I'm continuing our discussion on manifesting. You know, manifesting is such a buzzword of today. And when I shared my story last week, I didn't know that I was actually manifesting. You know, instead of worrying or fearing, I was using my mind to imagine. Instead of hating and being angry, I allowed myself to heal with love. And I let my heart choose the path of love. Instead of listening to the opinions of others, I chose to listen to the soft whispers of my soul. I opened my heart, my mind, my soul to let my spirit guide me in the most magical way. And instead of staying still, instead of feeling stuck, I decided to take small steps forward with intention, knowing that at some time, at some point in the future, I was going to live out a life of joy that I'd seen in that imagination. You know, I chose to walk the way of the rose, like my dad said to me, you know, I chose to walk the path of joy. Joy was my purpose. When I first picked up my first ever tarot deck or oracle deck, it was one by Kris Carr, because I'd heard her speak and it said, you, purpose is joy. I knew that joy was my path. I chose acts of love. I chose to align with love. I chose to feel love. I chose to return to love. One of my favorite books, when I was healing, the book by Marianne Williamson, and I allowed myself to have many parties of gratitude every day for the small steps that I was taking. You know, eight years ago, I started that process. Fast forward to now, it feels like I've literally just clipped my fingers. It doesn't feel like eight years, it feels like eight moments. Eight moments in time. It was actually in 2023 that I decided that I actually wanted to investigate a little bit further because an intuitive practice that I led myself through, following my soul, following my spirit on this manifesting journey, although I didn't know it was manifesting at the time, is I decided, you know what, I wonder why that worked. And I decided to let myself follow my curiosity again. And what I found was science to back up why everything that I had intuitively done in 2016 and 2017 up until 2023 had worked. And what I found was that by understanding the science behind the process, sped it up. And that's really what I want to share with you today. I want to help you believe in the process of manifestation, or co creation, call it what you will, to understand that you actually have the power right within you to manifest whatever it is that you want right now you can. And, and I want to share with you a couple of concepts that I actually share in the next program that I wrote called Manifesting as if by Magic that shares the science so that you can solidify your belief. Because I believe, really, truly believe that the more you believe in the process, the more it will work, the more magic it will create. So for me to solidify that belief, I had to understand the why, the how behind it. And so I took myself on this journey, reading and learning and understanding it all. And the first concept I want to share with you today on this Joy podcast is the concept of your Reticular Activating System. Now I'm not going to keep saying Reticular Activating system because that's rather a lot for my teeth to get round and to chew on every so often. So I'm going to call it the RAS R A s Reticular Activating System. And you've heard me say many, many times that our brains, our minds are incredible, incredible tools. They are the tools we get to use. It is the tool that we get to use that you get to use every single day. You've heard me say before that our mind can either fuck you up, excuse my French, it can either fuck you up, or it can fire you the fuck up. And you get to choose. And this is really where I started. I wanted to understand the brain so much more. And I read wonderful books, especially like Tara Swartz, the Source and goodness knows what, I can't even remember, but that took me down a wonderful rabbit hole of reading her books and listening to her podcasts and her interviews and Dr. Joe Dispenza. It's just an incredible process I then took myself on to understand that. Do you know what? The Reticular Activating System showed me the key to unlocking a bigger belief in this process, A bigger belief in myself, a bigger belief in that I get to create my reality as I'm existing. The RAs, our reticular activating System, in its simplistic terms and the way I like to share it, is really a filter. It is a filter between us and our life. I think the easiest way I can describe it for anyone is when you watch Superman, one of the very first Superman, or even the latest one. They always show Superman as a little boy. And as a little boy, he gets bombarded and overwhelmed by the level of detail of which he can see the world. So much noise, so many sights, so many smells. X ray vision. I'm not saying we have X ray vision, but it's that overwhelming sense of data that we can witness, and that would be too much for our brain. So what our brain does is it starts to filter out what is not necessary. And the way it filters is through our beliefs, our codes. And then this is exactly what fascinated me. Because if you know my story, you know that once upon a time I was an IT consultant and I reprogrammed systems to function better and to make businesses far more profitable. And so to me it was like, oh, it's just like finding the sticky piece of code, the bit of code that doesn't work and taking out and putting in new code. And that's what we do. That's what I do. I help you understand your mind, understand your beliefs, understand your belief codes, the ones that aren't serving you, the ones that are creating the filter by which you are living, by the subconscious mind. And again, I will bring this to life for you. Because it has been so prevalent in my life recently when I watch my son learning to drive, I remember taking him six months ago down the lane and teaching him how to. To drive. What came so naturally to me. Obviously, having passed my test, what, 30 years ago, I can't even remember, but nearly three decades ago. And I'm sure you're the same. You get into the car without even really thinking. You just know that you're going to change your seat, your mirror, you're going to put the keys in the ignition, you're probably going to turn the radio on, you're going to put it into gear, and before you know it, you've driven out of the gate and you're probably at work or wherever you're going, and you haven't really thought about what you're doing. You're doing everything on autopilot from your subconscious mind, from your reticular activating system that has been primed and programmed to just do it without you really having to consciously think. Now, sitting next to my son as he turns 17, watching him having to learn and use his conscious brain to think. Oh, I've got to get the seat right. Can I move the pedals right? What about the steering wheel? What about this? How do I press the accelerator, change, Change the gear, look in the mirrors, turn the wheel? You know, that's why we. We stall so many times when we're learning, because there's so much to take on for our conscious mind. It's learning how to program our mind so that we can do it without thinking. That's what our RAS does. Our RAS programs our subconscious so that we don't have to necessarily think. It's almost a little bit dangerous, isn't it? But if you think about it in another way, what I'd like for you to do, and what I started to understand was, oh, my goodness, now that I know I've got this filtering system, what are my codes? What's in my subconscious that I'm not really aware of anymore? What have I programmed over the years into my filter? Because it's the filter that we see and create from? What do I mean by that? You know, our brain is an incredible thing. It's. I always like to describe it as a dog with a bone. It wants to prove itself right? So depending on the belief codes that you've programmed your reticular activating system with, that is what you are going to see and believe about yourself. So this was exactly what I said to my therapist when I was, you know, working through my body dysmorphia. I just said, but I'm so fat. I'm so fat, I feel fat. I feel fat. And she said, ali, is that true? And I said, well, no, I know it's not true, because I know what size clothes I wear. I'm a size 8. And I look in the mirror and I know I'm not. And she said, are you willing to let that thought go? And who would you be if you were, if you were able to let that thought go? What's the thought? I said, I'm healthy. The belief code is that I'm healthy, that I'm beautiful, that I look in the mirror and I see that I am beautiful, that I am slim, and then I'm gorgeous. Because when I just thought I'm fat. My brain would say, okay, and so you are. So it would prove me right. The same thing happened when I was setting up myself in business. I was like, oh my goodness, I'm so rubbish at business. No one's going to want to buy anything to do with happiness or joy. Who wants to know Happiness and joy? Why would anybody want to come and work with me? Why would anybody want to do that? No one is buying. And so our reticular activating system says, oh, okay then. And it proves us right. So we act from this place of deep belief that I am fat, therefore I'm going to finish this packet of biscuits because it doesn't make any difference. I am rubbish at what I do. So therefore there's no point in me offering out my services because I don't believe in them because no one's going to buy, so what's the point? So we're apathetic and stuck. So what I started to do and I got my journal out as I was realizing the reticular activating system was such a powerful tool to use was I got out my journal, I said, right, what are all the beliefs that I have in my mind? What do I believe? And I'm going to use the work of Byron Katie because she was so instrumental in my life. I'm going to use the work of Byron Katie with the question that says, is that true? Every belief I have in my mind, is that true? It's almost like I can't even remember the world explorer who decided that the world was round. It was like he went out to question that the world was flat. Everybody believed that the world was flat. So, so, so be it. You better not go traveling, you'll fall off the end. Let's go and find out, do we really believe that the world is flat? Let's go find out and prove ourselves wrong. You know, I used the work of my therapist helped me and she said, are you willing to let go of that thought? Who would you be if you could let go of that thought? How would you act? How would you think? What would you do? You dress differently, you'd have more confidence. So I started to question every single belief that I'd ever had, understand where it had come from, and decided, is that belief code sitting in my RAs, in my filter, serving me for the life that I want to lead, the life of love, the life of joy, the life of travel, the life of abundance, Is that belief helping me or do I want to remove it? Do I want to take that belief Code out. And if I want to take that belief code out, what's the belief code that I want to put in? Because we act from our subconscious beliefs, so we have to question them, we have to bring awareness to them so that we can question them, so that we can find them, so that we can remove them, so that we can replace them and put something else in. And it's not an easy process. It's not an easy process because our subconscious makes us feel safe. So to question it is not that easy. It's not that easy. But knowing that you are creating from a place of belief, gosh, that literally was like a mic drop moment for me. It was like, oh my goodness, this is going to be the work of my lifetime to look at every single belief so that I can re change it. That was the first concept I wanted to share with you and if that has intrigued you, then I would love for you to come in and find out a little bit more because I go into a lot more detail into my magic manifesting process along with another little concept that I wanted to share with you that really, really blew my mind. Again in now, where are we now? It was in 2024, so I'd already had my mind blown by the RAS. And then the work around my understanding of energetics and my awareness around the understanding of the emotional guidance system again took me to another level of belief and understanding of the science behind why my process was working. I went to a wonderful event run by a dear friend of mine, Dimple. It's called the Abundant you. And she was talking to us about quantum physics. She's amazing with quantum phys and the Hawkins Scale. If you haven't heard of it, then do you know what, maybe I'll put something in the show notes and you can download it and you can see what it looks like. But I want you to imagine like this spiral and this understanding that this spiral going from the bottom all the way to the, to the top. And on the spiral you've got all of our emotions ranging from the bottom. If you look at the bottom, you're looking at the, the heavier motions that I want to call them the heavier ones. Every emotion, and I will always say that every single emotion is valid. Every single emotion is a valid part of our human existence. Every single emotion has a gift for us that we can use. But some of them feel heavier than others. So at the bottom of the Hawkins scale you've got things like shame, guilt, grief, fear, anger. A lot of those feelings that I was feeling when I was at rock bottom. When I was even below rock bottom, you know, on the bottom of the ocean floor. I remember saying, so heavy. And they're vibrating. Those are the emotions that vibrate at a very slow energy, a very slow frequency. They're quite heavy, a bit like that. And when you move your way up through the scale, you're going to start to see that. You're going to shift into more of a neutral feeling. You know, we've got acceptance, willingness, apathy. And they're a little bit lighter. And then if you want to move further up, if you want to move up into the highest vibration, the highest frequency, the fast frequencies, the ones where your attractiveness based on the law of vibration is really where we all want to be. Because it's the frequency of love, of joy, of peace, of enlightenment. It's the fun place to be. These are the very, very high vibrating frequencies. And these are the ones where we can attract and where we can create from a place of quantum physics. And the science behind this was fascinating for me, again, because every single thing in the world. Does have an energetic set point. It has a frequency. The table at which I'm sitting at, the microphone, the earphones, me, I can change my frequency and my vibration. Just by understanding where I am on the Hawkins scale of frequencies. When I'm feeling guilty, when I'm feeling shame. I did a bit last week, actually, on half term. And I recognized the feeling of guilt was because I wasn't spending enough time with my sons, who I don't get to see very often. I was like, oh, that's a gift. Okay, what am I going to put down? I want to go back up into the frequencies of love and above. Love, joy, peace and enlightenment. So what can I do? I choose love. I choose the feeling of love. And I do exactly what I did in the Manifest IT program. And what I shared there is like, I choose love. Circumstances don't have to change. I just get to close my eyes and I get to choose the feeling of love. I get to feel my body with love. I get to fill my body with joy. And now I know the answer and know what I'm going to do. I know that I'm going to spend more time with my sons. It's understanding that we can move ourselves up and down this frequency, the scale of the Hawkins scale, And know that when we are in that highest vibrating scale. That we can attract more of what we desire. Because I bet you if I asked you to tell me what it was that you wanted to manifest in your life. And I asked you, what is the feeling that you associate with having that thing? You would probably say, one of those feelings. Love, joy, peace. It would bring me so much peace. It would bring me joy. It would bring me happiness. I would feel love. So we manifest through the feeling. I remember hearing that from Danielle Delaporte's Fire Starter sessions many, many years ago. It's. We manifest when we live in the frequency we wish to manifest. So, yes, there's a thing, but it's the frequency that we associate with the thing. Am I making sense? Do you understand this? This was quite a concept for me to get my head round. But if you can understand that we manifest through the feelings, and to understand the feelings of the Hawkins Scale, and to see it so scientifically proven and written out, it was like, oh, well, the science has proven it. So I want to live in that energetic state of love, joy, peace, and enlightenment. Today, I'm living in a manifestation, a creation, a reality, a realization based on my past actions that were taken based on a feeling and what was going on in my mind and my thought. I think those are the words of Buddha, but just backwards. You know, thoughts create things. Thoughts create a feeling. A feeling creates an emotion. An emotion is going to generate a feeling of behavior. And that behavior is going to lead you to taking an action. So thoughts become things, and it's understanding the thoughts that you're having, the feelings you're having about those thoughts, the thoughts about what you're going to do, that then start to create the actions that are going to create the manifestation of your life. You know, your energy, your feelings that you are taking action with are going to heavily influence the outcome of that action. So if you're doing it with love, you're going to do it in this wonderful enlightened state that's going to speed up time. Whereas if you're doing it from guilt, shame, grief, anger, it's going to be heavier and slower. Everything we want will be manifested based on our past actions. So, therefore, we want to manifest from an imagination, from an illusion that we imagine in our mind. And I say that because everything is created twice, everything is created twice, once in our mind and then in reality. So we want to use our imaginations to think about what it is that we want to have in our lives, but also how we would feel when we have it. And when we know that, that's when we get to live in that energy to take ourselves up the frequency of the Hawkins Scale. And then we start to use the power of attraction. Because we're starting to take actions and the universe can't help but not ignore us. And so it starts to bring everything to us. Everything that we desire, wants us just as much as we want it. That's one of my biggest beliefs. So it's doing the work too, to get to me, it being whatever it is that I desire. One of the biggest things that I've realized is that when we plan from a reality, from our reality now, it takes a little bit of time. We actually want to plan from the illusion, from the imagination, by looking backwards. How did I get here? Rather than how do I get there? That was such a huge shift for me. And one of the quotes that I've been talking about quite a bit recently in my Love Club and also with my clients in Joynhd, we've been talking about this process of what I've just said, that question of how did I get there? Rather than how do I get there. It's a difference. It's a remembering rather than a trying to work out how. And one of my favourite quotes that I often say is that those who are certain of the outcome can wait and wait without anxiety. It's a quote from A Course in Miracles. And when I was writing the Alley Sandwich, as I came across it, and it was inevitable that I would be happy again, it was inevitable that I would feel joy again. Therefore, I can be at peace. I don't have to be anxious about it all the time. I don't have to be working out how all the time. It's, can I shift to a state of I know in the future it's going to happen, so can I allow myself to remember? It's remember the words I wrote down. It was like this engaged enthusiasm, a relaxed inevitability. Relaxed inevitability. It's going to happen. Everything has happened, it has happened. So therefore, how did it happen? Phil Stultz, another book I'm just recalling now that really helped me that he called it jeopardy. And it's his wonderful book called the Tools. And he in his book, I remember very clearly, making me think, okay, I want to fast forward right to the end of my life. What's going on? What are the stories that I'm telling? What are the stories that everyone around me is telling? Because I remember that when my mum was dying, my sister, my dad and I, we were sat there and we were laughing and we were just joking and we're telling the stories of Mum's life and what she'd done. And how she'd done it and how we'd got there. And I thought, you know what, that's what I want. When I'm a 93 year old woman surrounded by my family, what are the stories I want to be listening into? Because that's going to give me the clue. So if you can take yourself and fast forward yourself to it's done, take yourself to that inevitability place, then it's about more of a freedom of your thought. How did I, rather than how do I? So subtle. But it changed everything in the speed at which I manifested. We manifest from the future, not from where we are. Did I just blow your mind with that one? So these two concepts, they blew my mind and I wanted to sit with them and I wanted to play with them and I wanted to practice them and I wanted to create the evidence that this science that I was understanding, if I added it to my intuitive feeling, then it would speed up and accelerate everything that I wanted to do. And it did. So this is an invitation for you. Play. Go and play with your reticular activating system. Go and ask yourself, what are all the belief codes that I have in my mind? Everything. Write them all down, every single thing that you've ever believed in and then ask yourself, is that really true? Is that what I want to continue believing? Is that the belief that's going to support the life that I want to live and I want to die by? What is the illusion? What is the illusion that you want to live in? Take yourself, fast forward yourself into the beauty of the end of your life and understand and allow yourself to choose every single day to live in that energetic state of love, joy, peace and abundance. Enlightenment. Choose it every day. No matter what happens in your life, you still get to choose a different feeling, set out with the intention of living in that frequency and in that vibration. And you know what, if you drop down, it's okay. We're human. We are going to be angry and we are going to be sad and we are going to feel guilty and we are going to grieve and we are going to feel apathetic. We're going to feel all of these feelings. But it's how quickly can you bounce back up to choosing joy, love, peace, abundance, enlightenment. How quickly can I get back to choosing love? And that was the biggest question. I said to myself, when you align with love, you live with joy. When you align with love, you amplify your joy. When you live with joy, you become a super attractor. And that's exactly why I became a self fulfilling prophecy. Because that is what I chose to believe. And so I live on the frequency of love, I live on the frequency of joy. And wonderful magical things happen in all areas of my life. Whether that's in my business, whether that's in my friendship groups, in my romantic life, in my family life, in my health and in my body. I choose to love my body every day. I'm devoted to looking after my physical health, I'm devoted to looking after my mental health and allowing it to feel that peace. I'm devoted to my heart. I'm devoted to my heart's desires and creating acts of love every day. Play with that. And I want to leave you with something very, very simple. Because I know that this can sound very complicated. And if I have blown your mind, like I blew my own mind, I had to allow myself to sit and marinate on all of this and think, okay, well how am I going use this? And if I'm going to use this and teach this, as I do as a line 3, 6 in my human design, what is it that I want to share? And so in 2024, I started practicing this with the members of one of my masterminds that I was running at the time. And I said, I've come up with a new process. Who wants to play and practice with me? And they were like, yes, let's do it. And I came up with this very simple five step process of manifesting. I said, I've practiced it once. It blew my freaking mind. Do you want to try it with me? And let's see if we can get some great stuff to happen. It's just a very simple five step process that is going to bring in everything that I've just shared with you in terms of your reticular activating system and also the energetics of the Hawkins scale. But it's five A's. Number one is to ask. Place your order. Know what it is that you want. What is it that you want? Do you want a million pounds? Do you want the greatest love story of your life? Do you want a fairy godmother to wave her wand and for you to feel the best shape you've ever felt in your whole life and to look in the mirror and feel wonderful when you see yourself? Ask. You've got to know what you want. In the words of the wonderful Esther Hicks, ask and believe. Ask and it's given. So ask number one. Ask. Place the order just like you would in Amazon. What is it that you want? Place the Order. Click the button. The second A is acknowledging the most dominant thought that you have against it. Against it. So whatever you've just asked for, whatever that might be. And I remember doing it with one of my clients and that she said, I want a million pounds. And I was like, well, what would happen if someone would actually leave on your doorstep a box full of pound notes that came up to a million? She said, well, I probably think it was not mine. I would take it to the police station and hand it over. And I said, there you go. So you don't believe that you could have a million pounds? You would take it and you would give it away to somebody else. We've got to work on that belief. You can have a million pounds. It could land on your doorstep. Why not? Stranger things have happened. You know, what about the man who's going to arrive at your front door? Or the woman, the love of your life? If they knocked on your door, would you open it or would you send them away? What is the fear that's stopping you opening the door? What would you do if it actually happened? How would you really feel? Because that's what we've got to look at, the dominant thought. I don't deserve it. That doesn't happen to me. I want you to see and witness those immediate dominant thoughts that come in. This is you. You've got to go into your subconscious mind and find out what that is and allow yourself to either dissolve that thought or drop it like it's hot. I had to dissolve a lot of my thoughts because a lot of my thoughts were, I'm fat. And that was one that was programmed by my mum. And I didn't want to just hate on that because I had to dissolve it with love. She knew no different. So the second part, acknowledge the dominant thoughts. Drop them, dissolve them. Remove this energetic distortion from around you. These are like the gates that are stopping whatever it is that you desire that also desires you coming to you. You've put up these gates and these barriers that we need to drop, so we need to drop them down that. Drop the barriers. This is your mind. This is the ras. This is understanding what belief codes you've got. The third A is assuming the vibration of someone who's already living in the manifestation of what it is that you desire. How would you feel if you were loved in a loving relationship? How would you feel if you did have a million pounds in the cash in the bank? How would you feel if. If you were wearing the dress size that you've been trying to get into for a long time. How would you feel in your body? Close your eyes and imagine it and allow yourself to live and feel and be in that energy every single day. You don't have to wait for your circumstances to change, to live in that energy. Live in the energy now, because then when you're living in that energy, you're going to recognize that you're going to act very, very differently. So this fourth A is acting in that energy of now that you're living in that energy of now, that you're assuming the identity of the person who already has that living manifestation. What is the action? What is the inspired action that you would take? Rather than having a packet of biscuits, maybe you're going to have some watermelon rather than, I don't know, I can't think of something and my mind's just gone blank. But just have a think. What would you do from that action as if it was already done in the state of inevitability, if it's happening, it's done, it's done already, it's there. What would you do differently? Act in that energy. And then the final A, my favourite one is the allowing. Sometimes we feel like we have to do everything, but we forget that there's so much magic in the world that our energy can move mountains, and that if we are living in the manifestation of something happening already, then it has to exist. And so we just have to have this allowing in, this patience for everything else in the world to catch up with us, to trust this process, the combination of our minds, the energy, the subconscious to the conscious, the apathy or the apathetic actions to this very intentional trusting, believing, knowing that it's happening. If I just keep on doing this, it's knowing that it's going to work. And knowing that it works has literally sped up my manifesting process so that I just have to put it out there and say, this is what I want. And it happens. And sometimes it can happen in a moment, sometimes it takes a little bit longer. But I'm trusting in the process that everything's just catching up. Because do you know what? By the time I'm 95, 93, it's already done. It's done. So I don't need to rush, I just need to trust because it's done. Because once upon a time, eight years ago, I had no idea that this is the miracle that I would be living. Eight years ago, I thought it would take a miracle. I thought it was going to take an incredible magician to change my life to be this happy, to be this joyful, to doing the work that I love with the people who I really want to be working with, helping people in the way that I really want to help my children the way that they are, the relationships the way that they are. I'm approaching 50 and I'm feeling amazing. I never thought that. I feel like life is just beginning, that there's so much more to come and I'm so grateful for the opportunities that may not have felt like a beautiful opportunity, but they actually brought me to abundance. So I've shared with you some concepts and I've shared with you a very simple process. I call it the Manifesting as if by Magic process, the five A's. And I run a live experience every quarter for all of the ladies in my Love Club. And I open up my telegram channel and every single day we go through the 5A process as many times as you like. You can ask as much as you like or as little as you like and you can listen. But I am there to guide you and to hear you and to listen to you. And I do it too. And we've manifested the most incredible things. So after that first time that I did it with the ladies and the Love Club, it was insane what happened. One lady hit her target of hitting 50k in her bank account. Another lady was hit, was headhunted for like the job that she never even realized that she wanted. Another lady manifested a soul sanctuary in 5K gifts. It was amazing how quickly it all happened because we were playing and we had fun. So this is my invitation to, for you to join me.
