He currently takes daily Cialis along with 5mg to 10mg of Lexapro to help him last longer. What are your thoughts?” Dr. Mistry breaks down how ADHD medications, antidepressants and ED medications can all interact from both a mental health and urology perspective.

The second question asks: “Dr. Mistry, what is your opinion on Saw Palmetto? I’ve been taking it for many years. My GP said it can affect the PSA test, so I assume it does something to the PSA. Does it raise or lower it?” Dr. Mistry explains what Saw Palmetto may — and may not — be doing for prostate health and how it can potentially impact PSA readings.
