One of the most common questions I get is which peptides I actually hate. And honestly, it's a fair thing to ask. You're spending real money on these compounds, so you deserve to know which ones might not be worth it.

In this episode, I break down my five most overrated peptides. None of these are dangerous. Most have legitimate research behind them. They've just been surpassed by better compounds that cost about the same and work significantly better.

I cover AOD-9604 and why the clinical trials underwhelmed, GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 and the cortisol and hunger problems they create, HGH Frag 176-191 and why it's somehow worse than AOD, Sermorelin and why I think it persists despite better options being available, and oral 5-Amino-1MQ capsules versus the injectable form.

For each one, I share what I'd use instead. Tesamorelin, GLP-1 agonists, Ipamorelin with CJC-1295, and the injectable version of 5-Amino are all on the table.

This isn't a hit piece. Every peptide on this list works for someone. I just don't think most people are getting their money's worth. Take it as one peer's honest opinion and test things for yourself.
