This episode we're proud to have Reiki Joe! Joe Tubolino is a local reiki master who shares with us his story on how he learned about the awakening of his highly healing powers. We had such a meaningful conversation with Joe about his healing and transformation and how we can learn from it. Joe explains energy healing and the history of it and how it turned into the practice of Reiki. We also talk about the importance of meditating and how it can help us connect deeper with who we really are.
We especially loved our conversation surrounding chakras because we integrate the importance of balancing chakras through our products at kaleidoscope. As energetic beings it is so important to keep our chakras balanced and connected to the universe. Joe gives us a lot of tips on how to keep in touch with what chakras are in and out of line. Food is a choice so why not fill our bodies with the most meaningful ingredients possible?
