Our chats will be just that, very conversational, not entirely sensible and with any luck totally enjoyable. Now I couldn’t begin to list the incredible benefits I’ve realized over the more than 15 years of Sea and be Scene celebrations, but I will tell you that chief among them has been connecting with true experts in Atlantic Canada. Folks who have locked in on a lane and excelled past the others to truly lead the way. They are my GO-TOs for all the HOW TOs and whatnot within their respective industries, and when it comes to real estate, our East Coast Expert is Susan Diamond. A realtor with Engel & Völkers here in Nova Scotia, Susan is based in Chester with listings that span the South Shore. Her knowledge of the market is second to none and is the finest kind of resource to have on our roster. So indeed I’m thrilled that she’s made time for our show today – to chat about buying and selling here in the province and to celebrate, as 2026 marks her 10^th anniversary as a realtor. Naturally, I’ve come up with a great game to mark the milestone, so we’ll play a fun round of ADVISE THE BUYER and take a trip down memory lane to highlight the happenings.
