Minute Maid Zero Sugar tastes so great, it sells itself. So we didn't bother to write this ad. Minute maid Zero Sugar. Great taste. Zero Sugar sells itself.

Welcome to the 1000 Hours Outside podcast. My name is Ginny Urich. I'm the founder of 1000 Hours Outside and I have read an incredible book, just a feel good, light hearted book called Undercover Kindness. Saying yes to love, no to fear and, and embracing the life changing power of ordinary generosity. Jimmy Darts, who goes around and asks people for help and then changes their lives. Millions and millions of social media followers. Welcome, Jimmy.
Jimmy Darts
Thank you so much for having me on. And yeah, it's, it's crazy. Yeah. That, that you read my book. I appreciate it so much. I've, I've only read like two books in my life, so, you know, you don't necessarily have to be the, the best reader to put a book together, you know, if you can tell a, a great story to help people out. So hopefully that's what that book did.
Ginny Urich
Okay. I loved it so much. There's incredible stories in here and I joined in on my first one this week. I joined in on the grandparents at the. You were like at a good. Yes. So I contributed to that one.
Jimmy Darts
Let's go.
Ginny Urich
So let's start with that one. So talk to people about what you do. Like that story, the grandparents in the Goodwill and, and she's in, not a wheelchair, but some sort of like a motorized chair. She's got her dog.
Jimmy Darts
And you were like, he.
Ginny Urich
Can you help me wrap this present?
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, it's pretty crazy. I was driving around all day and yeah. Was in like Long Beach, California, and I went into this like veteran thrift store slash Goodwill place and I saw this older couple there that were shopping and they had a cute little dog with them. And I was just like, hey, is there any way you could help me wrap this present? It's like probably the most frustrating question you could get asked. Like wrapping a present, you have to like lay down on the floor and you know, it's just a whole thing. I can't, I can't wrap anything to save my life. But sure enough, this sweet lady helped me out and, and her husband. And that's when I just began to ask them a simple question. You know, I was gonna really go around all day and just have people wrap the gift and ask them how their Christmas was. And if they said their Christmas was going great, I'd say, oh, thanks so much. Have a good day. But I was really looking for someone that was going through something difficult and sure enough, I just say, how's your Christmas going? And she's like, not good. I'm really like, what's going on? And she began to explain that, yeah, since February, her and her husband have been, you know, sleeping out of their car. Just the prices in California. They moved to help one of their uncles rebuild in another state and then came back and just, yeah, like, I mean, you make one mistake or miss one bill or job doesn't go through, especially in California. I mean, you're, you're on razor thin margins. And so sure enough, they've been in their car. And so I surprised them with $500. They were blown away, tearing up, so thankful. And what I really liked is her husband was just so excited to work. He's like, man, call me Johnny on the spot. You need me to put in a sink or paint your walls on there? And I was like, man, the Internet's going to love this guy because he's actually looking for work full time. And you know, they're older, so a lot of people don't want to hire older people. And his wife had back surgery. They actually messed it up. So they were going to have to go in, put more rods in her back and all this stuff. Well, we just, yeah, surprised him yesterday. $50,000 came in. And also we surprised him with a car. We had a big bow on it. So they were crying their eyes out. They were blown away. We found an amazing dealership to come in and help out with that. And then he told me he just got offered a full time position. Someone just hired him for maintenance work and stuff. So just, just so cool rate in time for Christmas, you know, and it really is the most surreal feeling ever. It's like I, I might as well paint my Honda red because anytime I get in there, I feel like I'm hopping in like Santa's sleigh or something. It's like, man, someone is just one act away from getting their life flipped upside down. But it's really, people like you, you know, $500 can put a smile on someone's face. But, you know, $50,000, you know, a thousand people given $5, $10 here, there. That's what these fundraisers are made up of. And that's why it cool, you know, and, and I just, yeah, thank you so much for helping them out. They're forever grateful to that. And it's, it's going to be a really cool story to follow.
Ginny Urich
It was incredible. It was so incredible to be a part of it. And I just Read this book. It's coming out in January, called Mattering. And it's about how, like, more than belonging, we need to feel like we matter. It's such an important part of the human experience. And so what you're doing is you're giving these people an opportunity. You're giving people all over the world an opportunity to matter to someone by bringing out these stories. And so there's just story after story that's happening that's just like this. So if people watch the video, you're on all the different social medias, and I'll make sure. I'll link. But the lady wraps the present. Like she puts the dog in the basket.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah.
Ginny Urich
She's helping you wrap this gift. Like you said, It's. It's awkward. You're like, I got scissors and tape. And then at the end, you say, what's your name? And she says, rachel. And you write her name, and you ask the husband's name, and you write their names on the package. So then she's so confused because you write their names on the package, and she says, this is for me. And you said, yeah, I was, you know, looking for someone who would help, and. And I'm, you know, gonna turn it back on you. And then they're just so shocked that it's the $500. And then you put out this campaign. You know, we're trying to raise $50,000 for this couple, and I noticed that most of the donations were five bucks. Like, the power of what $5 can do, you know, in community.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah.
Ginny Urich
So the book Undercover Kindness is filled with tons of stories that are very similar to this, but it also is filled with your own story of trying to, like, figure out your life. Let's talk about one more, okay? Just one more before we go on and talk about the backstory of how you got to do this. I love this one because I'm a mom.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah.
Ginny Urich
So you said you were out, and you're like, you're looking for someone. You know, you're just looking for people who will do a small act of kindness, and then you're going to just flip it around on them in this huge way. And so this one moment, you go up to this family, it's like a mom and dad, little kids or something, and you're like, I'm hungry. Or, you know, can you. And you said that she gave you a burrito from her backpack. And I love that story because I was like, what an incredible mom. Like, she has a burrito in her backpack.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, yeah. Yeah, she whipped it out. That was actually the first ever video like this that I did. I, you know, I was. I was trying to figure out, man, how can I really help people? And how can I do this? And, you know, make the video where it'd be great if I don't even have to be in the video, you know, if it's just, like, all about them and they're the hero of the story. And that's when I have a relationship with Jesus. You know, I gave my life to him when I was 18 years old. And I felt like he said, jimmy, what I want you to do is ask people for help, and when they help you, change their life. And so I was like, all right, well, I'm going to ask this family crossing the street if I can just have something to eat or they can help me out. And sure enough, yeah, they whip out a burrito. I'm not even sure if it had a bite out of it or not. And they had also, like, a dollar one of the daughters gave me. And at that time is my very, like, first video of doing this. And I. I had a hundred dollars. And I said, actually, here's a hundred dollars. I don't need your help. And the look on their face, you know, this is before it was ever a trend on the Internet or anyone knew anything about this kind of content. They. They were, like, froze for, like, five minutes. I'm like, no, actually take this. And they take the money and just get to pray over them. And they were just so hit. Because I think in that moment that when these people do these acts of kindness, it's really like a mirror pops up and they see, you know, how beautiful their heart is. You know, I know we're always so hard on ourselves and this and that, but I think for a moment there, they were actually like, wait. We had no clue we were going to get blessed. We just helped this guy without knowing. And now it's like a reflection back on ourselves to be like, wait, yeah, we actually do care for people, you know? And so we were able to then pay for their rent for a few months. And it was. It was really powerful. Um, yeah. And that. That's really when I saw the power of the Internet, because I posted that video and I didn't get, like, their phone numbers or nothing. I was just going to give them a hundred dollars. But it. We had so many views. People were commenting. He works at this Mexican restaurant in town. He's the best employee ever. So that's how I was able to get in contact with them. And then that's what I've realized from posting these videos, that there's really so many people that want to help. Different companies, different people where you'll post something and within a matter of days it's like they need new furniture. We own a furniture company. Their car's broken out. We'll give you a new car. So it's like, man, it's just, it's just so cool because, yeah, I think now more than ever people need to feel like there's good in the world and it's not just all dark. And we're all really, you know, one big family. We all got, you know, eyes and ears and a beating heart. And yeah, we might look different or have been born different or gone through different things, but at the end of the day we, our value is so much that more of anything else. You know, God made trees beautiful. He made animals amazing. I love the crap out of dogs. But he said, let us make man in our own image. And so men and women are made in the image of God. And there's nothing more valuable than that. And just to remind people of that, I think is what we really need to get back to.
Ginny Urich
You just showcase these incredible transformations. And you say if these people are able to help you when they have nothing or next to nothing, that, you know, this is who they are at their core. They're just so kind and that there's these kind people everywhere. And I love the part about that family where it was like the man, he, he already had such a reputation. Didn't he like it? Like in his whole community he had a reputation. People were like, we know him. And so for, for other people, it was like you provided an avenue for other people to express their appreciation for the character of that man. You say his community heard about it and started posting about how great it was to see him get recognized because they already knew he was a kind hearted guy.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah.
Ginny Urich
Gosh, just story after story.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, they're really. There really are these heroes. You know, I like to call them like undercover heroes because yeah, we celebrate the, the quarterback who wins the super bowl or this person or that. But honestly, like people in difficult situations that are generous, I mean, that is such a wild situation. Like I, like I said, you know, my whole life I, you know, since I met the Lord and when I was a little kid, my parents instilled generosity in me and you know, there's been tough times when I was younger and stuff and would choose to give and choose to love But I've never been in half or not Even, you know, 1% of the situations these people are in. So I just told the couple at the, at the thrift store the other day, I said, you know how amazing that is, what you just did? You're sleeping in your car and you just chose to help me out. The truth is, I have no clue what I would do if I was sleeping in my car. I might have ignored me, you know? So when I ask people for help, I'm not assuming that they're gonna help me. I'm like, yeah, they probably won't. But every time they do, it just blows my socks off. And I think that's why people want to donate, because they're like, oh my gosh. Like, it's one thing to give when you have an abundance, but when you're going through something that is moving to everyone.
Ginny Urich
Yeah, it sure is. It sure is. Okay, so let's talk about the history here. You have a long story of getting to this spot, and that's what under other kindness talk walks through. And I think it showcases that your path can be zigzaggy. And if you're a parent and you've got like a 17 year old like I do, and you're kind of nervous of which way their life is going to go, you can also be like, it worked out for Jimmy and your dad was like, hey, you're back home. What's your plan? So, you know, things can take a little bit of time and you find your way, but you have these moments of generosity even in your childhood. Can you talk about the time when it was Christmas and your parents gave you $100 but also an extra hundred dollars and you are supposed to give the extra hundred dol dollars and kind of figure out who you were going to give it to and that was really life changing for you.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. When I was a kid, for Christmas one year, my parents are like, hey, instead of gifts, we've got cash for you. I was jumping up and down doing like, trying to do a backflip off the couch, basically. I was so excited, like, we got 200 for you. And back then, I mean, that's, that's, you know, I don't know, what, like 19 years ago or something? That's like giving a kid, you know, I don't know, probably a thousand bucks today. And so I was like, oh my gosh. But they go, actually though, half of it you got to give away to a stranger. Not your cousin, not so like, not your best friend. You got to give half to a stranger. And I was like, what? Half of it to a stranger? And it's really powerful. Blessing strangers, it's always great. Bless the people around you, your friends and your family. But when you bless someone that truly cannot really bless you back or benefit you back, that. That's really powerful. And so I was like, all right, like, I'll give the hundred dollars to someone. And me and my mom, we were in Minneapolis, like, shopping, and that's when I saw this homeless guy out in. In the cold in Minnesota, freezing his butt off. And I gave him the $100. And, you know, he had just been used to getting middle fingers that day or quarters thrown at him. And one thing to see an adult, you know, give you a five dollar bill, but a kid running up to give you a hundred. And so just the look on his face, I'll never forget it. And what that did to me as a kid. And looking back, it's crazy because it's like, I know exactly what that guy's face looked like and what that felt, but I have no clue what I spent the other hundred dollars on, you know, So I would just encourage parents, like, yeah, you can't control your kids. You can't make them, like, have this career or that career. But you definitely can install, like, great lessons as they're growing up and do cool little things like that, you know, not where it's like, hey, for Christmas, you're not getting any gifts. You're just gonna give them away. Like, you know, I mean, the cool thing was my parents were like, were awesome. They were like, yo, you can get gifts, but half of it, you got to give to someone else, you know, So I think it's that balance of, like, you know, yeah, exercise generosity with your children, but don't force it on them. We're like, we're ripping everything away from you and, you know, like, be overly religious about it. And so that was a really powerful moment. And yeah, like you said, you know, your path can be zigzaggy. And I truly believe that. You know, like, I've made hundreds of mistakes in my life. I've gone left a million times when I should have gone, right? But at the end of the day, I just, like, return back to my closet and I just sit on my knees there just in like, Jesus. Like, you know, I really just want to, you know, love people and, and use my life however you want it to be. Like, I could choose this career, that career, but I know you know me better than I know myself. So just lead me in whatever that is, you know. And sure enough, I. I got into what I. I get to do today. But I really think, yeah, God is just speaking redemption over people. There's no condemnation in Jesus if you've made a mistake, if you've done this or that. Like, he looks at you and he has a plan for your life. And that plan, it doesn't always need to look like, crazy with bells and whistles and have. Be the coolest job ever. Like, no. When I was truly working at this restaurant in Austin, Texas, I barely had enough money to, like, get frozen pizza at the end of the month just to, like, cook. But I had so much fun at my job because I turned my environment into, like, an atmosphere that I love so much. I remember the first day I got to work at this restaurant, and everyone, all the servers and waitresses were just cussing up a storm and this and that, gossiping about each other. And then tables would come in to eat at this restaurant, and they would, like, make fun of the, like, the. The people eating and, like, say, I don't want to go to that table. And I was like, I almost quit on day one. I was like, this environment is crazy. But then I was like, wait, no. Am I going to be like a thermostat or a thermometer? You know, am I going to adjust to the temperature in the room or am I going to set the temperature? And that's when I was like, no, I'm not going to quit. I'm not going to leave this place. And sure enough, I just began to form friendships. I'd pray for people while they were, you know, eating. I'd say, hey, man, I see you got a broken wrist. I just believe God's good. He loves people. Is there any way I could say a quick prayer for that? And just the stories that came out of that place, I mean, it was. It was one of the funnest seasons of my life. And so you don't need, you know, to have the craziest job on earth. You know, you can take your job, but bring God into your job, and it can be so beautiful.
Ginny Urich
It's good. Yes. It's so much you're going to get out of this book, too. That's going to help you because you say things like, if it's not good, it's not the end, because God turns all things to good for those who love him. And I just think that's such a powerful statement. I. I got chills throughout the book. It was just very inspiring. And I and I love the part about how you give the hundred dollars. And you had said it was more thrill than any mall roller coaster could offer. It was better than any Hot Wheels track or video games. Like you said earlier, you don't even remember what you spent the other hundred dollars on. You wish you'd given him the other hundred dollars. But I thought this was such a big line. You said it's when you started to notice people all the time. It takes your whole posture and instead of turning it inward like would often happen at Christmas for a kid, it turns your focus outward. Like what is going on in people's lives and how can I intersect with them?

So then you ended up getting a hundred dollars. Once you were talking about at the Marriott job, you got a hundred dollar tip.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, yeah, it was crazy. Yeah, I, there's, it was like a buffet style thing where people could order from the menu. The buffet. This guy came in, got a buffet and so he served himself and all he ordered was like an orange juice from me and I came back to the table and he was gone. I'm like, what? There's $100 here? This must be a mistake. Like he's leaving $100 tip. And I just, I mean my head almost fell off of my body, I was so shook. You know, I tried not to tell everyone working there that they would get jealous or something, but that just rocked me to my core. And I was just, you know, a single guy not even going through a ton of crazy trials. So I can't imagine how it really affects these people. And one of the main things I would encourage everyone listening is you're not expected to be any one savior. There's one savior, his name was Jesus, who came and can actually transform people's hearts. Into their lives. No one expects you to be their savior. And what I mean by that is, so many times, you know, if we're at a restaurant or something and we see a homeless guy walk by, we're like, quick, go in. Don't look at him. You know, like, we don't want to start a combo. It's like, man, just because you talk to someone doesn't mean you gotta give your shirt off your back. Give them $10,000, put them in a housing unit, get them off of drugs. Like, no, if you just sit, talk to them for a minute, say, hey, actually, we could help you with that. Or we actually can't right now, but what we could do is pray for you. Or, you know, we're going to be done eating here. We could maybe get you a meal when we're done. Just talk to people, humanize people, and that will really change your heart. I think so many times people are afraid when they see something in public that breaks their heart to get involved because they're like, I can't. You know, I can't. I can't solve this problem. It's like, man, no one's expecting you to fully solve someone else's problem. But if we at least just talk to people, see what they're going through, if you can help, just be honest. And that will really wreck someone's heart. Like, if I was going through something just horrible, and someone doesn't come and solve all my problems, but they just sit down for a minute, talk to me, or, you know, buy me a cup of coffee. I think that's one of the most powerful things. And I, I, I did a good job in the book writing about that. But I really wanted to tell people, like, it's cool. You'll read about some stories where someone gets a car and $200,000. But it's just as powerful buying someone a cup of coffee behind you. And that's something we can all do. And I think if your heart doesn't come alive in that, it's maybe because you haven't really fully done that yet. Like, we all will maybe give to our church or an organization, or write a check at Christmas here and there. That stuff's incredible. Keep doing that. But what's really powerful is when you get to exercise generos, like, in person with people. And like I said, if it's just five bucks or whatever, like, that will melt your heart so much.
Ginny Urich
Yeah, yeah. I mean it really, for me, I just, it's just such a reminder. Like, we went to Olive Garden the other day. We've got five.
Jimmy Darts
Oh, baby, that's my favorite spot. They got some deals there. Yes.
Ginny Urich
Well, the person who was in front of us in line to get seated was wearing a veteran. It was an older man. He was wearing like a veteran hat. And he was by himself. And we paid for his lunch. And I just. It's because I had just read your book, you know, and like, he wasn't sitting in our section, but I was like, oh, there's a man. He's over there wearing a veteran hat. And I. And I just love it. I. I think the part about noticing people like that, that's a shift. Right? Like this, what you're talking about seeing people's humanity. And that hundred dollars did that. Then you start to notice. You notice the people that are around you in your life. So talking about your childhood, then you have this experience where your parents are like, you get a hundred dollars, you're going to give $100. You also had a distinct personality from the. Which is like, outgoing. Somebody said your spiritual gift is that you don't get embarrassed. Is that there's something like that.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, that's probably right. Yeah. Yeah.
Ginny Urich
So, you know, you don't get him. You don't get embarrassed. You're like, chaos is great. I love chaos. I love the thrill of not knowing what's going to happen next. And you're really bold. You have all this confidence. So as. As a young. Like as a teenager, I mean, this is already popping up your class clown. So can you tell the story about. I don't even know how to what to call. It was like W E day. I don't even know that stands for.
Jimmy Darts
Oh, yeah, yeah, we day. Yeah.
Ginny Urich
You, like, snuck in and you, like, you got. You somehow got up on a stage in this huge environment and started speaking.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's one of the. Maybe, you know, it was a bold moment, but not necessarily my proudest moment. You know, it was before the Lord really encountered me and changed my life. But there was this event going on where, yeah, there was like 18, 000 people in the state of Minnesota. And I was in the, like in the crowd, and I jumped up on stage and grabbed the microphone and the. The speakers, they thought they missed their cue because I was so confident the security didn't arrest me. And I was like, you know, just gave some speech and the crowd went crazy. And sure enough from that, yeah, I got banned from all high school events with microphones. Banned from everything. Yeah. Field trips, all that. But it Was crazy is people thought I was like a motivational speaker after that. So I was getting tons of messages. How do I tell my parents about this? I'm getting bullied this. And so I'd start like meeting with kids at lunch, like walking them through getting bullied and all this stuff. And it was just like, I got thrust into this and it was just, it was just so random. But honestly. Yeah, I mean, you know, I think if, if you don't get embarrassed there, the, the reason why probably I don't get embarrassed is because I've been embarrassed so many times where I'm probably numb to it now, you know, so you. I just think now and what I'm doing and when I was 18 and the Lord encountered me, it's just that it says that the righteous are as bold as a lion. And what that means is not my own righteousness, but when you understand, like you're on a football team and you got Tom Brady, I mean, how can you not be confident? So when you're doing life solo. Yeah, I mean, it can, it can be pretty tough. But when you understand, wait, I just received Jesus as my Lord and Savior. He doesn't want to say, peace out, I'll see you upstairs in heaven, but he wants to hold my hand through this thing called life and wants to figure it out with me and, and do things. And he's not going to condemn me for my mistakes, but he's going to walk me through those. I mean, that just makes you bold, you know, that, just that self esteem, it doesn't come from your accomplishments, but through his accomplishment. Kind of like I said, the Tom Brady or you're playing basketball, you got LeBron James on your team. You know, I think it's such a healthy thing because so many people can grow in great confidence and can grow and all, all these, these facades. But the truth is, if it's based on your accomplishments, that's a really, really bad foundation. And so my confidence or me being proud, like, none of it comes from, oh, well, I did this. I raised this much for people like, no, no, that's a horrible foundation. My only confidence is that I'm just a little kid who has no clue what's going on, but Jesus is holding my hand and, you know, hopefully, you know, we make some people laugh on the way, you know, so.
Ginny Urich
Yeah, well, I love, I love that the seeds of this go all the way back to your childhood. This boldness and, you know, this ability to go like you were talking about how you're like People are like, you don't have the credentials, you don't have the badge. And you're like, well, yeah, but I'm supposed to be back there. You know, you did get suspended. You didn't get suspended. But then 10 years later, they're asking you to come back and speak. So you said, who would have ever predicted that twist? Maybe God likes pulling pranks too. I just love that.
Jimmy Darts
Oh, yeah.
Ginny Urich
So you have these like roots from your childhood, but it takes a little bit of time to sort of land where you're at. And your dad had a part in that because he. You're kind of like back and forth to your home. You did a ton. Like you're in India, Hawaii, Argentina, California, Austin, Texas. I mean, you're all over the place. Born and raised in Minnesota. So you're all over the place, kind of coming back and forth here and there, landing back at home with your parents. And your dad said you can get a sales job at the snap of a finger anytime in your life because you're like, oh, maybe I should go do this door to door sales. You're like, I didn't sell anything. I just talked to people.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah.
Ginny Urich
He says a sales job is not a rare opportunity, but your video momentum is happening right now. You got to go all in on your dream and give it a chance. And you had this quote, the opportunity of a lifetime must be seized during the lifetime of opportunity. Can you talk about how your dad played a part then in. In finally landing where you are?
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. It started, yeah, even a little bit before then where I was working in my dad's restaurant. This is after high school, after I had lived in India and Brazil, done missionary stuff. Just after I got. Got encountered by the Lord. And I'm basically at my parents house and I go sit on the deck and he looks at me and he goes, jimmy, what do you want to do with your life? And I was like, dang. Well, I guess it must not be working for you or taking the restaurant over because that's where I am right now. And he goes, no, really, what do you want to do? And I was like, well, I mean, it doesn't. It's not a real job, but I just would love to, you know, go around the country, change people's lives with the gospel, give them cars and houses, be like Santa Claus. But that doesn't exist. And I think a lot of parents are. Most parents are. What I expected was just to be like, all right, yeah, I get that's what you want. But yeah, think. Tell me something practical. But that was so cool about what my dad, you know, he was just looked at me and he goes, all right, if you're crazy enough to believe something like that, you're crazy enough to do it. So he. All he said was just, all right, start tomorrow. And I was like, start tomorrow. And so I think that's the real pressure check, is a lot of people have big, lofty dreams or goals, and you can have that, but if you're gonna have that, you better be willing to just do it. You know what I'm saying? Like, if I. I was just saying that to my dad, and then he goes, start tomorrow. And I go, well, no, I'll start in 15 years. All right, well, then that's not really my dream, you know. But, no, I really. I did. I went up to my room and I was a little offended. I was like, start tomorrow. What does he think? Like, what does that even mean? I don't even have, like, you know, like, gas in my car. How do I figure this out? And I was like, wait, what if that's what I need? I had been around a lot of people just in different churches and stuff, who would be like, yeah, you know, you know, pray for a door to open up and just don't strive and rest, and God will make it happen. And I get what they're saying, because a lot of times in the world, everything is. You do it, you make it happen. But there's this great balance between. You know, the world has a lot of drive but lacks sometimes purpose, and the church has a lot of purpose but lacks drive. And I was like, man, if you can put drive and purpose together, what can happen? And so I got my car the next day, started driving around the country making these videos, and sure enough, yeah, I just had it started. I had to get going, and it was just so cool how the Lord blessed it. But that's really what I would just encourage people to do is. Yeah, I mean, depending on what career you are, on what age you are, you know, like, you know, take. Take the risk, go after what you want to do, and. And that safe thing is probably always going to be there. You know what I mean? Like, you're always probably going to. To be able to do a job that's pretty easy to get, but if there's something that's really in your heart, go for it or do them both simultaneously, you know, and when your dream job starts taking over, you know, and can be full time, then transition to that, you know, I'M I'm for people chasing their dreams, but I'm also for them doing it, like, with wisdom, you know, Like, I never entered debt. I was never swiping a credit card. Like, that's, you know what I mean? I, I, I wasn't, you know, doing that. It was with money I had saved up and stuff. So I would just encourage people that go after your dream. But, you know, I would say, like, you know, don't get a hundred thousand dollars in debt and sell your house. And, you know what I mean, all this, you know, you know, like, you, if you, if that floats your boat and you want to do it, go for it. But I just think that, yeah, like, make those decisions and, and really, yeah, for all people, but especially young people, like, right when you get out of high school, that's a time to just try something and go for it.
Ginny Urich
And as a parent, I mean, it's challenging. It's challenging. You're, you know, you're in your early 20s, and your dad's like, go, do it it. You know, I think a dad could easily say, take the safe route. And I think that that's really incredible that your dad saw that. And so, you know, he plays a part in this whole story. He plays a part in Rachel, who just got the 500 and now is a grandparent that's gonna not be homeless anymore. You know, your dad plays such a huge part in that. And it's a challenge, I think, to all parents to trust God's plan for your kids.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. I mean, the truth is, the Lord loves your children way more than you do. I know that sounds crazy, and you think no one could love him more, but he does. And his love is really selfless. And so, yeah, you, you raise your kids the best you know how to, but when they're 18, just really support them. That's what they need more than anything. You don't want them to stop calling you when they get older. You want them to keep calling you, and they're never gonna blame you for, you said I could do this, or you believed in me. How dare you believe in me. You know that'll never happen. If they fall flat on their face, they'll go, well, all right, and then you just help pick them back up. But I would say, yeah, if parents could just be an encouragement, that's really the best thing ever, because kids need a friend more than anything, you know, and that you want them coming back to you for advice, not going to other people.
Podcast Advertiser
Yeah.
Ginny Urich
And your dad was in one of your videos you talked about where you fell asleep in traffic and you're like thinking you're going to get in trouble. And your dad's like, let's change shirts.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, yeah.
Ginny Urich
Such a great day with your dad. Okay, so there's, there's a whole other piece to this where there's the ones where you're setting these people up financially. But there is another side that's just about fun. And I just, I love the video where you, you walk up to these two guys, they're walking down and you walk up to them and you're like, you know, are you looking for work? And they're like, yeah. And then the next scene is like you're going down some water roller coaster ride, you know, getting ice creams and all this. But you talk about being a sermon in sneakers and people would give you these challenges. And so this started off with like becoming best friends with a stranger for a day. And you say people underestimate the life changing power of fun. Everyone likes to laugh and have a good time. So can you talk about the spiritual side of that? That when people are having fun and they're laughing, they're more open?
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. It says, you know, that the kingdom of God is made up of three things. Righteousness, peace and joy. So if you don't have joy, that's a whole third of it that's missing. And that's, you know, that's. If a third of your house was missing, you know, it would look like a tear down, you know. So I think having joy is just something that should come natural just from our, the joy of our salvation, you know, like if your joy is just based on this happened yesterday or that happened, that's cool. Have you can get happiness from that. But real joy is something that no matter the waves or the wind is coming, it's just a joy that's sustained from your relationship with God. No one can take that from you. If you lose your ability to talk or see, you still have that inward relationship with the Lord. And that's so powerful. And yeah, just joy and having fun with people is really the greatest way to get them the gospel to love on them. Like my favorite way to minister really apart from videos is I just go play basketball. Me and my friends will play with a bunch of strangers. And then after it, you know, we'll just say, hey man, anything we could pray for you for? And they'll be like, what do you mean? But yeah, bro, we just believe God's good. He loves you, man, you know, have you ever heard the story of Jesus, man? How he came and laid his life down for you? And we just see so many people saved and absolutely wrecked from it. And it's because they just saw us having fun on the court, you know, playing basketball. We weren't chasing them down, you know, with like a gospel track or something or kicking their door down, you know, it was so cool. There was this, like, intellectual kid, I'm pretty sure. Yeah, he. He attends, like, the university. UCI, it's like a really hard school to get into in California. And we were playing basketball the other day, and I was like, hey, you gonna play? He's like, oh, man, I. I can't. My. My ankle's all messed up up. And I was like, oh, shoot, you. You want it to get healed up? He's like, what do you mean? I'm like, check this out, bro. And this kid, you could tell, like, he's an intellectual kid, doesn't believe in Jesus, doesn't believe in God, none of that stuff. So I'm like, I'm not gonna beat him in some debate trying to talk about this or that, you know, he'll run circles around me. But what I can do is just try to let. And provide an opportunity for God to meet him where he's at. And so I said a prayer for his ankle, and, man, you wouldn't believe it. This kid jumped up and he. He was freaking out for an hour. He was going, what? What? What is going on? What? This is crazy. He was like, my ankles healed. What is. I was like. I was like, my goodness. This. Yeah, bro. Like, he's like, I'm chosen. I'm chosen. I'm like, yeah, man, he died for the world. So I guess if you're in the world, you're a part of that. Like, you know, and it was just so cool to see him touched by that. So I would just encourage people. Yeah, like, have joy in your life. Have fun. You know, I think. I think God is. Is that perfect balance of, you know, fun and holiness at the same time. You know, when I say have fun and relate to people, I don't mean, you know, you're like, cheers in a beer with them and you're cussing a little bit. So you sound down to earth. Like, no, that. That'll water down the gospel. People actually, like, you know, when you live out what you believe, that's actually way more powerful than trying to meet them in that way. It's more about just having fun and having joy. That Was one of my prayers. I was like, when I first got saved, I was like, jesus, please give me, like, a crazy life and let me have fun. Not like so many pastors. I see that look so depressed. And so I know there's a lot of great people out there, but I think joy, if anything, is. Is what the body of Christ needs. So I pray that, yeah, I could just be the. The funny bone to the body. We all serve different parts. It's a pinky toe, the ear, the nose. But if I could be the funny bone. Praise the Lord.
Ginny Urich
You know, you said the theme of the book, if there was a theme of the book, have fun with God and help everybody you can. Kindness can break the hardest heart. So you talk about. There was such a parallel here. Like, you go up to people, you say you want to be friends for a day, and you go on these adventures. Like, for some people, it's like you're going skydiving. You know, you're going to the theme park, and you parallel this. And I think this is a deep parallel. Jesus finds us where we are and asks to be our friend. Maybe he finds us lost or desperate or sad. He finds all of us needing a good friend, a listening ear, the kind of friendship that many of us have given up on looking for. That's all I really want to do, Introduce people to my good friend Jesus. Each morning, the Lord holds out his hand. Want to hang out and be friends for the day. What a parallel. Such a good book. Because you're like, oh, you're like, maybe this is going to be really fun, you know, and you. You just showcase that. Okay, so one of the things that you talk about is people are lonely. And, you know, you've just made all these unexpected friendships along the way, and people are struggling with loneliness. And you say, and I think this is perfect, since this is the 1000 Hours Outside podcast. We're basically just trying to get out into the world, right? And you can use screens as tools, and obviously you're using screens as an incredible tool to change people's lives. You talk in this book about not being it, not being your idol, and, like, having to let it go several times, which is a really big deal, like letting go of followings and followers twice, actually. But you do say this. You should get out and walk more seriously, like, right now. Put the book down and take a walk. A short walk, 10 or 15 minutes is fine. Let your brain rest. Don't look at your phone. Watch people pray and give thanks. Often I find the person God wants me to help when I'm out walking around. We live in a day and age where people are, are indoors. They say that kids are on screens for four to seven hours, but only outside for four to seven minutes a day.
Jimmy Darts
Dang, that is crazy.
Ginny Urich
It is crazy. So can you talk about just the power of. You're like an in person person?
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. I mean that, that quote really in the book there, it's, it's really that idea and just. Oh, it, it came in my life. It was just, it's just really a reflection of like the C.S. lewis book, the screw tape letters. I, I never read the book, but I would listen to it on audio, on YouTube and I just remember part of it. They're like, it's. It's like these demons essentially are trying to convince this man that God's not real. And so they're trying to, you know, convince this atheist to stay in what he's believing. And they're like, have him do this, have him do that. But whatever, we must keep him busy. We must not let him go on a walk in nature. Like if he sees trees and he sees how beautiful natures, he'll know that God is real. It says that in the Word, you know, that no one is without excuse because it's so obvious just, you know, in nature, in the world we live in, that it was made by a creator, not random. And so that's really the truth is. Yeah, like put to even. Even. Yeah, like even playing music. Even if it's worship music on a walk. I would say pause the worship music just because really true silence is such a beautiful thing, you know, and just go for a walk with the Lord and, and that's really where you'll hear him speak to you. You know, it's just, it's wild how sometimes we're so scared to turn everything off and you know, we always have the TV going on, even if we're not watching it, just so there's background noise. But you don't have to be afraid of that silence because in that silence the Lord will meet you. And he's so gentle, he's so kind. And even if there's something really nasty in your heart, even if there's something really bad you did, the way he comes to you is he doesn't, you know, slap you in the face, He. He'll address that thing and he'll say, hey, we need, we need to work on this. And this is something to repent of here. And here's how we can get free. But he does it with peace, he does it with love, and he does it as a friend, as a father, and it's just the most beautiful thing ever. And I know that word father, you know, could. Could maybe trigger people because they go, well, you know, when I was a kid, if I made a little mistake, my dad was kicking down the door and this and that, screaming, so. But the truth is he's a perfect father, you know, and. And he really does come with that gentleness. He'll. He'll call you out, you know, but it'll. It'll be always with a solution to fix it, you know, he'll never say, build a bench. And you have no tools to build the bench. That's the greatest thing about it is, is in the word of God, everything that he's called us to be, everything that we can be with the Holy Spirit, he gives us the ability to be that, you know? And so, yeah, I just, I just think that that really hits home. And yeah, hanging out with the Lord. You'd be surprised how many people read the Bible, attend Bible studies, go to churches. All those things are great. But how people, how few people just sit still in their closet or whatever and just go, God, thank you. Just that I'm alive today, Jesus, just. I pray that you just highlight someone today that, you know, I can encourage. Just bring someone on my path today that I can just love on, pray for, Just use me today, Lord, just thank you for everything. I'm gonna read the Bible a little bit. God, just speak to me through your word. I know this is your love letter to me. And yeah, I just forgive this person, that person. I pray for this person. Just, just doing something like that. Play a little Christmas music or something, dance. If you saw my. My prayer room is right over here to the left, and I got Christmas lights through the whole thing, and it's like a vibe going in there. So I love it. So if you need to make your secret place fun, then make it fun, you know, but whatever will get you in there.
Ginny Urich
I love these full circle moments that you have in the book, like the one we talked about earlier where you get suspended and then they ask you 10 years later to come back and speak. It's such a great story, but you had another one in here about you're trying to, like, get some passive income going, and so you started watching a YouTuber, this guy Ryan, and you're like trying to get passive income going and you're like trying to sell things on Amazon. You've got all these funny stories in the book about, like, this worked, this didn't work, it's not working. And then you end up, like, years later, running into this Ryan guy that you'd been watching on YouTube, and. And then you meet him at Lifetime Fitness, and he's like, oh, you should come to my conference. And you're like, it was like twelve hundred dollars or something. Yeah, I can work at it. So can you talk about how that ended up coming full circle? And I just. I do think it's like, God must be like, oh, here's something fun.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah, yeah, it's pretty crazy. Yeah. So for people listening, essentially, yeah. When I lived in, I moved to Austin, Texas, I felt like the Lord called me to live there, and I was kind of prayerful about everything. I felt like he said to apply at this restaurant, they said no to hiring me. And I was like, well, I felt like God said yes. I went back a second day, third day, fourth day, he's like, the fifth time I went there, they're like, all right, we'll find a job for you to do. So they hired me at this restaurant, and in the process of that, I was watching videos on YouTube, trying to learn how to run an Amazon business, to sell things online. And it was just very difficult to learn all this, but I was trying my best. And there was this guy who I really looked up to, Ryan Moran, who had started a successful Amazon business. And I was praying one day, and I just felt like I was like, God, you know, where should I get a gym membership? Even though there was a two story gym in the apartment complex, I still was like, I should ask him this. And I thought he'd say, oh, go to Planet Fitness or somewhere. It's like eight bucks a month. And I felt like he said, lifetime Fitness. And I was like, lifetime Fitness, that's like a hundred dollars a month minimum. And so, sure enough, I'm just on this faith journey, you know, and I go there and I'm signing the contract for the gym membership, and I look up and this guy Ryan Moran is in the lobby on the phone. I'm like, my goodness, if I would have been stalking this guy, I might not have ever ran into him. Like, you know how hard it is to just. Just track someone down in a major city? And I go up to him and I'm like, man, I look up to you so much and your videos. How can I learn from you? And he goes, come to my conference. And I go, all right, how much is it? Yeah, it's like, 1200 bucks. Some wild amount. I'm like, I can't afford that. But where is it? And he's like, it's at the JW Marriott in downtown Austin. I'm like, that's where I work. And so it was crazy. I was working in this restaurant, and all these genius business guys would come in and eat, and I would pick their brain, get their numbers, and it really inspired me. And I was able to start Amazon business out of that, selling signs for, like, bathrooms, cleaning signs. And that eventually allowed me to have the passive income and stuff to, like, travel around in my car to do the videos I'm doing today. So just a really cool journey. And, yeah, there's hundreds of stories like that, but that's what I really want people to know is, like, the level of friendship you have with God, it's not up to him. It's up to you. He wants that level with everybody. It's just, how much time are you willing to spend with them? How open of your heart will you be to him, and how obedient will you be to the things he tells you to do? And it's so. It's so. It's really up to you. That's. That's the coolest part. It's not like God's up there picking and choosing. I kind of want to be friends with her. I'll be acquaintances with him. No, he is ready and open to be everything you've ever wanted, but you just got to take that step. And so that's something I just want to continue doing more and more. Because, yeah, no matter if I'm 90 years old or 29, like, God is always going to want to go on these fun adventures. And. And it's just. It's just so cool to see and. And know that he's a part of my life in that way.

Okay.
Ginny Urich
And then the Ryan story goes further because then one day his. His name comes through as someone who's donated to one of these campaigns.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah. Yeah.
Ginny Urich
And then you contact him and he's like, hey, do you want to come speak at the convention?
Jimmy Darts
Yeah. Yeah. It's crazy. Yeah. So years later, he donates to one of my GoFundMe, and I'm like, oh, my. On Venmo, he donates to one of the videos. I'm like, what? Like, no way. And he had no clue who I was. And I was like, I'm the kid who ran up to you years ago in the lobby, you know? And he's like, no way. I'm A big fan of your videos. And then he ended up inviting me to speak at capcon, which events essentially was the same conference I couldn't afford to get to. I was now like, the head main speaker, the. The first person to speak. And so that was just so crazy how the Lord works. And then from there, just the relationships I met and the story goes on and on. I felt like God said before that event, he said, you know, I want you to pray for healing at this event for people. And I was like, what? Pray for healing? This isn't like a Christian event. And I was like, I want to get tomatoes thrown at me. But at the end, at the same time, I'm like, well, who am I to get too professional and this and that. Like, if God brought me here, I ought to listen to his voice. It's like, you know, getting directions on, you know, sailing somewhere. And then, you know, halfway through the sea, you're just like, all right, let's stop listening to the sailor's voice. You know, so not a good idea. So I end up being like, all right, I'm gonna go for it. So I'm speaking, and then I just say, this is random, but I just believe God loves everyone in this room so much. If you need a miracle in your body, in your business or whatever, just raise your hand up, up. And people raised their hands all over. And I was like, there's nothing special about me. But everyone, stretch out hands to everyone around you. We're just gonna pray that God does something cool. And so we just say a prayer. And I say, all right, hands down. And I could have walked off the stage, but as you could tell from my past, I kind of love awkward moments. So I say, all right, only put your hand up if something changed. You know, no sympathy. Just be real. And, like, hands pop up all over the room, and they're passing around a mic, and one guy's like, my wrist was broken, and now I can move it. Another guy's like, I've been so stressed, this business deal for, like, so long. And as soon as you said, hey, man, it went through all this crazy stuff. One guy's like, I'm so inspired. I'm gonna pay the mortgages off a whole block in my neighborhood when I get home. And I was like, this is insane. And then I met this guy Matt from that event, and he ended up being like, I want to start a business with you, Jimmy, to. To transform people's lives and, you know, help provide a clean water to the world. So we launched A brand called Overflow. It's on Amazon. It's a hydration drink like, like Liquid IV. And every bag sold gives 30 days of clean drinking water to families because there was tons of hydration products. But no one was really tackling that issue of, like, wait, how cool would it be to, like, drink something and as you drink it, you're giving someone else clean water? So. So yeah, we're in the process of, of growing that brand and getting that out there. We partnered with Charity Water. But just really cool. I mean, just so many stories like that. Another one, it's not in this book, maybe in the next one. But just on the note of what you're saying is I did Liberty University online and I did it and I had like a, A, A minus A through the class. You know, I was, I was learning business, studying it. It was, it was amazing. And then right when the semester came to an end, like a day before I logged into the portal, and it's like, you have an F minus. And I was like, what in the heck? And they're like, yeah, there's like 80 assignments you never did. There was some folder I didn't click on and I. So I was. I thought college was way easier than it was, but I guess I didn't know about all the assignments, so I ended up getting kicked out. You know, I had a dropout. And man, that two weeks after that. This was a few years ago. It's like probably seven, eight years ago. I just felt horrible. I was like, man, I failed the school. I dropped out. Like, you know, the money for the school was part of, like, my grandpa's inheritance that I used for it. Like, I just felt horrible. And sure enough, believe it or not, you know, what is that, like eight years down the road? This is like a couple months ago. They reach out Liberty University, and I just spoke to the whole college like a month ago. And I stayed in, like, the government, like the, the mansion on the campus. And they were. Gave my books out to everyone. And I was like, this is the funniest thing on earth how just. God just has the funniest sense of humor. Like, you know, like, they, they asked me on stage, they're like, what's on your bucket list? And I was like, honestly, probably what just happened today, you know, so it was pretty cool. But God can turn, you know, the craziest of situations that you think you're just a failure or mess up into something really cool. You know, don't derive your identity from your stories or from cool Things get that from him. Him alone. But definitely have fun and notice it along the way when God's hand comes in your life.
Ginny Urich
Our oldest son is 17 years old. He's a senior this year, and that he did his first kind of dual enrollment at Liberty. And so his classes. His classes. And today he just. He finished four college classes this semester. So, yeah, they've got a great program. And we came. We were there with the Duck Commander people because they did something college for a weekend thing. So we were there within the last probably month, too. But like you said, if it's not good, it's not the end, because God turns all things to good for those who love him. And you say, when God says, move, move. When he says speak, speak. Obedience opens doors we never knew existed. There is so much more in this book. Your marriage story is in there. Great to read. If you've got teenagers, you talk about how your wife is such an incredible compliment to what you're doing, because in certain situations, she can really go in and talk to the woman. And it's just like this powerful duo that you have together. And so that is in the book. And like I said, more. More and more stories. Your healing stories. You got healed from scoliosis. Jesus healed your socks box that's in there also. I have to say this.
Jimmy Darts
Yeah.
Ginny Urich
This is the only time I've ever shown this. I'm gonna put up.
Jimmy Darts
Oh, baby. Yes.
Ginny Urich
So you talked in the book about how you go to meet with this writer and how he worked at Chuck E. Cheese. And you were like, God said you. Like, I love to have fun. God sends me the writer who played Chuck E. Cheese, and so did I. And I have had this little bag.
Jimmy Darts
The most incredible thing I've ever seen, for, like.
Ginny Urich
Like, three decades. It's one of my most prized possessions. When I was 16 years old, I worked at Chuck E. Cheese. I had to ride my bike there. I had to wear this, like, really weird outfit, was like, these long blue shorts with this, like, ugly shirt. I had to ride my bike up there, and I got to be the rat for everybody's birthday party.
Jimmy Darts
Dang. Well, it's great to see that there's a lot of great mice out there, because just the other day, someone sent me a video of, like, one of the mouse was getting arrested for fraud or something. Yeah. But essentially that story comes from. I was in Nashville working with the writer that helped me put the book together. And as we were driving, I was like, hey, can I say a pray prayer for you? His name Is Jamie. And I was like, man, let me just say a quick prayer for you. He's like, sure. And I was like, jesus, thank you so much for Jamie, Pops. I just pray that you just light him up like a Christmas tree, God. Throw him in a Chuck E. Cheese, let him be a kid again and just let this book process be so fun and seamless. And I go, amen. He goes, who told you? I'm like, what do you mean? He goes, who told you? I said, what are you talking about? He goes, chuck E. Cheese? I said, yeah, I love Chuck E. Cheese. I always bring it up because it's just like. It's like Disneyland, but, you know, 99 cheaper. And he's like, I was the mouse there. I'm like, no way. What a more perfect man to help me put a book together than a Chuck E. Cheese mouse, you know? So praise the Lord. That's so cool.
Ginny Urich
Who would have known that you have all these experiences with Chuck E. Cheese? I mean, this is like, quite a nice name tag. And I definitely won, like, employee of the month month real soon into my journey. But, like, this is, like, actually, like, engraved in here. And I'm like, oh, my God. I don't think I have hardly anything from when I was 16 years old, but I have this.
Jimmy Darts
I took a hamster into a Chuck E. Cheese. Actually, I gave a hamster, like, the best day ever. And, yeah, he was. He was running around in there playing the games. I'm not sure he knew what was going on, but yeah, and then I. I've got so many stories in Chuck E. Cheese. Another guy, he. He was working there and he's like, man, he like, pulled me aside. He's like, yo, if you ever need tokens, I can hook you up half the price. Just let me know. I'm like, man, what is this? Like, I thought this was. It's like a kid's casino or something. So it's hilarious.
Ginny Urich
It kind of is. All right. The book is called Undercover Kindness. Saying yes to love, no to fear, and embracing the life changing power of Ordinary generosity. You can find Jimmy on all the social media channels and join in. You can join in on all these campaigns. And I was so blown away. That was five. It was so many $5 donations that all these $5 donations come together and they're changing people's lives. And some people give more, but, you know, it's like, what a thing that your five bucks can go so far because of your obedience to the Lord. We always end our show with the same Question. What's a favorite memory from your childhood that was outside.
Jimmy Darts
Dang. Oh, my goodness. Favorite memory from my childhood that was outside. Dang. I. I seem to only remember the. The. The crazy ones, you know, like, oh, my gosh. Like. Like I shot an arrow and my sister's spikes coming down the hill and her and her bike and her spokes and she tumbled out. That's not. Have a great memory. That's like a horrible one. But it just came to mind. So my favorite memory outside. I mean, there's great redemption there. We got a great relationship now, but man, my favorite memory. Outside. Outside. Dang. I. I don't know. I love. What would you say is yours? To get my head.
Ginny Urich
Okay.
Jimmy Darts
I.
Ginny Urich
My church did a father daughter canoe trip in October every year when I was growing up, and I'm the only daughter in my family. I have two brothers, so opposite of you. I know you've got two sisters, so I have two brothers. And so I got to go with just my dad. And it was in October. We live in Michigan. It's cold in October. So we would go on this canoe trip in the water. So everybody would be like, bundled up in, like, these heavy coats, and we would go canoe down. It's called the Isabel river in Michigan. And it was like all my little friends from church and everyone's dads and I loved it.
Jimmy Darts
Dang. That's amazing. All right, well, while you were talking, I was like, okay. It kind of. I mean, the. The greatest moment probably I've ever experienced ever, was. I was a kid in Mexico. We went to, like, Cancun for vacation, and my parents took me to swim with dolphins. And these dolphins, like, put their feet. Their nose in my feet and like, carried me out of the water. They were like, like singing songs. So I don't know if that works, but to me, that was like, a pretty cool experience because, yeah, I just. I love animals and all that stuff and. Is a dolphin an animal? Is a mammal. I don't understand all the words, but.
Ginny Urich
You know what it is? It's something that was made by a creator because that come about by chance, that's for sure. Your book says this. It talks about giving, and it says it doesn't even have to be to a stranger. It can be a co worker, a. A classmate, even an enemy. I believe you will never go broke by giving Jimmy darts.
