In this episode, I dive into exactly how I prepare my energy, my body, and my space to facilitate soul-healing events and classes.

An impactful leader and speaker knows how to dance between structure and flow. Personally, I don't have a solid script or plan for my talks and events but I ALWAYS set up my energy and prepare myself to safely channel so that I can provide a secure, loving, and transformational environment, both physically and spiritually, for all involved.

I have been facilitating group classes for over 10 years and have refined my process of energetic protection/preparation and I'm so excited to share it with you today!
