Mystic Monday | Your Core Wound IS Your Purpose: The Mystic's Path from Wounded Empath to Empowered Soul

We're in week four of our May theme: From Pain to Purpose, The Awakening Journey of the Sensitive Soul. This week we're going all the way to the root. To the wound that is coded into your soul as your greatest superpower.

A decade sober. Over a decade on this path. Interfaith minister in training, ordained shamanic minister, seminary student of Islam, Sufism, Christianity, Kabbalah, Taoism, Buddhism, and Hinduism. As above, so below. As within, so without. What is being exposed in the world is being exposed within you. That is not a crisis. That is an initiation.

~Track your core wound. What is underneath your triggers? What has your inner child been carrying the longest? Name it. That is your blinking red arrow toward purpose.

~Ask for the gift: "Show me the gift. What is it my soul could not have gotten any other way?" And then listen.

~Create something from the most tender place within you. A poem. A song. A piece of writing. Raw and real. Let the wound become art. That is alchemy.
