Be Still & Be Loved is a guided Scripture meditation designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and rest in God's presence. Whether you're beginning your day, taking a midday pause, or preparing for sleep, this space invites you to breathe deeply and receive His peace.

Take a few moments to settle into a comfortable position. If you're able, lie down. If not, find a seat where you can rest without distraction.

As you begin to notice your breath, pay attention to how your state of being starts to shift. Every inhale and exhale is a reminder that God is near, holding you with His steady love.

In this guided meditation, you'll reflect on 2 Corinthians 4:7:

"But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us."

Though our bodies are fragile, they carry something infinitely valuable—God's presence. He is our greatest treasure, and He treasures every part of us, including our minds. Together we'll quiet the noise, fix our thoughts on what is excellent, noble, and true, and rest in the One who is making us new—body, mind, and spirit.

Breathe deeply. You are held. You are loved. You are His treasure.
