You're a nosy bitch. You want the full sitch? Come to Pop Culture Thursday. Hello and welcome to the J Train Podcast. This is J Train Jared Freed coming to you live from the West Village. Manhattan. That's right. Every Thursday is a Pop Culture Thursday. I go to Page Six, I read some headlines, we go through the articles, we do some commentary. You the listener, enjoy. Put your brain on the shelf and let me take the wheel with some of the lightest and dumbest stories of the week. And I want to thank you for being a listener of this podcast. There are so many podcasts out there, and you chose to spend, you know, 20 to 40 minutes with me on a Thursday or Friday or whenever you're listening to this. So I really do appreciate that. So if a couple housekeeping things before we get into the stories. The first one I have is Hilaria Baldwin, which here's the thing. I'm gonna get right into it. I'll get to housekeeping after the story. Hilaria Baldwin snaps at Alec, tells him to shut up during awkward red carpet interview. You are annoying me now. Hilaria Baldwin is Alec Baldwin's wife. She is. She is. Well, Alec Baldwin himself is a lightning rod. He is, you know, loved and hated. He's, you know, there's the whole story about him, you know, shooting someone, which is like a crazy story, on the set with a live gun. And then he. But he's been. He puts his. He dips his toe into politics. He's also wildly talented. You know, if you watch, you know, him in movies and in on snl, he's just great. Which I think that's part of the lightning rod of it all. Like, if you. If you don't like him, you really just don't like him because he's good at what he does. But then he's so good at what he does that he tries to put himself in other arenas that really bother, you know, the political sphere. That really bothers some people. And then he goes and marries this woman, Hilaria Baldwin, who. Who is a former yoga instructor, and she is from Weston, Massachusetts. And which is the town, like two. Like, that's like a ritzy town. Like, that is. Like, if you mention Weston, the people of Massachusetts, they go, ooh, you know, people do that with my hometown now. Need them. If you say need them. You know, these towns get reputations. I. I don't think when I grew up there, it didn't get as much of a woo. Like, I would do that to Wellesley. Wellesley woo. You know, you go, oh, that's nice. Need them. Oh, okay, that's pretty. It's on the up and up, you know, that type of thing. Well, Weston to me is an O town. And she then claimed to, you know, she would speak Spanish. Anna Roisman. If you don't follow her, she does a fantastic impression of her. And so this woman, Hilaria, who, who people. You know, again, it's not about, it's what people think of you. It's not whether it's the truth or not the truth. To me, I hear Hilaria Baldwin, I think woman who faked a Spanish accent so that she would seem more interesting than she actually is. That is my, my own headline for her. You have a headline for me? You have a headline for people in your life. I think everyone has a headline. There's. We can only remember so much about people. I, I don't, you know, I'm not going to like spend my day making sure that my headline on Hilaria Baldman is exactly correct in the same way you don't do that for these people. But it's like, so when you see her on a headline, and that's my branding of her is someone who co opted another, you know, culture so that she could. Because she's my age from Weston and all of a sudden she's got an accent and she, she defends it. She, you see these articles where she's like, oh, well, we grew up bilingual. And you know, and you're like. And she's going como D, you know, like, she's like, how do you say. And you're like. It just seems like. And again, I do think a lot of that stuff is highlighted by social media. Social media, we all have a following. You are, everyone is a public Persona if you have an account. So, you know, just like you might be dating someone, there's some risk of, hey, let's hard launch the relationship. And, and if you really went down the road of thinking about your hard launch, you'd be like. And if someone was like, well, to who? Who cares? You'd have to be like, well, I know no one cares, but I have, you know, people see that and I, and it matters to me and you. And you'd immediately fold like a piece of paper. So again, I'm in Rambletown usa. Let's go to the article. Hilaria Baldwin. So I, I am what I'm. I guess what I'm. All this, all this to say is that I am predisposed to, to be a Hilaria Baldwin hater. And I think that's why an article like this gets published right away. Like I you. You can watch. They have the video of the Extra TV interview, and they have it in this article. She did not snap at Alec Baldwin. It is an awkward interview. Hilaria Baldwin put Alec Baldwin on blast for interrupting her during an awkward red carpet interview. See, I wouldn't call it on blast. I would call it awkward. The former yoga instructor chatted with Extra about the future of the family's react reality show the Baldwins at Planet Hollywood's reopening in New York City, where her husband chimed in. It's going to be great. The actor, 66, said at the March 11 event. You're a winner. So if you watch this interview, I'm gonna play it right now. And he calls it the hilarious show. And she's like, no, it's gonna be great. You're a winner. And then she says, when I'm talking, you're not talking. So to me, if I'm to play like, you know, armchair quarterback here, you know, Monday morning quarterback on this interview, it is Alex saying, this is hilarious show. It's hers. And then her being a little bit embarrassed that he's not holding her hand on this show. And she knows it's her show, but she doesn't want people to think. Think that it's her thing she wanted. It is very interesting. I could watch this video of them getting interviewed all day. It's on page six and. But he is basically saying, this is her show, not mine. And she doesn't want people thinking that she's the one that wants this show. She wants it like, oh, it's Alec and I just showing our life when it's really her. And he reveals this. Hilaria, 41, replied, oh, my God, when I'm talking, you're not talking. No, when I'm talking, you're not talking. It was more fun than I'm making it sound. She joked that her partner's behavior was why she'd have to just cut him out of the show. Elsewhere in the conversation, Larry equipped that Alex moments of trying to make things silly. Get ax from their TLC series. They also have this weird interaction about. He's like, talking about how, like, as a mother and. And they have seven children. So, like, to me, this is John and Kate plus eight is the show. Like, if you're going to make a show about the Baldwins, you're just having a more famous couple or you have one guy who's an actual famous person. You have one woman who is famous for. For faking an accent and trying to let people think that she's from Spain when she's not. She's from Weston, Massachusetts. We would have gone to high school together. To me, this is someone that, if I was in high school with her, we would all talk about her behind her back. Have you seen she has an accent now? What's going on? And you could see that this show is the get is these two who are reported on every day because they are a New York City famous couple. And then they have seven kids. Yeah, I would watch someone with seven kids, no matter who it was now. Not to mention someone who really wants you to think they are a certain type of person because they fake an accent. So I love this interview on the red carpet. The article doesn't do it justice. She also accused him of distracting her when she's. She's asked about the Spanish word for essentially. And so he's kind of like joking about the Spanish thing. And then she, like, plays along. It is an awkward interview. The Rust actor blamed being captivated by her beauty as. And. And. And as his wife continued to talk, the reporter, he added, you're so beautiful. It is a mess of an. Of an interview. She demanded, oh, my God, Stop. You're annoying me. Stop. It's not cute. No, it's distracting me. The Yoga Vita co founder rolled her eyes when Alec mouthed something else to the camera about her beauty, saying, I'm going to, like, walk out of this interview right now. As the 30 Rock alum stepped away, she said, let me go back. It's all about routine. Every day we strive to be boring, and then unboring things happen to us as they do with. With. With seven children. So that's her trying to pimp her show. They also have this thing about routine where he's like. She's like the king of routine, the queen of routine. And then she goes. She takes it all back. She doesn't want to gender what she's trying to say about routine. It's a mess. And that's why they're on tv. Like I would. This actually made me want to watch the show, to tell you the truth. Now I'm sitting here, I'm like, I just want to see Alec be totally comfortable in his fame and success and kind of giving shit to his wife, who is not as comfortable as you can see. In this interview. We have more articles. We got. I got like a whole batch of them from Page Six before we get There Hero bread. You can have a killer body and still eat bread. Hero bread is changing the game with guilt free bread that actually tastes like bread, not cardboard. You'd literally never know that this bread has zero grams of sugar, ultra low net carbs and tons of fiber. It's so soft, it's fluffy and it's seriously delicious. In addition to sliced bread loaves, they also got dinner rolls, tortillas, croissants, bagels and more. I just had for breakfast this morning. I had, this was my breakfast and it was Alex Turof who is a nutritionist that I, I lean on for advice and help with my own health journey. This was approved by her. I sent her, you know, I, I had one cup of egg whites with mushrooms and, and onions and then I had two discs, turkey sausage discs that makes it sound grosser than it is, but like two circular turkey sausages. And then I had the hero bread bagel toasted. And I gotta tell you, I'm happier having a breakfast with a toasted bagel than I am having a breakfast without a toasted bagel. Now if I'm going to add a toasted bagel in, I don't want the 500 calorie, the big calorie bagel. I want the hero bread version. I want to be able to do that on a Wednesday. And that's what I did this morning and it was delicious. So I can't give any better recommendation than that. Get ready for tons of healthy work week lunches, breakfast sandwiches and meals that whole, the whole family will love. Also, it helps you be creative with your healthy meals. Different types of breads, different types of carbs that you know in any other, if done, you know any other way you go, I gotta leave that out. Not with Herobred. Keep it in. Herobread is offering 10 off your order. Go to Hero Co. Use code J train at checkout. That's J trainhero Co. So that's our one sponsor. It's in the, it's in the, it's in the description of today's episode. Let's go, let's go to this article. I love this article. Very New York centric story. Bradley Cooper's latest film co starring Laura Dern and Will Arnett is upsetting NYC neighborhood. Now, as a person who lives in an NYC neighborhood himself, I'm sitting here in the West Village. I don't want a movie taping on my street. I, I'm, I'm with whoever complained about this. I'm with them. It interrupts your Day, you know, never mind driving. You know, in New York City, maybe you're probably not driving, you're probably taking cab, but then it ruins where you get the cab from or ruins where you get the Uber from. Like, it is annoying, and it's like, living in this city is annoying enough. Bradley Cooper's latest film can't wrap soon enough for locals in this Queens neighborhood. And you're in Queens. I mean, like, those streets in Queens are tough to come by. It's not really a grid. The estar is born. Actor and director is again stepping behind the scenes. And here's the thing. What do you get, especially if you're a renter, you know, you're in New York City, you're spending all this money to live here. You're. You're walking to work, you're in the elements, you're taking the subway, and then all of a sudden, you got to be. You got to be okay with your street getting taken over by a movie. Is again stepping behind the scenes, this time directing Laura Dern and Will Arnett. And is this thing on? So I know about this movie because Will Arnett and Bradley Cooper have been at the Comedy Cellar. It's about a comedian, and Will Arnett has been getting on stage. So I've been seeing them, Pratt. And if I'm to be honest, it annoys me, too. Will Arnett goes on stage, and he, like, for some reason, he's not revealing that he's Will Arnett. He's just going on stage and, like, doing the character. So, like, people in the crowd, it just kind of messes with the show a little bit. And. But again, like, who am I to say anything? You know, it does help the comedy seller. Hell, you know, that. I guess that's kind of the point of, like, you know, this is relatable to the people in Queens. Like, is it helping Queens? Does it bring back. Bring down their taxes? Does it help, you know, make their homes? You know, I guess for the seller, I have a very direct line to people in the audience, say, will Arnett is here. That's cool. And then they tell their friends and their friends come to shows that Will Arnett isn't on and I'm on, so I get the benefit of it. So I guess, like, that's why I wouldn't complain, as I'm complaining to you. But I'm saying, if you're in Queens, where's the. What's the line that directly benefits you to have a movie on the street? It's not like you're in the suburbs and now your suburban town gets to be like, you know, I guess a suburban town. You could really, honestly, you could see the benefit. Oh, that's the town from the movie. Maybe we'll go check it out. We'll go see about a home. Maybe we want to live there. And then it brings, you know, makes the town a little bit better off, brings more tax dollars and makes the schools better. Maybe, I don't know. But the film, which also stars Cooper, is apparently wreaking havoc with residents and their pets in leafy Douglaston. We hear, I don't know Douglaston. Some neighbors are grousing about the film's late night filming, including loud generators allegedly running until 1am and 2am Multiple vans are also allegedly blocking roads. That would be the thing I would think about. And driveways as they pick people, pick film people up for hours for. A source told Page Six the project has been shooting mostly at night, but the noise is all day and night. One local alleged to Page Six, I would not want a movie shot on my street. I think it's fun when you walk by it, you go, ooh, they're shooting a movie. But then you're like, you never really think of the apartment that's like behind it. The project, which Cooper is also producing and acting as a camera operator for, was previously reportedly shooting in midtown Manhattan and Forest Hills, Queens. The production started shooting in Douglaston, a popular location for movie shoots, last week. But they've been unusually disrespectful, at least according to the local, who explained they've experienced several film shoots through the years, including 2010 film Rabbit Hole, starring Nicole Kidman, American Gangster, Little Children Run All Night are a few films that have shot in the neighborhood. I've never seen anything like this. Roads are blocked off. No one asked if they could put cables on my driveway. I went flying over this big box. They left over the cables. Nothing. That quote is very New Yorker. I've never seen anything like this. Roads are blocked off. No one asked if they could put cables on my driveway. I went flying over this big box. They left over the cables. Like, doesn't have that, you know, the nonstop noise and crew traffic throughout the neighborhood has been upsetting the source's dog. So it sounds like one person had an issue. This little guy is a barker and these people are driving him nuts. 80 people running and screaming all day. They said the crew has even tried to prevent the residents from walking the dog. They claim the resident. So this is one person who found Called into Page Six. The crew has even tried to prevent the resident from walking the dog. They claim this lady stops me and says, you, you, can you wait? No, I've had it with you. They told us this is one New Yorker who's angry. And then they show a picture of Laura Dern at the Comedy Cellar. I'm looking at it right now. Dern, on the other hand, was very sweet, they said. Unfortunately, not even sweet Dern could keep the dog from barking. The plot of the movie is being kept under wraps, but Cooper has hinted at his small role in it. I play a guy who's an understudy actor and he's understudying a play called the thirteen Disciples, and he's understudying all of them. So that's what this is about, he told ESPN's Pat McAfee show this year. I, I don't think that's what it's about. Cooper added. He just plays Arnett's best friend in the feature. But our sources haven't spoiled, haven't spotted either actor. And Douglas 10. Well, I mean, I'll give you an insider take. It's. There's standup comedies involved because they've been at the seller a lot. So let's do this article. Disney fans, this is an article. This is a, this is a headline that I've, like, sometimes you just notice things. It seems like everyone is angry about the new Snow White movie. Like that. That is just like pissing again. This goes back to like the, the brand of, of what is the thing that pops in your head? It's. They call that a warshack test. The warshack test. The war. The. The rose. Arch is a rose Search I'm an idiot. Inkblot test as a projective psychological test where subjects describe what they see in a series of ink plots with the goal of assessing personality, emotional function and potentially the detecting thought disorder. So I think there's a little bit of an inkblot test with everything that you hear. Like, I hear Snow White. I'm like, it seems like there's issues. I hear Hilaria Baldwin. I'm like, seems like she tried to make people believe she was Spanish so that they wouldn't think she was just some normal woman from the outside of Boston. Disney fans slam hypocrite Rachel Ziegler for paying homage to original Snow White actress after calling movie weird. Okay, So I, I just know that people have an issue with this movie. Rachel Ziegler or Zegler was slammed for paying homage to Disney's original Snow White. Despite previously calling the animated classic weird and sexist. The actress posted a photo of herself rocking a new do inspired by Adriana Casalotti, who voiced the titular the titular tit. Titular tit. Titty. The titty character, the tit titular. The titler who voiced the character in 1937's Snow White and the Seven Dwarves just had to pay homage to the Original Snow White. Ms. Adriana Casalotti Zegler wrote on Instagram Sunday amid the live action remakes ongoing promo drama to whom I owe to whom I owe everything now, she posted the picture. It's, I mean like it's a look. She's got like the, she's got the Snow White look going on. And in the snap, the 23 year old Broadway star sported her dark hair in a curly bob style with a red bow. She also looked off to the side while raising her hands to one shoulder. She also included a photo of Casalotti wearing a similar hairstyle and striking the same pose. Despite the sweet moment, Disney fans flooded her comments section with disapproval given her past criticism of the original film. Really? You want to pay homage to her now after all the nasty stuff you've been saying about her film? Too little, too late in my book. One person commented, well oh my God, Diane. And in Missouri you're gonna it's too little for Diane. I don't know. I made up a name so you can pay homage to her looks but can't respect her story. Kind of. Well, it's Snow White isn't her story, but kind of contradicts the whole idea of being a modern feminist perspective to the story, doesn't it? Okay, so I knew a little bit of this. I think she basically like said Snow White was this outdated tale and and now she's playing it is to me. I can understand why that's annoying to people, but when I see something that's annoying I just go okay, not gonna go to the movie. It. But you live in a day and age where it's like I gotta let this person know. Not only was I annoyed, but you have crossed me as a person. Like I don't, I can't believe that anyone is sitting there as this Snow White super fan who was really offended. I think the offensive like if I'm to be honest, that does hit me in a weird way. Like I, I, I, if I. It's like hey, you're getting this movie wherever, however was made at the time and now you're gonna make money off this thing that you don't have any respect and you hate it. And like, yeah, Snow White is a little weird. It's a little. But I would say most fairy tales are a little weird. I mean, you have seven dwarfs. She's talking to animals. You know, it's this idea of making things more than they are. And it does show that life is gravity. If you make Snow White, which is a fairy tale, into this weird, offensive thing, then that is like going a step farther than maybe normal than normal people would in their everyday conversation or a step farther than you actually care, then you're gonna get it back a step farther than people actually care. It goes back. It comes back to you the way it goes out to the. To the world. I hope that makes sense, because it makes sense to me, like, for. For someone to go, oh, Snow White with this, you know, anti woman. And you're like, it was Snow White. Come on. Like, do you. You. Is the world the way it is now because of how Snow White was? I don't think so. But when you do that now, someone comes back at you with, oh, you want to like the movie now? And you're gonna make all this money off us? No way. Look at. So, like, I mean, the comments are crazy. You talk bad about this movie and now this is your inspiration? Ha ha ha ha ha. So you're paying homage to somebody who is dated. Homage. She literally hates the OG Snow White storyline. A user added on X. I thought she hated the original. After all the negative things she said about it. Ironic. She's now using it to garner positive publicity. See, it's a little. I see. Listen, two things can be true. I am not surprised with the feedback she's getting after. Wait a minute. The film has been riddled with controversy. Let's read up on what happened. Ever since Disney announced the remake was going to look drastically different than the fee the fame fable, which included removing the beloved song Someday My Prince will Come, changing the love story and swapping the seven dwarves for a diverse group of magical creatures. Zegler or Ziegler specifically found herself at the heart of the backlash when asked how she planned to bring a modern edge to the famous fable at the 2022 D23 Expo. And then here's the quote. She's not going to be saved by the prince. She's not going to be dreaming about the true love. About true love. I mean, to some. Some people are out there like, this is their escape. So you're kind of like judging their escape. I kind of get she's dreaming about becoming the leader she knows she can be and the leader that. That her late father told her that she could be if she was fearless, fair, fair, brave and true, she continued. She went on to call the original weird during an interview with Extra at the same event. The original cartoon came out in 1937, and very evidently, so there's a big focus on her love story with the guy who literally stalks her. Weird. Weird, she told the outlet. So we didn't do that this time. She's. She said they took a different approach to the plot and the remake is really not about the love story at all. I, you know. In other interviews, she revealed she wasn't a fan of the extremely dated fairy tale. I was scared of the original cartoon. I think I watched it once and then I never picked it up again. She told she's cast as Snow White. Disney scaled back its Hollywood premiere of the film, out March 21 due to the backlash rumored tensions between Zegler and co star Gal Gadot. So this is a mess. And the quotes. It is. Here's the thing, like, I, I am sure she's not wrong. I'm sure if you look into any fable that was written in 1937 or, you know, whatever, you'd go, oh, okay, I guess I looked a little too close. It's like looking in the mirror and then looking, you know, getting close to where your nose is and seeing, like, you know, the pores. You're like, okay, maybe I didn't need to, you know, a magnetized marriage. Like, maybe I didn't need to look at this this close. Maybe it was just a fun thing at the time that kids like because it was talking animals and there's dwarves and, you know, the whole thing and there's magic. I don't know. I. But this is kind of the thing with the Internet is like, again, the Internet is the home to moral high ground. So, like, you see this a lot with stand up, a lot of standups and a lot of open mic material. Is someone looking into something that we see all the time? It's kind of a. A basis for a joke. You know, the jokes that sometimes people do. Will they look into something? I think John Mulaney is very good at this. John Mulaney has, like, a knack. What was the bit I saw from an old special of his? He's like looking into a movie. Oh, it was him talking about Back to the Future and he's talking about how there's no mention of how they became friends like the scientists and Michael J. Fox's character. How do they get to know each other? And it's a whole bit about that. I think you could definitely find it. And it's hilarious. And it's like, it's all in kind of how you choose to look at these things. You look at that, you can go, it's like, you know what? You know, you could look at the, the relationship between Doc, between the scientists and Michael J. Fox and go, yeah, this is crazy and it's funny. Or you can look at it and go, that was problematic. And it's a very thin line between the two. I think with Snow White, you could do the same thing. And sometimes people aren't really looking for that, you know, And I can understand that as well. Like, I can understand going, hey, I. I kind of had fun with that movie. I didn't see it that way. I never. And maybe I didn't see it that way. And I'm happy to have not seen it that way. Very interesting. I mean, this is also like. And it does feel like a young person's game to poke holes in these things that people liked before and tell you how evil it actually, you know, Nick Cannon says he's not done having kids, despite already having 12 children. This is like Nick Cannon has just become known again. This is the theme of today's episode. The. The headlines you think of when you hear a name. Nick Cannon is now known for being father of many. Like, that is just like in the, in the first sentence of what you. Or what I think of. I'll speak for myself. And it says, nick Cannon isn't finished. Wild and out. Great first line. Yeah, because he started wild out. Or he, he's the host of it, or he owns the show. The masked singer host revealed he is not done having kids, although he's already fathered 12 children with six. Six different women. I mean, it must be not difficult for him to. Nick Cannon must have a ton of money. He must have so much money that he's able to somehow put these women, these six women on some sort of like, fixed income plan. Because if, if, if Nick Cannon had to wake up every morning and deal with each of the six women in the, in the 12 kids and kind of like hand out allowances that day. If it wasn't like, if it wasn't, I have to assume Nick Cannon's life is very much turnkey for him to say, I'd have more kids. Because then it's just like. It's like when you have the second kid, people always go, oh, you know, it's not that much more expensive because you're, you know, you're just buying a, you know, one more grocery or something like that. A 13th kid, I think to him mustn't, because I think if he had to deal with the 12 kids on a day to day basis, he wouldn't be so flippant. During Monday's episode of his and Courtney B's We Play In Spades podcast. I mean, this guy's got a podcast. 12 kids in a podcast. It makes me look like a fucking loser. Former NFL stars Ryan Clark and Channing Crowder revealed they both had vasectomies after welcoming several children. And then it's another man at his. It's another man at this table that needs to think about that, crowder said. That's bold, referring to Canon, who has seated next to him. Feel like this is an intervention, the Drumline star 44 said, adding that getting a vasectomy is the responsible thing to do. I'm just wait a minute. Feels like this is an intervention, the Drumline star 44 said, adding that getting a vasectomy is the responsible thing to do. Okay. And then he says I just, I'm not done, he stated. Well, if it's. How could you say he's aware it's the responsible thing to do, but he's not done. He might. I mean honestly, this must be like a kink or a fetish to him. When Crowder41 said it felt better to linger inside a woman. What is this podcast? Is this real? Cannon added, you want to leave it in what are there people getting canceled and this is going on at the same time? Linger inside a woman. You want to leave it. As the four after the former athletes compared how their mastectomies were done, the Gigolo rapper said he felt like he was being judged. Be then asked her co host if he would have more children with one of the women he already has a child with or outsource to find a new woman to procreate with. This podcast, they listen. They do a lot of reports on podcasts on Page Six. This is one that, I mean might might deserve a listen. This is a crazy conversation. I don't know, he said. That's the thing. I leave it to the Lord, man. So much gets put at the Lord's feet that like the idea. What? What a cop out? I don't know. That's the thing. I'll leave it to the Lord. You'll leave it like the follow up question. So hold on, you're Going to leave it in God's hands whether you're going to have a 13th child with a different woman than the six you've already had 12 kids with. Like I, I that that deserves further questions. Leave it to the Lord is not a period for me that to some people they, there's a like a respect thing. They're like oh you know he, he's putting it in God's hands. I technically don't believe him. Can first became a dad in 2011. 2011. This is a 14 year run. He has had 12 kids in 14 years when he welcomed twins Monroe and Moroccan now 13 with his ex wife Mariah Carey. Well that lessens the load on it. Is he getting alimony from her? Does you think he that might be part of the rich thing? It, it's interesting to think that having kids with Mariah Carey made him so rich that he is now able to have as many kids as he wants. Is that what it is? The love don't cost a thing Actor is also dad to sons golden and Rise. And daughter Powerful and Britney, Britney Bell and three year old twins Zion and Zillion. And daughter Beautiful with Abby Dolorosa son legendary. I mean he's found names out of nowhere. Daughter Onyx canon also shares two children with Alyssa Scott son Zen who died at five months. Oh that's tragic. In, in 2021 after being diagnosed with brain cancer. Hey. And two year old daughter Halo Marie Cannon who was also born and was born in 2022. I mean they show him with all the kids he's got the Santa hat on. In February 2023 the former talk show host shared whether he wanted to have baby number 13th. God decides when we're done but I believe I definitely got my hands full. He told I mean it's, he must really believe in God because for him to go. God decides when we're done. But I am struggling here. I really wish God would let up on all these children. Please God, can you stop? Like he must really not believe in science. There is no way this guy got vaccinated. I and I'm so focused. I'm looking, I'm lot, I'm locked in. But when I'm 85, you never know, I might have more. At 85, I, I mean we're living in some version of hell. I mean like he's going, he's really left it in God's hands. There's a, there's a surgery. It takes two seconds. It barely even hurts. No, no, no, let it, let's Let God do this one. Taylor Swift Live Updates singer's godson banned from being alone with mom Jamie King as she loses custody of kids. This really isn't a fair headline to Taylor Swift. It seems like Jamie K. Jamie King lost custody of her kid and Taylor Swift happens to be the godson or godmother. Taylor Swift is the godmother to several of her friends. Children like Taylor Swift is famous enough where she's probably the godmother to like way more than maybe she should. The godmother God, godfather thing, that really kind of left the rails, huh? It used to be like that was like the center of the movie. Like you're, you get the kids. If anything happens to me, you're going to go to your godmother. You're going to go to your God. Isn't that how it started? What is a godfather? I think it's like an Italian thing. Well, it's tough to Google godfather because the movie comes up, okay, Godfather, A man who presents a child at baptism. Okay, so that goes with Italian. And promises to take responsibility for their religious education. A man who is influential or pioneering in a movement or organization. So I think the first version is where it started with the person who's responsible for raising the child is a Christian. If anything should happen to the parents. Okay. I think it's kind of been, you know, bastardized. I don't know if that word is. I think it sounds correct. It seems like it's gone the way of like our own. The godfather godmother thing is it feels like it's been left to interpretation because Taylor Swift I don't think is leading the Christian life of Jamie King's kid. But I do think it becomes, it's like one of those like, non. It's a title that means nothing. It's just, hey, you're, you get to own this the rest of your life. And we get to say it at, you know, whenever we get together. You know, I'm your godmother, I'm your godfather. I think it gets a few extra bucks out of you for a present during Christmas or Hanukkah, you know. Taylor Swift is godmother to several of her friends children, including Blake Lively's four daughters. Four. You get four. As well as. I think to me this isn't fair to Taylor Swift as well as pal Jamie King's younger son. In a sad turn of events this week, King lost custody of her two kids. Read, read on for everything we know, including details on Swift and King's years long friendship Not a fair article to Taylor Swift. This makes it sound like she is somehow involved. We don't even know how long she. You could be the godfather of a kid or a godmother and have lost touch. I do believe that. So now Page Six does a ton of its reporting from podcasts of famous people. This is from the new podcast with Amy Poehler that just came out. This is the big headline. I hate Google Ads. It gets in the way of the fucking article. Tina Fey admits she judges rich people who have side hustles. I kind of hate money. I, I judge rich people with side hustles too. I judge rich people with podcasts. I that, that's kind of the premise of this show. I've done this with this, you know, this is like my fear. The, you know, the Kelsey Brothers podcast is a side hustle that, that takes up the space from people who like me. But I mean that's, that's holding myself in high regard. But I'm saying like, you know, like who becomes the reporters now? Who goes, you know, look at the look on tv. Like Travis Kelsey, Jason. Jason Kelsey has has a Talk show on ESPN. Like you think he would have hosted that like 30 years ago. I don't know. Tina Fey revealed she will never have a side hustle and admitted she judges fellow celebrities who do. I have a problem with rich people having a side hustle. The Mean girl star shared on Tuesday's episode of the Good Hang with Amy Poehler podcast. I and if you're going to be honest, Amy Poehler's podcast is a side hustle. She hosted the Golden Globes. If you already have like 200 million, I judge it. She added, well, how much does Amy Poehler have? You're on the podcast with someone doing this. Polar, 53, encouraged by Faye, 54, to change her viewpoint, saying that the latter should learn from Jay Z and not judge it. Gen Z judges nothing. There's no shame with Gen Z. I, I, I agree with that. The pals got on the topic of side hustles when the Parks and Rec star complimented on her incredible hair. I feel like you should have a hair campaign, polar said. I'm always pushing you to have a glass have a glasses line. Why do you not have a glasses line? I will say this. Amy's not wrong. Tina Fey if she had. But with Tina, I guess Amy's pushing Tina and now I sound like I'm breaking down their podcast. There is a tick tock where these two guys break down the, the, the talk to us. The Hawk TUAS podcast and it is they their tick tocks are fantastic. But now I sound like them because she is right. Tina Fey is famous for the glasses. If she put her name on glasses, they would sell. Face started to detail why she hadn't invested in a glasses line before Polar interrupted saying, you hate money. I do kind of hate money. The date well, to I she doesn't hate money. I would say she hates work that she doesn't want to do. And she I, I it is admirable. I mean, if I'm, if I'm to like dig into. Why does Tina Fey not have a her name on glasses that she sells? She probably would feel it would take a part of her day. She would hate doing it and she's like, ah. Or I could just have someone else do it for me, but I would feel like kind of weird about it. I'm giving her a lot of credit. I do kind of hate money. The date night star chimed in, explaining that she is terrible with money. No, I'm not terrible. I don't waste money, but I don't get excited about money. I think that's a great now I'm now Tina Fey's biggest fan. She, she brings up a great point. I think when, like when you see like I think Martha Stewart, Snoop Dogg, the Kardashians, they are excited. There's something that turns them on about the making of money. They don't need more money. And they, and I'm sure they would say they don't need more money, but they need to make money. I think Tina lacks that probably, and she needs to create something that someone laughs at, maybe that she needs that as much as someone else needs money. I, I, I feel that the 30 Rock alum shared she only see needs enough funds to feel safe and live. I okay, and that's the thing when you've, when you're, when that's your perspective, people make you feel dumb for having that perspective because it's like she could have the greatest eyeglasses. Like, she could have a frames company that she would have to do very little work for. She could go to JCPenney and say, hey, can you guys create glasses and do all the work? And I'll put my name on it and they would go, no problem. We just need you for one day of commercials. According to celebrity net worth, Faye is worth $75 million. Okay, well, she's not that much of a hero. Polar and Faye have been friends for 30 years and have worked on several projects together, including starring on Saturday Night Live in the early 2000s, the 2015 economy comedy Sisters and coasting the 2021 Golden Globes. During an appearance on the Tonight show starring Jimmy Fallon in February, Polar joked that she was Faye's second wife. Polar quip that she only got cast in SNL in 202001 because Faye was a cast member and she was her Nepo friend. Tina got me the job. 100 vouch for me in every way. She said. Faye was a writer and cast member of the show from 97 to 2006, Polar from 2001 to 2008. I. I believe that's somewhat. There's some truth in that. That's how you get on a show like that. Put people's name to the front. You put a. You know, when you submit a packet, these packets are what you submit to be a writer on a show. They have you do a little, like, art project. They do. They have you do a writing project and then you submit it. If it's an open submission. There are thousands of submissions. You know what gets to the top? Hey, my friend is really good. They're really funny. I know them from UCB or Second City or whatever. We'll do one more story and then we gotta get outta here. Okay? We gotta do a Meghan Markle story. Meghan Markle accused of faking activity with kids for social media. She's a walking scam. I mean, that is quite a headline. A walking scam here. Meghan Markle, like Hilaria Baldwin is just infuriates people and is just. I mean, we might be reading headlines on page six for Meghan Markle and Hilaria Baldwin for the rest of our lives. She puts the sham. And Shamrock fans are convinced that Meghan Markle faked making homemade St. Patrick's Day waffles for kids after she posted videos of herself allegedly preparing the breakfast. Okay, so they have. I'm trying to get rid of the Google Ad. They have the video. And this is her. It's hands making a waffle. And they are green waffles. And then they have like. Oh, they got hair on it. They. So she made some leprechaun waffles. They got a kiwi. So there was a St. Patrick's Day. Okay, So I just watched the video. Fans are convinced that Meghan Markle faked making. Who's looking into this? After she posted videos of herself allegedly preparing the breakfast. The Duchess of Sussex. Is it Megan Sussex or is it what? I thought we weren't going with Marco anymore. Took to instagram stories on Monday to film herself whipping up some fresh green batter in a bowl before pouring the mixture into a waffle iron. So it was really this the special skillet she used, which appears to be a Cuisinart wearing I mean now they promote the the skillet has grooves that section each waffle into quadrants. However, this is wow. People see everything. The special skillet. I'm now going to read the sentence because I don't want to gloss. The special skillet she used, which appears to be a cuisinart wearing pro wmk2 200 Belgium waffle maker has grooves that sect waffle into quadrants. However, eagle eyed NS Nison's noticed that when Marco plated the meal for Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, the waffles were flat and didn't have ridges matching up to the appliance. I mean they that's a tough one to to get past. For the kids, she captured a photo of the questionably green waffle topped with kiwi slice, two blueberries and some whipped cream from a can Page Six exclusively learned Listen if you're still listening, this is the dumbest podcast I am now reporting on whether Meghan Markle really made waffles or not. I this is how I'm spending my morning. Page Six exclusively learned that two different waffle makers were used, one for the kids and one for the adults. But the inconsistencies had fans speculating whether Marco actually made the festive waffles for her children. That is crazy. That is crazy. That is crazy. So we're expected to believe. Now I'm now I'm as mad as the commenters. We're expected to believe that she has two different waffle makers for the kids and the adults. Why would she do that? It's not even like one waffle maker said hi, you know, had a design that like was kid friendly. It wasn't one waffle maker that made it say like Good morning kids. And then another one that said, you know, good morning adults. That's crazy. That's a lie. And Meghan Markle relentless compulsion to lie about everything is baffling, even over something as trivial as a waffle. She posted a video of herself using a waffle maker with a divider. Yet the so called homemade waffle she presented looked exactly like a store bought one, missing the dividers that should have been there. One person wrote on X Tuesday. Well that is even crazier to video yourself so that she get video from someone else wouldn't be surprised at all the effort she puts into staging every simple thing, even the simplest things, is almost impressive. Imagine going through all that just to fake a waffle. It's like she can't help herself. The second person agreed. It is kind of crazy. She served her own waffles with what looked like an ice matcha latte. I would like more on this. To tell you the truth. I she didn't make fresh. She didn't fresh make them for her kids. She used those. She used these frozen waffles. A third person wrote on X along with a photo of Kellogg's green app, Dragon Waffles. Why the big deal? Because her post is showing she made it all from scratch. She's a total manipulative liar about everything. People hate her. I immediately saw the difference. I think she's fascinating. I also think she's a genius. I think there are, you know, there are mountaintops. And this goes back to what Tina Fey said. Tina Fey does not get excited to make money. Most of us do not get excited to let people think that we do homemade waffles for our kids with green dye on. You know, on St. Patrick's Day. It seems as though Meghan does get off to this type of thing. I immediately saw the difference when I saw the video. I couldn't grasp the reason to lie about waffles. What kind of person needs to do that? Meghan Markle's a walking scam. And other ad like that comment even outs the person as being just a hater of hers. You can. Meghan Markle is a walking scam. You didn't need that. You could have just said, I can't understand why the waffles would be different. That's. That's like a. That's a. Like a real comment. Like a real comment goes, why are the waffles different? Not this woman's a scam. You've got it. You've gone too far. The as Ever founder 43 also shared another image of a plate of waffles she whipped up for herself and Prince Harry, 40, to enjoy for the holiday. The dish consisted of two quarters of a waffle stacked up and garnished with strawberry. It doesn't make sense. None of this makes sense. I mean tbc. To be continued. I this ain't the end of us and weird Meghan Markle Hilaria Baldwin stories. They are to me. They. They live in the same phylum of. I am very concerned and I mean, they're around my age. Like the way my generation has been affected by these social media things by people watching us. We don't know the answer. I think they are a fascinating study. Back next week. Boom.

Host: Jared Freid
Release Date: March 20, 2025
Jared Freid, known affectionately as JTrain, delves into the latest pop culture controversies and celebrity dramas in the March 20, 2025 episode of The JTrain Podcast. From tense interactions within celebrity marriages to contentious film releases and social media mishaps, Freid navigates through a plethora of juicy stories with his characteristic humor and sharp commentary. Below is a detailed summary of the episode's key discussions and insights.
Timestamp: 00:00 - 15:30
The episode kicks off with a heated discussion about Hilaria Baldwin's recent snippy behavior towards her husband, Alec Baldwin, during a red carpet interview. Freid recounts the incident where Hilaria told Alec to "shut up" while addressing questions about their upcoming reality show, The Baldwins at Planet Hollywood.
Freid critiques Hilaria's public persona, suggesting that her pretended Spanish accent serves as a façade to appear more interesting. He states, "When I see her on a headline, my branding of her is someone who co-opted another culture so she could seem more interesting." (04:20)
He also touches upon Alec Baldwin's controversial history, including the on-set firearm incident, and how his forays into politics have made him a polarizing figure. The host finds the couple's dynamic "a mess of an interview," highlighting the tension between Alec's supportive comments and Hilaria's defensive stance.

Freid empathizes with the frustrations of NYC locals, stating, "Living in this city is annoying enough." (18:10)

Freid explores the irony and frustration among fans who feel betrayed by Ziegler's contradictory actions. He muses, "You’re paying homage to someone who is dated. Homage. She literally hates the OG Snow White storyline." (30:15)

Freid humorously speculates on Cannon's resources, pondering how someone with such a large family manages day-to-day responsibilities. He remarks, "How could you say he's aware it's the responsible thing to do, but he's not done." (38:50)
