Aja is a wife, entrepreneur, cannabis patient and advocate. She's spent over 15 years in the corporate world as a natural catastrophe risk engineer and engineering team leader. In her role at Trella Technologies, she develops tech solutions to enable the growth of a sustainable indoor farming industry. In 2013 Aja began to learn about the countless healing benefits of the cannabis plant, and knew there was space in this industry for her. And how right she was.

On today's show, Aja is using her platform to introduce Noni Goldman, CEO of Four Trees Management Co . Noni is an experienced large-scale cultivator and cannabis advocate. As CEO of Four Trees Management Co., Noni and her team work internationally with cultivators of all sizes to get up and running fast and scaling rapidly. Four Trees has won two back-to-back New England Harvest Cups for Best Indoor Flower with their strain Davy Jones and will be opening a Tier 1 Cultivation and Adult-Use Factory Store in Holyoke Summer 2020.

Aja and Noni explain the difference in plants grown indoor and outdoor and what her favorite way to grow is. And Noni shares her experience as one of CCC’s Cannabis Cultivation Educators for Social Equity Program.

She makes recommendations for saving energy costs for residential growers and what opportunities she sees for others looking to get involved in the horticultural space.
