Welcome back to the Joy Broadcast and at the time of recording, this episode is going to be going out on Easter Monday. And what I want to share with you today is my joy of questing. And I think that it's just a beautiful synchronicity that I'm going to be talking about questing at the same time as most families or parents will be creating treasure hunts or Easter egg hunts for their children. This was definitely something that I had that has brought me something so much joy throughout my life. I sometimes think that Easter and Easter egg hunts were more exciting in my childhood than Christmas. I love both. But it was always just that sheer excitement of going looking for your presence rather than just them being hung by the fireside. It was going and seeing whether the Easter bunny had put the eggs in the places that they put them last year or whether they'd found new spaces. And I now know that my dad and my mum used to make the Easter egg hunt last even longer because they would sneak eggs out of our baskets and reposition them and put them back. So it was like this never ending quest of eggs that would continually fill up our baskets and we didn't even know. I took so much pleasure in doing the same for my sons. I loved doing the Easter egg hunt, something my husband thought was quite mad, but I used to love hiding them around the house and I used to love hiding them in the garden. I used to get so much ple doing it as just in hiding them and finding new places and crevices to hide them. As much as I love the delight in in their faces. I was so disappointed in myself when one night I was laying out the Easter eggs and very Late at night and Willie came downstairs for whatever reason when he was still quite little and he caught me in the act and he's so astute and so aware and he was like mummy, what are you doing? I said oh, I'm just checking the Easter Bunny's bin. And he said, no Mummy, I saw you doing it, you've got a packe back. I was like no I don't. Anyway, no flies on willy. Unfortunately, that was the end of not only the Easter Bunny but also Father Christmas. As he said, mummy, if you're the Easter Bunny, does that mean that you're Father Christmas too? But I love a quest. I love a quest. Do you know when I look up quest in the dictionary, I'm so old fashioned. It's the search for something. It is the pursuit of. It is a pursuit of knowledge. It's a quest for a mission. It's a hunt, isn't it? It's all of those things. That's why I think it's such a beautiful synergy that I'm talking about that. And also my quest that starts tomorrow I chose to call the energy quest that I'm leading tomorrow quest rather than a challenge because to me a challenge can often feel like a failure if I don't do every single day. And as someone with an open heart chakra, I may not always necessarily have the willpower to keep going through a challenge. I need little bits of pauses and breaks. So a challenge is almost like something that I don't want to fail at. And especially when you've got the fear gate of feeling like a failure. I don't want anybody who decides that they want to join this quest to feel that they're going to fail at it. Whether you choose to listen to one episode or two episodes or all of them, I trust that your quest will be satiated or your thirst for knowledge or your search for knowledge will be satiated in no matter how you turn up or how many you listen to. To me, a quest more appeals to my profile lines in my human design of a line three, six. I'm here for the. The trial and an error, the adventure of life, the exploration. So it also appeals to me because it's really reflective of how I came across chakra healing and energy healing. I was on the quest for truth and you've heard me talk about truth before. If you go back to some of the original episodes when I talk about the harmony principle of owning your truth, this was the quest for my truth. This was an inner quest. It wasn't an outer quest. It was an inner quest for the truth of myself and who I was when I found myself in that space of having lost everything, including myself. It was the reconnection with myself and finding the truth within me that really helped me galvanize. It helped me solidify my confidence in the knowledge of who I was and loving who I was. I spoke about diamond mining in an earlier podcast too. I think it might have been a couple of episodes ago, but it was this quest for truth. And actually, do you know what, when I think about was reading Liz Gilbert's book Big Magic. If you've read that book or you haven't read it, do read it. I love her book. If you've watched the film Eat, Pray Love, it's the story of her, but it's almost like the sequel. It's what happens next after Eat, Pray, Love. Big Magic was beautiful. And she talks about jewels in that. And I looked up the quote that really inspired me to go on this diamond mining quest. And she says that the universe buries strange jewels deep within us and then stands back to see if we can find them. And that fascinated me. And I was on my quest for spirituality, that search of understanding what spirituality meant for me. And it was then maybe again serendipity or synchronicity, who knows? But it was when I came across an advert for chakra healing course and I was like, wow, I've always wanted to learn a bit more about chakra healing. And when I understood what all of the different chakras meant, it was like I was being given this quest to go and find the truth and the jewels deep within me. And I found them by understanding the beauty and the power of our energy centers and our chakras. What I recognized is another synchronicity in the delight I had and I saw in my children on their Easter egg hunts. Not only just the delight when the eggs are obvious, but also the delight when they uncover them hidden somewhere secret, somewhere that they weren't expecting them. The delight for the obvious, but also the delight for the deeply subconscious that I felt when I found those jewels deep within me, within each one of my energy centers and my chakras. The rare diamonds, the rubies of my root, the emeralds and the pink diamonds of my heart chakra, the amethysts of my crown and the sapphires and the aquamarines of my throat, and all of the diamonds and jewels and gems that I found within me. Whether they were obvious the minute I started to do the healing work or Whether they took a little bit of time and deeper work, the diamond mining, the going deeper within, the darker it got, the brighter the jewel. So I am so incredibly excited to share with you this healing, this purifying, this magnetizing work that we're going to be working through on this nine day quest. This is, yes, a nine day quest for healing. It's a nine day quest to share with you how I purified, cleansed, detoxed, decluttered each one of those energetic chakras. But then also how I was able to create the most beautiful magnetic energy, this magnetizing, attractive, highest vibrating energy that I possibly could in each one of those chakras that attracted, brought more amplified my ability to manifest more joy, more love, more life into myself, my soul, my human body, and feel even more alive throughout my life. So this is a beautiful quest. Yes, it's an energy healing quest, but it's also a quest to find the answers, the truth within you that are going to help and guide and lead you to feeling, experiencing more joy, more love, more peace, more abundance, more harmony, and to feel so much lighter and more alive. This is the work that I chose to do back in 2018 that really set me off on this incredible quest for life to amplify, to live, to experience so much. And through healing myself and my chakras and finding these diamonds and these jewels deep within me, I created a life where everything was healed, where everything became better. I healed my marriage, I healed my relationship. Through healing myself, I created more harmony within myself, which ultimately created more harmony within my home and my family. I created a magnetic, pure aura within me that was so authentic and so true because I knew the truth of myself that I seemed to have attracted so much into my life in terms of finding my purpose, my mission, that quest for a mission, I found it deep within me, which is why I wake up every single day with this beautiful purpose that has led me on a beautiful path to create joy. Not only just for myself, but this mission to create joy and help others create joy in their lives as well and create this beautiful ripple of joy. So I'm excited and I hope you are too. We start tomorrow and we're going to start with one of my most favorite chakras. We're going to be starting with the crown chakra. And the crown chakra is the, the energy of divine connection. It's inspiration, it's this opening of that channel to spirituality, which is ultimately where I started that quest, that curiosity to.
