JD Denim
Welcome Back to the Pep Diet of the Week podcast. I'm your host, JD Denim. Across the way, Mr. William T. Haas. What's up, dude?
William T. Haas
What's up, man?
JD Denim
Big stuff going on. You got your weekend with your fam, which is that. Then we go to Prague. It's finally fun.
William T. Haas
Go visit Janosik. And I think that will, like, bring them maybe a sample or something like that and give that to them to test as we tour through and videotape. And I'm 99% sure we're allowed to videotape because you told me that other people do. And then by the time our tour is done, he'll be able to have analyzed that test and. Yeah. Show us how it's done.
JD Denim
Yeah. So we should. Hopefully we. If anybody's listening that's in that area by chance or know somebody, we are going to be hiring a videographer that's in that area so that we can, you know, not have our phones.
Sponsor/Ad Announcer
Okay.
JD Denim
You know, somebody doing it for us. So if he does let us. But I'm sure he will. But, yeah, we can record it and could it put out some good content? So not only us, but you can kind of see how guys that have paved the way for all these other companies doing it, the guys that do it the best, how they. How they work. What did he say, 40,000 square feet, something like that?
William T. Haas
Yeah, it's huge. The thing that stuck to me, he said our biggest problem is opening. They get a thousand samples a day. Right. So thousand boxes from people. If you guys ever open, like, Amazon packages or if you have a business where you get some shipments in and you imagine taking the box cutter and opening a thousand boxes every day sounds like hell. That's like a full time job.
JD Denim
Yeah, you're a box cutter and box opener.
William T. Haas
Yeah, you're a box. And then organizing all that. Like, dude, that sounds crazy. I don't even want to think about it. We have to do some complex organization, what we think. But like, that is super. And that's daily. Right. Those things just start compounding.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
So if you wonder why coas are taking a long time, that's why. In fact, like, everybody is backed up with doing their coas. We, I know with this one company, Bioregion, which we've used, they're like, no, we're not accepting any new. We're not accepting any new samples. We're too backed up. I tried to introduce some friends who have a different company and to a different lab and they said, yeah, great, thanks for the introduction, but just hope your friends don't want any results fast because we're way behind.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
So, yeah, it's hot right now. I guess the analytical lab test, it's popping. It's popping. And we, because, because of what we do, we have. We send stuff in, you know, a lot to get tested. And yeah, we send into three different labs constantly. And we think that's a lot of work and it is. But for Janice, it sure is.
JD Denim
And if you remember correctly on that podcast, and if you didn't see it, go and watch it because it was awesome. He wasn't too worried about the endotoxins. He was worried about it being what you ordered. So if you order a r true Tide and it'd be nothing.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
And he'd said that he had seen that more than ever, which was, you know, not a concern of anything bad. Except for the fact that it's not what it is.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
Which obviously is a problem. But, you know.
William T. Haas
Right, right. And I mean, shoot, like in my history, I've been ordering this stuff forever, for 10 years, probably from China. And I'd say about, you know, 25. No of the first time. It was like a new supplier I try to order from. Right. I'd say about 25 of the time. It is what it is. What it says it is and is like they're fully dosed. I mean, 75 of the time they're giving me either underdose stuff or it's. Or there's like zero. I can't tell you how many tests we. I've sent in that said there is no. There is none of this substance there.
JD Denim
Cool. Yeah.
William T. Haas
So it's a Problem?
JD Denim
Yeah, it's a problem. And again, it's not anything except for this is the way. This is where it's at right now. This, this industry is evolving and it's going to continue to evolve. And I think some of those people are going to be gone in the future. And whatever I was telling Will this before we started recording that, my wife was talking with one of her friends and you know, she was asking if she. If her getting a retic tied. It was like 60 bucks for 30 milligrams was odd. And my wife starts laughing like, that's odd. Yes. It's not. It's not. Think about like, just like, just stop for a second and think logically. Yeah. There's no chance mathematically they've tested that product. It's not mathematically possible. So therefore just think like that, you know, like. And then he ended up giving her a test and it was like almost a year old and all that stuff. So. Right, listen, you're injecting it into your body. You can. What's your, what is your threshold of comfortability with that? Do you want to go super cheap and hope to God you get what you get, or do you want to spend a couple extra bucks of a company that triple tests. Oh, and you know that you're getting it. That's on you. Like you do you. But that's what's out there and that's legit. You want to spend a little extra money and know that you're getting what it is and it's tested. Or do you want to spend 60 bucks and hope it is what it is?
William T. Haas
Absolutely, it is what.
JD Denim
That's where it's at.
William T. Haas
So before things warm up too much, I actually wanted to start off with. People ask us this question all the time about mixing peptides together. My mother, who is like 80 something low 80s, has arthritis. She doesn't eat that. She just works all the time. She drinks too much coffee and doesn't eat enough food and has gut problems because of that almost frozen gut. So she's the last person that needs to be on a GLP1 but has gut issues and also just had shoulder surgery and has like early onset like COPD from smoking cigarettes for her whole life. So I am giving her. I'm giving her BPC and TB500 blend KPV and Thymosin Alpha. Okay. KPV for the gut, Thymos and Alpha actually for the COPD. They've done some studies on there just saying that. That they've seen some significant progress. Sure. And the BPCTB 400 DOL arthritis for her actually to inject directly into the shoulder and to make it easy on her because she's old. And honestly, like mixing the bottles is the hardest part for her because she's like kind of shaky. So folks, this is what I'm actually going to do to her. And if you don't like it, that's okay, then don't do it. But I know this, this works. I do this for myself a lot. So what I have is two bottles of Thymos and Alpha. I know you can't really see them, but two bottles of Thymos and Alpha, 10mg, two bottles of KPV 10mg and a BPC PL 30mg and 30mg. I've already put the water in here. Okay. For each of these, I put 1 mil of water in the BPCTB blend and then a half of a mil in each one of these. Really just to get the powder to fully mix so then I can mix them together all in one and I will, I will do this and hopefully this is not going to take too long. Got to add some air into the bottle.
JD Denim
People don't know that you need to add air.
William T. Haas
Will not suck it up or will not suck it up. These are usually like vacuum sealed. So even that wasn't enough air. And in this purposes, normally you don't want to dull the needle and you go, oh, darn it. I put it in there. But I don't care because we're not injecting with this needle. So I'm adding another mil of air and then I'm basically just going to pull. I'm basically just pulling out every little bit of all of these vials. Okay. So I put in kind of minimum. I'm, I'm. The goal was to put mix everything with 3 mils total. So I want all of these mixed in 3 mils of liquid total. I'm going to put them in this bigger bottle. Now I'm lucky enough to have this extra bigger bottle, like a 5 mil bottle, you know, so. But you can, I mean you can use a leftover. You can use a leftover bottle if you'd like to. Like a 3 mil one.
JD Denim
Sure.
William T. Haas
Because this, it would work. But maybe we works. Maybe I'll do this behind the scenes as we, as we talk real quick because I don't want this to take up all this time.
JD Denim
Yeah, but you just showed it. That's good. So to answer your questions, if you can't Mix compounds. There's a lot of compounds that I already mixed. So that's just stopping and using logic should tell you that they're mixing them together for a reason.
William T. Haas
Right, Exactly. And then basically, guys, so here's the point is, I have now I have all of these, which will be like 30 milligrams of BPC, 30 milligrams TB, 520 milligrams of KPV, and 20 milligrams of Thymos and Alpha. Right. Mixed in three mils of water. So now my instructions to her Is, you draw 10 units, and that will give you 1 milligram of BPC, 1 milligram TB, 0.66 mgs of KPV, and 0.66 mgs of TA1.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
And do that daily.
JD Denim
Yep, that's right.
William T. Haas
And that's what I'm telling her to do. And therefore, she just pulls 10 units.
JD Denim
Yeah. Keep it simple.
William T. Haas
And I'm gonna have her put it in her shoulder.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
Because that's what. Because post surgery, that's the best place for it.
JD Denim
Yeah. Well, as Willis said countless times that it's not the units. People ask how many units it is, the milligrams and the water towards the milligrams for what you need to inject, and you'll. Everybody catches up to that whenever they're. They catch up to that. Right. You get it once you've been doing a little while. And I think the easiest way to do it is, like, do it based upon what works for you. So, like me, I always try to, like, cut down my time, and me doing it that way works. If you're somebody that is just headstrong on it doesn't work to mix them, that's cool, too. Just do that. But for anybody to say they know definitively, whatever, like, that's, you know, just. Do you. If you want to do it that way because you think it doesn't work cool, then do it that way. But if somebody wants to do it opposite, you don't need to try to talk them into your. Right.
William T. Haas
I will say also, when mixing these, like, okay, what are the precautions here? This is for my family member, and so I'm not doing this in a clean room.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
You know, if this were, like, any bottles that are to be sold, you would expect, like, a labby doing this in a clean room under. Under sterile conditions. But also when I'm transferring the liquid, you just kind of want to be gentle with it. I'm not just pulling it out as fast as I can. Then blasting it in. These peptides actually are a bit sensitive, and once I get done with this, then they go on ice in a styrofoam cold box because I'm mixing them, and now they got to get shipped to her, and she needs to use them. And I will ask her to use them within 30 days because she's doing an injection every day for 30 days. Because the clock does start ticking once you mix. Okay, so that's it. I'll show you guys what the. What the finished product looks like.
JD Denim
Well, obviously, too, after he's doing this for his mom. His mom's older, and it's going to be a pain in the butt for her to do what he's doing. Exactly. Yeah. So again, it's just simplifying her life. And secondly, if you just kind of think again, logically, it's his mother, so you're obviously going to know he's going to take care of his mother and he's not going to do anything to harm her.
William T. Haas
No, I'm not. And I. Because I'm not that worried about the sterile conditions neither. She is she. Because we're using bacteriostatic water. Right. She's got men's alcohol in it. And not worry. It's really just to protect the peptide and not protect you from. From bacterial infection. Yeah. But everything has been sterilized before this, so we're good. All right, dude, you want to read. You want to start off with number one?
JD Denim
I will start us off on number one. All right.
Sponsor/Ad Announcer
All right.
JD Denim
What's up, fellas? Wife, 31 years old, five two. And I, 31 years old, six one. Switched to Ratatou Tide two months ago. She has lost two pounds. Feeling blah. I have lost 15 pounds and feeling great. Do you guys see a lower response to Ratatou tide in women versus men? That's actually a great question.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
Wife is two point. So wife is two MIGs a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. So I'm assuming that's two full MIGs. You didn't read that as six MIGs, did you?
William T. Haas
No.
JD Denim
Two MGs a week total. Me 1.5 MIGs. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Again, I'm assuming that's just total of 1.5 megs. Wife wants to lose 30 to 50 pounds and I want to lose 20 pounds by getting rid of my man boobs. My wife stays active around the house and outside with the kids. Food noise is what she struggles with the most. Do you recommend she go back to tirzepatide? Tirzepatide Journey. She started in four of 2025. So April 2025 all the way to April 2026. So one full year, she went from 300 pounds down to 205 pounds. Wow, that is a lot of weight. Awesome. Yeah. And then for him, he. He was at 7.5 migs weekly, and he went from 345 down to 240. Wow, that is just amazing. And he was taking a 5.5 MIGS weekly. God. God bless you both. So you want me to take this or go ahead.
William T. Haas
You just. Yes. Start her off.
JD Denim
So you lose like 80% of your. Your weight, you're going to lose really quickly. So I think, you know, you're getting. You've both tasted that so sweetly. You like, you know, you lost a lot of weight and then you hit the. The last 10% or so that you want to get off. And that's not as easy. It's just not. So it's not necessarily there's episode or the r. A True tide. We all know that Retreat is a. Is a superior product. That's. That's been definitely proven over and over again. And you just started it, you know, so it's working for you. Is there a difference between men and women? Not necessarily. We're all different. You know, women are always going to react to things a little bit different in men. You know, it's always, I think, a little bit easier for men to lose weight. Not always, but a lot of time. So just know that and just go slow, man. Like, you guys are doing great. That's a lot of weight that you have lost. A hundred pounds plus. I mean, geez, let's focus on the wins first right now. I know you want to lose the rest of it, but again, that's the harder part. You know, it's kind of just melted off you at this point. Now, for your bride, the first thing that jumped out at me is she's chasing the kids around. That's awesome. She's at home. The food noises is a pain in the butt. So what I would do just is get rid of any type of food that's going to tempt her. When I'm at home on the weekends, it's harder for me to fast because I'm at home, there's food there, and I'm pretty disciplined. So, like, how I would do it is I would take out the food that I would want to eat. So maybe try that. And brother, you. You need to let your bride know that she got. She has to throw in some. Some Resistance training, like, that's just a given. All of us need to do that. So I know chasing the kids around, I watch my Brad do it, but it's not resistance training. So what I'm thinking she's probably going on is she's not eating enough. Yeah, that's what happens. And then it starts to be a mind F, so to speak, to where you're not losing enough. So you start to think that you need to eat less. Or maybe she isn't. Maybe the Reticuta is working and you don't think it's working. So, like, she's not eating enough. So I'm gonna go online and think. I think that's probably her problem. She probably needs to eat more because she's absolutely stopping her metabolism. So I would just make sure right when she wakes up, she eats protein. Especially you women eat enough protein, get in some resistance training. Now to your question. Should you go back to Zepatide? I don't think so. No. Retatrutide is just a superior product. Now if she. In her head is. Can't get that out, you can. You've had success. So you can. I wouldn't recommend it, but you can. I mean, let's start to work on some things that she has control over. Resistance training, eating enough protein and really focusing on that diet. We can add in some Tessamorelin, so that will help on some of that belly fat on the bottom. And we can also start to throw in some other products that will start to, you know, give her some more energy and whatnot, which is going to be nad, which most people should be taking. Nad. I already said testament. And most people that had, you know, lost a lot of weight. You're gonna have some gut problems. It's just the way it is. So let's throw in some KPV into that too. Even if you don't think you have some gut problems, you probably do. Most of us do. It's just the way it is. So that's what I would recommend. I would stay on the reta, just be patient, add in resistance training, eat enough protein, and add in some testament and some KPV and nad. I be golden.
William T. Haas
Yeah. So I second everything that you just said. But, yes, I would say that, okay, look at every other supplement and men's. And. And forget supplement. Just exercise. Like, how do men's bodies respond to things versus women?
JD Denim
Right?
William T. Haas
Like, I'm sorry, ladies, but, like, men, we just have such an easier time gaining muscle and losing weight, right? Like, we can just. It just happens really fast and easy for us. So.
JD Denim
Right.
William T. Haas
Like you women are supposed to have like 10 higher body fat percentage because you need to have babies. But so. So yeah. Yes. This thing's usually work better for men, but also, I mean, she's lost a hundred pounds. Right? Right. Lost a ton of weight. Okay. Yeah. I don't know like in a year. So she's. Yeah, like, dude, that's really. And that's pretty damn fast. That's a lot. The wife lost £2 and she's feeling blah, blah, blah. Well, I mean, she's already lost a ton of weight. Like her, her metabolism now is way slower. Probably because she hasn't been eating any food at all. Right. She's burned off a lot of muscle. Guaranteed in that £100. It wasn't all fat. So her metabolism is now is really slow. And this is just like a post weight loss plateau. It just happens she can't keep up with this rate of weight loss or she'll just freeze or starve to death and be dwindled away to nothing. So I would just stay the course. Right. You also had her on taking seven and a half migs of tirzepatite and now she's taken six migs of retta. I believe two migs three times a week. Two migs.
JD Denim
I was seeing one two mix total. So that makes sense. So is it six mix total?
William T. Haas
Yeah, that would make sense. That's how I would read it. And I think. Which is a lot still about equal to the trzepathat. I mean, you're taking six migs of retta and you were taking seven and a half mgs of terse. So I wouldn't expect you to have the same like feeling as tirzepatite. A. Because it cuts out all the nausea. So that food noise, the people's. The food noise. Right. Usually is. We don't feel that because of tirzepatide because it actually makes you a little nauseous. You don't really know that you're. You're not throw up nauseous, but you're kind of queasy enough to just not be hungry and not want to eat. That's gone from the reta because it takes all of the nausea away. So use a little bit of no skills for now. You could bump it up to seven mig, seven and a half. Like that's okay. I wouldn't, you know, max. I'd say 10 migs of reta, but I wouldn't. I would try not to do that, you know. I would try to institute some. Everything that JD Said first before we increase the dose. And, yeah, these little. No skills. Maybe add kegrolinatide in there. If we're worried about. If we're worried about just that food noise, that's a good one to just add in, but that's completely normal. And she's kicked ass. And just, like, it is what it is. She needs to start adding some muscle.
JD Denim
Yeah, Done.
William T. Haas
Adding muscle, eating protein, lifting weights, and stay the course and maintain her. You know, we want. There needs to be some degree of saying no.
JD Denim
Discipline.
William T. Haas
Discipline.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
Right. And now's the time. Right. She spent spending time with. With a good crutch and still on a crutch. And that's okay. That's totally okay. But now we've taken a little bit of the crutch off.
JD Denim
Yeah. So again, like, it needs to be redundant. It just does. Like, the goal is not to inject something forever. It's just not the goal. The goal is to set the base and get better at the eating part. If you struggle with the food noise, well, work on it. We all struggle. Like, we all deal with that struggle. At night, I'm. The munchies at night. And like, always, if I want to be ripped, I can't eat the munchies at night. Even though I see my kids all gnawing on some ice cream and stuff, I'm like, dude, that looks good. Like, I got to tell myself no. And, like, when you start saying no to yourself when you really want it badly, that's called empowerment. And, like, when you taste what empowerment feels like, it's actually better than the ice cream because you're like, dude, I'm. You just. It lifts you up. So I know that takes a little while to do, but, like, that's the goal, to lay the base to where you are. Completely change woman. And we're not injecting something forever to lose the weight. So that's the goal.
William T. Haas
Yep. Right on. Now my little update. So this. I have not crimped the top on, but this is me putting it into a four mil bottle. Right All. Now mom just has to go in and pull 10 units out and give it to her all at once. Now, if you guys have never seen this happen before, most people probably don't have this laying around at home.
Sponsor/Ad Announcer
Yeah.
William T. Haas
This is basically the only way that you can actually crimp this bottle top on. But it is as simple as this. Squeeze it together. I kind of, like, rotate it, make sure it's all tight and on there. Make sure it's not loose. And now you have a perfect vial.
JD Denim
Blended peptide.
William T. Haas
Blended peptide at. At home. Doable. Now we need to just put this on ice. Not ice. We're not trying to freeze it. But I just want to keep it cool.
JD Denim
TA1 KPV and Wolverine.
William T. Haas
And Wolverine.
JD Denim
Love it. Yeah, it was a great stack right there.
William T. Haas
Okay, good. Now I guess I'm kind of lost on which. Which question am I?
JD Denim
Appreciate you both.
William T. Haas
Okay, good one. That was question seven. Somehow that I missed. The one that you read was. Okay, here we go. Amen. Appreciate you both and never miss a show. I'd love to hear your thoughts on long term peptide storage. Okay. I typically buy bulk and have stuff on deck that won't be used for about six months. For the peptides that aren't currently in rotation, it won't be used for a while. I've heard that freezing and non reconstituted peptides helps with preservation of shelf life better than simply refrigerating them. Can you please let me know your thoughts and what you guys would do in this situation? Thanks. All right. Yes, I have an opinion on this. So honestly, if you freeze them, that might preserve them a little bit better. If we're talking like two years, Right. Or longer, that might make a difference. But if you're talking six months to a year refrigerating, they're not going to be preserved like, I don't know, measurably better at all by freezing them. But when you freeze something and. And thaw it, you definitely run the risk of having moisture in there. Okay. And that is your worst enemy. That's like the fastest way to degrade your peptide is get. Is have moisture get in there. So I think that you are running a higher risk by freezing them than you would be just keeping them in the refrigerator.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
And keep them in like crisper drawer, which is less humid. I think so. Yes. Less humid in the crispr drawer. Did six months, you're just fine. I'd keep in the fridge and it's totally fine.
JD Denim
And you want to do it for tears. I'm just curious why.
William T. Haas
Yeah, right. Like you don't need to stock up that much for two years. So.
JD Denim
Yeah. I mean, again. And you definitely don't want to freeze them and then thaw them. Freeze them and thaw them. We've heard about people doing that. That's bad. You're definitely going to get some. Something in there.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
Hope that helps. My turn.
William T. Haas
Right? Yep.
JD Denim
Hey guys, I have a quick question. Firstly, absolutely love the podcast big fan. I'm 24 year old female from Australia, have a 3 year old daughter, trained weights 3 to 4 times, training weights 3 to 4 times a week, pilates the other four 3 to 4 times. I weigh roughly 48 to 52 kilograms. I try not to weigh myself too often anyways. My main focus and struggle is energy. I always. I'm always tired and fatigued no matter what I do or how much I sleep and I struggle with mood, stress, anxiety, high cortisol and always been anxious and quick to snap. She's honest. Yeah, I've done quite a few different peps but wanting to know what is the absolute best stack

William T. Haas
Oh and he's gone for a can of Pepsi too. What a finish.
JD Denim
There's no doubt about it, it just tastes better. Match days deserve Pepsi for me and what peps would be the waste of time for people my age.
William T. Haas
She's 20, 24 so I mean I, I do think that. I think the secretags is, is kind of a waste although especially for men but for women they do they because your growth hormone levels aren't, aren't, aren't as high as men and so this can raise them a bit higher and allow you to add muscle better than a man because your bodies are so sensitive. But I would say that's a waste. I would at 30 years old. I mean goodness, I'd probably say like 24 loop or 24 shoot. Yeah I don't know. I would do like sloop 332 it's just kind of a fight will help your performance and nutrient partitioning and preserving muscle retta maybe low low low dose to take away your hangry snapping people and times you don't eat it really what does work man it works. It keeps your brain just like fresh and running really well even absence of food. But C C you said you struggle with anxiety. Celan is a really good peptide for that even mixed with C max which gives you energy but like not really anxiety energy but most more like focus energy. I don't know. Yeah. What else?
JD Denim
I think, I mean, Even though you're 24, I would suggest getting blood work done, right? Let's start there and just like make sure your hormones are good. I know that that's super young, but in this age I wouldn't be surprised if they're a little at a walk, you know, a little wonky. So start there. It's not gonna be a bad thing, Right. And I, I would think it's kind of the same as the gal above, which is you're probably not eating enough. My bride works out hard. She does. And I tell her all the time, baby, you eat more. You know, it's not about skinny. It's about you need to have the nutrients to do what you're doing. If you're tired, you probably don't have nutrients, enough nutrients in you. And that's probably your problem. So I'd wake up and have protein, you know, get 50, 50 grams of protein right when you wake up. Greek yogurt protein, like two scoops of protein. Boom, done. You got like 60 grams of protein right there. Done. It's so easy, you know, so that's what I would do. Blood work and that. I bet you that's going to fix a lot of it now peptide wise, will already nailed it. C long. C Max. Those are going to be good for anxiety and focus. I'll throw some NAD in there because NAD is amazing and that's going to give you some cellular energy and you know, you probably know me by now enough to know that I'm all about meditation and focusing like that, you know, and just really kind of getting back to some of that stuff. Like a good practice that I try to do. At least I'm good in the morning, is not looking at my phone right away. That's going to keep your cortisone at least a little bit down. Walking outside on the grass with your shoes off, some just old school stuff because you want to really fix that. Cortisol. Cortisol's a. Yeah. You know, and if you're running high in cortisol, you're screwed. It's just, you're screwed. So we need to get, make sure that you, you work on that. A lot of people have read some stuff on cortisol. We don't have copy for the first hour of, of you waking up. I, I don't know, I just read it. I don't know if it's true or not. So maybe look into that a little bit. But yeah, meditation, I think that'll work.
William T. Haas
Don't take red. I just realized you're, like, kilograms, right? So you say you're flexing, like, about £90. Just £99. So when I said retta before, I wouldn't take that. You don't need to lose, but.
JD Denim
Yeah, right.
William T. Haas
You.
JD Denim
I'm sure you agree. I bet she's not eating enough.
William T. Haas
Yeah, I bet. I bet she's really that simple.
JD Denim
I think that you eat more food, you got those new, you know, those nutrients in you. Women struggle with this so much more, you know, And I feel sorry for you ladies, because it's the truth. You think you need to do cardio, and you think that's the way to the. The gold mine, which. Not. It's resistance training and it's eating. You need to eat more protein. Like a gram of protein per your body weight. Now, it doesn't have to be exact, obviously, but why don't you try that for a month? Just try that. Just add one gram of protein. Eat more. I bet you it fixes most of those problems. You're 24. Yep. Try that.
William T. Haas
Okay. I am. This is JD and Big Will. Yeah, JD and Big Will. What's up? My brother, 32 years old, pizza man from New York. Yeah, 185 pounds, down from 215. Good job. Testosterone was at 315, but now at 575 and going up, up.
Sponsor/Ad Announcer
All right.
William T. Haas
When I discovered Peptides, I want you guys to know how amazing it was to have your podcast in school community. Keep me informed and allow me to take. Take the right steps.
JD Denim
Awesome.
William T. Haas
When taking Peptides, I started taking 1 meg of retta 3 times a week. So 10 units. Tessa Marellyn, 25 IPA. 5 units. Maybe units. Anyway, mixed with 3 mils of back water 5 times a week, and 10 units of clo mix with 2 meals of backwater 5 times a week. So for my question, I signed up for the premium membership and will be starting the muscle optimization stack. Right on. So I was wondering if I can still run Reddit at a low dose while doing this, or can I switch from Retta to Tesla Fencing? 500 micrograms and we'll be adding Sloop 50 mig tablets to. Would that be too much? Okay. If you. I mean, honestly, like the Reta, if you can do it at a small dose where it's not taking your appetite away. Like, I know. I mean, this. You can eat. You can eat and add perfect, lean muscle. You can eat enough to add muscle. You need to be at a surplus of calories and make it because of protein. Only you. You can do it with retta. Now I would say like if somebody's looking for like a giant bulk. No, we. I don't. I wouldn't do reta because it's going to slow down your gastric emptying. To make it. To do a giant bulk, you need to eat and eat. Have big meals, stretch your stomach out so your body can just take in more and more nutrients. Right. That will be a problem on reta, but if we're trying to add just like really good, perfect, just lean muscle. It's. It's doable with retta. Not a high dose. I wouldn't take any more than you are right now, but it's absolutely doable. Up to you though. You gotta better be eating enough protein.
JD Denim
Yep.
William T. Haas
Eat protein. Shoot. Do that muscle optimization. Stack and set your goal for 2 grams per pound of body weight. Oh, that's what we're a man. You're a man. So that you can have more. Set your goal for. That's gonna be really hard to do, but. And you'll need to have some protein shakes. But if you get close to that, you'll be sitting pretty. And again, why don't we look out, look out for your nails, right. If you're. One way to judge you're eating enough protein is if your nails are growing way too fast and your hair is growing too fast. You know that your body is growing new tissue. So you lifting weights and making your muscles sore. That's your telling body. Hey, grow. Grow tissue right there.
Sponsor/Ad Announcer
Yeah.
William T. Haas
So, yeah. What you got at the.
JD Denim
The late, great, Rich Biana would say, if you want to get big, you got to eat big. I love when you used to say that, but that's the truth now. True bulk means let's say you have a ripped stomach. You shouldn't really have a ripped stomach, but like, because you're eating a lot, if that's truly what you're trying to do. So you just need to eat and then eat and then eat. And that's just the way it is. So reta will block that. So there's easier ways to do it. Now if again you want to like be ripped and bigger, which I like to do, then you can do the reta. Because there's a lot of bodybuilders that are taking reta because it will. You'll eat a little bit less. It really depends on what your true objective is. You said bulk, we'll go off that. I would take the red out just to make it easier on you. I Mean shoot, dude, you could take the red out and put in some MK677. You will be hungry like a beast. Like I for some reason wasn't never struggled with it until one of the last times I ran it and I was like, dude, I cannot stop eating. You know, I mean like, I don't like to be super big. I like to be more lean and cut. So it really, really boils down to your true objectives, which you can look bigger and cut and lean. So rudda, you can put in or take out the Retta. Use AOD, take, use 5Amino 1 MQ, SL through 2. There's other ones that will do well, not like retta, but still help you with that cutting stuff. So again, the MK677, that one is great. I love it. Oh, you. He said he's going to do the stack, so.
William T. Haas
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
JD Denim
You're going to be doing this stack. So you're going to be. You're going to need to eat. You need to eat and you need to like, just replenish those muscles and you need to live heavy, dude.
William T. Haas
Lift heavy.
JD Denim
Lift heavy. Eat a lot.
William T. Haas
Take out the red in my protein. Protein. Like, here's my. My best.
JD Denim
That would be rough.
William T. Haas
Yeah, that's going to be rough. But like, here's your. You should have your three basic meals. Right. Get yourself. If you're a man, a grown man trying to grow. Sure. Eat 50 grams of protein for your and have it breakfast, lunch, dinner. Okay. And then the goal would be adding in two or three more supplementation proteins. Okay. Call them protein shakes. That's great. But like post workout 100. Do that, do that, do that. Right. As soon as you start tearing muscle down. Right. Clock is ticking and muscles are trying to absorb building materials. And if you don't feed them building materials, they just start eating themselves. And that's counterproductive what you're trying to do. So post workout and there is a clock from that time that you start working out. They do say like 45 minutes. Right. And that's not from the end of workout. That's from when we first like tear the first muscle. But there's kind of an optimal growth window after that of maybe four or five hours. But so post, so shake post workout and then right before bed for sure. We grow the majority of our muscle at night while sleeping. And you better feed your body building materials.
JD Denim
Yeah. And you want to do less carbs at night.
William T. Haas
Yep.
JD Denim
And if you're going to use carbs the right way, which most people do is right before workout, right after and you will replenish complexion. And that is the way that you want to do it. But not at night.
William T. Haas
No.
JD Denim
Because you don't want to carbs at
William T. Haas
night because like what's the point? Like your carbs turn current turn into sugar and that then is ready for your body to burn it off for, you know, doing activities. So if you eat carbs at nighttime, guess what they're going to take? If it's food they'll probably take, you know, two hours or so to break down. Finally turn into sugar when you're asleep and you ain't burning that off. And so now it's going to just store on you be like well if we're not going to use it now, let's just store. Let's convert to fat and let's store on him later for later use. And that's exactly the opposite. What you want for bulking too cool. Eat some carbs before. Eat some like quick carbs like intra carbs before or intra workout. Now be aware folks, if you're trying to burn fat, if you have carbs on board, burn the carbs. Your body will burn the carbs first. It will not touch your fat. It will burn those first. That's its fastest, easiest, preferred energy choice. And so you won't burn fat if you have but you'll have an awesome
JD Denim
workout like, like your muscles veins popping.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
You know, it just depends. It all depends. Really. Truly. There is a science to it. Without a doubt. I'm a guy that's always in a carnivore and like, like, you know, the last six months I've toyed around with adding in some more carbs and man, I've got some insane pumps. But my objective now is I've just dropped the carbs again because I like to be super lean. You drop carbs you're going to be a lot more lean. If you want to get bigger you need adding carbs. 100 that's what it is.
William T. Haas
Yep.
JD Denim
So use properly and eaten at the right times is huge.
William T. Haas
Huge. Very right. Huge. You can have one person who eats the same amount of carbs, another person and the timing is completely different. 100 they're gonna produce a completely different person.
JD Denim
Ye.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
Are we on the next page?
William T. Haas
Yeah, that's a short question.
JD Denim
Okay, cool. Is there a downsized set downside to injecting in the stomach every time? Instead of rotating sites, does absorption change based on the injection location? Does that depend on which peptide you're using
William T. Haas
it? Well first of all please rotate sites as in, like, I don't know your belly. Like, we don't be aiming for the same hole that you did last time. Right. Exact same hole. Right. Like, like there's plenty of rotation needed. The goal is to go about two inches anywhere from your belly button. Right. Circle two inches around. That's where. That's the goal. The only thing. And so no, there's not going to be. It's not any absorption benefit from doing there. Oh, now let's do it in a different sub Q area. That will work just fine. Unless you have scar tissue that you have created in there.
JD Denim
You will eventually.
William T. Haas
Which it will eventually. And like, don't just do the same
JD Denim
right side over and over and over again.
William T. Haas
You will. Especially if you've reused a needle. Like I have like early in my. I mean I used to like use the same insulin needle for five days in a row and then for years, like. Yeah, so that definitely caused scar tissue. And so you'll know if it's kind of hard to push in. Yeah, it's because. And it's just not going to absorb. It'll probably screw it out too. So it's just not soaking in. There is a difference between, you know, people will get more of that flush if you, well, inject fast and also really lean people if you don't have any fat and you pull it out and you go truly into sub Q layer, that's going to hit you a lot faster than somebody who's putting it into the fat. But I don't see. There's no benefit of just switching to. Away from your stomach. Unless. Unless it's like one of these healing peptides. Right. And you want it to absolutely heal a specific part. Then inject it right there.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
Intramuscular too. That's fine. Intra tendon. Hell yeah. I've done that. Use a new needle in that one. Kind of feels really weird putting it right into the tendon. Don't hit a vein.
JD Denim
Don't do that.
William T. Haas
Yep.
JD Denim
Yeah, I would definitely switch around especially, you know, take a left turn here. Oils with trt. Listen, if you. You need to start moving that sucker around and you don't want to go fast because you need to give it some time to get in and like
William T. Haas
soak through your body.
JD Denim
You get one of those pip, you know, like, let's get squirted in. You get a big ball.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
You need to go slow. So I didn't know that always. So I'm passing on to you so you don't get a Lot of PIP and have to figure it out.
William T. Haas
Do that stuff like right before you move around. Right. Last thing you want to do is inject something then just lay there.
JD Denim
Yeah. I rub it out like finger in
William T. Haas
your knuckle in there. Rub it out and then go, go run around.
JD Denim
You know what I do is I have one of those little massagers now because like I would get. I was just prone to pip. I've just been injecting, you know, TRT for a long time and I go, it works well man. I haven't had it since. So it's been working.
William T. Haas
You should probably do that beforehand too too.
JD Denim
Yeah, just get ready.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
But like the injection, like speed is important.
William T. Haas
Yeah, it is. It is important.
JD Denim
Extremely.
William T. Haas
I actually in fact I will do cement is my skin. I'll. I'll put the thing in, I'll inject it all and then I'll usually like pull it halfway out and sit and let the skin close up behind it and then pull it out completely. Smart.
JD Denim
Tricks of the trade, man.
William T. Haas
Tricks of the trade.
JD Denim
And heat up the oil.
William T. Haas
That too. I've never been a problem. I never had problems with PIPs though. I mean I've had it from like. But from like obviously somebody's. I've done like E500. Right. Like brutal. Brutal. There is a reason that they make all of these different esters and compounds at specific dosages. Right. Like you're not meant to have a super high dose.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
Single ester because it hurts like hell. So they we figured it out like what the right dosages are. So don't.
JD Denim
Well yeah, that's good to like even talk about because we talked about it so much. But like it's important like there's a reason why testes like 300, 200. You can see 250. It's just really be properly dosed around 200 we think you know the test P is 100, 100 maybe 150 but 100. So there's a reason these are.
William T. Haas
Yep. Because absolutely that's 100 reason for the reason they do reason you don't make test E500 don't make usually it's like if they. If they're just dosed way too dense muscles just will. Doesn't don't like it.
JD Denim
Oh, it's going to hurt.
William T. Haas
Yeah. For sure. All right. I am hopefully I'm on the right question. So. Hi, I'm 30 year old female.
JD Denim
No, no. Hi guys. Love the podcast from 38 year old former army.
William T. Haas
Oh no.
JD Denim
Did we read.
William T. Haas
No no, we did good. I'm on the right. The next one. Hi. We did that one last week. So if that was you, we're not skipping you.
JD Denim
Hi.
William T. Haas
I'm a 30 year old female, 164cm and 64kg. What's up with all the damn kilograms? I don't do math pounds, really. I've been using tirzepatide one year, currently on 5mg a week. My starting weight was 87kg. I lift weights or do cardio six times a week and eat healthy. I gain and muscle easy and I have visible muscle mass on my body. However, I'm looking to lose the last stubborn 5kg as I've been stuck at 64kg for several months. I also have a bit of loose skin on my belly and above my knees and that bothers me and might be the reason why despite my age, my weight loss, I don't feel like I see any changes on my body. I've added now Retta 1 mig per week and I can see that my body pooch has reduced. I'm thinking to increase retta and finally drop tirzepat that. But I need to help optimize my stack in terms of helping me stay lean and lose the last 5kg and help me with my skin. You don't have that question?
JD Denim
Yeah, I found it.
William T. Haas
Okay. That was just.
JD Denim
I'm just having a brain.
William T. Haas
All right. So okay. For. For you person, I would clow. So I guess I'm going to first address the skin issue. I don't, I don't really. I don't. Can't really picture the loose skin on my knees. But whatever it happens, I guess. But clo. So CLO will give you ghkcu, bpc, TB and kpv. In fact, all of those will help to tighten your skin. And like BPC and tb, it's creating new blood vessels even in your dermis layers. That's going to help it get more blood and heal and tighten up and grow back faster. But the GHKCU is going to promote collagen, well, absorption and creation and will help tighten everything up. I would also use a GHKCU Snap 8 Serum and use that and topically put it on any type of. Any loose skin or. Or skin issues of any kind. Right. Especially like even. Hell, even like the chest. Chest wrinkles, right, from people sleeping like this. That's a great thing to have. We're looking at making some type of chest gel patch, right. With GHKCU in it. So I think your 1 meg of retta is very low. I would get off the tide like we said before, and you'll get it. One mig is low. The starting dose is two and a half milligrams weekly. And so you can kind of, you can see how that goes. But you should be able to lose this five kilograms very easily.
JD Denim
Yeah. So 87 kilograms to 64 kilograms. We work in pounds.
William T. Haas
50 pounds. Okay.
JD Denim
Which is a lot. You've lost a lot. So, you know, I think that you should pat yourself on the back. And again, you know, the first weight is always easier, easiest to lose. You know, the first 80, give or take goes quickly for most. Obviously not all of them for most. And then they go boom.
William T. Haas
Yep.
JD Denim
And then they're like, why it's not working. And I think just how we are all programmed is I want to take more. And sometimes it's good to stop top. Think logically, think about. We always talk about. Here's your base. Are you eating enough? Probably not, right? More protein.
William T. Haas
Right.
JD Denim
When you wake up, ladies, again, 50 grams of protein. Easy peasy Greek yogurt. Two scoops of protein done. You start your day off right. So make sure you're adding that in. Eat a lot and lift weights. Yeah, lift weights, get the base again. Be patient. You're doing, you're kicking ass. Like, you know, like I think Reddit has taken on this. Like, you know this. It's great, it's scientific breakthrough but at the same time, like it's not gonna move mountains. We need to have some patience and like you don't want to lose all the weight so fast anyway. It's, there's gonna be some health stuff with that. So you're doing good. You can add in some Tessa Moralen for that little pooch down here. And like he said, Will said GHKCU and then the GHKCU snap 8 face serum. Rub that in. And that's what I would do. I bet you need to eat more preteen and lift some weights, girl.
William T. Haas
I would add tesmorellon like but in realize it's not a quick, quick fix, you know, three months. Three months. But it's really going to target that belly fat and keep muscle on you put muscle, keep muscle, which boosts your metabolism. Etc.
JD Denim
Well, she says I lift weights or do cardio six times a week. So I would, yeah, I would lift weights and maybe cardio twice.
William T. Haas
Twice.
JD Denim
Maybe three times a week or at
William T. Haas
the end of it, like here's a trick folks, is like cardio. So if you're sprinting, we're playing basketball and your heart rate's like over, above, above like 80 of your max heart rate. That's true cardio, hence cardiovascular building. That is actually helps your heart. Okay. It's the only thing that's the only way that it's going to help your heart. Like a slow jog or a fast walk is optimal, like fat burning, but it's actually not doing anything to help this heart muscle.
JD Denim
Right.
William T. Haas
So a suggestion is do 10 minutes or something on a stair stepper. Right? Get your sweat going and get your heart rate elevated and then hit the weight room and keep that heart rate elevated in the cardiovascular zone. Right. Go for 40 minutes or so and then finish with 10 minutes. And now you have killed your cardio and weights all in one.
Sponsor/Ad Announcer
Boom.
JD Denim
Good stuff.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
Right, what we got here recently? I recently joined Listener. I have round through every episode and can officially say I'm a peptide addict now. Awesome. That's right. Appreciate everything you guys stand for and represent. As a 34 year old male who who has been running terepatide at 2.25 migs weekly for 10 weeks, lost £12. That's awesome. low dose I have absolutely loved the results and I'm going to be transitioning to RETA at the end of my cycle to continue the cut. My main question is getting a peptide protocol for gaining muscle on a bulk this winter. My hormones are optimal for my age. TRT free and growth hormone are basically all in line. I love it well above average and I feel great. Awesome. That's huge. There you are.
William T. Haas
Boom.
JD Denim
That being said, said, I want to gain about five to eight pounds over the winter and keep it mainly muscle without anabolics. Awesome. Would you continue retta on a bulk and what else would I add in addition to keep a lean bulk? Thanks guys. Let me take that one.
William T. Haas
Yeah. Muscle optimization stack.
JD Denim
Yeah. I mean perfect. Yeah. So that's awesome. You obviously think through this. I mean let's get to the basics of some obvious creatine. You want to add in some creatine for a bulk. You know, again, we've said this numerous sign peptides aren't where they're going to be anywhere near gear. So IGF1LR3, you know, we're gonna go that now. I've done it both before and after. I can't say I've nearly noticed much. I like to take it right after I lift. I come back, I take a creatine HCL in the morning and then after I lift I'D come home and come on my come back to the office here and take some creatine monohydrate, drink it and then I take IGF1LR3 and I think that's, that's great. It works well for me. Now again your bulk gotta eat, gotta eat. What's gonna probably say 2 pounds, 2
William T. Haas
grams of protein per goal.
JD Denim
It's not easy. You ain't gonna do it without.
William T. Haas
If you're my size that means you're eating 500 grams of protein. That's a lot too. That's a lot. But you set that goal and yeah,
JD Denim
I mean for the whatever but hgh if you're. You said that you're, you're good in regards to the growth hormone. You're 34 so, so but you can HGH and IGF1, there's people that, that have been. You can take them both. Yeah, you can. Not in perpetuity but IGF1 will be closest thing you're going to get towards gear on peptides now and you want to. If you're going to be eating, you want to. You can add in the like we said last time MK677 that will help you eat and it will gain you some size and just you'll look gets fullness to your muscles for sure. It's in my opinion the best thing that you're gonna get. Right before gear. Yeah, right before gear and it's because you eat a lot and your muscles just look full.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
So I would definitely try that. I like it. I think it's great. AOD5Amino S Slute PP332 and the reason I say that is if you eat, you lift heavy and you know you, you take some of these other ones to take out some reta you'll get. Amazon Health AI PRESENTS PAINFUL thoughts why

JD Denim
It's one thing to be bulked, but if you don't have that stomach. Are you ripped? I don't think no, because that's that's, that's the key with eating a lot. And there's a science to it like we were talking about. So you're on your way, man. Hope that help.
William T. Haas
Yeah. Yes, I agree with everything. Like, look, dude, cool. If you don't want to do anabolics. Right on. Good. You. But you will not get. If you want anabolic results, you will not get them with peptides. You need anabolics. So. But good for you. MK677 is the next best, closest thing. It's not a peptide, right? It is. I guess it's not a sarm either, but people generally classify it as. Yeah, as both. It is the same thing as Ipamorelin, by the way, except for it's just a lot stronger than Ipamorelin. And everything he said is. I, I would. I second. So I'm not going to re. Explain his explanations, but as the gentleman said in the last one on our school, there is a muscle optimization stack. Okay. And maybe take a look at that.
JD Denim
It's in the vip, right?
William T. Haas
It's in the premium.
JD Denim
Premium. So we have school that's free. And then you get a ton of information just on that. So we're not trying to sell you when I say this. Then we had a 25. 5amonth and then a VIP, which is 60amonth. And. And it's just. We give more information. It takes a lot of time to do this stuff, dude. So that's why we charge. So we're putting good stuff out.
William T. Haas
It is good. It's. It's worthwhile. Like, I don't, I don't. I don't feel bad whatsoever charging because it's like. It's true. There is a lot of good information that is not that much money. A lot of work. So it's worth it.

William T. Haas
Yes. No, I am.
JD Denim
I think it's you. Me.
William T. Haas
All right. Hey, guys. I'm 45 and went from 207 to 181 in 90 days. Diet is dialed in at 180. 180 to 210 grams of protein daily, 200 grams of carbs around training and 2000 to 2500 calories depending on activity. Current stack, TRT, 200 migs a week. Retatide, 2 1/2 milligrams two times a week. Mozi, 3 migs Monday, Wednesday, Friday, KPV, TA1 and CLO and Wolverine as needed. Previous stack was red at tessa impa and SS31. My blood work improved so much that my doctor joked about wanting the same stack after reviewing my lab. That's. That's funny and that's awesome. That's like JD when he went to his doctor for the second time getting his wife pregnant and he said, well, give me that protocol so I can give it to my other patient, please. After I told you it wouldn't work anyway. My question is, is there any, any evidence that M C3 MIGS Monday, Wednesday, Friday is superior to one MIG daily dose or transition? Dose or transition to Tesla fencing and or 5amino 1MQ long term is TRT plus HGH plus occasional Retta solid maintenance foundation. Long term. Yes, I think easy. Look, dude, you. You sound like kind of what I would take in my philosophy. Which means probably because you listen to this. Yeah, no, makes sense. But there is no real conclusive evidence. There is no. There just is no actual studies and conclusive evidence besides, you know, he said, she said out there on the 1 mig daily of Mot C versus 3 migs three days a week.
JD Denim
True.
William T. Haas
I frankly would say, I don't know, choose either or.
JD Denim
Yeah, like what do you feel better?
William T. Haas
You know, I've seen, I know that there's protocols at five MIGs once a week, week. And the reason that that can be a problem is I have lots of people have reported taking 5 migs of MAT C at 1 time. Just makes them kind of feel not very good. Like a little hypertensive. Like you took some pre workout.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
So I don't think that's the best approach. I don't think it's the best way. I don't know. I think, Yeah, I think, I think consecutive, you know, consistent dosing is a better idea. So either way, dude, I think you're on the right track. Check everything else is awesome. And hell yes to the last one. That is, that's the easy, that's the long term goal. That's like all you need is T o t hgh some retice sometimes and hard work and eat and eat. Right.
JD Denim
Mr. Redo will force 45. Dude, you just keep doing your stuff. You're obviously studied. You pay attention and you sound like we'd be sitting here and like having a good conversation.
William T. Haas
I would try Tesla fencing though. I just, I like it and I would like. Dude, you're experiencing like you're. You're practicing. I would 100% say give Tessa Fencing and 5Amino 1 MQ a shot in controlled, like in controlled cycle doses. So you know what the difference is?
JD Denim
Yep.
William T. Haas
Try getting off red and going into Tesla fencing Instead, see what the difference is.
JD Denim
Yep. I mean, the best thing that Will just said right there was there's not enough research. And if you, if you hear somebody tell you that they know definitively, don't listen to them because none of us know there. These are newer compacts, at least studied. And as we, you know, go down the line and they're more studied, obviously these answers are going to come and they're going to be more definitive. But again, if you have somebody, this is how it is and listen, maybe follow somebody else because nobody knows. Do your own research. Try them all three. How do you feel that's easiest way to do it? Tessa? Fencing is great. I. I didn't like it at first. You probably heard, I love it. I think it's great now. The only difference is it can be kind of like a stimulant to some. I'm not saying it's a stimulant, but some people think that I would never tell anybody to take it if I was worried in any way because obviously Will and I are both sober. We both take it. Yeah. That's the only thing to worry about. I don't personally get any type of blockage of food. Doyle.
William T. Haas
Juice.
JD Denim
None. Okay. I know a lot of people do. I don't personally. So again, that's why you need to take it. Do you? Do you?
William T. Haas
Yes, yes.
JD Denim
Okay.
William T. Haas
I. I definitely do. I definitely get like blockage from the sweets. It's just, it's just the sugar. It's a. Foods that. It's not food noise in general. And I guess I've never been a big noise problem. But like, it's, it's those, like high sugar happiness spike foods you don't need anymore. That they don't freaking just. They just don't do it for me if I'm on toast, Vincent and I don't eat them anymore.
JD Denim
That's right.
William T. Haas
Because I tried them and I'm like, yeah, this just doesn't. Really. Isn't nearly as good as I remember.
JD Denim
Yeah. So if you get that, that's rad. I don't get that. I wish I got that. Can I have some? Yeah, I don't get that, but there you go. You're not going to know unless you try Testimon. Seems great. It's amazing. Try that. 5aM Know. I love it. It's one of my favorites. So, yeah, I tried that. And then again, the last one is easy. Trt, hgh, occasional Reta. That's probably will be my go to forever.
William T. Haas
Forever till the Day I die till I can't do it anymore.
JD Denim
Perfect. And a lot of hard work and a lot of saying no to yourself.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
Part of the game. Warriors, thank you for everything you do. This is the last question, by the way. I have a buddy who suffers from Crohn and hates the meds he's prescribed. He's 30 to 40 pounds overweight, and he's looking into retta for weight loss and kpv, BPC for gut health.
William T. Haas
Thoughts? Yes. Done oral, though. I would say, hey, if we got Crohn's, like, I would. I would. I would go with BPC pills and KPV pills.
JD Denim
Both. Yeah. Ain't gonna hurt to try the injection too. I've had a lot of gut problems, so I do both. Can't go wrong with. With bpc. Anyway. BBC is amazing. And kpv. It's great.
William T. Haas
Yeah. I mean, that's what they're there for. That's. That's literally like amazing. That's what they're there for. There is conclusive studies of BPC with Crohn's and, and. And all kinds of. Yeah, everything that's related to that leaky gut, etc. There's actual research there. So for sure you're on the right track. Do it.
JD Denim
And some of the people, when it comes to that stuff, you know, again, in setting the base of you in regards to diet's important, you know, like, I love Carnivore. I'm not saying you have to try it, but the reason it's real, a lot of people as myself, when I, before I started doing it, thought I was going to have a really hard time with it because it's really mainly meat and eggs. And I was like, dude, can I. That's all I can eat. Even though I love those two foods. But the beauty of it is the fact that you're taking so many foods out and if you do them for a while, if you can just. Somebody ran into the wall, add them in a little bit one by one. After you feel like you've rebooted your. Your stomach, then you can kind of start to see the ones that really agitate you. So that takes discipline, but that's the best way you could probably do it and adding some fasting in because you're you. We don't need to eat constantly. We don't need to constantly be digesting. I know that's hard because we've been told you need to eat every two hours and all that stuff. Stuff where your body needs time to not eat. Because when you're burning energy, when you. When you're doing, you have to digest, and it's great to give yourself a day off. Y. I know that sounds crazy, but until you do it, you're like, I feel freaking amazing, right?
William T. Haas
Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's really important. I mean, it is really like. Yes. Where our body gets. Our liver gets overwhelmed with just this constant processing of food. Right. You can see it and gaining some, like, water excess, holding on to water rate. You know, you do a fast for a day and your liver finally gets a chance. Like when it has. In the absence of it having to do a job, it finds something to do, and that is clean itself out. And that's super important. The liver is the most important, one of the most important organs. I mean, brain. I don't know if the brain's an organ, but heart's pretty important. But liver is really the most functional organ and is vital to keep clean.
JD Denim
Yep.
William T. Haas
I mean, it's the thing that decides what's good protein, what's bad. Like, what's. What are good fats, what's bad fats. If that's all clogged up and constantly beat up and overworked, you're gonna not have good results.
JD Denim
Yeah, we. We. It's a peptide podcast. And, you know, most people now are listening, have fell in love with peptides just as we did, you know, and I love that. But don't ever forget about some of the bases of just what God gave us, which is fasting, eating more, taking walks without your shoes on, meditating. There's these things that we've had forever because they work. So if we just sometimes slow down and try them, they work well. Man.
William T. Haas
Probably the most effective supplement of all time is caffeine. I mean, I think hands down, is. Is caffeine, like, it literally numbs pain. It makes you smarter, makes your brain work faster. Right. It reduces your appetite, it makes you burn, your thermogenic state, it makes your. Your metabolism go up because your heart's beating a little bit faster. Yeah, we just are so used to it all day long, every day, but it's probably the most effective supplement ever created.
JD Denim
Another good one for stomach that I've been reading on recently is baking soda. I've been taking a shot of baking soda. It's good for stomach. And I've had some really bad cough crap that I've been dealing with forever. So I've been studying and studying, studying, trying to figure this sucker out and stumbled upon some. Some stuff and some studies with that and like, man, that stuff. I've been soaking my feet in baking soda, apple cider vinegar and Epsom salt every night. I got a picture I'm going to post. My son saw me soaking my feet in the bathroom and he's like, what? Like my two year old. And like he comes in and clips with me. But it pulls toxins out of your feet and I've been doing it every night and I've been sleeping like a freaking love.
William T. Haas
I think my feet would. My feet could probably use that.
JD Denim
You need to do it as f. As hot as you can take. Which I'm pretty good with that stuff. I've been doing it every day, night and dude, I'm not kidding you. It.
William T. Haas
It.
JD Denim
At the very least, I'm sleeping like a freaking baby.
William T. Haas
So how about washing your mouth out with un. With. With oil. With like, with MCT oil. Have you heard there's a name for this? But I forget what it is. Like just giving yourself a good like just through your teeth and spit it out. But it needs to be like unrefined. I was like, well, I'll just use the MiG Law 8. But no, it needs to be unrefined olive oil. But so yeah, look into that. There is a name for it. I also, I. I definitely brush my teeth and probably. Well, I brush my teeth, folks. Thank God my floss comes. I floss all the time now. I did not as a younger man, but I washed my mouth out with hydrogen peroxide. I just drink some of the hydrogen peroxide. Do not drink it. Just swish your mouth out and that stuff that just kills everything in your mouth. It's fine.
JD Denim
And brush your teeth with a baking soda.
William T. Haas
That too.
JD Denim
Have you done that?
William T. Haas
No, but I think most toothpaste is made with baking soda. Like don't use that. Fluoride charcoal. Yeah, true. Don't use the charcoal. Toothpaste. Apparently it like doesn't do anything for you.
JD Denim
Like that stuff though. Like again, there's so many like stuff that like we just have that like, you know, we've been pulled this way because people want to sell product, which. Great. I'm not ever knocking anybody selling a product. It's great. But like there's some old remedies, dude, with just literally taking your feet and walking on the grass. Like you're connected to the energy of the. Of the earth. I know it sounds woo woo, but it's true, right? Absolutely. Like that re Centers you and like your, your equilibrium and your. It's truth. Truth, man. We have school is popping. We are so blessed. We've been now finally feeling comfortable enough on Instagram to pull some people over and market a little bit. Because we were a little worried at first but now we're doing some marketing and like people are coming over and they love it. Like so you hear people even talking on here. It's you can do the free one. We don't care if you do the upgrades. We don't. We really don't. The, the, the, the. The team of people out there that we have cultivated, all of us together has been truly amazing. They lift each other up, they help each other. You know, if there's anybody being we'll get rid of them. It's positivity. Lift each other. Here's how you do this. This is what I tried. Such a community. It's about what do we have like 12, 13, 000 people now and growing like so jump on there. You will have a lot for free. Make sure you click on classroom. There's a ton of stuff right there. A lot of people don't click around. And then we do have two upgrades that 25 and a 30 or 60. And the reason that we do that is because that's the stuff that takes a long time and even the 60. We've done some stuff that we've been asked for. Well and I talked about a steroid cycle that he. And it's not because we're advocating for steroids. We're ass. So we just do that to try to give the people and the questions that we get get what they want and it's never ending. We're always under construction. We're both really good at like what we do. He's really good at like the organization and keeping everything. This place is dope because of this guy. But we both bring a lot to the table and it toss a lot of our energy. Absolutely. So that's why we charge for certain things. But other than that it's dope. Jump on there. We would love to see on there, man.
William T. Haas
Yep, absolutely. And. And we have a lot of. A lot of our answers and different protocols come from not only just our minds but, but, but these guests that you guys have all seen, right? With.
JD Denim
Yeah.
William T. Haas
From Josh Holyfield to Trevor Paul, back to our. A lot of any questions you guys ask a lot of those answers. Yeah, we on the complex ones consult with. With those guys, different doctors, etc.
JD Denim
So we're always going to improve because that's who Will and I are in our team of a lot of people. Both we've had numerous people that are some big wigs in the industry when they left here. They. They send us some praises of our team that yeah, we're just like you guys. Team is just amazing because they are. We truly have hearts to serve and really all kind of share the message of just trying to help people get healthy.
William T. Haas
Yeah.
JD Denim
And that is amazing. And we're gonna have doctors on. We have another gal coming on Tiffany who's coming on at the end of the month who is going to be kind of like Dr. Scott really about gut health and hormone replacement for you ladies. She's going to be really into that. And just some other Dr. Chestnut. If anybody follows him, my wife sent me him. We reach out. He wanted to come on. He's huge. Like, huge. And that's what we're going to do. Continue to push the envelope on getting better people on here because we love learning from them. You know, like we're all under construction. And again, we'll never hear us say this is how it is because we're know we that we are constantly learning. We're just trying to give you guys the best information. And that's been a blessing to be able to have this podcast podcast to have people that want to come on
William T. Haas
so and a potential. And a. A potential vet to talk to us about Peptides future treatments. Right. We're working on that. Professional working on that. These doctors need to be careful. Right. They're not allowed to describe tiptoe most of the peptide. So yeah, we'll probably have a vet here to talk about pets and and you know what are some potential right remedies and potential things that might be in the future for rise so ride y.
JD Denim
Other than that, we will catch you on the next round. Take care.
William T. Haas
Good night.
