Today we are talking all things spirituality, touch, sexuality, consent and more with Kimberly James. Kimberly James holds certificates in multiple healing modalities. She spends most of her time working as a Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) facilitator, yoga/meditation instructor, travel coach, and an English professor. She is currently studying to become an Erotic Concious Touch and Cuddle practitioner in hopes of helping people become more comfortable with touch, pleasure, and their bodies. Her studies of various healing modalities allow her to bring a holistic approach to healing. She is a strong believer in the importance of self-care, especially for black people and people of color. Outside of the healing practices, Kimberly has traveled to 81 countries and all 7 continents. Yes, including Antarctica which she has visited 3 times. She grew up in Cleveland and has lived in Boston, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, and currently resides in Atlanta.
