We've already locked down, sir.

[Dad]

They're looking for Brinley. We know about the lockdown.

Dad.

I thought you were going back for Birdie.

Had to reverse course for a bit. Kid, I need you to get to the roof immediately. Can you do that?

First of all, the man just stole my company. But more than that. You don't remember this, but you and I, we knew each other a long time ago. And I am very aware that the world was once headed down a different direction.

Cam, Badger, and Holliday. They were more than pals. The Four was a family and a force. You have no idea how much trouble we caused Whittier Corp.

Blame your boss, Angelica Graves, for that one. Bots and mutants were natural enemies in that world.

Yet now you are relying on me to get well anywhere.

Well, my dad had to bail on the rescue mission, so I swam to a nearby island and. How shall I put this? Commandeered a small boat.

[Casey]

[Jude (younger)]

You mean you stole it?

[Adam]

Like father, like daughter, I guess.

[Jude (younger)]

Cyrus once told me you had to be an adult your entire childhood. That your life was really hard and lonely.

Is that a reality you want back? I know things are far from perfect here, but coming from someone who grew up without loving parents. You want to lose your mom for real?

I. I don't know. That world is foreign to me. But there are parts that feel right. Cyrus having both of his sisters around me and Cyrus together.

There are other ways those things can happen without unraveling the world the way it is now. Besides, falling in love with Cyrus all over again may not be such a bad thing.

[Brinley]

You know, a world where my mother is here and Holiday is back with her family.

[Cyrus]
