You know that moment when you look back and ask, “Where did the time go?” This episode is all about how to recognize when 1 day is starting to turn into 1 year. In this episode, I talk about how to recognize when time is beginning to creep in. 3 weeks ago, I received an email that our beloved fitness studio where I teach and have so many loved members would be closing. We were all devastated. My ask of the members is to keep their momentum going. An object in motion stays in motion. The past 3 weeks have gifted me so much awareness and have reminded me about the pandemic and how things can change quickly without notice.
