is. It's going to do a whole bunch of things that are just good for your body. It's going to help your, you know, body, your muscles repair, your bones actually strengthen and dense and repair. Right. Your help, it's going to help your sleep, which in turn helps with fat loss.
Sponsor Announcer
Right.
Will (William T. Haas)
It's going to boost your metabolism, it's going to increase your insulin sensitivity and. Well, and just don't do a whole bunch of it because then it can turn on you. But if you keep it within the men, like within three IUs a day and it's one of those things that really is just going to boost metabolism. Burn everything. You really notice it though. Again, like we said after the fact, if you've been taking a while and then you stop and you go, oh, that's what it was doing.
JD
Why am I chilling?
Will (William T. Haas)
Why is my body. Yeah, why am I. I used to be able to eat absolutely anything and nothing would happen to my body.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
And so that. The honorable mention there, though, is the HGH frag. So HGH frag 176 through 191. Okay. Which is very similar to AOD. AOD is a slightly more modified version. It's 177 through 191. But you're getting all of the same fat burning benefits that HGH is giving you. You're just not getting any of those gross benefits.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
But if you actually the best. If you want to lose weight, you better be adding muscle or at least not losing any muscle. So therefore the HGH is going to be more effective than the HGH frag because of the other properties that it has. I think HGH frag is more effective than AOD by a little bit.
Sponsor Announcer
Right.
Will (William T. Haas)
Not much, but they're basically all the same. They're doing all the same things.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
So that's kind of all grouped.
JD
I mean, AOD is such a bad rap, dude. Like, it's just getting nailed out there. I mean, I read a lot of the comments and let me. Hey, listen. Each his own, dude. Like, I don't like again, we've said this, but, you know, there's always new listeners and it's such a topic because it's all through the comments which people just say it doesn't work and all this stuff. And like, it's a matter of opinion. You got to try it. If you are trying to lose 70 pounds and you take AOD, it's not gonna work. It's not what it's for. Like, it's not like it's not going to even compare to a retta. Like, we've talked about it numerous times, but people keep talking about it in the comments because JD loves it, but it doesn't work. Like, whatever, man. I know it works as I've taken it, but I'm lean. Like, it just helps. Helps keep you a little bit leaner easier. Very similar to what we do the HGH for. So you got to look at it from the right angle. If you're trying to lose £50 AOD, what you want, you gotta get. You gotta get in shape first and then it'll help with that. So.
Will (William T. Haas)
That's right.
JD
I love it.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah. Yep. For show. And then next, number four is. I'm going with Tessa Morellon. So Tessa Morellen is not. Is not one of these. That's super strong right off the bat. It is one that needs to be used consistently and, you know, well, three, four months and then. And then again. But it's like, it is the only thing that we have developed that man has developed that actually will spot burn fat from your Belly fat.
JD
Right.
Will (William T. Haas)
And it is. I mean, it is FDA approved to do that and to reduce your visceral fat, which is the fat around your organs. And that's the real bad stuff. So. And if it's FDA approved to do it, it sure as hell does it. And does it really well. It isn't going to be, you know, this like bam, immediate giant increase of caloric burn. But. And it's also gonna. And that's. And we're not even talking about the actual ability to increase your HGH and do a lot of the stuff that we just talked about that HGH does, just not as effective. But the fact that it can target belly fat and burn there and its synergy, again, like, I would not use Tessa Morellin as your primary fat burner. Really. Right. Everything should be just. Is predicated on Retta. Do that and then add these other things in and. And it will work really well.
JD
So yeah, it's like red is like fire burning and the other ones are just like throwing a little bit of fuel on the fire.
Will (William T. Haas)
Right, right.
JD
You know what I mean?
Will (William T. Haas)
Yep. Just keeping nothing,
JD
nothing close.
Will (William T. Haas)
And so, and we had talked about this and here, here's a little. Here's a caveat on Tessa Morellon, folks. And, and with Retta. So tessamorelin, like every other HGH secretagogue, thrives in a like insulin absent environment. Okay. So it gets dulled by insulin. Okay. So Tesamorelin will not work as well if we have a whole bunch of insulin in your body. Okay. What did we just talk about? What Retta does is you take it and it floods your body with insulin thinking there's food, but there is no food. So the goal, if you're taking those both, they are great to stack together. But when I say that. But they should be dosed as far apart as possible evening or in. In morning, vice versa. So just keep that in mind. Like those are great to take together, but don't take them at the exact same time.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
Because one will. Will kind of blunt the other there. So. And then. Right. We've always talked about Tessa Merlin Hay at night. So if you take Tessa at night, that is most akin to our natural HGH pulse, like circadian rhythm. Okay. And so what it's doing is trying to enhance that, that biggest pulse at night. That's reason one to take it at night. But also it works so damn well in a fasted. No insulin environment. Okay. And you really can't simulate that by not eating for an hour before you take it. Right.

So you really are fasted after a whole night's sleep of no food and then take it right there. It's going to work incredibly well, although it's not as synced up your circadian rhythm. So like there is the argument, guys. And like to each his own. Yeah, teach his own. There it is. And you guys, people can make the decision and experiment both ways if they want to.
JD
What you need to.
Will (William T. Haas)
Which you need to work better for
JD
you like doing both. Try it, grandma.
Will (William T. Haas)
Both. There's all these. There's a lot of nuances. Yeah, there's a lot of nuances to all these peptides. There's probably, you know, that's why there can be some confusion, right? There's probably some guy out there or girl who just like accidentally just took these three compounds and took them just in the perfect time and set their schedule up. Just completely oblivious but just did it perfect and like, damn, look how well this works. And then there's these some people who take the same thing and go, I don't really notice anything, you know, because they've accidentally taken everything kind of wrong with the wrong eating habits.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
And we're still figuring this out. So we're still figuring it out. Then like. And it's. So we don't have the golden answer. We have some answers, but not. Not everyone.
JD
Absolutely.
Will (William T. Haas)
Last is. So here's number five. And this was a struggle. The. I honestly chose this just from people's feedback and not from paper. But I'm gonna go with MOT C. Okay. There was. And I'll kind of list off all the other kind of honorable mentions. But Matsi is a. People have been saying recently, oh, it helps reduce appetite or it should. I don't. I didn't. I don't think it should, guys. So if you take a mozzie and you're like, it's not reducing my appetite, that's fine. I don't. I don't. I don't see why it should do that. But it does a whole. I mean, anti aging on a cellular level. Right. Giving more energy and ATP to your cells, giving you more energy. Therefore, you now actually go up and do more things. Right. And you exercise harder and longer. But it also is an exercise mime. Right. And so it. On a cellular level, your body is thinking it's exercising. And basically I have just heard and seen from thousands of people great results and really, really, really positive feedback. So that's why I'm going with Matzi.
JD
Cool.
Will (William T. Haas)
And here are some other honorable mentions. I'm just gonna list some things so if anybody else is like, you want to go look into fat burners here. And all of these are also all good. So sloop. So upp 3. 32 in a. In a sublingual pill injectable form. Also an exercise mimetic. It helps with nutrient partitioning. So it will absolutely keep muscle on you because if you eat a little protein, it's going right into those muscles. Then you have 5amino 1 mq.
JD
Yep.
Will (William T. Haas)
As a great. These are all really great adjunct treatments. Right. 5 minute 1 and Q helps boost your NAD plus levels. It also helps prioritize fat before sugar. Tesso fencing is going to mentally make you not, not want to eat any sweets. That's what I've found. Right. But it's also just going to increase your motivation and energy. And again, you'll get up and do more things.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
Like this person who's A desk job, you know, if we can just get you up and like, on your phone. A whole lifestyle change, right?
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
Like, you go on walks for fun, you know what I mean? Going hikes for fun instead of watching movie for fun. That whole thing is all really important. So do you think.
JD
Because there's a lot of people that talk about tes fencing, like, rivaling r true tide with, like, blocking hunger, you know? I don't get that at all. Do you?
Will (William T. Haas)
No.
JD
Like, none, like, any type of hunger for me at all. But, like, people talk about it all the time, so I.
Will (William T. Haas)
It does not block hunger. Here's what it blocks for me is it blocks cravings. Any craving for sweets. So it's. It's basically not me. And I definitely noticed this, and this is what it says on paper. But, like, I'm not looking for any food to make me happy. Right. That's what, like, ice cream is doing that. Right. You go, oh, okay. This is just gonna, like, subconsciously, this is just gonna make me really happy. You start eating the ice cream and you're like, well, that didn't do anything. Why? Because the test of insane is already covering that base. Right. It's already. You're. You're already a little bit happier and just more, I don't know, satisfied in life, which is why you have more motivation.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
And you. Why you do more things. Right. The people who are happier and are really motivated are not the people that are sitting on the couch watching TV
JD
and doing them 100.
Will (William T. Haas)
They're up, getting done because they're stoked about it. And they know that every little step they take leads them to more progress.
JD
Well, you also, you see the people, you know, you don't see them as much as I because I'm the social media guy, but, like, the people that are on there talking shit, right. Listen, they're everywhere, but, like, nobody talks shit if they're happy with their life. Like, people that go to the gym don't talk on people going to the gym. Like, they get it. You know what I mean? Like, the people talking are sitting on the couch, not doing anything. You know what I mean? Because, you know, that's just the way it is. Like, people go to the gym aren't going to, like, give you for going to the gym. You know what I mean? As simple as that sounds. You know what I mean? If you just get moving and change your lifestyle and. And get off the couch, you're not gonna be talking, man, because you're gonna be busy getting in shape.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah. Yeah. A lot of it is jealousy, too, right? Like, how many times have. Yeah. You see people like, oh, wow, you're doing steroids. If I did steroids, I'd be like that. Seriously, bro.
JD
You know, it's funny. Sean Whalen posted something the other day where he was at some beach, and he's shredded, you know? And, like, he was saying how he used to have a dad body, and when a guy walked in that was ripped, he was always talking.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah.
JD
He's like, I. That I was the one that had the problem, and then I fixed the problem. I got in shape. I just thought it was a good pose. I hit him up. I'm like. He's like, you know, I mean, like, you just got to change your perspective, man. You're not going to talk on people when you start getting in shape. You're not going to talk on people in shape anymore because you're in shape.
Will (William T. Haas)
No, not at all. No.
JD
Simple math, man.
Will (William T. Haas)
No. Yeah. Yep. All right, here's my last list of so other things that we didn't talk about. Clenbuterol. Right. Clip it all does a bunch of things, right? It's a thermogenic. It's a stimulant. So your heart's gonna be a little bit faster. You're gon to. You're going to burn more calories, right? It's. Well, you're also going to get up off the couch and do more things. Right. It's an appetite suppressant, and it's a bronchial dilator. So they give it to racehorses. Hell, boxers. Anybody in athletic events will benefit because you can just do cardio more. You can take in a whole bunch more air. It's a prescription medication, Right. But probably one of the most popular fat burners of all time.
JD
It's been around forever. Ever, right? Forever.
Will (William T. Haas)
Then we have Carterine GW 501516, which is dope. That is really going to help boost the hell out of your endurance. Yeah. And stamina of, like, you will enjoy doing cardio, and therefore, you'll burn more calories. It also helps kind of put you in that keto phase without being in keto. Prioritizing fat before sugar. T3. T stands for thyroid. So those who have, you know, slower thyroid. This is a prescription medication the doctors will give. Like we taught Joe Thomas, Joe. Joe Brown, who was on our show. Like, he started taking T3, and it immediately just changed his life. And so you. Again, you never know, like, what you happen to just be deficient in. And he Took that and was like, oh, my God, my body works again. Like, I'm happy. It was crazy, you know? And then there's, there is a relationship between T4, T3, right? T4 is the building blocks. So, like, what he said his doctor gave him T4 and it didn't do anything? Well, no, his problem was his body could not convert T4 into T3. So giving him more T4 was a futile effort. He needed the actual hormone, the, the end result anyway, so something to look into. But T3 is something to not be messed with. You do not want to take it, a lot of it, and then stop it. Okay.
JD
Yeah, like about the Joe Brown thing, I, I, I, I've known him since he was really chubby. You know what I mean? So I've seen his transformation, which is rad. But what stuck out at me when you said that is, you know, he's such a. He's brilliant. He's off the charts intelligent. And the way that he figured the doubt is he studied, you know, he studied that stuff. So, like, these things are, it's, that's what each person has to do, you know, you got to try these things. I know we talk about all the time. You got to try some things. And because it's just. It takes time to figure out, you know, what your body responds to. And I'll tell you, I just turned 49. That changes every like seven to 10 years. You gotta read your body throws curves at you. You get older. Like, it's literally, bro, like, I remember 38, my body threw curves at me. Like, just, dude, I went poof. I just hit wall. And I had to like, kind of figure it out, you know? And then I adapted, changed my diet, got on TRT. And then, well, 10 years later, dude, I hit it again. Different wall. But I had a figure it out. Yeah, well, not every 10 years.
Will (William T. Haas)
It seems like seeing every two years, there's new technology and new new philosophies and new science that comes out too,
JD
about how our body, we can age. Hell, we can wage. Well, man, like, dude, I mean, I'm 49. You know, it's funny, Will. So I, so I can't. You know, I'm here almost a week and I didn't, I wasn't using any Wolverine or any which is my favorite. And like, dude, bro, I think it was four days. I'm awakening up and just achy. And like, I was like, I was telling, listen, you're moving so slow. And I'm like, oh, man, I can't Believe now just more proof that, dude, that's why I take that stuff. I wake up and I don't usually feel like. And I'm like, man, I'm just still lifting, but, man, I'm running a little slow.
Will (William T. Haas)
That's right. Well, it's still good for you to take a little break off of that, off of everything. And. And maybe you should chill out on the lifting because, as we know, like, you should use this as a break to just let your muscles and tendons just finally grow back all the way. Do what you do. Probably not, but the last one that I just have is. Is liposy. And you'll see that as, like, skinny shots. Right? From doctors. Usually lipos. Usually it can come in. People call a bunch of things lipo C, but generally what you're. It's kind of a mix of mic, which I need to read. This is Methion 9, inositol and choline. Okay, Mick. And then it'll have L, carnitine, B12, or. Or like a B complex all mixed in one. And, you know, those are good. I think this is more of just kind of good health. It's like almost like a dietary supplement for general health. Yes, absolutely. So I guess I did to completely forget to actually add.
JD
The cool thing about that is there's so many. And, like, Will just went through literally, like, all of the ones that were just awesome. And so, like, it's rad. Obviously, you need to start with red, and you need to get in better shape. And then the fat burners are going to really do what they do again. The AOD is going to work when you're in that. That realm of it working better because you're kind of, like, more in shape. But that's when fat burners really shine right up. True, Tad. You need to lose the fat. But once you get, you know, lose a lot of that fat, then you start using the fat burners, man, and they just chisel that other fat off. You start getting those obliques popping out.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah.
JD
That's where the fat burners shine.
Will (William T. Haas)
And it is like a domino effect, man. Both just everybody, you know, when you start your journey, just don't quit five minutes before the miracle happens. Right. You will notice it takes your body, it takes our body maybe a month or so to try to finally figure out what you're trying to do to it. Okay. So even bulking, too. I'm eating all this food, right? I'm taking these supplements, but, like, nothing's happening. I just kind of feel really Full all the time. Nothing's happening. Just wait. You just keep doing it right. Then you people see like, okay, hey, my body just built some muscle and now and that just, and then it, it snowballs one way. I was listening and you almost can't stop it.
JD
I was listening to an interview with Ronnie Coleman the other day and it was, it was super interesting because he would bulk up and then kind of change his, the amount of food he ate. Obviously when they're bulking, they're eating just. Dude, I don't even know how many meals, like 10 meals. Crazy. Every two hours eating huge meals, you know what I mean? And the guy, the interviewer asked him when you were switching and would add in those three extra meals, which is a big deal. Three extra meals is a lot like that's the most elite. He said, how long would it take for your body to adjust? And he said over three months, sometimes four. So that just puts that in perspective. He's done it all his life and it still took him about three to four months to adding three more meals to his diet for your body to
Will (William T. Haas)
go notice the difference.
JD
There's. This is working now. So give it some time as a point.
Will (William T. Haas)
That's crazy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, give it some time.
JD
Well, you said it things of the entire podcast before, which is food, diet food.
Will (William T. Haas)
Absolutely.
JD
Peptides are great, but gotta eat right it.
Will (William T. Haas)
Exercise is great, but you gotta eat
JD
right yourself into shape. If you eat like and you're in for like you're over 40, it ain't happening.
Will (William T. Haas)
Nope, nope.
JD
People do it. That's what, that's why they stop. Because they start working out and go to the gym for two weeks and like see no benefit, no change. And then they quit.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah. You know. Yeah, right.
JD
I'm gonna go with, I'm gonna go with two people that come through our, our DMS constantly. And they might be redundant for some, but we get them constantly. So we got new listeners constantly. So we got a 47 year old and here's how I would treat this, this guy if I was going to do like personal training with him. 47 year old man, he needs to lose at least 70 pounds and he sits at a desk job all day. Right. So obviously. Well, I will probably agree on this right away. You're going to need to get your blood work, dude. I'm almost certain that dude is not hormonally optimized because he, he would have a different experience. He wouldn't need to lose 30, £70 an ARPANET. Right. So you get Your blood work and without a doubt, get on trt. It's a must. It'll change your life. Will would probably say the same thing. Number two, HGH. 47 year old needs to be on HGH. Those two will go perfectly together. It's going to help with sleep recovery. As he starts working out and he's not used to it. It's going to help his body recover and sleep you recover and you heal when you sleep. Right. Anti aging. It's going to help with put on some lean muscle, reduce fat and yeah muscle density. HGH is amazing. Again, I say it all the time and it deserves to be redundant. Almost anybody over 40 should be on HGH in my opinion. 3 is the obvious is going to be the ratatruetide. We'll already said it. It's like the holy grail of losing weight. If you need to lose 70 pounds, without a doubt be get on the road to Shoot Tide. It doesn't negate diet and exercise or hormone replacement hormone optimization. That in my opinion takes the front seat. If you take retitucide, you're not hormonally optimized. Yes, it will work. But dude, if you're hormonally optimized and you take retreat diet, it's going to work so much better, right? Absolutely. So everybody knows what it does. I mean it's just going to literally chisel body fat off of your body. Now number four for this guy, he sits at a desk job, he hasn't been working out right. He needs to lose 70 pounds. We are shaking this dude's life up. Right. We are changing this man.
Sponsor Announcer
Right.
JD
We're going to get his hit his butt moving and so he's going to be in pain. So what do you think? I'm going to go with, I'm going to go with a wolverine. We're going to, you know, tendon repair, it's going to help with ligaments. It will help with some gut stuff because of the BPC157. So any, any guy that's 47 that hasn't been lifting weights, any, any type of resistance training, you're gonna definitely need Wolverine for sure. Now this one might throw a little bit of a curve. I went, I'm gonna put, I'm gonna go with kpv. We all have gut problems and those gut problems are causing a lot of problems in all of us. Leaky gut is very common. Even if you don't have full blown leaky gut, just, just gut problems in general. You're 47 years old, you've been eating like crap, you haven't been working out, you're not hormon. I think a big piece of that is going to be healing your gut. So I'm going to throw in the kpv. It's going to bring inflammation down. It's just going to really help if he has any type of leaky gut type things and helps modulate the immune balance. So I love kpb. I think it's an amazing compound. So those would be five that I would do for that, gentlemen. Hormone optimization without a doubt is number one. Then the HGH and then the ratatruetide. First we set the base with that stuff. Now I would start this dude. No, no doubt my old school way, which is I'm going to put him on carnivore diet for 90 days. Not perpetuity. 90 days. It's like that, that fat is going to start burning off of him because we're getting him moving. We, we got him him hormonally optimized and he's going to be burning fat and he's going to be looking good. If we did him on a carnivore for 90 days, literally it's going to burn that fat like crazy. You guys all know me, I would definitely throw him into fasting too. Monday, Wednesday and Friday we're just going to cut out breakfast from Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. He's going to eat from 12 to 8. Carnivore diet and weight training four days a week and I'm going to put in three days of hit training. We'll tell you this hit training is amazing. He's older so you can. There's hit training that I used to do videos of hit training. I didn't do very simple ones. We just need you to move. I mean I would just do ones where I would just do this and I'm serious, like if you don't move, that's hard. You know, I mean we just want to get him moving and get that blood flowing. If that, if this, you know, this guy did that 90 days, he would look like a completely different person.
Will (William T. Haas)
I agree.
JD
That setup, completely different. You can add in, you know, like, like Will said and maybe a tissue fencing because that help with some of the cravings. But I think the Reddit shoot tight.
Will (William T. Haas)
Does the Reddit will do it? I mean like yeah, going on this car doesn't make it easy.
JD
Yeah, right.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yes, absolutely. But yeah, tell me timeline of this. So what would you tell people? So like what's the Timeline of adding any to these compounds.
JD
Yeah, well, the blood works first, right? So I would say he would start the red chat right away. Right. So that's. Even though it's number three. Let's get that stuff moving because it's going to take some time to get the blood work and get the blood back. But, you know, I think you and I both agree, hormone, hormone hormonally optimized at 47 is a freaking must. Yeah, I mean, we say it all the time, but we have people in our DMs literally every day, like multiple people saying, thank you guys so much. Because of you, I got onto testosterone replacement, you know, and I'm not patting ourselves on the back. We say these things over and over because, like, it will change a freaking life, dude. Like, it will change your life, dude. In three weeks, you know what I mean? You're gonna sleep better, you're gonna have vigor, your sex drive, your clarity, your brain fog will improve. We could go on and on for days. So this thing right here, like I said, if you could run this, if you're. If you're this guy and you're listening and you're this guy to a degree that will change your life in 90 days. Now, it's going to require in a ton of discipline, but, yeah, that's the objective. We're not trying to like, inject something to lose weight and that's it. We're trying to change your damn life so that when you see somebody walk in this ripped, you're not talking anymore because you're ripped. You're getting in shape. You're like, yeah, bro. You start rooting for people. You know what I mean? We're changing your mindset. So there it is right there. Yeah, good stuff.
Will (William T. Haas)
And you know how to get back in shape. And you basically been. So you just don't get out of shape. You can maintain it, right?
JD
Well, you start tasting success. You start tasting when you start seeing your body change. That's why people stop, right? Well, like, people Will and I have done like, you know, especially Will has been personal training forever. People go do it wrong, dude. You go to the gym because you think, I'm gonna go to the gym, I'm gonna like work out and get in shape. You're doing it all wrong. You got to start with a diet. Start there. But if you change your lifestyle, we know we've seen it over and over again. Like, we've seen people that have lost literally 150 plus pounds and they're ripped now. Literally ripped now because their mindset changed and they know that they are worth it, and they know that they can freaking do it. You got to break through that barrier. Like, you no longer think, well, that guy was just. Has good genes or that guy's on steroids. No.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah.
JD
He's disciplined. He's lived. Like, you know, he says no to cake.
Sponsor Announcer
He.
JD
You know what I mean? He gets it before or whatever. And he. He's implemented this. This constant consistency of doing it every freaking day. And you become that guy when you start doing these things.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yep. And you learn how to fail, and you learn how to go through failures and ups and downs and just keep persevering through. At the end of the day, once you actually kind of made some real progress on your own, you have learned a lot and succeeded. And, you know, and. And it's so much easier just to keep pushing forward. I had. So here's a funny story. I actually. Yesterday I had somebody text me a picture of themselves and said, hey, remember six years ago when you told me that. That I told him, dude, you're just not. You just don't have the genetics to ever have a six pack. Sorry, six years when you told me that. Yeah. He sent me a picture of him, and. And he was damn close. I mean, damn close. Like, all right. Yep. And now I'm like, yeah, bro, how much more fun is it now as you lift weights? And he's like, dude, I go, now you're guaranteed to get it. Like, get it. Because you see, now you've made all this results. Now it's like, oh, now I look forward every day to go to the gym because I can do it and I can make more, more, more progress. Hell, yeah.
JD
I love those stories.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah.
JD
All right, ladies. So menopause, weight gain. What are some of the things. Brain fog, Moody. We'll leave it there. You're yelling at your husband all the time, and it's not him.
Will (William T. Haas)
Decreased sex drive. Like, lower growth hormone output. Right. Gut permeability and inflammation accelerate accelerated collagen loss and. Yeah.
JD
Disrupt circadian air thinning.
Will (William T. Haas)
Absolutely.
JD
Oh, for a lady losing her hair, that's just. Yeah, we all. We all know. Got to suck dry. Dry skin, flaky skin, and obviously dry down below. Who. Who in the hell wants that? So that sucks. We get a lot of. A lot of gals coming through. So I think in regards to energy, you know, I'm going to go with N80 plus. That's cellular energy. You know, I like the SS31 and the Mot C for those as well. Now we've, you know, through the last year kind of shifted just with learning, growing, talking to other different people that do it differently. SS31 first. That's really going to like fit repair that mitochondria. I don't know. Three weeks, I think can do it. You can take it a little bit longer than that. But I think at least running SS31 at a higher dose for three weeks is where I would start. Yeah. And then you can add in the mod C. You could take them both, which I. We think that you should. And the mod C is going to boost your mitochondria. And because it's now it's. It's repaired and it's going to work better. So that's. Those three together will really, like, give you cellular energy. Not if like you're gonna like, you have a big coffee or an espresso. That's like true cellular energy. You just have that constant energy throughout the day, balanced mood. Cmax and C lock. Is that what you'd go with those two? I think those two together for, like moods will be great. C max is going to modulate that dopamine, serotonin, mental clarity. Helps with the brain fog. Clock is different. Or it's going to help with like anxiety. I would imagine if you're moody and you're frustrated and whatnot, you have some going on. So those two really go together. Now the third either or I would say Tessa fencing. I think testing would be a good fit right there.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah, I agreed.
JD
Yeah. You know, I think testing's great. Obviously, the intimacy. The dry down below is going to be the PT141. It's not necessarily going to work on the dryness until you start kind of getting revved up. Which PT141, which may be a good thing. You go from first year. It's right away you're not like walking around horny. You just walk around and all of a sudden if you start playing a little bit or like a little, it just kicks right to that stub. You're ready to rock. You know what I mean? So that will help with that. I think that's the obvious. The weight gain. Duh. We're gonna go with red shoe tie it hands down. Even if you're a lady that doesn't need to lose a lot of weight. We've talked about it at nausea words. Even bodybuilders are taking it. It just depends on the dose. So that's an easy fit for you gals who are gaining weight. Or having some weight issues, Red or true Tide. And then the skin, hair, nail problem, thinning of hair, flaky skin. I mean that stuff sucks, right? The obvious is jhkcu but I'm going to throw in either the CLO or the glow. All three. Either. Any of those will do fine. I would probably just go with the CLO because of just all the benefits of the other peptides in it. You have the KPV that's always going to help with your gut. Obviously the GHKCU with collagen production, helping of the thinning of the hair kind of with fine lines and wrinkles. You know what lady doesn't want that? So that's the obvious. I would go with the clo but either any of those will work ghkcu, GLOW or CLO for that area. That's the, that is the. The menopause stack that I kind of recommend. It comes through my DMS constantly. So it's. That's one I know kind of off the top but I think that would help any of you ladies dealing with that stuff for sure.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yep, I will say so. Yeah. Okay, good.
JD
So I'm gonna throw one at you. Let's say, let's say you have a 21 year old male. He is, he's in some sports. Let's not say football. Let's say he is in water polo. I've never played it so I don't know why I threw that out. My buddy has a water polo 21 year old. He's kicking ass. And he's still playing at 21 and lives an active life. What stack do you put a 21 year old? Because this is a good question. A lot of parents are starting to ask these things. What stack do you put him on? William T. Haas?
Will (William T. Haas)
Well, if he's not playing compet. I mean is he. Is this. Is he just playing water polo for fun or is he in college?
JD
I would say let's say he's doing it like competitively. I don't know if there's water polo, I have no idea. But let's just say he's in. There's Olympic water bottom the of sports.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah, okay. I would probably give him at 21. Here's the thing, like at 21, any of the secretagogs besides mk677 I do not think will do anything to him and so therefore is kind of pointless to give him. I think MK677 will do a ton. I know water, but hang on. Water pollen players, they burn a ton. Of energy. Right. You're swimming around all the time and just to keep some weight on. It's nice to boost your hunger. Although MK677 I would watch it with any testing regulations if you're playing competitively or Olympic or anything like that. So I probably would stay away from that. Still. I think that the. Still a 21 year old man is still growing. Is still growing. Dude. I think that like I wouldn't do any. I wouldn't do any test. I would. I'd say did Wolverine blend okay. The thing is though the water isn't very high impact. That's basically any other sport is takes a toll on your body. Now those of you who have played water polo are probably gonna be like you get it hurts a lot. Okay. I don't know. I never played it seems to me like. I know and maybe I do but to help just recover any in any injuries. Anybody who's playing sports enough and lifting weights enough and training is accumulating a lots little injuries. So the Wolverine blend is great. You know I think that. So again you just test your check the testing. But I think Sloop would be an awesome a like performance enhancer and also really good for the nutrient partitioning so your body doesn't burn off like all of your muscle as you're. As you're swimming around and fighting people underwater. I would say that Carterine would be the absolute choice but pretty sure that's banned by WADA and you shouldn't be taking that. But it would. You would kick ass. If you're just doing. Doing this recreationally you'll see a huge difference. Doing Carterine. I don't know man. Eat a lot of protein. Take some creatine for sure.
JD
And where I was going that's what I was gonna say. That's where. Let's keep it simple man. Eat creatine. You can see a little creatine and let your body just do what a 21 year old body does. It heals itself, dude. Because we get that question so much and I'll always answer it it from. If it were my boys, you know I would have no problem with them at 21 taking Wolverine. I think in high school I would probably. If they have some type of tear. I wish I had it in high school. And that's the only thing that I would do. They don't need any secretogs. They sure as hell don't need any testosterone. You want to stay clear about that because we're getting questions from parents constantly about those too. Even hgh No, I wouldn't with my boys. Their bodies are. Are gonna heal super quick. Just keep it simple. Creatine, shitload of protein. Eat, eat, eat. And I think work out. And that's where I would leave it because it's the. It's give you a lot of stamina, but other than that. Right. Keep it simple.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah. Yep. Yep. Which is. Yep, I would agree. So hey, also the paramedopause. I thought I had. I had created a. My version of stack and presentation to put on school and I don't think we've posted it yet. I was just looking. So the. I will. I'll put mine up there and then we can make1 what JD thinks also. So those will be up there. So folks watching this if you want to instead of rewinding a whole bunch of times, right. Soon the next couple days those will be up on our school and you can take your time and look through them and complete with dosing recommendations and explanations as to why.
JD
Yeah.
Will (William T. Haas)
So that.
JD
Listen guys, everybody has. Will has put so much freaking education on school and not that many people are digging around, they're going and like they're looking at it like social media and they're commenting and stuff and that's rad. We love it. That's why we started it. But like he's put so much damn information on there. Click around, go into the classroom, look at all those things. It's there. It is a ton of stuff on there that'll answer a lot of your questions and it's taken a shitload of time. So poke around a bit.
Will (William T. Haas)
There's a lot more to come. I would say that probably 90 of the work that I have done is. Is not quite on school yet. Is doubt about 90. Everything is like I tend to do things like create a whole bunch of stuff about 95 of the way there and then so there is a whole lot more to. To come. But. But there is a lot on there. And you're probably right J.D. a lot of questions can be just answered with a little bit of. A little bit more effort, clicking a few more buttons and getting to the place you need to get. Classroom. Classroom is what you're looking for folks on school Classroom. And then a lot of like really complex things are in the premium membership, which is 25amonth. Which I don't. There's no. I don't. I could care less of you. You want to argue that's. Well, that's money well spent for the
JD
amount we're doing like different stuff and we're going to continue to add to that. I mean, I think we told you this, but if you're new, like, we will. And I both threw out, you know, like a steroid stack. And that's not, we're not condoning it. We have questions constantly. So we're going to give people what they want. That's in the VIP because that's just where that goes. And like, we talked about a cutting stack for gear. Gear. He talked about a bulking stack for gear. And again, I want to be make my point. We're not saying you should do any gear. We get countless questions and we want to give people that stuff that they're asking for. So those are the types of things that you're going to get in there that you're just not going to get in the free one. Because it takes a lot of work, as you just said. I mean, the amount of information and time that it takes to put together. For Will, he's super, like, particular too. So, like, it takes a lot of his time. So that's why it's way worth it.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yep.
JD
Just for that stuff, it's worth it. Try to keep improving, improving, improving the experience for everybody. New newsletters out, so jump on that as well. Am I missing anything?

I don't.
Will (William T. Haas)
I don't think so. Happy fourth of July, everybody. Celebrate America's independence. That's why we celebrate that. Trying to burn anybody's houses down. But have fun and relax and in Huntington beach, where we live is pretty. It's. It's a pretty cool 4th of July spot. What's the best 4th of July place that you've been to that does 4th of July the best you ever been to vacation on 4th of July anywhere? That's amazing.
JD
H e is pretty up there, dude. Like, I don't know. I don't enjoy, like, riding bikes downtown to the chaos anymore. I mean, I just love it when we were a bit younger, you know. Now it's like, right? It's hard to explain to people that have never seen Huntington beach downtown. On fourth of July, you can't even walk. It's nuts. But for people that are, like, in their teens and like, up to, like, mid-20s, it's. It's awesome.
Will (William T. Haas)
Yeah. Be careful, though, folks. Two years ago, I literally saw somebody just die in front of my eyes in Huntington beach in traffic. And so just be careful, everybody. I went to, I've done. I've. I spent fourth of July in Coeur d', Alene, Idaho, Washington. I mean, duh, they do it pretty. It's an impressive Fourth of July, because that's a beautiful spot, too. But that was. That was really impressive and cool. But Honey's Beach. Yeah, it's a straight war zone. Like, I know it is in a lot of places also. But, you know, it's like, if you're riding bikes, you will get hit with water balloons everywhere, and you should have some of your own and, like, squirt guns. And it's just everybody.

In this dynamic episode of Peptide of the Week, JD Denham (tuning in from Cabo) and Will Haas (in the studio) ditch the usual fluff to deliver deeply practical advice on using peptides and related compounds for fat loss, menopause challenges, and total body optimization. The hosts blend science, personal stories, and real-world coaching wisdom to offer actionable strategies on some of the hottest questions from their audience: the most effective fat burners, optimal strategies for men hitting midlife and struggling with weight, and science-backed stacks for women facing menopause symptoms.

Most modern fat loss solutions focus on appetite, metabolic optimization, mobility, and—at every step—leveraging the latest science in real-world, sustainable ways.
If you’re new, you’ll walk away armed with a clear sense of what actually works, what’s worth stacking or sequencing, and how to upgrade your body and mindset—one protocol at a time.
