The pace of scientific and technological change is accelerating, from government acknowledgement of UAPs to breakthroughs in CRISPR gene editing that are reshaping life itself. But how does all of this connect all the way back to the very beginning of the Bible? Is what the world calls normal today actually setting the stage for something more apocalyptic? Are we simply watching scientific progress or something more significant unfolding beneath the surface? Today's guest is here with an urgent message and he's going to share it with us right now. Hello, everybody, and welcome to Skywatch tv. I'm Joe Artist Horn. Today we continue what I promise will be an explosive part two interview with our special guest. Let me introduce who's here. His powerful teachings on prophecy, the nephilim, spiritual warfare and the Remnant calling have drawn a passionate global audience. A sought after Christian voice, he speaks boldly all across the nation on AI, genetic technology, identity, and the supernatural forces shaping today's world. Please welcome Pastor Larry Ragland.
B
Thank you. Thank you for having me. Thank you. I'm honored to be here. Thank you.
A
Last week, I was nearly speechless. By the end of that episode, Larry was wound up by the Holy Spirit. You could feel the presence of God in this building and. And he just went, did he not? Yeah, yeah. His brand new book. And let's bring this up on the screen so you guys get a good look at this cover the final flood, ancient supernatural technology, fallen angels, and taking your place in the Noah generation. Larry, I love what you did last week to frame the emphasis on Noah in the days of Noah, because often as we do these programs and we talk about the days of Noah being the sign of the time of Christ's eminent return, we tend to look at the circumstances that make up prophetic markers. And then we try to equivocate that to the days that we're living in, then try to decide, are we living in the days of Noah? But until last week, and I'll be really honest with you, I had never heard. I think this was kind of a new thought for Donna Howell as well. The focus on Noah also being the embodiment of what Christ expects us to attempt to live up to. This is Noah leading by example. It's not just the circumstances that Noah was surrounded in. He's modeling for us what Christ expects us to model. Does that make sense?
B
Yes.
A
Yes. Well, Larry, there is nothing normal about the days that we're living in. I don't know if there ever was a season of normal, but right now it just feels out of control. From social media to what's happening in the Middle east to whispers of UAPs and footage of aliens and crafts and just, you know, it's not clever to say that we're likely living in the last days, but we don't want to set dates. You write that what society calls normal right now is actually a setup for deception. And that's where I want to start this week. That's a bold claim. Walk us through your evidence for that assertion.
B
Well, I go back to the foundation of the whole book, which is Matthew 24 that we talked about last week, and it's been talked about for existence of Skywatch TV is, you know, the conditions. As in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of Man. Well, as you said in the opening, for generations, we've studied the conditions.
A
That's it.
B
That's it. We've not really studied Noah. But what I want to remind people in the book, and I remind them in my congregation, is that don't forget there was a man that found grace in the eyes of the Lord that built in the midst of that. And in Matthew 24, he also talks about they were marrying, giving in marriage. They were eating and drinking. They were partying. And that was also an evidence that they had normalized it. And it's hard to grasp that they had normalized that when you really start thinking about what the days of Noah actually probably looked like. But then they had actual giants walking around. I mean, they actually had hybrid beings. I mean, the DNA of the human beings had all been corrupted, and there's no telling. There was all kinds of perversion going on right there around him. But they had thought Noah was the weird one. They thought he was the weird one. They were normal. And so that's what happens to us. The Remnant is labeled the Weird one. We're the weird ones. We're the crazy ones. We're the kooks. We're the tinfoil hat people. Oh, you really literally believe the Bible. You really literally have a biblical worldview of everything that's going on. Yes, I do. So that makes us weird. You think about those days. It's even on another level now. It's because we have been systematically programmed to normalize things. And our attention spans because of social media is just like goldfish has more than us. So it's like we can't. We can't even watch a movie without scrolling our phone while we're watching the movie, because we've been programmed. So I'm sure that many of the viewers have heard this before. I like to illustrate it like this. This is how we got here. That when the enemy plays the long game. I want to step back and say this too, is that when I, and I think I talked about it last week, is that the Watchers, according to the Book of Enoch, came across during the days of Jared. When I was writing the book, I thought, okay, if we are the generation of Noah, then what would be our generation Jared? So I started looking at the timeline. If this really is a final incursion, that is there's nothing new under the sun and they are mimicking it. I started doing a timeline on a generation. So I went all the way back and I noticed that. And I can't prove this. This is just my theory that somewhere around 1890 to 1920 would be our equivalent of the Jared generation. Come on. Come on. High five. On so would be what we call the Industrial Revolution. So the knowledge just exploded somewhere around that time. So what immediately came in the midst of that knowledge? Communication. Programming ways to program people. And he plays the long game. So he knew that he couldn't just all of a sudden invent the Internet. So he had to first invent the telegram. Then he invented radio. Then everybody gathered around the radio. Then he invented television. Now we're flying. We got car, we got radio, we got tv. Then we go to the moon, and now we have AI. So that's the long game that gets us to the Noah generation. But all along that path has been programming. And I like to make a play on words. And I also want to say that just as Jesus is intentional on his words, the enemy is very cunning and he's very intentional in what he tries to hijack. So, of course, tv. TV is short for television. Television from the very beginning was an ability to tell a vision. So television without a vision, the people perish. So the enemy says that God's word is his vision. I'm going to tell my vision. So the way I'm going to television is through programming. So he starts doing television programming. And so we've been programmed to normalize this. We're programmed through movies. We're programmed through Close Encounters of the third kind. We're programmed through E.T. we're being programmed for years to normalize beings and that are going to come on the scene, to make them our friends. Then, of course, you have our phone. So what is the Word of God? The word of God was originally written on what would be known as a scroll. So what do we do with our phone? We Scroll. So we. So he has hijacked the scroll when we are scrolling. What do they call it? Our feed. We are being fed. The Bible tells us we're supposed to eat of the word and consume the word. So he's hijacked everything he has tried to desensitize, starting with television, now with the scroll, now with our feed. He is feeding us a narrative so that our attention span is so small now that you have, you have something come out where they're releasing videos of this and this and it's shocking. And then the next day nobody's even talking about it because we are just so desensitized to what is going on in the world that the enemy has got the body of Christ so deceived. And think about what Jesus said. Jesus said this deception, this strong delusion that is going to come in the end times is going to be so great that if it were possible, it would deceive the very elect, meaning the ones that he was talking about, that's going to be deceived. It's not the world, it's the church. Paul writes and says he's not coming unless there first come a great falling away. And I tell my church all the time, look, I said, that's not talking about the condition of the world. The world's already fallen.
A
That's exactly.
B
You can't fall away from a fallen state. It's talking about the church. The church is going to fall for the lie because we have normalized it and we have turned the modern day church into an entertainment venue. And we're just getting our ears tickled, we're getting butterflies in our belly and we're just checking the list. Checkbox. I went to church checkbox. And we're not getting equipped. And Joe, I believe that is the urgency to equip the body of Christ to wake up and to tell as many people as possible while we still have time.
C
Amen.
A
Amen.
C
Then in the 19th century, we also kicked God out. We said, you are not creator. We evolved.
B
Yes, ma'.
C
Am. And from that moment on, it was a step forward to what's called eugenics, which began in the 19th century and it continued here in the United States. And it is now branded not eugenics. It is transhumanism. Yes. It is trying to have eternal life without Jesus Christ.
B
Preach. Absolutely 100%. Yes, ma'.
C
Am.
A
So Sharon's talking about eugenics, and I mentioned at the onset of the program this acronym, crispr. But the Pentagon has now officially acknowledged UAPS scientists are editing Human embryos with CRISPR AI systems are being granted legal identities in some countries. How does a pastor from Alabama. Larry Ragland.
B
Yeah, exactly.
A
You know, we've got technology. The world is different. How do you connect all of this to a story in Genesis?
B
Well, let me just say this, and I want to turn to the expert and get her opinion. I connect the whole purpose of CRISPR, Cas9 technology, transhumanism, gene editing, DNA editing, it's all a part of the beast system. So when the mark of the beast happens, this is just my opinion. I call it the gospel according to Larry. I think that there's a reason why, and I can't explain it. And you may be able to explain it, but I believe the mark because it says there's no more forgiveness for you. You're sealed, you're doomed when you take that mark. But it's not just the mark. It's the allegiance to the image of the beast that goes with it as well. So I believe that the mark, you're saying, give me that technology that has the ability to immediately something to inject into my bloodstream, change me from being a human being, something else, and therefore I'm unredeemable. That's just my opinion, but I believe that's where it's headed. That's ultimately where I believe it's headed.
C
I am so in agreement with you. I think it's the last free will choice man makes who decides to take that mark. And I believe that the mark makes you an imager of the fallen realm, makes you an imager of the beast. And you no longer have the opportunity to be an imager of our holy creator. And it is coming. It is coming. I just saw a story a few days ago about a DNA formed machine. They're now using origami, sort of DNA nanotechnology, and it is allegedly going to make you a healthier person. I wrote about that in 2003 in the Armageddon strain. And it is now coming true. And it will if you accept it. That's just it. You accept and worship. But I guarantee if you accept that mark, it's your free will last free will opportunity, because you will then worship because you're now an imager for the beast.
B
Wow. Wow, that's so good.
D
All of this talk that we've got going on about DNA manipulation and CRISPR and all of this genetic that's happening on the scene today. I have to give credit to Nita Horne, my mother, who many, many years ago sat down and helped write the Ahriman Gate with my father, Dr. Thomas Horne. And one of the theories that was brought up, one her original idea was, look, if we, you know, everything that Jesus blood stands for, it is eternal life. What it has done for us is to cleanse us from the inside out. All of these different things. What if one of the theories, what if the mark of the beast represents some way where this man shows up on the scene and he claims to be Christ and he says, my blood is going to save you from, I don't know, you know, Covid 2.0 or some kind of a virus is released upon the earth or some. That we need an instant antidote of some sort, that his blood will be the blood that will bring us from whatever malady that is. And of course, this is, as my mom and dad used to refer to it, the dark communion. We're talking about a literal demonization, a literal satanic property of what Jesus intended to be, what would cleanse us from the inside out. And I'll add to the end of that. Look, I'm with you, Pastor Larry. We are. And I've been saying it. And Joe will even, Joe will even identify with this. I've been saying it and saying it and saying it. The messy ones are coming. That's what the church is going to refer to this next generation. We're not going to know. How do we, how do we connect with them? How do we. But there's a harvest coming.
A
Yes.
B
Amen.
D
And that harvest is not going to be the messy ones in God's eyes. That is going to be God's anointed. He says, touch not my anointed. They're going to recognize all of this deception exactly for what it is. And we're going to have preachers like you at the forefront saying, do not be deceived. This was coming. So thank you. Thank you for being somebody who is willing to tackle the weird stuff. Because the next generation of Christians is going to be the people who rose up asking the weird stuff and none of the church will touch it. So thank you, Pastor.
C
Wow.
B
Thank you. Thank you. That's good preaching.

Larry, one of the people that contributed to your book who wrote the Forward actually is well known Christian minister Joseph Z. And he says in the Forward that you walked through some of the most difficult obstacles while writing this book. I infer that you experienced some supernatural pushback like the Enemy did not want this book to come out. Talk to us about what the cost has been to get this message out.
B
Well, all along the writing of the book, simply because of the content, you can only imagine the spiritual warfare that was happening. Things were going on in my family, things were going on in my body. When the book was first starting to be birthed in my life, even before I started writing it, my mom was dying of Alzheimer's. My mother in law that was like the most precious woman of God in my life was also dying of Alzheimer's. But me and my wife both are mothers at the same time. And then shortly after that, the greatest man of God I've ever known known in my life was my father in law Quickly died of a rapid cancer. So we went through all of that, and then I wrote all 11 of the 12 chapters. And I was writing chapter 12, which was, to me, the most important chapter, because it's the generation of Noah's is what it's called, which is why I wrote the book, is to, okay, this is who we are now. Now that we know this, what are we going to do with this? And I wrote the whole chapter, and I would just read it, and I just know that's not it, and I'd throw it away. I literally wrote the last chapter, like, maybe, I know, two times, maybe two and a half times. And finally the whole Holy Spirit just moved upon me and just said, you need to just stop and step away and just take a breather, and I'll finish this. We'll finish this another time. So maybe a week later of just not even writing, we had a big storm come through Birmingham and knocked out all the power everywhere. And it just so happened to be the week of Pentecost, the day before Pentecost Sunday. And I had been preaching a sermon series leading up to Pentecost. Where there's smoke, there's fire was the name of my sermon series. So the Sunday before Pentecost, the last words I said was, I said, I want everybody to know that we've been in the area here for 30 years, but there's people in Birmingham don't even know our church exists. I said, but next week. And y'.
A
All.
B
I meant this spiritually. I want to clarify this spiritually. I said, but next week, the fire of God is going to burn so hot in this place that the smoke is going to come out of the top of this building. All of Birmingham is going to travel to see what's on fire. That was the Sunday before Pentecost. Well, the day before Pentecost, the storm hit and the power was out. We had a big baptism planned and everything, and it was out for six hours. And I was checking in on the app because I knew we had Pentecost Sunday. And I got the news that the power of the church had come back on. I was so excited. And about 10 minutes later, our security system called me and said, you need to get to the building. Your church is on fire. And I was like, that's a false alarm. There's no way in this world. They said, no, we have confirmation in the parking lot. This is what the words said. The smoke is coming out of the top of the building, and we can't see the building. It's on fire. It's a very serious fire. So I drove straight there. And as I stood there that night, I watched the firemen going in and out. They wouldn't let me come in. And I'm standing there by myself with the greatest peace that I've ever had in my life. There was no chaos, whatever. It was just peace. And the Lord spoke to me and said, now that I have your burning bush moment in front of you, I need to give you chapter 12. And chapter 12 downloaded in my spirit. And that's how I got it. And I literally got some. Some of the things that are in chapter 12, standing there, literally watching my church burn. And I went back and finished the book.
C
Wow.
A
And for context, you're not going to be able to see this until you have your own copy, but I'm looking at it. Chapter 12. A Generation of Noahs. Now, Larry, we have to get to this next part before we run out of time. With about 8 and a half minutes left, this might be the most important thing you'll have shared since you came here last week. You end the book with a call to be a builder.
B
Yes.
A
What exactly do you mean by what are you building?
B
Well, you're building the kingdom. The kingdom is the ark. The ark is the church. And when Noah was getting the blueprints, I want everyone to think about this and imagine this. He was building something on a level that had never been done, preaching about something coming that had never happened. Rain. It had never rained before. There was a mist that came up from the earth that watered and kept the lakes and the reservoirs filled. It never happened. I also, I liken the topic of rain to the topic of Jesus coming back, the rapture of the church. Because the Bible says in the last days, they'll scoff, they'll mock that. You keep talking about, everybody says it's coming, but it's never came. So they won't believe it anymore. So you can imagine over 100 years, he's building this massive boat. He's preaching about something coming. They ask him, what is this thing you're talking about?
A
Rain?
B
He had to say, I don't know what it is. I have no idea what it is. All I know is Jesus said to tell you it's coming. God said to tell you it's coming. Well, while he's doing that, he's building something. He's building a boat. The magnitude of that is just. Even after studying, I can't even comprehend it. Because one of the things we do in the book is we Use technology to sort of estimate how many trees had to be cut down. I mean, you wouldn't even think the trees had to be cut down. Then they had to be turned into lumber. And the Bible says that he was instructed to build this boat and to seal these planks. Think about this from within and without with pitch. Within and without, with pitch. Well, the word pitch in the original language is the word atonement. And a lot of people don't realize that it's the word atonement. It's the same word that they use for atonement. So he says, I want you to seal it with atonement from within and without. Oh, it's powerful. Powerful. It's a type and shadow of the body of Christ. It's the same word that many scholars believe is used for atonement. So it's being sealed, waterproofed. But while he's building this, he's building, he's building, he's building. My mind just went to imagining. This is. I can almost hear Noah saying, okay, you've given me every specific. You've told me, this is where the elephants are going to go. This is where the cows are going to go, this is where my family's going to go, and this ramp is what we're going to all walk up. But, God, I have one question. Why have you not given me any instruction? I've sealed this. I've waterproofed this whole boat because. But I cannot figure out how I'm going to keep water out of this door because you never told me how to shut it and you never told me how to seal it. It's the biggest opening. I mean, elephants are coming in. Two elephants are coming in. It's massive. How am I going to shut the door? You've given me everything except that. And God said, you just build what I tell you to build. The door, the door is mine. The door is mine. This is your job. The door is mine. You think about In John, chapter 10, he said, I am the door. The door is mine. And so when it came time, when it was finished, he said, go, get on the boat. For seven days, the Bible said he stood on that ark with his family while the door remained open. Now, there's no scripture preference for this. I'm just saying I can't imagine that he's not in there screaming, there's still time. Get on the boat. The door is open. I know you rejected me this whole time, but God is showing you grace and mercy. The door is still open. And they didn't come, they didn't come. And the most horrifying sound that Noah ever experienced, in my opinion, was the sound of that door beginning to shut. And when I was typing that chapter, it's why I say it's my favorite chapter, not because of how it made me feel. Because while I'm typing, I was thinking about my kids, I was thinking about my grandkids, I was thinking about my family, but more importantly, I was thinking about the ones that I love that don't know Jesus.
C
Yeah.
B
Yeah. And I thought, that's the call. That's the mandate. That's why it has to be about Noah and it has to be about all of it. But it has to be about the call of what it means to be a Noah. It doesn't just mean build a building. And I think that's what the Westernized church has done, is we've concentrated on lights and smoke and smoke machines and music and coffee and donuts. We've learned how to build the building, but we've forgotten about the altar. I mean, there are churches now that don't even have an altar anymore. They don't even have an altar. Where is the call? Where is the call come? Because the door is open. And as I'm typing it out, I just said, lord, that's what I'll do if you'll open doors for me. I'll just compel him to get on the ark because the door is still open. But one day, hear me. One day. And I don't know when Jesus himself said, no man knows the day nor the hour, not the angels in heaven, but my Father only knows this. But there's going to come a day that the door is going to close. And it's almost like I feel this, that end times prophecy in the days of Noah, that we talk about today and last week, and you talk about every time that these cameras are on, it's almost like we feel the door is closing. It's not closed, but you can almost feel a sense of urgency. The door is closing. There was a time where we could talk about, one day the door is going to start closing. I feel like now the conversation is shifting to not one day the door is going to start closing. I think the conversation is, the door is closing. We can feel it. Those watchers, those that are on the wall, those that are builders, they can feel it. They can feel the doors closing. And with it comes spiritual warfare. I'm going through it right now in my own life. The enemy is going to try to stop me. You from building now, I have to encourage myself in the Lord sometimes. And I think everybody on this platform and in this room and watching, we have to be like, David, you know, it looks bad. I mean, the enemy is going to come in and try to destroy everything that we love. David came back from a great win, a great victory, only to find the camp burned to the ground and the women and children gone. And the same people that said, I'm with you all the time, they turned their eyes towards him and said, it's your fault. David was a Noah. David was by himself. In that moment, it's all you. And they turned on the builder, they turned on the leader, they turned on the visionary. And he just said, what am I going to do, God? What am I going to do? And he found a way to get away and just encourage himself in the Lord. And I feel like that's what we need to do today, is encourage ourselves in the Lord and to remind ourselves that Jesus is coming. The door is still open. Amen.
A
Wow.
D
Yes. Amen.
A
Larry, we only have about minute left. I don't even want to try to follow that. This is where you open up the altars and you start playing music and people come forward. I mean, this is not the time to lead out on a TV program in about a minute. If somebody is watching this program and they want to know this messiah that you're talking about, would you do a
B
call to Christ, Father, in the name of Jesus. Everyone that's watching anywhere around the world right now, let them understand that you love them so much that you are pulling at their heart right now. They sense that urgency, too. No matter what they've done, no matter how far they've gone away from you, it's not too far. The door is not closed. It's closing, but it's not closed. And the way you get on it is to go through the door. His name is Jesus. I compel you right now to call out on Jesus Christ in him alone, repent of your sins and say, jesus, I confess you as my Lord and my Savior. I surrender my life to you. I am coming on the boat. I am going to serve you with every fiber of my being for the rest of my life. In Jesus name, amen. Amen.
D
Amen.
C
Amen.
A
Ladies and gentlemen, I have the impossible responsibility of leading this program out. I cannot have said anything better than what Larry just did. This is what this program is about. And I pray that if you're watching this program, you dedicate your life to Jesus Christ. He is the only way. And that's why I say every week, keep your eyes on the prize. Which is Jesus Christ. We'll be back,

Episode: The Falling Away Isn't What You Think
Date: June 28, 2026
Host: Joe Ardis Horn
Guest: Pastor Larry Ragland
Panelists: Sharon Gilbert, Donna Howell, Nita Horne (referenced), Joseph Z. (referenced)
This episode delves deep into the biblical prophecy of the “falling away” as referenced in end-times theology, connecting it with explosive advances in science and technology, the normalization of the supernatural, and the spiritual condition of modern society. Pastor Larry Ragland shares insights from his new book, The Final Flood: Ancient Supernatural Technology, Fallen Angels, and Taking Your Place in the Noah Generation, challenging common views on what it means to be “like Noah” in an age of increasing deception, technological transformation, and spiritual compromise.
This episode challenges the belief that “falling away” refers mainly to secular society and presents a prophetic warning to the church: that normalization, technological advances, and spiritual apathy can set even the faithful up for deception. Drawing on the days of Noah and technology’s role in desensitization, Pastor Ragland passionately urges believers to take up the role of “builders,” sound the alarm, and lead others to salvation before the “door” closes.
