Hello there, Alex!

Alex is a Broadway actor and woo woo enthusiast walking that fine line between surviving and thriving all while trying to give her dog Millie the life she deserves. Over the past decade Alex has been living life as a Broadway Gypsy. She’s been seen in various Broadway shows, National Tours and some of the top regional houses in the country. As she approached her Saturn return, Alex decided to take a more holistic approach to life as a creative and is (trying to) shift her focus from the outcome to the journey.

Alex was pure joy to talk to! Our podcasts have similar vibes and we started our conversation with a focus on how to make our platforms more inclusive spaces. She also shared the work she is doing individually to be actively anti-racist and maintain authentic, sustainable activism. We then get into the theme of her pod: redefining creativity! She is passionate that there is truly no mold for being creative and that it can manifest in countless ways. She broke down the difficulty of letting go of the outcome and instead focusing on the journey, sharing the benefits of shifting your mindset. This episode is feel-good goodness. Alex's mission is so uplifting and we are thrilled to share it to the world because as she said, "There is too much s**t in the world to do something that doesn't feel good."
