Lauren Tastes Beet Sausage

I've always heard my dad complain endlessly about his sausage recipes. Too much water, not enough salt or "DAMMIT THE FAT CONTENT ISNT RIGHT". Shoutout to Mark. (And Grandpa, and Great Grandpa). Today we try multiple types of beet sausage, some meatless, some with meat, to see how other sausage stuffers get it done.
