Today's episode is brought to you by my great friends at Ginfinity. One thing that I've learned over the years is that the highest performers do not rely on assumptions, they rely on data. And that's especially true when it comes to nad. Everyone is talking about boosting NAD levels, but very few people actually know where their levels are to begin with, whether their protocol is working or how much they even need. And that's what makes Ginfinity different. Which is why I am thrilled to announce that I have teamed up with Ginfinity to offer the new Dylan Gemelli NAD optimization protocol. Powered by Ginfinity, this protocol provides you the Ginfinity intracellular NAD test and supplies you with the most complete and TR NAD boosting supplement and protocol in existence, along with proper guidance to ensure that you are optimizing your health, performance and longevity. So check out the link in the show notes and start taking control of your health today. One of the beautiful things about what I do is that I get to interact with people seven days a week. And I'm not even talking about hundreds and thousands of people. I'm talking at this point in time, millions. It's a true blessing and it's an honor. But with that comes a great responsibility. I have to be on my game. I have to study, I have to learn, I have to know facts and I have to be able to back them up. And I also have to be able to pivot when I do something wrong and explain new sciences, methods and means that I may have had wrong. I have to stay on top of everything because so many of you rely upon me for accurate, insightful and and trustworthy information. Now one of the things that I see as the most prevalent problem in all of the world, but especially the health supplement, physical neuro side, it's confusion. When I look at comments, the most common theme and problem that I see is people are simply confused. And one of the areas that I have seen the highest amount of confusion over the past several years is when it relates to nad. The first thing that I want to convey is the importance of nad. I have spent quite a significant time now studying nad, learning about it, trying to become a so called NAD expert. That does not come easy because there's a lot of bad information out there. There's a lot of changing information and a lot of misunderstanding and a lot of misguided information that people tend to put out that are trying to sell something that is just not going to work. Some people understand and know that and some people are just Parroting information and trying to make a quick buck and don't know what they're doing and actually hurting people or just taking money from people. Now I get to interview some of the most brilliant people from all over the world. I was introduced to Dr. Jin Zhangshi, he owns Ginfinity. And I was told I was going to be meeting an NAD expert. So I absolutely had excitement. Well, once I got to meet him, that excitement went to me being as curious as can be, learning so much that I decided, hey, I don't know a fraction of what I think I know we're going to have to dig pretty deep on this. During our conversation, Dr. Gin explained to me about the importance of getting NAD testing. And I didn't even know there was really an accurate way to test your NAD levels. And I also, even though reading and understanding a lot about nad, I did not understand the significance of, of the role that it played in our wellness and our longevity and how much it also played in giving us very strong, powerful mitochondria. And so upon getting the test with Dr. Jinn, I was taken aback at how low my levels were. I felt like I was in very good health, a lot of great blood markers. Unfortunately, my NAD levels did not reflect that. So what I did was entrust to him to fix me, to guide me, to help me. And he promised me that he could get me right in a very short amount of time. And I believed in him, and rightfully so because he had me fixed up in less than three months. NAD levels in the low 20s all the way up into the 60s thanks to Dr. Gin. So what I have done now is worked with him and his company to make what I call the Dylan Gemelli NAD Optimization protocol. And so that's going to be available to everybody because given what I know and the power in my voice and messaging, it's my duty and responsibility to help every one of you. So what I'm going to do today is cover 7 things that you need to know about N A D Plus. I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out the things that people are struggling with and the bad information. And I'm going to give you every single answer that I know you're looking for and lacking today, why most of you get zero results and the data driven reasons that the approach was wrong from the start. So we're going to cover a lot of ground here. So I'm going to get right into it. Now I have been doing this 20 some odd years in the health and fitness and wellness Industry. And I have tried to study it all, learn it all, and cover every single base I can. But there's always going to be areas where I'm lacking and need help. And that's why I go to the expert of experts in any sort of angle and way that I can to learn every aspect. And I interview people of different mindsets and beliefs on things and try to extrapolate everything that I can. What I have found is NAD is one of the most important molecules that I have ever encountered in all the years of my work. The science is undeniable. But here's what I've seen play out over and over. Most people are using it just completely wrong. And here's what I wish that more people knew before spending any bit of money that they work so hard for. Most people are taking the wrong dose. This is the single biggest reason why people fail when they use nad. And this sometimes doesn't even have to do anything with the product quality. You could have the best quality in the world and misuse it and not get any sort of result or a negative result. So let's talk about that first. One of the most common things that I'm running into and that I hear is that I took NAD for several months or I tried three different brands and I'm not getting any sort of results. None of them did a thing for me, or the one that really gets me is spending months on a protocol with absolutely zero ways to verify that it's actually working. So one of the most common themes that I see is dosing blindly. Look, NAD plus absorption is not a one size fits all type of thing, all right? Two people can take the exact same supplement at the exact same dose and get thoroughly different results. I've seen this play out repeatedly in the research and in my own experimentation. Here's an example. My wife, for instance, I give her a normal kind of standard dose in that 900 to 1000 milligram range. She feels terrible, doesn't feel right, feels off, headaches. Lower it to 500. Not only did we see results in her, her blood work and her testing, but she feels great on it. Me, I take a thousand and feel phenomenal. So everybody's different. And things are trial and error. Now, understand that absorption, it depends on a couple things here. Your genetics, your gut, microbiome, health, and most critically, your current intracellular NAD level. So without knowing where you're starting, essentially you're flying blind. So one of the things that I've struggled with for so many years and I just Sometimes I just want to face palm is that people that don't get testing, they don't get a baseline. How can you ever know if something's working for you or not working for you or potentially hurting you if you don't have a baseline? So you have to start testing with a number. Okay, you have to get a baseline number. Without that, we really don't have any honest answer as to whether something's working or not working and or hurting you. So you have to test your intracellular NAD levels before you start. Get a dose that's calibrated to your actual biology, not the label, average or standard, and retest at the month three time frame to confirm that it actually worked or not. Because at three months and you should start to see some difference. Now let's talk about NAD vs. NMN vs. NR vs. Niacin and what actually matters. Because the supplement industry is just a marketing war and I've been in this trench for so long, I'm going to give you the straightforward breakdown. All of these precursors can raise your NAD levels, but the variable that matters isn't which form, it's which whether the dose is right for your body. Pick one, stay consistent, test before and after, and that's the whole protocol. So let's start from the top. And this is where a lot of people have made big mistakes. Pure NAD plus, it's too large of a molecule to survive oral digestion intact. It's not effective as a standalone and a lot of labels will imply that it is, but it's not. It's too large to get itself into your cell. It does not penetrate and far too many people don't understand that. This is my favorite and the one that I believe is the very best and that is NMN nicotinamide mononucleotide. It's fast acting, it's well researched, it's more expensive, but it's more effective for most people. And it's got the best ability to penetrate into your cells. Then there's NR nicotinamide riboside. It's more affordable, but it's slightly slower to build and that actually has to convert to NMN to then work. So why do we, why don't you skip that step? That's my view. It's still effective if you're consistent, but you got to give it the time that it needs. And then we've got niacin, which is vitamin B3. That's the original precursor. It's the most affordable. But I, I have had a lot of people have Bad, bad experiences with it, not to mention the skin flushing, which can be quite uncomfortable. That signals absorption. But there's, there's other concerns that I've seen there. I've seen elevated liver problems, kidney problems. So you have to be aware of that. You need to pick one form and stay consistent with it. Test before, test after. If your levels don't rise adequately, then you've got to adjust your dose. Now, does it actually help you with energy and brain fog? From a cellular health standpoint, sure, but not the way that stimulants work. And you have to be able to distinguish the difference. This is one of my favorite topics because the mechanism is exactly what you'd expect when you understand cellular bioenergetics. NAD does not mask fatigue. It addresses one of your root causes of it at the mitochondrial level. So let's look at it like this. We've got caffeine and we've got stimulants. So you can generally expect a spike and then a crash. It blocks adenosine receptors, so it borrows energy from later. NAD fuels mitochondrial ATP production directly. So you're getting clean, sustained energy and you have no debt. So here's the honest timeline that I have observed in the research and in my own experience. Week one, I would have this expectation of minimal but noticeable change. Foundational cellular replenishment is happening, so don't quit here. This is where most people make their mistake. Week two and three, then you can start to see sleep quality improve. The afternoon energy drop starts to fade. Recovery between sessions accelerates, and you've got subtle but measurable differences if you're tracking it. And then week four and beyond, you'll start to see consistent, clean energy, sharper mental clarity, the kind of baseline shift that you notice when it's gone, not when it arrives. Other benefits that I've seen consistently faster workout recovery, improved mood regulation, reduced joint stiffness, better skin, stronger nails. These show up differently depending on where you were depleted to begin with. That's another thing that you have to keep in mind. Now, let's get into the nitty gritty here. Pills versus injections versus IVs. Because this is one of the most common questions that I get. More expensive does not necessarily mean more effective. The data backs this up. And I have looked at all of it, and I spent a lot of time sitting with Dr. Gin going over this. I've spent countless hours talking with him, learning, going over data, and then researching on my own from what he gave me. Injections and IVs deliver NAD plus to your bloodstream. But that's not the goal. The goal is intracellular NAD plus. Those are thoroughly different things. I have data from over a hundred thousand. Yes, a hundred thousand intracellular tests and it shows well dosed oral supplementation outperforms injectables for most longevity and performance goals. So let's take a look at this. I'm going to give you like a cost breakdown, the delivery and my verdict on everything. So first method oral supplements, I would expect between like a 70 to $150 cost there. Delivery is intracellular best for longevity and daily performance. This is the best value, the best way injections, you're looking at a minimum of maybe 200amonth, but more like 500. Delivery is bloodstream only and it's really niche use cases. On what I've seen ID drips, you're looking at 400 to probably about a thousand a month, which is again bloodstream only. And it's extremely hard to justify on the data that we've been given. Then I want to look at. Is NAD plus safe for the long term? From a research standpoint, yes, it is. Here's what the science actually shows. I only recommend things that I vetted in the literature and tested on myself. And NAD precursors have one of the stronger long term safety profiles in the supplement space that I've ever seen. You're not introducing a foreign compound. You're restoring a molecule that your body naturally produces and that it depends on. Decades of pre clinical and clinical research support favorable safety outcomes. So no serious adverse effects of typical supplementation doses, which I have found to be 500-1000mg. Some people need a little more, depending on the severity of the condition. Why? You may have felt nothing. I'll tell you four errors that I see show up here. So let's say someone spends, I don't know, 60 days on a protocol, fills nothing. Then they stop. They think it's not working. Dosing blindly is number one. Label dose is a manufacturer starting point, not a dose that's actually calibrated to your needs and necessities in your biology. So without a baseline test, like I said, you have no idea if you needed supplementation to even start with. And then how much. Number two, people pick the wrong form for their biology. Different precursors are metabolized differently and that depends on gut microbiome composition. Without testing, you cannot know which form your body converts efficiently. You're making a pretty significant investment on guesswork. I don't advise it. People quit way too early. NAD plus replenishment is cellular. It's not symptomatic. The shift is quiet, sleep improves, the 3pm crash fades, recovery accelerates. Quitting at week two is stopping a protocol right before it even starts delivering. And number four, they had no way to verify that it was working without before and after testing. You have no idea. Feeling better is not data. Feeling nothing doesn't mean it failed. The only way to know is to measure what, which is the entire premise of what biohacking and health even is. So here comes the fun part. The Dylan Gemelli Special what most companies don't want you to know. And I've talked about things like this at length in the past and like I said, I'm not gonna ever name drop anybody, but I am gonna tell you things that I see and observe so that you know things to look for and then you can draw your own conclusions on who may or may not be doing this. I've written about supplement industry practices for years and this is the one that really, really bothers me the most. The research on NAD is real, the decline with age real, the cellular energy connection real. But the leap from NAD plus is important to our specific supplement at the specific dose will raise your levels is where most companies quietly stop providing evidence. So I want to take a look at some problems here and fill you in on what I see. The incentive problem. Well, testing creates accountability. If a company built testing into their protocol, you'd know whether their product raised your levels or not. If you didn't, you'd stop buying. So instead they cite research that's very general, not conducted on their specific product and count on you not noticing the difference. Here's what an evidence based NAD plus protocol actually looks like. You test your baseline first, intracellular nad, not a symptom checklist. You get clinical grade formulations, verified purity, not off the shelf bulk ingredients. Retest at the start of month. Three, objective data shows what actually changed and four, iterate until it works. Adjust your dose or your formulation based on results, not marketing promises. And this is the standard that I apply to everything that I recommend to my community. Ginfinity is the only NAD plus company that I found that actually operates this way. Building testing and accountability into the core product. That, my friends, is why I teamed up with them and why I specifically went to them and said, I want my own protocol. I want you to back me on this. I have a mission. I'm very, very, very mission driven and oriented. And this particular mission is to right the wrongs. It's to address every single issue out there, whether it's people wronging you, companies wronging you, or your own misunderstanding and confusion on how to actually go about this. I want people to. To see exactly how to do this properly, to be able to see real life data and to be able to find an answer to said problem, which is low NAD levels and misguided information and being taken advantage of. I'm going to fix every aspect of this that I possibly can. My voice has weight and it has power, but it goes unheard if it's not delivered properly. And if it's not delivered with credibility, accountability, and love for everyone. That's also one of the reasons why I teamed with ginfinity, because Dr. Jen shares the same mission that I do. Make a massive difference. Give everybody we can the opportunity to do this. And so, my friends, the Dylan Gemelli NAD Optimization protocol. Here's what your testing's gonna look like. I'm gonna leave a link for you to sign up for this. I have specials. Dr. Jin and I have tried to make this as affordable and as extensive as we can to really, really, really change your health and your life. So take everything that I said to heart because all of these things have been happening. I've done the research and I have done everything in my power to make sure that you get the best in all you do with health and wellness and also financially. So that being said, stay tuned for plenty more to come. Dylan Gemelli Powered by Ginfinity Signing.
