Hi guys, it's just me again. Tyler is still well. He hasn't been sick for five weeks. I don't want anyone to think he's like a terminal illness. But we bulk record our episodes because I'm a busy girl, we got lots to do. So when we come record, we usually do like two to three, sometimes more. But we get burnout pretty quick. It's a lot of talking, so a lot to podcast. I've had an episode come out every single week for five years. Isn't that crazy? But again, we've mentioned this previous podcast. Those are like. You will never find those beginning ones. I was a little bit too off the hook. Okay. I said too many things that don't want Cyrus to know or here ever. All right, we're back with some more Q and A's because you guys love these episodes and I feel like they're such good info and just questions that people want to know. So let's get into it. Today we have best cleanser for dry, sensitive and acne prone skin. So I would say a creamy cleanser. And my favorite affordable one is Barrier balance from Face Reality. And then if you want to splurge, I do love the peptide firming cleanser. Super anti aging amazing for redness. It is like makes me feel like a princess every time I use it. It's so good. It's called the red carpet cleanser for a reason. And then I also really love the vitamin C cream cleanser too. And these are all on our website. That one's $44 I believe. And that one's really good to use post procedure as well. And very brightening. Will the skin butter refining foam cleanser cause your skin to purge? So anything with exfoliation can cause your skin to purge because it's bringing out all of those dead skin cells that were inside your pores and on top of your skin. So anything that's going to cause cell turnover, Retinoids, chemical peels, pretty much any treatment that you're getting done in clinic is going to cause some sort of cell turnover and you can experience purging with that. So yes, but it shouldn't be long. Can you use mandelic acid and Ondo together? I personally wouldn't. I'd choose one or the other. How to tackle pre menopausal perimenopausal acne. I would definitely get on benzoyl peroxide. I would get on a mandelic serum and start using sulfur. Keep getting breakouts on my cheeks. Why? So cheek breakouts I mean, there are a lot of different theories and things that people have. I do believe a little bit into face mapping. I. It's not like a 100% accuracy. I think different things can happen for different people. But typically I see this with my smokers. So if you are vaping, smoking weed, anything like that, cheek breakouts are going to be more common. Can you use carboxy mousse after a perfect derma peel? You can. Carboxymoose is so healing and so good to use after a treatment. What can I use on my toddler for keratosis Pilaris? So for a toddler and kp, I would do hyacinth. Active in sieve. Does alpharet cause purging? I just tried it and my skin is purging. Yes. Back to our earlier answer. Anything with cell turnover, it's got to get worse before it gets better. Basties and people hate purging. I get it. Trust me, I do. But I always like to use the analogy, like, purging is like being sore. You, you know, if you are going to the gym and you feel flabby, overweight, you're not toned, you, you know, don't feel good about your body, and you want to go get a killer body, you're gonna have to go through some pain and soreness to get that result. Same thing goes with purging. Like, if you are struggling with acne, like, sometimes it's gonna get worse before it gets better. We gotta get all that junk out. We have to, you know, condition your skin just like you would condition your body. And to also say that I also use this analogy when people are like, okay, well, my skin's clear. Can I get off all my products? And I'm like, if you, you know, had lost a bunch of weight and got your dream body, you don't just stop working out. You have to maintain it, right? You have to still go to the gym. Maybe you don't have to work as hard as you did to keep your physique, but you still are gonna have to go to the gym. You're still gonna eat good. You can't just, like, get a six pack and be like, hey, got a six pack. Now I can go back to eating McDonald's, never working out, and sitting in front of the TV for 12 hours a day. You're gonna go back to how you were. So with that being said, same thing goes with skin care. You're gonna have to continue. Maybe not every single product, but the majority and the bulk of them that Got you clear. To keep you clear, please start shipping to the uk. Email Tyler, tell him that I try. He's his to do list. Poor dude. It's very long. So he's chipping out a way at it one by one. That might burp. Oh, no, I'm fine. How far out from my wedding should I get a hydrafacial? I would test the waters with any new treatment, anything like six months before your wedding. Don't go. Try a new treatment the week of your wedding, please. So if you've done hydrafacials, get great results with them. I would do it the day before or three days before your wedding. Oh, lordy spicy. Next question. Do I believe in skin pinning active acne? Do I? It's controversial. I get really good results with acne in different ways. I'm not going to say it isn't true and I'm not going to say that I wouldn't do it, but I don't do it. I just. Not for me. Not for me. Is there any other eye cream other than Eye Max that helps with dark circles? I renew from hydrenity. Does closed comedones popping up? What do I do? So closed comedones, AKA non inflamed acne. Anything that looks like kind of little pebbling underneath the skin that takes longer to clear than inflamed acne inflammation. I cannot talk today, guys. What the hell? I don't think I say this probably every episode. Take a shot every time I say I can't talk. You guys would be in the hospital getting your stomach pumped. My brain just goes faster than my mouth. Crazy. Anyway, non inflamed acne does take longer to clear up than inflamed acne. So if you have inflamed acne, there's a lot at the end of the tunnel. You're going to clear up faster than your friend who has just non inflamed acne. And a lot of times the combination acne, which is a combo of both inflamed and non inflamed, you'll see the inflamed clear so much faster than the non inflamed. It's just more impacted in the skin. A lot of dead skin cells, really sticky. So you have to have a lot of professional exfoliation to get that gone. Glycolic acid is amazing for non inflamed acne too. And retinoids love alpharette clearing serum for that. Best products right after microneedling. I love intense serum. I love intense serum or Calm. You can use either one of the exosome serums from plated, the calm or the intense. The difference between calm and intense is that calm has beta glucan and other just really skin calming ingredients to help with more redness. And it's meant post procedure, but you can also use it to every single day when you're not healing from a treatment. I have a lot of clients that have rosacea and just overall redness in their skin on calm versus intense. Even though intense does so, so, so great redness. Calm is also amazing. Very interesting text. I always get very interesting text on the podcast. I swear every time I'm recording someone sends me some crazy shit. Okay, next question. Oh, also, you can do the CO2 Pro lift mask after micro needling. Cuts your downtime in half. Like if you're going to be red for two days, you're going to be red for 12 hours now. Amazing. I just purchased sieve. Would it be applied only when I'm having a reaction? Honestly, yeah. I don't think it's necessary. Unless you're someone who has a lot of like fungal acne or you're someone that is very prone to eczema. I would keep it on. And someone that's prone to dermatitis. I would do it every day. But like, I think everyone should have it just to have it. Like, I don't have any of those contraindications. I'm not prone to any of that. But I have sieve because one, for my son and two, you never know when you're gonna need it. It's one of those products that's like, good to have. You know that and hyacinth are like one of those things that you just always want to have on you when you're traveling or doing anything because you never know when you're going to need it. It's like a little skincare first aid kit. Products recommended for Melasma. Well, we just brought on Sispera Cyspera Marie Bota. My new baby. I am so excited about this. So this is a really amazing depigmentation mask that you use every day. And the cool thing about it is that you use it on dirty skin, which is crazy. But it's so active that you cannot use it on clean, dry skin. It'll just cause irritation. So literally, like right now I have sunscreen on how I would use it. You can either use it morning or night. So let's say in the morning you want to use it. You wake up before washing your face you put the mask on 10, 15 minutes, and then just rinse it with a gentle cleanser like Barrier Pro from Color Science. Ultra gentle from face reality or cleansing gel from skin Better. And then you just go ahead after you wash it off, to do your normal skincare regimen. And then if you're using at nighttime, like, even if you have a full bead on, let's say you just, like, went to the club. Okay. Full beat, all that jazz, you're literally gonna put the mask on, full face of makeup. I know. Crazy. And then 10, 15 minutes, do it, same thing. Wash it off with one of the gentle cleansers, and then do your night regimen. But you need to do it every single day. So, yeah. Love, love, love, love. And then, of course, Vivid brightening. We love her. From Melasma Alpharette peel pads three times a week. Amazing for Melasma. Maestro. Actually, Maestro active balancing serum is amazing for Melasma. Intense serum, amazing for Melasma. What else? Arctogenin. Love to use that with vivid. So, like, let's go, like, let's make a melasma regimen together. Okay. I want to close my eyes. These lights are so bright. I'm going to close my eyes for a second. Okay, so. And also, whenever I create skincare regimens, I do close my eyes because it's a very, like, intuitive visual thing. People are gonna think I'm fucking crazy. I don't care. I'm so sick of, like, having to deal with people judging me, judge me. I don't care anymore. I do, but today I don't. It depends on the day if I care or not, but I'm really trying to get to a point in my life where I just don't care. Okay. But people always ask me, like, with skincare stuff, like, how I pick these regimens. It's a feeling like, there's so many cleansers that I carry. There's so many products, and they're all great, and they can all work for so many concerns. But when it comes to, like, a virtual client or, like, creating a regimen for someone in clinic, like, it is literally 1000% intuitive. Like, it's so hard for me right now training Lauren. Not because she's not perfect, flawless and amazing. She's the best. But, like, she'll be like, why did you pick this cleanser versus the other? And I'm like, it's literally a feeling. And she's like, I hope I can like, pick up on your, like, intuition and, like, how you pick things versus another product. It's so weird, guys. I really don't know how to explain it, but it's just like, I just a sense of knowing. And everything I've done with SBA has been so intuitive. Like, people think I'm crazy, and sometimes me and Tyler will get in, like, huge fights at work about it because, like, he's so logical and he's so facts based, and I am just so not that way. Like, everything with me is like. I just. I'm like, yeah, I should do this or I shouldn't do this. It's just a feeling. And he's like, you make no sense. And so he gets really frustrated with me, and I get really frustrated with him because I'm like, I've been doing this by myself, you know, for so many years, and my intuition has literally never led me wrong. The only time I've ever had, like, a really big up in my business and lost $40,000 was when I didn't trust my intuition. And I had this feeling not to do it, but I wanted to make someone happy, and I wanted to be a people pleaser, because I am also that which can make it hard sometimes. But anyway, enough of my dirty drama. Dirty laundry. Yeah, that's that on that. Okay, we're going back to the regimen. I got distracted. See, this is why I need Tyler here. I just go in a circle. But this is like giving old podcast days when I would just literally talk to myself. It's so fun. Okay, Anyway, so I would do for melasma idyllic cleanser as my second cleanse at nighttime. First cleanse doesn't matter because it's not going to target your melasma. Okay. So you can do any first cleanse you want. Second cleanse, though, I would do ideal cleanser. Okay. Then I would go in with CBD mist both morning and night. Okay. Intense serum next. And then I would go in with arctogenin. You can do it morning or night. Wait, pause before that. In the morning, I would do mandelic 8% faciality or the glycolic 5% from face reality, depending on the client. Okay. Then arctogenin. Then I would do. I would do lipid serum to reduce that inflammation for sure. Okay. Then after that, I would go in with vivid brightening maestro Alpharett at night. Intensive. Alpharett at night, not just regular intensive. And then carboxy mousse trio sunscreen, obviously tinted sunscreen, because. Fun fact. Whoa. So bright. Now my eyes have to adjust. Okay. The iron Oxides that give the color and tinted sunscreen actually increase the SPF rating and provide more protection and fight blue light. So. And blue light can actually flare up pigments. So a lot of people that are at home and they're like, oh, I work from home, I don't need to wear sunscreen. Your pigment's terrible because you're not wearing sunscreen. Blue light can definitely, especially in darker skin tones, cause more pigmentation issues and accelerated aging and stress on your skin. So even if you're in a dark room, like right now, all these cameras and stuff, not good. Not good at all. Let's see. Yeah, that's what I would do. And then Cyspera, the mask I talked to you all about, and anything else that I would do weekly. Probably some CO2 mask. Yeah. All right, next question. Better for acne prone rosacea skin. Mandelic serum or ondue. Since you said rosacea. Ondo azelaic acid is great for rosacea. My favorite treatment for pie, I would say an AR skin butter peel combo. Yeah, My phone gonna die. No, we have 7%. We're good. Is vivid drying? No, baby girl, she is so hydrating. She has the dual weight ha. She is a so super hydrating pigment inhibitor. And honestly, since it has that dual way ha. Some people, if they're on a budget and they can't get renewing ha or restorative ha from Hydrinity, they'll just do vivid because it is very hydrating. But if you need that extra, then you'd want to do a restorative or renewing after your vivid brightening treatment. Renewing has more peptides and it's a little bit thinner and it's very good for fine lines and wrinkles. Also great for tech neck and just anti aging on the neck and decollete. And restorative is a little thicker and very healing. And it has August. Okay. Mexicana. That lowers your skin's temperature. So does Vivid. Vivid has that too, which is great because a lot of pigment is not just triggered from sun damage. It's heat too. It's heat induced. So if you're someone that does hot yoga or you go in the sauna a lot, you just went to Mexico. I have so many clients who are like, sav, what the fuck? I used my pigment inhibitor, I stayed out of the sun, I wore a big hat and I still got pigment in Mexico on my vacay at the beach. Why? It's pigment. It's heat that triggered your pigment. So heat can be an issue. So that's why I don't love lasers that keep a lot of heat in the skin for a long time when you have melasma because it's just going to flare it up. So I love the airlase because it has a very short pulse duration. So it's going in and out of the skin before the burning threshold. So it cannot stimulate your melanocytes in a negative way. Your melanocytes are your cells that produce pigment. So melanin, right? Yeah. How to clean the ice globes, water and dish soap. Or you can spray them with hyacinth active. Or you can use alcohol wipes. Whatever you want to do. Cost effective Retinols. Face Reality has two. Are they my favorite? Do I sell a ton of them? No, I don't love them. I love Alpharette. But those are an affordable option if you need to. Best moisturizer. For acne and dermatitis prone skin. I would say comfort cream. Is Face Reality pregnancy safe? Technically, yes. Especially if you're just doing like thermodelic serums are Sal C. Toner is lower than 2% salicylic acid, so technically yes. But I would just ask your doctor. I'm not a doctor, so I can't give you medical advice. But for the most part, I would say 97% of their products are pregnancy safe. Which mask should I get? I'm acne prone. I would get. If you're acne prone, the sulfur mask. I'm always gonna say that it's my favorite acne safe. Toothpaste. Anything without sodium lauryl sulfate. So anything without any SLS's. Says someone else asked. I know you do giveaways. Do you ever run sales on products? No, I'm. This is a hot take. I think sales are tacky. I think it's like, I think they're tacky. I think it devalues you as a brand. I think it's giving. I'm struggling and you know, I just. There's a lot of companies that do sales, but that's just not me. We will do something like, you know, we'll do promotions in clinic where we'll add value. I never will discount anything. I don't think discounting or sales or it devalues you as a business owner. That's my hot take. I'm sorry. It makes your business look like anytime someone's doing a sale or like, you know, I'm like, oh, they're trying to get rid of something because it's not good and it like deters me from wanting to buy it, you know, I'm like, okay, there's something wrong with it or it's being recalled. Like, why are they trying to move this product so fast and get it out of their clinic? Or, you know, is a service not booking a lot so they have to run a special on it. So it's not that good. That's where your customer's mindset is going. And especially with skincare, it is luxurious service. It is, you know, special. And it is something that people invest in. And I just think it just. It's giving Groupon. I don't. I'm not a fan personally for my business model. Don't come at me, guys. I'm just, you know, I get business advice all the time and I just don't think it's a good idea. If you are trying to do something to get back to your clients, I say, add value. Book this appointment. We'll give you a free product. Or if you buy this much of product, you know, you buy $400 worth of skin butter, we'll give you a free eye cream. Like that is how you do giveaways or discounts. Like, I never would be like skin butters 10 off. But I would say if you buy this much, we'll give you a free product. That's how I do things in my clinic. That's just me. And don't be offended if you run sales and discounts. But even when I was at my brokest guys and like, I know people like, oh, well, it's easy for you to say. Cause you're booked out and have like, you know, a really big successful med spot. But like, I literally did this even when I didn't have all this going, you know, before, like, I started really making money. Like, I always had that philosophy. Just. Yeah. But I will say there's times where like, I'll be like in a giving mood at work and I'll just like dermaplane someone for free or add on a mask. Especially like, if I like my clients. I love owning my own business. If you're nice to me. Any of my clients listening to this that like, no. If they're nice to me, bring me coffee or just do something sweet for me. Write me a good note. Like, I never forget that. And I'll always, like, try at least two to three times a year to like give them something free at the clinic or, you know, take off their dermaplaning and just do that for free or add on or like give them like a lip scrub. For their mom or whatever. I've had the same question about glass skin and ondue like 40 times. It's crazy, but I answered that. I don't remember if I answered it on this podcast or the last one, but it's there. Best eye cream for dark circles and discoloration Eye Max from skin Butter. Someone asked if their skin's always pink and they don't use actives often, what should they use? I would say lipid serum and restorative. Ha and maestro. You need that combo right there will be perfect. Do I treat menopausal acne? I treat all types of acne and all types of skin. How long does the CO2 mousse last you? I would say it comes out fast, like really fast. So just don't overuse it. You do not need much. It melts into your skin like cotton candy. So just don't overuse it. But I would say about like 90 to 120 uses non inflamed acne on the forehead, jawline, chins and cheeks. Need to exfoliate. Bestie, get the glass skin toner for sure. Get intense serum if you can. And then also I would get alpharette clearing serum at night. How do I layer Alto Advanced in Maestro. Fun fact, if you guys didn't know this. If you go to my skin butter link, if you go to the FAQs on my skin butter link, it will show you the exact order to apply every single skin better product so you don't have to worry about it. I had this idea that I told them like probably two years ago when I did like my annual meeting with them in Scottsdale. But I told them they need to put it in every package, like just a slip to show people because I think that's especially like for me. I feel like that was like something that would deter me from buying products because I was like, okay, yeah, I want to get these products. But then like once I get them, I don't know how the fuck to use them. And then that would like stress me out as like a very anal organized Virgo. Like that would stress me out. And so I get why kits do so well. And I was a victim of the kits. Okay, the Mario Badescio acne kit from Not Sephora. Is it at Sephora? I don't know. It was Ulta though. But I don't know. Does Sephora carry that? Maybe. Maybe they did at one point. But I would get kits like literally like skincare kits for my face because I'm like, oh, if I buy the kit like it comes with instructions and then it's easy. It's like boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. But kits are usually really bad for your skin because most of the time it's all one ingredient. Like the acne kit from Mario Badescu was like a salicylic acid cleanser, a salicylic acid toner, a salicylic acid serum, and then like an oil free moisturizer. And it was just like overkill and over dried my skin, which we know is a. No, no, I answer the question though. It's alto first, then maestro. So let's do a rundown with all the skin better products in order. Okay. So obviously cleansing gel would be first and then you double cleanse with refining foam cleanser. And then if it's like, you know, our weekly treatment, you could do detoxifying scrub or peel pad. And if you wanted to like really like take it to the next level advanced. Okay. After you finished a bottle of detox scrub and after you finished all 30 peel pads, then you can advance to level two and do scrub and peel pad on the same night. But until then don't do it. But I do love to use the detox scrub and then a pill pad on top like at home treatment. It's amazing. Especially like for my virtual clients that can't come in and get professional exfoliation from me. That's a hack that I like to give them so they can get get deeper exfoliation at home. But not every week, only like maybe once a month. Would I recommend to do that twice? If that. Okay, so we went through that. Okay. Next we'd go if it's morning eye gel, instant effect eye gel. And then you would do interfuse eye cream. Okay. Nighttime you would just go straight in because there's no point to use an instant effect at night, which I see a lot of people do. And I just think it's a bit. Unless like you're going to an all night club party and putting makeup on like before getting ready. Sure. But like to go to bed, it's not long term. Correction, there's no need to use it at night. So I would do interviews eye and then Imax. And you can double up. You can do interfuse first interfuse eye cream and then Imax on top. Imax is thicker, so remember, everything is always going to be thinnest to thickest. Okay. Now let's hop back to the morning. Are we following? I hope so. Inner fuse lines would go next. Then you'd go in with all too advanced. Then you would go in with even tone Maestro Face and neck. No techno. First you'd go techno. If we're doing our neck techno, then face and neck. Because you can also layer those. Just like you can do inner fuse eye and then IMAX on top. You can do techno and then face the neck on top and then Trio. I get all of them. I think so. And then nighttime after Maestro, then it would go in with Alpharette. And also you only want to use one of the three Alpharets. I get this all the time where people are like, oh, my God, I use clearing serum and Alpharet overnight cream. And I'm like, no, it's one or the other. Okay, but you could do, for example, let's say your neck is too sensitive for clearing serum. Or you don't have acne on your neck, just on your face. So you want to do clearing serum on your face. And then you can do Alpharette on your neck and chest. You can totally do that. I think I covered everything. But yeah, after Maestro, then I would put in one of the three Alpharette products, then do techno face and neck Trio or Almost forgot about her Trio Lux. Yeah. Okay, next question. Best product for sebaceous filaments. So Sebaceous filaments are actually something you can't get rid of, but you can minimize the appearance of them. So salicylic acid is great for that. I would definitely say refining foam cleanser, detoxifying scrub mask, peel pads, clearing serum are going to be your best bet. Best products and in office treatments for under eye wrinkles. I love our era laser from Airlase CO2. It's CO2 without like all of the downtime, the oozing and all that jazz. It's an erbium laser, and so I love that. And then I also have skin pen for the under eye area and products. I would definitely say eye renew and interfuse eye alternate alternative. Alternative. This is the word, alternative. For Dermalogica microfoliant, I would say the enzyme powder sold in a kit with Epicutus's oil cleanser. It's called the cleansing essential SAP. How do I feel about beef tallow? I hate beef tallow. I think it is the worst thing, worst trend. I thought snail mucin was bad, but like, damn, y'all really were just like, let's make it worse. Let's put beef fat on our face. So my beef with beef tallow is first and foremost, it's sitting on top of your Skin. Okay. There is no delivery system. It's not going anywhere. Is it hydrating and moisturizing? Sure, babe, but you smell like beef fat. 1. You smell horrid. 2. 3 is clogging your pores. It's not doing anything. Like, just use a moisturizer. Like you guys will use anything before you use sunscreen. It's crazy. Like, it's crazy. Like, I've tried to convince so many people to wear sunscreen. It's crazy. But they'll just be like, yeah, I'm going to put beef out on my face. Like, no questions asked. So I just. I can't. I can't. Do you double cleanse before you use a face mask? I do. Yes, ma'am. I need a recommendation for vitamin C. All too advanced. Look no further, my friend. She's the best. Okay, gold standard antioxidant, 20 total antioxidants, has pylonquinoline, quinone, aka PQQL. And what that's gonna do is fight internal free radicals that your body produces. So genetic aging. No other vitamin C. No other vitamin C product has that. Except all too advanced. All right, guys, we're at 30 GTG. Gotta go. TT and then I'll be back for round three, and then hopefully after this next episode. Tyler's back. Yeah. Let's pray. Let us pray. All right, guys, have a good Monday. Thank you for being here and supporting me. And again, if you get your feelings hurt, just remember it's just my opinion. You keep doing you boo. I'm just answering the questions. You don't have to like all of them. And I try not to offend people, but I also want to be honest about how I feel about things. It's a fine line. It's a hard life to be in the spotlight, guys. People always want to find something and get upset. So don't do that. If you got upset today, go touch grass. Thank you. Bye. Damn.

Throughout the episode, Savanna recommends a variety of products tailored to specific skin types and concerns:
Cleansers:
Serums and Treatments:
Moisturizers:

3. Common Skincare Mistakes
Savanna identifies several pitfalls that individuals often fall into:
Overusing Products: She warns against the excessive use of products like the CO2 Mousse, advising moderation to prevent adverse effects (24:15).
Inconsistent Routines: Emphasizing the importance of consistency, she likens maintaining a skincare regimen to maintaining physical fitness. “If you are struggling with acne, sometimes it’s gonna get worse before it gets better,” she explains (07:50).

Toddler Keratosis Pilaris: Utilizing Hyacinth Active and Sieve is recommended for gentle treatment (10:00).
Sebaceous Filaments: While unremovable, their appearance can be minimized using salicylic acid-based products like refining foam cleansers and clearing serums (29:10).
5. Crafting Effective Skincare Regimens
Savanna emphasizes an intuitive approach to creating skincare routines, balancing scientific knowledge with personal intuition:
Double Cleansing: She advocates for double cleansing, especially before applying face masks, to ensure product efficacy (26:00).
Layering Products: Advises applying products from thinnest to thickest to maximize absorption and effectiveness (20:45).
Maintaining Treatments: Consistency is key, much like maintaining physical fitness. Once clear, maintaining skincare routines prevents regression (09:15).
6. Personal Insights and Business Philosophy
Beyond skincare advice, Savanna shares personal anecdotes and her business ethos:
Intuitive Decision-Making: She relies heavily on intuition to select products and create regimens, sometimes clashing with her more logical partner, Tyler. “It's a feeling like, there's so many cleansers that I carry… it is literally 1000% intuitive,” she shares (15:30).
Approach to Promotions: Savanna prefers adding value rather than discounting products, believing that sales can undermine brand integrity. She occasionally offers free treatments or products based on client relationships rather than sales (27:00).
7. Notable Quotes
