Hello Phenoms. Here's another short episode of the Phenomenal Future Podcast. TL;DR - Spend seven days writing down everything you do. It's a scary exercise, but worth it. Your productivity will skyrocket and go through the roof. Excuses are a dime a dozen:* I can't invest because I don't have enough time to keep up.* I can't start a podcast because I have a full time job. * I can't make videos because I'm not pretty enough or I'm not handsome enough.* I can't start my dream business because I don't have enough money. Hogwash! These are just stories. They are only fact if you believe them.I challenge you to write down, in a journal or notebook, where you spend your time over the next week. * Be rigorous. * If it's 5 minutes scanning news headlines, write it down. * Don't wait to write down later. You'll forget. You'll lie to yourself. * Don't judge yourself during the exercise. * Keep track of your sleep as well. * At the end of the week, add up occurences of each action and see where your time went. If you don't see at least 5 hours of wasted time, congratulations. For the rest of us (me included), there lies the opportunity to massively increase your productivity.
