What's your biggest piece of advice? Keeping the kids wanting to come back home, even when they're grown. My answer?
Natasha Bure
Good Food.
Candice Cameron Bure
Food. Season nine of my podcast is almost here. My guest co hosts this season are Ally Schnacki, and because you requested it, you get an entire season with Natasha Bure. This entire season is called Girls Under Pressure. And if you know any teenage girls or young adult women, this one is for you. Hi, ladies. Hi. I could read your bio to everyone, but I think it's better when you guys just share what you're doing, what you're up to, how people know you, where they know you from, or where they can find you.
Ally Schnacki
So my name is Ali Schenacki for those of you guys that don't know. And in 2020, God called me and my family to start social media and be a family to the family list. Like, we just started making videos for fun, relatable family content, and the Lord really used Natasha.
Natasha Bure
I am an actress, I'm a musician, and I'm also a content creator. And then started making videos. And now I feel like I'm a big sister to a lot of these girls on the Internet. So I'm really excited to dive into these topics.
Candice Cameron Bure
So guys aren't asking a lot of girls out in person.
Ally Schnacki
They'll act like they don't even know who you are, and then they'll message you, hey, I saw you here.
Natasha Bure
It's so weird, really bizarre. I've never heard her laugh like this. And she was down, like, deep an hour into these Instagram reels, like, these dog memes and, like, random animal videos or whatever.
Candice Cameron Bure
Watching the dog memes. Why do you think you're a good person just because you're Christian?
Natasha Bure
When you do things that are shameful or you're not proud of, it's so easy to keep them hidden. And then you have almost this hardened heart over it. Like, it's so hard to scratch the surface of. Of what doing those things even feels like, or, you know, the shame that you do carry.
Ally Schnacki
The Lord is constantly refining that ugly spirit inside of my heart that I don't like. Like, I don't want to be that person. So let me do something to combat it and drive it out. Fill it up with something else, you know?
Candice Cameron Bure
And I've whipped my body. I've spoken to it so harshly, so mean. Why don't. Why don't you do this for? Why can't you be like every other. Every other body? And then God allowed my body to speak back and my body said back to me. Have I not been the body that's carried you all the days of your life?
Ally Schnacki
Oh, my gosh.
Candice Cameron Bure
Okay.
Ally Schnacki
Anyways, what is that?
